WERE ABLE TO PROVE WRONGDOING THEY WERE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE
WITH THESE POLICE DEPARTMENTS FOR THESE REFORMS.
>> BUT AS USUAL OBAMA DIDN'T TAKE CREDIT FOR THEM.

FERGUSON FOR EXAMPLE, WHEN THEY INVESTIGATED THEY FOUND OUT COPS
WERE WRITING TICKETS FOR POOR PEOPLE MORE BECAUSE THEY KNEW
THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH IT.
IT WAS BASICALLY MORE TAXATION ON
THEM AND THEY COULDN'T FIGHT BACK.

YEAR OF TRUMP SOME OF THE BAD ACTORS IN THE COP UNIONS ARE
LIKE I DON'T WANT TO WAIT, I DON'T WANT TO HAVE ANY
RESTRAINT.
THOSE ARE THE BAD
GUYS AND THEY ARE THE ONES THAT UNFORTUNATELY DO THE TRAINING

THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED.

RESULT OF A WILL ORDER OR
ALLOCATE MORE FUNDING TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE RESOURCES
THEY NEED TO DO THEIR JOB
EFFECTIVELY.

Live Inspired. Vlog Episode #107: The Platinum Rule - Duration: 2:56.
Well good morning, my friends!
Welcome to Live Inspired with John O'Leary.
I am delighted, as I am every single Wednesday morning, to be with you on these Live Inspired
episodes.
The Golden Rule, I think we all know the Golden Rule.
But just for a quick crash course on it: Do unto others as you would like done unto you.
Treat others, in other words, the way you want them to treat you.
It's a great mindset, it's a great attitude to embrace and take on in your life.
And yet, sometimes I wonder if that's really the highest calling of an individual, of a
leader, of a parent, of a spouse's life.
I'm reminded of this just earlier today.
You can see the sun is still rising in the East.
I went around the house rapidly waking kids up, and every one of my children is very different.
One of my kids, for instance, loves to be cuddled in the morning.
He just loves to be cuddled.
It's the best way to slowly wake him up from the cold, to get him back into the possibility
of the day.
He's not unlike his dad.
I love to be cuddled.
I love to hug.I love human touch.
It's one of my favorite aspects of love, in fact.
I went from his room, though, to the next room.
Another child- I think this one is my offspring, but sometimes I do wonder.
I started cuddling and hugging this little guy, and he starts pushing me back and fighting
with me, punching me and saying, "Dad!
Get off me!
Get off me!"
This little boy doesn't like to be cuddled, he doesn't like to be hugged.
Not in the morning, not at noon, not at nighttime.
He likes his space.
Do unto others the way you want done unto you.
It's a good way to go through life.
Everybody should be cuddled, everybody should be hugged.
Turns out though that not everybody likes to be cuddled or hugged.
So instead of the Golden Rule today, I learned years ago of something called the Platinum
Rule, which is to treat others the way THEY want to be treated.
To love them the way THEY want to be loved.
To respect them the way they want to be respected.
So my friends, as you wake up your children today, as you respect and love your partners,
your spouses, your coworkers,
yes, it's important to love them and treat them the way you want to be loved and treated,
but even more importantly today, meet them where they are.
Love them where they are.
Practice the Platinum Rule and watch how it transforms not only their life, but also yours.

HE ACTUALLY WORKED WITH A LOT OF TROUBLED INDIVIDUALS.
HE
SPENT A LOT OF TIME TRYING TO REALLY REHABILITATE THOSE.
UNFORTUNATELY A MAN BY THE NAME OF STEPHEN MURRAY ENDED UP
MURDERING HIM.
HE MURDERED HIM 21 YEARS AFTER HE SIGNS OF THIS
DECLARATION OF LIFE.
THIS ALL HAPPENS WHEN THE FATHER WENT
MISSING ONE DAY.
HIS CAR WAS ALSO MISSING.
THEN AUTHORITIES
FOUND STEPHEN MURRAY DRIVING THE
VEHICLE, THEY PULLED HIM OVER.
AT ONE POINT HE HAD CONFESSED,
AND LATER ON SAID HE WAS NOT GUILTY.
WE WILL SEE HOW IT ALL
TURNS OUT BUT IT IS AN INCREDIBLE STORY.

BUT IN HIS DEATH, WHEN SHE READ HIS

MWSS-171 Marines complete machine gun training - Duration: 2:01.
This is your Inside Iwakuni News Strike. Marine Wing Support Squadron 171 improved their combat readiness in the
cold mountains of Haramura, Japan during Exercise Kamoshika Wrath 17-1.
Lance Corporal Emma Norris headed to the firing line to bring you the story.
Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron 171 conducted live fire machine gun training
during Exercise Kamoshika Wrath 17-1.
The exercise provided Marines with much needed trigger time behind the M240 Bravo.
"Today was a lot of fun.
We got here and got to do things that we're not normally use to doing.
It was a good time making sure that everyone was safe and everything was working efficiently."
Even Navy Corpsman participated in the action.
"It was pretty exciting to shoot a 240.
We normally only shoot the rifle and pistol so it was pretty cool."
Range safety took priority, but dynamic training helped the Marines learn more about combat operations.
"Safety is always important.
Make sure the range is safe but as well as make the range fun, make it more entertaining
than just pull the trigger, pull the trigger, pull the trigger, you guys are qualified
to go off the range.
Start implementing some other tactics into making the actual students be in charge of
that range as well."
Marines with MWSS 171 safely and successfully conducted critical training to better support
Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni's combat readiness.

MWSS 171 set up a forward operating base for one week conducting multiple combat related exercises.

To teach you something more on goals & goals setting.
Today I'm going to give you a couple of ideas on how to set your goals.
To begin with first of all
What are the values that you treasure most.
What are your interests
What are the skills and potentials you feel you have them.
Chart them down.. List them down.
That is your first step.. List down your values, interests and skills
No-2, Begin with the end in the mind.
How do you think, you see your self a couple of years ahead... 20 years down the line.
Or may be, by the time you end your journey
So begin with looking at the end.
No-3, Project yourself in the future.
Let's say an actor wants to see himself receiving an award
He sees himself as a winner and actor who's on the stage receiving a big award
So project your win-win situation.
Next thing.. chart down 10 things that you want to do this particular year
Then create a storyboard, how do you create a storyboard.
Pull out a huge piece of chart paper or a board and pin it to a wall
Where you watch yourself regularly, where you look at the wall very often and frequently
And what do you do? Suppose you want to become a big cricketer by the end of the life journey.
Pull down pictures from magazines and other sources and put them on the board
These will be motivational to you.
Put down any ideas, tag lines that comes to you
That are going to help you everyday
Every moment you look at the story board, you go to get motivated.
You're going to re-visit your plans and its going to stear your forward
No-6) Note down the 3 most important things
Out of the 10 just underline 3 most important things that you want to do first.
Once you've done that, then ask yourself .. write it down.. how do you want to do it..
What do you have to do to reach there.
You don't have to sit and wish. Oh I wish I can do this
I wish I'll reach there.. I wish I'll be come this..no you've got to take action.
You go to ask yourself.. you do you have to do & how are you going to do it.
Make notes on that.. Once you got it in your mind.. ok these are the 3 things which are important to me
Start breaking them step by step into smaller time frames and plans
Then. but . focus only on 1 project at a time
Once you're through with that project
Then jump on the next and then on the next
This means focusing is extremely important
Next is write down creating scenario
Write down all the things that you see, when you've done something, accomplished it
Ok.. you learn swimming.. ok you learn bit by bit.. lap by lap
Now you see yourself swimming seamlessly into the swimming pool.
You're not afraid to die.. So note down all these things.. all your fears..
all those things that you need to overcome.
The scenario has be very-very clear.
The last thing.. which most of us.. I'm not sure .. how much we spend time on is prayer and meditation.
Why do we says prayer and meditation is important?
Belief and faith in something
An enigma that supports the belief and faith
Always.. always helps us to move on in life happily
Happiness is also important
So you ask for your win-win situations.. ask for your dreams.. just before you go to bed..
Create a environment of prayer and mediation
That will crate colourful images in your mind.. the chaos will be set...
For your sub-consicous to act
And what happens it. God says, Ask and its given.. we are all human beings.
We can't be at a level where we'are gong to get everything in one go.
We'll fail.. we'll win... So that is where we need to the prayers and meditation . to help her to stear the life boat.
