If you have plantar fasciitis you know what a pain it can be.
In this video I'm going to show you a simple stretch to get some quick relief
which for many people completely relieves the pain
Plantar fasciitis can go on for months or years if left untreated
The same types of stretches tend to be prescribed over and over again and they can help
But there's one stretch that is particularly effective and is the opposite of what they usually tell you to do
So, try this stretch before spending a lot of money on orthotics, or using an immobilizing boot
or trying surgery which can be a disaster
or steroid injections which help short term but long term can make you worse
and even cause you to rupture your plantar fascia!
This is an easy stretch to do
Just bring your foot up on your opposite leg and stretch your toes and ankle down
Hold for a few second and repeat 10-20 times.
You should feel a good stretch on the top of your foot and up on your shin.
You can also do this stretch be getting on your bed, couch or the ground and sitting on your heels.
If you need to you can put a pillow underneath you to make it more comfortable.
Try to stay in this position for 1 to 3 minutes
A lot of people get significant relief after just one time doing this stretch.
But keep at it every day, a few times a day to get lasting relief

We thought we would take this opportunity to update you
on how the last year and a half has gone.
We've hosted over 60 outside events not counting our home football games.
We've had a wedding, a wedding reception, multiple company events, our student-athlete
graduation luncheons and even a campus event that hosted over 1,000 students
from around the country.
The Sukup Endzone Club has clearly become not only one of the best destinations in Ames,
but in central Iowa.
All of this wouldn't have been possible without your incredible, generous support.
We put together this wonderful video to help give you a little insight in to who has been
using this facility during the last year and a half.

Hey guys welcome back to another tech
tip in today's video I'm going to show
you a desktop menu by right-clicking on
your mouth as always because i am on
windows 10 things might look a little
bit differently than the windows or the
operating system to system that you're
on in this case we're going to look at
the right-click menu on your desktop a
lot of people don't realize that you can
actually right click on the desktop and
there's a whole sub menu of different
things that you can do on your computer
so anywhere on an empty screen just go
ahead and right-click you're gonna
you're going to come up with this menu
we're going to go over these just kind
of like one by one view if you hover
over view open up the sub menu that
allows you to change your icon size auto
Ranger icons align them to grid show
them or hide them either one sort by the
portion go through sort all of your
icons by name sighs item type or the
date that they were a created or
modified often there if you have created
an icon you don't see it or something on
the desktop has changed but you don't
see that change you can come in here
click refresh and so right click and
then left click on refresh and that will
refresh the desktop typically allowing
that you know that icon that was created
to come up or anything like that if you
have copied or anything you can you can
taste of course if you have a shortcut
you can taste the shortcut here if you
have renamed something like an icon or
anything like that again you can go
through here you can do the control Z as
a shortcut or you can come in here and
click undo rename nvidia control panel
this will different you may have a
different graphics card or you may not
even have a graphics card at all but
this is typically where you go to make
any kind of advanced display settings so
if I were to go in there i can go and
change the color and the contrast of the
of the display and things like that you
won't spend a whole lot of time in there
if you hover over new again it's going
to open up another sub menu where you
can create a folder or shortcut you can
go and create text document or
compressed folder will go into that and
do a later video create a contact us for
a little bit older if you have like a
windows mail or outlook program you can
click on that it will usually redirect
you to that create an outdoor create a
contact in that program display settings
and personalized again we'll go into
these in a different video display
settings allows you to go and change the
resolution change you know your
brings everything like that personalized
that will allow you to go and change
your wallpaper any kind of color themes
just any any kind of way to customize
their personalize your desktop would be
under the personalized area as always
