A Conversation in English About Travel (with Subtitles) | Learn Real English 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 - Duration: 17:40.
Hello, everybody, this is Jack from
tofluency.com along with - Kate - this is my
wife, Kate and we are being quite
ambitious because we have brought our
daughter along with us. So, we are going
to have a conversation in English and
this is going to give you the
opportunity to listen to a real
conversation both in British English and
American English and baby. And baby.
You'll hear some baby noises, no doubt. And
this is going to be on YouTube but we
might upload it as a podcast as well, so
if you are listening to the podcast, go
to tofluency.com/podcast and you'll
be able to get some materials for this
lesson. Now, our hope is not to edit this
video too much, we;re just going to have a
conversation and we are going to talk
about vacations.
Yep. And talk about traveling. Now, we
actually met while I was traveling back
in 2007. So, it's almost 10 years.
Oh my gosh. I can't believe that it's
flown by, hasn't it. It has, yeah. And, erm, we
have been living in America for about
six years now. How many vacations have
been up since we've been here?
Can you remember anything in particular?
That's a really good question. I think a
lot of times we end up traveling for and
visits to family more than we travel for
pleasure or to get away from it all.
Yeah, so because we because we live in
America, my parents are in Europe; my
sisters in Europe; your family is
elsewhere as well, when we tend to travel
we tend to go see family don't. Visit family.
Yeah.
Yeah, we do. Why don't you tell everyone about our
latest vacation? Our latest vacation?
For the holidays this year, we actually
went to Florida and we met up with your
parents and your sister in Florida and
we had more of a beach vacation.
Yeah it was fantastic went somewhere
really warm.
I've got some videos on this, you know,
everyone can take a look at the videos
we made from Florida, but it was great
to go somewhere different and not to go
somewhere cold for Christmas. I know!
Yeah, we've never done that before and it
didn't really feel like Christmas
because usually we associate it with snow
and cold weather and instead we were on
the beach on Christmas Eve.
Yeah, and Christmas Day. There were park rangers passing out
sunglasses.
yeah giving out free sunglasses. Yeah. But
it was fun because people were playing
Christmas music; they were wearing santa
hats and we went to the beach on
Christmas Day.
mhm. Which... it was really strange; it was
really strange to be honest but very
enjoyable.
Yeah it was. Yeah. And then, let's talk
about an ideal vacation now.
Because we are thinking about going
away this summer...
where would your ideal place be? Where
would you like to go? I don't know. I have
always wanted to travel or somewhere
really kind of difference and obviously
somewhere that feels safe especially
with the children where we don't have to
get a lot of vaccines before we go.
That's such a good point. But I would love to visit a
country with some different cultural
traditions and food. I've always wanted
to go to Morocco. Morocco? Very cool!
Yeah, we we nearly went, didn't we, while w we
were living in Spain.
Yeah. But we just never made it there. That was
the time to go when we were, you know,
I mean, I think that once you start a family
family, you realize that the time to go
was any time before you had kids.
Yeah, exactly, and that's why you'll hear
people say and to anyone who's just
about to have kids, you know, take
advantage and this time right now but,
you know, you can do stuff with kids like
make these videos and podcasts... so,
yeah... you say Morocco, anywhere
else? I would love to explore
Australia more
as well, and you have a cousin who
actually lives in Australia.
Yeah. That would.. it would be fun to visit them and
we've been talking a lot with our son
about koala bears and kangaroos and
different animals that live in
Australia, so that would be fun,
yeah, and I would love to travel around
Asia as well. Yeah, I haven't really been
out that way at all.l I haven't been to
anywhere in Asia. I haven't been to Australia,
I think the farthest east I've been is
probably Germany.
Wow. Yeah and that's western Europe, so...
but you have been all the way down to
Patagonia in South America. Yes.
So, you've just traveled in a different
direction. But i feel like I'm so glad
that I have a partner who loves to
travel.
Yeah. That we found each other because we
can go on my adventures and we can maybe
take some trips now while Thomas is
little. But I would love to take him
and Emma, who's chiming in, on some
neat vacations when they get older and
just travel and experience life in
different parts of the world.
Yeah, it's a strange time for us because
it seems like we're just dealing with,
you know, emergency situations when we
travel and this year, though, when we went
to Florida, Thomas was excited about it.
We could show him pictures and we could
talk about it in terms of what we were
going to do and he got excited about
that.
Yeah. And he talks about it now. He's
developing those memories and we took
some great photos while we were there too.
Yeah, so, yeah. And I think, as the
children get older,
we're going to have great times and we can
do very specific things, and they'll get those
memories - they will have those memories.
Yes. Where did you travel when you
were a little? Do you have memories of
traveling? We went to France a lot and we
went to Spain a lot and and well, you
know, my memories when I was young - you
always make fun of me because I talk
about my memories all the time.
Yeah, by the way, Jack has an incredible
memory - you
well kind of well. When was your
earliest memory from? how old were you?
I don't really know to be honest...
no, there was that memory where I
remember being in my mom's arms when I
was six months old or I had to be six
months old because they were in their old house.
I remember seeing our neighbor and my
mom was talking to the neighbor.
Yeah. And I remember... I remember that
little ,you know, snippet - that tiny bit of
memory but it's not that clear. I know, but
six months old, that's incredible. I think
that'll mean that Emma will start to
remember life, potentially, in just a
couple of months because she's almost
four-months-old. Yeah, she is. Emma, are
you gonna remember this? Today? She might
remember this. Or at least, she'll have the video
to look back on. We always
went to France; we went to Spain a
lot and when I think I was about 11 or
12 when, maybe younger, when we got
a caravan. So. it used to take us three days
to get to the south of France and we
would spend about two weeks there. We went to
place called Canet Plage, which is near
Toulouse and we went there every
summer for about five years, I think.
And we've met the same people, it
is really cool because as a kid you want
to be around other kids
and there were a bunch of a children there who we
could play with. They had a great pool;
they had sports going on. The beach was
really close by. My sister liked it
because she was getting to the age where
she could go out and it was that kind of
place but, you know, it was
safe - it was great.
We really enjoyed it. How was it
traveling with your family, especially
as you got to be older in such a
small vehicle and sleeping in it.
I remember one trip especially when
... there was a big heat wave in France
and we we just poured water over our
heads because we didn't have air
conditioning
in the car - super hot and the other thing
France at that time and I don't know
if that's changed - but they didn't have proper
toilets. They had like holes in the floor.
I bet that that has changed. I imagine it has.
You know, that's what I
remember about it.
And then one year, we went down with
another family.
And a friend - one of my sister's friends
came as well and I went in the car with
the other family they had a conditioning. And it
was such a big difference. Yeah, I
can imagine that's something that we
take for granted, I think. Yeah, no one in
the UK had air conditioning in a car
it was very very rare.
Wow. It must be... because it doesn't get that hot.
So, people don't feel like they need it.
Yeah. Okay, we're back and I just asked a
question about.. what you did for vacation.
Where did you go when you were when you
were a kid? When I was a kid we actually
took a family beach vacation every
summer. My family and family friends
would rent a house on an island called
Block Island which is an island the coast of
Rhode Island and New England and we
would drive and take a ferry to the
island and we just had a great time. We
would go to the beach every day; we would
grill seafood at night.
Yeah, it was a really special memory
for me. And was not like every
summer?
Yeah, it was every summer for probably
five or ten years. Oh, really? Yeah, my mom
actually grew up going there when she
was a kid too, so she had memories of the
place and all the different areas to
go and it was just a really neat... (thing to to do) When
was the first time you went abroad?
Do you remember? The first time that I went
abroad, I was probably about 10 years
old. My dad decided to start working for
an airline because he really wanted to
show us the world
and so he was working for a British
airline and he got a free ticket
- all right, that's fantastic - every year
So, he took he took my sister and I
both on a trip to England. Did you go to Scotland
too? We did. Was that the same trip?
I think so.
Well, no. That was a different trip. That
was a trip that we took
all as a family together, but my
father actually passed away when I was
in collage, so the fact that we had
that trip together just meant so much. It
was just a special special thing to have
done with him. Great, and do you
remember the journey? I do. What was
that... because going to the UK or anywhere in Europe
you're doing the overnight flight.
from America. That is challenging. uh-huh
Do you remember that? I think, I mean, I'm sure
that I was tired but I think it was just
the most exciting thing that had ever
happened to me and just the novelty of
everything - being able to look out an
airplane window; eating pretzels - a
little packet of pretzels like it was
just all magical It was so much fun. I remember
the first time I came to America
because my uncle, you know my uncle used
to work in America? And he
got us on a flight and it was economy class
but we went to the check out and
then went -they just said our last name, Askew?
Askew? We'll see what we can
do because my uncle used to fly back and
forth to the UK and back to America
all the time, so they - my sister didn't
come on that trip - I think was 14. No, this
is second time.
no no - sorry, I'm getting confused - we
came when i was ten and and that's when -
we did - we got bumped up to first class
yeah - and it was just amazing.
I remember it very clearly. I think
because my dad works for the airline too,
we get bumped up - not all the way up to first
class but to premium economy. We were
in business class and it was
an experience. Yeah. Have you seen some of
those recent pictures of the new
like business class on these luxury
jets?
No, but.... they have like, you know. spas
and showers and a circular bar - there's a
lot going on with them now, obviously,
very very expensive, but and I think if
you get - some people I've have seen on
Facebook get on these flights or at least,
you know, getting the first preview...
some YouTubers, and it just looks
incredible. That sounds great.
that would make flying with my children
worth it.
Yeah, no, definitely. It's hard, isn't it,
with small children. Yeah - the flying - it can
be you. It can be hard - you just never know
what you're gonna get,
ever day is different. No, but you know,
it's good. We feel very grateful to be
able to do it, you know. to go on
these vacations.
So, you mentioned Morocco
before as an ideal place to go on
vacation - where is your ideal..
I was gonna...
tell me about it. I was thinking
about this, you know, while we've been
having this discussion but i think
probably...
Australia. I think it would be Australia or
Japan. I think somewhere in Asia maybe -the
the problem is when I start to think
about these like ideal vacations then I
think about the practical side of things -
with children, you know, because
it is completely different. When I went
travelling I was on my own I had a tiny
backpack and I went away for nine months
and, you know, I could go on a bus for 42
hours. It was fine - kind of - you know, but
it's something I could do, but now it's
thinking about those things -
forgetting about children, is it easier
to travel on your own with me? Oh,
so much easier on my own.
I was worried that you were going to say that.
Explain!
Well, when you're on your own
you... you have your stuff and that's
it.
If you feel tired and down, you know,
or if you're like, you just don't talk to
someone, you can
just do that and. If you wanna be...
if you wanna be outgoing, then you can, you
know, just just meet other people and
then you just make your own decisions
but, yeah, it's more fun traveling
with someone. It is. That's the other thing.
'Cause you get to share your experiences
and just talk to somebody about what's
going on.
Yeah, definitely. Well, cool. Well, shall we
wrap it up?
Yeah, let's wrap it up. Do you have a question for the
audience about vacations?
Yeah, I mean - I've put you on the spot - absolutely
I always have questions, you know that. Okay, so give
everyone a question that they can answer
either if you're watching on YouTube
leave a comment below and if you're
watching or listening to the podcast
then just go to tofluency.com/
podcast and find this episode. What's your
question? Now I have to pick just one question. Okay, here's
my question: if you could travel to
anywhere in the world, where would it be?
And what is your number one bucket-list
destination?
Yeah, you're number one place to go. And
also i'll ask question too just as, you know, a
bonus one. When you go travelling do you
prefer to take a lot of stuff or do you prefer to
travel light?
Oh, it's a good one. Even though you wouldn't think it, I
prefer to travel light?
Yeah. Like almost dangerously light.
It's so much better.
You always take clothes that you don't
need - but what about you guys? Let us
know. So, yeah if you have enjoyed this video
please share it with your friends, please
give it a thumbs up. If you're watching on YouTube,
go to the description - i'll give you some
words and phrases that we used in this
lesson and subscribe if you're new. If you're listening to
the podcast, toflency.com/
podcast and check out the lesson notes.
So, thank you for watching or listening, speak
to you soon!
Yeah, thank you, it was great to be here
and to introduce y'all to Emma who was
not born yet last time that I had a
conversation like this with Jack. No,
yeah, time goes quickly. Okay, bye everyone!
Bye!

Beauty Queens — Tita Lily and Her Son, Episode 4 - Duration: 2:41.
Do you know Janina San Miguel?
No.
You don't know Janina San Miguel?
Tough ten.
My pamily.
Ho my god.
I need to ask you the very, very important question:
What role did your family play to you as candidate to Binibining Pilipinas?
What, what?
What role did your family play to you as candidate to Binibining--
I'm not a beauty queen. Stop asking me questions.
So just a disclaimer to people watching this:
We are actually shooting this episode way before Miss Universe 2017 airs,
so we don't know if Maxine is gonna win or not.
Do you think she's gonna win this year?
I like Gloria Diaz
during her younger days and her older days.
She's really a figure of a beauty queen.
Really?
Melanie Martinez.
Marquez.
Melanie Marquez, yeah.
Melanie Marquez.
National costumes are a big thing.
How would you actually design the Philippine national costume for Miss Universe?
I like the Maria Clara thing.
Of course, it represents the kind of Filipina we have.
Really? *gasp*
Historians would argue that Filipina women should not be like Maria Clara
because she was just like silenced by--
No, I'm not saying--
I'm not saying that they should be like Maria Clara.
That's true.
If you were to join a pageant and you were to present a talent,
what would your talent be?
Can cooking be a talent?
I always see dances.
Why is video editing not a talent that you can present in a talent show?
I would like to see a Miss Universe whose talent is graphic animation or something like that
or color grading.
Does it ever bother you that it's called Miss Universe
but they only get contestants from Earth?
You know how Miss Universe,
they introduce themselves like,
"Pia Wurtzbach, Philippines!"
So people made a bunch of puns using the country names.
Ang susunod na palabas ay rated
Fiji!
So how would you define beauty?
Beauty is?
Beauty is mommy.
Okay, nevermind.
So we actually have our own crowns today
because we are royalty in our own light.
We look like Burger King.
And the winner is
Tita Lily! Yay!
You should have prepared me a bouquet of flowers.
Oh, I can actually graphic animate flowers for you.
So here, flowers!
Thank you so much--
Next time, prepare a better crown, okay?
Okay, fine. I'm sorry.
I only have a P88 budget.
Do your Miss Universe wave,
like you're scooping.
Scoop, scoop.
Scoop.

1 minute crafting guides - Part 1: Equipment crafting - Duration: 4:57.
Ahoy!
This is the first part of my crafting guide trilogy.
This video is going to be about equipment crafting,
the second part will go through the basic craft,
and the 3rd will be about some tips on how to advance or make money with crafting in general.
Well let's begin! First of all, to open the crafting window,
you have to press F, or select the craft option from the cabal menu.
This is the window that you have to get familiar with.
On the left side, you can see the different categories,
in my case for example, there are rings, amulets and some miscellaneous stuff unlocked.
You can have a total of 12 slots, so that should be more than enough for every enthusiast.
Before I start explaining let me show you how to add new ones.
It's really pretty easy: you just have to move to Port Lux, and take the daily quest from Chloe, the craft NPC.
After doing that, you can add new categories by clicking the Add button.
Every day, you can get 1 more of those items to unlock new categories.
They look like... well it's up to your fantasy.
In case of jewelry, there are only rings and amulets, but for the rest of the equipment, there are 2 levels:
Craftsman's, and master's.
Let me just register one of each.
As you can see you can choose from all types of items for every class.
When you unlock a category, you'll see that this little hammer icon shows zero.
That means your craft experience, or as it's called in the game, your amity is 0. You can advance that by crafting items.
If you click 1 of the categories, you can select the Grade, the type, and the quantity you wish to create.
Grade goes from bluestin to archridium, type allows you to select the craft option,
and the quantity, obviously means the number of items you're going to craft in a row.
The required components are shown under those. The ones your inventory is missing are marked with red,
and the ones you have are marked with white.
You can also move your mouse over it to see the description of the item.
You can only attempt crafting if you've got every required component in your inventory.
A basic example of a successful item is shown on this picture.
The outcome can be either a fail, a success, and a so called huge success, which gives your item better stats than listed on the example item.
That little battery icon under the item shows the amount of energy you need to attempt crafting.
our current and maximum energies are displayed in the top right corner of the crafting window.
This recharges over time, something like 2 points a minute or so, but I'm not sure about that. The point is, it's pretty fast.
The hammer icon under that, shows the amount of craft exp, or amity you get should you succeed.
This is added to the category you're crafting in. In case of a fail, you get 1 point.
Now, let me just craft something, an amulet for example. As you can see I've got 975 amity right now.
If this is successful then I'll reach 1000.
There is a checkpoint at every 1000 points. To progress further, you must pay a certain amount of alz.
Once you do that, you'll also complete achievements, and increase your available energy.
As far as I know, your chance to succeed also becomes higher, the more amity you have.
I should also note that you can start crafting mithril items at 0 amity too, so there's no real requirement, but your chance to succeed will be close to 0.
It's worth progressing before going any higher. Also, after reaching a certain level, you will no longer gain amity for lower level crafts.
For example if you look at rings in my case, the amity I get is 0 for the most basic items, but if I try crafting higher grade ones, I'll still gain some.
And last but not least, let me show you an example of what success looks like.
like. Many people craft mithirl martialsuits so I hope I'll find some.
There we go!
These are the normal items, in this case 4, 5 and 6% amp,
aaaand this is what huge success means, 8% amp. They can also be epic boosted.
Well, I hope I covered everything there is to know about equipment crafting.
If there's something I forgot, please notify me in the comments and I'll do my best to add some annotations to the video.
If you found this video helpful, please consider sharing it, or subscribing to my channel.
Ahoy!

What Is Kratom & Is It Like Weed? -Brittany Smokes Weed - Duration: 6:08.
the way that it had to crack down on the
floor thinking IM the shit gets old
what's up guys thanks for coming back
i'm here with another fine informational
video because yes
learning is fun learning about drugs
even more fun
so the drug i'm going to be talking
about today is crossing i hope i'm
saying that right crowd until you see it
Crossin correct me if i'm wrong i'm
going to keep saying kratom you had me
at all I have been like into additional
herbs and that kind of stuff pretty much
since I learned the terrible suspect
that some pharmaceuticals can have on
your body your mind and all that stuff
so I've been pre in Tulak medicinal
herbs like legal natural herbs and stuff
like that
chrome has been getting like a lot of
attention lately especially since the
whole like legal status situation going
on da trying to take it down and take it
away but as of now it's still illegal so
I'm gonna tell you guys about the
effects and like all that stuff i
personally think that it's a lot like
cannabis in a way so this is all based
on like research that I've done I
haven't personally tried problem so
result be some personal research so one
of the things that makes me think
problem is a lot like cannabis is the
effects that you get from it and why
people actually use it and so what I
found is that people use it for like
author itís in a lot of chronic
conditions that have to do with pain
stuff and these are a lot of the same
conditions that would qualify you to get
a medical marijuana card so there's that
correlation there and also the way that
you actually ingest cotton reminds me a
lot of cannabis edibles
so after you're ingesting the problem it
usually takes around 40 to 60 minutes
before you start to feel the effects
which is pretty much like the same
timeframe feel like cannabis edibles so
but the overall aspects of problem are
actually going to depend on how much you
ingest and the strength of your product
so i'm gonna go ahead and read you guys
the effects for like low-to-moderate
know Finch so this is that the stimulant
level which is going to be just enough
to feel the effects not too much
recreational sex so at the stimulant
level- more alert physical energy and
sometimes sexual energy is increased
one feels more motivated to get things
done the ability to do hard monton uous
physical work maybe includes that has an
antidepressant effect one is more
talkative friendly social the stimulant
effects of chronic are different from
typical C&S stimulants such as caffeine
and set a menacing drugs crime is more
problem is more of a conscious
stimulants and physical stimulus oh my
gosh location
I don't like to read out loud anyway
sounds more to me like it's going to be
almost like a low to moderate dose into
canada's edible almost on like dash of
at all but that's pretty much what it
sounds like to me it does seem like the
stimulant level will be really great for
someone that maybe suffers from social
anxiety as it seems like talking and
like being more social and friendly
would be a lot easier so you like me
might be a good medication for yourself
um no but anyways I'm gonna go ahead and
meet you affects like the sedate is
super high dosage not super high just
more of like recreational I so at this
dosage you would be less sensitive to
physical or emotional team feel and look
calm have a general feeling of
comfortable pleasure and may enter a
pleasant dreaming Revere you may
experience some itching or sliding your
peoples may be constricted it is
possible you may feel nauseated but if
you lie down and relax and nausea she
quickly side you may find your
appreciation of music increase it will
be very pleasant to lie down on your
back and a semi darkened room with eyes
closed and just listen to your favorite
music if you do this you may be
fortunate enough to enter the delightful
mix state of wake of waking dream where
you have one foot in the dreamland and
the other foot in the real world the
state was much prized by the 19th
century romantic writers who lack in
knowledge of kratom resorted to the much
more habit-forming narcotic opean to
achieve it
so basically i'm getting from that
I don't really have anything you would
compare that to you or like that feeling
too because I've never been created more
like anything to make me feel how i just
described so does sound very interesting

place to another with ease
this is not simply the condition on these
roads, these roads are muddy slippery full of
potholes and on top of that weather
conditions are worse on these roads
so here we begin with the 10 of the
most deadliest roads in the world number

road to connect the French mainland to
the island of noirmoutier what's so bad
about this road to be so dangerous Well This

yes when the tide comes then this road
is submerged in water and if
someone who mistimes their trip then
they're likely to be submurged to at the
time of high tide the road lies under 1.2
meters to 4 meters of water and even when
there's no water on the roads still there is

by the villagers with only basic tools

drive on the road then you need a special
permission and even if you get it than be
prepared for road, God forbids if you
run across anyone coming from the other
direction if it does then you have to
back up your car to a significant
distance to find the road broad enough
so that both vehicles can pass.
number 5 Eyre highway Australia it's not

full of twists and turns or weather going
bad on it but sometimes a plane road
with no turns can be dangerous to
australian Eyre Highway is such example the
1675 kilometers road that connects
western australia with the southern one
in this highway there's a 146 km streach

Time Collapsing | 3 Tips of Time Management || Mindset Monday - Duration: 4:01.
Hey my friend, Drew Canole.
I am reading my good buddy's book, Ed O'Keefe, called 'Time Collapsing'.
So whether or not you're starting a business,
you're a mom, you want to get the most out of your life with your kids,
maybe you're a student, you are really trying to figure out how to collapse time
in his book he's going to share with us some time collapsing principles,
and it's the new art of speed, money power and meaning.
I'm gonna talk about three things that I use n my life all the time
that are in the Time Collapsing book.
Here's the first thing:
You don't need certification, doctorates, fancy letters after your name to be successful.
You don't need to go to school for 8 years to pursue what you want to do.
Now, granted if you're a neurosurgeon, or whatever it is, like get it, you got it if you choose that route.
But typically, you can start down this path of enthusiasm -
getting excited about what you're doing day in and day out.
Read tons of books.
You read one book a year on average as an American.
If you read one book a month for 12 months straight in any field,
you'll know more than 98% of the world's population.
This is the Leap Frog Theory' in Ed O'Kleefe's book.
Leapfrogging passed the typical route that normal people take.
Most people takes the stairs.
Ed talks about it in this book how to take the elevator.
He shows you time-tested practical tools that you can use to leapfrog over your competition in any given field.
Now the next thing up is the magician - becoming your own life's magician.
How do you do that? Well, it starts with your perception.
See, what you perceive is your reality.
A lot of people perceive the worst thing possible when they wake up every single day.
So in a day out, it's like Groundhog's Day.
So how do you become your life's inner magician?
You start to see light through these magic lens.
You look out, you observe it.
Wow! My life is pretty magical.
I am so blessed to be doing what I'm doing each and every day.
I am so blessed to be in this relationship.
I am so blessed to be working at this job right now
because I know my future job is just around the corner
and it's going to take me to the next level of what I really want to create in my life.
Become your own life's magician.
Simple and easy, switch your perception.
Start to believe that anything is possible.
You are now a 'possible-tarian', my friend.
Number 3, I'll talk about this in some other Mindset Mondays.
This is becoming an observer.
Now a lot of visionaries do this naturally.
You may be working for somebody who's your boss that's a visionary
and you're always wondering where they are.
They're just, kind of they seem like they're in their own little world.
They seem to be observing things from the future and looking back.
That's how Steve Jobs did it when he forecasted the Apple phone, when he created the different dimensions.
Henry Ford, when he created the v8.
You have that same ability right here, right now.
So no matter what you're doing, pull yourself outside of the present moment
and observe yourself from any situation.
So here is the observer, this is you first position.
Second person, this is your interaction with somebody else.
Third person is the observer.
You're able to see both of these situations - dual perspective.
One of the greatest things that you can do in any form of communication
is putting yourself in the other person's shoes.
You can dissolve literally 90% of your arguments that you have with other people.
Observe yourself in the future of what you really want to create.
Collapse time, find mentors, find coaches
people that are already doing what you want to do -
and you will literally have the dream life that you've always imagined, you've always envisioned.
And you will create it 10 times faster than you ever thought imaginable.
Everything is in this book.
Check it out. Click the link below.
I'm Drew Canole. As always, remember we're in this together.
And I'll see you next week.

ImPRESSive Putty Re-Usable Mold Making Product Review - Duration: 14:25.
Hi guys, it's Cindy Lietz, your Polymer Clay Tutor.
In today's PcT Product Demo, I'm going
to show you how to use ImPRESSive Putty,
and what ImPRESSive Putty is, is a
one-part reusable mold-making putty.
So it's kind of a silicon type molding
putty that you can reheat and use over
and over and over.
Now, a lot of you... if you worked with
polymer clay before, you probably have
the typical silicone mold. I've got a big
drawer full of them, I just brought some
of them out and there's tons of them out
there, and I love to use them.
You may have also made some of your own
silicone molds like these ones here,
which were made with a two-part silicon
putty, and they stay permanent, and you
can use them over and over but they take
up space. And if you mess up, you can't
really redo it but the thing... the cool
thing about the ImPRESSive Putty, and I'm
going to show you some of that. I've got
some already made into molds and some
I'm going to reheat for you.
The cool thing about the ImPRESSive
Putty is that you can melt it in the
microwave, get it all soft and then press
whatever you want into it. And I've got a
variety of different things that I've
used in the past, and I'll show you how
to use them.
I've even use chain for these molds here,
shells, and old jewelry, leaves, lots of
cool things, even some cut glass. I have a
piece of the mold putty stuck to here which
I'm going to peel off in a minute. But
you can press whatever you want into the
putty and make molds that you can mold
your polymer clay in. Now, it comes in a
package like this with... Now this is a
six-ounce size, and you can... and it's got
a little teflon bag here that you can
keep everything in. The putty, when it
sits around for a little while, gets oily
and here's a bag here where I've stored some of
the molds, it... the oil all kind of
comes to the surface, so whatever you
store it in, you're going to want to make
sure that it's something you can seal up.
But it also comes with a little bottle
of what do they call it, activator. But
basically, it's oil drop, a type of oil
drop that you add to the clay if you need to.
So you put it in this little bag and you
heat it in the microwave. I'm just going
to put mine in a dish, I've got a
couple of old molds here that I'm going
to re-melt down, one of the shell one of
like a Playmobil part here, and this one
was just when I was fooling around, making some dots
and things in it. You can use this stuff
for making a dimensional molds or
texture plates whatever you want. I'm
just going to put this now in the
microwave for about... you can usually
do it at about 15-second intervals, I happen
to know that it takes about a minute in
my microwave but you'll have to... you'll
have you'll have to test that out.
Because depending on how much you have,
how warm the putty was in the first
place, how strong your microwave was or
is, all kinds of stuff, you'll have to
test to see when it's about right. I'm
going to let it run the minute and
then I may have to heat it a little bit
more but I'm just going to show you some
of the samples that I've made. Now, like I
said, you can... you can press all kinds of
items into it. I decided to be kind of
cool to make my own chain mold so I've
got a whole bunch of different types of
chain that I found in my studio. I found
some ball chain that I just pressed into
the clay. This colored chain that I got
from Michaels I pressed into the clay
here and I'll actually make another
sample, and show you how to do that.
I have a different piece of chain, where
is it, this kind of chain here with some
gears and things on it that I pressed in here.
This one was another chain, this ropey-looking one
is actually the handle on this brush
here from my extruder. So I just pressed
that into the clay, got this really cool
ropey texture and then the other one is
just a superfine chain. Let's just check this out.
Alright, as it gets pretty hot you might
want to leave it in the bag because it
will kind of help. You can see it's
already starting to melt because it's too hot
to handle, the teflon will kinda help
you with manipulating. And I'm going to
have to... I can see that it's softened up
really well, what can happen here if I'll
throw it into the bowl here and let it
cool off. Here you have this putty and
it's kind of an oily putty and in about
a minute or so, it starts to cool down
depending on how hot you got it. Then you
can start working it, if there's too many
lumps in it you have to heat it up again.
So let's just let this cool, it's a little too
hot to touch, can't just touch it now. So
I'll let that cool and show you a little
bit more. Now, if you go to heat it up and
it's getting too sticky,
you can add a little bit of drops, they
tell you to add it right away but I
found that mine was getting a little too
oily if I added drops every time I heated it up.
So I just add it if I think it needs...
if it's getting sticky.
Here are a couple of molds or I'll grab a
paper towel, sorry about that, what you do
if the mold is been sitting around and
gotten too oily, all you do is just kind
of dry it off. The mold or the oil
actually helps release the clay, this is
a two-part mold that I made using a
Hosta leaf. So let me just show you that,
dry that off a bit, that's the one thing
I don't really like about the clay is
that... or this putty is that it gets
really oily but other than that, it's
really cool to be able to keep using it.
Let's see if this is cooled down a bit,
yeah it's starting
to cool down enough, just about. I'll let
it air out a little bit longer.
Oops, too hot in the middle. OK,
alright, back to this leaf. I... this is
obviously dried out because I made this
a while ago but I saved it to show you. I
took some of the mold putty, made a slab
of it, stuck a Hosta leaf onto it,
something that had a lot of texture on it
and put another section over the top
like that. Now, around the edges where the
clay stuck together, I just cut it with
some scissors or a knife so that I could
separate it and then it peeled right
apart after it was set. But here I've got
a two-part mold that I can take some
clay and I'll just grab some clay here.
Oh here, this is a little softer, I can
roll it out and I can press it into that
mold if I want to. So I'll just roll it out a
little bit so we have a piece. I would
spend a little bit more time at this but
you can put it right inside the mold and
then put my other piece right on top and
it'll fit together quite nicely, and you
can end up making mold or clay pieces
that have the texture on both sides. Now
I'd probably use a little bit thinner
piece but see look it... doesn't that look so cool?
There's the texture on both sides and
it's very organic-looking because you
use the real leaf to make the mold so does...
it has a really cool look to it.
Alright so let's see if this cooled down enough.
Yeah I think so, alright. Alright, so when
it is cool enough to handle but still quite warm,
what you can do is you need to knead it
and you want to make sure that there's
no lumps. It looks like you have a
foreign object of some sort, I'll just get rid of that.
You want to make sure there's no
lumps in it and the oil will kind of
come to the surface so then you can do whatever
you want to it. You can take a chunk of
it like this and I like to roll it in my
hands and then make it really really
smooth on the top, so that you don't have
any creases. And tuck it underneath if
you want to try to get rid of any
creases, and then just kind of smooth it
out because when you go to put... push your
item in, so whatever you pick, a seashell
for example, you can just press it right
into the mold like that and if the... if
there's no creases on it, you'll have a
nice smooth surface on there. So I like
to push the mold up around the edges so
it hasn't pulled away. And then
you let... you have to let it sit for a
while. If you don't let it sit long
enough, it'll... you can see it's kind of
still sticky and gummy, it'll pull off
and do some funny things to your
piece, so you want to make sure that you
let it sit until it's cool. Now, you can
always pop it into the oven or the
fridge if you want, oven?... sorry, the fridge or the
freezer, if you want to cool it down a
lot faster. You can also roll it out like
I did with this one, you can take it and
you can roll it out with a Brayer and
then press a bunch of other items into
it like I did with the chain and that
kind of thing. So with the chain, I like to
make sure that the it's kind of
straightened out and that you've got
them going straight up and down and
straight sideways, if you know what I mean.
If these ones are coming straight
up and down, then you can get a decent
mold. Now, you don't need a mold release,
it'll release quite well from there
once it's set. If I try to pull it out
now, it will all be kinda gummy. Now, the
cool thing is, is you can try whatever you
like then because if you go and you try
something in it, the mold ends up looking
kind of stupid and you don't think
you'll ever use it, or you kind of
messed it up, all you have to do is reheat it,
it takes one minute, you reheat it, melt,
knead it back up, and you're good to go
again. And you couldn't do that with any
of the other two part molds, if you mess
it up, you messed it up for good.
So that's a one really cool benefit. Now,
once it's been sitting there for a while,
I took a piece here and stuck it to
a piece of cut glass,
I'm just... it'll just peel right off, see
how cool that is. So I've got a kind of cut
glass pineapple kind of shape there and
so this starts getting really creative.
You can use this for all kinds of
different projects, you can do medallions
and a cameos, and all kinds of cool
things. So let me just show you how
to use like this mold here this little chain mold.
OK, so let's just grab a piece of clay,
it's already warmed up and when I'm
doing with the chain, I like to make it... it's
thin, thinner than what you would think
so something like that is good, and then
actually the Teflon bags work great. You
can just press right down into the mold
with the bag because your finger will
slide along easier but I'll show you how
cool these molds work, and this would be
cool for any kind of steampunk type thing.
Oops I stretched that one out a lot.
See that? See that cool chain there? And
like you can do this super tiny ones
or the ropey ones, here's one here we'll do.
You could do all kinds of neat Bezels
whenever you want.
See that? Look at that tiny tiny little
detail of that tiny chain, and you could
wrap that around something, you can
highlight it with Mica Powders, all kinds
of cool things. So I hope you like that.
This product is made by the same people
that do ComposiMold, which is also a
reusable product. I'm going to be doing
a demo on that, it behaves
differently but you can do some really
cool stuff with it as well. And if you like
that, I'm going to make sure to put links
to this product in the description or
wherever you're watching this at. And
if you like this video,
do let us know make sure to click that
like button, subscribe, and share, and do
all those cool things that we do on
these social sites. And if you have a
product you'd like me to test, a
technique you'd like me to share,
something that you would like to learn
more about in regards to polymer clay, make
sure to leave those suggestions in the
comments section below and I will do my
best to make a video in the future.
Alright so we'll see you next time and bye for now.

Play a game of weakness in recruiting by @Steli (Close.io) - Duration: 13:26.
Hey, everyone.
This is Steli Efti with Close.io.
And in today's video I'm going to share an interviewing technique that I've just developed
over the last few months that can help you uncover some of the worst secrets of a candidate
before you hire them.
The caveat here is you're going to have to reveal some of the worst secrets that you
and your company has as well in return.
I'm going to tell you a little bit more about that just in a second.
First, let me set the stage here in saying that when you hire people, it's imperative
to figure out if there is a true fit.
Right.
I talk about this in sales all the time and we'll link up to this in this video or how
important it is to figure out before you sell to somebody if they should buy your product.
If they are a qualified lead.
If you can help them and they can help you.
And only if the answer is yes, then you go into selling mode.
The same basic principle is true for candidates and people that should be working at your
company.
You don't want everybody to want to work at your company.
You want the right type of people to want to work at your company.
And you don't want to hire anyone.
You want to hire the right type of person.
Now, one of the challenges of making that happen when it comes to candidates, is that
it's the type of weird environment and social dynamic where typically both sides show up
at their best version.
Right.
It's a little bit like dating in a sense although it's weird to always go back to that metaphor
to explain a lot of things.
But it's so accurate.
What happens a lot of times in dating is that both parties show up in the best possible
version of themselves.
I think there's nothing wrong with that but sometimes one or both sides are so good at
being the best possible version that they are completely different versions of themselves.
Then one or both sides agree that there's a fit and there's a match up but the realities
of the criteria for matching up were all wrong.
Right.
And what happens is you hear three or six months or a year down the line, you hear one
side or the other go he or she changed so much.
The truth is, they didn't really change.
They just became themselves because it's impossible to maintain this fake rosey or unusual version
of yourself forever.
Eventually, you fall into being your real self with all the good and the bad.
So the same principles apply in hiring.
A lot of times the company will present itself in the best possible way, shine in the best
possible light, sometimes or many times even unfortunately, in a totally different light.
And not just the company, maybe even the job or the opportunity or the team.
It's going to be presented in a way that, you know, a few months down the line, the
candidate will turn around and go they just, the job that they promised me, completely
changed.
Or vice versa.
You'll have a company that looks at a candidate and is blown away by that candidate and just
a few months down the line they'll go well, that candidate changed and became this completely
different person.
To avoid that because that's one of the biggest waste of value, time.
Hiring somebody and making everybody in the company and the team invest in the emotionally
and with resources, on boarding them and then figuring out that they were never the right
fit, that's a very painful and very, very costly mistake.
So one hag that we developed and I developed recently over the last few months, to push
us forward and to make sure that that mistake is not being done is that I developed this
little game that I play with candidates.
So candidates go through a lot of steps with us.
We are a small team.
Only 10 people.
We're doing some amazing things with 10 people.
Our smallest competitors have over a 100 employees and we crush them with a tenth of the people
but hence, it's very important to have amazing people on our team.
So to interview with Close.io is a challenging process.
It takes a lot of steps and it's a very intense environment.
If you get through all these steps and we believe that there might be a fit, eventually
we're going to invite you to spend some time with me.
And one of the exercises that I will do with you – one of the games that I will play
and it's a game that you can use in your company when you interview people or if you are being
interviewed, you can propose playing that game with a potential employer and if you
ever want to work at Close.io and if you're awesome and want to rock and roll in sass
and work with a company that probably has the highest hustling IQ on this planet, send
us an email, send me an email at steli@close.io
If you interview with Close.io, definitely do this, propose this game and play it with
you so you can prepare for it.
That's totally fine.
The game goes something like this.
I tell the candidate about this dating, weird dynamic.
I tell them about making sure that this is really the right fit for both sides.
I'm telling them about how heartbreaking it is if we agree to work together and it takes
us many months to uncover that it was never the right fit.
So in order to combat that for both sides, I propose this game and the game goes something
like this.
I will ask you to tell me something that is a weakness of yours or some reason you could
imagine that would lead us not to like you or not to feel like you're doing a great job
at this particular company or position in the next few months.
It's an exercise of the imagination.
You come up with what could be all the reasons why this company would not like me anymore
or what are some weaknesses that I have that they will eventually uncover and that they
could potentially not like.
And I will do the same.
I will tell you some of our worst secrets.
Some of the things that you might discover down the line that you won't like, that you
haven't had a chance to get exposed to in the interview process so far.
And we can go back and forth, ping pong.
You bring up something that's wrong with and I bring up something that's wrong with us
and we go back and forth and back and forth.
And the goal of this game is to discourage each other from working together.
And if we accomplish that, awesome.
That means we saved each other many, many months.
So much time.
If we can't discourage each other, although we share our worst secrets, our worst weaknesses
and the worst possible surprises that we could come up with, then we might just work out.
The chances at least are much, much higher.
And no candidate has ever said no.
It's probably hard to say no, but they're all surprised because they've never had to
do this before.
No other company, as far as I know, is doing this with people.
But they're also excited about it.
Now, here's what typically and practically happens.
I tell them let me go first.
That's only fair.
I proposed the game, let me show some weakness.
Let me put down the kimono first before I ask that from the other party.
So I go and I typically share something pretty dramatic.
Right.
I'll tell them something we're struggling with right now or something that I think is
not going to be as great.
Then I ask them to return the favor and typically the first thing that people share is kind
of a BS weakness.
It's usually along the lines of I work too hard.
Or I can't help but help too many people.
It's these bullshit weaknesses that are truly strengths.
So it's fine.
At that point, they still don't trust this process.
It still feels risky to fully share something vulnerable.
So they typically give me some BS thing and I'll just buy it.
We're just warming up here.
So I'm not too hard with them.
So then I go again and I go even harder and I make myself and our company really vulnerable
and I share something real, no bullshit here.
And typically in the second round that I give them, if they go again with the BS thing,
I won't let them get away with it.
I'll tell them – I'll stop them at some point and go this is great, but this is sort
of like I'm just too hard working and too good looking and I think those are weaknesses
just like how much I love puppies and care for environment.
Those things are not really bad things.
So give me something bad.
Give me something that could shock me.
Give me something that other companies didn't like about you.
Give me something that your mom doesn't like.
Just give me something real.
And at that point, I feel like I've earned it because I've given you two really hard
honest potential negative things about my company.
So if we're playing this game, let's play it by the rules.
And typically at that point, they have to make a decision.
Either they're keeping their guard up and bullshitting me but I already called them
out so this is not going to work out or they need to let go and be real.
And usually that's the moment that people decide to do that.
And then magic happens.
Then they give me something good.
I give them something good.
They give me something good.
I give them something good.
That conversation is the most real conversation I ever have in the interviewing process.
It's a very challenging one.
It's a vulnerable one so you need to know how to propose it.
You need to know how to have this conversation in a way that it inspires trust and make somebody
feel comfortable doing this but it reveals some really important things.
Some things that you don't want to have in the beginning of the conversation but some
things that if candidates goes through multiple steps and eventually we invite them in-house
and they spend some time with us and they have lunch with us and we really want to figure
out if this is the right person, it's an important conversation to have.
Usually – and there are a few things that come out of it.
Sometimes or most of the time actually, there are one or two things that they bring up that
I had picked up on or our team had picked up already.
That's good.
It's like our hunch was maybe there is something here or maybe there's a weakness that's being
covered.
And then the candidate mentions it and we're like oh there's a real thing.
This is very much a weakness, can we live with this or not?
Sometimes they bring up something completely new that we didn't think about, didn't see
in the process and we go wow, how did we miss this?
What can we do to learn and improve on this because this is an important weakness to pick
up on.
Or they bring up something that kind of completely changes the way we looked at them, either
to the better or the worse, but it's always enlightening.
Also, if you do reference checks, and we always do, before we make you an offer, we will always
reach out to some references and talk to them about you.
One of the best and most powerful tools I've discovered to make these reference calls valuable
is to be armed with that knowledge.
So if I can come into the conversation say hey, Bob told me one of his weaknesses is
X, Y, Z, I'm curious, you worked with Bob, how did that impact you?
How do you feel about this?
What's your take on it?
That gives the person that's a reference the permission to talk about some real shit.
Because Bob talked about it with me as well.
So I can now have much more powerful conversations and really get some good stuff.
As a tip when you ask for references, we always ask for three to four and we always ask the
candidate to explain to us why they've chosen these references.
There's a lot you can learn about a candidate based on what kind of references they choose
and why?
And if they do a really poor job in choosing very poor references for very poor reasons,
that tells you something about them.
Right.
So that's it.
That's the hack.
You play a game of weakness and you become vulnerable and what you're trying to do is
you're trying to save each other from the best versions of yourself.
You're trying to become really, really real really quickly and save each other time if
it's not the perfect fit.
And in the process, you reconfirm if it is the right fit.
If you play that game and you are more excited at the end of it than at the beginning of
it, that's a very strong sign that you should hire that person.
That person should join your team as quickly as possible.
All right.

【ほぼケイトでメイクしてみた!】一日の持ちもチェック!Full Face Using Almost All Kate Products + Check In - Duration: 18:22.
today I did full face using almost all KATE products!
this is how it looks like
it's a little bit more smokey than usual
I said this in my Paul and Joe video but I didn't include products that are not from KATE in this video
but they are all in the description below so if you are interested please check that out
let's start!
i've already done my brows and the product is from KATE
it's the famous, Designing eyebrow N
but i've already done a video just on my brows so
if you are interested please check that out
I also have concealer on my eyelids as a base
i am going to apply the lightest shade all over my lid to
set my concealer and also to make a base for the eyeshadows
and then I am going to take the contour shade as a
trasition shade
so just right here
i am going to be using this shade a lot throughout this look because
i don't want a sharp line between the shadows
no I am going back to the eyebrow kit
i am going to take the middle shade
and place that on the crease
the transition shade was over my crease but this time it's on the crease
i am just going to take this brush that's got nothing on it to blend everything out
now i am taking the darkest shade ob the eyebrow kit
and i am going to apply this on 1/3 of my eye
now i am just going to blend it out again
i was blending without putting any product on but this time, i am taking the contour shade again to blend
i am going to take the lightest shade from the eyebrow kit again to apply it on the inner corner since
the shade has faded from blending
i'm just gonna apply it so that the shade is more pigmented
the eyeliner doesn't work anymore but i am going to take the shimmer and
apply it in the middle
i'm just going to use my finger to blend it out
i blended it out too much so i am going to apply the shimmer again
and then i am going to take the darkest shade form Real Create Eyes BR-1 which i only have this shade left
and i am going to take this thin brush to apply this shadow as an eyeliner
this has so much pigment!
it won't focus
i hope you guys saw how pigmented it was
i am finished with my eyes for now
i am going to do the rest of my eye makeup once i am donewith my face make up
so let's move on to foundation
i already have my primers on
the foundation i am going to be using is powderless liquid for cover
i use this whenever i put on makeup
but i always wear it with a darker foundation so
i am a little bit worried that it's going to be too light for me but
it will be fine
as the name says, this has a powdery finish so it's matte
the coverage isn't crazy
it's a medium coverage i guess
it's not full coverage
but it doesn't give you a natural finish so
I think I love the eyebrow kit the most out of all the products that i am using today
it's no surprise that it's popular
it stays on for the whole day
but it's not hard to take it off when you are cleansing your face
i use it all the time
it also lasts for a long time as well
i use it a lot but it's still not gone
you can also use it as eyeshadows as well
so i love it!
i am going to apply another ayer
the shade match isn't too bad i guess
but it's not perfect
i am going to take it down my neck to match my shade
i am going to take a little bit of foundation and use it to cover my dark circles
you can still see my acne scars but
i am hoping that the powder will have some coverage
i've never used it before
i took of the sealing yesterday
i am going to apply this all over my face
i always use a brush when I am using powder but
since it has a puff sponge with it
i am going to use that
if there's any chunks i can always use a brush to dust it off
i don't know if it's because this foundation has a matte finish,
i did my left side and not the right side but
i feel like there's not much difference
and it also didn't have the coverage that i want
i should've used some concealer but
it's too late now
i feel like it covered my nose pretty well
now i am going to take the contour shade that i used for a transition shade to
contour my face
as you can see, my make up is pretty smokey today so i am not going to use any blush today so
i am going to contour my face harshly
i think it will be fine to use the brush that came with it but
i feel like contour brushes should be stiff
and this is really soft
for example, this is the one that i use all the time and it's the brush that comes with benefit's hoola
it's really stiff
this is really soft
i mean i want my brushes to be soft but not with contouring brushes
this is like this
since I am curious as well, i am going to contour with the KATE brush on the left side and
the right side with benefit's brush
the contour powder is from KATE
i am going to start with my brush
what i like about this brush is that I can contour with this side and blend with this side
it'snot hard but it's stiff
i don't know about the other one because it's stiff
i belive that the brush that came with CANMAKE's contour powder was really soft as well
i don't really think you can contour with that but
you'll never know until you try
umm
yea it's not really a pretty contour
so i am sorry but i am going use this brush
i like it!
the powder itself is pretty good !
it's not too orage on me
some contours can me too orange tone but this one wasn't
i am going to contour my nose with this as well
let's go back to the eyes
i am goin to take the shimmer that i put in the middle
the only shimmer in this look
i am going to place that until my pupil ends
i was gong to place it until my pupil ends but
i am going to stop here
i thought that it would be a bit weird to add tons of light shimmer with this look
I am sorry that i am not in the frame!
i think i am done with the shimmer
and then
i kind of like how the eyeliner shadow is smudged under my eye right now but
i still want
i always drop something
i still want it to be more smokey
i just connected with the upper eyeshadow
like this
so that it doesn't look weird
since there are too much difference between the dark eyeshadow and the shimmer
i feel like it would be hard to blend them together so
i am going to take the middle shade from the eyebrow kit
on this small brush to
blend both of the shades
i am so sorry that i'm not in the frame again!
i am going to take the darkest shade and the middle shade
so these two
i' m just going to add this to make it even more smokey
i am going to shimmer again because
the dark shades took over a little bit too much so
i am hoping that by adding the shimmer, it would be blended out perfectly
i like it!
i am going to finish the other eye and mascara and then move on to the lips
i was going to move on to my lips but i forgot about highlighting and
it's in the kit so
i am going to highlight
i want to highlight with a fan brush but
i never see them in japan
maybe there are some in MAC but
they test ob animals so
i can't buy it from them so
please let me know if you've seen fan brushes in Japan!
because i don't think this brush is good for highlighting
i don't really see anything?
let's add some more
it's very subtle
it's not a boom highlight
i am going to add more contour
i am using this brush because i want it to be like bronzing as well
let's move on to my lips next
for lips,i am using color lip tint in RD-1
it's pink but it's not a girly pink so
i thnk it's perfect for this look
but i've never used this before so
i don't really use tint as well
i am going to stop talking now
i like it!
it's like a nude pink
i love it!
i feel like red would go with this look as well but
that would be a bold look so
i am happy that i chose this color
make up is done!
i was going to end it but
i wanted to do a check in at the end of the day but
it's already past like an hour since i applied my make up
right now it's 3 55
this is how it looks like after an hour
i'll see you guys in 7~8
right now it looks like this
i know for sure that the eyebrows will stay on
you can't really see the pigment through the camera but
it's actually pretty pigmented but
it's a bit stciky
so i don't know if it will stay on
you won't be able to sde properly if the eyeshadows fell or not because it's pretty smokey already but
hopefully it's not on my cheeks
i'll see you guys at night!
i'm sorry that i forgot about check in!i couldn't show you guys the close up right after but
this is what it look like after an hour
i'll see you guys at night!
right now it's 8 o'clock so it's probably 6 hours later but 5 hours for sure
i was a little bit cold in the tshirt so i changed but don't worry it's still the same day
let's zoom in and take off my glasses,
the eyeshadows stayed on pretty well
i don't look like a panda
the shadow that i used for eyeshadow
wait of course shadows are eyeshadows
i was worried about the "eyeliner" that i did with eyeshadow
i thought that it would smudge
and this is really important in this look but
it stayed on pretty well
the shimmer stayed on as well
the contour
also did a good job
i think i told you guys that the powder didn't really do anything but
nothing stays on my nose and chin but
today, it's not bad as the other days!
so i like it!
the foundation is.. i mean it didn't do well with my glasses
i use this because i have it but
i don't really like it that much
but it's not that drying
i don't really have to take about the brows because
it's just amazing
it never comes off
i've never had a trouble with longevity with this product
this is so good
everyone know right
i want to know what you guys do with the nose area
cuz i want to know!
the lips came off
i didn't reapply it so of course it's going to be off
but it didn't really stain my cups when i was drinking something
so i like it!
Let's go back to the morning me
so today i did my makeup using almost all kate products
i did a spring lookbook featuring this t-shirt and this out fit is in it as well so
please check it out
kate is really affordable
it has a lot of pigment
I don't think you can go wrong with kate
i think the frist make up that i used was from kate
i am still a beginner at make up but i think it's really good for starting out!
