Hello! My name is Huda from Hudabeauty
and today I am teaching you a very important part of makeup
I will show you how to get a flawless skin using foundation and concealer
these steps will help you achieve a natural finish
without looking heavy and cakey
First, I will start with the skin tone
it is very important to figure out what your skin tone is
first, look at the skin of your arm
to see if your veins are blue or green
I'm going to use a foundation that is more golden or yellowish beige
my veins look so green
so if your veins look really green, you should opt for a more yellow foundation
People from France and Britain for instance, tend to have more of a beige undertone
for me, I use a foundation that has a yellow or golden undertone
this is Dior Star number 40
I absolutely love this foundation!
Second, I am going to use a corrector to cancel out any dark pigmentation under my eyes
I am using an orangey corrector
from this Camouflage palette from Makeup Forever number 5
if you want a more affordable corrector, this palette is from CityColor
it has many colors in it for correcting and contouring
I got this from Amazon for about 10$
and then I'm using this concealer palette from Cinema Secrets
there are a lot of colors, I love this one it has a yellow undertone
to set the base, I am going to use this powder from Laura Mercier
I like a bronzed look, so I am using an awesome bronzer from Victoria Beckham
I got it from Net-a-porter.com
I will list all the links in the description box below
It is called Java Sun number 1, and it is AMAZING!
For the highlight, I am using two eye shadow from our beloved Rose Gold palette
And lastly, I will be using this beautiful blush from Too Faced
it is called Love Lush
first, I am a little embarrassed to tell you this
but I use Vagisil cream before any makeup
I love this product because it's so soothing and it's a perfect base for makeup
I will use this orange corrector underneath my eyes
and around my mouth where I have a little bit of dark pigmentation
this brush is perfect for the task, it's G26 from Morphe Brushes
you don't have to use the exact same brush but find one that is a bit dense
I am applying the corrector under my eyes
and around my mouth
it's very common to see women with dark pigmentation in this area and it gets so dry
so if you have that, don't worry!
so I applied this orange concealer on all the dark areas on my face
and then, I'm applying foundation to cover everything up
this is Dior Star number 40
and I'm using this foundation brush from RMS which I love
I like to blend my foundation using a patting motion
to help the foundation to sink in really well
Then, I'm using this concealer palette from Cinema Secrets
with this brush; I am mixing these two concealers and applying them under my eyes to highlight
I then look at my face to see where I need more highlight
my chin is a bit small so I highlight it to make it appear a bit taller
I laugh a lot, that's why I have these lines over here
so I am using the same foundation brush to blend out the concealer
And now it's time to contour my nose
I am using this contour cream from the City Color Palette
this color is perfect for nose contouring because it has a grey undertone that mimics the real shadow
I am applying a tiny bit of product on this brush
Then, I am using the same concealer brush to soften the edge and slim down the nose
and now I am mixing these two colors from the Makeup Forever palette to contour my face
I love this brush for contouring, it's from Morphe Brushes G2
I am patting it lightly in the hollows on my cheeks
strong contouring is not trendy anymore
I am going for a soft and more natural contour
I am going back now with the foundation brush to blend out everything seamlessly
It's time for baking!
I am sure you have all heard about this technique
baking is really important to set the makeup
and it also prevents creasing under the eyes when you are applying mascara
I am dipping my sponge in this powder and picking up a good amount
and now I am patting it under my eyes
I am going to leave it like this for now
if you leave this on for a few minutes, your skin is going to absorb the makeup
and now I am setting the rest of my face lightly with powder
to contour and bronze up my face, I am using this product from Victoria Beckham
and this brush from Chikuhodo called GSN 4
and I am applying it lightly in the hollows of my cheeks
and also on the sides of my nose with a Mac 287 brush
I like to use a tiny little bit of this Eye shadow Suede from out Hudabeauty Rose Gold Palette to contour my nose
I am now adding more loose powder on the sides of my nose to make it thinner
and a little bit on my chin to make it taller
While waiting for the powder to bake, I am going to fill in my eyebrows
so this powder has been setting for about 10mins
I am now going to brush the excess off with this a 114 Zoeva brush
I am applying a little bit of bronzer on my cheeks to blend out any harsh lines
I am mixing these two eye shadows: Angelic and Moondust from the Hudabeauty Rose Gold palette
and with a 288 brush from Mac, I am mixing the two of them
and applying it on the top of my cheeks for highlight
then I am using this brush again to blend it
I am using the same eye shadow mix to highlight my cupid's bow
and the brow bone
and lastly, my tear ducts
finally, I am using this blush on my cheeks and a little bit on the contoured areas
And we're done!

so we're all excited for a new year
we're setting new year's resolutions
life goals what we want to accomplish
this year but how can you set realistic
business goals so that come the end of
this year you aren't disappointed about
what you didn't accomplish that you had
hoped you did today i'm going to share
with you tips on how to create realistic
business goals so that at the end of the
year you can see how successful you were
and how much you get accomplished
hey guys welcome back to another episode
of just the tips with trena where i provide alright
entrepreneurs tips and tricks on how to
create a video content strategy that
works for them and their business if you

start of a new year we all got really
super excited for goal-setting right but
the problem with goal setting is
sometimes we might set goals a bit too
high i'm gonna get discouraged and
depressed when we don't achieve them
I know at the beginning of 2016
i set my goals trip he high
it was my first year in business I just
started my business in January 2016 I
said operating my business both down
this is I'm going to accomplish and let
me tell you who the goals were not meant
to be because they were so high and
honestly super unattainable so i really
want to sit down this year to create
realistic goals
there's obviously some of those goals
that you really want to strive for but
having realistic goal really is what
keeps you motivated and doesn't make you
feel like you're a total loser for not
reaching your goals so the first thing
you want you to do is sit down and take
a look at what all you accomplished in
2016
maybe you didn't meet those goals you
wrote down but i'm sure there is a lot
that you accomplish this you never even
mad
and that you an accomplice i personally
know that there are so many things that
complex in 2016
but I never would have even thought as a
goal at the beginning of the year
sit down to think about all the things
you accomplished and write them down
I want you to also think about the
things that stress you or overwhelmed
you and how you can really try to avoid
that in the new year
now I want you to just brain dump on a
piece of paper write down all the things
you know you're thinking about
accomplishing this year
write down everything it doesn't matter
how big Hospital just a total brain dump
on a piece of paper so that you can get
an idea you know of all the things
you're hoping to accomplish this year
and then I want to focus on different
Bowl levels now I didn't come up with
this on my own courtney johnson of the
rule breakers club she talked about this
this last year on one of her videos i
just found it recently and I felt it was
just a great idea and a great plan for
setting goals especially business chol
if you're just starting out and you're
not really sure you know what you're
going to accomplish you don't have
anything to look at from the year before
to see how things grew how things went
with you struggle with the first type of
all I want you to set are those goals
that you have to accomplish to stay in
business to think about you know what
you have to do every month to stay in
business
how much money you have to meet to stay
in business and not you know give full
time job or get a part-time job think
about those goals that you need to just
get by because those are important to
you because you are chasing your dream
you know being your own being an
entrepreneur and running your own
business to think about this minimal
goals you have to meet to stay open
pretty much then I want you to think
about like the big lofty goals so she
caused these gold unicorn goals to think
of those big goals that you would love
to see maybe it's a collaboration with
somebody that you admire maybe it's a
client that you would really like to get
or maybe it's an email subscriber number
that you would really love to get to go
ahead and write that gold down because
we all
we need to have something to you know
reach for have that motivation but we
don't want all of our goal is to be
these huge giant big dreams because like
i said then we can get depressed if we
don't actually accomplish any of our
goals then the next goals i want to
write down our like different levels of
gold to the bottom level of goals are
the goals you need to accomplish the
state open then the next level think
about the next level up what are some
goals you can do maybe to make some
extra income or maybe reach that
vacation level or one of the next level
so think about different levels of gold
so your bottom level is what you need to
do to stay open and your top level is
you know that ultimate huge goal like
makes $500,000 or get 5,000 email
subscribers in here whatever your
ultimate lofty goal is and then break it
down into different levels so that you
have different goals to reach and you
can actually check off balls if you do
meet so you don't feel like you didn't
succeed once you have your goals always
it out then I want you to start breaking
them down into little tasks that you'll
need to do to accomplish these this is
the most important part because having a
game plan to breed your goal is the only
way you're going to reach them to start
writing them down and little pass and
filter them out through your year figure
out you know which tasks you're going to
do which weeks which month to really get
to your ultimate goal
this is the best way to create business
goals that are going to help your
business grow help you grow and really
motivate you to keep going towards your
dreams
so when you are writing down your goals
so just write down anything they need to
be smart goals what i mean by that is
specific breakdown specific social media
followers that you want to have or email
subscribers you want to have they also
need to be measurable again you need to
really write down with Hannibal numbers
that you want to meet which leaves
instead paintable you need to have
attainable goals these are goals you can
actually
you need because like i said if we don't
have to mold because I think we're
totally feel like failures gonna get
depressed and that is not what we want
by setting goals you're going to set
rolling goals so are these gold feasible
these something that you can achieve so
if you're starting out Brown 00 email
subscribers i'm going to guess it's not
really feasible fat and goal of a
hundred thousand subscribers the first
year is acceptable
you can try but I don't want to get in
the mindset that this is my bowl I'm
going to choose i'm going to do it
that's great but also maybe set like a
second-period down maybe you want to get
5,000 email subscribers just make sure
it's feasible of where you're at in your
business and finally make a timetable
for all of these goals they need to have
deadlines so that you aren't just oh
yeah i'll do that next week or I'll do
that mix month they all need to have
timetable success specific time frames
that you want to achieve these goals
because it's a half are setting business
goals that are really going to help you
grow your business and really motivate
you to achieve more if you have any tips

today I did full face using almost all KATE products!
this is how it looks like
it's a little bit more smokey than usual
I said this in my Paul and Joe video but I didn't include products that are not from KATE in this video
but they are all in the description below so if you are interested please check that out

i've already done my brows and the product is from KATE
it's the famous, Designing eyebrow N
but i've already done a video just on my brows so
if you are interested please check that out
I also have concealer on my eyelids as a base
i am going to apply the lightest shade all over my lid to
set my concealer and also to make a base for the eyeshadows
and then I am going to take the contour shade as a
trasition shade
so just right here
i am going to be using this shade a lot throughout this look because
i don't want a sharp line between the shadows
no I am going back to the eyebrow kit
i am going to take the middle shade
and place that on the crease
the transition shade was over my crease but this time it's on the crease
i am just going to take this brush that's got nothing on it to blend everything out
now i am taking the darkest shade ob the eyebrow kit
and i am going to apply this on 1/3 of my eye
now i am just going to blend it out again
i was blending without putting any product on but this time, i am taking the contour shade again to blend
i am going to take the lightest shade from the eyebrow kit again to apply it on the inner corner since
the shade has faded from blending
i'm just gonna apply it so that the shade is more pigmented
the eyeliner doesn't work anymore but i am going to take the shimmer and
apply it in the middle
i'm just going to use my finger to blend it out
i blended it out too much so i am going to apply the shimmer again
and then i am going to take the darkest shade form Real Create Eyes BR-1 which i only have this shade left
and i am going to take this thin brush to apply this shadow as an eyeliner
this has so much pigment!
it won't focus
i hope you guys saw how pigmented it was
i am finished with my eyes for now
i am going to do the rest of my eye makeup once i am donewith my face make up
so let's move on to foundation
i already have my primers on
the foundation i am going to be using is powderless liquid for cover
i use this whenever i put on makeup
but i always wear it with a darker foundation so
i am a little bit worried that it's going to be too light for me but
it will be fine
as the name says, this has a powdery finish so it's matte
the coverage isn't crazy
it's a medium coverage i guess
it's not full coverage
but it doesn't give you a natural finish so
I think I love the eyebrow kit the most out of all the products that i am using today
it's no surprise that it's popular
it stays on for the whole day
but it's not hard to take it off when you are cleansing your face
i use it all the time

i think i told you guys that the powder didn't really do anything but
nothing stays on my nose and chin but

the foundation is.. i mean it didn't do well with my glasses
i use this because i have it but
i don't really like it that much
but it's not that drying

Ankle Fracture Stretches & Exercises - Ask Doctor Jo - Duration: 6:49.
Hey everybody it's Doctor Jo, and today I'm gonna show you some stretches and
exercises for an ankle fracture.
Let's get started.
So just to clarify, don't start these stretches and
exercises until after you are cleared by your doctor. This is not during the
fracture, this is once the fracture has healed. So let's start off with some
stretches. I like to do stretches sometimes if you're on the ground and
not able to hang it off like a chair or bed, to prop it up on something so it
just gives you more room to move your ankle around. You can use a strap or a
belt, you can use a dog leash if you have a dog, or you can use a big beach towel
if you don't have any of those. Make sure and wrap it kind of around the ball of your
foot, not up at your toes and not down low. That will help give you the
best stretch. You want to keep your leg nice and straight and just relax your
ankle. So the strap is doing all the work, and then you're just going to pull it
towards you as far as you comfortably can and hold that for about 30 seconds.
You should feel the stretch in your calf area underneath here. If you've had an
ankle fracture, you might actually feel it in the joint and that's fine as long
as it's not painful just that tension. That kind of hurt so good feeling. So 30
seconds, do that three times. Then you're going to go into some exercises. I like
these loop bands, they're really nice because then you'll have to hold on as
much. You don't have to tie your bands in knots. And King Athletic was very nice
to donate some of these loop bands to us, so check those out if you get a chance
and you want to try some out. And they have different weights which is really
cool, too. But just to start off with, again you're going to put it kind of around
the ball of your foot there because you don't want it to be up on your toes
where the band's going to come flying back at you, but you want to don't want
to be too low because then you're not going to get that resistance either. And
this time you're just going to push down like you're pushing on a pedal, and then
slowly come back up. Now if your muscles are weak from the fracture, it might kind
of
wiggle a little bit like that, but try and keep it is steady as you can. If
you're wiggling a lot, you might not be ready for either that resistance band or
a band at all, and just try it without the band. So just start off with about 10
of those and then if it gets easy, you can go up to 20 - 25, and those are easy
then you can get a stronger resistive band. Then wrap it around both feet kind
of at the ball of your feet, and then turn your foot out into the eversion, going
out. Now try to keep your leg itself pretty still, so it's not the whole leg
turning out, it's just that ankle going out, and then if you need to kind of hold
that leg a little bit that's fine. It's going to turn just a little bit, but you
don't want the whole leg turning. You're trying to do all that movement at the
ankle, so coming out and then slowly coming back in. So make sure you're
controlling that band,
don't let the band control you. And then you're going to cross over, and with the
band still at the ball of your feet, now you're going to push inwards, even though it's
going out that way, into inversions. So again, just at that ankle not the whole
leg. So if you feel like your whole leg is moving, you might want to hold on to it or
something like that to make sure you're just getting that movement at the ankle.
And if you feel like it's too hard, then just try it without the band at all.
Alright now we're going to do some exercises standing up. So for the
standing calf stretch, you're going to take the foot that you want to stretch,
and put it back behind you.
The front leg can bend a little bit. The back heel stays down and your foot stays
fairly forward. So not turned out to the side, that's going to take away from the
stretch. Hold onto something nice and sturdy like a chair or counter top, and
then bend this knee forward as much as you can until you feel the stretch in
the back. Make sure you keep that heel down, so you're just stretching this way,
and then you want to hold that stretch for about 30 seconds,
and then come back up, and do that three times for the calf stretch. Then you're
going to stretch the soleus muscle, which is the muscle underneath, and to stretch
that one this time you bend the back knee as well, but you're still trying to
keep that heel down. And again if you had an ankle fracture, you might feel it
more in the ankle joint vs here, but that's okay. You're just trying to get
that movement in there. So this time, bend that back one and the front one, and then
stretch. So right there hold that for about 30 seconds again, and then do three
of those as well. Then for some strengthening. You're going to do some
heel raises, so with your feet about shoulder-width apart, again hold onto
something if you need to for balance, and come up on your toes and then slowly
come down. Really try and control that movement because if you're your muscles
are pretty weak in the ankle, it's going to just try and come straight down, but
really try and control it going up and coming back down. That's the
important part. So just start off with about 10 of those, get up in 20-25, if that
becomes easy, then you can try it with one foot. So the same thing, just coming
up and then slowly coming back down. With that single heel raise right there. And
then for the last one, just doing some balance because our balance muscles have
a lot to do with our ankles and our hips, so when those muscles are weak, then we
get off balance a lot. We don't want you falling, so then you're just going to
stand on one foot. Again make sure and hold onto something nice and sturdy.
Start off with two hands and just maybe go 15-20 seconds. If you get to a minute
and that's easy, then just go to your fingers, and if that becomes easy, try just
one finger, and then if that's still easy, then just balancing on that one foot. And
if you look down, you're going to see your foot wiggling and moving just a
little bit. That's fine. That's just those muscles trying to find the balance. Even
when you don't have an injury,
they're going to do that, but if it's painful, you're probably not quite ready
for that yet. So there you have it, those were your stretches and exercises for an

1 minute crafting guides - Part 1: Equipment crafting - Duration: 4:57.
Ahoy!
This is the first part of my crafting guide trilogy.
This video is going to be about equipment crafting,
the second part will go through the basic craft,
and the 3rd will be about some tips on how to advance or make money with crafting in general.
Well let's begin! First of all, to open the crafting window,
you have to press F, or select the craft option from the cabal menu.
This is the window that you have to get familiar with.
On the left side, you can see the different categories,
in my case for example, there are rings, amulets and some miscellaneous stuff unlocked.
You can have a total of 12 slots, so that should be more than enough for every enthusiast.
Before I start explaining let me show you how to add new ones.
It's really pretty easy: you just have to move to Port Lux, and take the daily quest from Chloe, the craft NPC.
After doing that, you can add new categories by clicking the Add button.
Every day, you can get 1 more of those items to unlock new categories.
They look like... well it's up to your fantasy.
In case of jewelry, there are only rings and amulets, but for the rest of the equipment, there are 2 levels:
Craftsman's, and master's.
Let me just register one of each.
As you can see you can choose from all types of items for every class.
When you unlock a category, you'll see that this little hammer icon shows zero.
That means your craft experience, or as it's called in the game, your amity is 0. You can advance that by crafting items.
If you click 1 of the categories, you can select the Grade, the type, and the quantity you wish to create.
Grade goes from bluestin to archridium, type allows you to select the craft option,
and the quantity, obviously means the number of items you're going to craft in a row.
The required components are shown under those. The ones your inventory is missing are marked with red,
and the ones you have are marked with white.
You can also move your mouse over it to see the description of the item.
You can only attempt crafting if you've got every required component in your inventory.
A basic example of a successful item is shown on this picture.
The outcome can be either a fail, a success, and a so called huge success, which gives your item better stats than listed on the example item.
That little battery icon under the item shows the amount of energy you need to attempt crafting.
our current and maximum energies are displayed in the top right corner of the crafting window.
This recharges over time, something like 2 points a minute or so, but I'm not sure about that. The point is, it's pretty fast.
The hammer icon under that, shows the amount of craft exp, or amity you get should you succeed.
This is added to the category you're crafting in. In case of a fail, you get 1 point.
Now, let me just craft something, an amulet for example. As you can see I've got 975 amity right now.
If this is successful then I'll reach 1000.
There is a checkpoint at every 1000 points. To progress further, you must pay a certain amount of alz.
Once you do that, you'll also complete achievements, and increase your available energy.
As far as I know, your chance to succeed also becomes higher, the more amity you have.
I should also note that you can start crafting mithril items at 0 amity too, so there's no real requirement, but your chance to succeed will be close to 0.
It's worth progressing before going any higher. Also, after reaching a certain level, you will no longer gain amity for lower level crafts.
For example if you look at rings in my case, the amity I get is 0 for the most basic items, but if I try crafting higher grade ones, I'll still gain some.
And last but not least, let me show you an example of what success looks like.

There we go!
These are the normal items, in this case 4, 5 and 6% amp,
aaaand this is what huge success means, 8% amp. They can also be epic boosted.
