"I'll Miku-Miku You♪ (For Reals)" Músic & Lyrics: ika
I've come here
From beyond the bounds of science
I didn't come with a leek
But I wouldn't mind having one
Um, I wonder if you could
Hurry up and install me on your PC
Is something wrong?
You've been staring at the package forever
I'm gonna
Miku-Miku you
And push myself to sing better
I'm gonna Miku-Miku you
So you'd better get ready
I'll Miku-Miku you, for reals
I'll do my best to the very end
I'll Miku-Miku you, for reals
So why don't you relax a little
I'm gonna Miku-Miku you
I'll make you more Miku-Miku
Than anyone else in the world♪
So please, give me more to sing

XXXTENTACION Speaks From Behind Bars | Genius Interview - Duration: 4:10.
South Florida rapper XXXTENTACION might be the first new star of 2017—his breakout
hit "Look At Me!" has been streamed over 20 million times.
While his music is blowing up, the 19-year-old artist has been locked
up in Broward County Jail, awaiting trial for felony charges that include home invasion,
robbery, aggravated battery, and false imprisonment.
A$AP Rocky recently voiced his support for X on Instagram.
This past weekend, at a concert in Amsterdam, Drake previewed a new song,
and X's fans accused him of ripping off "Look At Me!":
While fans were originally hoping to see X released in January, his trial was mysteriously
pushed to April.
We recently called up X in jail to talk about his uncertain future
and his latest wave of buzz.
Yes?
Hey what's up X it's Cal from Genius.
So can you tell us a little about who X is?
and how do you see your music fitting into the current music scene?
I like to consider myself an artist.
I do alternative rock, melancholy indie, all the way down to an old school lyrical boom
bap rap, like Kendrick Lamar or Joey Badass, all the way down to a New Age rap like Young
Thug, Lil Uzi, and all of them boys.
I try and keep it as multi genre as possible or like switch up my style as much as possible.
X can you talk a little about what it's like having your music blow up right now
when you can't experience it firsthand?
As far as knowing how much my name is buzzing, I haven't exactly gotten a feeling as to
how really big I am"
so it's still kind
of unreal.
Once I get out
i feel like that's when it's gonna get hectic and crazy.
Is there anyone you want to work with when you get out?
As of right now I want to work with the Fray, Kings of Leon, and probably Lorde.
I do multi-genre, i don't just rap
I don't do anything just to do it.
Everything that i've created has a subliminal concept.
I'm seeing how I can be the greatest artist there is. My goal in the very end, to
surpass every artist there every was and to conceptually fuck all of them.
Do you have any plans to sign to a label or are you trying to stay independent?
I have no intentions of signing as an artist over to a label, but have plans to give them
the rights to mixtapes and albums.
I'll still be the same artist I was before—no one can get in my head and no one can change
me.
I really wanna fuck the industry inside out and put a hole in it
for underground artists to make their way onto the radio and get more artistic things
played rather than the bullshit they have now.
Any updates about your case that you could share with us?
Due to the lack of evidence in both cases, I know I will be out—that is not the problem.
My main thing is trying to get the team of attorneys on my case to push the issue, like,
"Yo this guy has something going on with his life, he can't be in here wasting time."
If they proceed with the case, I'm going to sue the state and the state
attorney's office.
What's next for X?
Now you're gonna see who's the greatest
artist of the century and of this generation. And I'm gonna make sure I claim that.
I'm not talking about best artist in my city, or in my country—i''m going for
best artist in the world, that's what I'm goin for.
I'm goin for best artist, best conceptual artist in the world.
So I'm comin for everybodys shit.
Assuming X is released in April,
He says he has a bunch of new projects on the way.
full-length album called 17
a mixtape called "I Love Jesus, the mixtape a mixtape."
a horror movie sampling project called Horror Junkie,
and a new mixtape with his collective called Members Only Volume 3.

BABE, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE A PERFECT VEGAN - Duration: 17:37.
hey guys welcome back ! So, today it's
going to be a bit of a different video
from what you're used to see on my channel.as much
as I like to film & create and edit my food
recipe videos, I wanted to talk to you
today about an issue that i've had in my
mind for quite a long time now. I wanted
to film this video for a long time,
but somehow I thought that it wasn't
going to be great, because I couldn't
structure the way that I wanted to make
it. and so that you could take something
from it.and I still couldn't find a way
to structure it, so this is going to be me,
talking about the issue of being a
perfect vegan or having the pressure of
being like a real vegan. I feel like
there's this idea of like who's going to be
the best vegan. And this pressure comes from
non-vegan people, as well as from vegan
people, which I find completely detrimental
to this awesome lifestyle.i hope
that you can relate that's actually why
I'm doing this video. for non-vegan
people that are scared of being or going
vegan, and also for vegan people that
feel sometimes guilty of not being as
perfect as they think they should be.
everything that I'm going to say in this
video is completely my opinion. i'm open
to discussion, as long as it's
positive criticism and just hate
comments. also, i might not choose the
right word every time, that's just like
what comes to my mind and English is
not my first language..so yeah. so when
I first thought about that issue of
pressure of being a perfect vegan,
I thought that, that might be caused by
something. I think it is caused by the
fact that we are following so many people
on social media. We are following people
that are inspirational people and that
do everything they can to show the
best of theirselves. They also usually are
people that are vegan, that are doing yoga,
that are doing
meditation, that are like, really into
health and like sometimes fitness, you
know all that.
so we have the illusion of people that
are perfect and also we have the
illusion of vegans are necessarily
associated with all. that's like a
package that comes with you being vegan.
I think that we need to remember that
being vegan has one goal and that is not
contribute to animal exploitation or
animal cruelty.
it is a compassionate way of living
towards the animal and towards the
animal first. it is love message and not a
hateful one. sometimes when I'm on social
media
tho, I feel like it's a competition on
who's going to be the best vegan.
I feel like some people in this
community feel or think that they
own the truth on how to vegan, and that
there's only one way to be vegan. if a
person doesn't align with all these
things, then they can't be vegan or they don't
have the permission to call themselves
vegan. i think that is super moralizing,
and that's definitely not compassionate.
I think it doesn't matter how you're vegan,
as long as you're vegan, and even if you're
not vegan yet, as long as you're in line
with your actions, your mindful and happy
with everything you're doing, I think it
is perfectly fine. And you're not a
horrible person for not being vegan. You
need to remember that doing something
is always better than doing nothing,
you know. also being vegan does not solve all the world
problems. you'll hear people say "oh you're
vegan but you're wearing nike shoes, have
you heard about, like, child labor ?" and all
these things. I think it is extremely annoying.
just because you're vegan doesn't mean
that you have to be a perfect person
that's going to help to solve all the
world's disease.
I feel like we're shouldn't rank what is
a better cause to support. Like, if you're
a person that cares about animals like i
do, it's so cool if you're vegan! and
if you're a person that's more
compassionate about, like, homeless people,
that's awesome too! we don't need to rank
who's the best and who's doing the most
powerful thing in this world, you know.
Although, I wanna say, being vegan helps so many
other like.. I mean it has a lot of other
side effects like environmental issues,
or hunger. sometimes i'm scrolling
through forums, i'm in some facebook
groups and stuff, and when i read what
people say, I feel like being vegan it's
like being in an exam where you can fail. So
many people are putting pressure on
theirselves to not fail. They feel like, if
they do one mistake it's going to ruin
everything.
I feel like we put so much pressure on
ourselves to show the perfect
example. to show that veganism has
the answer to everything or;
just like because you're vegan,
you're going to clear your skin, you're
going to get skinny. And to
show that veganism is gonna solve
everything, and that's not necessarily good
because some people might get pimples,
some people might be a little bit chubby,
and be vegan, and then people are
gonna judge them because, it is known that
someone who is vegan has a perfect skin
and a perfect hair, and perfect like skinny
figure and it is not always the case! and
sometimes it doesn't have to do with the
diet, the way of living and stuff like
that. and I get that, sometimes me too, i
feel like i need to show the best
possible way, because it is true that
being vegan is amazing for the animals but it
has also so many good side effects, you
know, and it is hard not to show them
because usually that's what people are
attracted to as well, you know. Then,
there's another thing that I want to
talk about.
and that is, being vegan does not
entirely change a person ok. So there are
some vegans that are not compassionate.
not all the vegans have to be your friends.
because vegans, who are they ? they're just
people that chose to have a different
way of buying and eating. Just like in
crowd outside, you wouldn't be friends with
everyone, that is the exact same thing with
veganism. something that my friend
well i guess i can call her friend, from
Instagram, Tia, she told me.. you have to
remember that not everyone is vegan
for the animals and compassionate reasons.
That's what I told you before,
a lot of people are seeing benefits
of being vegan on theirselves, and yeah
I don't think that's necessarily
an issue, because in the end, they're not
contributing to animal cruelty and stuff.
there's also a lot of people that aren't
vegan, and that are extremely
extraordinary people.. and you know no one
of my family is vegan and I love them so much.
so, I guess what I'm trying to say here,
is that being vegan does not define a
person. i hate when people say "she's a vegan"
like
the first thing they say about a person.
NO. being vegan is just part of all
the things that define a person. Although,
I have to say that being vegan has
helped me to be more compassionate about
a lot of things, I develop my curiousity,
and I just like, opened my mind on a lot
of different things. But, I've always been
pretty compassionate you know, i feel
like if i wasn't compassionate then I
would never have became a vegan.
So yea, behind every vegan is a
person with different lifestyle,
different activities, not just yoga, not just
fitness, not just healthy food. also, not
all the vegans stop drinking alcohol,
I don't drink alcohol because that
doesn't make me feel very well. So now I
want to talk to you vegan, that are struggling
sometimes with guilt. that guilty feeling
that you're not always doing everything
right and that you're not perfect.
please stop to feel guilty about what
you're not doing and start to be super
happy and proud about everything you're
doing. everything you're doing right now
is so much better than doing nothing.
don't let anyone judge what you're doing.
don't let anyone tell you if it is right
or wrong. and no one is perfect, and no
one will ever have the definition of a
perfect vegan because it simply doesn't
exist. and i really don't want you to
feel pressure by people that say you're vegan
but you're using a car, you're using an
iphone, you're not a REAL vegan. You're using
cosmetic that are from a cruelty-free
and vegan brand, but this brand is
owned by a bigger company that isn't
vegan. This is completely my opinion, okay,
but when you think about it,
big brands that have money, these are
the ones that are going to be able to develop
and research altenatives products.
And even though you're thinking that they're
not doing this for the right reasons,
maybe you're right, but that doesn't
matter because in the end, you have a
great alternative product for you to use.
it's like when I go in a restaurant, I
don't just go to vegan restaurants, i
go to normal restaurant and I get the
vegan meal so eventually, they will see
that there are people that are wanting
to eat differently. That is the
same in supermarkets,
I'm not going in a vegan supermarket all
the time, because that would be like, so
expensive ! and also I want to be honest
with you I don't want veganism
to be hard and difficult. if I had to
just do vegan restaurant, to just do
100% owned, cruelty-free makeup and
cosmetic products, then honestly I
wouldn't be a vegan. I really want this
video to be helpful
this is why, right now, I'm going to show
you that i am not a perfect vegan. i have
here, a lot of animal products. things
that I still have from before I went
vegan
Let's get into this. so I have a leather bag,
yes I have a leather bag, and i'm still
using it. and I'm still a vegan. because,
simply, it's almost brand new. And also,
you know, I am a person. this was my
gift when i graduated from business
school. you know I'm vegan now and I
wouldn't purchase any other leather
things, but that is still an important
thing for me. I have some boots. I lived in
canada for four years, and from the tahiti
it's kind of a difference of temperature!
the first year i went
to Canada, i bought so many things,
and I bought these boots. this is leather and this
is from sheeps, I think.
yeah then, okay, you probably will give me
so many thumbs down, but I'm being
completely transparent and honest with
you, so i'm going to show you. i have a
Canada goose. so, well, you know Canada Goose.
i bought this the first year that i
went to canada. I asked people over there
what they would wear in winter when it's
like minus 40 degrees and everyone was
telling me
Kanuk, Canada Goose, like all these very
warm coats. I kind of was
brainwashed, or like, I didn't really
think about it. i just thought about
myself being warm. and like, everyone,
everyone was wearing big coats, so I
thought that it was normal you know. I
didn't really question it. I never
learned about how these things were made
off and what they were made off.
and yes, I am still using it because
sometimes it's cold outside and I feel
like if it's just in my closet that's a
completely waste. and yeah, I'm not going
to lie, like I paid this a lot of
money, and I also don't want to sell it
because i feel like that would not be
very vegan to sell animal products.
Then I have Nike shoes that i
bought in Sydney before I went vegan. These
are made of leather.
another bag, which have leather things,
that some of you saw on snapchat or instastories,
and they asked me, if it was leather, and
yes, it is
leather. that is a gift from my sister.
It has my name, like, my nickname on it.
this is my everyday bag. I also feel like
it would be such a waste to just
throw it away or just, you know, give
it to someone just because it is not
vegan. because eventually I would have to
buy another bag, and I try to keep my
things to minimal. I have other things
that are made from, what's this called, angora,
Socks, Scarves. i have this that I got when I
was vegan. I bought my camera, that it
filming me right now, and it was in a
package, i opened it, and there was like,
this leather pouch that comes with the
camera. First I thought that I would give it
away, but they wouldn't take it back.
they wouldn't get me another pouch. So you,
know, what has been done has been done.
The, in this, all my makeup, and also like,
products. This is a foot cream. I believe,
Urea, Urea ? I don't know how to say that,
I don't know, but I think it comes from
animals. it's for my feet and I have a
terrible feet condition. Like they are so dry in
everything i do. They dry out very
quickly and this is the only cream that
has ever cured my feet, so for now until
I find another one,
I'm going to keep using that. Also, I have
so many makeup in here that are probably
not vegan, just because I never buy
makeup, and I've had this makeup for
about maybe, some of the things, maybe
have more than eight years or something!
and so i don't feel like i'm going to
throw them away and buy new ones, just
because they're not. because that would be
such a waste! of course my camera cut
so, um yeah, I wanted you to know that
because i own these products, if you're not a
vegan, and you're considering going
vegan, I don't want you to think that you
can buy these products. Like, 'okay she's a
vegan and she has that product'. I
would never buy animal products
intentionally ever again,
just to make it clear. if I have one
advice for you people, that are
interested in being vegan, or that are
maybe scared of being vegan, because you're
scared of, like, failing. and you're scared
of not doing things right. and you're
also scared of people judging you, of
this like, vegan police that's going on
on social media especially. just start.
start, and you'll see how easy it is to be
vegan. and you'll see that you don't need
to change anything about yourself. or you don't
need to change anything about your life,
except the way eat and what you buy.
That is it. if you make a mistake, it is ok.
like don't give up, and don't see it as an
exam like I told you before. don't
see it like you can fail or pass the test.
we all make mistakes, and I did a lot
of mistakes, and I still do some mistakes.
and it's completely fine. as long
as you do the best possible things and
the best choices that you can do in the
moment, then you can definitely call
yourself a vegan. And if you wanna go vegan
overnight do that, if you feel like you need
a little bit more time, take the time
that you need.
I swear when you go vegan things change
and, you will not be willing to buy any
other animal products intentionally ever.
there is this idea that when you're
going vegan you need to change
everything, you need to be healthy, you
need to be lean, you need to be skinny, you
need to be beautiful, you need to have
all like, perfect everything! but you
really don't. like you really, really,
really, don't have to do that. you
shouldn't allow anyone to dictate what
you want to do,
how you want to be vegan. Just go on with
your life and be happy. You will see that
it is so much better of a life when
you fully align with everything you
believe in. you're not forcing yourself
into doing things you dislike, just
because you've seen some people do that.
it will change a lot of things
positively in your life. so yeah I hope
this video wasn't too boring. i'm not
sure if it was well constructed or anything.
it's just thoughts that I had in my mind
that I wanted to share for a long time
and I didn't really know how to start.
let me know your thoughts below, and
thank you so much for watching, bye.

Road to Wroclaw 2017 - Intervista a Cristina Caruso - Duration: 13:50.
Here we are, road to World Games 2107
We are preparing very hard, immediately after the european championships
Training plan started for this important date
We are trying to find a match every month to realize workout
Actually we are training about 2 or 3 times a day
with very much technical volume, very much sparring, aimed to fighting
That's why we like to realize workout so punctiliously
I will change so much disciplines during this year because you have to accept whatever comes
althought in the last year we have dedicated to K-1 for this event
I started this sport later than I wanted to
I wanted to start at 14 but obviously when you say to your mother "I wanna come to blows" she disagree!
So, when I started university in the faculty of physical education I understand that I miss something
Then, during a concert where someone tried to hit me, I remembered that in effect all I want to do is kick and punch!
So i rediscover this passion
I started with the will to fight, to experience in something competitive, to reach a result...and results arrived almost immediately
this podium is built by a kid. Here you can see a samurai with a pink lock...do you remember when I had the pink lock?
That is the cup of the WAKO world championships in Kick-Light, and on the right there's the cup of the european championships in K-1
This is my job, finally last year I reach the goal to work only in my club
I used to work in an office part time, but anyway, althought people was wonderful I felt chocked
now, as I am degree in physical education I can express myself 100%
I work with people of every age, from teaching Kickboxing to kids and adults to train classes with the mothers of those kids, and also with elderly
I steal part of my work just from my trainings
I consider my sport like a work, because if I want to reach important results I have to keep a behavior like I do in my work
...and I'm happy! Stressed but Happy!!
Hey guys!! Cristina have won!
I always try to convey everything I have inside
everything I learned, where I went wrong and where I have been successful
I think that people around me feel this. Kids see me almost like a superstar, even though for me absolutely is not.
I am always the same that continuously runs all directions, that worries about the other people
I can't see myself like "the girl I saw on TV!"
Once somebody said to me: "You are a World Champion, so you are on TV!". And I said "no, it's not so." But for them it's so.
Everytime I win a new cup I see their eyes shining, probably I don't have the same enthusiasm like them
but I live for the emotions that they give to me, also my team mates. I believe in them and they knows that can trust in me.
A lot of emotions turning around this World Games, the expectation is very high
Is the maximum ambition for an athlete. All that I have sacrificed, all in which I have engaged is to bring at home also this achievement
for all those people that engaged with me
the italian kickboxing federation is stimulating and spurring me, also my club that is like a family is supporting me
also my sponsors, SAP and DEIM believes in me and help me to carry on every day in safety
we started like a small company, but now we are taking the importance that we deserve.
that passions almost flied away!
you see your friends doing what you liked to do a long time ago
are you already recording? s...!
I have a lot of passions, I love music, books, going to concert. Unfortunately you have to sacrifice everything to reach the goal.
infact, this is one of my mantra when I'm going to get on the ring. Last thing I do before to go up is to reproach myself all that I have renounced
what I sacrifices. My cries, my tears, my breaken bones. The reason why I do all of this is because nobody can stay between me and my target.
I miss to go out with my friends to drink something, or go to the cinema when I want, but I know that this is the right choise
I can do this just now, I can reach the peak only in this time of my life. If I had not given up on something I don't think I would be here at this level.
I am the only one italian kickboxer that reach the qualification to world games. I will not let nothing unturned to reach the highest step

We sell out our country to the devil which is called Mohammed and nobody is doing a thing.

We should stop the immigration of muslims
In 20 years they are everywhere
Let's conquer back our streets

CMCtv: Club Spotlight - Claremont Colleges Men's Volleyball - Duration: 2:22.

(ball bouncing)
^- My name's Kevin Cunanan.
^I go to Claremont McKenna College
^and I'm involved with Camp Kesem at the Claremont Colleges,
^track and field for CMS, and the men's club volleyball team.
^It's, yeah, we do have a team.
^(laughing)
I've been a volleyball player for about six years.
I started in my Sophomore year at high school,
and I, you know, tried out for the team,
^and then I really fell in love with the sport
and I continued to play and I was really excited
to continue, to have that competitive atmosphere in college.
And so, I'm really glad I found the club team.
So, the club volleyball team,
it's a little bit hard to find at times.
When I was a freshman, I kind of had
to poke around a little bit to find it.
The team has been actually very high profile
in terms of national standings and stuff, which is exciting.
Last year, we went to Nationals, which is a huge meeting
of just club volleyball schools across the nation,
and it was really exciting because we placed
in the top seven teams, I believe, in D2,
which is a pretty huge accomplishment.
We practice about three times a week,
and we have season in the Spring,
and we compete in tournaments against other teams
like BCLA, CSULB, USC, and a bunch
of other competitive D1, D2 colleges.
The opposite hitter on the team is very important
for blocking defense, but also providing another option
for the hitters and for the setter.
This year the team is looking really good.
We have a lot of really strong players,
some newcomers, some previous players, returning players,
and we hope to do really well at Nationals this year.
People always make fun of me because I'm the only CMCer.
They're like, "Where's the representation?"
And so, I'd really love to see more CMCers come back
to the team or join the team fresh.
We're always looking for new athletes to join us.
You don't necessarily have to play volleyball before.
It's always great to, for people
to just come out and try out, and see where they are.

The Truth Hurts
I am going to pull you aside for just a second and tell a truth that most people skirt around.
It's a bit painful, but it's a fact.
When a man says that he doesn't want a relationship, isn't ready for a relationship, or isn't
the relationship type; no matter what syntax he uses … he is telling you the truth, just
a softened version it.
Now, this doesn't mean that he won't be ready for a relationship in the future, but
some things have already happened that have lead him to make up his mind about you.
Although he may change his mind about relationships, he most likely won't change his mind about
one with you.
So, how do you avoid this?
How do you go from a girl he used to date, to the woman that he married?
Well, assuming the compatibility and attraction factors are truly there, here are a few tips
that definitely work at getting him to commit.
1.
Teammates (a united front) This might sound silly to many of you ladies,
but most of guys have sports and war engraved into their DNA coding.
They need a partner that is on our team.
I cannot fully convey with words alone how important this is.
The times that married couples have felt the most disconnect with each other is when they
like they're not functioning as a unit.
This doesn't mean that you have to agree with the guy you like on every single topic
(however, a healthy amount is very conducive for compatibility).
It's more about the little things.
For example: If you are out to eat and your relationship hopeful cracks a joke about a
couple that is sitting across the way, don't just smile or giggle at the joke.
If you at all find what he said to be truthful or amusing, expand upon it.
Crack out your own witty remark.
This lets him know (in a weird way) that you have his back, you two are a team, and above
all, you get him.
2.
Be His Muse (Inspire!)
"Behind every great man there stands a great woman."
This quote couldn't be truer.
In this day and age, we all get so caught up in building our own success that we forget
to properly support and inspire our partners.
You don't have to be mushy or cheesy when trying to inspire him, just be honest, constructive
and positive.
If it is work related and you're not quite sure what he does, ask him to explain it to
you or do some Google research regarding his company and position, then you can give him
a real opinion when he bounces ideas off you.
Other Ways To Inspire him: • Encourage him.
• If he is feeling down, point out past success and the strengths you see in him which
may allow him to succeed again.
• Be earnest and respectful when he is wrong.
Handle the situation with positivity and patience (he will realize that it is alright to be
wrong around you and may not fight so hard to be right).
3.
Roll With The Punches and Don't Force It
If you have an easy natural feeling relationship with your man and you follow the advice I
have given you so far, there will come a point when he commits to you.
Don't try to force his decision, just let nature take its course.
Rather than try to create a commitment conversation out of the blue, wait for a viable situation
to present itself, like a trip that only one of you will be going on.
This could be an excellent time to lightly broach the topic of commitment.
He may realize that you may have romantic opportunity if you're off jet-setting alone
or off with friends on some adventure and he won't want to lose you.
Now you have three great ideas to help you get him to commit.
Your next go-around could be the winner!
How about you?

Why Do Peaches Make My Mouth Itch? - Duration: 3:02.
Do you get the sniffles thanks to hay fever or pollen allergies?
And when you eat certain foods, like peaches or melon, does your mouth or throat start
to itch, even if you weren't allergic to fruits as a kid?
If that sounds familiar to you, you might have oral allergy syndrome, or OAS.
Also known as pollen-food syndrome, OAS is surprisingly common in people who have birch,
ragweed, or grass allergies.
Allergies are caused when your immune system mistakenly recognizes harmless proteins, like
the ones in dust, food, or medicine, as harmful invaders.
Your body tries to protect you, like by widening blood vessels to send in immune cells, or
by making a ton of mucus to wash away other potential intruders.
But after years of inhaling pollen proteins and having allergic reactions, your immune
system might have become overly sensitive to them.
That's when oral allergy syndrome develops, and you might have to start watching what you eat.
If you have OAS, your body might confuse the proteins in certain fruits, vegetables, or
nuts for allergy-inducing pollen proteins – so your immune system springs into action.
In most people with OAS, the symptoms aren't that bad.
If you bite into an apple or a cucumber, you might have an itchy, swollen mouth or throat
for a couple hours, which will go away without any special treatment.
After a little while, those pesky food proteins are either washed away or broken down during
digestion, so there's nothing left to make your immune system freak out!
OAS is usually way milder than straight-up food allergies, because the food proteins
that trigger allergic responses normally aren't destroyed by digestion.
So they can stick around in your body and cause a lot more dangerous effects.
But for people with OAS, even just cooking fruits and veggies, like cherry pie or steamed
broccoli, can get rid of the problem.
When you cook food and add things like heat or acidic ingredients, certain proteins unwind,
or denature.
And if proteins aren't in the right shape, your immune system won't recognize or respond
to them anymore.
No more itchy mouth!
With certain fruits, peeling the skin off can make a big difference too, since that's
where most of the troublesome proteins are.
Now, no matter how delicious fresh produce can be, it's probably a good idea to avoid
anything that causes any sort of allergic reaction.
And OAS can feel especially annoying because it doesn't normally appear until your late
teens or early adulthood – after years of exposure to pollen.
So even though you might have grown up loving fresh peaches, celery, or sunflower seeds...
well, you might have to find a new snack.
Or just skip the produce aisle and indulge in some sweet, baked apple pie.

Estate Planning Documents: Wills - Duration: 2:52.
Welcome again to the Rural Utah Estate Planning Resource Center. Today we are covering part three of our series about different estate planning documents,
so Larry here is going to talk about wills. (Larry) A will is a traditional document that designates in an estate who is going to be in charge
and who is going to get the assets. The will goes along with and is a part of every revocable trust based estate plan,
but the will dates way before that. You can find a copy of George Washington's will for example on the internet.
You can find a copy of John Wayne's will on the internet. The will also designates who is going to be in charge and raise your minor children
if both of you pass away. It can designate and identify who should not be in charge and who should not have your children.
Identify who should take care of your children in an emergency or temporary time while the person you've designated travels to get them.
In your will and in these documents, you can give instructions and guidance to your guardians about how you want your children raised
and what is important. So this will goes along with a revocable trust, or it can stand alone if your assets are such that the will is the appropriate document.
With any will, and as with any estate planning document, they key there is to make sure that the right people
are in the right positions for when it's appropriate for the family, once again, as with any kind of document,
culturally in Utah, we kind of default to oldest child filling many of the roles, then the second oldest for a backup.
And our job is to look at the family situation and to help you choose the right person for every role, especially when we have families where
not all of the children are necessarily shared children between them. Sometimes we want to have one person in charge of finances
and then another person in charge of care for children, and another person just in charge of just position of your remains.
So, depending on the family, there is no cookie cutter approach when it comes to a will or any other estate planning document.
So, we want to make sure that your plan is going to work for you and your family.
If you have any questions about estate planning in rural Utah, you can always reach us here at the resource center
