7 Weird Acts of Self Love - Duration: 3:53.

Black Fly Presents Weird Acts of Self Love

Number One: You don't have to wait for a fiance to have your perfect wedding.

Yasmin Eleby proved this, by marrying herself after not finding the perfect husband after

reaching 40.

Friends and family of Eleby all attended this one woman marriage in January, 2015.

There was a cake, flowers and ten bridesmaids.

The only thing missing was the husband to be!

Okay, it's not a legal marriage.

But according to Eleby it was more of a metaphoric wedding; a lesson to all that you have to

love yourself.

Number Two: Masanobu Sato is a master and a legend when it comes to loving yourself.

He found himself as a world record holder after masturbating for almost 10 hours straight!

Unfortunately for Masanobu, Guinness has not awarded him an official record (and probably

want nothing to do with it) - but he has a firm grasp on multiple champions (yes, they

exist) and isn't stopping soon!

Number Three: Guinness has, however, awarded "The Rock" a record for self love - but no,

not for Masanobu's form of it.

Mr Johnson has the award for most selfies taken in 3 minutes.

At the premiere of motion picture "San Andreas", he took 105 selfies.

According to the superstar, all that selfie taken was a big workout for his stacked arms.

Though maybe he should hire Masanobu as his next personal trainer.

Number Four: You don't need to told that dictators are totally in love with themselves.

That's obvious enough.

But the Turkmanistan leader takes it to another level.

Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov recent had sculptors make a giant statue of him riding a horse...

covered in gold!

It sits atop a huge cliff in Ashgabat, the capital city.

However, the leader states that it is for truly humble purposes; to give the people

of the country the hope and strength to go on.

He has told media outlets that he only wants to serve the citizens.

Number Five: Hollywood actor Shia LeBouf loves himself so much he has made it an artform;

literally.

And then he took it one step further.

The actor rented out a theatre screen for 3 whole days.

He then streamed his reactions on the internet while he watched every film he has ever acted

in.

Number Six: New York baseball star Alex Rodriguez has a bit of an ego.

Surprised?

Neither were we.

But an ex-girlfriend of the baseball player states that the extend of his self-love is

strange, if not all out bonkers.

He reportedly has TWO paintings of himself, depicting him as a centaur - one of which

hangs above his bed!

Safe to say, the unnamed woman was not too impressed.

Number Seven: We all know that one person who is obsessed with taking photos.

But nothing can compare to the video of this woman attempting to get the perfect selfie.

The video went viral and received a million views, most likely more than the amount of

likes she got for the photo anyway!

Thank You for watching yet another amazing video!

Please do subscribe for many more!

The Most Powerful Affirmation You'll Ever Need - Duration: 9:08.

Are affirmations working for you? Stay

tuned.

this is Damon Cart from NLP Gym. The

most powerful affirmation you'll ever

need

if you haven't already please click

subscribe to this YouTube channel to get

these videos on a regular basis

you may be wondering why i'm doing a

video on affirmations after i have done a

few videos and written a few blogs

basically criticizing the use of

affirmations are basically saying they

don't really work. My stance is that just

saying something over and over in front

of a mirror isn't going to make you

believe it if you don't already believe

it and if you already believe it then

what would be the point of standing in front

of a mirror and repeating the same thing over

and over again

this brings us to an interesting

question how do we go about believing

something to begin with

did that just happen because we have our

beliefs and we don't

normally consciously create a belief it

just sort of happens. What affirmations

seek to do is to get you to believe

something that you don't already believe

all generalizations that you make comes

from grouping together experiences and

categorizing them are giving them a

certain meaning and generalizations and

beliefs are really the same thing when

you come to believe something you take a

group of experiences that share certain

commonalities that you identified and

group them together and make meaning of

them a category you give it a category

which is how you're making sense of it

are making meaning of it and then you

have a generalization or then you have a

belief so you're just saying things over

and over these affirmations and they're

not connected to your actual experiences

and you're just repeating words over and

over with nothing to grab onto or no

experiences to latch onto to actually

create that category create that meaning

that's creating the generalization or

belief. Another problem with

affirmations is sometimes the more you

tell yourself something that you don't

believe the part of you that doesn't

believe it creates a stronger opposition

to what you're saying so you're saying

something that you want to believe

there's a part of me that's going to go

up true and the one that you say that

and when you create a stronger stronger

polarity of part of you wanted to

believe it and part of you denying that

it's true

so you're actually creating a stronger

opposition a good example of this is

have you ever had a political political

argument with someone and more you state

your case the more that person opposes

the one that person pushes right back at

you push they push back harder it's

basically the same thing

there's always exceptions to rules and

my rule that affirmation don't work

there is no exception

don't let that time you break up too

much just recently I've been learning

more about affirmations and discovering

some new possibilities the new ways of

looking at applications that might

actually make them work and it really

depends on crafting the affirmation and

that's what we're doing this I ran smack

into an affirmation that really has

changed my understanding of affirmations

that little a hole and here goes

you are enough are if you're saying

about yourself or in front of mirror I

am enough sounds really simple and

that's what makes it so hard we create

affirmations and we use affirmations we

practice affirmations because we feel

that we are not something that you want

to be or who we want to be so we

practice these affirmations try

did you convince ourselves that we are

that and by convincing herself that we

will start to behave that way are we

will become that person or we will get

those things that you want and I used to

create complex applications with all the

juicy words and now I'm thinking wow

this is going to be the best information

because it's got so much loaded into it

and actually that turned out to be the

problem take an affirmation like I am

happy healthy successful and why's that

sounds like a good information

it's loaded with really good words that

most people value and it seems to cover

all the bases but here's the problem if

you don't have any direct criteria and

define that criteria for each one of

those things

what does it mean to be healthy for you

what kind withheld are you looking for

mental physical if it's both that how

would you know that you have that house

how would you know that you even possess

it and the same thing with successful

and why

how do you really have all these things

nailed down you do you really know what

they are and have a sensory experience

since of these words and if you don't

know experience for you to latch onto

the word therefore when you say a

sentence like that it's likely not to

trigger the feelings likely not to

trigger the sensory sensation what that

is like to do have these qualities and

you don't have if you're not clear the

criteria

how do you know what you're really

aiming at that's what would happen is

you're just treating these works you're

creating a sentence and the words are

pretty empty and even if it did trigger

all those things unless you had all the

criteria laid out for those four values

you know exactly what it is you're

looking for and you have sensory

experiences for all four of them that is

a lot in one sentence to you know a

trigger for different experiences and 17

just really unlikely that you will go

through that process by repeating that

sentence over and over which again just

makes it in a meeting with an indie

sentence which would like to be enough

with it like to walk into any situation

and feel like you're enough even if it's

a new situation you've never been in

would feel like it would be like to face

any challenge knowing that you're enough

even if you don't overcome the challenge

you're still enough still alive

you're still a worthy human being what

is it like it's your lowest moment to

still know that you're enough i've been

using this affirmation for multiple

contexts multiple challenges and in my

lowest moments and I have believed me an

idea

just like everybody else in my lowest

moment I think of myself as bad as this

gets as bad as I feel I'm enough maybe a

more than enough maybe I'm for more than

enough but for right now I'm just going

to start with being enough try it out

ask yourself those questions of course

we want to be more than enough

everybody does we want to be

overachievers we want to we want you

know not to cross the finish line we

want to come in first place for right

now that would just start with being

enough

what's it like when you know you're

enough does that sound too simple just

saying I'm enough? If it does

good try it on and let me know how to

work for you

That Moment When You Wake Up to Pee and Can't Fall Back to Sleep | Chris Masterjohn Lite - Duration: 4:41.

Do you ever wake up at 4 o'clock in the morning, go to pee,

go back to bed, and then you just can't fall

asleep even though you don't want to be up for another

several hours? Well then this video

is for you. Hi. I'm Dr. Chris Masterjohn

of ChrisMasterjohnPhD.com and

you're watching Chris Masterjohn Lite, where the name

of the game is "Details? Shmetails. Just tell

me what works!" I think there's a few things

going on here. Number one. You may not be eating enough

carbohydrate. Your body has the

task of maintaining your blood sugar high enough through the

night when you're sleeping and that's the hardest time to

maintain your blood sugar up because

that's the longest you ever go

between meals.

So sometimes you haven't eaten enough carbohydrate

and your body just doesn't have it stored up

and when that happens your body kicks into a

stress response that allows you to turn other

things that aren't carbohydrate like protein

into carbohydrate so that you

can keep your blood sugar balanced.

Now when that happens that stress response

can make it hard to stay asleep,

or fall back to sleep, and can also make

make you have to pee.

So if you're not eating enough carbohydrate

if you don't know whether you're eating enough carbohydrate,

I would say if you're a sedentary person,

start with a hundred grams. If you're already eating that,

start increasing it. You can go in small

increments but if you're highly active you might need several

hundred more grams per day than that. Now I'm not

saying that everyone has to eat that much. I'm just saying that if

you have this problem, try increasing carbohydrate

in increments and see if it helps.

Now, the next thing to consider is

say you woke up for whatever reason whether it was carbohydrate,

or you drank too much alcohol or too much water

or you didn't eat enough food, whatever the case may be, say you've

woken up. How do you get back to sleep?

What I think one of the problems may be that you

wake up and you use a flashlight to get to the bathroom

or you turn on the light and you turn on the bathroom light

and, boom! Blue light's going into your

eyes and telling your brain it's time to wake up.

Well, how do you

get around that? It's the same principle

that I've talked about in previous videos that allows you to fall

asleep in the first place and that's blocking the blue light.

So number one, I have

this nightlight in my bathroom that I got

from lowbluelights.com and this is the primary

light that I use in the bathroom during the night or in the early morning.

Number two, lowbluelights.com also has

this special flashlight that you could use to get to the bathroom

or you could just put on your

blue-blocking glasses in the bathroom. So for example

you got your Swannies on and then

you can use your phone's flashlight or whatever you prefer

to get to the bathroom, and just make sure that you continue blocking the

blue light until you get back to sleep

Now say you did all that and you still can't sleep?

Well, I think there's a third thing that often comes into play and that's

you're thinking about what you gotta

do for the next day. Now I'm sure this varies

from person to person, but if

I'm up at 4 o'clock in the morning,

within seconds of waking up I'm probably

thinking about what I need to do for the whole rest of the day.

I need to stop thinking about that to get back to sleep

and you can find whatever works for

you in order to find the right distraction

but personally I feel that a video

game is highly effective. Keep in mind that

if you're going to play a video game, that's blue light.

So you got to keep the blue-blocking glasses on.

Now. Mike Hawk had commented on my YouTube channel

last time I talked about video games and sleep and said

"dont play battlefield that

game can make u rage so hard."

So whatever game it is, it shouldn't be something

that stimulates your emotions. Personally I find

Tetris to be perfect for this because it's

kind of meditative and all you ever

do is just increase your numbers of lines

so there's nothing super curious or fascinating

that you might run into that'll surprise you

or make you interested or something like that.

All right I hope this was helpful.

Signing off, this is Chris Masterjohn of ChrisMasterjohnPhD.com.

You've been watching Chris Masterjohn Lite,

and I'll see you in the next video.

How to Use Disappearing Content for Business - Duration: 6:28.

Oh, I'm sorry.

I messed that up.

Can I go now?

The bright side of branding, business, and being your own boss.

Hey, bosses, it's Sunny Lenarduzzi and today we are going to talk about how you can use

disappearing content ...I'm back.

To you advantage, because here's the thing, Snapchat and Instagram stories only last through

24 hours and it keeps a lot of people off of those platforms and not using them because

they think it's a negative.

But, if you know how to use disappearing content the right way, it is a huge bonus and a huge

advantage for your business.

So that's what today's video is all about.

I'm going to share my top three ways that you can use disappearing content to drive

traffic and money to your business.

And on a quick little side note, if you aren't familiar with Instagram stories or Snapchat,

I do break down both platforms and the benefits of both of them in a recent video that I shot.

So if you want to check that out you can watch it.

The link to watch is below this video.

All right, let's get into the top three tips.

Okay, so first things first is you want to make sure that you're paying attention to

the storytelling aspect of these platforms.

That's what this is all about.

That's why they're called Snapchat stories and Instagram stories.

So you need to have a beginning, a middle, and an end in order for people to actually

stay tuned in to your content.

So how do you use this to your advantage?

Well the first way is through contests and promotions.

As a company if you're running any sort of promotion or any sort of contest and you want

to get a ton of entries in a short period of time, use Snapchat or Instagram stories

and then you can use Facebook.

You can use Twitter.

You can use YouTube.

You can use any other social platform to drive your audiences from those platforms to Snapchat

and to Instagram to increase your followings and also increase the amount of engagement

in your contests or in your promotions.

So, run exclusive contests just on Snapchat or just on Instagram stories and it's going

to bring so many more eyeballs to your content and to your brand and to your business.

The second way to take advantage of disappearing content is exclusive sale codes strictly for

your Snapchat audience or strictly for your Instagram audience on Instagram stories.

So again we want to capitalize on the fact that we have your audience's attention and

they know that they only can see that content for 24 hours.

So create a special sale code specifically for your online audience and if you're thinking

"but I'm an offline store so I'm a brick and mortar store, I have a physical location,

how can I use this?"

Use some sort of secret code just for your Snapchat audience or your Instagram audience

that they have to say when they come into the store in order to get a 15-20% discount

on whatever it is that you're selling.

And of course if you're an online store you actually can create a coupon code that people

can enter at checkout.

So exclusive sale codes are a great way to engage your audience and also monetize Snapchat

and Instagram stories and this disappearing content.

If you're wondering how this actually looks to create a story like this for your business,

take a look at the next couple of snaps on Snapchat.

Do you feel like you have nothing to wear today?

I just can't seem to find anything in my closet.

Good news!

We have brand new items in store and only for you guys on Snapchat.

Do we have a special code for a special discount?

Stay tuned.

All you have to do is screenshot the code and the next snap and when you come in store

say it at checkout.

We'll give you a 20% discount.

See you in store soon!

Tip number three is brand loyalty.

So you want your customers to be attracted to your brand and you want to keep them there.

So if you want customer attention, this disappearing content is a great way to do that.

And how do you do it?

Well you offer exclusive content that your fans on Snapchat and your followers on Instagram

stories can't find anywhere else and that is complete added value.

So you know there's a lot of cases where people say "sign up to my email list and you'll get

this free checklist" or this free whatever.

Well instead of doing that you can offer exclusive content for just 24 hours on Snapchat and

on Instagram stories that people don't have to download, they don't have to put in an

email address, it's just free exclusive content for them.

So this ups your brand loyalty because you're just giving away value for free instead of

asking your audience to do something and it works in your benefit because this isn't an

ongoing thing.

So people only have 24 hours to take advantage of this exclusive, highly valuable and then

if you want to make it available by downloading it and becoming an email list subscriber,

that's fine.

But at least you're giving it to your most loyal audience on Snapchat and Instagram for

completely free without them having to do anything first.

So remember that you want to make sure that whatever platform you're using, whether it's

Instagram stories or Snapchat, think about all these ways that you can use this disappearing

content to your advantage.

It is not a negative.

It is such a positive.

And if you're sitting there thinking "but my audience just isn't very big" or "I'm not

even on Snapchat yet", here's what I want you to remember: the audience on Snapchat

and the audience that's following you on Instagram stories is your most engaged audience because

they're actively going and choosing to watch your story without even knowing what it's

about.

So you want to make sure that you're paying attention to them and capitalizing on the

fact that those eyeballs are going to take action on what it is that you're asking them

to do.

So use these three tips to drive traffic and generate sales for your business and tell

me how you find the results in the comment section below.

I can't wait to hear what happened with your disappearing content.

And if you liked this video hit the like button below, share it with your friends, and be

sure to subscribe and join myself and thousands of other bosses from around the world in the

Be Your Own Boss mastermind group.

The Top 10 Books for Teenage Entrepreneurs - Duration: 17:29.

So there are many great books out there for any entrepreneur to read in general, but I

chose 10 specific books for young or teenage entrepreneurs to read.

And I chose 10 different subjects and topics for you to read and study before you become

an entrepreneur or if you're already on the journey of becoming an entrepreneur.

So, with that being said, the 10 topics will be very simple.

Clarity, economy, enemy, your inspiration, strategy, playing hurt, long-term thinking,

discipline, system and being duplicatable, and innovation.

So with that being said, let's get right into it.

#10: The book is by Peter Drucker.

Its title is Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

And Peter Drucker in general he has a lot of great books for you to read.

If you study Peter Drucker, you will learn a ton about hiring, firing, marketing, strategy,

advertising.

I don't agree with everything he believes in, but he has a lot of great things that

will make you think and get creative about what is the formula to being innovative or

creative, all this other stuff that different people have used in the past.

He covers that in the book, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

#9: Is a book on system, and duplicatable.

Let me tell you why I think it's very important for a teenage or young entrepreneur to read

a book on this and that book is Made in America.

It's the story of Sam Walton.

The reason why I love Sam Walton the most when I talk to a young or teenage entrepreneur,

the reason why I think it's the best book for you to read or study, the best person

to study, here's a guy named Sam Walton.

There was nothing special about him.

In 1962 it was the year of the super discount stores.

That's when K-Mart was founded.

Wal-Mart was founded.

Target.

All of these guys all got started in 1962.

And Sam Walton used to own one of these Franklin stores and then he started Wal-Mart.

In the first five years K-Mart opens up 250 stores and Wal-Mart only opened nine stores.

Fast forward to today.

K-Mart's out of business.

Wal-Mart's got 2.2 million employees worldwide.

He has four kids.

Each of them are worth a minimum of $40 billion, today.

If he was alive today he would be worth $160, two and a half times Bill Gates.

So you want to study Sam Walton because there's nothing special about the guy.

He's not somebody where you may study someone and that guy's an absolute genius.

Sam Walton was a simple guy who was a hard worker and he always looked for ways to make

his business better.

So Made in America for me would be number nine on the list.

I almost thought about putting it in the top five but it's number nine on the list, with

systems and duplicatable.

#8: Discipline.

For discipline, I chose Lean Startup.

Lean Startup teaches you when you're younger and you're just looking at business, thinking

I can't believe if I could only get some money for my mom, my dad, some investor, some venture

capital angel that gives me a quarter million dollars, I can start my own business.

And you haven't yet tasted the idea of making your money.

If you truly are an entrepreneur watching this, and you're 13, I guarantee you've made

some kind of money.

You've sold cookies, shirts, something you've sold.

If your blood, if you're one of these folks that's an absolute entrepreneur since you

were a kid, you probably already sold something.

If you're someone that's going to be an accidental entrepreneur from watching something like

this, and you become inspired by it, you got to learn some of those concepts of making

the money and how to stay lean so that you can turn this $200 into $400.

And money's all about doubling your money.

So how can I make this $400 into $800?

$800 into $1600 $1600, $3200, $6400, $12,000, $25,000, $50,000, $100,000, 200, 400 million

dollars.

That's a Lean Startup, it teaches you how to stay very disciplined.

#7: Long-term thinking is a think that a lot of young and teenage entrepreneurs, especially

today, you need.

I'll tell you why today.

Many, many years ago, when there was no social media or YouTube, or Instagram or Snapchat,

people weren't as much in a hurry or impatient as they are today.

So for long-term thinking, I chose Snowball by Warren Buffett because even though Warren

Buffett today is worth 60, 70 billion dollars, at 52, he was only worth $50 million.

Now you may say, "$50 million is a lot of money."

Not compared to $60 billion.

So he went from 52 years old at $50 million to now having $60 billion.

It requires a lot of long-term thinking.

I think one of the best places I went, I went to Venice, Italy.

One church I went to that was 330 years old.

And when you were reading the story of it, it took 80 years to build.

And the man who designed this thing to build, he knew he was 50 years old, what he wrote

up, he's never going to see the final product.

And most likely, his kids are never going to see the final product.

The only people that were going to see the final product was his grandkids.

When you study Warren Buffett, you will learn about long-term thinking where it may be helping

you in some of the decisions you make, about hurrying, hurrying, hurrying, hurrying, hurrying.

You become aggressively patient.

You're still aggressive.

But you're patient for your business to be built.

It's a very important concept to pick up as a young, teenage entrepreneur.

#6, playing hurt, I chose Obstacle is the Way which is a great book by Ryan Holiday.

In this book, he explains to you the concept of stoicism.

And stoicism is a philosophy that was born from cynicism.

A lot of times we call people cynics.

The word, "cynic" comes from cynicism.

Cynicism used to be a philosophy of people who would sit around and they would say, "Nothing

good's going to happen.

If your wife's going to leave you, odds are she's going to leave you.

If you get sick, odds are, you're going to die.

Everything was cynical.

So they had this philosophy cynicism and one of the members of cynicism was a guy named

Seneca.

He said, "I just can't listen to this crap anymore" and he started stoicism.

And the first major leader in the world that picked up stoicism and took it to a whole

different level was Marcus Aurelius who wrote the book Meditations.

He took stoicism to a whole different level.

And he ran Rome, he was the emperor for seven years.

He was loved, adored, everybody loved this guy, Marcus Aurelius.

And Ryan Holiday takes that concept of stoicism and explains it in today's world of business.

And he explains to you that challenges are going to happen but the obstacle is the way.

I think a lot of times young, or teenage entrepreneurs, the moment you face one challenge or one issue

that comes up people get too distracted.

Oh, you know it's not for me, I can't do it.

Which in reality, obstacles are never going to stop.

The moment you identify that, and you know that's a part of life, you will look at obstacles

in a complete different way.

So Ryan Holiday's book The Obstacle is the Way is number 6.

#5, strategy.

For a 14-year-old, you'll look at everything and you'll look at it from a different lens

than a 38-year-old looks at, or even a 68-year-old or even a 24-year-old.

You're looking at it from a complete different lens.

Because your generation is changing so quickly, with everything, Snap changes everything,

Instagram changed everything, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, everything's changed.

You have a lot more access to content today.

I didn't grow up watching games on a iPad, and my kids do.

I didn't grow up with any of this stuff.

I went to school and we had to go to a library to do research on something with newspapers.

Today you Google.

I didn't go to high school with Google being around ever for me.

We didn't experience Google myself.

We had AOL chat that came out late in my senior year of high school So when I went to the

Army, I still listened to Walkman.

When I got out of the Army, it was the first time I listened to CDs.

And then most of you don't even know what a CD looks like.

Or a Walkman looks like, right?

That's what we experienced.

So for strategy, Blue Ocean Strategy is going to help your mind think about ways of doing

business better that maybe a millennial or a gen x may not even think about.

You're going to see things from a complete different lens.

So if you can get the strategy down on how it's done, you'll have an edge on everybody

else.

So Blue Ocean Strategy, a phenomenal book for you to read.

I put that as number five.

#4: Inspiration is Elon Musk, the book is called Elon Musk.

It's written by an author who chased him down and said, you're either going to let me come

and interview you, or if you don't, I'm going to write you based on what other people say

about you vs. I can come and interview you and I can tell you what other people told

me about you and then you can verify it and give me your story of the version and I'll

tell both stories.

And Elon agreed.

So the author went and interviewed and wrote the book.

It's a phenomenal book, good, bad ugly.

And you see how this kid was grown, how he was raised and how he viewed things and what

books he read growing up and why he was so turned on my certain things and who was his

uncle, his father, his parents and what kind of an impact that made in the way he was raised.

It's just a very good book to read as a source of inspiration.

#3, enemy.

You need to know your enemy very, very early on.

And the book I'm going to recommend on enemy is called Outwitting the Devil.

Outwitting the Devil was a book written by Napoleon Hill.

I want to say 1929, 1930 that he didn't publish at that time, and years later the book was

published by a lady named Sharon Lechter.

I think it's Sharon Lechter that the book was published by.

And the first time I read this book, I'm going to tell you a funny story.

I read this book literally at the bar of PF Changs, on my iPad.

The book had just come out, a couple of weeks prior to that.

I sat there, and I read the book in one sitting because I couldn't get up.

I couldn't get up.

I called and I said, "I've got to finish this book."

And I finished the book.

One by one by one I was going through it and said, everybody needs to read this book, especially

the younger generation.

So Outwitting the Devil will be your number one enemy.

You've got to read that.

That will be the number three book.

#2: Economy and I was kind of conflicted on what book to recommend on economy.

I think the best book that I can recommend to you on economy is not necessarily like

here, go read capitalism, socialism, communism and realize what it is to hire this person,

fire this person, why you got to let go of this person, why you want to associate with

this.

Why do some people become wealthy and some don't.

Who do some countries produce more successful people than others.

Why do certain philosophies work and don't work.

So the book I recommend here for you to read for economy is by Ayn Rand.

It's called Atlas Shrugged.

Atlas Shrugged.

Now there's two ways you can do it.

You can actually read the book.

It's a big book.

It will change the way you view everything in life.

It's a big book if you read it.

And if you don't want to read it, you can listen to it.

There's an audio version of it as well.

But regardless, it will change the way you view every single thing.

You're going to think about John Galt in a different way, you're going to look at the

economy in a different way.

You're going to look at the people you work with, the friends, family, parents, teachers

- you're going to look at everything in a completely different lens when you read this

book, Atlas Shrugged.

She wrote two books, Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged.

I recommend Atlas Shrugged over Fountainhead.

And #1 is clarity.

And I was debating on which book to read, put this for clarity, and the reason why I

think clarity I put #1 is because when you're in school, and you don't really know what

you want out of life, and everybody is telling you how you need to live.

You need to go to college, get a degree because if you get this.

. . you'll be successful.

You need to go out there and do this, and you're still gullible enough or naive enough,

where somebody else can persuade you otherwise.

So what I'm going to recommend you is a complete 180 of what everybody else is going to recommend,

and I'm doing that intentionally.

I'm telling you this in advance, in case you choose to share this video with your parents,

which is even a better idea.

I'm intentionally wanting to give you the complete opposite argument, because I know

you're not hearing it.

For you to get clarity.

See, if you're raised in a family where everybody is teaching you capitalism all the time, I

want you to study socialism and communism to know the opposite.

If you're in a family that's raised communism and socialism all the time, and everybody's

a Democrat, I need you to study the complete opposite side because I want complete opposite

arguments for me to see both sides.

I like that.

I want to see the complete opposite.

If I'm born in a family where parents say rich people are bad people, I want to know

why they're saying it, so I want to know why rich people say poor people are lazy and why

are poor people saying rich people are greedy.

I want both arguments.

If I only take one argument, I'm naive.

So I'm giving you the second argument of school, and the number one book I'm recommending to

you is a book called Drop Out and Get Schooled.

I literally just published it last week.

On January 25th the book got published.

And we've gotten thousands of emails about this book.

It's created a lot of heat and controversy around the world, not just in America.

It's a simple book to read.

It's not a long book.

There's a 130-some pages.

And it answers the following questions for you.

#1 is why do we go to college in the first place?

No one even asks that question.

Why do you go to college?

#2: Who should go to college and who shouldn't?

#3: Can I succeed and do great things without college?

#4: Why does tuition and textbooks cost as much as they do?

#5: How colleges have simply become a big, tax-free business.

#6: Are the subjects taught in college sufficient for life or do we need an upgrade?

This book is specifically dedicated to all the teenage entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs

who are somewhat conflicted and confused.

What do I do?

I'm 14-years-old.

I'm in 10th grade.

I'm in 9th grade.

Do I go to college?

I'm a senior.

Do I go to college or not?

This will answer the questions.

I want to tell you one thing here as well.

The moment you read this book, mark my words.

You're going to share with your friends, your family, your teachers.

I challenge you to give it to people who would disagree with this, to give you their argument.

That's what I would challenge you to do.

Read it first.

Then go to every single one of your teachers and say, "Have you read this book yet?

It's causing a ton of havoc.

I need you to read it, and give me your feedback because I'm truly thinking about dropping

out of college, not going to college after high school.

Should I, or should I not?

And let them give you their argument.

Let your parents give you their argument on the book here.

So this will give you clarity and that's why I put Drop Out and Get Schooled first place.

Now some may say, "Pat, you chose your own book as first place?"

I did.

And the reason why I did is because everything in life - where were we this past weekend?

We were in Ft.

Worth.

We had 3,000 of our agents come in and had Magic Johnson as one of our keynote speakers

he came out and we interviewed him.

Then we got on a private jet.

I took 18 of our friends to Vegas.

We went and had a good time there in Vegas.

We watched Tiesto.

And then we came back the following day.

We stayed at the Palms Executive - what do you call it?

The old Playboy Penthouse.

It's a beautiful place.

You go in the pool and come out, it's like a drop.

You look down.

Elevators in the Penthouse.

It's just a beautiful place.

And somebody asked me the question and they said, "Pat, if you had to say the number one

thing for success, what would it be?"

I said, "Clarity."

Clarity.

All this other stuff is fine.

That person can be very innovative, but not be clear about their lives.

A person can be very systematic and duplicatable, but they don't know don't know what they want

out of their lives.

A person can have a lot of discipline, but they're still not clear.

A person can be long-term thinking, but they're still not clear what life they want to build.

A person can be.

. . but are still not clear about what they want to do with their lives.

And at your age, the sooner you can get clarity, the sooner you have an edge on everybody else.

So, these are the ten books.

This is the challenge I want to give you here on this video.

The moment you finish any one of the books, you order and you finish any one of the books.

And any time you read a book, post a review on Amazon.

No matter which one of them it is.

Just make that a habit because you can always go back and see which books you read and what

you thought about them.

It's a way of you tracking your mind the moment you post a review on Amazon.

Amazon allows you to read all of your reviews.

The moment you finish the book and post a review, send me a Snap.

My Snap should be right here.

It's betdavid19.

Send me a Snap and let me know what you got out of the book.

And then we'll take it from there.

By the way, if you have any other books that we should add to this list, comment on the

bottom.

Paul, with that being said, throw me the pillow real quick.

Throw me the pillow real quick.

All right, right handed.

I'd put ourselves up against anybody else and I can tell you one thing here.

You can go to college.

If I could take 100 kids and 100 of them go to college and the other 100 watch 100% of

all of the videos on Valuetainment, I'm willing to bet my money on these guys are going to

out-earn these guys, that's what I'm willing to put.

They can go get the four-year degrees.

These guys can watch 100% of the Valuetainment videos and comment on them.

They will out earn these 100 kids that go to college.

Start Talking. Stop HIV.: Medicines that treat HIV (Treatment as Prevention) - Duration: 2:08.

So if someone's like, you meet someone you wanna be

in a relationship with and they're in opposite HIV status.

How do you treat that?

With a conversation, like you would any other

relationship issue.

Communication is the key because if I can't live in my truth

and if I can't be honest with myself,

I can't be honest with anybody else.

Yeah but also talking about things like treatment

as prevention, you know like if your partner is HIV positive

and he's undetectable, or he or she is undetectable,

understanding that that can reduce your HIV transmission,

you know.

But there's other STDs.

Yo tuve un novio en colegio que es positivo,

y fue una relación muy bonita y aprendí mucho.

Fuimos juntos, verdad, al doctor.

Actually some of the education that I got was

from someone I was about to have sex with,

who told me that they were undetectable positive

and I just asked them like, well what does that mean?

When an HIV positive individual takes their medications

as prescribed it basically reduces the infections that's

in their blood to a point

where it's really almost near impossible

to infect their partner If you are living with this disease,

this condition, it does not define you.

You just have another thing to take care of.

I got HIV from making really human choices,

by being a human being in the human world.

Because of science, we can live as HIV positive people

as undetectable, as uninfectious members of society.

Being undetectable isn't a place, it's not one place.

It's something that you continuously are.

It's something that you continuously work at.

Cuando te empoderas, te educas,

y buscas la información correcta y la información

clara, te das cuenta de que es algo super fácil de trabajar.

In that one day of feeling horrible about myself,

my whole life and attitude changed

because of being told this from my friend about medications

and realizing that my whole life could change and it didn't have

to be what I thought it was going to be.

Join the conversation about testing, your status, condoms,

Induction Matrix - Mekanism Mod Tutorial #1 - Duration: 3:48.

Welcome everyone to Minecraft Modded Tutoials.

This tutorial is going to be out of order from the rest as this is the part I see most

people asking for help with in-game.

In this video, we're covering the Induction Matrix.

So grab a snack and let's learn.

The first thing I want to mention is that this is the best energy storage Mekanism hasto offer.

However, you'll want to wait until later in the game to make it.

For this tutorial, we have a 5x9x5 big reactor housing 11 control rods which has an output of 7kiloRF/t.

We will make a 5x5x5 matrix for this example, but you can make it up to an 18x18x18 - but

be advised it does reqire quite the lot of materials to make one that large..

You will need the following items: Induction Casings, Induction ports, induction cells,

and induction providers.

Most other tutorials I saw were using the ultimate tier, however, most players will

not be making these with only ultimate tier blocks.

We're going to stick to the basic blocks.

The first method I'm going to show you is for mass energy storage.

This would be ideal for mid game when your machines aren't taking all that much energy per tick.

Step one, let's start by closing up 4 sides of the induction matrix.

This should leave you with the interior space of a 3x3x3 along with one side of the matrix left open.

Step two, now plan where you're input and output cables will be - once you've made up

your mind go ahead and replace those induction casings with induction ports.

For my matrix, I had the input and output of opposite sides.

Step three, This is where your design made need to change if your induction ports are

in different positions than mine.

Your ports must touch an induction provider.

I used 3 providers in this setup which equates to 76.8kilo RF/t which is plenty for my reactor.

Step four, Now that we have the providers in place, fill the rest of the interior with

your induction cells.

Once you have the cells and providers in place cover the remaining wall with your induction

casings.

If your particles are on you should see the redstone effect for a brief time.

Now the second method won't store as much energy, but can transfer at a much faster

rate.

Repeat steps one and two and meet me back here when you're done with that.

Remember how we only used 3 providers in the previous step?

Well, we're going to place 9 induction cells to line the bottom of our matrix.

This will increase our transfer rate substantally - which is useful late game.

Now fill the rest of the matrix will cells and close off the front.

Doing this has increased our transfer rate to 230 kilo RF/t.

This concludes the tutorial covering the Induction Matrix,

How to Draw Flareon | Pokemon - Duration: 11:01.

Hey everyone welcome to the club. today i'll

be showing you how to draw Flareon from

pokemon. We'll start the character both

sides facing towards the left so let's

start with the right i start from inside

her up its all the eye toward the

outside going up and then down a little

bit higher on the outside businesses on

the inside you're going to connect those

two points with a curve point downwards

going down to the bottom and then back

up to the side without a little

highlight circle at the top of the i/o

just up here to the top of the eyelid

draw a circle there from here want to

add a little glare along the bottom end

to rest on the inside the apartment that

was just a bit occur across and then up

this colony inside area in black

let's move over towards the left drawer

on the left right now because I have

terms like this either the more squish

starting the same height will start on

the outside of the I curve down to the

same height as the point on the right

way to connect those two points with a

crow coming down to the bottom of the

eye and then back on the inside without

a finding on the top here we do like a

half circle start from the top

come around and then back in we're going

to add a little flair along the bottom

as well just on the side here when you

come across the bottom towards the

inside

we're going to color inside the is black

but you can jump between the eyes and

draw the notes really shifting those

over toward the left just underneath the

corner of that I we do a small little

upside-down triangle in a straight line

going across going to come down for the

middle to centerpoint like this now on

the side becomes a little tight so we're

going to start on the side of this left

side here we come up to the corner cause

the bottom edge in black

we're gonna put enough in America noon

suggest you were to draw a curve walking

up to write just starting underneath

those living across to the race and

we're going to draw the bottom of the

mouth twisted or for the left slightly

and draw currently down to the bottom of

the mouth and then up on the right side

from here to tuck in the tongue so the

side of the mascara curved up underneath

the top of the mouth it's working the

cheap coming down to the chin so on

sunday on the Left where the curve out

come around and down to a point

underneath the melt right here we

promote incur in towards the bottom of

the chin for you want to curl up towards

the right side with a corrupt about the

same height as we have a little

occurring around and then up from here

that curve that point around the eye to

the top of the head going around the eye

and then back up notes as a little tuft

of hair on the top here so it started me

in such as above the right eye was

swollen around overlapping that line

incoming

up to a point starting down here curl

around the middle of the head and we

talked to that side they're going to

continue this to go up over the head and

then we're gonna flick it upwards we

decrypt this back down slightly and then

we're going to go up to the top point

curvy up now let's bring it down on the

offensive side so from here curve down

getting those and water as they come

down and do another point going up from

here want to come all the way down to

the side of this curl coming down and

right into the side this drawing in the

front here so this you're going to point

out towards the right this way we're

going to start just above the right eye

here to curl up and out going to pull

that back in now we're going the

opposite direction go up and we're gonna

pull that back in a short curve we're

gonna go back out again coming out

well that's actually slightly not gonna

go to the point of the ear and going to

be a pretty long here to find out about

their so this point you want to come

back to the backside be here so we're

gonna curve down gets wider around

halfway down here you're going to hold

it in towards the right eye with a curve

to worry about there now we can touch

the side of the cheek in behind the ear

over you curl up and in this added the

inner detail already here we're going to

step in but almost in the middle here

when occur up to the tip of the ear

going up to about there in here it's

gonna add a little bit of fur so we can

draw a little things that go across

there you go along the bottom we're

going to all of this curve all the way

up to that ship going across the bottom

and i'm going to a hard turn up the tip

their stealing here in the back to this

year's gonna crack this way if you want

to have a little bit further along the

outside edge so right beside the

forehead we put up and then pull it back

i'm going to repeat this up to the tip

of the ear giving up and then back down

that we're talking going up that down

now we're going to the tiffany here or

not we want to match up a height that

have the right to read about here up to

there i'm going to pull this back down

to the years ago wider as you come in

behind the topic here on the top now

that we got the hand with work our way

to the body's going to start with the

front edge of the main first right here

size sheet we've heard down we're going

to make this effort that goes across

this we're going to have to carry along

the way so if you're ready to go up and

then we're going to curve back down

so what I'm going up curving down

against starting back this way here this

way not gonna reverse the angle trending

downwards and going back up we're just

following the flow of the body down back

up i'm going to draw a big curve instead

of the chest like that now we do an

overlap going to cross this way we're

going over and up to worry about there

now we want to overlap the paws on top

of the meat you want to draw the

big-talking around this way

starting in the elbow area back here

around we're going to pull it in like

that we do a lot of stepping up coming

around and we'll do this one more time

up here will come around and just pull

it up there

we're going to finish off this me close

up a gap there we're going to draw the

back of the elbow so from this point

where stepped down from around the elbow

area and then up this continue to make

up above the arm here so starting above

the elbow right here going to do a

little overlap coming up and pull that

back down then going up hold it back

down we're going off the direction and

kroing the office directly going up

towards the right and back in go out the

back in and we want to go behind the

ears hear single up one more time and

we'll pull that in behind the ear will

draw the plot in the back here so

starting just below the mouth area just

got here with your curve going out

towards the left and went to crawl

around the first ha going around we're

learning fingers just like to hear on

the race will go up

turn around and then we'll do one more

but now this one going to curl all the

way up and just tuck it in underneath

the mean if you're this drawing the hind

legs so over here installing the five or

so right the study army a little gap

with your curve going down for the pop

coming around like that we're going to

tuck into albany stepping over 20 left

will curl around then continue this do

another overlap coming around someone to

help you with the front hall now here

when you open up and we would come up

and then pull that insert any towards

about halfway along the curve now the

back of an emerging right over this line

here we go back up to the top going to

curl up around and just over left that

lying there so right here you come up

round out the back and then just

overlapping that line like so under here

and draw the belly already here between

the elbow and thigh would occur upward

and back let's throw in the back leg

here they're gonna take this is

duplicate in the back here so we start

with this curve for starting underneath

the jaw curve around and including a

little gap there if you like

now we're going to pop back here

starting down here from around another

overlap around and one final one tucked

in underneath the front hind leg the

final doesn't has a big tail so it's

going to be a critical up and then

around this looks like an S through some

of the top first so it could be a

critical this way we're going to add

some further along the way so starting

up here on the back and curl up and then

pull this back down we'll continue this

all the way along the front edge of the

tail up now we're going all the way

around this way aiming towards the right

big point here now here you see I'm

start turned over towards the tip of the

tail back over back now this final one

is going to draw one final just pull it

down like that

now we're going to work our way around

this way and then back behind the body

so it looks like an s-shape this way so

start from the chip we scroll all the

way around to there or here editing more

we go up and pull it back down up pull

that back down i want to reverse the

current really come down this way we're

going off the direction pull back down

up and kind of want to lengthen it out

make a little bit longer to see them

starting to turn it in behind the back

here one here all the way around to the

bottom being a couple more one more

along the way down here and it will pull

this right hand towards the back like

that and that's pretty much it

there we have it there Flareon from

pokemon i hope you enjoyed this lesson. make sure

you subscribe and check out our pokemon

playlist we add a new character every

Energy Update Real-Time We Have Just Passed Through The Eye Of The Needle

by Anastacia, Australian Correspondent, In5D.com

Such a huge relief this morning after around 3 days and nights of our recent upgrade and

recalibration.

A corner has been turned now and while many still feeling exhaustedit is in a good

wayof coming through the other side of a raise in our frequency vibration.

Many can feel the definite passing through the eye of the needle has occurred such

relief.

Yet, we all pass through when we have each have completed what we have needed to.

This is oh so very big for many souls with those close to them.

As it is a gradual blending and integrating of the new for some.

This is you getting to the real YOU.

A sense of release and relief will be felt when one has accepted/shifted through to where

they are at now in this new energy frequency.

For others this may not be felt this way, again depending on what they are needing to

release from deep within, especially those who have suffered trauma and particularly

in earlier childhood years.

It can take time and a balancing of not being in an older space we were once in, especially

if we are close to others who are going through releasing or facing past trauma/hurt.

Of finding a very new way of being or managing of where they are now at, as to where others

are at.

This is bringing many to the real YOU within.the Inner Strength that is coming out in 2017,

in a way that is so core deep.

In a way that is so much easier, as to be the real YOU is effortless.

Yet many have lost this along the way due to so many things, situations and

experiences throughout their life.

I can assure you, that you are stronger!

That the very real YOU is so wanting to come up and out, shining through.

In a way, like never before.

Dragon Ball Super- Reborn as Yamcha- Review - Duration: 7:24.

Reborn as Yamcha is a Dragon Ball side story, where a College kid accidentally falls only

to find himself waking up in the Dragon Ball Universe as Yamcha.

Fun, true back-story about this comic, the publishers came up with this idea while they

were drunk.

The concept is quite popular in social medias; I am sure you have often seen posts like ' what

would you do if you woke up as Goku/ Superman/ ... ' If the post were about Yamcha, the

top comment would be ' Sleep again and hope to wake up as Goku.

'.

Dragon Garow Lee is the manga artist of this one.

Like, Toyotaro he was also a fan manga artist, and TOEI picked him up.

So, that's something great that if you are a Dragon Ball fan and have skills in the age

of the internet, you might as well become a part of it.

Anyways back to the story, the Kid is a bit disappointed in the beginning, like ' Oh

God!

Why Yamcha!

'. Which I honestly don't understand, you could easily become the best Sports Player,

strongest man and shit like that even after being Yamcha which would actually be more

fun.

However, the College Kid was desperate about getting a Girlfriend, so he starts seeing

the good side of being Yamcha as he now can have Bulma.

He also starts planning to do right by Bulma, and be with her forever because being Yamcha

he wouldn't be a good fighter anyway, but thankfully he changes his mind.

He figures if he goes with Goku to train with Master Roshi, it could be a turning point,

and he might end up becoming a fighter way different than the Yamcha we know off.

We then skip to the Saiyan Saga, but it is implied that Yamcha did everything right,

trained harder, and probably did better in the martial arts tournament.

I liked this scan, where Yamcha is all fired up and says

As he faces his iconic moment of truth against those saibamans, you would think this time

he would drop his cockiness, but no he decided to take on all six at the same time.

As they say, if you can back it up it ain bragging.

Last time only a single explosion killed him, but this time around six suicide bombing had

no impact on him at all.

This gives you a clear idea as to just how stronger this version of Yamcha is compared

to the original.

At least we know for sure his durability is more than six times higher.

So, he survives the Saiyan attack and becomes a part of the Namek Squad; we got a scan of

Yamcha receiving a power boost from Namek Grand Elder Guru.

So, knowing the story beforehand he is taking all kinds of advantage, scopes of training

and powering up.

This is where the first volume ends; the 2nd one is expected to be released very soon.

We will have 3 in total.

Overall, I liked the concept of this story, it was quite good, but I think it could have

been better.

Firstly, I think if it were Yamcha himself who got back in the past it would be better,

but that's not a big problem.

The thing is when it started from the Dragon Ball time I was kind of hoping that they will

go through some of the initial stages.

Like, Yamcha training and at least not getting his leg broke by Tien would be interesting

to see.

I mean he is changing the course of the history of Yamcha, the fun is in seeing smallest of

changes.

So, I think it was a bit rushed like DBS

About the logical part, even if Yamcha trained properly could he become significantly stronger?

I certainly think he could, in fact, my first video on YouTube was about that, but the audio

is extremely bad, so I'm not gonna suggest you watch that.

One of the examples, I used was Yamcha walked into the Gravity Chamber with the hope of

surpassing Vegeta.

He sets it to 300 times and obviously fails, but he was able to carry himself and turn

it off.

That was his first and only time in the chamber, and even a Saiyan like Goku initially struggled

in Gravity and had to struggle his way up.

Most probably 100 times was the max when he trained to fight Frieza.

So, if Yamcha wasn't so cocky or excited and started it with 10G and trained his way

up, maybe this wouldn't happen, but Yamcha was like I wanna be like Vegeta, and I'll

hit 300G at first attempt.

Ignoring the struggles, Vegeta had to go through to be able to do that.

I like how Toriyama connects a characters motivation to train, and determination to

his strength.

Like, even someone with max dormant potential like Gohan became a bitch after he stopped

training.

Yamcha is undoubtedly a very talented guy, even at this point he is a planet buster,

like being able to blow of an entire planet is kind of a big deal.

So, given he was into training 100%, he would be a legit warrior today.

So, the ' Reborn as Yamcha's plot logic that by training Yamcha could be significantly

strong was good.

What would you do though if you were Yamcha?

If I woke up as Yamcha, I would gather the Dragon Balls, and wish for immortality and

everlasting youth.

I would then start training in the Time Chamber; previously it was thought Time Chamber has

limits, but no we see otherwise.

So, taking breaks I could go 30 days, 60 days meaning 30 years, 60 years and so on in the

chamber.

I know some may still argue about time limitation, well f-ck that too, I'll gather the Dragon

Balls again to remove such minor problems.

What would you do, though?

Become the best Baseball player in the world, live a comfortable celebrity life or Change

Yamcha into someone who could challenge The Omni King?

Comment your opinion down below, and also let me know if you would like some more Dragon

Ball side stories, maybe something related to the actual story, like the history of Hitman

Hit.

ENFP Advice - How To Succeed in Your Business or Career - Duration: 15:49.

So if you are an ENFP there's a very

good chance that you have the tendency

let's say the habit of changing

direction and not necessarily

acknowledging your change in direction

doing this way too often often this is

called shiny object syndrome right you

start on something when you see

something that looks better or maybe

this wasn't as easy as you thought it

was you change the next thing and the

next thing but what Sen FPS do that's a

little different than a lot of other

people is we don't really acknowledge

we're quitting or we're changing

directions we do it all very suddenly

and we just the way our minds basically

process things we gradually change and

we kind of think that we're doing what

we plan to do but if you look back six

months or a year you realize that you've

got totally off course and you're not

really doing what you meant to be doing

now the problem with this i made other

videos on dabbling in the dangers of

dabbling is that it really eats away

your chances of success and the reason

is that we're out there competing in a

world of INTJs of infj the people who

are pretty focused and dialed in and

what they're doing and consistent and so

here we are changing directions every

few weeks every few minutes every few

months whatever it is

how are we going to compete with other

people who are basically focused in

doing one thing now I know why this has

been such a challenge for me in the past

and it's really because we get excited

about stuff we like newness is enfps we

like things that are novel we like

variety we like new challenges that

first part of a project is a lot more

exciting than the end part right the

little details and so what that ends up

doing is it ends up pulling us into all

these different things that if we don't

have the right systems in place maybe

have the right outlook ends up spending

a lot of time starting things and never

really getting a lot accomplished i'm

sure if you were to search for like ENFP

blogs you're going to find the highest

number of blogs started and not finished

if any and he grew up on the internet

and that's again

as we like this starting but I want to

go through some things that have really

helped me learn to finish things and

you're new to my channel if you haven't

watched my videos are you don't know my

story I well I started out doing a bunch

of different entrepreneurial things when

I came out of school and most recently

was working as a freelancer i use

freelancing to help me travel the world

I lived in I guess this country number 7

now I've lived in and I along the way

started writing books i published about

11-12 there's one I don't really want to

count so if they have published 11 books

at this point I built the coaching

practice i have online training courses

and that so I figured out how to finish

things and follow through and despite

probably hearing the advice that you got

to get a partner to do what you need to

have your someone else to be the

finisher that is good advice but I've

done it without having that partner

figuring out to do it myself

the first thing that really helped me

figure this out was changing my

perception of time and so if you study

NLP or you're familiar with tony robbins

i did my coaching training with him and

he has a concept of time basically and

how we all have different perceptions of

time for some people

a minute is a long time for other people

a week is nothing a year is nothing you

know you have people you meet and if

you're an ENFP this probably isn't you

who had the same job for 10 years 20

years and to them I years nothing I have

a friend who's very much like this where

we talk about trip planning you know I'm

like oh we're going to come visit me in

Europe and he's planning two years ahead

like it's 2016 now he's talking about

2018 we might plan a trip i plan my trip

like a month in advance maybe maybe 24

something big and you know so we have

different perceptions of time and how

long something is an ENFP as we tend to

have a mergency in our behavior right

where we like to do things quickly we

want results now and that is good in

many ways as part of our strength part

of what allows us to really drive

projects and initiating there's other

personality types who will take a year

to start their business

an ENFP might started in a week on a

hunt right and just go for which is

awesome

the problem is is this perception that

things should be quick often leads us to

not really stay the course and changes

sort of our sense of success so for

three months into something or six

months into something we start to think

oh yeah we fail this isn't working

because we haven't got the kind of

results we have expected because we're

optimists where I deal is we expect good

things to happen and so because of this

we end up changing her mind or sinking

okay this isn't work let's try something

different and the reality is that

especially in the new world now in terms

of the internet things take a long time

now you might think this is a

contradiction right isn't the internet

about making these quick and easy

the internet is about making kind of

consumers and quick and easy but if you

want to be successful in a lot of things

like you want to build a youtube channel

or a blog or some kind of successful

take a podcast where you stand out to

people it takes a long time to break

through that noise because you know if

you're living in a small town and you

start doing public speaking well you're

probably the only person doing public

speaking so it's pretty easy to get a

following right away if you come on

youtube and you start making videos

it might be a year before you get any

real traction because there's so many

people and you're competing with the

whole world and so there's something

that I learned around this topic that

really helped me get stuck with me

it's something i have in my email like I

have this tree email course I teach that

I have a whole email around it is its

element in motorcycle school so I went

to this really cool school for getting

my motorcycle license where they used

all these military analogies and all

this stuff and it was that

slow is smooth and smooth is fast so we

know people and they said especially

guys are really bad with this we have

this urgency and when you're riding a

motorbike you try to like force it and

that's not the right way that makes a

terrible writer and that really slow

subtle movement make you smooth and by

being smooth you're actually fast so if

you look at the best racers that the

people who are the fastest they're

actually the people who have slow smooth

movements and so I start applying this

to thinking about my life is that rather

than thinking about one week at a time

you know like these short things I need

successfully success thinking

longer-term and having more of a

drawn-out goal

ok year out and realizing that it will

take time to get there

I have some friends have done very well

in terms of like i'll use YouTube

because we're on youtube in terms of

their YouTube channels and getting a lot

of success and what's been cool as I've

watched them from the beginning and put

in months and months of work with no

results and just keep going and I know

if that was me I would quit right i

would think all this YouTube thing is

not working and I've actually done that

in the past where i put up some videos

and sort of quit and not really done

anything with it and it was seen how

much work actually needs to go into

succeed would change my sense of time

which is help me basically be more

patient and have a longer timeframe and

so in terms of applying this the first

thing is just to actively think about it

I noticed you may be lame advice but

just start processing that way of

thinking you know k slow is smooth

smooth is fast and thinking that ok

really i don't need to be successful or

achieve whatever it is you're trying to

achieve in a month you know if it

happened in six months or a year or two

years that would be pretty good and so

kind of focusing on that longer-term and

just keep it in my it takes time to get

there and reminding yourself of that so

if you spend a week working really hard

on something and you don't get any

results

you're not going to be as disappointed

because you're

coming in with the mental frame that

this is going to be hard and when you

come in with that mental frame you're

not as disappointed

it's just you know high expectations /

optimistic views lead to huge

disappointment lead to quitting so if

you can reframe that and think okay

in a way it's actually more optimistic

because what you're thinking is ok if i

put in a year of hard work i know it

will be successful so i'm going to put

in that time and I'm not going to change

my emotions and react to every bad day

or or negative event that happened i'm

going to more focus on the long-term the

bigger picture one thing that can help

with this is having some form of

accountability in terms of your goals

and your planning i mentioned this

earlier in the video enfps we are very

good at basically lying to herself BS in

ourselves about why we're changing

directions

I've talked about in other videos the

aspect of like lying to ourselves about

eating dark chocolate or drinking a

bottle of wine like all those

antioxidants it's good for us but you

really just want to drink the wine right

but you find ways to justify it in FPS

are masters of doing this with

everything if we want to change

direction we can always find a way to do

it even if it's not the right thing to

do

so if we commit to starting a business

we start working on it working on it and

something bad happens that makes us feel

bad and we just emotionally want to quit

we can find a dozen ways to justify that

only the economy changed oh I had this

job offer this is whatever but really

we're changing our minds or quitting we

let ourselves down and so I would

encourage you to set kind of concrete

destinations you could call them gold

you call destinations like where you

want to get to what you want to do and

when you set that write it down and

maybe share it with some people and hold

yourself to that say this is where I

want to go if I start to lie to myself

and change direction and say wait maybe

I should go here instead maybe I should

do this just being aware that that is a

lie right you're lying to yourself about

it and you're letting your emotions kind

of take over and so whatever you write

down

I also encourage you not to do it on a

whim the way I CFPB's tend to do so

write down your your destination and

then let it sit for a week kind of think

about it really commit to it and in

committing to it

commit to it right so if you just

scribble something down on a piece of

paper one day on a win

you're probably not that likely to

really commit to it and stick to it

because you just emotionally made that

decision so try to make something really

concrete and then stick with that and

that's going to help a lot with actually

changing your perception of time and

just staying on course with it

ok so back to this perception of time

right

one of the things that happens with

enfps with our sense of urgency with our

desire to make things happen quick and

this is what I've seen in my own life

and I've seen it i coached enfps at work

within FPS 11 is a business coach and

stuff which is really interesting

because you see your own bad habits in

them and it makes it so clear and as

probably really helped me as much as in

some ways help the client so when you

try to go in these little Springs what

can happen if you don't have a unified

kind of vision of where you're going to

is that you'll go this way and then that

way and then this way and that way and

then back this way and you kind of end

up back where you started and I got

clarity with this with myself when i SAT

back and looked at a couple years of my

business where i was busy and I didn't

achieve some things I did grow you know

the business in some ways but I look

back and realize it because i kept

changing directions in terms of like my

marketing strategy in different aspects

of where i wanted to focus the business

I don't really get that much done that

at the end of say two years I look back

and I really kind of mapped out like

what that actually do and it wasn't come

on focus back on the face autofocus it

wasn't actually that impressive in terms

of what i was able to do because i kept

changing directions and every time you

change direction you reset your progress

at least to some extent

not fully and so by doing sort of a

three-month Sprint let's try this

marketing approach okay i don't really

follow their let's try this

nothing really comes of it and that kind

of kicked me in the ass where I just

realized that I'd in some ways wasted

all this time because i didn't just

focus in one area and just keep going

and that was a wake-up call kind of a

shock to my system which really helped

solidify this so keep that in mind is if

you kind of zigzag you keep changing

directions you do sprints and they're

not part of a unified vision like

something you're trying to move towards

that you may find yourself in the same

place a couple years from now and maybe

if you look back now over the last

couple years that might you know

resonate with you where you realize that

you've been doing the same thing that I

was doing so one last little tip and

then when the video here and that's just

that you are an ENFP and you have this

need for variety you know the ENFP way

right where you want excitement you like

newness maybe find other ways to meet it

aside from your career or your business

so whether that's playing extreme sports

are going traveling more or whatever it

is for you that will give you excitement

when you meet that need for excitement

in other places you might not need it in

your business so or career whatever I

talk about business because it's kind of

my world but this applies for all areas

of of your life really

if you don't intentionally proactively

meet your need for excitement and for

newness newness is important for us

right we like novelty new thing if

you're not meeting that need in some way

then you'll unconsciously meet it

through probably more destructive ways

right so you can choose to do things

that are novel that will bring

´excitement´ and be in charge or you

can leave it to your unconscious your

ENFP need for excitement and then you'll

end up doing things that could be

damaging self-sabotage like getting big

fights with your partner or always

switching who you're dating or changing

your business direction all the time

because you need that newness and you're

not meeting that need elsewhere so I

really encourage you to proactively meet

that need for newness rather than just

let it happen to you

cool awesome thanks for bearing with me

for this video

here and that you've enjoyed it you know

subscribe like the video leave a comment

especially I think if you are an ENFP

I'd love to hear your story you know

does this resonate with you have you

been through this you know I've as I

said I coach some enfps and I'm one

myself and I'm fairly a self-reflective

guy but i'd love to learn more and kind

of if you if you've had the same

experience and that kind of thing it

would be great to share it with with all

of us here

cool thanks for watching see you in
