Nowadays, electricity is becoming our nature. People from all age, variety of jobs uses
electronic devices. It starts from a simple flick of light, change of temperature or an
excessive use of refrigerator .Since it's been introduced, we have been abusing electricity
on a gigantic mass, especially in these recent decade. Most of our newly introduced devices
are electric powered.This is one of the cause of global warming . Though, many substitute
have been introduced, they are not widely used yet. Although, solar,hydro and wind power
have been introduced, they are still out of reach for many developing countries
Carbon production had increased rapidly in the past decade
In fact, the carbon production was started by A power station, also referred to as a
power plant or powerhouse is an industrial facility for the generation of electric power.
The energy source harnessed to turn the generator varies widely. Most power stations in the
world burn fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural, gas to generate electricity.
However, these energy sources gives a lot of negative influences to the Earth's atmosphere.
Humans have increased atmospheric CO2 concentration by more than a third since the Industrial
Revolution began.CO₂ emissions from human activities are now higher than at any point
in our history. In fact, data from 2014 reveals that global CO₂ emissions were 150 times
higher in 2011 than they were in 1850.
With that base, many companies made 'solar roof panels'. Solar panel roofs that will
replace your normal electricity usage. It will take the energy collected from the sun
and allows you to use it as normal electricity usage, if the cells collected extra, it will
be stored in a Power House. Solar power works by using photovoltaic cells. (Photovoltaic
simply means they convert sunlight into electricity.) Many cells linked together make up a solar
panel. A photovoltaic cell is a specialized semiconductor diode that converts visible
light into direct current. Some photovoltaic cells can also convert infrared or ultraviolet
radiation into Direct current electricity. Large sets of photovoltaic cells can be connected
together to form solar modules, arrays, or panels.
Using fossil fuel is no good as it is destroying our Earth
It might have some benefits but it's cons are
much more impacting
Rising temperature, rising sea level and polluted air are all cost for
taking advantages of fossil fuel
If you want to see the old Earth, healthy, full of different plants, trees, etc
You better turn of that light you don't use
