Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Star Bodies.

Today we are going to discuss: Unsatisfactory results after tummy tuck.

In this channel we discuss everything you need to know to get that star body that you want.

Welcome back!

There are many patients who become dissatisfied with the results of tummy tuck immediately

after the surgery.

It is important to keep in mind that some of the results of the tummy tuck surgery would become apparent

immediately after the procedure; however, the complete aesthetic improvements would take several months

to transpire.

Patients are advised to wait a few months to see the final results, which includes a youthful, firmer,

and toned abdomen.

Like all other plastic surgery procedures, it is never guaranteed that you would be satisfied

with the outcomes of the tummy tuck.

While most patients like the results, there are others who become dissatisfied.

There are several problems and causes that make patients dissatisfied.

Some patients have a genetic tendency to develop unsightly and extensive scarring when incisions

are placed on the body.

The tummy tuck involves incisions and skin excision, which means the patient may become dissatisfied

with the results in case unsightly scars develop.

Scarring is unavoidable in a tummy tuck.

If you get unwelcoming scars due to a tummy tuck, you should seek treatment for the condition.

There are also patients who have poor skin quality, meaning their skin is not elastic.

As a result, their abdomen may become saggy again after the surgery.

A good plastic surgeon would advise you to avoid the tummy tuck if your skin quality is poor.

Getting an irregular or lopsided abdomen after the tummy tuck also causes dissatisfaction

among patients.

Undue pressure resulting from activities like stretching, weight lifting, or sleeping on the operated area

may lead to aesthetic and health complications.

Exposing the operated area to the sun can also cause aesthetic problems that will leave you dissatisfied

with the achieved results.

For example, sun exposure of the surgical site during the first four months after the surgery

can cause discolorations.

In order to make sure you are satisfied with the final outcomes of the tummy tuck,

be sure to choose your plastic surgeon carefully, have your candidacy assessed properly,

set realistic and reasonable goals for the intervention, and be very careful during the recovery period.

A Closer Look At The First 'Alien' Asteroid "A/2017 U1" Passing Earth - Duration: 3:48.

Hi, I'm Heathcliff and this is Lions Ground.

I hope you have a fantastic day.

Liverpool John Moores University has detected a passing flying asteroid using the telescope

in the Canary Islands, actually it already passed Earth, the asteroid was first discovered

on October 18th with the PAN-STARRS telescope or the Haleakala Observatory in Hawaii, the

piece of stone swung past our sun and passed us around 26 October at a speed of 91.8 km

/ h or 57 miles per hour.

Where does this come from?

Researchers suspect that the asteroid came from the star Vega, the brightest star in

the constellation of Lyra.

Derived from Lyre, yep, referred to in the 1825 star map at the bottom as a music instrument

(based around the character of Orpheus, a famed musician with such extraordinary talent).

Lyra is visible in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres.

Northern hemisphere the constellation can be seen from April to December.

Southern hemisphere Lyra can be viewed low on the northern horizon in the winter months.

If the asteroid is from Lyra it is not certain because it is extremely difficult to tell

where an asteroid comes from, in this situation.

The official name is A / 2017 U1, and it's not a cliché gray giant stone but, in fact,

NASA astronomer Joseph Masiero says is actually red.

Comets fall into two categories, namely the periodic comets that fly on a regular basis

along the sun (like Halley comet) and comets that do hundreds or thousands of millions

of years around a the sun.

In addition, astronomers look at the eccentricity of the circuit.

That is the extent to which an orbit differs from a circle.

A circular circuit that is exactly circular has an eccentricity of 0.

A circular path with an eccentricity of 1 is a parabola.

Halley has an eccentricity of 0.967 and is thus located between a circle and a parabola.

However, the orbit of C / 2017 U1 has an eccentricity of 1.2, making it a hyperbola.

This means that the object comes from outside the solar system.

This looks like a typical photograph of a suburban backyard, with two water tanks, a scattering of mulch and a healthy amount of foliage sprouting from the ground - but all is not as it seems.

Somewhere, lurking in this innocent-looking Queensland garden is a red-bellied black snake - but can you spot it?.

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers were called in to relocate the reptile this week, and posted an image of the garden on Facebook asking its followers to work out the perfectly camouflaged animals location.

This led to a stream of different guesses from followers of the page, who were also asked to identify the species of the snake, but most people got it wrong.

Sunshine Snake Catchers asked: Must be time for another one of these games. Extra points for the what species the snake it too!.

Judy Williams suggested: Common tree snake poking his head out in the big green foliage in the front.

Michael Edgeworth chimed in, guessing: Carpet python, the end of his tail in one and body in the other. I've no idea.

Chatbot Course - DO and DO NOT of Dialog Design [Build Your Own Chatbot] - Duration: 4:54.

It would be easy to get lost in the details of how to implement the chatbot, and temporarily

forget the bigger picture.

In this quick video, I wanted to briefly touch on a few subjects that are worth considering

when designing a chatbot.

The first question we should ask is in regards the positioning of our chatbot.

Let's start with its role.

Is it going to act as an information kiosk, a customer support agent, a marketer, or a

sale representative?

Our flower shop bot example will not really look into customer orders or provide post-sale

support.

It will however provide information and in the process, also help us sell some flowers.

Keep the role in mind when designing chatbots for your own business.

Next, let's consider its purpose.

In our case, we want to help our customers in making the right choices when buying flowers,

and reassure them that the flowers will be delivered on time.

In the process, perhaps selling more flowers and cutting down on a few calls to our hypothetical

shop.

Another element worth considering is proactivity.

How proactive or reactive do we want our chatbot to be?

A more proactive chatbot will tend to solicit information from the user, engaging and guiding

them rather than passively waiting for a question to come along.

Depending on the type of chatbot you build, one approach might be more favorable than

the other.

In many cases, a combination of the two may be the best of both worlds.

Asking questions and guiding, when it's relevant, and sitting back waiting for the

user when it's more appropriate.

Tone and personality are also important.

Do we want our chatbot to sound more formal or more friendly?

Just adjusting a few words in a sentence can lead to our chatbot sounding a lot nicer/inviting

or, conversely, to come across as completely distant.

This matters because chatbots with a friendly tone and a bit of personality to them tend

to be perceived more favorably.

We start thinking that the chatbot might be more useful, even intelligent, than it actually

is.

There are no universally right or wrong answers here, but thinking about what we want our

chatbot to accomplish and how we want it to come across will go a long way as we approach

building the chatbot.

It will enable us to choose the right dialog flow, words, and tone, as well as deciding

what to leave in and what to exclude from the scope of our chatbot.

In a previous video I mentioned that our scope is common questions and not all possible questions.

When you define the positioning, so the role, purpose, and proactivity, for a chatbot, you'll

quickly find out that the scope is even narrower than that.

Which is a good thing.

You don't want a chatbot that is a jack-of-all-trades.

It's better to have the chatbot handle fewer types of questions but do a great job with

those.

What we implement should reflect the positioning, tone, and personality we set out to provide

to our users.

In terms of good chatbot design, there are three fundamental rules that you should follow.

First rule: Avoid using yes or no in your replies.

If your chatbot fails to interpret the question correctly, a yes or no answer can be misleading

or provide the wrong information.

For example, you might be tempted to set the response for "Is delivery free?" to "Yes,

it is".

But what happens when the user asks the bot, "Is delivery free or do I have to pay?"

Watson will pick up the right intent, but the "Yes, it is" answer won't work here.

There are situations, perhaps because of negatives introduced in the input, where the chatbot

will respond yes, when a human would correctly respond no.

It's far better to provide an answer that covers the topic of delivery price, without

including an absolute yes or no element within it.

So "Deliveries are free." is definitely a much better option than "Yes, it is".

This brings us to our second rule.

When possible, incorporate part of the user's question in your response.

For example, say "I understand that you're looking for help with an order.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to look into orders that have already been placed."

And then perhaps we would have the chatbot refer the customer to our phone number or

email address, in order to help them perhaps speak with a live person about their concern.

This will further cement, in our user's mind, the relative intelligence of our chatbot,

even though it technically failed to directly provide what the customer was hoping to find

out.

The third rule is in regards to the length of the chatbot answers.

Succinct and accurate answers are best.

We want to be informative, but not reply with a wall of text.

When a wall of text is an absolute must, to convey the information, then deflecting by

sending the user to an informative page is a better approach.

The One Thing You Need To Do To Boost Your Big Lifts

Quick: How much can you bench? No, not ten years ago for a single rep with all your teammates cheering you on.

And no, not just your heaviest top set from a recent workout.

How much was on the bar during your last workout, every rep of every set, from the warm-up to the bitter end?.

Using that question as a guide, we can separate most of the lifting community into three groups:.

Those who have no idea Those who know the answer off the top of their head Those who may not have the answer, but know where to find it.

You dont have to be type two in order to be a successful lifter.

But if you really want to get bigger and stronger, you should definitely consider spending some time in camp three, according to MuscleTech athlete Santi Aragon.

Whats the biggest difference between how he trains and how you do? In a word: documentation.

I document all of my workouts, Aragon explains.

Thats the only way I know Im getting better and improving week to week..

Documenting your workouts—particularly the weight and the number of completed reps—is one of the most overlooked steps any aspiring athlete can take to improve numbers and develop muscle.

The most critical component, of course, is making a conscious effort to improve upon every workout, either by increasing the reps or increasing the weight.

For example, says Aragon, If I completed 225 for 6 reps the week before, I might try to hit 225 for 8 reps the next week.

This dedication to progress and commitment to detailed documentation allowed Aragon to increase his deadlift by nearly 300 pounds in a little over a year.

Of course, sometimes the top set isnt going to budge.

When that happens—and it will—are you doomed to weakness? Nope.

Here are other metrics you should be tracking, along with that heaviest set:.

Total Workload: If muscle growth is your goal, this may be the most important thing you can measure.

How much weight did you lift overall in your workout? If you did 4 working sets of 8 with a certain weight, say 225, thats actually more overall work than 3 sets of 10 with the same weight—its basic math, but if hypertrophy comes from volume, every bit of extra work counts!.

If your warm-ups sets were heavier or had more reps than last week, that counts, too.

You could even add a back-off set after your top set to up the total work.

But it all comes back to documentation.

Track each pound of each rep and you might find youre actually progressing more than you realized.

Rest Periods: Dont stop with just sets, reps, and weights—keep track of your rest periods.

Were you ready for your next working set after 2 minutes, whereas the same weight used to leave you panting and sitting for 3 minutes or more? Thats progress—but only if you include it in your notes.

Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE): This is a number that powerlifters regularly use to categorize the difficulty of their training.

It may sound unscientific, but with practice you can make it work quite effectively, particularly for big lifts like the bench.

Were you seeing stars after 3 reps? That may be a 9 out of 10.

Two weeks later, is the same weight for the same reps easy enough that you arent asking yourself if youve filled out your will? Consider it a seven—and call it progress.

You dont have to include this type of information for every movement.

Otherwise, you may find yourself doing more writing than lifting—and seriously, who cares what your RPE is for a set of Zottman curls? But consistently documenting these numbers for your big lifts in every workout makes it far easier to measure—and increase—your strength.

And as Santi Aragon proves, it also happens to be just as beneficial for building a well-rounded physique.

This month: Child Dental Benefits Schedule, claiming ABSTUDY and travelling overseas.

G'day, I'm Hank Jongen, here to tell you what's happening with the department in November.

As the year is coming to an end I'd like to remind families about the

Child Dental Benefits Schedule. This covers part of or the full costs of

a range of dental services for children aged 2 to 17 years of age. If eligible,

you can get up to $1000 over 2 calendar years. Before booking a

visit to the dentist, you can check your eligibility and the remaining benefit

cap amount for your child by accessing your Medicare online account through

myGov or by calling the Medicare general enquiries line. ABSTUDY helps Indigenous

Australians with the costs of studying or doing an Australian Apprenticeship.

It's important to get claims for next year submitted early. This is especially

important for students moving away from home to study, that's so payments can be

finalised and travel can be organised as early as possible. Claiming before

December will help students get ABSTUDY before school starts. This year, we've

made claiming easier with a verbal declaration. This means when you claim

over the phone, most people won't need to return a Customer Declaration Form

you'll only need to return it if your information isn't correct or you need to

advise of changes. We'll also let you know if you need to provide any

additional supporting documents for your claim. As we're approaching the end of

the year, a lot of people are thinking about holidays. If you're planning to

travel overseas, it's important to check how this may affect your health care,

child support arrangements and Centrelink payments.

You can tell us about your travel using your Centrelink online account through

myGov, and we'll be able to give you tailored information about how your

travel could affect your payment. While overseas, you'll also need to let

the department know about any changes to your circumstances that would normally

affect your payment or concession card, just as you would if you were in

Australia. There are rules covering how travelling outside Australia may affect

your payment or concession card. These depend on the payment or concession card
