Waching daily Apr 2 2018

Hi.

It's Stacey Myers here from StaceyMyers.com.

In this video I'm going to teach you how to create checklists, PDFs, and reports in Canva.

Now, why you want to use these..

Any of these things are great for any area of your business, but they're especially great

to use for lead magnets or free opt-in offers.

So, if you want to give away something in return for people giving you their name and

email address to build your list, these are really quick and easy options that you can

use to do that.

Inside Canva you want to come down, if you're going to be creating a report, I use the one

down here that says A4.

If you click on that, then it opens up here and it's like the typical page size.

Now, on the left-hand side here, they give you lots of different options for you to be

able to use.

If you want to use any of those, simply click on them and they come over here.

Now you'll see some are free and some are paid for.

You can use, of course, any of the free ones for free, or if you want to pay for one, you

can now search and search for just the most relevant or the free ones.

There are literally hundreds of them in here.

You can just go down and search for one and you'll find various checklists.

Now if you don't want this one, you can just simply click on it and delete it, the components

of it, or just click the little bin here or you can highlight the whole thing and click

delete and that will get rid of all of it, if you don't want to get rid of the individual

components separately.

Now, you can spend ages going through these.

The ones with the little drop-down flap here.

If you click on it, it shows you there are some different pages that go with that.

It's not just the front page, it's got some inside pages that you can use as well.

Just as far as checklists go, I found this one earlier, but you can have a look at it.

So, see what's great is it's already set down with the rest of the background.

If I want to change the back here I can just click on it and choose a different color that

I want.

It gives me the colors that are inside here already or I can choose any number of these

colors that I have.

This is a, you can see this as a palette I put in early, which he can do with the paid

version of Canva.

With the free version

it's not possible to do that, but I can pick any color by clicking on the little cross

sale.

Then I can choose any color here or if I know the hex that I want to use.

If I have a particular hex number for my brand, then I can choose that as well.

So if we're here, we're just going to pick this color and then over here I can, start

to modify this so I can change the form.

I just click on it and they simply come over here and go through the hundreds of different

fonts you can use.

I might want this font and then I can make it bigger or smaller, stretch it out, I can

change the color, I might wanted black and then he, I might want this.

If I don't want it, I can just simply click and get rid of it.

Now what I can do other things, like if I'd like to border.

So they have all of these other options here that you can use that if you click on them,

they're going to give you the icons and various other things that you can use or background

images.

I want to use the shape because I want to put a border on it.

So I'm going to pick this border here and then I can simply stretch it up to whichever

shape, size I want them to be.

And again, I can change the color of that.

So now we've got going on a retreat, going to a retreat actually.

Then, you can arrange them.

So it's kind of like I'm in layers, so if I want this border then to go back, I can

send it to the back.

So now when I click on here, I have

the title.

If I want this in the middle, just like if you're using words.

So I want this in the middle here, I want to bold.

Then down here I can click on each individual ones, so if I'm going to retreat, what do

I need to take?

Clothes, toiletries and then you simply click on any of these and you can change them.

So I wanted to take my laptop with me and again, if I don't like the font, I can change

the font of this as well as the size.

I can delete them.

Like if I don't want this one, I click on this individual one and get rid of it.

This is a great way to be able to make a checklist.

Now if you happen to want to make one from scratch, come back into your designs.

You can click on here again.

Now this is going to be a little bit more time consuming, to start one from scratch.

So if we want to do one going to the beach.

So I just clicked on the side on text, I'm going to the beach and again I can take that

off the top here.

If I want I can make it bigger.

So, now I've got going to the beach and what do I want to take.

Now, the easiest way to make these is to make the little squares.

This is going to be my checkbox and you make it to whatever size you want.

So we might want to make it that size.

You can have all different ones down here.

If instead of a little square one, you wanted a little star checkbox, you can do that.

And again you just make it smaller.

Like this.

And then, you can either do copy and paste or you can click up here and it will copy

it.

So if we wanted to make that,

like this.

You can see how it gives you the lines to help line it up and then you just add the

text.

So if I'm going to the beach, I'm going to want to take a towel.

And again, you just drag it into position wherever you wanted to know.

Now again, if I want this exactly the same again, just copy it.

And then put them down, next to where I wanted to go.

Then you can leave it.

I'd like to leave the checklists without very much color on them because quite often people

want to print off a checklist and this is true with reports as well.

So I don't do a lot of background color because what I could do is click on the background

and say I want the background, whatever color.

But then when people go to print and it's going to print the whole thing.

So I generally keep them quite light and then down the bottom here you can brand it for

yourself so you can put your website in there and put that down in the bottom.

And then if you wanted to add, like any little images, or if you wanted to have background

image.

So we have a free photos here if you wanted the beach.

I mean once we want the free ones only.

So I could add my checklists.

This will take up the whole page and then remember we need to put it behind.

So, see.

Now just be careful when you're using images because you can see now parts of this are

a little difficult to see and if you don't want that one you just click on a delete.

You can try a different one.

So this one you can kind of see there.

So, it's really a case of playing around.

But like I said, I generally leave the back quite clear so it's easy for people to say.

So this is a quick way to make a checklist.

Now if you want to make her report and you can easily brand these without spending a

lot of time on it.

Like for me, like my design skills aren't amazing by any means.

I'm getting better, but they're really not that great.

And one of the, the simplest and easiest things I've ever seen was...

And I've created, one of mine.

I'm doing one at the moment and actually doing exactly this.

So this is it here.

So I've created the front.

That was the front cover I created for it.

And then um, that's going to go on one

of these.

You can see all I've really done is like, this isn't finished yet, but I've just put

this little box at the top and branded down the bottom.

It's so simple to do.

You just find the shape and then you just put it to wherever you want it to be.

It could be at the top here I want, I want one at the top and one at the bottom.

I changed the color of this, so just say I wanted that color and then I can copy it and

then put it down the bottom as well.

Now I have this at the top, open at the bottom and I want to brand the bottom so it's the

same on every one so I can get my texts and I just went down the bottom of my website.

Let's make that wide so we can see it down there.

Yeah, and then we pop it down here.

That's really all you need to do.

Then we'll make it a bit bigger.

It could be you want to do like step one and then you can have that out of the talk.

Now, once you've placed what you want to have here, you can just copy this again.

If I click here and copy, it's going to copy that with everything on it.

Then if I just want to change this sent to step two and then I can do that going down.

Now if I want to create something different, I can click add new page.

So, on this one we might go back and we might want to border again.

If I click this one then I can make a border.

As you can see there are lots of different ways that you can do it.

Again, I want to change the color.

I can add my text.

So I have my heading, 'In this report

you will learn...

And then if it comes off the edges you can just squash it in using the side it says bring

it up.

And if you want the writing closer together, if you click on spacing, it changes how close

the letters are to each other.

And also you can bring it up.

If you want this a little bit closer, then so in this report you will learn.

Now you can, there are a couple of ways you can do this.

You can either write it in a word document and then copy it over, or if you want to you

can simply start typing in here.

So, the first I'm step you need to take and then just keep, you can keep typing in here

and then move it around to wherever you need to.

And this is literally how easy it is to create a report.

Now, once you've created it, you can download it as a pdf.

So you just click on download and you can do PDF print, you can do a standard.

So print is a little, the quality is still great.

Um, so I normally just do the print recommended one or you can make it a PNG or a jpeg.

You can pick.

If you don't want to download all the pages, you can pick this particular pages you want.

So then I just clicked download on that and then you'll see that it's ready here.

Here we have the report that we just made and it looks really professional.

It's good quality.

And then for the checklist one that we did, you can download that as a PDF, or you can

also download it as like a jpeg or PNG.

So you just click on that if you want the transparent background.

So if you had an image there, so just say you had this on here - just take it down here

and when you want this, when you want this on your website, you don't, you want the background

clear.

So you can't see.

So that's where you'd use a transparent background.

So let's take her off there.

So if I wanted to have this as an image, then I just click download jpeg or download PNG

and then I just download it.

So yeah, this is a fantastic way to be able to make your checklist like mini reports or

even longer reports.

And then to turn them into PDFs.

Now below this video I have a link.

I have a checklist on how to actually think about, put together and plan out what it is

that you want to have in your pdf document.

So if you want to write a report in this checklist, I go through all the steps you need to do

to think about what content and everything you want in there.

So you can grab that below the video if you found this useful, I'd really love it if you

share that, subscribe to my channel.

I have a lot of other videos that are similar to this.

Comment and give me a thumbs up and I'll see you in the next video.

Improve coldness of finger, and hallux valgus. 大宮 整体 冷え性と外反母趾を同時に改善するセルフケア - Duration: 6:48.

Hi my name is youhei ozaki. Thanks for watch this video. This video talk about improve coldness of finger, and hallux valgus.

At basically, soften muscle and improve blood flow. Hallux valgus is bone transformation.

In that improve is take a long time. The work that to move that joint is muscle have it.

Do move easily muscle to is the shortest way that hallux valgus improve. I recommend to soften muscle for that.

Aim point is second finger joint of foot. It is all muscle of around second finger joint.

It is imagine like spread the joint. Please see with my finger.

Thumb is there is second joint only. Other finger is there is third joint.

If you don't understand, please bend finger of self. Finger joint come out. Tone place is joint when that.

Case of thumb,it is want to soften second joint place. At first, check the current status.

Please bending stretch the finger. Remember movement of joint. Please pinch between of finger.

Push the foot sole. Remember stiffness of muscle.

Please bending stretch the ankle. Remember movement of ankle.

Do soften from now. Bend the finger.

There is stiff muscle at place that heading for fingertip from thumb second joint.

Do rub that place. It do that like do rubs the bone.

Do slide heading for fingertip from bulging joint. Maybe your finger do snap the dent.

The dent is finger joint. Please do rubs the dent. Maybe you feel strong painful.

The reason is there is stiff muscle. Cause that do sound when do bend the finger is stiffness of joint.

At especially little finger did not move until now. The finger that use is index finger or thumb.

Almost people can't feel painful. Because muscle was so stiff from long years ago. If your muscle is soften, you will feel painful.

You will fee painful when touched the deep muscle. If all muscle is soften, you don't feel painful not at all. Please shift one by one and soften.

Check current status again after 3 minutes. Please bending stretch the finger.

Please pinch between of finger. Push the foot sole. Please bending stretch the ankle.

How is it? Maybe movement is more fast, stiffness is more soft. Please feel the change.

Case of coldness of finger or hallux valgus, soon is can't feel change. You will feel the change after about 3 week.

Angle of hallux valgus little by little is will be change. Muscle that could to move when childfood is become do move.

Hallux valgus improve by that. Coldness of finger is improve by good blood flow.

Please try it. Thanks for watch this video. See you!

Short PuttingTips - Duration: 10:05.

Short putting tips.

This is the right place.

So today we are going to look at some things that are going to help with our short putting.

And one thing that I've learned in the last 33 years of coaching and the last 50 years

of playing golf.

Is that if we can hole more short putts.

We enjoy golf more and our score gets lower.

So if you are interested in this stay tuned.

[MUSIC]

Hello.

I'm Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

And I have been a golf pro now for 33 years.

And I have got a lot of tips and tricks that I like to show along the way.

If you are new to this channel.

Welcome.

If you want to be kept up to date and not miss anything.

You can subscribe and hit the bell icon to make sure you get notified of all the tips.

So today we are going to be looking at short putting tips.

So I am going to give you a list of things for you to do that will all help you to hole

more short putts.

So the first thing I notice when I watch a lot of my clients.

With their short putting.

Is they have a lot of movement.

And it's a lot of leg movement.

So any time we have a lot of leg movement.

It is very difficult to control one, the pace of the putting stroke.

And two it is also difficult to control the club face alignment at impact.

So we want to keep leg movement to a minimum.

So if I try and putt this hole and I have got a bit of leg movement.

I just missed it to the left.

So that's what I see a lot of people doing.

And I did exaggerate it there.

You really don't want to have too much in the way of movement.

So a good visual image I like to get my clients to do is to pretend they are standing inside

a wine barrel.

And you put about 100 bags of rice all around the wine barrel.

So if we get into that situation there is just no way in the world you will get the

feeling that your legs can move.

So my legs are nice and secure.

They are packed in tight inside the wine barrel.

So if I keep my legs nice and still I am just swinging my hands, arms and shoulders.

And the ball can go in.

So that's the first thing.

Keep the legs quiet.

The next thing along the way is we don't want to watch the ball go in the hole.

It's when we start to watch the ball going in the hole that we start to miss.

So Gary Player once said the more important the putt the less he looked.

He tried to listen to the ball going into the hole rather than see it going in to the

hole.

So this is just over three feet.

So on all of these 3 footers we want to try and listen to the ball going in.

Try to avoid moving our head.

Just in my eyes and I think it's my eyes following the ball.

It actually moves my head and moves my shoulders.

So we want to keep our head nice and still.

Swing it back and through.

And we listen to it going in.

I hear it going in.

If you don't hear it obviously you missed.

But the more important the putt.

The longer we just listen to the ball going in.

So the next thing we need to focus on with our short putts is.

We want to make sure.

We practice with our eyes closed.

Practicing with our eyes closed or hitting balls, swinging with your eyes closed is a

great propreoceptive way of training.

With our eyes open we get distracted.

And we start looking at the putter going back and we can look at an ant crawling across

or a fly.

It is very easy to get distracted in this game.

So It's a great training drill to practice with our eyes closed.

So I have got my set up here now.

When I am comfortable.

I am going to close my eyes.

And then I hit the putt.

So my eyes were closed.

As soon as I heard it.

A little bit like the last tip.

I heard it go in so I knew it had gone in.

I was able to open my eyes.

So if you can practice this with your eyes closed.

It's great.

I know a lot golf pros actually putt with their eyes closed when they get a bit twitchy

over the putts.

So ah it's a good way of focusing your attention and just going by the feel.

The next thing we want to do is we want to make sure that under pressure one part of

us is in control of the putter.

And I think one of the biggest mistakes people make is they try and get both hands equal

or they are trying to get both hands not in control.

And they are trying to rock the shoulders.

The shoulders do rock but it is not something you really want to try and achieve.

Because if you think about rocking the shoulders.

You are going to be moving your body as well.

So I always like to think that it is my right hand that is in control.

And of ll of the digits on my right hand.

Its my right thumb and it is my right pointer finger.

So as I take my grip and set up there.

I put my hand in it's rightful place.

I put my left hand behind my back and I just practice letting my right hand pull the putter

back and push the putter through.

It might be that you find it better with your left hand.

It doesn't have to one or the other.

You just need to find out what is best for you.

Over all of my practice.

I feel my right hand is better.

But I have other people that I know putt with their left hand.

So you just need to work out which is better for you.

So we stand here.

We get our hand in the right position.

Put the left hand behind our back.

And then we putt.

It wasn't the smoothest of putting strokes.

But the beauty of this is with your right hand only your brain will find a way to square

up the putter face at impact.

You will see it wobble.

It won't look fantastic.

But you will find it much easier to square that putter face up at impact which is going

to help you to hit a lot more putts.

The next thing we need to work on is speed.

That last putt just barely fell in as we did that.

You notice that if I had of hit it harder it probably would have missed so it's a great

idea to work on speed control.

There are two types of golfers.

There are those that like to ram the ball in the back of the hole.

And there are those golfers that just like to let the ball die into the hole.

Ah and when I picture it I must admit I have tried banging it in the hole and it works.

Some of the time for me.

But I don't like it when I hit the lip and it horse shoes out.

So am more conservative by nature with that so I like to see the ball going in at the

right speed.

So the mental picture that I have is that when the ball goes in the hole.

It goes in and it sits on top of th hole where the flag stick goes.

I really don't want to watch the ball hit the back of the cup.

I like to see the ball just fall into the hole that the flag stick rests in.

So as I am putting here I am trying to hit it that the speed that I need to get that

putter just rolling on the front edge of the hole and into the bottom of th cup.

That one just fell straight into the bottom of the cup and that is my right speed.

As I said it may not work for you.

Yeou might feel a lot more comfortable taking the break out of the putt and hitting it straight

at the back of the hole.

And there is nothing wrong with that.

You just need to train.

Try both methods.

And see which one works the best for you.

The other thing that I like to do is when I am approaching a putt.

I like to try and look at the back of the hole.

Because when I look at the back of the hole.

So this part around here.

As I stand here and look at it.

The back of the hole is much bigger than the front of the hole.

The problem with the front of the hole is it's a bit smaller.

It's actually the same size but just my perspective from this angle.

I can see a lot more of the back of the hole than a lot more of the front of the hole.

So as I am standing over the putt.

I am really looking at the widest part of the hole that I can.

That really helps me mentally.

Well there is a lot of hole there.

There is a lot more.

If I just focus on the very front.

It's a bit narrower.

So start looking toward the back of the hole and I think you are going to start holing

more putts.

And the next tip is quiet eye.

I have made a video on quiet eye.

And I will put a link at the top of the page all about that.

But essentially Dr Joan Vickers discovered that if we can keep our eyes nice and quiet

we can hole a lot more putts.

So one of the best ways of doing it is to put a dot on the golf ball.

So I have put the dot at the back of the ball.

And I take my setup and I have a couple of practice swings.

Then when I am comfortable and ready to go.

I set up.Get my alignment and what I now do is I am just thinking of that black dot.

Just staring at the black dot.

And I need to stare at it for about 2 seconds.

And then I am ready to pull the trigger.

And that is going to give me more of a chance of holing the putt.

So there are my 7 golf tips for holing more short putts.

So any one of those tips is going to help you to make a big difference to how you hole

short putts.

But if you can work on all 7 of them.

I think you will find that your putting average is going to go down.

And if your putting average goes down you are certainly going to have a better score.

So if you like my videos you can click on the subscribe button down on the bottom there

and don;t forget to click the bell notification so that you get notified of all future tips.

And I look forward to seeing you on another tip next week.

15 Humans Beings You Won't Believe Exist - Duration: 7:56.

● In the world of fiction, you can find people with some pretty amazing powers and

weird behaviour, from the X-Files to the X-Men.

But what about the real world?

What remarkable abilities do some folks possess?

What freaks of nature are alive today, despite the rules of medical science?

Here are the human beings you won't believe exist.

15 - Superman ● The Man of Steel may be fictional, but

he has some real-life equivalents.

Lithuanian Zydrunas Savickas has won pretty much every international strongman competition

for the last decade, and can deadlift nearly half a tonne.

But even stranger is Filipino Herbert Chavez, who spent fifteen years and $6000 on surgeries

to transform himself into a chisel-jawed, blue eyed Clark Kent.

He says that, like Superman, he hopes to inspire children.

Never knew cosmetic surgery was so inspirational.

14 - Sleepless in Saigon ● A Vietnamese man named Thai Ngoc has been

confusing the world of neuroscience by living a normal life without any need for sleep whatsoever.

Since a fever back in 1973, Thai has continued to work on his farm day and night without

sleeping, doubling his productivity.

Numerous doctors and TV camera crews have attempted to document and explain his condition,

but his permanent insomnia is still a mystery.

13 - Vampire ● 50-year-old Julia Caples is a care worker

and mother of two.

She also happens to be a servant of the darkness who drinks almost two litres of human blood

every month.

The Pennsylvanian vampire has had a craving for the red stuff since she was fifteen, and

now relies on willing donations from people who are into that sort of thing.

She says that it makes her feel stronger and healthier.

Has she ever considered a kale smoothie?

12 - Stretchiest Stomach ● Competitive eating combines America's

two favourite things: sports and gluttony.

And since 2000, the world of face-stuffing has been dominated by two men.

Most famous is Takeru Kobayashi, a Japanese eater who once managed 15 and a half pizzas

in twelve minutes, which is one slice every ten seconds.

But defending champion is American Joey Chestnut, who devoured 103 hamburgers in eight minutes,

and 72 hotdogs in ten minutes.

Weirdly, both men are still surprisingly thin.

11 - Human Camera ● Stephen Wiltshire has perhaps one of the

most incredible minds alive today.

The British artist creates vast and detailed architectural drawings of buildings and whole

cities, all completely from memory.

In 2005 he took a helicopter ride over the city of Tokyo, and then drew a ten metre canvas

from his mind's eye over the next week.

In 2011 he did the same for New York, with a 76-metre-long panorama that detailed every

building in Manhattan.

10 - Real-life horror movie ● Spanish actor Javier Botet is a very distinctive-looking

man, standing at two metres tall yet weighing only 120 pounds.

He suffers from a rare genetic condition known as Marfan syndrome, which causes bones to

grow elongated and narrow, yet leaves the person with highly flexible joints.

Botet has benefitted from this in his career as a horror actor, appearing as several terrifying

figures in movies such as Mama, REC 2 and the upcoming Slenderman.

9 - Genderless Alien Being ● Gender can be a confusing concept these

days, as society is slowly recognising that male and female may be two ends of a spectrum.

A Californian by the name of Vinny Ohh has chosen to be neither and instead identifies

as an alien being.

Vinny states that 'she slash he' has wanted to be sexless and genderless since the age

of 17, and has spent £45,000 achieving the look.

The next step is complete removal of the genitalia to become an extra-terrestrial without testicles.

8 - Human Chimera ● When Lydia Fairchild was applying for

child support, she submitted DNA samples from herself and her ex-partner.

The results proved the man to be the father, but bizarrely showed that Lydia was not the

mother.

Accused of fraud, Lydia had her newborn's DNA tested immediately, and again it didn't

match.

Baffled doctors realised that Lydia was a chimera - a combination of twins that had

merged into one person, meaning that her womb and her face were two different people, with

different DNA.

7 - Iceman ● What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

That seems to be the motto of Wim Hof, a Dutch extreme athlete who has a passion for pushing

his body to the lower limits of temperature.

In 2011 he broke his previous records by standing immersed in ice for nearly two hours.

He has also attempted to climb Mount Everest in nothing but a pair of shorts.

Hof uses specialised breathing techniques to moderate his internal body temperature.

6 - The Torture King ● If the thought of freezing yourself to

death doesn't appeal, how about shoving a needle through your mouth?

This is the career of Tim Cridland, also known as Zamora the Torture King.

Zamora is a sideshow performer who electrocutes himself, or impales himself with sharp metal

through his arms or face.

You'd think the man has no sensation of pain, but in fact, Zamora has trained himself

to feel pain differently, meaning that anyone can do what he does.

The question is, why would they?

5 - Car Lover ● You know when you see a car that's so

cool, you just wanna have sex with it?

No?

Well, then you have nothing in common with Edward Smith, who proudly claims to have fornicated

Fords, Ferraris and Fiats for fifty years.

The automobile enthusiast has a promiscuous history of 1000 cars, and even a few helicopters,

when he was going through an 'experimental' phase.

He is currently dating a white Volkswagen Beetle named Vanilla.

4 - Monsieur Mangetout ● Eighteen bicycles, seven television sets,

fifteen shopping carts and a Cessna one-fifty light airplane.

Those are just a few items from the menu of Michel Lotito, a Frenchman with a appetite

for metal, glass and wood.

Lotito has a condition known as Pica, which is characterised by a compulsive desire to

eat non-food items.

As well as this, he has an unnaturally thick stomach lining, allowing pieces of a chandelier

or a pair of skis to pass easily through his gut.

3 - Bat-person ● Daniel Kish went blind when he was only

a year old, and as he grew up, he developed the habit of clicking, which helped him navigate

the world a bit better.

Eventually he realised that he was utilising echolocation to create a mental map of his

surroundings, the same way a bat does with squeaks.

Kish can determine the material of many surfaces by the sound its reflection makes, and can

even use his skill in noisy environments like concerts.

2 - Battery Man ● Slavisa Pajkic is a world famous conductor

from Serbia.

But Slavisa doesn't work with an orchestra, he conducts electricity through his body,

with seemingly no damage or pain whatsoever.

He has conducted 20,000 volts through his body, which would normally generate enough

current to kill a person.

He has also cooked a sausage by holding it and allowing current to pass through it.

All of this is supposedly possible because he lacks sweat glands on his skin.

1 - The luckiest man alive ● Frano Selak, a Croatian man, survived

when a train he was on fell off the tracks and crashed into a river in 1962, killing

17 others.

The following year, he travelled by plane, which also crashed after dropping Selak into

a haystack.

Three years later a bus he was on met a similar fate, followed by four more road accidents

over the next 20 years.

In a pleasing twist, he won $1 million in the lottery in 2003, finally answering the

question over whether he is the luckiest or unluckiest person alive.
