I'm only going to take two minutes of your time today to talk about one of the

biggest frustrations that I've experienced as an online internet

marketer and the problem is traffic how do I get traffic to my sales funnel

because look it doesn't matter if I have the best landing page to build my list

or the best product or service or even I've got the best price if I haven't got

traffic coming into this system now I don't even have a business I'm certainly

not in business and I'm certainly not going to be making any money so for me

over the last couple of years this has been a huge frustration trying to figure

this out by myself you know searching online testing different things I spent

an awful lot of money on many different techniques I've used Facebook

advertising search engine optimization solo ads and I've tested I've had some

success but I've also had a lot of failures and as I say I've spent a lot

of money as well trying to figure all this out so if you're anything like me

you've probably experienced very similar frustrations and problems in finding

traffic and how do I get it to my offer so I thought there has to be a solution

out there what what can I do I realized that in order to solve this problem

I needed to master traffic as a core skill so that I could control my own

environment and make it work but again how do I do that

You need to be a smart girl who can play around with someone's feeling.

It is important because you need to strive for the love you want.

Otherwise, you are hurting yourself for not getting the love that you deserve.

It is just completely useless to rely on your boyfriend because feeling can change throughout

the time.

However, there are 10 smart ways that you can implement to keep him desperate to love

you.

Here is how to make him worry about losing you.

#1 - Be confident

You should remember that he put interest in you because you have certain character, trait,

attitude, and value that catch his eyes.

Though may not be doing things that you do like it was, you should keep believing that

you still have the same capability and shared values.

That way, your man will keep staying by your side because you don't change.

#2 - Don't be too eager

You should look like a person who's so desperate to drink in a desert.

Hold on to yourself before reacting on things your man does.

That includes replying casual chats which happen very often to woman who desperately

needs the man.

Man can see it, and it does not challenge him to do something better to keep you by

his side.

Play around with him a little.

#3 - Spend time with friends

Having friends with your side is great sign for man to keep you.

It visualizes that you are a friendly person who has a lot of friends.

You also can check whether he is jealous or not especially if you play with a male friends.

#4 - Stop spending time with him

It may sound counter-intuitive, but it works like a charm.

It does not make your man hate you.

In fact, it makes him miss you because of not spending time for quite a while.

Be sure to hold yourself to meet this guy that you love since it also tests him whether

he will stay with you or not.

Typically, a good man will do the former.

#5 - Don't do things for him

Somehow, you like to help him to do the house work such as cleaning, cooking, and many other

things.

However, this is actually not a good thing to do in the long run because he will treat

you like his sister, mother, or worse his maid.

#6 - Be distant

You don't want to lose him, but the best way to keep him close is by being distant.

It is possible because it actually makes your boy struggle more to close the distance.

It somehow attracts your man, and it is absolutely effective way to make your relationship closer.

#7 - Taking a break

This one is extremely a risky tactic, and it is usually performed when your relationship

with him does not make any significant progress.

However, it is worth mentioning that taking a break in a relationship can be fruitful

if both of you still love each other.

The meeting after being separated is unpatrolled.

#8 - Let him know you have standards

This tactic should only be used with extreme caution.

The reason is that you demand something in a relationship that will never be achieved.

You need to understand that people cannot change on a matter of days or months.

It takes great effort from themselves to change the character entirely.

That is why you just cannot expect your partner to follow or accommodate your standard.

#9 - Be consistent

You should remember things you said, and you should be consistent about it.

Woman is usually easy to be drifted around here and there.

Be sure to take notes after ridiculous talk with your boy so that you can remember later.

#10 - Look your best

It is essential to look awesome no matter what the condition is.

This makes yourself irresistible, thus making you loveable all the time.

It is also worth noting that men are visual creatures, and you should make sure you look

good and sexy in front of them.

Do You Have A Peach Butt or Prune Butt? How are your Glutes contracting? - Duration: 2:10.

hey guys it's Stephen and Cheryl here at CORE Therapy and Pilates in Austin, Texas

I wanted to go through a discussion that we have here frequently in the studio

where we try to encourage people to use certain muscles correctly and Cheryl has

learned this description called peach butt versus prune butt and I want her to

go over this description and explain the difference because I try to explain it

to people but I think she does a lot better...

so Cheryl can you tell us the difference between what peach butt and prune butt is and why its important?

first of all when you hear the description peach butt versus prune butt doesn't everybody

wouldn't you all prefer peach butt versus a prune butt? so I think what what I'm

trying to get is when people start to grip their glutes then they actually

turn off and become weak and it actually weakens the pelvic floor as well, and thats something none of us want to bring

on, when we're trying to engage the abdominals you do want some nice tone in

your glutes, you want them to work together... so if you think of when you

pull your belly back towards your spine a little bit and you drop your sits

bones towards your ankles versus pulling them forward then that's gonna

give you a little connection of the glutes and the abdominals working

together, which you do want that, so if the sits bones drop towards the floor instead of

closing and coming together and coming forward then you're gonna get more of

that peach butt... which is tone in the glutes versus a prune butt would be

gripping the glutes together and creating an actual weakness in the

glutes and the pelvic floor... so hopefully that explains it a little bit better... with a little tone in the glutes versus over-gripping...

that's your peach butt versus prune butt... so keep it peachy this weekend and not so pruny...

My name is Danyel Degenhardt and I'm the physiotherapist

who specializes in pain.

And, what you're about to experience is 55 tips, tricks,

and techniques for pain management in five minutes.

Keep watching if you don't think it's easy

to imagine feeling better.

You can keep track of the number

in the corner.

The best way to experience this

is putting on your headphones,

sitting in front of the computer.

But, feel free to experience less discomfort

anywhere that you are.

Just please don't operate any heavy machinery

while you're watching this.

You wouldn't operate a forklift if you just took

a huge dose of morphine.

So, don't do this with the video either.

This video isn't meant to be some sort of magical fix,

just to show you some opportunities of what there is

to manage your pain better now.

It's probably gonna be a bit funny,

definitely a bit ridiculous, and very fast paced.

Once you're read to feel more comfortable now,

look inside and rate that discomfort between 0 and 10.

0 being no discomfort at all,

10 being the worst pain imaginable.

Got the number?

Good, make a mental note or write it down

and begin to get ready to experience

more comfort now.

We will start in three, two, one, begin.

Set a goal to watch this video right to the end.

Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in

that breath goes in every cell in your body

making it more and more active.

And, as you breathe out, breathe out all of that tension

all the way through your body so that every breath out

releases more and more tension.

Sit or stand tall.

Close your eyes.

Remember a really happy experience.

What do you remember?

What do you see?

Are there sounds around you?

What sensations do you have?

Now, imagine your favorite person and put them

right in the middle of that happy experience.

Funny to think of that, isn't it?

Now, give that person a compliment.

Isn't that nice.

Open your eyes.

Look to your left, look to your right.

What's that?

A distraction?

Laugh out loud.

Ha!

(chuckles)

That gets me every time.

Move a comfortable part of your body,

maybe the opposite side of the spot that's uncomfortable.

Now, look at the area that you have discomfort

and move it in a comfortable and safe way.

If you flinch, you've gone too far.

Now, look down at your hand and find the spot

in between your thumb and the finger in the web space.

Take your other fingers and squeeze

until it's strong but comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Listen to the music.

I mean really listen to the harmony of Alice's voice.

Put your awareness to that space in between the breaths.

Right there.

You know you don't have to control when the body

stops breathing out or control when the body

starts to breathe in again.

It is done naturally.

And, let the body find its own rhythm

as you follow the rhythm of the music playing

with the body swaying.

And, let those feel good hormones flood the system

and those good sensations and feelings

like when you're in the flow of things

flood your whole body now.

That's right.

Bob Marley said, "You just can't live in that negative way.

Make way for the positive day."

And, just pretend you're feeling more comfortable.

And then pretend you're not pretending anymore

as you ask yourself, what is the difference

between living and being alive?

Think of something that you are thankful for.

No matter how small, notice how that may make you feel.

Open your eyes.

Pet an animal (chuckles).

Pretend you're petting an animal.

Place your forefingers together like this.

Tap the top of your head.

Tap in between your eyes.

Tap your temple.

Tap under your eyes.

Tap your collarbone.

Squeeze your wrist and say peace.

Your body protects you, doesn't it?

Close your eyes.

Notice any discomfort that's left.

What color is it?

Reach with your hand to the area or close to it

and imagine you're pulling out all of the color.

Get all of it.

Sometimes it's hidden away pretty deep.

And, you'll get all the color in three, two, one, got it!

Now, hold it in front of you?

Did the color change?

Using your mind's eye, you can notice that it's moving.

What direction is it moving, clockwise or counterclockwise?

Grab it and start spinning it the other way.

Keep going, faster, stronger, bigger

so that it's impossible for it to go back

to the way it was.

When you know that you got it,

slam it back into the spot.

(fingers snapping)

Notice that it's changed.

You're feeling better.

And in a moment, your eyes will open

only as quickly as you install all of the resources

that you need in order for every cell in your body

to be doing what it needs to be doing in the right way.

You may smile or even laugh at the ridiculousness

that you just experienced.

Or you may be surprised at how comfortable you feel.

Discussing Bullying with your Children - Duration: 4:26.

Hi i'm Hakan and i'm Sarah and we're both Head Instructors and Mangers here at the

Australian Martial Arts Academy today we're going to be talking about how you

can best communicate with your kids about the concept of bullying and it's

tough as such a tough situation because there can be the emotions involved and

you know being parents we have we're extremely protective of our kids so we

want to ensure that we're doing it the right way yeah you're getting to know

right on their head sometimes it's really hard to start the conversation as

a parent and the tricky part with being a parent is that we want what's

best for our child so a lot of the time the typical conversations that we're

having with a child around bullying is if anyone ever hits you hit them back or

make sure no one ever pushes you make sure no one ever says a

bad word towards you said don't ever let someone speak to you like that rather

than enabling them with strategies we're just talking about the outcome we expect our

child to have. Definitely, now we don't it's true right these are

all true we don't want anyone to do this to our kids

however bullying is quiet common now if it does happen Miss Sarah how can that certain

child feel if they do get bullied at school? Yeah especially so if this child's been told

you're not allowed to be bullied don't ever let till and speak to and they get

bullied I often find that they're really reluctant to tell their parent from the

parent finds out really later on much much much later on when it's the child's

when they're not going to school and all those signs of bullying have manifested

and so something that we always encourage our parents to do is to really

have an open line of communication with your child yeah and to let them know

that at some point you probably will be bullied and that that's okay because you

have so many strategies to deal with bullying and you have so

much support so if ever it goes like that just like its normal to have good

and bad days it's normal to have good friends bad friends and friends who are

bullies sometimes as well that's right so it's really setting them up for success

early on providing them with the strategies in providing them with the

positive moral support and pre-empting them that it might happen in the future

another example guys is we see that sometimes kids are afraid to tell their

parents about bullying because they don't want to get further embarrassed so

what can happen is if if a child tells their parent about bullying and the

parent rings the school or speaks of the principal the principal then passes it

on to the class teacher it's then brought up in class the rest

of the students find out about it and then the child feels even further

embarrassed. And usually even Mr Hakan it's not the fact that

that's done badly by the parent or by the school it's that when you're a child

anything that your parent does to is embarrassing that's outside of normal if

we get embarrassed that our teacher is talking to our parent so it's just

minimizing that stress around it and making sure the child knows that you are

there to help them and support them and there's not a secret or anything like

that your there to look after them is the important part so I guess how do we

combat this issue it really comes down to consistent and daily communication

with your child I don't know we understand it can be tough for your kids

to to kind of explain their day to you and sometimes they want to give you

short sharp questions but we really want to elaborate we really want to get them

to explain what they did at lunchtime what activities they did in class who did

they play with the more we can get out of them the more emotions they're going

to show and we might be able to pick up on some early signs of bullying but I

guess that's what the daily communication

is very very important and if you are worried about communicating always ask

these three questions the first one are is there any bullies at your school are

there any bullies at your school the second question that I ask is you if

they're in or out of your class who has been bullied before any of your friends

get bullied and what this does is it normalizes this situation and it doesn't

put stress or that ability to be able to answer a question right on the spot or

something that makes them nervous it takes it out of the scenario away from

them for a second and then finally you come up with that question also the only

one you know just does that kid bully other kids or is there any other kids

at school who ever pick on you or try to do those things to you and then that

way it's kind of minimizing the severity of it so that they feel comfortable to

be able to hopefully these videos help guys you know bullying is something we're

extremely passionate about we want to ensure that our kids are safe they're

well equipped to ensure that they are able to tackle it if it does ever happen

to them and ultimately we want to make sure it never happens so see you guys
