Mura Masa What If I Go Effect

what is up people it is a beautiful Thursday afternoon

no it's definitely the morning still feeling that a little too hard and I'm

out here just outside of kind of downtown ish Edmonton Megan had an

appointment so I figured I would come out and try and get some cool shots

I need something to fill up my Instagram so I thought how can I make this

creative how can I do something a little bit different and recently conch who

we've met in the vlog before showed me this cool effect that's happening right

now in a lot of music videos it's an effect that's seen in Mura Masa music

video for what if I go or if you prefer to watch a music video with a whole lot

more butts in it then you can watch broccoli by DRAM so me and conch the

other day tried to shoot one of these but without the actual equipment that is

typically used for this and this is how it turned out

so as you can see the general idea is that your subject is kind of staying

still and it's almost like it's almost like the bullet time from the matrix

where like the camera is kind of moving around the subject but because they're

still it looks like time is kind of frozen and then it's also got the kind

of boomerang thing that we see a lot on Instagram where it's an animated thing

going back and forth so I found a cool way that I can do that without actually

having to have the original equipment that it required so I figured I'd double

up on creativity I come out downtown I try and get some shots like that but

then also add the lens ball into it last week I posted my first photo using the

lens ball and people were really loving it so I thought there's got to be a way

that I can combine the Mura Masa 3d picture effect with the lens ball so

that's what we're gonna try today but before we do any of that we got to

get breakfast

we're just chilling in the car before Megan's hair appointment she is tiny and

fits with her feet up on the dash how was breakfast

anyway back to the photography stuff when Conch showed me that effect of

course I did what any sane person would do and I went straight to YouTube to

figure out how the heck it was done I found this video that was a Justin Odisho

show video where he explained that it's actually a specific camera

it's an old film camera from the 80s then it's got four different exposures

on the piece of film so it's actually taking four side-by-side pictures at the

same time and when you take those pictures and you put them in sequence in

a video sequence or an animated gif sequence then you get that cool effect

where it kind of has like this parallax so the subject in the foreground isn't

moving but the whole background kind of feels like it is little tough to explain

but it feels like 3d space so what I hope to accomplish is to actually get

that same effect but with the lens ball cuz you see all sorts a lens ball photos

so I just kind of wanted to try and get a little bit more creative with the lens

ball effect

so first I'm going to try and get a shot of Wayne here with the effect before I

introduce the lens ball so the way that I do this is that I try and mimic the

four shots that you would get with the old eighties camera the beauty of the

eighties camera is it takes the four shots at exactly the same time so you're

actually totally freezing time so if you have something that's moving fast it's

gonna totally freeze it in my case I can't quite get that same effect but

what I can do is if I have a subject that's standing still like I don't know

a statue or something like that or like in the example of conch I just got him

to stand really still and so it kind of looks like you're getting the four shots

at the same time then I set my camera like the high-speed shooting so I think

it takes like 11 frames per second or something like that so once you set your

camera to take the shots in succession like that you just have to move your

camera slightly so that it looks like the four different shots that it would

be taking with that old camera so we're gonna try that now

can't feel my fingers that's so friggin cold out here like minus 12 degrees

Celsius and I didn't bring gloves like a genius so I think I got my shot of Wayne

so next I'm gonna try and get there's this cool background here I've used it

before for another photo shoot that I'm gonna try and bust out the lensball

see if I can get something

my plan was definitely to be out here a little bit longer get a couple more

shots but that's gonna have to do because I actually can't feel my hands

right now so okay so the bad news is that I might lose a finger or two from

freezing but the good news is that I'm now inside Rogers place the arena here

and things are warming up a little bit and I found a cool spot to try and take

another set of photos so I'm gonna try and get one more lens ball 3d thing here

and then I'm gonna head back

all right I think I got some cool shots some of Wayne here a couple of the cool

overpass thing and then some from inside so let's head back home and I'll tell

you guys how I edit these guys up

and we're back cleaned myself up a little bit

ready to go I have the files all imported into the computer so now it's

just a matter of actually taking them and making that animation out of them so

step number one is going to be to edit them however you want so if you're happy

with the files the way that they came out of the camera great if not then pull

them into Lightroom or whatever editing software you use edit them up just make

sure that you don't crop anything differently from one photo to the next

in the sequence and try and edit them all the same too so the way that I do

that is in Lightroom I'll edit one of the photos in the sequence and then I'll

just sync the settings across the whole sequence so they all have the same thing

I export all of them in the sequence even though there's like 20 of them we're

only and gonna end up using probably four or five of them I'll export all of

them put them in a folder and then we're gonna pull them into Adobe Premiere to

do the actual animation of it so assuming that you've got the editing

side of it done let's go into Adobe Premiere and I'll show you how this is

done waiting for premiere to open

okay so I've imported all the photos into

Adobe Premiere and I've put them in their own folder so I can find them easy

now I'm basically just gonna go through and pick my favorite four or five photos

that I think will make the best animation usually what I'm looking for

here is the subject in the center of the view and I'm gonna make that kind of the

middle photo so I'll pick two photos on either side so we'll end up with five -

before - after and then the one in the middle once I pick the photos that I

like the best I'm gonna drag one down to start a new sequence and then actually

delete that and then drag in the five that I want making sure that I start

with the first one so that they're in sequential order once I get them all in

I'm gonna highlight them all and hit command + R and that

will bring up the clip speed slash duration and this is going to allow me

to set each of those clips to a certain length so what you want to do is make

sure you click the little link to unlink the speed and duration and then what

you're gonna do is type in one frame and click the ripple edit shifting trailing

clips now what this is gonna do it's gonna set each clip each photo to one

frame long and then it's going to make sure it snaps them all together so

there's not a bunch of space in between we're gonna zoom in so we can see it and

then to make the loop effect happen what we're gonna do is we're gonna take the

second last one and copy it holding option and dragging it we're gonna copy

it to the end and the third last one copy it to the end and the fourth last

one or the second one to the end so now we should have a full loop we don't copy

the last one or the first one because those are the ones that it's looping on

you don't want there to be two frames in a row of the same thing so we should

have a total of eight frames going on here and so if you want to check the

loop you can actually add loop to your options on your program panel by going

into this little extra menu and then you can turn on the loop if you don't see it

you can hit the plus sign and add the loop to your program panel and then we

can check it now what I found was that if I did it so that each photo was only

one frame found it to be a little bit too quick and once I went back and

watched the Mura Masa effect in their video too I noticed that it was a little

bit slower so I actually went back highlight them all again command R so I

get up that speed thing I keep all the same settings and I change it to two

frames each and I found that to be a little bit better yeah that looks way

better and now what we're gonna do is we're gonna crop this in so that it's

the right size for Instagram we want that five by four so we're gonna change

it from 1280 by 1920 into 1280 by 1600 and this has to do with to how I

exported the photos you may have to mess with where the pictures are where the

each photo is in the frame because you've just cropped out the top and

bottom so in this one I'm gonna have to move it up so I'm gonna highlight that

one that I've already moved I'm gonna hit copy I'm gonna highlight all the

other ones and then I'm gonna do something called paste attributes and

that's gonna basically put them all to the same crop so now we have our

complete instagram size Mura Masa effect animated

boomerang type of thing and then of course I'm going to apply this to the other two

shots that we got so I got another one a little bit of a darker lens ball kind of

thing I'm gonna pick the five I'm gonna put them all in two frames each and it's

gonna look like this pretty cool and then lastly we're gonna go to Wayne

Gretzky we're gonna apply the same thing pretty cool now the last thing that I

did is I actually copied it out so that it would be 15 seconds 15 seconds of

this back and forth is probably enough on a loop so I figured that was probably

a good length for these guys so I made them 15 seconds and I exported them a

couple of little tips when you're shooting these you want to try and make

sure that whatever it is you're shooting is very still like I said before if you

don't have the actual camera that has four exposures coming at the same time

you can't totally freeze motion so what you want to do is try and find something

that's already fairly still to start with for example a statue of Wayne

Gretzky is a perfect example I had a little bit of trouble dealing with the

lens ball ones because as I was moving the camera I found myself also moving my

hand with the lens ball in it a little bit so I needed to keep it a little bit

more still and make sure that I was just moving the camera because ideally if you

want to make it look like it's actually four separate exposures or five separate

exposures rather than someone moving their camera in my case each exposure is

actually happening after the last one so it's a little bit of a trade-off but it

still gives you a very similar effect and I found it really effective another

little thing that I found is depending on what you set your timeline to in

Premiere so whether you're at let's say 30 frames per second or 24 frames per

second it's gonna change it a little bit so it's gonna go a little bit faster if

you're playing it back at 30 frames per second I preferred the 24 frames per

second so that's what I ended up exporting all of these in but you can

choose based on what you like and before I wrap it up here I want to say a huge

thank you this was all kind of for my Instagram and while I was out shooting

these photos I actually crossed 5,000 followers on Instagram so thank you so

much for following me if you haven't already you'll see these cool effects up

Stall Speed explained in Curt's Corner - Duration: 4:24.

Hi welcome to monster transmission your With Curt here in Curt's corner we've got

a lot of questions about stall speed stall speed what does it mean how does

it work so I'll give you a quick overview on exactly what stall speed is

and what it means to your application so in a factory vehicle. Whether it's Ford GM

dodge or even other vehicles when you have an automatic transmission and that

the engines idling let's say it's idling at a thousand rpms for example when you

put it into gear to drive whether it's reverse or drive the RPMs will go down

but the engine will not shut off will not stall out like on a standard

transmission if you were to release the clutch all the way without accelerating

and raising the RPMs the intial will just leap forward and stall out

well on an automatic to prevent that from happening all the energy is spooled into

the converter so the engine will reduce rpm about two to three hundred rpm so

your idle will jump down anywhere between 800 to 600 rpms

but it will not stall out and what is happening is all that energy or the

stall speed the converter has now kicked in is spooling that energy and so the

stall of the converter is around anywhere we'll take it at least 800 rpms

of your engine down so for example you want a a 2,000 stall converter a lot of

people assume that you have to raise the RPMs of the vehicle up to 2,000 before

the transmission engages and that's inaccurate the correct way to calibrate

your stall speed if you had a factory cam factory engine and you want what a

2,000 stall and the factory will say 1600 so it would just take 400 more rpm

to actually engage the actual converter engage the drivetrain of a transmission

so it is not exactly -to the RPM spec because it's based on a lot of factors

and the factors are also the horsepower and torque of your engine the size the

lift and duration of your cam your tire size and your rear rear end

gear ratio so all those play factors on the actual

stall speed of the converter and that's why they offer a range of stall speeds

because of all those variables so it's important when you give us the

information on your engine and your cam and your rear end those are critical

items we need to calibrate or dial in the converter to the correct stall speed

that you need for your particular application so this happens to be a

Dodge converter here so actually it's a very low stall something around 1300

stall because it's going on the diesel application it's a more beefed up unit

but when you get inside the unit you notice there's an array of turbines so

the angles of the fins will determine part of the stall rate as well as the

stator itself the stator fin angle the angle of these fins will also determine

the stall rate so and also the diameter of the converter you know the

circumference of the converter also has a factor on the spooling or the ratio of

determining your stall speed so all these play factors in determining your

stall speed so the stall of a converter is relative or directly tied to the

cubic in size of your motor the horsepower rating your cam so we need to

know the gross lift and duration that the valves are held open so we need lift

and duration of your cam as well as your rear-end gear ratio and your tire size

all those are important factors to dial in the stall speed for your converter so

stall speed basically spools the energy of your of the transmitter of your motor

to the torque converter before it releases it to the transmission so

that's how stall speeds work and how that's important on the performance of

your vehicle you have any further technical questions you see us at

Unboxing: Protection Frame and Covers - Duration: 2:26.

Hi there

Check this out. This just arrived in the mail - it's another parcel from Gardener's Supply

I think I know what it is, so I'm gonna open this up

Gardener's Supply makes a lot of really neat covers to go over

planters. And so this one

is specifically to go over

what you see in the background over there

Which is a 2' by 8' elevated bed that I've been using for several years - absolutely love the thing but we have

birds here, we have

rodents - all sorts of animals that eat everything I try to plant in there, so I need to keep it covered

and this

this should do it

Alright, so what do we have in here?

We have instructions. As always, read the instructions first. Comes in really handy

So let's put those aside

Now the neat thing about this cover is it comes with two different covers. One is the mesh

screen to keep

mostly here the birds out, so that's terrific

And then it also comes with this, which is kind of like a greenhouse cover, so you can grow things in

later into the fall or start them earlier in the spring and put this over it to keep it warm, so

that's fantastic

And then - let's see, what else is in here?

We have a bunch of pipes

that are all labelled

Yeah I can see that - "D", we got "C"

So, different parts

Tons of them - kind of like

a jigsaw puzzle, putting all this together

And then

Pins of some sort? I'm not quite sure what those are used for. That's what the instructions are for

And a whole bunch of

plastic connectors to

put the pieces - the pipes - together

So I'm gonna try and put this together gotta put it on that elevated bed

once the coriander has

finished going to seed, and I'm gonna be growing tomatoes in there

So we'll see how this thing works over the summer, and I'll keep you posted

Transform Your Whole Being Now! Eckhart Tolle - Duration: 8:14.

and then surrender happens for many of you it will be a case of little

surrenders what is a little surrender what is surrender it's the shift from no

to yes surrender is detecting and in a no to what is and then sing ha ha there

it goes and then to see well but it is and then you look upon what is

acceptance means it's not judged anymore it's allowed to be and there's a field

of attention spacious awareness the essence of your being was always there

never knew it and this is how surrender to one big thing can take you where once

and for all surrender is no more than surrender to

this moment as it is no other spiritual practice is required but if you're happy

with other spiritual practices that's fine too but every spiritual practice

ultimately points to that so why not do it now what beauty in welcoming the only

thing there ever is which is now what beauty in welcoming the form that this

now takes whatever the form may be and realize yourself as that which is deeper

than any form stillness peace

space

not that which happens that the space in which it happens that's who you are

and so when you look at night into space the vastness of outer space vast

infinite infinite depth that's the external version of who you are and then

you also notice when you look there you see oh well it's so simple

they're basically two things in this world space and things in space it's as

simple as that the world consists of space and things

in space or rather things in space are the world let's change it slightly

things in space are the world and space is that which goes beyond anything that

words could say but it's so obvious even if you look through the senses that

there's basically even this room there are things bodies

chassé flowers right and there space space usually nobody notices and usually

nobody notices the inner space the stillness that is underneath the noise

the incredible spaciousness that is there within you so you you are the

bridge between the object world and

the formless

unconditioned the one and you move through this world interacting with form

still you are for your race form two thoughts still happen occasionally you

interact with other forms and the play of forms continues all around you and

you are rooted in the formless which peace and the world is then the play of

forms around you so to speak so to speak

and nothing in the world of form matters that much anymore and it's only then

that and this is almost a paradox something that is not of this world

which is the world of objects something that is not of this world shines through

this form into this world the formless a certain transparency happens through

surrender to what is in certain transparency happens and so the

unconditioned shines through into the world of form and the world of whom then

is experienced as a more benign place when that comes through you and it

transforms how you experience the world of form also not that the water form

will lose its characteristics of having polarities it has polarities the world

of form will always have certain polarities otherwise forms could not

survive i lo or cold but the manifestation of the

polarities of the world of form will become more benign not the harshness so

one could say love comes into this world and love is not off this world that's

how the world changes not that it matters that much anymore whether or not

it changes and you certainly when it's a sea surrender to what is you relinquish

the need for the world to change and then it changes and that includes the

need for your world to change your situations it must change

well first accept what is and then see what happens

you

you

Dealing With Difficult People, and Staying Consistent | Bergford Performance Systems On The Go 5 - Duration: 17:59.

so I'm at our facility and I'm getting some treats ready in the form of cheese

for a dog that I'm training and so anyway I'm very grateful to the god of cheese

because cheese works really well. I call the god of cheese "Cheeseus," so this is how we do it.

What's going on everybody? I'm flossin a different whip... Here's the deal over the next couple of

weeks I'm gonna be doing some work with dogs that I've got to take on site I'm

gonna be out without in the world with them

Gordon trained dogs and so this car is just more conducive to supporting

those creatures so anyway listen had somebody comment on a post that come up

about a week ago we wanted them to take on dealing with difficult people I think

it's a really interesting subject so I wanted to tackle it a little bit here

I'm gonna speak to a general sense because his question wasn't particularly

specific I I don't have details on the context and what exactly he is alluding

to so again I'm gonna hit this at a really high level hope it helps you're

gonna have to adapt it for your particular situation but the first thing

that comes to mind you notice and somebody comes to me and they're like

hey how do I deal with this you know a difficult person I always investigate

that a little bit because listen if you're a person who thinks you know kind

of just surrounded by idiots like all the time and there's just a lot of

difficult people you feel in your life you're surrounded by him he must be

honest and tell you you were the problem there's no way that

everybody around you is difficult to deal with unless you're the one that's

difficult to deal with and that's one of the ways you identify and then I would

you know my criteria for a different person is it's it's not somebody that I

just have a problem with it's it's that there's you know everybody in their

sphere whether that's our world has challenges with them also there's just a

lot of friction contention when trying to communicate and if that is the case

they think the first and biggest key because they're so clear of 95 plus

percent of the difficult people that you engage and interact with is cultivate

the skill and the quality of being a phenomenal phenomenal listener let me

tell you what listening isn't listening isn't being silent

while the other person is talking that is called being a polite adult and that

is different all right being a good listener is number one

caring having empathy and really working putting in the work the work of

listening begins with understanding where the other person is coming from

and not seeing that through all your filters and so what I mean is they have

the different world view they have a different set of values a different sort

of hierarchy of you know neat structures and all of that and so if you're really

trying to create communication with somebody you have to understand what

resonates with them and you have to get in their head and again understand how

they how they conceptualize what's going on around them once you have that in

place I mean it's just those people are gonna feel like you finally hear them

because a lot of people are really dismissive of the difficult

people and there's a tremendous amount of judgment which by the way that will

absolutely shut things down immediately once you get into being judgmental it's

game over you're not going to be able to get through these votes and so you just

spent judgment you put yourself in their shoes you listen as intently as you can

working to create understanding in your own mind of why they're behaving the way

that they behave we're talking to the way they talk to you or why they're

being you know why they're so difficult to budge on a particular issue whatever

your situation is and you know I've had employees over the years

lots of times come to me and tell me that you know this client's been

difficult I can't get through them and you know well you know all the kind of

stuff you hear and I like hop on the phone with them 1015 minute phone call

discovering this person is not difficult to deal with it all they just don't feel

understood and

cared for properly and so once you get those things in place I'm telling you

people become much easier to deal with because they feel respected and that you

feel that equals fitting with that and then you

can pitch and catch with them the only people you really can't or the people

that are difficult because it's a sport for them and so you know like that's

just a damage control situation if somebody enjoys conflict for the sake of

the conflict and they just kind of like to get into it and it's like a sparring

thing for them I would just distance yourself from that

to the extent possible if you work with somebody obviously there's less options

there but you can live an exposure don't frustrate yourself trying to change them

they you know it's like a lot of times they're just kind of trolling you to get

you upset and so if you can keep that in mind just you know keep your distance

and limit exposure as much as you can if it's a really toxic situation like that

but for the rest of the difficult people in your life I would say really like

empathy caring understanding how they think and listening with intent and that

is gonna fix a lot of things for you so I hope that helps our facility and I'm

I'm getting some treats ready in the form of cheese for a dog that I'm training and so

anyway I'm very grateful to the god of cheese because cheese works really well

I call the god of cheese "Cheeseus," so this is how we do it.

So just did a dog training session here with my friend Emma no Emma say hi hello Emma she's lovely she's a

beautiful creature so we had a great training session just walking around

Main Street kind of checking things out working on some leash walking skills and

everything went pretty smooth with the exception of the fact that she was

terrified by the giant grizzly bear statue that was a little bit of a

sticking point for her also the fake pig outside of my Co Shay's on the sidewalk

that threw her for a loop she's she was thought I thought that was an

ax-murderer Pig she's like you're way too still to be friendly so it took us a

little while to check that out and make sure everything was okay but that's

that's what we're up to today okay say bye Emma

she's sleepy she did a lot of mental work so we'll be signing out

hey guys so there's a really simple test for understanding exactly how successful

that you're going to be in any chosen endeavor and that is how you respond and

what you do when you don't feel like doing it

if you have a new project you're working on a new business if you've got you know

something you're trying to accomplish in your health and your well-being and your

relationships it's the moments when you don't feel like doing it what you do

after that is going to tell you everything you need to know I mean

there's no sugarcoating that like this morning I didn't feel like going running

but the key is what I did after that and I had I have something compelling that

I'm looking forward to that I'm working toward and it's it's like it's not an

actual question I mean in the moment you might feel like gosh I really don't want

to do this thing but at the end of the day you you truly have to make a

decision and this decision comes up time after time after time it's not a

one-time thing and right like every day we might be tempted to kind of take

things a little bit easy you're tired in the middle of the workday so I - do I

really want to grind this out and you can let yourself off the hook you know

that's a choice you could also choose to kind of dig in and do whatever it takes

to ignite something inside of you to take the right action that you know you

really need to take and so but if you go off your emotions at that time or your

feelings you are screwed screwed screwed there is no way around it and so like

that's the choice the next time you're in a situation where you have to make a

decision about do I press ahead then do what I do what I know I need to do where

am I going to let my feelings my actions that's going to tell you

where you're going to end up and so I'd really encourage you to be one of the

few people who knows how to stay consistent and stay steady despite what

they're feeling and what's maybe going on around them and just put your head

down and go and go and go because those people that those people are going to

absolutely own the future okay so I can't really make fun of this one

because there's there's something to that prosperity is within us

bullseye

call time

dripping

all right so just got done swimming I don't have practice with the team today

so just came in by myself and got in a good swim my left shoulders been giving

me fits here and there so I've had to kind of dial back some of the movements

that I'm doing and kind of switch things up instead of working on my you know my

pulls so much I've had to go to more of just like really long kick sets and you

know I think that's a huge key because that can apply in so many areas of life

I you know found it very prevalent point of view that if I can't do it all if I

can't do 100% I'm not gonna do it and I don't think that's the wisest way to go

it's it's a convenient excuse for not doing anything but just because I can't

work on my pole doesn't mean I can't work on my kick and if I couldn't work

on my kick because something was going on there I could work on my pole there's

always some aspect of your stroke that you could work on if you're swimming you

know if you're running and you mess something up in your lower body maybe

you go and do some swimming instead and you can still do some weights work your

upper body whatever the case may be if you are you know your Energy's just down

more so than normal and you may not be able to do some of the same stuff in

business and keep the same pace temporarily are you feeling under the

weather what does that give you the opportunity to do instead and so I just

encourage you every time something is not available to you or you have to back

off it opens up a lot of other opportunities and so I'd really really

encourage you make sure you're working on whatever you can work on to get

better to keep pressing forward to keep progressing to keep moving to the next

level and if you get slowed down don't stop

right movement is the key keep moving keep moving keep moving even if you

can't move as fast as you once did keep moving so that you again have that

momentum so when you are back up to speed and you're feeling healthy and

strong and your Energy's where it needs to be you can hit the ground running and

you can catch right back up to where you were or potentially pass it because

we've been working on stuff that you traditionally haven't because you've

been forced into it sometimes that's exactly what you you would need to

really move to the next level if you've seen Cinderella man

this is the type of thing that happens to Russell Crowe's character Jim

Braddock and if you haven't seen the movie I'd encourage you to but it's

something he had relied on which I think it was like his right hook or something

that's what he had relied on his boxing career and when he broke his hand he

didn't have that available so he had to go down and work on the docks and so

he's like schlepping around these huge bags of grain every day and what it did

is it gave a lot of strength to I think it was like his left hand and so he came

really really good with his jab and when he came back to professional boxing

that's what really put him over the top so hope that is something you can keep

in mind and that helped you as you're going through your week

nice

tripping

everybody it is Saturday morning just got done with workout I'm gonna cut out

grab some food go back home and get some work done but I have been thinking about

a topic it's just been coming to mind a lot recently and many of us wind up in

situations where we feel like oh my gosh this again and it's like a reiteration

of something we've already been through a number of times and I typically the

type of talk that accompanies that is like why me why is this happening to me

again and I believe that things happen over and over again and we're talking

about obviously things that are particularly unpleasant and situations

that you you don't really enjoy being a part of because there's something that

in that situation to learn that has not been learned yet and so if you're

finding yourself in a situation instead of just trying to get out of it and get

past it so you can be like oh I'm glad that's over

listen recognize if you just escape the situation it's gonna come back around in

some way shape or form and the way to truly get past something is to learn

whatever it is that you need to learn from that situation so that you can move

beyond it and then when you move beyond it you're gonna have another problem or

set of problems to tidy up and it's not about not having problems it's about

upgrading your problems and recognizing if you're encountering the same ones

that you were a year two years ago three years ago there's something in that

situation the next time it pops up that if you will figure out the blessing or

the opportunity for learning that you have within that situation you can move

past it and you're gonna skyrocket and your productivity and your freedom it's

gonna be a weight lifted off you and you're gonna master in an area of life

so I just encourage you to maybe look at that a little bit different than
