- Hi everyone, welcome back to another episode of Toe Talks.

And in today's episode, we'd really like to talk to you

about fashion, armless fashion, and how we deal with

accommodating our clothes to fit our personalities.

Jessica, I was always wondering

did you ever change your clothes or alter them in any way

to accommodate not having arms?

- I remember, as a little girl that

my mom would make a couple unique items for me.

But it was never really a big deal,

just a couple one-off items here and there.

And it wasn't until in the recent couple years

that I decided that I wanted to make a statement.

My goal is to eventually have all of my clothing modified

so that there aren't no sleeves.

- No sleeves?

- No sleeves at all.

- Okay.

- And the reason why is because I feel like

having empty sleeves essentially says something is missing.

And for me, I don't feel like anything is missing.

I'm not missing arms, this is how I've been since day one.

My clothing should also say that.

And by having clothing that doesn't have sleeves

at all, makes it look like that's how they were meant to be.

- Just like you.

- Yes.

- That's how you were meant to be.

- That's how I feel about my clothes.

- I really like that outlook.

I really like that you're accommodating your clothes

to fit you and your personality and how you feel.

- Do you have a couple of your clothes modified in any way?

- I do not modify my clothes. I have a different outlook.

My outlook is that the clothes were made a certain way

and I was made a certain way,

so I really don't

feel the need to...

I guess, bring attention to the fact

that I don't have arms, even though it's clear

that I don't have arms and my sleeves are empty.

It just didn't seem necessary for me

to take that extra step and cut off all the sleeves

or have them sown shut and worry about having to

think, is this gonna work for this or do I need to cut off

the sleeves, or...

- It's a lot more work to do.

- It is. It sounds like a lot more work.

You've got a seamstress, though, who does all your work.

- Yes, yes I have a seamstress who that's how it started.

Just having the sleeves cut off and sown shut.

But we've upgraded since then and now I've had a

fashion designing company...

- Wow.

- Step in to bring out some pretty nice outfits.

- Well, I wanted to share with you a couple of my outfits

that I like to wear on a daily basis.

- Okay, let's see them.

- Okay, my first outfit is more of a casual outfit.

I love to wear graphic tees.

Those bring out a lot of my personality

and my artistic abilities.

This here is a jacket that I recently got.

I've never had a denim jacket before

which is like a staple in almost everyone's wardrobe.

This one seems to sit really nice on my shoulders

and I like the print of it.

I like the wash and I like the embroidery on this.

It gives just a little bit of flair to the outfit.

Paired up with that, I have my Coach infinity scarf.

It's a blue color, but it also has print on it

that goes with just about every, single one of my outfits.

Below that, I've got my purple pants.

These pants are stretchy in the band.

- How do you handle dresses?

I figured out a way to just wear Spanx or shorts underneath.

- Tell me about your dress.

- This dress I have is a purple dress

And I think it is a great example

of where my fashion started.

It started with taking dresses that I just bought anywhere

and bringing them into the seamstress

to have the sleeves sown shut.

My next outfit was designed with my body type in mind.

This was done by some students

at a fashion school in my hometown of Tucson.

They designed this in a very unique way

that there were never sleeves.

A cute, little top, very loose-fitting

which is great and has some elastic on the bottom

so that I can be free to move my legs

and feet in whatever way I need to.

Wearing leggings is always great because

they give me the freedom of movement.

And that's very important for my legs and feet.

Most importantly is conveying this message of confidence.

And for me, that comes in the form of

not having sleeves at all.

That's why I love this first outfit.

It was our first attempt at creating a wardrobe

specifically for my body type.

The next outfit is an upgrade from the first.

This was done by a fashion company in the Philippines.

It was wonderful how they took all my measurements

and decided to design me some clothing

from the start that did not have sleeves.

This is one of my favorite tops.

It's a nice little red top that

I use for business causal occasions.

Again, wearing them with leggings

so I have the freedom of movement for my legs and my feet.

As well as a little bit of an opening on my right hip.

I am right foot dominant.

So, I need to bring my right leg up there.

And that little opening on the side

allows me to bring my leg up and use my feet

and not feel like they're trapped.

I really appreciated the fashion company in the

Philippines and how they designed for me

this piece of clothing.

- So, my next outfit is actually the

one that I'm wearing right now.

It is a warming sweater.

It's a knit sweater with some sparkles in it.

I put them with these baby pink pants.

These pants have a stretchy band to them.

But you can't really tell because they're

a little bit on the fancier side.

And

I'm

rocking my pink converse.

- Love it. You know what I noticed, Tisha?

I notice how you are really into the details of

the way you're expressing yourself through fashion.

The details of the fancy, little frilly things, right?

And I'm all about functionality.

Do you think that says a little bit about our personality?

- Oh, Definitely. My next outfit that I have

is more of a business casual,

something that I would wear to work.

I've got a nice baby pink blazer that goes underneath

a flowy top that's got some sparkled beads on them.

And a great pair of gray slacks.

As a graphic designer, I feel the importance of

being able to be fashionable and creative at the same time.

I feel like this outfit really brings both my personality

and my professionalism at the same time.

- I agree.

So Tisha, I have to admit my favorite part

of all the clothing you were wearing: the denim jacket.

Can I borrow it some time? It's just so cute.

- You can borrow it, just don't cut off the sleeves.

(laughs)

2 THINGS YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE EXPORTING IN LIGHTROOM CLASSIC - Duration: 2:50.

Welcome to today's video, today's video I am going to be covering two important

things that I think that you will need to be doing before you export your

photos in Adobe Lightroom cc Classic. Let me know down below in the comments if

you guys want me to teach you how I got this effect of my photo inside of Adobe

Lightroom cc classic I would love to make a video for you guys but I want to

know if you guys want to make it and then want it so leave a comment down

below and let's get right into the two things that I think are very important

right before you export your photos in Adobe Lightroom classic CC. Now these

tips are going to be showing you guys how to not over or under expose a

section of your photo, as well as previewing your photo in a better way. So

let's get right into these and the first one is making sure you do not clip any

of your darks or your highlights do not go too overboard, if you go up to the

histogram over here going on the one on the left that little triangle in the top

left corner if you click on that you will see constantly the fully blacks I

have zero detail in them in your photo and you can adjust those in your editing.

Once those blacks are gone they do not show up as blue anymore the same thing

has reds if you have a red patch on your photo it's mostly in skies or something

that's really overexposed you can just bring down that exposure and then once

you bring down your exposure that red will disappear. Now obviously that's

not good so it's not always important to make sure you do not have that because

sometimes your photo just looks better with that on there same thing with the

blacks as long as you do not go overboard and your whole photo isn't

pretty much red or blue or blue you're good but make sure you still have the

key details in your photo as well as these little triangles here that will

show you if you're clipping in the blacks not White's and losing your

detail you can preview your image in a much better way by pressing "L" by

pressing "L" you will get a kind of 50% black background

around your image on all your monitors to preview your photo and like the

highest quality with the black background and you actually previewing your image

in full brightness. Also if you do not like this 50%, you can just press one more

time on the "L" and you only see the image everything around your image is gonna be

black all your monitors if you have multiple monitors they will all be black

until you press "L" one more time and you get back into your normal preview of

your photo in Adobe Lightroom classic CC. So hope you guys can use these two tips

to make sure you preview your images and make sure they are high quality and look

very nice before you export them.

If you're applying to grad school,

you have a lot on your plate.

You're juggling school, probably work,

probably family, other commitments,

and you still have to go through the application process.

And this process is one that is either unfamiliar,

because you haven't gone through it,

anything similar since you applied to college,

or it could be completely foreign

if you perhaps are applying now to a U.S. graduate program

and have never applied to a higher education institution

in the United States before.

You know the competition is intense,

even if you have the stats,

and you really don't want the silly essay

to stop you from attending a great graduate program

and pursuing the career of your dreams.

And you're still wondering how to approach

writing a statement of purpose.

Well, I'd like to give you an approach.

I've been a graduate admissions consultant for over 20 years

and as the host of acceptance podcast

Admissions Straight Talk and our old online chats

I've interviewed admissions directors for top universities

including Harvard, Stanford, Yale,

Columbia, Northwestern, John's Hopkins.

You name it, I've probably talked to some director, dean,

or admissions director at that...

or professor at that program.

And I'd like to share the expertise that I've acquired

over these last two decades.

Based on those interviews and my experience as a consultant,

seeing what works and what doesn't work,

I've developed the four pillars

of a splendid statement of purpose.

I'd like to share them with you today.

The first pillar is a purpose.

I'll never forget the time several years ago

when my closest friend's daughter came to me for help

with her statement of purpose and I read it.

It completely failed as a statement of purpose

because she didn't know why she wanted to pursue

the particular degree she was applying to.

She had no purpose.

You can't write a statement of purpose

unless you have a purpose and that purpose,

or at least one really important element of the purpose,

is what you want to do after you earned the degree.

Two, your motivation for this goal.

How did you determine this is your life's calling?

What experiences influenced you?

They will make up the guts of your motivation.

Three, an understanding of your field.

Schools want to know that you're going toward something

in something that you understand.

So make sure that your include in your statement of purpose

examples from your time experiencing those things

that are like what you intend to do

both while you're in your program

and then when you're pursuing your career.

And four, a clear reason why this specific program

is the perfect program for you to achieve your goal.

In order to add that element,

know something about the program

and be able to discuss how it is the best program

for achieving your goal.

It could be research that a professor is doing

that particularly interests you.

It could be specific classes that this school offers

that are not common at other schools.

These four pillars will really help you

write your statement of purpose.

But just like a building needs more than

the supporting structures in order to be complete,

you need more information to really write

that splendid statement of purpose.

Here are three steps I'd like you to take

in order to get that additional information.

Number one, go to accepted.com/exemplary.

Number two, download From Example to Exemplary,

which will give you links to sample statements of purpose

and should you have a look at those so that it will help you

write your own exemplary statement of purpose

or splendid statement of purpose.

And then three, follow the advice in this video

and in that download to write your own

splendid statement of purpose.

Writing that splendid statement of purpose

will help you get accepted to the graduate school

that you want to get accepted to

and pursue the career of your dreams.

You see the Most High True God is full of love

- and NOT ONLY showing His love to the - to those who are his children but He's showing His love to the whole world

He created us and He's ready to Help us to the fullness of the Era of Peace

That is why in these END TIMES He has sent his True Prophets

- to lead us to the fullness of the Era of Peace

- the true Prophets of these End Times who also the Two Witnesses - are Pope Peter the Last and Mary Romanus

But you know in every situation that the Most High True God sent prophets to the people

- we always have some people who strive to... who strive with the True Prophets

You know, the Truth is that none of those who have strived with the True Prophets has made it - "successful"

And eventually they have an AWFUL End

There are MANY prophets who have had so many oppositions - but I'm focusing on those who form part of "the FOUR LIVING CREATURES"

Remember Moses was sent to Israel for... to the people of Israel to rescue them from Egypt

And Pharaoh resisted that He will not allow them to go

Pharaoh was in fact striving with the god of the Creator - the god of the Universe - the Creator of the Universe

Eventually Pharaoh was the one who was so greatly affected

He lost his soldiers - his son died - and all these people of Egypt were all affected

But what happened to Moses and the children of Israel?

The Most High True God rescued them

Elijah was also a prophet during the time King Ahab and Queen Jezebel have introduced "baal worship" to the people of Israel

Queen Jezebel chose to strive with the Creator of the universe through the prophet Elijah

At last the soldiers of the king where burnt

Their false prophets - they had their Heads were beheaded

The Queen herself fell from the window and her body was eaten by dogs

So as the king - He also had an awful End

But what happened to Elijah?

The Most High True God rescued him

In these End Times the Two Witnesses who also form part of "the Four Living Creatures" they are Here!

They are Pope Peter the Last and Mary Romanus

Has the story changed? No!

Anyone who decides to strive with the Two Witnesses - they are in TURN striving with the Creator of the Universe

Because the Most High True God brought them [- the Two Witnesses]

The FALSE pope in Rome antipope Francis, and the false catholics are always having their false prayers against the Two Witnesses and the Faithful Remnant Flock

The one-world government leaders are also using their HAARP machine

Recently they used their HAARP machine to induce a tsunami - so that the Two Witnesses would be affected

But the Most High True God is going to give them [- the O.W.G] a very good response because they were striving with the Most High True God.

Now there was one Member of the Faithful Remnant Church who decided to strive with the Most High True God by making so many videos...

telling the whole world so many things - false things about the Two Witnesses

And eventually... he is DECEASED! The reason is that... FAIRLY stated, "his time was UP!"

But the Most High True God will always give His Judgment upon the children who try to fight Him

Because men? - we are "just clay"! And He's the one who Created us

So when clay is "STRIVING with the ONE who Created him"? - it will NEVER 'go well' with the person!

For example from the Bible Isaiah chapter 45 verse 6 - this what the Bible says

"I am the Lord and there is no other. I form light and created darkness. I make wellbeing and created WOE. I AM the Lord who do all these things."

Verse 9, "Woe to him who strives with his maker! - an EARTHEN vessel with the POTTER!" The Word of the Most High True God.

So you see anyone who strives with a Prophet of the Most High True God in the actual sense the person is striving with the Creator of the Universe

- and it will never go on well with THAT person!

So there is a NEED! - for everyone to repent from the heart and MAKE friends! - with the TRUE Prophet of the Most High True God

and do ALL what the Most High True God is asking of us

so that we make it to the Fullness of the Era of Peace

We have to humble ourself and NOT to strive with the TRUE - with the TRUE Prophets of the Most High True God

They are Pope Peter the Last and Mary Romanus

Contact them and get your chance to enter into the fullness of the Era of Peace

by becoming a Member of the Faithful Remnant Church

All my brothers and sisters in the Faithful Remnant Church let us persevere!

Because very soon we shall reach the Fullness of the Era of Peace.

May the Most High True God be with us

and GRANT us the needed Grace to persevere to the Fullness of the Era of Peace.
