How was your day?

True?

You were completely tortured. Absolutely, yes?

You are my good.

Yes? Well, nothing to myself.

Well, the main thing is that you're at home. What are you here for.

So, everything is already good.

Yes, I almost fell asleep.

I wanted to wait for you.

Another droplet, and fell asleep for sure.

But since I do not sleep, then let me take care of you.

Should I get some tea? Yes OK.

Now I'll bring you a cup of tea.

Here is tea.

With lemon.

Hold the tea. Like this.

Yes, and drink it. Come on, come on.

You have to drink everything, everything that's poured there.

Like us...

I think, how to help you relax.

Let's go on the classic version. We will make you a massage face, neck, your shoulders,

breast, back, and of course your head.

Here. " What do you think about it?

Yes.

Of course, I will do everything very neatly.

Very, very, very, very nezhnenko, prineznenko. Yes.

Then rather finish the tea.

Dopyl? Okay, let's put a mug here on the table. So that's it.

Well, first we need to undress you.

Doing a massage when you're hiding is a bit difficult.

Let me help you a little.

Like this.

And another button.

And another button.

So, let's get this off of you.

Like this. All.

Yeah, yeah yeah, put her down. I'll clean it later.

Now I'll take a losonchik, we'll rub the skin to be clean.

And the oil, so that the masseuse was more smooth and pleasant

Do not run away.

We'll start with you first, with such a cleansing tonic.

Let's first get one disk wet.

And immediately second.

Like this.

They smell delicious.

So, let's start with the face.

Here we rub through.

Right here.

That everything was fresh and clean.

So that's it. Now here, now here.

Now here we will wipe you.

Like this. Now this is the shoulder. And this is the shoulder.

Let's go back a bit. You're so big. It's hard to embrace you.

And here, back.

Well? We have wiped you everywhere.

Now you can make a kneading masseuse.

Only you can do.

We will do it with you with the oil. Maslitsa with us will be relaxing, lavender. Here. "

It will help you sleep better so that you have good dreams. Well, thanks to the oil and massage, the muscles will relax.

And everything will be wonderful.

Smell how it smells.

Yes, pleasantly.

So.

Let's do this. We're a little bit cheated with you. I'll smear you with oil and I'll rub it. Okay? Do not be afraid.

So, now the neck.

Here, on your shoulders.

Breast.

Now I'll still put your back on you.

Pussy, I'm here.

Well? I already have all the pens in the oil.

Let's start.

Like this. Plavnenko.

Slapping such movements.

On the forehead.

Here on the cheeks.

On the cheeks. Spout the noses.

Spout, nose, nose, nose.

Here is our chin.

Chips. You are so beautiful.

Simply delightful.

The very-most, prisamy.

Yes Yes Yes. The best.

Now, here's the neck for you.

I'm careful, do not be afraid. I will not push hard.

Yes, here it is.

Now let's go over here. I will try to stretch you. First, so I mnu.

Such a big shoulders.

Now this shoulder should be lifted.

It worked, it was tired.

So.

Here. " Come on, maybe a little bit, where is ... your bicep.

Well, you strain. Wow. Cool. How can you only do this?

Fucking awesome.

That's so me, we, m, we ...

Let's remember it now, remember.

Close it, close your eyes.

It's good that they stick together. It's very-very good.

Come on, still breast.

Here are such pats. Here such patting movements.

So, well, I think we can go with you to your back.

Already everywhere you have been massaged.

You can still a little pat, such movements.

Shut your eyes.

Relax.

Let you dream all the best, the best.

All the bad things, let them avoid you.

Everything, anything you can do.

In the meantime, just sleep.

Now you just need to rest.

Do not think about anything.

Neither plan nor do.

You will have tomorrow, and tomorrow you can do anything with everything.

Because you are the most-most wonderful. The cleverest. Most kind. And the most fun.

I know that you will never lose your life.

Whatever happens.

No matter what happens.

You will still live the future, the present.

And the bad ...

It passed and was gone.

But there is the present and the future, but in it, you can change everything. Do it the way you want.

So live, live, create, create. And I'll be side by side with you.

I, the sky, the stars,

sun and moon, and many, many, many more.

In the meantime, just sleep, because it will all be tomorrow. So far there is nothing to talk about, nothing ... Do not think, just rest.

So, close your eyes.

You in both cheeks.

Sleep, sleep ...

Top 10 Easter Eggs You Missed In The Avengers Infinity War - Duration: 7:10.

Avengers Infinity War is by far the most anticipated film of 2018.

It's been 10 years since the start of the MCU with Iron Man's first film, which arguably

marks the start of great superhero films, with each of their story's events leading

up to this one film.

It's a pretty big deal.

And, it's to be expected that the film is loaded with Easter Eggs, just like all the

ones prior to it!

So today we're breaking down those Easter Eggs and reference for you right here on top

10 nerd.

Alright!

Now, onto the easter eggs, with our list of the top 10 Easter Eggs You Missed in Avengers

Infinity War!

And, one last reminder, THERE ARE SO MANY SPOILERS I AM SO SORRY YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

10 Vormir Leading up to the film, there was a whole

lot of speculation about where the Soul Stone – the last of the infinity stones – was

hiding.

From Wakanda to Titan, there was no shortage of theories.

Turns out, none of them were right.

The soul stone was actually located on Vormir – the 6th planet in the Helgentar system

that in the comics, is part of the Kree Empire and creatures called Vorms – lizard worms,

who have made a few appearances in the comics, interacting with the likes of Thor.

They don't appear in the film when Thanos pays the planet a visit, but someone else

does – Red Skull.

After his death in 1945, he was transported there – or rather, his spirit was – to

become the guardian of the Soul Stone.

9 Stan Lee!

Of course Stan Lee makes a cameo in the film!

It's expected!

This time around, Stan appears as a school bus driver, driving the bus that Peter Parker

and his classmates.

Upon seeing the alien ship in the air, everyone one the bus freaks out, except Lee, who merely

states "What's the matter with you, you never seen a spaceship before?"

8 Arrested Development The Russo brothers initial claim to fame wasn't

the Avengers films – rather, it was Arrested Development.

The duo had directed multiple episodes of the cult hit, and they even slipped a little

easter egg referencing the show in Captain America Civil War – the staircase car that

Cap runs on in the airport battle!

This time around, they've snuck another one in.

But this one is much harder to spot.

In a glass case of the Collector's – a character whose collections have already given

us a few great Easter Eggs in the past.

This time around, you may notice there is a blue figurine wearing cut off shorts in

a glass case – this is a reference to arrested development character Tobias Funke when he

attempts to join the blue man group.

7 Defender Throughout the film, you may notice that teenage

Groot is carrying around a handheld video game.

Aside from being the cutest thing ever, turns out the game that he's playing has an interesting

and fitting story.

The game is Defender, a 1981 horizontally scrolling shoot em up arcade game that was

later ported to the Atari 2600 and other consoles.

Turns out Defender has a very similar story line to that of Infinity War's – you must

destroy alien invaders, and protect astronauts from being hurt and abducted.

6 We Have a hulk throwback Towards the beginning of the film, as the

Asgardian refugee ship makes its way to a new settlement on Earth, Thanos shows up.

Loki makes a stand against the mad titan, and utters a line that you'll all remember

from The Avengers that came from Tony Stark – "we have a hulk."

5 Reality Stone throwback Being adapted from a massive comic franchise,

it makes perfect sense that certain sequences, actions or behaviours of characters depicted

in the panels would make their way onto the big screen.

4 Alien Reference Who doesn't love a good horrific Alien reference?

When Spider-Man and Iron Man attempt to free Doctor Strange from Ebony Maw's control,

there's a moment where Peter pulls inspiration from the Alien franchise, and sucks the character

out of a breach in the ship's hull, tossing him into outer space and to his death.

Peter also makes another reference later on in a bit of dialogue when he mentions that

if any aliens appear and try to lay eggs in his chest, he won't be having any of that.

3 Thanos & Spider-Man Speaking of Peter Parker, in another panel

to frame adaptation, Spider-Man takes a shot at Thanos in the film as he does in the comics.

And what we see on the screen is almost identical to what happened in the panels.

During the Titan sequence, Peter flings his web into Thanos' eye like he does in the

comics.

Thanos also tosses the web slinger down on the ground in a very similar way that his

illustrated self did.

2 The Snap One of the most devastating moments in the

comics concerning Thanos is when the character, once he has assembled all of the Infinity

Gems into the Infinity Gauntlet, snaps his fingers.

By snapping, he eliminates half of humanity, causing people to fade away and disappear.

It's a tremendous and horrific show of power.

And the moment makes it into Infinity War as one of the final moments of the film, having

dire consequences just as it does in the comics.

But, fear not friends – those of you familiar with that story arc may know what happens

to reverse those events.

While we don't get that saving grace moment in the film, our next number hints that not

all hope is lost.

1 Post Credit Sequence If all that wasn't enough for you, the post

credit scene is a bit of a whopper.

While everyone is fading away, Nick Fury aka Samuel L Jackson makes his last moments count.

He busts out a beeper-looking device and sends a distress call.

For starts, in classic Samuel L Jackson snakes on a plane behavior, he shouts out an incomplete

word that rhymes with mother bucker.

So who was he calling?

Well, the screen on his device flashes a logo of a certain hero we had high hopes of having

a cameo in Infinity War – none other than Captain Marvel.

It's safe to say that Avengers 4 will definitely include Brie Larson's upcoming character.

There we have it friends!

What Makes You Happy? | Maze Magic - Duration: 1:42.

Can we really say that we are happy?

Statistics say otherwise.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the suicide rate for people

age 10 to 19 has increased 70 percent in the last 10 years alone.

So we're not happy.

People who are sad want to be happy.

And they know that those who are the happiest seem to be happy even through impossible circumstances.

Looking at this maze in which we live in today, it seems that we're sad.

We are robotic and depressed.

We seem hopeless.

We feel like we have been created without purpose.

We hurt ourselves.

Our society is bipolar.

Our self esteem seems to be linked to our digital selves.

Our lack of real loving relationships takes us even further from ourselves.

It's all a big wakeup call.

Maybe there's another voice to listen to.

Maybe there's something more.

At least, I think there is.

What about you?

Can You Use Pottery Tools With Polymer Clay? Arteza Sculpting Tools Set Review-Friday Findings - Duration: 13:12.

iI you work in polymer clay you may have at some point looked at tools meant for

pottery clay sculpting and wondered if there were any of them that you could

use in your work. Well, today I have a review for you of a set of pottery clay

and sculpting tools by Arteza. I'll show you what's in it and talk about

ones I would use in my work. Hi there, Sandy here, welcome to another Friday

findings video at keepsakecrafts.net. So this is another product that Arteza

sent to me to review, it's a set of 42 polymer clay and sculpting tools, premium.

So a big bag of tools, let me take all these out and spare you all the crinkle,

crinkle. Well, my goodness that is quite the pile of tools. Right off the bat this

sponge i don't know that i would use it much on my polymer clay. i might find a

use. Obviously when you work with earthen clays water is a tool that you use with

it and a sponge would be useful for smoothing and i don't know what else,

it's been ages since I did pottery ,but you could find other uses for this. Like

if we flatten out a piece to make a flower petal I often see folks... we'll use

one of these little ball tools, they thin out the edges, sometimes in their hands,

sometimes on a sponge. That seems to work pretty well, it would probably be better with a

bigger ball tool, but, so not its intended purpose but something you could find a

use for and speaking of the ball tools: wow, that is a truly tiny ball tool so

that could be handy. I don't know that I have one that small. So there's... that's

another it's bigger but...

You can see it now. So far a nice variety of sizes of ball tools, so those

are definitely useful in our polymer clay. This is for cutting blocks of clay,

the earthen clays often come in big blocks and you would undo the wire. I

don't know that I would use this much in polymer. There's a lot of these loop

tools and I can see these being useful for polymer clay if you work in a bigger

scale. The scale I work in is little miniatures often usually no more than

something that can fit in the palm of my hand so most of these are really too big

for that. These ones are wire tools which cut

through the clay in different ways than these ones that are flat pieces of

wire but they certainly look like they could be useful depending on, again, what

it is that you do, the scale you like to work at. Here's a needle tool, a fairly

thick one and a little sharp blade on the other end. I kind of have a love/hate

relationship with two sided tools because I like to have my things out

where I can see them. I've mentioned it before I'm very visual and if they're in

a jar then by design you can only see one end so that bugs me sometimes but it

is efficient, it does take up less space. Here's another wire tool, let's see I've

got a little bit of clay here to play with. I can see where that would be

useful. How do you do that and get a clean

channel? Hmm, that looks like a little a little doorway for a fairy house. Okay so

I'm already seeing some potential. Now this one looks like it's good I think

it's the exact same thing on both ends so that begs the question: why is it two

ended? The tool is the same on both ends but I can see that being

useful. Let's see like this big honkin' one here... I suppose even at the scale that I work

at there have been times when something that would dig out a channel like that could

be very useful. So, yeah. Hmm, yeah can you think of

possibilities and uses? I can. So yes, I think that that's pretty useful. Let's

see how well this cuts, this looks like the other one that I just shown you,

showed you, only bigger, and also you can use that to make shapes like scales or

a sunburst pattern.

Yeah, I can definitely see the usefulness of those tools, this one's very similar.

That was one thing I noticed when I was going through these was there,

it said 42 tools and I think there are let's see 2 4, 6, 39, 40, 41 and 42. Yeah okay,

42. So if they're double ended they may not all be unique.

Do you have 42 completely unique tools? Maybe, maybe not. I'm not sure. Let's see...

Yeah, I got them all mixed up, we looked at the ball tools, the needle tool with

the slicer, here's another slicer triangular slicer shape and here's yet

another shape so I could see these more, in polymer clay what I do, more for

creating impressions than for cutting. So, gouging, yeah. I mean they definitely have

uses but there are duplicates like these scoopy bits are the same, and that's

interesting. I wonder if there's a smaller one in here because there have

been times when I wished to have something like that for really scooping out a nice

smooth round channel. I can't think of what, but I know I've wanted it. Yep, more

of these, that's a slightly different shape just barely scooped, another knife

depending on what you're doing it might be nice to have something not as sharp.

Oh, that was that's loose in the handle, that moved, it would be nice to have

something maybe not as sharp as a clay blade and with a handle so it's a little

bit more maneuverable and safely managed. Oh, I'm so happy about this tool and not

because it's a needle tool, that's a nice needle tool, great. Needle

tools are fantastic. I've seen so many people making things and using the

texture from their handle and I didn't have any tools with that texture and I

love that texture. Isn't that awesome? Waffle cone! So many things, so I'm happy

to have that and that's probably what I'll use it for mostly. I actually have a

tool very very similar to this, the Kemper wipe out tool, which I do use quite

a bit for smoothing and blending. Lots of repetition, shingles, you know,

wherever your imagination goes. Is this for something in particular in

pottery? Cuz I don't know what that's about,

it's makes an interesting shape and impression. I can see using that but it

looks like it's for something very specific. If you know chime in the

comments and let the rest of us know. Same thing again only I think a

different... nope, exact same thing not even a different size. Different

shape and these both look like the same diameter drills, this looks a little big

and most of the time I would use a drill on a piece of baked clay and that's a

pretty big hole. I don't know how much use I would get out of this, it depends

on what you're doing again, the scale in which you work. Is that another one? Oh,

it is.

And more scoopy. Now this is a fantastic tool, this actually I just bought not

that long ago. It's a dental tool now though these are,

I think these are a bit softer but they're great for smoothing in small

areas. Yeah, what was it? Oh, a gum stimulator, that's what it is, and a lot of artists

especially those work at miniatures use them. You can poke, you can draw soft

lines, this is actually very useful. This is fun because those of us are in

polymer clay we love all things texture. This is much faster and more efficient

than using a tooth brush to get that kind of texture. So I like that, I'm gonna

use that. This, again it depends on what you're doing, you know one of these days it

may be just the thing you need. We've all seen tools like these. Sometimes I do

prefer wooden tools to metal. I have the Christi Friesen stainless steel tools

and I love them, they're wonderful, they're beautifully made. Sometimes though I

like the way wood grabs onto the clay better than the way stainless steel

behaves. And that just looks downright scary. Wow, yikes, that's just a really

rough saw. Again, I'm looking at the textures you can create with it which...

that is pretty cool. I can see that being a bit of decorative trim around

something. Oh it looks kind of like from the side like the edges of a coin.

So, possibilities. So another ball tool, this one bigger than the other ones so

that's nice. Now this I am certain there are uses for this.

I can't remember what it was that I was doing, I wanted

something like this, I can't remember what it was.

Yep. Palette knife. I may find myself using this more for

mixing up paints than working in my clay, but again you can use it for cutting and

can use it for making an impression. You can use it for smoothing. For

mixing this would be good for mixing liquid clay with polymer clay to get

like icing effects. This one I was pretty excited about this is a nice tool for

texturing and really quickly roughing up a surface as opposed to taking a

toothpick and doing all that to get like a cake like texture. Now I'm making a

mess of my work surface, but I can definitely see the benefit of this. So,

and it's got that wonderful waffle cone texture! Oh, another size ball tool and

yet another needle tool, and then a couple of spatula things. This one I

don't know that that would replace my clay blade. I suppose in some

circumstances it might be nice to have something this wide and flexible. You

could also use it as a cutter to a certain degree to get nice smooth cuts

and curves, so I can see that. This, ummm, yeah. So there you go,

that is everything in the Arteza set of 42 Pottery and Clay Sculpting Tools,

Premium. If you like to find different ways of using tools and are always

searching for something different and interesting to work in your clay you

might find this useful. So if you, if you want to check it out there will be a

the upper right or down in the description box that will bring you to

my blog where I'll have more information and a link to the products. So thanks for

Glycemic Index And Glycemic Load - Duration: 10:06.

A lot of people are confused about glycemic index versus glycemic load, so

today we're gonna explain. Stay tuned

Hey I'm Dr. Ekberg with Wellness For Life and if you'd like to truly master

health by understanding how the body really works make sure that you

subscribe and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything. So a lot

of patients come in and they talk about glycemic index and glycemic load because

in our office we talk a lot about carbohydrates and

how you want to try to reduce overall carbohydrates for most people to get

healthy and then they read around and they find glycemic index and ask what's

that all about so here's how it works glycemic index is a measurement of how

quickly something that you eat gets digested and turned into blood sugar or

glycemic means sugar so if you eat something with a lot of sugar that's

readily accessible it's gonna get into your bloodstream faster and have a

higher glycemic index if you eat something with no carbohydrates then it

will raise your glycemic index very very slightly or not at all so now here's the

part that we have to clarify as we go through this the official guidelines are

that a high glycemic index is above 70 a medium glycemic index is 56 to 70 and a

low glycemic index is lower than 56 so how do they come up with these numbers

well they're all relative to glucose so pure glucose or grape sugar or dextrose

it's the same thing is the index of 100 that's the reference so based on that

reference sucrose or pure white table sugar is 68 so that's absorbed slower

because it's a component it's combination of glucose and fructose now

when we look at wheat bread that some people say is a

flex carbohydrate and therefore absorb slowly we find that wheat bread is

absorbed faster it turns into sugar in your body faster than pure table sugar

and then some people argue that oh well then table sugar isn't so bad after all

well it's all relative and we're going to talk about how how pure table sugar

is a really bad idea and how wheat bread is even worse then you look at corn so

corn on the cob has a glycemic index of 55 so according to this scale that looks

like a virtual health food and spaghetti a complex carbohydrate is 44 so again is

that a health food they say that well bless emic index isn't such a good

measurement because it doesn't tell you it doesn't give you the impact it

doesn't give you an idea of how much total impact or volume it has to raise

your blood sugar because some things have like glucose or table sugar you're

not gonna eat a half a pound at a time not most of us I hope you might have two

teaspoons so that would give it 10 grams of carbs and then you multiply the

glycemic index by the number of carbs and you end up with the glycemic load so

now you have a measurement of how much not just how quickly with a certain

amount enter your bloodstream but how much of an impact does it have on your

overall blood sugar then they say that a glycemic load a high glycemic load per

serving is over 20 a medium load is 11 to 20 and a low glycemic load is less

than 11 so now it looks like glucose and table sugar are really good because

they're less than 11 and we find out the wheat bread is high because it's 20 and

corn on the cob and spaghetti or somewhere in between they're medium and

then they also say that you should try to keep

your glycemic load your total glycemic load the total impact of each meal each

serving they should add up to less than 120 and then they say that you're okay

but in my mind this is just crazy and I don't know where they get these numbers

but I suspect that these are the same people that also think that the food

pyramid is a good idea that say that 8 to 11 servings of grains every day is

what humans should have and if we look at the total number of carbs here if we

eat the recommended 60% of calories from carbs on a 2,000 calorie diet that comes

out to 300 grams of carbs and that in my mind is what's going to cause or

contribute to diabetes very quickly so far those are the official guidelines

the high medium low glycemic load the high medium low glycemic index so if

you're on a carb on a low carb diet if you're talking about paleo if you're

talking about keto or or close to it what are some real-world numbers that we

want to look at in comparison virtually all of the glycemic indices that you see

are on grains and processed foods and things like that because meat and egg

and cheese and so on have virtually no carbohydrates they're not considered to

even have a glycemic index even if they do have a slight response in insulin

they're considered a zero glycemic index food and therefore it's very difficult

to find numbers they might have a slow a low single number less than 10 but we're

just going to sort of ignore those for now and just let's say that they're very

very low and then when we look at the number of carbs per serving of meat egg

and cheese we find that they are zero zero-zero so in a keto diet this is what

we want to look for we want to eat foods that are basically zero or close to it

and in that category we also find non starchy vegetables full fat dairy and

some berries such as raspberries strawberries and blueberries and in a

serving you'll get anywhere from one to five grams of carbs of not from non

starchy vegetables you get between zero and ten from dairy depending on if it's

butter or cream versus regular yogurt or milk and with berries you get five to

ten grams but also these foods have very low glycemic indices so for meat and egg

and cheese we get zero glycemic load meaning you can eat as much as you

wanted those all day long and not have any impact whatsoever and the non

starchy vegetables full fat dairy and berries you can still have servings and

stay between one and two in the glycemic load from the people who study and are

of similar opinions the people have done the studied the research on low

carbohydrate diets on insulin resistance and overall health

generally feel that you want to try if you're healthy and you want to try to

stay that way you should probably consume somewhere

around 70 grams of carbs per day or less and if you are insulin resistant or you

have an inflammatory problem or some kind of degenerative condition that

you're trying to reverse you should probably try to keep it between 20 and

50 at least long enough that you can recover and reverse some of those

conditions so when we look at the glycemic load 120 again is a crazy high

number we want to try to stick below 20 if we're healthy and want to stay that

way and probably between 4 to 10 if we're trying to reverse some condition

so which one is better well I would recommend that you just

count carbs you count net carbs you take the total carbs you subtract the fiber

that gives you the net carbs and you're trying to keep those in a low range it

really just kind of complicates things too looking at glycemic index and

glycemic loads especially since the official guidelines are sort of

outrageous you get a very very good idea you don't have to complicate things so

much if you just count net carbs and you keep them low then you're gonna be okay

I hope this explanation has been helpful if you have any questions suggestions

experiences let me know post your comments down below and I'll do my very

best to get back to you and answer those if you're new to this channel and you

enjoy this sort of content make sure that you subscribe and hit that

We recommend that you consult with a doctor or naturopath before undergoing this cure, especially if you have health problems or if youre taking any medication.

Ingredients.

12 ounces of garlic, preferably organic.

1 cup of 70% alcohol for internal use.

Preparation.

Put the raw garlic, peeled and mashed or crushed, together in a glass jar or bottle with the alcohol.

Seal it hermetically and place it in the refrigerator for 10 days.

After 10 days, filter the liquid, which should appear somewhat greenish, with a cloth or strainer.

Put it in the fridge again for three days more.

After this time has passed it is ready and you can start the cure.

How should I take the cure?.

Its very important to rigorously follow the steps that we show you for how to take the cure.

You should always take the indicated amount, mixed with a little bit of water, twenty minutes before your three daily meals.

In order to measure it correctly, you should always use an eyedropper, which you should also keep in the fridge.

First day: 1 drop before breakfast, 2 drops before lunch, 3 drops before dinner.

Second day: 4 drops before breakfast, 5 drops before lunch, 3 drops before dinner.

Third day: 7 drops before breakfast, 8 drops before lunch, 9 drops before dinner.

Fourth day: 10 drops before breakfast, 11 drops before lunch, 12 drops before dinner.

Fifth day: 13 drops before breakfast, 14 drops before lunch, 15 drops before dinner.

Sixth day: 15 drops before breakfast, 14 drops before lunch, 13 drops before dinner.

Seventh day: 12 drops before breakfast, 11 drops before lunch, 10 drops before dinner.

Ninth day: 6 drops before breakfast, 5 drops before lunch, 4 drops before dinner.

Tenth day: 3 drops before breakfast, 2 drops before lunch, 1 drop before dinner.

From the eleventh day on, you should take 25 drops three times a day until you have finished the preparation.

Its important to tell you that, although we dont know why, you should not take this cure more than once every five years.

Warning.

As with all purifying cures, you may notice some symptoms initially, such as headaches, breakouts, or other problems that are the result of the detoxifying action of the garlic.

These symptoms should not last beyond the first few days.

We recommend that you drink water between your meals and consult with a doctor or naturopath if your symptoms persist or get worse.

City Slicker Travel I SpoonProof - Duration: 10:54.

I'm watching for tourists.

Walk like you drive, people.

Keep to the right!

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Navigating a new city can be hard.

What do I eat?

What is this place known for?

What do I pack in my bag?

What if I have to go to the bathroom?

I have to transfer to what train?

Can I fit all of my souvenirs into my suitcase?

There are so many cool cities across the US,

but even with cell phones and Google,

being a true city slicker can be a little tough.

So today we're bringing you five things

to make exploring a new city just a little

less overwhelming.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

If you're anything like me, one of the scariest parts

about being in a new city is knowing

where to go when you got to go.

So for those of us who got to go, gotta go,

gotta go right now, there's Sit or Squat,

a public bathroom finder.

It tells you where the closest bathroom

is and gives you directions to the nearest throne.

It also lets users leave reviews,

so you'll know just how disgusting

that bathroom is going to be by the time you get there.

And once you're full of relief and it's

time to actually navigate the city, there's City Mapper.

It gives you all of the public transit options

from where you are to where you're going,

lets you know when the nearest train's coming,

and which is the best train car to sit in for a quick exit.

The best part?

You can use is in cities all over the country

and all over the world.

Simple transportation on an empty bladder.

I'm sure that this is the future that Steve Jobs envisioned.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Before we head out, I've got a few things that I've still

got to talk to you guys about.

OK.

So, you want to walk 17 blocks for Insta-worthy ice cream.

You're going to be tired.

You're going to be thirsty.

You can and should bring a reusable water bottle.

But carrying a metal water bottle around for hours

is going to feel like you're carrying a small child.

So we recommend getting a collapsible one.

This one is BPA free, and it's rubber.

So once you're done, you can just smoosh it on up

and stick it in your bag.

Once upon a time I was a social media mogul

and I got a lot of likes by taking pictures of pictures.

So I know it's an extra thing to fit into your bag

but get yourself a Polaroid camera.

I mean, we're on vacation here.

We've got to take tangible memories.

And then we're just going to have some pictures to take

pictures of, like this one.

It's going to be beautiful.

Maybe you're traveling alone and a selfie's the way to go.

So we got a selfie stick, but it's not just any selfie stick.

This is a motorized selfie stick.

It's amazing.

It stays in place when you want to take cool video of yourself,

and it's totally motorized.

Yes, change the angle.

Go up.

Go down.

This is going to be the ultimate vacation selfie.

When you go on vacation, do you tend

to buy a bunch of postcards, promising you're going to send

these to your family and friends,

but you never do, so you just end up

with a bunch of these at home?

Just me?

OK.

Well if you're like me, we should

do something with them right?

Right.

So today we are going to up-cycle our unused postcards

to make a cool waiter tray like the sophisticated travelers

that we are.

So first thing we're going to do--

get some corks.

You can get these one of three ways.

You can go online.

You can go to a craft store.

Or you can drink about 110 bottles of wine.

I'll let you speculate my method.

So our corks are about an inch and a half, an inch and 3/4.

So we are going to cut up our postcards to strips that size.

So once you've caught up a bunch of strips of your postcards,

you are going to go back to third grade and paper mache.

You're going to take a cork and one of your strips.

Oh, Lady Liberty.

She is going to go on this cork.

Wrap it around.

Now the key is to let these strips

soak for a really long time.

Otherwise they're not going to stick very well.

But if you find that you're having problems, that's cool.

You can just take a tack and stab it in there.

Can't get the tack in.

If you're like me and you went the drinking wine route,

you can check out our episode, "Don't

Try This At Home" for some fun ideas

to up-cycle your leftover bottles.

We lit some glass on fire.

We lit a bottle on fire.

We almost lit my face on fire.

It's real fun.

I suggest turning it on and watching it,

because this is going to take a while.

So now that our corks are dry, we're going to glue them

down to this shadow box back.

take the back out of the shadow box.

This is what your corks are getting glued down to.

Now, with a hot glue gun, glue them down.

You can do whatever pattern you want--

zigzags, lines.

Be creative.

The world is your oyster.

This isn't going to take forever.

I did this, and now I'll never forget

all the cool places I went.

I'm going to stick this in my shadow box.

I'm going to flip this into my shadow box.

And seal it up.

That looks so good!

I'm really proud.

I could cry.

But I won't.

[MUSIC PLAYING]

If you live in a walking city, you

know that the way to spot a tourist

is by their atrociously large backpack

and their running shoes.

But if you're a tourist, why not try to fit in with the locals

while trying to keep your balance on your first ever

subway ride?

So today, we're going to hack a purse.

The key to this is bags on bags on bags on bags.

First things first, you're going to take

the book that you want to read in the park

to look intellectual.

Put it right up on the side so it can, like, protect your body

from all the other things that could

potentially stab you in there.

Now I'm going to separate everything out into pouches.

Trust me on this it makes accessing

everything so much easier.

I'm going to do a make up pouch.

We've got a toothbrush and toothpaste pouch.

That way if you're out all day and you just end up in a bar

and there's some cutie at the end of it, you're prepared.

Make yourself a little first aid pouch.

Stick some aspirin in there so you don't have to, like,

dig around the bottom of your bag for it.

Some band aids, cough drops, whatever

you feel like you might need.

We're going to put a canvas bag in there, because you're

going to be buying yourself a lot of souvenirs

and a lot of presents.

You don't want to have to carry around plastic

and paper bags all day.

And last thing, you're going to put your wallet on top

for easy access, so that way when you see that bakery

that you saw all over Spoon's Instafeed,

you've got easy access to your money.

Yo, tell me I'm not Mary Poppins.

There's so much great food to be found in America.

Austin has barbecue.

Los Angeles has [INAUDIBLE] and avocados.

New York has pizza.

Chicago has worse pizza.

How can we choose one magical city

and it's delicious recipes for our taste buds to travel to?

We can't, and we won't.

So we chose three.

Now Philadelphia's got pretzels, Baltimore has crabs,

and New Orleans has Cajun food.

So today, we are making crab cake stuffed pretzel bites

with creole dipping sauce.

We're going to start with some crab, and some scallions,

just going to dump them in.

Some sriracha.

Oh, yeah.

Worcestershire.

Cream cheese.

I don't know why I said it like that.

And mix it all up Oh my god this sounds so delicious.

So, as you can see I did not choose the right utensil

to be mixing things.

But that's OK.

We make it work here at Spoonproof.

There is a fork next to me.

So that was fun, but we're over it.

I'm just going to keep mixing this

so there's no more chunks of cream cheese left.

Now we're going to put in a little bit of salt,

maybe a little more than that.

And some Old Bay, some garlic powder, and pepper.

If you have no idea what I just did,

don't worry because we're going to have a recipe card for you

guys at the end of this.

I'm going to stick this in the fridge for a little bit.

All right, now you are going to take some pretzel dough.

We made this off camera because it takes about 25 minutes

to rise, and I know you guys don't have time

to watch me make pretzel dough.

Although I'm sure it would be very entertaining.

Roll it out with the roiling pin.

If you guys don't have time to make this at home,

you can buy it at the store.

It comes in a box mix.

(SINGING) Rolling.

Rolling.

Rolling out my pretzel dough.

Cool.

Now I'm going to make rounds, with this.

I'm pushing down hard so this goes

all the way through the dough.

I've successfully done one.

Two left.

It should be about that size.

You're going to take your crab mix

and put in just a little scoop.

This much is probably too much.

That was too much.

Stick it on your round.

You're going to fold it over and in.

Make sure you seal it, otherwise your crab's going

to explode all over the place.

Now we are going to brush these with a little bit of lye

and sprinkle a little salt on top.

For those of you guys who don't know what lye is,

it comes in the pretzel box mix, and you

brush it on to the pretzels dough

to make them brown in the oven.

Do not eat the lye.

Don't eat the lye until these have been cooked.

You'll get sick.

So now I'm going to stick these in the oven for 20 minutes

at 400 degrees.

This is hard to do from this angle.

So while those are cooking, we are going to make

our creole dipping sauce.

You are going to take a cup of mayonnaise

and some brown mustard with a little bit of Old Bay

and a little bit of salt. Yum.

Spicy.

20 minutes later.

Let's talk them out of the oven.

I'm starving.

Get your dipping sauce.

Be careful because they might be a little hot.

Right on.

I've got three cities in my mouth.

(SINGING) She's the man.

Making the bites.

Crab is inside a pretzel.

Creole dipping sauce.

It tastes so good.

I'm going to choke if I keep singing.
