Rubin: There's a reason that every time one of these professors or T.A.'s whether it's

Lindsey Shepard in Canada or Brett Weinstein in Washington. Why are they all

lefties who then say one thing that upsets the left and then they're purged?

It will hap-- it will come for you. I mean if there's someone that's watching

this right now that is a hardcore progressive, that's going, man, I hate

Prager and Rubin and this is all nonsense guess what? If you have any spark of

individualism in you. If you have any anything about you that's interesting or

different they will come to destroy that too. So, you can't just sit there and wait

You cannot--This is this is the great fight of our generation.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Pat the chicken dry with paper towel.

To make the stuffing, heat oil

in a medium frying pan over medium heat.

Cook the leek and pancetta, stirring, for five minutes

or until the leek softens.

Transfer to a bowl.

Add the breadcrumbs, walnuts,

sage,

Gently slide your fingers

between the flesh and skin of the chicken breast to loosen.

Place half the butter and sage leaves

Spoon the stuffing loosely into the chicken cavity.

Use kitchen string to tie the legs together.

How To Build A Real Estate Website With Wordpress [VIDEO #1] - Duration: 2:03.

This video is the first in a series of videos showing you how to build a real estate website

using Wordpress.

Hi I'm Curtis Penner and I've been using Wordpress to build websites since the early 2000's.

I owned a personal training business back then and I didn't have any money to pay a

developer or spend money to have somebody build a website for me.

So I really had to dive in and learn how to use WordPress on my own.

Since then I've built dozens and dozens of websites for myself, personally for my businesses

as well as for clients.

I built websites in the areas of landscaping, truck driving, dog grooming, for my piano

teacher, for personal trainers and many others.

And so what I want to do with this series is really make it easy for you to go from

having no website right now or having a website that maybe you're not really happy with to

having a fully functional, lead generating, client pleasing real estate website using

Wordpress when we're all done with the series.

So I'm going to take you step by step through the entire process that I would use if I was

building a real estate website for myself or for a client.

I'm going to take it from from the very beginning to the very end and show you exactly how to

do it.

Now rather than give you one long 3-hour video to wade through I've broken the process up

into small, easily digestible chunks.

So you'll be able to take action on that step and move onto the next video.

Now, I've included a link down in the description below to the playlist that's going to contain

all of the videos for this series.

So you'll be able to go there and watch, in succession, one video after another.

And of course, if you have any comments, questions, or even constructive criticism for the course,

by all means leave them down below in the comments section and I'll do my very best

to get to each and every one of them.

And finally if you're interested in learning how to harness the power of online marketing

to become the lead real estate agent in your market, then consider subscribing to the channel

so you don't miss out on any great future content.

So I'll see you in the next video.

Thanks for watching.

I'm Curtis Penner.

South Coast College | Start your career in court reporting - Duration: 1:57.

Hi, my name is Susan Biard.

I am an alumni of South Coast College

in the court reporting program.

Court reporting, or stenography,

is the transcribing of written speech or testimony

using a stenographic machine at a very high accuracy level.

What initially appealed to me about court reporting

was that freelance court reporters

have very flexible job schedules.

I have always wanted to be a mom,

and I knew that if I became a freelance court reporter,

I could essentially be there for my child if they were sick,

if they had a school performance,

or if they just really needed me to be Mom that day.

Now that I have actually gotten into court reporting,

I'm finding that it's much more

than I ever could've hoped for.

Not only am I proud of myself

for a job well done on a daily basis,

I'm hearing interesting stories

from all different walks of life.

My experience at South Coast College was invaluable.

The reason I chose South Coast College

over other court reporting schools in the area

was because South Coast College

has a very hands-on experience.

In addition, South Coast also will hook you up

with mentors, past alumni,

and help you understand the demands of our career,

understand the mentality behind passing these tests,

and becoming the best court reporter

you can possibly become.

Currently, there's a shortage

of court reporters in California.

We need students and we need court reporters,

and South Coast College is willing to make them.

If we can get the students in the door

and get them to pass that exam,

there are lots of jobs available

for anybody willing to try this career.

Call South Coast College.

Come check out court reporting.

This could be the career

that you didn't even know you were waiting for.

Why Should You Go Solar? Save Money By Getting Off of the Electrical Grid - Duration: 1:40.

The major utility companies in California are increasing your rates with no end in sight

There is a better way the fact is you can't afford not to go solar, California

Has reached solar parity what this means for the average homeowner is it's now cheaper to go solar than to continue paying high electricity bills

our

electricity bill went down drastically

Our annual electric bill is less than $40 our electric bill had gone down a few hundred dollars

There were months that we had a zero bill our air conditioning bill was

probably between five and six hundred dollars a month we now pay about eleven dollars in tax and

Give about twenty percent of our electricity back to the power company

it always makes sense to go solar because you know electrical rates are controlled by the utility companies and

Rates are always going to be unstable as a homeowner. You know a father to two daughters husband

I think Solar is a great investment, and I have solar on my home. You know I batteries on my home

it makes me feel good to know that I've

protected you know myself and my family from changing electrical rates and to know that I've added value to my home and

To know that I could pass you know all that stuff down to to my children being a father

It was important for me to instill on my children the importance of protecting our environment going green

And you know we're doing our little part by

Purchasing solar the wave of the future is solar and the more people that are able to do it the better off

We'll be our country our world our planet. I think it'd be a good thing for us
