Hey, I'm Alex from americanmuscle.com.

And today, I'm bringing you my quick review and breakdown of the Pedders Sport Ryder front

strut fitting your 2005 through 2014 Mustang.

So this review is gonna cover a few things like who this might appeal to.

We're gonna break down the construction and materials of these struts, give you an idea

of what you should expect to be spending.

And then last but not the least, we're gonna hit the installation, which right off the

bat, I'm gonna be giving a pretty easy one of three wrenches in the difficulty meter.

You should have this kit under your car in about one to two hours, tops.

So if you're the '05 through '14 Mustang owner and your struts are on their way out or if

you're looking to build a more tough and stout better-handling kit or if you're just looking

for a stock replacement strut, these are gonna be perfect for you.

So before we get into the thick of the video here, we're gonna talk about some common signs

of strut failure real quick.

And if you've owned an older Mustang or any older car, you're probably pretty aware of

what you're gonna be looking for.

So real quick, first and foremost, one of the biggest signs of strut failure prematurely

is gonna be excessive nose dive.

Now, that's gonna pretty self-explanatory.

But for guys that don't really know what we're gonna be looking for, it's gonna be excessive

plunging on the front end.

Now, this is not only gonna be bad for your corresponding suspension components, but this

is gonna eat away at your breaks, which, as we already know, are gonna be taking most,

if not all, the force to slow your car down to a stop.

So second is gonna be more of a rocking feeling.

And this is gonna be characterized by something like where you're tacking a pothole or even

a set of railroad tracks.

This is gonna be more of like an unsettling feeling, which I can personally attest to.

It doesn't really give you that much more confidence when you're pushing your Mustang

for the turns.

So if you're struts are just in good order and you're looking to beef up your front suspension

as well as making your driving experience that much more enjoyable, these are gonna

be a perfect kit for you, as if you're gonna be pairing these with a set of front lowering

springs or a lowering spring kit, you're gonna be drastically improving that driving dynamic,

which in turn is gonna make you that much more of a happier Mustang driver at the end

of the day.

You know, I will add that you can definitely get away with putting a lowering spring on

your factory strut.

But at the end of the day, if we're gonna be doing a spring drop, it's definitely a

decent idea to pull everything out and do it at one fell swoop as you're gonna be making

the handling of your car that much better rather than doing one without the other.

So taking a quick look at the construction here, we're gonna see these are gonna feature

a twin-tube internal design as well as being nitrogen gas charged.

Now, I do wanna mention that the guys over at Pedders do say that these are gonna be

more geared towards performance as opposed to comfort.

But at the end of the day, this is honestly gonna be something that's gonna be pretty

relative as when you're lowering your car, your ride quality is going to diminish slightly,

but it's not gonna be the end of the world.

So just to wrap up this section, these are gonna be perfect if you're the Mustang owner

that's feeling like you may have a blown-out strut or if you're in the process of completing

your suspension build and you're just overall looking to have that much better performance

being on your daily commute or even hitting some track events at the end of the week.

So taking a quick look at the pricing here, you guys should expect to be spending barely

150 bucks per strut here, which in my opinion is definitely a steal.

If you're running these in comparison to anything like, say, a Bilstein, maybe an RTR, or some

of the other options out there, you're gonna see they can easily tip the scales at around

350 bucks.

Now, again, you're not only gonna be replacing a blown-out strut, but you're gonna be getting

that much better of handling as well as performance out of your Mustang with a company that is

generating a ton of chatter out there on the forums as well as having partnerships with

some of the biggest manufacturers out there today.

So getting into the installation section here, just like I had said in the beginning of the

video, you're not gonna be looking at anything killer here.

And you're gonna be looking at a pretty easy one out of three wrenches in the difficulty

meter and about one to two hours per side to get these on to your Mustang.

So I would add that while it's not necessary to have a second set of hands around, it might

be a good idea to have somebody around that's done the job before to give you a better idea

of what you're gonna be looking into.

Again, a very simple one out of three wrenches in the difficulty meter that any novice wrencher

can get away with and about one to two hours per side to get these on to your Mustang.

So just to wrap things up here, I definitely like this option from Pedders, based on the

fact that these guys are out there to give you and your Mustang some of the best handling

and performance out there today.

These guys definitely aren't gonna charge an arm and a leg on price, which we talked

about earlier, in comparison to some of the other brands out there as well.

Checking out the Divoom Timebox for Pixel Art and Music. - Duration: 8:10.

Hello, and welcome to another episode of the 8-Bit Guy.

Now, I have a confession to make.

I actually receive quite a few offers from corporations, offering to send me their products

if I would just agree to do a review of the product on my YouTube channel.

Now, 99% of the time, I just turn these guys down.

I mean, I don't want to be a corporate sell-out, right?

No, seriously, it's really more to do with, the products are just not interesting to me.

I mean, it's like phone accessories, and iPhone apps, and you know, stuff like that

that's not really in line with my channel.

So, I just turn it down.

But, when Divoom emailed me and asked me if I would accept a free Timebox, well, this

looks pretty darned cool.

So, I thought I would become a sell-out and I'm going to review it for you.

So I don't normally do unboxing videos, but the packaging on this product is so outstanding.

You'll see what I mean shortly.

I mean, if they are going to put this much effort into the box, then I guess I'll take

the time to show it.

At first, I couldn't figure out how this comes apart.

And I didn't want to cut or otherwise damage the box.

But eventually I realized the inner part just slides out, but it's just really tight.

All right, so let's see what we've got here, I'm not even sure which color they

sent me.

Oh look, it's wood grain.

I bet Clint from Lazy Game Reviews is drooling already.

Oh, it came with silica gel.

It says not to eat it.

That's too bad, because it looked so delicious.

So here's the little manual.

Ehh..

I won't bother to read this.

I only read manuals as a last resort.

So let's peel off this little protector here.

OK, I'm going to try powering it on.

Well, the battery has at least some charge on it.

It appears to go straight to a bluetooth symbol.

So I guess I'd better get out my phone and pair it up.

OK, so now it starts displaying the time, which is not correct so I'll have to fix

that.

So right off the bat, you can play music from your phone.

The speaker is in the back, but it actually sounds pretty good.

You can select several different animations to go along with your music.

Of course, this thing does a whole lot of other stuff too.

OK, so it appears I need to download and install this free app.

And it looks like I needed to setup an account.

So I'll just do that right quick.

Ok, so it has detected the device, and now I'm going to connect to it with the app.

I noticed it automatically corrected the time.

Hmm.

Ok, let's have a look at the gallery.

Oh look, they have all kinds of vintage computer icons and stuff in here.

Oh look, here's the original Apple logo.

I wonder if they have the Commodore or Atari logo somewhere.

Oh, they have Facebook.

And Elmo.

I'm sure these little pictures are probably used for notifications and things.

I'll have to figure that out eventually.

It looks like you can design your own.

That being the case, I'm going to draw the old Commodore logo.

There we go, that's better.

So that's now in my gallery of custom images.

I should mention, by the way, that you see a slight flicker on camera.

But in person you don't see this.

I'm sure it has to do with the refresh rate of the timebox not syncing up with the camera.

I also drew the old Atari logo and the original Electronic Arts logo.

So it looks like they have some other stuff here, like these country flags, numbers and

letters, emojis, and even some animations.

Let's see what those look like.

It looks like they are kind of slow.

They move about one frame per second.

And it appears to have some little games in here.

This one is dice, I guess if you are playing board games.

You have to shake the phone, which I guess makes it kind of pointless because if you

have to use the phone, you might as well just use a dice app on the phone.

There's also a little driving game which is fun to play for about 30 seconds.

So, I noticed this thing has an auxiliary line input.

So I wonder what interesting things we can find to connect to that?

So, apparently you push this button once to cycle between the different audio sources.

So let's try the speak and spell.

Of course, the speak and spell is pointless because it already has its own speaker anyway.

So this old Casio CZ-1000 makes more sense because it requires an external speaker or

headphones if you want to hear anything at all.

Of course, I'll need one of these little converters in order to connect it to the quarter-inch

output jack.

OK, let's pick an instrument.

You know, it actually sounds fine.

But I notice there is a very slight delay between pressing the keys and hearing the

sound.

So the timebox must be buffering or processing the sound.

This actually makes it very uncomfortable to play anything.

So I don't think I can recommend the timebox for this purpose.

However, it probably works great with vintage audio gear like this original Diamond MP3

player, or an old Sony Discman or Walkman cassette player.

I wonder how it will work with a GameBoy Color.

The volume on these has always been severely lacking.

Actually, it sounds pretty good.

And I don't think the delay in the sound processing is very noticeable here, so it

doesn't interfere with the gameplay.

Of course this thing isn't perfect.

One problem I had several times was the app would no longer sync with the device and the

only way I could solve it was by turning bluetooth off on my phone completely, and then turning

it back on and re-syncing everything.

So, I suppose you could put this on your nightstand as a regular alarm clock.

But you'd need to turn the brightness way down.

Alternatively, you could put it on a shelf somewhere as a decorative thing, which is

what I'm doing with mine.

So, some other things you can do with this thing.

It has a scoreboard.

So I guess if you had some kind of games or something going on, you could keep score in

a more public, visible way.

Also you can create a voice memo like this.

Hey, remember to feed the cat!

So when you or somebody else walks into the room, they'll see the notice on the screen

and can press the play button to listen.

Hey, remember to feed the cat!

Alright, so it also has an FM radio built in.

But the first thing you'll want to do is have it scan for radio channels.

It will take a moment to find them all.

Then you can select a few favorites.

You can also change channels using the built in controls on the top.

Alright, so what do I think about the Timebox?

Well, I wish I had some great, fantastic use that I could tell you.

Some purpose in life that it serves.

It really doesn't.

It's more like a tech-toy or gadget.

Or really, it's more like a piece of artwork to leave around your house.

I mean, I can't think of any really useful thing to do with it, but I still think it's

cool.

Something doesn't have always necessarily have to have a use in order to be cool.

I mean, a lot of the things that I collect don't really have that much use.

But anyway, I'm not going to be doing a whole lot of commercial product reviews.

Really, this is the only, well I take that back.

I have one other one that I agreed to do that you'll probably be seeing in a few months.

But, you won't be seeing a lot of it, so I hope nobody gets upset that my channel's

becoming too commercialized, because that's certainly not the intent.

It just so happened that I finally saw a product that looked interesting enough, and you know

I think it kind of fits with the theme here, so anyway.

Australian family of five decided to go

on a technology free off-the-grid

roadtrip convinced that they were being

pursued and needed to escape their home

for reasons unknown married couple mark

and jacoba Trump were convinced that

someone was out to rob and kill them and

believe that they had to flee their red

currant farm they took with them there

are three adult children aged 20 to 25

and 29 and drove away in their gray / jo

station wagon

they left their passports credit cards

and cell phones behind and when they

discovered that their son Mitchell had

brought a phone along on the trip

they made him throw it out the window as

they were convinced it was being used as

a tracking device

each member of the family over the

course of six days was found one by one

Mitchell was the first to leave the

group after traveling all night with his

family and around 7am the next morning

he left the car as he was not convinced

by the paranoid theories of the rest

later that day the two daughters of the

group

Rihanna and Ella also left their parents

and stole a car and drove to the town of

goulburn where they reported their

parents as missing the two sisters then

decided to part ways as LOL wanted to go

home and feed horses and Rihanna did not

police found ello once she arrived back

at the family home shortly after

mitchell also arrived back at the home

Rihanna was the last of the children to

be discovered she was mysteriously found

in a catatonic state in the back of a

stranger's vehicle she did not know who

or where she was the next day jacoba the

mother of the family was found aimlessly

wandering in the town of yes 217 miles

away from her last known location it is

unclear how she arrived there and at

which point she left her husband jacobo

was found in a delusional agitated and

Confused state she and her daughter

Rihanna were both taken into psychiatric

care

as public interest grew mitchell and lor

both interviewed on live TV where they

attempted to explain what had happened

to their family and spoke about their

missing father can you shine a light on

or perhaps explain why he may not want

to be found

this is good

people are offering

he's not in a good state of mind and

start off on this trip I think it's just

quite a confusing story is very

confusing i still feel confused its I

think outside of Mines wasn't in the

best place and yeah it's funny too yes

there's no reason for it it's yeah is

off

yeah on the sixth day of the ordeal mark

Trump was finally found near wangaratta

airport after seemingly traveling over

900 miles in total and was taken to the

local police station he didn't appear to

appreciate the media attention and

offered the middle finger to

photographers and reporters

investigators can find no reason why the

family felt the need to flee from their

home

no drugs were involved and no previous

history of mental illness has been

discovered theories ranging from

chemical poisoning to stress in the

family to toxins in the water or even

just a hoax have been put forward some

are also suspecting that the bizarre

incident could be a rare case of folly a

placer which in english is translated as

the madness of many this disorder can be

responsible for close-knit families

sharing a heightened delusion of

paranoia or fear

although this is only speculation and

the real reason for their actions and

their apparent need to escape is yet to

be discovered

on December 13th 2009 30 year-old steven

culture went missing from Henderson

Nevada a clean-cut well-respected

church-going man Stephen decided to take

an unexplainable road trip from his home

in the state of Utah to his final

destination of Nevada Stephens car was

found in a dead and cul-de-sac and he

was shortly reported missing

surveillance footage shows him parking

his car leaving it there and walking out

of the frame in this footage he is alone

and appears to be walking as if he has a

destination in mind when his car was

discovered some of his belongings were

still inside including Christmas

presents which he had purchased a few

days prior as well as blankets and

pillows items missing from the car

included Stevens cellphone wallet

passport and driving license for two

days after his disappearance his

cellphone signal was picked up by a

signal tower several miles from his car

it is unknown why Stephen was making

cell phone calls near this tower where

exactly he was and if it was indeed

Steven making these calls his family are

unsure why he left Utah with no apparent

cause for his disappearance

other than some financial concerns some

have speculated that Stephen may have

gone to Nevada to look for a job or to

hand out flyers to advertise a

window-washing business

steven is a develop more minh and due to

his religious beliefs he does not drink

alcohol or take any drugs

suicide is not suspected and no sign of

foul play has ever been discovered the

case remains open and is still unsolved

fourteen-year-old Andrew gostin went

missing on September 14 2007 and was

last seen by his parents leaving home

early for school

the teenager who was described as a math

genius by his teachers was very

intelligent and was into the goth scene

on the morning of his disappearance

instead of going to school and returned

to his home in doncaster England knowing

that his parents had left for work

he then changed out of his uniform

emptied his savings account of its

200-pound contents and bought a one-way

ticket to London Andrew when offered

refused to buy a round trip ticket

despite it costing only 50 pence more

this refusal would seem to imply that

the fourteen-year-old never planned on

returning an eyewitness on the train

reported that Andrew was playing on his

PSP console for the duration of the

journey strangely however investigators

later discovered that he did not take

his PSP charger with him on the trip

this CCTV footage shows Andrew as he

walked into London Kings Cross station

at around eleven twenty am over 150

miles from his home town and the last

time he was seen alive

Andrews family have no idea of his

potential motive for traveling to London

there's been no subsequent sightings of

him and all search efforts have led to

no results with TV radio and Internet

campaigns also proven futile his parents

have since added money to his bank

account in the hopes of detecting him

but this money has never been used or

withdrawn

many believe that Andrew may have

traveled to London to make a fresh start

however 100 pounds was found untouched

in his bedroom which weakens that theory

some have pointed out that when freezing

the security-camera footage a reflection

of a man can be seen in the glass who

appears to be looking at andrews

direction was this person someone the

school I had planned on meeting

perhaps most strangely of all a few

years after the team went missing a

visitor to a police station claimed to

have information on the case but because

the station was closed this man was

asked to return the following day

however he never did the search for

Andrew continues

on August ninth 2013 26-year old Brandon

Lawson went missing from his car on

highway 277 the Bronte taxes after

getting into an argument with his

girlfriend brandon left his home just

before midnight before calling his

brother a short while later to report

that he had run out of gas when his

brother arrived at the stated location

Brandon was no longer in his car the

vehicle had no damage and his phone and

keys were gone

in addition to calling his brother

Brandon also had contacted 911 in this

mysterious and unclear phone call

Brandon breathlessly and fearfully ask

the police to please hurry and seemed to

other the words we are not talking to

them from this exchange

it's pretty safe to say Brandon was with

someone else but it is impossible to

know who and what the statement meant

what is clear however is that he sounds

very desperate and incredibly scared 9

although Brandon's 911 call is very hard

to understand repeated listens seems to

imply that some unidentified people were

trying to take him into the woods though

this speculation cannot be confirmed

after arriving at the abandoned vehicle

Brandon's brother's girlfriend decided

to give him a call and was told by

Brandon that he was 10 minutes up the

road and mention that he was bleeding

this was the last time they ever heard

from him

Brandon's family and friends are unable

to guess what happened that night and

all speculation has been fruitless the

29 year old has four children and a

girlfriend and no apparent motive to run

away

no trace of brandon has since been found

from jun 12 2 jun 16 2910 man with a

heavy dramatic accent visited the

coastal town of sligo in Ireland where

he spent his final days the man checked

himself into the Sligo city hotel under

the name peter bergman and paid for his

stay in cash on jun 16 the body of this

enigmatic man was found on a beach under

very mysterious circumstances

investigators looked at all available

CCTV footage in an attempt to work out

what had happened to him

they noticed that when Bergman left the

hotel each morning he was carrying a

disposable plastic bag he would then

return later in the day seemingly

without this bag it is believed that he

was gradually and carefully disposing of

his personal belongings no no evidence

has ever been found on the second

morning of his stay

the man visited the local post office

where he purchased eight postage stamps

and airmail stickers

presumably this means that he sent out

several letters in the post most likely

to friends and family but this is only

speculation the CCTV footage assembled

from the case shows a great deal of the

man's comings and goings inside the

hotel and around the town

however no footage exists of the moments

in which he disposed of the contents in

his purple bag

investigators believe that by

meticulously and intentionally avoiding

cameras during these key moments

the man was attempting to hide his

actions and decrease the chances of his

disposed belongings ever being found it

is unknown why this man seems so intent

on permanently hiding his identity

though it is clear that this was very

important to him

the real mystery began when the

investigators uncovered that the name

peter bergman was an alias as there is

no record of anyone in the same age

bracket or description possessing this

name anywhere on his final day in Sligo

the man checked out of the hotel with

his purple plastic bag and two more

black bags

he then walked to the bus station where

he is spotted on CCTV carrying only two

bags

the man goes inside the coffee shop and

can be seen in the footage pulling out a

piece of paper and reading it before

tearing it up

he then took a bus to the beach of

Ross's point many witnesses saw him and

reported that he was pacing up and down

the beach and seemed to be behaving

strangely it is at this speech that his

body was later found bizarrely the

mysterious man had removed all labels

from his clothing and had no wallet

money or any forms of identification on

his person

an autopsy was performed and determined

that there were no signs of foul play

and no signs of salt water drowning

further examination showed that the man

had extensive prostate cancer and

numerous bone tumors but despite his bad

health

the toxicology report showed that there

were no drugs including painkillers in

system which meant he would have been in

a significant amount of pain the most

accepted theory is that the men travel

to Ireland and decided to take his own

life

however despite further investigations

police are completely unable to discover

who this man was how he died and the

reasons for his mysterious actions

How to Ask the Right Questions! - Duration: 3:29.

Breathe and Sell here to give you another

mindful selling tip to move your

business forward, and to attract more

clients. So today's tip is all about

asking meaningful questions. You really

need to ask meaningful questions in

order to understand what drives your

client, how do they buy, what do they

really need,

what is their motivation in? By asking

meaningful questions, you can find out

all of these things about them, and

really work well with them for years,

really forever, because you know what

motivates them. So we never want to show

up to an appointment like this,

"Hi I'm Shawn with Breathe and Work and I do

wellness workshops, and I cannot wait to

get all your employees moving and they'll

reduce their stress and they'll focus so

much more, does that sound great?

Let's get a scheduled." That enthusiasm is

great, but that is just too much. You've

lost your client because you're not

engaging them by asking them meaningful

questions, you don't know what motivates

them because you didn't ask. So if you're

constantly leaving appointments, or phone

calls, not getting any business, it is

probably because you're not asking

questions to find out what they really

need.

So the next time you're on the phone, or

the next time you're in front of a

client, your work is to prepare a list of

meaningful questions. You can go to my

urge you to change it and make it your

own based on what you are selling; and

then when you go to meet with your

clients let them know you're taking

notes.

They'll love it, it's very professional,

and then really get in the habit of

making a statement, asking a question,

you can start the conversation with,

"How's business?" and then listen and take

notes. You'll be amazed at how much you

learn about your client. Next, you can say

"What are your goals for this year?" Again,

you're going to learn so much about what

motivates and drives this client and how

they buy. Then you can get more

specific. So if i'm selling a wellness

workshop, I would say "What's your

motivation behind getting this wellness

workshop?" and I want to know are they

saving on insurance, are they wanting to

get their employees more focused, what's

the motivation, Prospect A and Prospect

B are going to have different

motivations, and you will sell

differently to Prospect A then you will

to Prospect B by these different

motivations, and then you can continue to

get more and more specific-so you really

understand the clients. So again your

question,

listen, take notes, make a statement and

then ask another question. You will learn

so much about your clients, you'll earn

their respect, you'll serve them better,

15 Interesting Facts About Poop - Duration: 7:14.

Did you know poo can actually save lives, be resource for power and even drinking water?

Let's have a look at some interesting facts about poo and what it can be used for apart

from smearing it on the faces of people you don't like.

Number One.

There's a phenomenon that makes you have to poop in a bookstore or library.

It's so common it actually has a name which is - The Mariko Aoki phenomenon.

It's not mentioned in any medical literature but loads of people experience it.

Some say, the smell of ink or paper could have a laxative effect or it's your mind

associating bookstores with reading on the throne at home.

Maybe it's also the calming atmosphere which makes your bowels relax.

We don't know.

Number Two.

You can Poop with your mouth.

Yeeeees massively disturbing this one - but it's possible!

It's called fecal vomiting and obviously if that happens to you, there's something

bloody wrong and you better go see a doc right now.

If you have a so called intestinal obstruction, a blockade in your intestines, the poo can't

travel along so it comes out the other way.

Your body's trying to get rid of it anyway.

Properly disgusting but fortunately enough this condition is very rare!

Number Three.

Reading on the Toilet Is bad for you.

The number one thing we do when doing number twos is?

Reading, exactly.

On our mobiles or the extraordinarily interesting descriptions on shampoo bottles if we forgot our phone.

Now a study suggests that you are more likely to develop hemorrhoids the more time you spend

sitting down on the throne, specifically reading.

Why's that?

Because - the longer you stay in the bathroom trying to poop, the more pressure and stress

you put to your bottom area which then causes hemorrhoids.

One of my mates had this.

Trust me, you don't want it and you don't want your doc to see it.

Number Four.

Your poop is full of useless stuff What is poo actually?

Normally if you take a crap and haven't had mexican food paired with far too many

beers the previous evening the shite usually slides out nicely, doesn't it?

And that is pretty satisfying and smooth… and that's actually because 75 % of what comes out of you is water.

The other 25 %, the solid part is indigestible bits of food you body doesn't use, bacteria,

fat and excess protein.

There are also dead red blood cells in there which makes the poo brown.

Amazing, innit?

Number Five.

Sloths only poop once a week.

Since utter laziness is the sloth way of life and everything they do is incredibly slow…

it's also the way their digestive system works.

There are some foods which take a sloth about a month to digest.

So if you went to poop only once a week you better make it count right?

Sloths can lose up to one third of their body weight during their weekly poo.

That's like you going for a 50 pounds shitting session!

Another weird thing about sloths pooping is, they always descend to the ground to do their

business which makes them very vulnerable to other predators.

It is currently unknown why they don't just do it from the top of the trees - like normal people.

Number Six.

Poop is also full of valuable stuff.

Now with modern sewage systems you don't have to use outhouses anymore, we can agree this is quite brilliant.

One of the unfortunate things about that is a shitload of precious metal ends up in the

sewage as well which can't be used and is literally wasted.

There are tiny fragments of metal from beauty products, deodorant, even clothing that wind up flushed down the drain.

Gold, silver, platinum, and even more precious stuff is in there.

the poo of 1 million Americans could very well contain up to 13 million dollars in metal.

You only have to go collect it.

Number Seven.

You will still poop even if you don't eat.

We all know from experience coffee for instance will make you poop in a bloody instant if you like it or not.

We also know whatever you ate last affects the texture and color of it sometimes.

But even if you don't eat anything at all, you'll still have to take a dump.

How's that?

Poo is more than discarded stuff from the food you eat.

Your body produces certain secretions and fluids even if you don't eat so you will still have to poop them out.

Bile and gastric juices mixed together are the liquid part of stool.

Number Eight.

Wombats have cube shaped poo, which they use to remember where they live.

Here's a picture!

The wombat poops to mark its territory, preventing conflict with it's not so welcome wombat mates.

They deposit it outside their burrows and on rocks and logs, where it can be easily

spotted by other wombats.

The distinctive shape is also quite practical as the flat sides of the cubes ensure they

don't roll off the things.

Number Nine.

Now, true story here.

If you land on the bloody moon you'd better bring some souvenirs right?

When the crew of the Apollo wanted to take back some moonstones they had to make some

room on their shuttle to accommodate the weight of the stuff they wanted to take back to earth.

In order to do so they had to let go of some unnecessary stuff.

To be exact 96 bags of poo, pee, and puke.

The moon now consists of 99.98 % moon, tiny bit of some rover thing and a tiny bit of human excrements.

Number Ten.

Pandas can poop up to 48 pounds per day.

So what do Pandas eat all day?

Exactly, bamboo.

That's been their diet for roughly 2 million years now.

The problem is, they only digest about 15 percent of the 30 pounds of bamboo they eat all day.

Panda intestines have a very low microbiota diversity and lack the type of bacteria found in other herbivores.

And because their body can only make use of only a percentage of what they eat, they basically have to eat tons.

That's the Panda life really.

Eating and pooping 24/7.

Not too shabby ey.

As we all know from one very popular example not everything we eat will be digested completely.

That's why you can often see little bits of corn in your poo.

It's actually just the outside layer - that sort of shell - that's not being absorbed by your body.

The same goes for tomato seeds.

A whole new plant can grow from a bit of poo with the seeds in it.

You're now a gardener, hooray!

Number Twelve.

You can drink poop.

Technically you can drink anything.

Doesn't mean you should really but yeah.

Now since we learned poo is 75 % water it makes sense to think about how to extract that as a valuable resource.

Now someone invented a machine which processes human waste and does exactly that.

Bill Gates hopes this machine could solve the sanitation and drinking water issues in poor countries.

He actually drank the water himself!

Number Thirteen.

Poo as a power source.

In Bristol which is in England someone took this idea of viewing poo as a resource to

a whole new level and built a bus to run entirely on household waste and human waste.

So that means - it's powered by biomethane gas.

The passengers swear it doesn't smell but despite that - suspiciously enough there is

currently only this one poo bus running at the moment.

Number Fourteen.

Dubai has no sewer system.

Dubai was an extremely rustic area until the discovery of oil in the 1960s.

Nowadays we know Dubai is one of the most luxurious places to live in, fancy skyscrapers

and fancy people and everything.

With all the rapid expansion of the city the sewer system wasn't able to keep up.

Instead they use poop trucks to haul the entire cities' excrements away.

Since 2009 Dubai has opened a second poop processing plant which makes the infrastructure

around poo issues somewhat bearable.

Number Fifteen.

Penguins evacuate their poop at a pressure that's up to four times higher than that of a human.

When a penguin feels the need to empty its bowels, it will bend forward slightly, lift

its tail, and then shoot its poop up to 40 centimeters away.

That might not sound like much, but considering that a penguin is around 60 centimeters tall,

it's actually quite a far distance.

It's the same as a 6-foot guy shooting his waste 4 feet.

Without warning.

Researchers have also discovered ten whole new penguin colonies by spotting their excrement stains on the ice from satellite images.

The ice around the penguins gets dirty because they stay in the same space in very large colonies for months.

There are some things that are repeated so often that we have come to accept them as

the truth, especially when it comes to science.

To help you bust these common misconceptions, we present 5 science myths you probably still

believe!

Myth: Food dropped on the floor is safe to eat if picked up within five seconds.

This is one that I'm sure everybody has heard, and most of you probably have used

this excuse at least once in your life.

Once a piece of food is dropped onto an area containing bacteria or germs, they will stick

to the food instantly.

Of course, this isn't all bad as in theory consuming the germs will help strengthen your

immune system, but that's a call for you to make.

Myth: A penny dropped from a tall building can kill a pedestrian below.

A myth made famous by movies, the claim is that the penny will move at such a velocity

that it could split the skull of a person walking on the street.

In reality, the aerodynamics of the penny are not sufficient for high speeds and prevent

it from moving fast enough to do any real damage.

Don't get me wrong, it would be decently painful, but the person would survive without

question.

Myth: Cracking your knuckles can lead to arthritis.

As somebody who cracks their knuckles on occasion, I was relieved to learn that this myth is

completely false.

To put it simply, pressing on the knuckles, which is essentially stretching the joint,

results in a pop due to the release of gas.

In a study done by Nobel Prize winner Donald Unger, the knuckles on one hand were cracked

every day for 60 years, but the right hand was left alone.

In the end, there was no difference in the health of the joints in the two hands.

Myth: Lightning never strikes the same place twice.

If you're ever out during a lightning storm, you may want to keep this in mind.

Lightning does in fact strike the same place twice, and does so fairly often.

As you may know, it favours certain areas such as high trees or building, which is why

places like the Empire State Building is hit 25 times a year, while the CN Tower in Toronto

is struck over 75 times!

Number 1 Myth: There is no gravity in space.

This is another one that is commonly accepted as fact.

We have seen real footage of astronauts appearing weightless in space, giving off the impression

that there is no gravity.

It's an easy thing to mistake, as we commonly refer to the phenomena as "zero gravity".

However, there is actually lots of gravity in space and astronauts only appear weightless

because they are orbiting earth at the same time, which offsets the force of gravity.

Basically, in space the astronauts are always falling, but never landing.

It's actually kind of unnerving when you put it like that.

Those are kind of 'magic numbers', but I'll explain that in a later video.

Now, below that there will be an image of YOU in your office, okay, doing something

similar to the guy in this stock image.

Now... the reason I don't actually like stock images that much

is because they're so generic and people sort of have filters for that psychologically,

so it just helps a lot more if it's a REAL person inside of YOUR actual office.

So once they click this advertisement, they're then taken to this page.

This is a so called 'video landing page'.

This is a so called 'video landing page'.

It's much more eye catching and engaging than the regular static landing pages,

and of course this logo will be swapped for your partical logo, for your particular office.

So to the right hand side would be your location, and again the background will be

customized and personalized with some kind of video of an activity going on in your office.

So, you know, people actually see that this is a real place where real business happens.

So whilst the prospect is now opted in, they're then taken to this page.

Now this is called a 'Thank You' page...

... and a big big mistake I see a lot of bussiness make here is they'll say

something like "Thank you, we'll call you soon."

Right, but I have here instead:

"Thank you, due to the limited number of spots available, teeth cleanings will be

given on a first call basis.

So call us now to secure your cleaning!"

"Bonus offer: mention us on Facebook and get a FREE x-ray!" or something.

"Call us NOW to lock in this deal."

Now first and foremost, the free X-ray offer is completely variable.

I know that different dentists and differrent offices have different kinds of services.

But that's a completely variable offer and, you know, we can obviously work on that

on a case-by-case bases.

Now secondly, I've created urgency by saying that there's

a limited number of spots available.

And I've given the bonus offer, which now makes the offer irresitable to someone

who's sort of on the fence about this.

And I put that they can only get this offer if they call NOW.

So this saves you a lot of time because you're not constantly chasing around these leads.

And the leads are actually calling you instead.

In other words, your phone WILL ring...

And, you know, one more thing also:

for the people who came to this beautifully designed landing page,

but failed to take action, meaning opt in:

We're gonna hit them with what is called a 'retargeting ad' as well.

Now, retargeting ads are those little ads that follow you around everywhere on the internet.

And here's an example of what that looks like:

"Still want your FREE teeth cleaning with Dr. Blank at BrighterWhite Village Dental Offices?

Redeem this offer now because it's about to expire!

"Call now to have..." you know "tooth decay handled" and "have peace of mind."

With again a picture of you in your office, or something similar.

Now we would also hit them with an array of videos including different tooth care tips

that I already have pre-made myself.

I put a lot of time, effort and energy into that.

So what that does is it constantly keeps your business on top of mind.

So they'll see this every day when they come online.

And in other words this is an EXTREMELY effective strategy,

and by 'extremely effective' I mean...

you will make money.

So in the past I've seen campaigns like this generate as many as

a hundred leads in a single 24-hour period.

So here's my offer:

- The skull crusher is a fantastic movement

that you can do with a coupla dumbbells and a sturdy bench

that will really work and focus a lot of attention

on the back of your upper arm, your tricep here.

This movement, you wanna make sure you have weights

that you can do for eight to 12 reps with,

and a sturdy bench to lay back down on.

Make sure your back is supported

from your tailbone to your head.

From here you're gonna push straight up,

and then allow the weights to come down

on either side of your nose.

(exhales) Exhale and extend your arms upward

keeping your elbows in place.

The elbows don't move they just keep in tight,

try and keep 'em parallel, and stationary

as the forearms go up and down,

lowering the weight to the sides of your nose

and back up.

For a little bit more range of motion,

you can allow the dumbbells to come down

to the sides of your head,

but you wanna make sure that the elbows

are staying in tight as possible.

(exhales) Exhale with the extension upwards.
