Hi loves
today's look is inspired by the image I posted on instagram and for which you massively
voted for nr 3.

For this tutorial you'll need 1 yard of fleece fabric
Fold it double with the wrong side up and cut the side for the turtleneck
If you want to purchase this plaid fleece fabric click the link in the top right corner
or check the description box
I placed a top on top to make sure the length is large enough
then I fold the remaining piece double and cut the bottom in a circular fashion
Then I cut the top in an angle as well
Cut the neckline and then cut again since the front is bigger than the back
Use the remaining fleece to cut small rectangulars since we'll this for the bottom of the
poncho sweater
Sew the sides first, then hem the bottom of the sweater
Now grab the piece we cut for the turtleneck and place it on the neckline
Stretch the neckline so you know how wide you need to cut it and then do it
Fold the turtleneck double with the wrong side up and sew the sides
Turn it to the right side and then sew the end and beginning
Turn the poncho sweater to the right side and then place the turtleneck on the neckline
Note that the it's with the wrong side up and make sure that the side that is open is
facing the top
Pin it and sew it using a zig zag stitch
Now use the remaining pieces to create the sweater cuffs
Fold it double with the wrong side up and sew the sides
I place it over my wrists to make sure I cut it at the right width
Turn it inside out and sew the beginning and end
I placed it on my poncho sweater and sewed the sweater so I can easily sew the cuffs
afterwards
Place the cuffs on the sweater which is facing the right side
Note that the cuffs are with the wrong side up and pin it on the side that is still open
Then sew it with a zig zag stitch

A Wine-Oasis in the Israeli Negev Desert - Duration: 2:31.
The wine in the Negev is unique.
All the farms here, in the Negev region,
twenty-five farms, are located along side
the Nabatean Route.
We were one of the first farms to start the experiment
of growing grapes here, in the desert.
Wine is not new to this area.
It was made here, by the Nabateans,
during the Byzantine time.
Even though this is a desert, there was agriculture here
that took advantage of the runoff here, along the slopes.
We are a family farm.
We grow 20 dunams of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes
for local, quality wine.
We are the only oasis in the desert.
There is no pest control, no spraying needed for the grapes.
That effects the quality and taste of the wine.
There are a lot of vineyards and local wineries in the region.
The quality of the wine is pretty high.
It's because of the altitude. Our farm is located 550 m
above sea level. The cold in the winters,
compared to the sun during the day,
is good for the sugaring of the grapes
and make excellent wine.
We had to fit the viticulture
to the special conditions that we have in the Negev.
Most of the vineyards are along the creek.
It's something that makes the taste different.
It's a great challenge
to grow the grapes in such extreme, dry conditions,
with no water at all.
I try to get the taste of the desert
and put that into the bottle, to have as little influence
as possible in the wine-making production,
in order to keep the unique taste of the desert.
Now, we are really defining a new desert region of wine.
Recently, one of the largest wineries in this region
won double gold in a big competition,
and we are very proud to produce local, quality wine,
in the middle of the desert.

Toy Defense Fantasy: Ice Rush! Let's Play! - Duration: 5:25.
everyone I'm Ola, and today we are going
to play Toy defense fantasy there is a
social event in the game called ice rush
which allows you to win the Super prize
the ice fortress if you want to know
more about it then let's go
so there is a nice winter loading screen
and right now you see everything is
decorated in Christmas style and so here
is the ice rush. as you see the event has
five stages and this event is launched
for all the gaming community this means
for all of you and the contributions of
each player will be added to the whole
sum which will allow to unlock the main
prize - the ice fortress which will give
you castle health, castle guard attack
power and Castle get attack speed, which
will actually cost you five thousand
crystals you can also open up different
chest which are available for crystals
or also they can be available for free
you can actually click on them just like
here and see what they have inside so
let's open up one wooden chest right
there, ta-daam, wow and i have a booster
which is plus 50 percent spell, efficiency 20
M-coins and that's it for now that was
the wooden chest opened at stage 2 you

stars for developing your castles and towers

collect five thousand crystals and buy
an ice fortress for myself and as you

Hi! It's Nika again with you. How are you in this new year?
I hope you're doing great!
Today's episode will be dedicated to my friend Polina.
Today we're going to talk about one of the major
proponents of American independent Cinema; Jim Jarmusch.
Fact number 1
James Roberto Jarmusch was born on the 22nd of January
of 1953 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
His mother Betty before marrying Jim's father, Robert Jarmusch
was a reviewer of film and theater for the Akron Beacon Journal.
He has 1 sister called Ann and a brother called Tom
who's also a film director and actor.
The first movie Jim remembers seeing is the cult classic Thunder Road, he was only 7.
Also another big influence from his childhood was the TV Show character Ghoulardi.
Fact number 2
In his last year at Columbia University he moved to
Paris for a summer semester on an exchange program.
He ended up staying there for 10 months,
spending most of his time at the cinematéque
and working as a delivery driver for an art gallery.
After returning from Paris in 1976 he enrolled in
New York's University, Tisch School of the Arts.
In his final year at the univeristy Jarmusch worked as an assistant to the renowned
film noir director Nicholas Ray and released his first feature film Permanent Vacation.
Fact number 3
His second movie was released four years after his first one, Stranger Than Paradise was praised
by the critics, awarded many prizes and became a landmark work in modern independent cinema.
After the artistic success and critical acclaim of his movies in the
independent film community he achieved mainstream renown with his movies
Dead Man and Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai.
This last one is considered to be a homage to Le Samoraui
a French New Wave film by Jean-Pierre Melville.
Fact number 4
After Ghost Dog Jim had a creative crisis because
of the September 11 attacks in New York City.
After a 5 year gap he releases Coffee and Cigarettes, a collection of twelve short
films of characters sitting around and drinking coffee, smoking cigarretes
and talking about silly stuff.
Yes twelve, you heard it right! We found the one missing scene, let's watch.

- You said you were not going to smoke anymore!

collecting the scenes with his favorite actors and musicians.
Fact number 5
Jim did a film appearance in the cult comedy of 1989,
Leningrad Cowboys Go America, where he plays the role of used car dealer.
Also he appeared as himself in Episode One of John
Lurie's cult television series Fishing With John.
Fact number 6
Jim is a founding member of the secret society;
The Sons of Lee Marvin.
Who's members look like they could be a son of Lee Marvin.
Fact number 7
Jarmusch also plays music.
He was the keyboard player and singer for the no-wave band The Del-Byzanteens.
He is a member of the rock band Squrl, they did a version of Wanda Jackson's song "Funnel
of Love" that's part of the opening scene of my favorite film "Only Lovers Left Alive".
Jim also released two studio albums in a collaboration with Jozef van Wissem.

For the month of January we will have the Push Up Side Plank.
Let's move on to the demonstration of the exercise,
first of all I want to explain that this exercise
will be carried our for 1 minute
and the objective is that, throughout this month,
you will be able to complete more repetitions at the end of the month
than you did at the beginning of the challenge.
Good luck to everyone!
We start in a plank position with our hands in line with our shoulders,
make sure to engage your core and abs
we then do a push-up, the elbows flexed backwards
alongside your ribs,
From here we move to a side plank,
simultaneously rotating your whole body from head to toe
another push-up and then repeated on the opposite side.
If you feel that this exercise is too intense
you can put your knees on the floor,
and from here do the push-up and side plank,
push-up and side plank.

Trump sets long-awaited news conference for January 11.
President-elect Donald Trump announced Tuesday that he would hold a "general news conference"
on Jan. 11, his first formal press conference since his November election victory.
Trump had been scheduled to hold a press conference on Dec. 15 to discuss his plan to leave his
sprawling business empire as he takes office Jan. 20, but that event was postponed.
Since taking office, Trump has sat for a few television interviews and has taken a handful
of shouted questions from the press pool � a small group of reporters who follow the president
� both at Trump Tower in New York and outside his coastal Florida estate.
Trump's last full-fledged news conference was July 27, which he held at his Miami-area
golf course as counterprogramming to the ongoing Democratic National Convention.
It was there that Trump called upon Russia to hack his opponent Hillary Clinton's emails
saying, "I will tell you this, Russia: If you're listening, I hope you're able to find
the 30,000 emails that are missing."
His staff later insisted that Trump was joking.
In lieu of press conferences, the president-elect has communicated to the American public through
tweets, as well as a series of December "Thank You" rallies in states that helped provide
his winning margin in the Electoral College.
Trump's team has downplayed the need for news conferences.
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, said last month that the press would have access
to the president.
"This will be a traditional White House in the sense that you will have a great deal
of press availability on a daily basis and you'll have a president who continues to be
engaged with the press," she said in an interview with ABC.
While Trump's lack of press interaction is a worry to some, many of his supporters cheered
the celebrity businessman's battles with what they felt were biased reporters.
Trump made his antagonistic relationship with the media a centerpiece of his campaign, inciting
his rally crowds to boo the press, singling out individual reporters with derogatory names
like "sleazebag" and using Twitter to attack coverage he didn't like.
His predecessors took a different approach.
Two days after the Supreme Court decision gave him the 2000 election, George W. Bush
held a press conference where reporters asked him about his Cabinet picks and tax plans.
He proceeded to field more questions each of the next two days.
Barack Obama, also regularly held news conferences after winning, taking questions from the White
House press corps 18 different times as president-elect.
Bush, who had a shorter transition due to the extended Florida recount, did so 11 times.
