3 is registering a domain name, and then step 4 is installing wordpress.
The hosting provider is Bluehost.
I've provided a link in the description below to Bluehost if you want to follow along

The cool thing about the link provided below is you will get a discount.
You'll get a free domain name with your hosting package.
Some awesome features you will get with Bluehost's hosting is a 1 click WordPress install, 24/7

Before we get started a little disclosure the link is an affiliate link.
I'll receive a commission which helps support this channel and helps us put out WordPress
tutorial videos on a regular basis.
Let's get started.
First thing you want to do is head on over to bluehost.
I've provided the link in the description below so that you can get your free domain
name discount.
You'll see the get started now button on the page.
Click the button.
This is where you can select your hosting plan.
You'll see three different options.
You'll see a Basic plan, Plus plan, and a Prime plan.
I recommend going with the basic plan and then you can always scale up whenever you'd
like.
If you have more than one website then you'd want to choose either the plus plan or prime
plan.
I'm going to choose the basic plan for this tutorial as this is most common.
Go ahead and hit the select button on whichever plan you would like to use.
We are now brought to a domain page where we can choose the domain name that we want
completely free.
Or if you already have a domain name you'd enter it in over on the right.
For the new domain you can select if you want it to be a .com, .net, .org, etc…
.com is the most popular domain extension so I'd recommend going with a .com if you
can.
I'm going to type in a domain here and click the next button.
You are now brought to a create your account page.
This is where you will input your information.
We have first name, last name.
Business name is optional.
Put your country address information.
Put a phone number and lastly the best email for you as you'll get emailed a receipt
of payment and a copy of your login credentials, etc.
Below that you will see package information.
You'll see account plan.
This is where you can select the term for your hosting package.
You have 12 months, 24 months, and 36 months, and 60 months.
As you can see you'll save money the longer you purchase your hosting for.
I'm going to select the 12 months package.
Setup fee is free.
Domain is free.
You'll see site back up pro.
You can unselect this as there are free backup plugins you can use for your WordPress website.
Search Engine jumpstart you can keep unselected.
This isn't necessary to have.
Sitelock security find is security for your WordPress website and protects it from hackers.
I'd unselect this as there are really good free alternatives.
As you can see your saving a lot for this hosting package.
Below that you will input your payment infromation.
I'm not going to fill this out for protection of personal information.
Once your information you want to select the I have read and agreed to Bluehost's privacy
policy and terms of service.
Now click the submit button.
You are now brought to a confirmation page.
Bluehost is also going to at this time email your dashboard login information.
You might need to pause the video while you wait for the email to come in.
Keep in mind that Bluehost does update their pages after you sign up so if it looks a little
different than when I did this tutorial video on how to start a WordPress blog don't worry.
It will still be close to the same process.
Now we need to login to the bluehost dashboard.
You can click the link they gave you or just go to bluehost's website and up at the top
you will see login.
Click login.
Enter your account credentials and click submit.
Once you do that you'll be in the bluehost hosting home dashboard as you can see here.
Scroll down a bit till you see website and then under that section you will see install
WordPress.
Click install wordpress.
You should now see do it yourself free and on the right hand side you will see the install
button.
Go ahead and click install.
Once you do that you will see a select which domain you would like to install to.
So select the domain you want to use for this and where you see the directory part next
to it just leave that blank and click the check domain button.
It's now going to check your domain name.
This could take a few minutes so just be patient.
Once that is done you will see the last step.
You want to select show advanced options.
You will see where you can change the site name or title.
You want to put the name of your site here.
You will see admin username.
If you need to change that you can.
Under that you will see your password listed.
Feel free to change it to a password that you would like too.
Select the box that says automatically create a new database for this installation.
Make sure you select I have read the terms and conditions.
Click the install button now.
Now you'll see a page or a popup saying we're setting up WordPress for you.
Just be patient.
You'll see a progress bar at the top showing the progress of the WordPress installation.
Once it is done it will say your install is complete.
Click on the view credentials link.
It will now give you the url of your website, the login url for WordPress to make edits
to your site along with your username and password.
Go ahead and click on the admin url link.
Put the username and password in.
And click the login button.
And you will now be in the WordPress dashboard where you can start creating your WordPress
website by adding pages, blog posts, etc…
Up at the top you will see your site title.
Click that or hover over it to where it says view site and click on it and you can view
your site as you can see here.
What you see here is the demo default theme for WordPress.
If you go to the site themeforest.
They have hundreds of premium pre-made themes for every industry.
So if you don't have a lot of knowledge in design you can easily find a cheap theme
put together really well here.
I provided the link in the description below.
If you decide to go with a premium theme you can email us or send us a message on Facebook
and we will setup your theme like the demo content and give you all the plugins you need
to have a successful site completely free.
Our email is provided in the description below along with our Facebook info.
And that is how to start a WordPress blog on Bluehost step by step.
Alright guys, thanks for watching.
That is how to start a wordpress blog step by step.
I provided a step by step summary of this video via text in the description below.

What does sex mean to you? - Duration: 2:01.
Sex
and an emotion
not with my friends
Me?
Oh no
Okay so I mean like everything else in life.
There's a dark side to it, there's a good side to it.
Fun and an emotion, both.
I don't know...
I can't say it like you know
It's a way to reproduce
and create babies
Really?
No I don't know
Sex is a natural biological thing
and because of course here we don't
get enough information on it,
I don't know what that thing should be.
For me, no. It isn't
It's a very natural thing to happen
For me, no
Very natural
Yes
Yaa
With my like elders and stuff, yea
It's not a taboo word
but the people have actually made it one.
Yes there are certain conditionings.
So sex is not a taboo word
but it has become a taboo word.
Unfortunately, it has become a taboo word
because children have inaccurate information.
Parents, sadly,
have not been able to speak to their children
openly and honestly.
And there is no judgement here on
parents who have not been able to talk to their children.
The point is that
that parents have to be more candid
and these conversations around sex
have to be ongoing with the children
depending on the age of the child.

Delta kossel Pulley Recensione - Review sub EN - What others do not tell you - Duration: 23:02.
Hi guys, today a review on my new delta printer
it is a Kossel mini ... pulley version
that It was kindly donated by gearbest
and .. they also gave me the alluminium hotbed
and a ABS spool by sunlu
because I not have 1.75 filaments ... all my filaments are by 3mm
and kindly gave me a spool
in the kit there is already a spool of plastic
in this box that I use to protect filament from humidity
temporarily
there is a PLA filament
that you find into the kit ... one kg
with the default filament holder
let's start with the review ..
let's look at the main features
an analysis of printed pieces
and to the end .. the considerations
good viewing
For unboxing nothing to say
many pieces ... good packaging
the list of pieces you can found on gearbest
and nothing .. we continue with more interesting things
the extruder into kit
is a clone of E3D v6 lite
practice .. is the version
with the inner ptfe tube .. which goes directly to the nozzle
here the electronics
with 5 drivers
for the printer you use only 4
the fifth is for future expansion
it is good that it is already present
it can also serve as backup
here we have the cooling heat sink for attack on drivers
the electronics seem have good finished
the firmware that you see here .. is the 1.1.0 version by Marlin
you can found it on Anycubic google drive
the link, you can found on page of this printer on Gearbest
with printer you receive a sdcard
with some software and the old firmware
I suggest you to install new version
because the old version has defects in the display
sometimes it block ... makes strange characters on the coordinates
work good for printing objects
but have this display error and it is slow when report the data
exemple ... the layer change is report after half of layer already start
well ... let's look at the prints
here I have my test pieces for calibration
I made this for delta
you find the link in description
the others pieces, you can found on thingiverse
this is the calibration cube that find into sdcard
very smooth to the touch
2 others calibration cube
printed with Z on bed
speed 50mm/s
there is a little ghost effect
is more visual than tactile
empty stamps
not infill
this line is 2mm deep
it print 2mm over the air
this is the reason why you are a bit deformed
here I print .... a Groot
reduced at 70%
the print seem very good
really smooth
here Einstain
and here ..
this is a problem ... a little of supports
printed without supports
and .. a little .. because the cooling fan not much efficient
here .. the plastic have an edge and it curves upwards
after some round
go out
for people that already print ... is a known problem
if cooling of plastic was more efficient ... the problem disappear
note ... the details
I do not know if I can show you
there is the symbol of the pi
here ... and here
is visible
good for me
here .. Alien head
use the supports
also this ... has reduced at 60%
I do not know if I can show you
I use the reflection to show you the details
very good ... and I like this design
after ... here
the horns
it is ... a good print
really smooth
here another ... Groot
baby Groot
and here ... we have same problem than Einstain
that ..
cooling not much efficient
for speed print
and here .. I intervened
and slow down by 40% the speed
them
stop the problem and return to print good
this .. is my keyrings
only to see ... if print good the islands
yes .. good
them .. this
my cup dispenser
I think I have not uploaded it yet on thingiverse
I will do it
and here ... same problem of cooling piece
here, is where the fan blowing
work good
when print in opposite side .. the problem show up
also in this case
the piece is smooth
and now see this .. compared with same piece print with my 3Drag
this is my support for tablet .. for wall
start from here
them
here
see
there is same ghost effect
but here there is an edge
every change on height
there is an edge ... no smooth
here it is flat
as the angles ... are print fine
however in any case
there is the ghost
which seems to be identical .. to this ... 1, 2, 3
it almost makes me think ... of an Cura problem
of slicing
this is made with my default printer
is ... more rougher
this is smooth
also holes ... here have edge
here are flat
here some imperfection
due to Z layer change
that in my 3drag is slow
instead in this kossel not seem to show
here the same
not edge ... here yes
a small note on speeds of print
I really surprise of the speed
much height of a cartesian printer
from the first comparisons with time
that show me Cura and the time of real print
I can say
is faster than 60-65%
this means that the print time
which is 1/3 less than what Cura shows you
then ... do not overdo it with print speeds
how did I do that I started with 50mm/s
I had the head that went very very fast
with 30mm/s of speed
emm ... a speed at 30 is comparable to 50-55 of cartesian printer
I print good at 40 and 50
I have not tried higher speeds because the head moving very quickly already at 50
now some pictures from some print that show this
we came to the end
what to say ..
we have to consider that this printer is offered at about $190
If you are interested, there is a coupon in the video description
to get a small discount of around $10
The printer works good
print good finished objects
in general
I have nothing to point out, except for a small problem
are the printing measures
which have a small mistake
in my specific case
the error is around 0.75% on Y axes
and .. 1.35 .. 1.36% on X axis
probably is caused by one of these rods
that it is not equal to others rods
now
considering the price of the kit
the error ... is also .. small
you have to consider the use you think of doing of the printer
if for you this little error
is unimportant
because the pieces you do
do not need this precision
then ... it is a good printer
instead of a cartesian
it print much quickly
did not give me any problems
why not!
if you print objects ... that need precision ..
I suggest you think of a cartesian version
on gearbest
there are various cartesian version
Anycubic itself does different versions of cartesian
around same price of this
you have to evaluate your choice
my vote for this printer is
7.5
out of 10
only for this problem on print measures
that because for my use is much important
after this test
I very like delta
I think I'll make some changes
and try to correct printing measures
if you are interested .. subscribe to channel for future video
for now is all ... thanks to gearbest for the present
see you next video
bye

What Can You Do RIGHT NOW To Save The Earth? - Duration: 3:08.
Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin.
It can be pretty scary to think of all the dangers of climate change.
In the past, we've learned together why we should care, but today let's find out
how to be proactive about the situation.
We'll learn simple some ways we can help in reversing climate change right now!
One way to help against climate change is to drive less when you can.
Rather than using your own personal car, try to carpool or use public transportation.
If your destination is close enough, maybe even consider walking or riding a bike.
Carbon dioxide, or CO2, is a major contributor to climate change and vehicles are a large
portion of the CO2 humanity produces.
In fact, it's estimated that for every 2-mile car trip you take, 2 pounds of CO2 are put
into the atmosphere.
Please thank all those kids riding skateboards even though though they won't get off my lawn!
You can also help out by recycling and reusing things when you can.
Rather than throwing things away, see if you can find another use for them or donate them
to charity if the product is still good.
Recycling helps fight climate change because it takes less energy to make a product from
recycled products than starting from scratch.
Also consider buying things with less packaging in the first place or items that use recyclable
packaging.
This next one might be a little scary to everyone who has taken part in a war for the thermostat,
but I challenge you to try and let your homes be a little warmer in the summer and a little
colder in the winter, even if it's just by a few degrees.
Moving your thermostat up 2 degrees in the summer and down 2 degrees in the winter could
eliminate an estimated 2,000 pounds of CO2 a year!
Your diet can also play a part in the climate change battle.
Consider eating less meat when you can, as the animal agriculture industries emit a large
amount of greenhouse gases.
The livestock sector, which includes things like feed production and transport, is responsible
for around 18 percent of all the greenhouse gas emissions around the globe.
I'm not necessarily saying you need to go vegetarian or vegan, but maybe try things
like Meatless Mondays or pick a plant-based option for even just one meal when you could
have had meat.
Every little bit helps!
I know that kale salad looks scary but you can do it!
It should be noted, however, that it might not be as simple as all plants are better
for the environment than all meats when taking everything into account such as the energy
required to produce the food.
Overall though, plant-based diets seem to be better for the fight against climate change
than meat-based ones.
Another thing you can do is inspire others to join in the fight against climate change.
This can be simply talking to your friends and family about the issues or organizing
groups and events in your local community.
You can even contact your government officials and urge them to take action and have policies
that lead to a healthier, greener future.
I partnered up with An Inconvenient Sequel to bring you this video because the stakes
have never been higher when it comes to our saving our planet.
However, we are close to a real energy revolution.
You can take action and learn more by watching the film.
Send a message of truth to power and see An Inconvenient Truth in New York and Los Angeles
starting July 28th and nationwide August 4th.
So go forth and let's try and make this world a better, more sustainable place together!
As always, I'm Blocko and this has been Life Noggin.
Don't forget to keep on thinking!

FACEBOOK ADS FOR YOUR TEACHING STUDIO w. Kaitlyn Davidson | Grow Your Music Studio - Duration: 13:11.
- Hey everyone, it's Daniel.
In this video, I'm going to introduce you to someone
who decided that she wanted to use Facebook Ads
for her studio, and in less than 10 minutes,
learned everything she needed to do
to get over 30 students in the last year,
using Facebook Ads.
In the previous video that I released,
a couple weeks ago,
I told you that
it was my goal and a new message for my blog
to talk about systems.
That you don't need to do more for your studio.
You don't need to be on this endless treadmill.
You just need to find something that works for you
and work it and work it and work it.
Until it becomes systematized,
until it becomes relaxing.
That is certainly the story of Kaitlyn,
who you're going to meet in this video.
We get into depth on Facebook Ads,
what it did for her studio,
the growth rate that she experienced because of it,
how much her ads cost her.
This is a great interview.
It is short,
it's only about 10 minutes long.
But there is a ton of value,
a ton of knowledge here.
If you're a studio owner and you're considering
using Facebook Ads for your own studio,
you must watch this video.
If you're a music school owner,
and you want to farm out your ad work to an ad agency
or to your web company,
do it.
You're going learn a lot here as well.
Anyway, enjoy this video
and I'll see you on the other side.
Hey there, it's Daniel from growyourmusicstudio.com.
Over the last year,
I have written a lot on my blog about
Adwords and Facebook and really creative ways to
to advertise and grow your studio.
Something that I've heard people say
over and over and over again to me is,
you know you've been doing this for so long,
you've been, and I talk about it.
I've been doing this for over a decade,
using a lot of forward thinking advertising platforms.
And people have said, it's almost not fair,
like it's difficult for me as a new person
to think about marketing,
or new to thinking about advertising,
to kind of compare myself to you
and so something I've been doing over the last month or two,
has been talking to teachers who have
either just read my blog and taken advice from the blog
or who've actually worked with me.
And I've been highlighting them
in these one-on-one short interviews,
like the one we're about ready to do.
And today, I have with me
a good friend, Kaitlyn Davidson
who hales from Atlanta, Georgia.
And we're just going to have a fun little conversation
about how she got started with Facebook Ads.
I'm just going to start right now Kaitlyn.
Tell me, tell us, a little bit about your studio,
located,
how long you've been in business.
Just kind of all the high level details,
and what you're about.
- [Kaitlyn] Okay, we've been going about two years now.
I started the studio two years ago,
while I was a public school teacher.
And so I did that at the same time.
It's been a full year now that I've been doing it,
on my own without the public school job.
We're in Atlanta.
We have 68 piano students
right now.
I am teaching group piano lessons myself
and then I have a second teacher
who teaches Wonder Keys,
this is a preschool program private lessons.
And she also teaches adult piano lessons.
- Hmm, yeah.
And so, you know before we even kind of
get into the ads part of it,
so you're seeing 68 students.
I know a year ago about this time,
you had around 35,
40.
But in the last year,
you have grown all the way up to 68
and you've even hired a second teacher.
And you know, from our personal conversations,
I know that's going really well.
What, just kind of give me an idea,
how how were you able to grow so quickly?
What were some of the first things that you did
in terms of advertisement
that helped you to grow and scale,
up to the point where you were thinking
about even hiring a second teacher?
- I worked on my website a lot first.
And then I did Google AdWords,
and I'd say that's the main thing that I've done.
- Okay, and then of course
we're kind of getting to the real reason
that we're talking today,
which is that you were doing AdWords,
you were getting results from that.
What made you want to even think about
or look into doing Facebook Ads?
Because that's something that you had done
after we had worked together.
We really never talked about Facebook Ads.
What got you into that?
- I knew that
they must work,
(laughing)
I keep seeing them on my Facebook, so
- [Daniel] Right.
- They must work for people.
So that's part of it.
- [Daniel] Okay.
- I wanted even more people calling me
because I hired a teacher.
And she is mostly doing the Wonder Keys Program.
- [Daniel] Mmm hmm.
- So I decided why not try something else?
Just to get more and more people calling.
- [Daniel] Interesting.
Okay, so basically just growth,
general growth.
What did you do to learn how to do Facebook Ads?
Was there a specific source of information?
Or a training?
What did you do to get started?
- At the very beginning,
probably even two years ago, I did try it.
And it's so funny because you can still see the ads
that you made a long time ago
and now I think they're terrible.
(laughs)
- [Daniel] I know. (laughs)
- And so I did trial and error for a while
sometimes I wasted money
because I didn't do a good job making the ad.
I would say just trial and error.
I would turn on the ad
and I would
I used to only make one ad
and turn it on and I wouldn't leave it on very long.
I'd get discouraged and turn it off.
That's a big reason why it didn't work.
- [Daniel] For sure yeah (laughs)
It can be difficult.
It's like
whenever someone has that New Year's resolution
to go to the gym,
and they go a couple days that first week
and don't see any results.
It's like ah this is so discouraging, I'm gonna stop.
I know that mentality goes through
and you know I,
even when I do new things
I kind of have to fight that.
just to press you just a little bit more,
did you, I mean,
did you literally just read Facebook's tutorial?
Or did you Google?
Was there a blog post that you read somewhere?
Or anything like that?
- I Googled how to make a good Facebook Ad.
I couldn't tell you exactly which one I read.
- [Daniel] Mm hmm.
- It was probably one of the top three articles
- [Daniel] Right.
- I also would Google best Facebook Ads
like ever.
Like images,
and Google instead of just the regular search.
And look at them.
- [Daniel] Yeah.
- And study them.
Why is it such a good ad?
And some some different articles will say
different descriptions pointing to what's good
about that ad.
That was
probably the main way I learned,
was just Googling.
And in a way,
not totally copying other people,
but copying their
methods I guess.
- That makes sense.
That actually reminds me of something
my best friend said in college
because he was huge into song writing
and he gave me a three step song writing process.
And it was,
one: listen to everything you possibly can.
Two: copy it.
And then three:
and then he would say to me is,
"Daniel the three, it's the most important one.
Forget where you heard it."
Right?
And so you're kind of doing that with the Facebook Ads
and what I'll tell you is
I mean that is exactly what I did with Google AdWords.
I would Google music schools in different parts,
and this was a long time ago.
But I would Google music schools
and just look at what their ads look like.
And yeah, you just learn over trial and error,
like you mentioned.
And just by observing what works for other people.
Just give me an idea here.
Did you just Google that one time?
Did you do it over the course of months?
Or weeks?
And if you can, I know you didn't keep a log,
but can you estimate about how much time you spent
reading those articles and looking?
- Probably, not very long (laughs).
- [Daniel] Yeah.
- You can just browse through it.
It's very easy to figure it out once you read the article.
Probably like 10 minutes.
(laughs)
- [Daniel] Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, but yeah, and it doesn't take much
to educate yourself.
The trial and error is probably where most,
would you say that's true?
That's probably where most of the time spent?
Just little pockets of time over months.
Just trying to figure out why things aren't working.
I mean we've already in some way talked
a little bit about the results you got,
you grew in a year from like 35 students
fluctuating around 35 to
mid 60's,
high 60's now.
Are there any other things that stand out to you
in terms of results that you've gotten from it?
- Yes, so I
target specific age groups when I do the ads.
And so for example
if I put an ad for Wonder Keys piano lessons,
I would get people asking for other ages.
They would say, "I have a preschooler but I also have
a six or seven year old."
- [Daniel] Yeah.
- They pulled other ages into the studio
even though I didn't target those ages.
- Yeah.
Kind of just some unintended growth there, yeah.
Last one.
This one's a little less technical
because we've kind of been talking about the ads,
how you learn them,
that sort of thing.
But, I mean over all,
think about a year ago,
how you felt about getting new students.
And think about how you feel now.
Is there anything that stands out to you
as how you might feel different about your studio?
How you might feel differently about advertising?
Or marketing?
Or your own skill?
Does anything stand out in terms of
differences between now and then?
Now that you have this new skill?
- I would say this time last year,
I was getting a good amount of calls from AdWords,
but now it's almost overwhelming.
(laughs)
How many people call me,
which is a good thing.
- [Daniel] Yeah.
I spend a lot more time in my email than I used to.
And, I'd say putting on Google AdWords
and Facebook Ads at the same time,
is going to get a lot of people calling you.
- Yeah.
And I will attest to this because I get,
weekly I get Snapchats or Facebook messages
from Kaitlyn saying,
"You will not believe how many people contacted me today."
(laughs)
And it's just funny.
Is there anything that stands out
or a piece of advice you might give to someone
who's considering using Facebook Ads?
Or who maybe has tried in the past and struggled?
Or tried in the past and they considered it a failure?
Is there a piece of advice you'd give to
any one of those two people?
- I would say, don't give up,
because it does work.
I would also say, be patient.
Sometimes you might feel like
you're just wasting your money,
but in the end if you figure it out,
it's gonna be worth it for sure.
- [Daniel] Yeah.
- I'd also say,
think about making the ad look as good
and as professional, like a professional made it,
as you can.
- [Daniel] Mm hmm.
- And think about,
what do the parents want
the most?
Don't just say,
piano lessons in whatever town.
Think about what makes them
what will make them emotionally connect to your ad
and be like, oh I have to try this.
- [Daniel] Yeah, yeah.
- That would be my biggest advice.
- Yeah, that's really good.
And
the way I think of it,
because that the idea of an emotional connection to the ad,
that's something I say,
as well, and I definitely agree with you.
Another way that I'd put it is think of it like,
if you were in a different room,
or you went to a restaurant
and you walked in there and you smell the smells
of their best dish or something like that.
It just makes you like,
uhh I want that.
Or you walk past the place and you,
that's what
that's the effect you're trying to get with your ad.
And your ad isn't food,
but it actually might be even more enticing than food.
And what I mean by that is
parents are so nuts about their kids,
I have a four year old.
Parents are so nuts about their kids,
and they're thinking about their kids
and they want the best for their kids.
That that might be more fundamental
and elemental to them than even eating.
And so if you say the right things to those parents,
it will definitely get their attention.
And I know you've definitely hit that,
given all the people that are contacting you right now.
I don't want to go too long with this,
try to make these videos pretty short.
But thank you Kaitlyn for taking little time out of your day
to tell us about Facebook
and all the success.
The truth is,
I have only,
I don't think I've even told you this Kaitlin,
is that I have not run Facebook Ads for my own studio
in quite a while.
I've pretty much done AdWords.
And
you basically all the messages you sent me about Facebook
has been like a commercial for Facebook Ads for me,
and so for the first time in probably
two years, I actually started running Facebook Ads.
And it was all because of you.
(laughing)
So,
(laughing)
I've gotten back on the Facebook Ads train
for my personal studio.
And I started doing that.
Put a budget for a couple hundred bucks
over late May and early June.
I'm seeing the metrics and things are good.
And it's kind of a little push of students
right before the summer
that kind of helped to refill me up.
You inspired me, Kaitlyn.
I'm glad that you came today
and I wanted to tell you that.
Thanks so much.
It's been good talking
and best of luck to you still.
See ya.

Readers Questions: Why Is My Goal No Longer Coming Easily to Me? - Duration: 13:33.
Hey everyone. I am Brandon Olivares from Co-Creation Coaching.
And I'm here with another readers question for this week.
Once again, as always, if you would like to
ask your own question for Readers Questions,
which will be covered in a video like this,
you can go to cocreationcoaching.org/ask,
And submit your question there.
I always appreciate questions that our readers ask,
especially because it really helps me to know
what everyone wants to know more about,
and what all of you are struggling with,
so that I can cover more of those topics.
So please do ask your questions.
There's no such thing as a bad or silly question,
so please go ahead and ask.
Now today we have a question from a reader from Russia.
And she sent in a quite extensive question,
so I'm not going to read the whole thing.
And their are a lot of personal details,
so I won't show the whole thing either.
But in essence what it comes down to is that
10 years ago she was doing extremely well up to that point,
but all of a sudden Lost her job, her career,
everything started falling apart.
From what she said, it sounds like she lost her home,
and she's been trying to get all that back ever since,
and isn't sure why she's not able to.
So here is basically her question:
Since I was quite rich in the past and money used to come easily to me,
the subconscious structures for it should be in place, shouldn't it?
Why then I cannot create money now?
I am working a lot with my negative emotions, subconscious Parts, other blocks.
I visualize, dissolve resistance, work with Soul and Spirit.
But something is still missing.
could you please give me an idea what it can be?
So this is a really great question as always,
because I have talked about subconscious structures a lot,
and so it seems like, from what I've said,
if you have those structures in place, then you should be set.
And most of the time that's true.
If you have structures in place, then they should continue.
But sometimes you can have a situation—
and it sounds like this is a case like that—
where your subconscious structures, for some reason,
something came up and changed everything.
So you might have great subconscious structures around money—
around the possibility of having money—
but some situation in your life might have come up where it overshadowed that.
It basically triggered other resistance
that might have been dormant up to this point.
For example, someone can find it really easy to make money at a good job,
But once they quit that job, and maybe try to start their own business,
they no longer are able to make money so easily.
Because they do have a good money vibration in general,
but the pathways to that money coming have been changed,
and the pathway of money coming through the business is not as clear and open
as money coming through a career—a job.
Now unfortunately, This is often a blind spot,
because there's usually some big thing that's keeping you stuck,
And it's even likely that other people who know you really well
could probably tell you what that thing is.
but because you're working with it day after day—because it's part of you—
it's really hard for you to see yourself.
And in these sorts of circumstances,
I really do recommend working with some kind of coach.
And of course I offer coaching, and I'll give a link to my coaching offerings
in the description for this video and of the transcript.
But I do recommend for anyone who has had a major change in life,
and suddenly things aren't going the way that they expect them to go—
that they always have gone—just like we have in this question here—
I do recommend coaching, because getting someone else,
especially someone else objective, who isn't in your day-to-day life,
that person can often see What you would never see in a million years.
And even most coaches have coaches, because it's just easier to grow that way.
So when you feel stuck like this, and you just aren't sure where it's coming from—
obviously I will give some suggestions in a minute—
but I just really do recommend thinking about
working with someone who can really point that out for you.
But there are some ways that you can try
to search for what exactly it is keeping you stuck.
I would start with, in your question, you say that all of a sudden,
things start spiraling down out of control.
So I would look to that time in your life.
What exactly happened? What changed? What was triggered?
Look to the fears you experienced. Look to any struggles you had at the time.
what was out of the ordinary?
What happened that caused you to start spiraling out of control?
And when you're doing this, try not to look at Just external circumstances.
It's really easy for us to say, "Well if this person hadn't done that,"
or "if this event hadn't happened, I would still have everything I had."
But those are just reflections of who we are.
Something changed on the inside that caused all this to happen.
So what was your major fear at that time?
What were you struggling with at that time?
What kind of things were you dealing with?
And that will tell you—that will show you what might have triggered all this.
Because what you can do is look at—you can look at the external circumstances,
But only as the effect of whatever caused all of this.
Look at the effect. Look at the external circumstances.
And ask yourself, "What's the common denominator?
What do all these have in common? What did these cause me to feel?
What did these cause me to fear?" And that will often
take you and point the way to what might have triggered all of this.
Another thing you can do is right now, what's keeping you stuck?
Okay, that was ten years ago, but you're still stuck.
In your question, in your lengthier question,
you said that you've tried all sorts of different practices.
You've tried starting a coaching business of your own,
but are unable to get clients.
What is keeping you stuck now?
And try to look underneath all the surface-level fears,
about not having enough money and things like that.
But what is really keeping you stuck?
What is your deep, dark fear that you really don't want to look at?
And that's usually where the answer is.
If you can look under the surface, and find what it is you're trying not to look at—
find what it is that you're trying to escape from—
that will probably hold the answer for you.
And of course I can't know what that is just from your question.
It's impossible without working with you.
But those things should point the way.
Now after you've discovered that, you're going to have a whole ton of resistance.
And so you need to work with that resistance to get back on track—
to get back to where you want to be.
But what I suspect you might be doing—
and this happens when you have been stuck for quite a while—
it's been 10 years for you and that is a very long time.
What I suspect might be happening is that you're so focused on being stuck—
"Why am I stuck? Why am I stuck? Why am I stuck?"—
that you're not focused on where you want to be.
Being stuck has become your life. Being stuck has become your identity.
But to get back on track, you need to focus on what it is you actually want.
Which is creating the life that you want—
which is having money—having a job that you enjoy, or having a successful business.
So don't focus on what's wrong. Focus on what you want to have.
And I say this over and over again—
and I know it's very simplistic—but it is the most important thing:
focus not on what you don't want, and what is wrong right now with your life,
but focus on what you want to have in the future.
And have that within yourself now—
have that feeling right now—and let the resistance come up.
Because what we do is we get in this resistance release cycle—
Where we just keep—we look for resistance, we release the resistance,
and then we look for more resistance, and then release more resistance, and so on and so forth.
And that's not what you want to do. Let your focus on The Wanted bring up the resistance.
And when it comes up, you release it. Don't go looking for it.
Because I guarantee you that the more you go looking for it, the more you'll find.
There will always be more, and more, and more, and more, and more.
But let your focus—your narrowed Focus—your pointed Focus, lead the way to your goal—
carve a pathway through your subconscious—through your reality—to the goal that you want.
And as you focus on that—as you pointedly focus on the goal—
then the resistance that you need to release will come up,
and you release it, and you go back to focusing on what you want.
That is how you get to where you want to go.
You lead with the focus on what you want to have,
and then you deal with the consequences.
You don't go digging for resistance.
I've tried that before, and it just never ever ever worked.
I'd get stuck for weeks just looking for resistance, more and more and more.
It just never worked. so don't do that. Go—lead with your Focus,
and focus on what it is you really want. Do that daily.
Do that daily, and you will get there.
I also recommend looking at my podcast that was just published on Saturday,
about why you need to invest yourself in your goals,
because it'll show you more about why you really need
to focus daily on what it is that you want.
so I'll give a link to that in the description and in the transcript as well.
So I hope that answers your question for you.

The Great Divide and How to Bridge It - Duration: 3:48.
Alright so we have a question on YouTube and it came in from a frustrated woman and she
was really experiencing a lot of trepidation and fear around the area of having a difficult
conversation with a friend that she had wronged in the past so she was harboring a lot of
guilt and shame which led into more anxiety about this conversation than anything else.
So how do we dissolve that?
How do we get rid of it?
And the reason why I'm standing in this deep ditch is the visual representation of
kind of what it looks like right?
You have one friend here that's standing on the side of this little cliff and another
person here and they're separated and in the middle we have all these boulders, these
rocks, these limitations, these anxieties, these things that haven't happened yet that
we make up.
There in the middle of this great divide of friendship.
So how do we dissolve that?
Simple and easy.
I think the easiest thing to do is first and foremost, if you're experiencing this is
to take a deep breath.
Put yourself in the other person's shoes and have compassion.
When you do that, when you have 'dual perspective' it's called and you live in somebody else's
shoes and you experience life in their shoes it opens your mind up to so much more possibilities.
So much more richness, so much more vibrancy which is pretty incredible.
So when approaching it, don't make it about the other person, make it about you.
Come from a non-threatening type of way.
You know I really want to apologize for the way that I showed up in our relationship.
I did these things and I feel like it's not reflective of who I know I am and the
way that I really think about you right fill in the blanks with whatever happened and here's
some of the ways that I feel about you.
I loved our relationship together when we were friends.
Assuming that you're not still friends, you're trying to mend the broken gap here.
I love how you showed up for me during this time and I experienced this trip with you.
Whatever it is you're pulling things, there's mutual experiences so that the other person
can be reminded of how special your relationship is.
See?
And here's what I'm committed to going forward.
I'm committed to experiencing life with you in this friendship with out the breakdown
that we've experienced in the past.
Make it about the relationship versus making it about how the other person was wrong.
So that led you to do something that you know wasn't the right thing to do.
When you take responsibility for everything in your life it changes who you are.
Instead of being a victim like we talked about in the previous Mindset Monday, now you're
a leader.
You're taking responsibility for everything in your life experience and I think that's
the key to life and when you can start taking responsibility for even if it wasn't your
fault that this great divide happened and you still take responsibility for it, I think
that's empowering.
Imagine a world where everybody took responsibility, what would that do for us?
I want you to leave a comment below.
Rate this Mindset Monday on a scale of one to ten in the comments below.
Let me know what you thought of it.
If you learned anything, let me know.
I love this feedback because I like to take responsibility for everything and I know you
do as well.
So mend that broken relationship.
Heal that past situation and let me know how it works out for you.
I'm Drew Canole, remember we're in this together and I'll see you soon.
