The Dark Side Of The Empaths That You Rarely See and Must Always Be Cautious Of
Empathetic people are known to be great healers.
They can feel other people's emotional energies because of their own heightened sense of perception.
This ability to feel "too much" is seen as a gift by others; however, this gift does not always bring joy to empaths.
Empathy is certainly a great quality to have, but it does not always spell sunshine and rainbows for an empath.
There are many difficulties an empath has to overcome in order to give kindness and compassion to the world.
Since people depend on empaths for emotional support, their energies are constantly in danger of being depleted.
They can handle other people's emotions and drama which can prove to be very distressing for an empath.
The dark side of empathic people can be seen when they battle with the positive and negative forces present in the
world.
The good and bad both persist in their head, making it difficult for them to feel stable.
They are overwhelmed by the conflict going on in their mind.
Empathic people are more susceptible to the negative energies in life.
Because they feel too much, they cannot block negative energy anyhow.
Their understanding and compassionate nature makes them see all the evils in the world which is very disheartening.
They are confused why such negativity even exists.
The downside of being an empath is that you'll constantly find yourself to be emotionally exhausted and fatigued.
You absorb all these energies – positive or negative – which affect your spirit adversely.
Empaths might not break down or fall apart in front of anyone.
They quietly observe and feel.
Empaths are big "givers".
They show kindness in their everyday dealing with people, even to those who barely deserve it.
This is another point an empath should keep in mind because there are energy vampires out there ready to advantage of
their goodness.
Empathic people do not like to share their burden with someone else.
They will carry the baggage themselves in order to prevent the other person from suffering.
Their selflessness can cause them extreme damage.
Choosing to ignore themselves for the sake of others is another dark quality of empaths.
They neglect their mind and soul for others that can lead to a build up over the years.
Then they'll probably have to take time off so that they can restore their energy and heal their damaged spirit.
Even when empaths fall in love, they don't do it entirely.
They do not give themselves entirely to the other person because they understand that it could be an overwhelming
experience for both of them.
They keep their guard from people even when they love them dearly.
The war within an empath is a constant one.
This war against negativity, darkness, and evil energies keeps them on the edge.
It has the potential to lead them to self-destruction.
Empaths need to distinguish between their own emotions and what they take from others.
Do not let other's emotions completely rule you.
Understand what is desirable and what is not.
Empathic people need to show some empathy towards themselves when is required.
They should use their "gift" to balance out their energies.
Such people need to let down their walls and talk to others so that they can also breathe freely.
Helping others is fine, helping yourself is divine.

FINAL FANTASY 15: Origin of Astrals, Creation of Eos (UNIQUE THEORIES) - Duration: 8:00.
In this video, I'm going to tell you how the world of Final Fantasy 15 named Eos
was created and the true origins of Astrals, coming up
hello my dear gamer my name is anunay Shukla and this is my
youtube channel named Total Fantasy Theories where I will upload various
theory videos and other Final Fantasy goodness. So, this is my first Final
Fantasy theory video. Have you ever wondered how the world of Final Fantasy
15 named Eos was created and from where the hell Astral's came from, most of you
will think that this thing is already mentioned in the game itself that Eos
was created by race of beings that descended from a higher plane. but if you've
thought this, you guessed it totally right. But the main problem is that the
game itself didn't give us much information about the true origin of
Astrals as well as the creation of Planet Eos. Making it very difficult
for new players to understand the true concept and lore of this game. But you
don't have to worry about it because our game theorists proposed a great-great
theory that will surely help you to understand how the world of Final
Fantasy 15 named Eos was created and the true origins of astrals but there's only
one thing that you must have to keep in your mind. The explanation of this theory
will be in two parts. In the first part of this video, I will tell the theory in
a story like manner and in the second part of this video I will prove it to
you that my theory is somewhat correct. So, without any further delay, let us
start theory number one named 'Beginning of Everything'.
Our theorists believe that the being that descended from the higher plane is
actually Eos the goddess of dawn and light. The goddess Eso wanted to create a
planet in an empty or we can say dark part of the space. Now, a question arises
why did goddess Eos wanted to create a planet in an empty or dark part of the
space. That's because, she is the GODDESS of dawn and light. It is her duty to spread
light in every dark part of the universe. This is why planet Eos is sometimes
referred to as "the star" and we all know what the importance of stars in the
universe is, the starts lit the dark part of the
universe. In short, we can also say that Eos wanted to create a star to light the
dark part of the universe. But in order to create a planet/star she needs
various elements to start creating it. The good thing is that she can
manipulate the elements if she wanted to do so, but the problem is that creating
elements will put up a lot of burden on her. So, by using her intelligence and
smartness, she created a perfect plan, her plan was
to create the physical manifestation of six elements so that they can help the
goddess in building the planet/star at a faster pace.
Goddess Eos then immediately started creating them and when she created all
the physical embodiments of the six elements.
She gave each of them their name according to their respective elemental
powers. Goddess Eos named the first one Ifrit "The Infernian", second one Shiva "The
Glacian", third one Titan "The Archaean", fourth one Ramuh "The Fulgarian", fifth
one Leviathan "The Hydarean" and the sixth one Bahamut "The Draconian". Right after
some time, goddess Eos ordered the physical manifestations of six elements
to help her create a planet/star by using their respective elemental
powers. After some time, all the physical manifestations of six elements started
to create a planet/star with all their strength and hard work. When they
succeeded in creating a planet/star the goddess Eos gets very impressed
by those physical embodiments of six elements, so she decided to give all of
them reward for their hard work, she allowed them to be recognized as a race
of their own, also, she declared that their race would be called as the "Astrals".
As the year passed one by one, goddess Eos and the Astrals came to realize that
even if the planet is created, it does not contain life but goddess gos exactly
knows what to do. She knows that she must have to merge her heart
and soul with the planet so that various flora and fauna can start to appear on
the planet. She does so by merging her soul and heart with a planet and one
final time gave the Astrals the never-ending task, the task was to look
after the natural world and keeping it stable, even during the dark times. Ok
so this is the end of "story part" of my theory named 'Beginning of Everything'.
Now I'm going to prove it to you that my theory is somehow correct because there
are many evidences in the game itself and in the Final Fantasy Wikipedia that
which proves that my theory is 100 percent or maybe 60 percent correct.
First of all, it is already being stated in the game that Eos was created
by a race of beings that descended from the higher plane. You know guys, this
statement supports our theory a lot as it proves that the planet is created by
some higher being, Even bigger and stronger than the Astrals themselves. In our
theory, we believe that the higher being is actually goddess Eos
because there are some evidences in the game itself which proves that she is a
part of the Final Fantasy 15 universe.
It has already been stated in the game that Astrals formed a key part in the
creation process of this world. guys, if we closely analyze this sentence, we can
say that the Astrals only created a specific part of the planet. While the
other part of the planet is possibly created by the higher being itself. Maybe,
the Astrals created the outer parts of the planet like various continents, oceans,
glaciers, etc. While the higher being, in our theory, goddess Eos created the other
parts of the planet like its inner core, mantle, etc.
Guys, There is a dialogue which Bahamut says in the beginning of chapter 14.
This dialogue says that the crystal contains the soul of Eos. It is the biggest proof
which indicates that our theory is correct because in our theory, we also
said that the goddess Eos merged her heart and soul with the planet so that living
things can start to appear on the planet. So we can believe that the soul of
planet Eos was actually the soul of goddess Eos and because of her soul,
living things came into existence in this planet. These are the three main
evidences which proves that our theory is somewhat correct. However, there are
many small evidences and hints in the game which proves and supports my theory.
We will try to include all of them in our future videos. ok, so this is the
end of my theory video named 'Beginning of Everything' hope you liked it and if
you have any questions regarding this theory then feel free to ask it in the
comment section. Also, don't forget to Like, Comment and Subscribe. Bye-Bye and
see you next time.

Why You Have Chin & Cheek Acne, Hormonal Acne, Blackheads & More | SKINCARE CONFIDENTIAL - Duration: 7:43.
Hi guys, Hi
Thanks for joining us on our weekly Facebook live Q&A
My name is Monica Sanchez
I'm a PA at Curology. Today we have Elizabeth Abbott. She's also a PA
here so we're gonna go ahead and answer some of your questions. I'll go ahead and
start Larissa asks: my face turns red very
quickly. Sometimes for no apparent reason. What could I do?
So no pictures or no other descriptions but the first thing that comes to my
mind when I hear redness is possibly rosacea. Absolutely. So rosacea is caused
by dilated blood vessels in the face, usually in the center of the face that's
where it's most common. More common in fair-skinned individuals, people with
blue eyes or a Celtic heritage, but rosacea can be aggravated by hot showers
hot beverages, spicy foods, and alcohol so if you think that it might be some type
of rosacea I would recommend you avoiding these things for a couple weeks
and seeing if things get better. Also keeping like a diary when you notice the
redness so that you can kind of track it and see what's going on. Yeah. That would
be helpful. Obviously if you already have redness, we want to avoid added redness.
So being really diligent with your SPF every day is a must
okay so yeah we don't want the redness to get any worse so I would say SPF daily
and my first question is from Angela Collins. Angela says I'm 29 years old
I've been fighting with a terrible case of acne my chin and line and cheeks
mostly I've tried every over-the-counter cream wife and wash that I can find I
have also tried clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide prescription creams from my
doctor. Nothing works and I think I'm allergic to the benzoyl peroxide anyways
which unfortunately can be common. What else can i use and is there anything
natural that might be helpful also? Thank you. So first of all Angela, thank you for
your question. It sounds to me like you may be dealing with what we call
hormonal acne. The reason why I say that is because of where you're telling me
your acne is located so think of this it's
like a U shape on the face where a male may grow facial hair okay so I'm not
saying there's something wrong with the hormones
this is actually an over exaggerated response of the sebaceous glands or the
oil glands in response to your androgens or which are male like hormones that
every woman has. Some women will have this over exaggerated response and some
will not. So the first way that we treat hormone acne is something you already
mentioned this is with topical over-the-counter medications or
prescription medications like those found in your Curology medication. Another
way though that we can treat hormonal acne is through oral prescription
medications. The most common and is going to be hormonal contraceptives such as
birth control or birth controls. There are many different types of birth
control. Pills do tend to be best. These tend to be better than things like the
patch, the NuvaRing, the implant the implants or the Implanon. I'm sorry the
IUDs. I'm not going to go into all the different types of birth control because
there are a lot of different hormones in birth controls but you can go to Curology.com/birthcontrol
where you'll find a video and a very easy to
understand graph that talks about the different types of hormones in birth
control and the expected effect that they will have on your skin
Another type of prescription medication that you may or may not have heard of
is called spironolactone. Now remember I said that this was due to androgens in
the blood so spironolactone is actually an anti-androgen and a lot of women will
find an improvement in their hormonal acne as well as decreased oil production
with spironolactone. Now if you're not wanting a prescription medication, you
want to take a more natural route, you may try some spearmint tea. That's
another thing that we commonly recommend here at Curology. It's delicious. Ok, sorry
about that. Second question we have in Angelica Mendoza asking: what is the best
moisturizer with SPF to use for your face? So again Angelica did not specify
her skin type so I'm kind of give you an overview of a couple
of the SPFs that we really like here and then what skin type would be best for
that. So when we're talking about dry skin or normal combination skin I really
like the Neutrogena healthy defense daily moisturizer with SPF 50. I've
talked about this before this is what I use, works really well under makeup, it
does have a shine to it because it is moisturizing so if you really want to
keep that matte look or if you have oily skin, a good option is the Neutrogena ultra sheer
dry touch and it has an SPF of 85. So oily skin usually like my
husband really likes this SPF because he tends to be oily or so this will leave a
nice and matte finish. I do not have the other two that I want to recommend but
if you're into any Asian Beauty skincare, one that's really popular is Biore UV
aqua rich watery sunscreen essence. So it looks like this and it's really light. It
has a gel type consistency, so really good again for normal to oily skin types
because it dries really matte. And then another one for dry skin, also
higher-end if you're looking into that, is Elta MD UV clear broad spec-
spectrum 46. They have a regular and a tinted. So that looks like this. I hope
you guys can see it. But that's really good for dry skin especially with the
weather changing. Not so much here in San Diego, but everywhere else where Fall's
kicking in and winter's kicking in, that'd be a good option to try. Exactly, I agree
and then I have one more question, it comes from Sophia and Sophia asks: what causes blackheads
and how to treat and prevent blackheads. So first of all I want to say start out
by saying a blackheads is an open comedone. What do I
mean by that? Well a comedone is essentially a blocked pore and there are two comedones:
there's open comedones, which is also known as blackheads and closed comedones, also
known as whiteheads. What happens is when the comedone is open the material inside
of the blocked pore becomes oxidized and turns black which is why we call this a
blackhead. The best way to treat and prevent
blackheads is through Tretinoin. Tretinoin actually increases the cell
turnover and by doing that it's going to treat and unblock the pore but also normalizes
the life cycle of the cell and in doing that it prevents blackheads as well.
If a prescription medication like tretinoin is not available to you, a
great over-the-counter option would be an over-the-counter exfoliant such as
salicylic acid, a BHA, and you can find- commonly find this in many acne washes
or spot treatments. Do you have any live questions Alyssa?
We don't. Okay guys, so keep sending us your questions. We have through all
social media right? Snapchat, Instagram Twitter, whatever you want
Oh follow us on snapchat! We finally have a snapchat! Or just send in questions that you
have to our support team. They're awesome, so we can continue to answer questions
that you guys have. But I think we're all done this week so we'll see you next
week. Bye. Bye

Will Tummy tuck make my middle areas smaller-Dr.Hourglass - Duration: 6:02.
Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Superhourglass.
Today we are going to discuss: Will a tummy tuck make my middle area smaller?
In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know for you to get the hourglass shape
you've always wanted.
Welcome back!
The tummy tuck is used to make the abdomen firmer and flatter by removing the excess skin
and fat tissue and strengthening the muscles on the abdominal wall.
This way we create a more supple and strong abdominal profile.
The surgical technique involves the removal of skin and fat tissue through a transversal incision
in the supra pubic area that can be extended from one hip to the other.
The length of the incision is variable depending on the quantity of tissue to be removed.
So after a traditional tummy tuck, the patient will be left with a smoother abdomen that
is flatter and muscle diastasis and umbilical hernia are corrected if it was present.
But when we talk about the small middle area, we also talk about the flanks and the waist.
These are not affected during the tummy tuck procedure.
When the patient's goal is to get a smaller middle area, I almost always recommend liposuction
and fat transfer to the hips, or what we call the hourglass tummy tuck.
Liposuction is beneficial because it will help us eliminate the adipose deposits on the flanks
and also reduce the thickness of the fat layer on the abdomen.
You might be asking why we need fat transfer if you want a smaller middle area.
Usually, when my patients talk about a small midriff, they are actually referring to the hourglass curves
a waist smaller compared to the dimensions of the shoulders and hips.
Without these curves, a smaller waist would be much less appealing.
This is why I use the fat harvested through liposuction to re-inject it on the hips to create
the beautiful curves all women want.
The traditional tummy tuck procedure doesn't work on the middle area.
You can undergo the procedure and still have a square shape, which is not very well defined waist.
The only procedure that can help you get a smaller middle area and an impressive visual effect
is the hourglass tummy tuck that combines the surgical methods of liposuction, abdominoplasty
and fat transfer to the hips.
In this video we discuss: Will a tummy tuck make my middle area smaller?
In the next video we will discuss: Herbal medications to avoid before surgery.

CHRISTMAS LESSONS for SUNDAY SCHOOL, KIDS CHURCH, HOME & SCHOOL (Story Cards) - Duration: 6:11.
welcome to Wright ideas with Susan! I know it gets really busy as we get closer to
the end of the year and Christmas coming up so I thought I would help you guys
and share with you an idea that can help you get all your Christmas lessons
planned and done by just making a simple teaching resource and that is making
your own set of Christmas Story cards so today I'm going to share with you how I
make these cards and then I'm going to show you the many techniques that I use
for teaching kids age 4 all the way up to 10 11 12 year olds
I like using story cards for the teaching segment of my lesson because I
can teach the Bible story several different ways so let me give you an
example what I might say to younger children I might say, '"hey kids I'm going
to tell you about something that happened about 2,000 years ago and I
need you to really listen closely and pay attention because after I go through
it I'm going to put the pictures up and I'm going to need your help
putting them in order" and so all I would do is go through and read the story from
the back of the pictures and then once I've finished reading the story I'd mix
all the pictures up whether I put it up on a board like this or I might even
have the kid sitting in a circle and put the pictures in the middle and I might
say 'hey I wonder who could find the first thing that happened? and they'll
come up and they'll take the picture of what happened at the beginning and I say
'oh, I wonder if someone can tell me what happened or show me the picture that
happened next? and then they would come and put the
next one up until we have them all in order and once we have them in order
then I would say to the kids 'I wonder if you can tell me'... I just point to the kids
I say 'who can tell me what happened at the very beginning?' and I get them to
tell me 'who can tell me what happened next? and next?' and so I'm getting them to
retell the story. now with older kids I would do pretty much the same sort of
thing I would basically read the story from the cards and then I'd say 'okay, now
I want to get a few of you up here if you can reread the story for me' and so I
would do would hand out to the cards so the kids who have their hands up get
them to come up and I say, 'hey I want you to get yourself in order' and then I'll
get them to reread the story from the back and once they've done that I'd keep
them standing up there and in the order of the story and then I'd say 'okay is
there someone out here who can tell us the whole, give us a summary of the whole story?
and then I would get someone from the group to tell the whole story just
looking at the pictures and in the order that they're in
now there's a benefit from using story cards week after it helps with familiarity of the Bible
story and you can easily use it for review because you're going back to the
beginning of the story each week before you add on another part of the story now
you can take five weeks to cover it or sometimes you can combine two of the
stories together I tend to cover the Christmas story over three to four weeks
and when you get to the end of this series I end up having the whole class
around the edge of the room in each of them - there's about 26 cards when
I do all the stories so 26 kids can each have a card and we go around and review
the whole events of Christmas and it really helps them learn the Christmas
story really well now each week after we go through the story for that day I like
to follow it up with a fun activity maybe Play dough or maybe just drawing a
picture from the story that day or a craft idea of some sort and another
thing we can do is play a game like pictionary
or we can watch a video clip about the story and I've got a whole playlist of a
good Christmas video clips that you can have a look and I also have a great
Christmas song and dance that you can teach your kids as well
so there you have it. a very low-tech resource you can make and you'll have all your Christmas
lessons planned a year after year after year and then if you wanted some more
simple Christmas lesson ideas I have got a whole playlist that you can check out
when you have time and if you like this video can you give it a thumbs up and
let me know and if you'd like more ideas like this
all you have to do is subscribe tap that little bell and you'll be notified when I put my
next idea up thanks again for watching and may God
bless you as you teach the next generation about Jesus.
