also leave a comment or a question I will follow up with you this kept coming
up where I think I felt like things were happening to me and I don't we get upset
and I get reactive about it and then I would eventually solve it but I'm good
through this whole process of getting angry about it thinking about it in
terms of being not fair that this is these things just happened to me it
sucks and it's slowing me down and oh no I'm making whatever story or narrative
about it so of course whenever I started uploading or downloading the video from
the camera to my computer and I realized there was no sound I was just so angry
and I was just like oh this so this sucks
shit like this happens to me and it just and I was you know going into this
narrative and I was angry and it's nothing wrong with getting angry about
something like that I think I'm not I'm not saying that
there's nothing wrong with that because do you have an expectation you put some
work into something and it doesn't turn out like you expect it is natural to be
angry and if you're not your core if you're likely pushing that away and not
accepting the reality of our not accepting your feelings or your emotions
I'm not in any way suggesting that we shouldn't get angry it's just something
that happens we get angry it's our emotional response but what do you do
after that what do you do after that initial emotional response and I stopped
myself because I realized I was engaging in that type of thinking going down this
hole of things that suck happened to me or shit happens to me things I don't
like happen to me and I'm really still had to stop myself and say okay well
what kind of person would say that a person who feels like they're being
victimized by something okay well what am I being victimized
I'm an atheist I don't think God or the devil is out to get me
am I being victimized by just like universe like this that New Age kind of
idea about the universe that kind of sucks like that that doesn't that
doesn't fit I don't believe that so why not things happen and then I respond to
them and that immediately started creating solutions as soon as I did that
I was I was thinking okay well what do I do now I go solve the problem so instead
of tying myself up and all this stuff about oh this happened to me then I'm
now the victim then getting passed on I could go and solve this problem that
things became more practical so I started breaking down the equipment okay
where's where's the piece that doesn't work initially I found that the battery
was the thing that didn't work it is actually an egocentric thing to think
that things happen specifically to you because you know as a universe all your
for me and it's it's doing things for me sometimes and it's doing things against
me sometimes and things that I don't like this absolutely ridiculous and
absurd if you really think about it so things are happening and then I'm
responding to that and what that does is it empowers you to say okay well how do
I want to respond to that instead of getting caught up in a story that some
powerful force is acting against you or even for you
the other way that you could look at this as people who are psychotically
optimistic they tend to be sociopaths you know they think the world is kind of
there for them the world is happening for them and then you know the victims
who are feeling like the world is happening to them mm-hmm but we can and
we don't want to be too detached from that we don't want to say well know that
the world is happening and on this other entity who sort of thrown in the mix
well no we're we're definitely a part of this whole thing and things aren't
happening and sometimes we we do something and then the response to that
what we do is something that happens to us so I don't want to say I don't want
to clear and say that well that never happens
nothing ever happens to you well it does if you're engaged in that thing what
happened here with the microphone is once I would not allow myself to go into
that story and I got very practical about how to solve the problem
ultimately I was responsible for that there I should have had another battery
I should have checked the battery I should have kept tabs on how that was
working and I chose to not do that probably to put my attention on
something else well going forward after loosing all that video you can imagine
my attention will definitely be on that at all you know and periodically to make
sure that the battery doesn't fail so when you're thinking when you're
listening to the language of how do you think check in with that or is your
language indicating that things are happening to you for you
or more like things are happening and
you have choice and mainly notes about responding or how you respond so
definitely I clogged in my language this and this happened to me
and I stopped myself and got back to okay well this happens how do I choose
to respond to this well I could go into this victim phone would create a whole
story about how the universe is out to get me and still justify and my feeling
or I could say no I'm gonna I'm gonna look at this as this happened and now I
have a choice about how I want to respond this freed me from the emotional
part of it in the story part of it and said okay well now I can choose my
response I want this thing to work I want to figure out what happened I don't
want to be a potential mystery and always be something in the back of my
mind that I fear because I'm gonna do more video and I'll never quite know if
the sound is going to fail or not and that's gonna create some sort of
insecurity which continues to feed this emotion that things happen to me and I
don't know what's going to happen to be next and it could be really bad and now
I'm gonna fear that and then when it does happen I'm gonna say because things
will inevitably happen that I don't like and then I could say you see I knew it
thing bad things just happen to me so I get caught up in this belief in this
narrative is that just professionally feeds itself break that and get back to
things happen and now you have a choice how you want to respond to that know you
could definitely make the argument that this happened to me you can I'm not
saying that this is necessarily not true it's more you have the choice to decide
how you want to go about that how do you want to respond to that and when you
catch your language indicating any of these things that should be like an
indication that stop and say okay I don't want to go into this story I don't
wanna go into the emotion I want to go into the choice a choice to what what do
I want to do here and you may choose to you want to be a victim I'd rather be a
victim than solve this problem or I would rather be I'd rather just have
this idea that everything is just going to work out and the universe is going to
give me whenever I need to make that happen
and because universe is working in my favor and I don't think that ultimately
serves us I think it's probably a better way to think about it from this but I
think ultimately either one of these is egocentric and it's feeding a false
narrative and inevitably I think this will at some point shatter unless you
are but if a sociopath one of the I keep using that word that is one of the
traits of somebody who's a sociopath or what they call antisocial is they're
very charismatic oftentimes and it's because they have sort of a detachment
from the people and they tend to you think like Ted Bundy they tend to be
very charismatic they tend to feel like the world is happening for them and they
feel like they can't get caught and if they do get caught if they were talking
way out of it so I think that's that's what I'm indicating with the danger of
this like they're they can't be touched and because the world is always working
for them if you go too far with that it's dangerous if you tell you know any
one of these you can do it we probably do all do to a certain extent it just
depends on how far you go into it but the more you can be tennis from that
story of emotion and get back to the you know what is the ultimate outcome of
what I want out of this how does this relate to NLP and
what we're learning I think that's one of the reasons why an opium was created
is to come to the understanding that I live in a world where I don't have the
world is not happening to me I live in a world where I have choice and I know
that that's not necessarily going to come from seeking something external I
have to look at how I process information how I create my own reality
and that is the key to understanding or creating a world where I do have a
choice and I can do different things and I don't have to respond according to my
old programming or the stories that my parents told me or the stories that my
culture told me or the stories that other people are telling me I can be
practical about this I can look at the ways that I've responded in the past and
noticed patterns and then said okay I'm not going to indulge in that anymore I'm
going to create a new pattern I'm gonna focus on what my outcome is I'm going to
have a choice about how I how I do things one of the one of the reasons why
John rendering Richard Bandler got him long is because they were attending
these student meetings at various times and it was random they weren't like
meeting each other there was just these four student means that were happening
at the University of Santa Cruz that they were going into these dialog
through these groups of people who go into these dialogs and one person would
say something or bring up a an issue and then somebody else would stand up and
say you bringing up that issue or saying it the way that you did makes me feel
sad or makes me feel bad and they were engaging in all this and putting their
banner where they're kind of throwing up their hands and like why you know that's
the victim mentality is you control me by what you say that you control me by
your actions because you're making me feel a certain way and they were saying
no we we can have control over that and they got very frustrated by that and
that was one of the things that kind of brought them together they didn't like
the way that I guess the culture was moving at night and at the University
and so they actually started speaking out about it but that was one of the
things that the common ground that they found to work together is this idea that
no you you do have choice nobody else controls you those that is within your
control so
when we feel like outside events are controlling us because they're happening
to us then we're not in control and that perpetuates that feeling of being
hopeless and helpless and not being able to do anything of course we don't have
complete control if you feel like you have complete control then then you're
going in you're indulging the other one the one that where the world is working
for me and everything it's happening for me and I control everything and again
now you're still caught up in that egocentric mentality step out of that I
know that things happen and I have my responses and my responses can alter the
way things happen and what things are going to happen outside of my control so
it goes both ways
so basically the best solution is choice being able to choose when it's most
appropriate or most useful for you to view life as working for you or
happening to you if you want full engagement or sometimes it's good to be
sort of detached so you can solve problems better it all depends on the
situation there's no right or wrong way just what is most useful to you check

A Josh Original - Rap About Cells - Duration: 1:12.
Let me rap about cells in our time You hear me while I rhyme
I looked up how trees got so tall But then all I saw was a rigid cell wall
I went into a cell to get out of the rain then I bumped into the cell membrane
It controls what leaves and enters the cell That's why it's one of the organelles
Then I wondered why so green I asked I make food from the sun said the green chloroplast
Then I thought where's all the energy Mitochondria!
The power factory Cytoplasm is a jelly of cells
That's why it holds all the organelles I was walking around to find water and food
Till a vacuole informed me I'm your storage dude
Then I asked who makes the protein here Someone said its the ribosomes dear
The smooth ER packages the fat and the oil The rough ER makes sure that the proteins
dont spoil The golgi bodies is a organelle
That's why it transports protein out of the cell
Then I asked who drives the bus Until someone said it was the Nucleus
Now I don't know what to say The Nucleus rewrites the DNA
I hope you enjoyed my rap about cells Now you know all the organelles

Shoulder Workout with Alex Oda - Duration: 5:05.
What's going on guys Alex Oda here and I am at Ironclad Fitness Studio in Roselle and
today we are covering delts.
Specifically this is my shoulder day, and for those of you who have been following me
for a while, some of you guys have asked, you know, when do I train delts, when do I
train my trap muscles and my trap muscles are actually overdeveloped so I don't have
a designated date for my traps.
I use shoulder days specifically for shoulders.
So today we're going to focus primarily on the front and the side and then if we have
time we're going to try to introduce a rear delt exercise to really bring everything together.
But all right guys we're going to jump into this with strength sets and then a little
bit of hypertrophy.
Alright guys so first exercise we're doing is five sets of five seated shoulder press.
Really, really good strength building exercise and depending on how I'm feeling with my wrists,
I'll either do a barbell press or I'll do a dumbbell pres.
So over time I'll notice if I do too make barbell exercises my wrists start to succumb
a little bit and they go sore.
So I'll alternate for a two month period where I'm doing barbell and a two month period
where I'm doing dumbbell.
You can focus and isolate a bit more with the dumbbell press but you get more compound
movements in with the barbell press.
So like I said guys, five sets of five.
Alright guys so the next exercise we're doing is four sets of seven and nine for lateral
raise.
So we're going to seated dumbbell lateral raises really focusing on that side delt development
and we're going to bring this up nice to shoulder height.
It's going to be really controlled, getting a lot of good reps I, and we're going for
a seven to nine rep range.
Right after this we're going to pump things up with a similar side delt exercise but we
are going to do a higher volume for nine to twelve.
Alright guys, rounding things off we're doing four sets of nine to twelve for lateral raises.
This machine is great because we're able to target a little more of a portion of our delts,
as compared the exercise right before this where we were targeting the whole delt head.
So we're going for a quicker rest time now, so anywhere from a minute and a half to a
minute forty five seconds really pumping things up and targeting those side delt muscles.
Alright guys so exercise number four we're focusing on upright rows with the EZ barbell,
so this guy right over here really really good for getting that targeted movement and
really focusing on the front of the delt.
So we're going for power sets here and after this the next exercise we're focusing on hitting
our rear delts to round everything out.
Alright guys so the final exercise we're doing is rear delt face pulls which is really going
to target the rear portion of our delt.
We're going for hypertrophy so four sets of nine to twelve to really bring everything
together and to really get that last bit of pump.
So, at this point you're going to feel pretty drained but you really want to focus on concentrating
and isolating the movement with your isometrics, so holding it and locking out, and then the
negative portion of the movement when you bring it down.
Alright guys that's it for delt day, shoulders focusing on the front delt, side delt, and
the rear delts, really bringing everything all together.
As I mentioned earlier at the video I actually don't train my traps directly, though if you
guys are really focusing on trap development, I highly recommend doing shrugs where you
have two dumbbells, and you're rolling forward, rolling backwards, and then going up and down.
I would do all three of those movements, count it as one set, and then repeat that three
more time.
So four sets of front roll, back roll, up and down, and make the rep range anywhere
from nine to twelve.
But that's it guys for shoulders and optionally traps, but I'll see you guys next time.

You Need To Play Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2!! - Duration: 5:49.
Cook Serve Delicious! 2!! is unlike any other restaurant sim out there
and if you've played the first game, you know why.
Instead of waiting tables or managing what oven to buy, it's more like a speed typing
game with reflex memorization combined with a hectic chef simulator.
You know those viral gifs of cooks chopping onions super fast?
You basically get to do that.
And Cook Serve Delicious 2 brings so much more to the cutting board...Oof that was bad.
I wasn't originally going to do a video on this because there's so many awesome
games coming out in the next few weeks, but I realized that the You Need To Play series
is all about shedding light on some underappreciated titles, and CSD2 is such an awesome experience
that I HAD to talk about it.
So let's dive in.
While yes technically you are the owner of your restaurant and have to balance taking
orders, doing chores and maintaining buzz of your establishment, there's a much bigger
focus on the food in Cook Serve Delicious.
The majority of what you'll be doing is creating all kinds of tasty treats for your
customers, and it has some really satisfying sound effects for each button you press.
Your goal is to get every meal correct, but if you mess up one small detail, you'll
get these "meh" faces, or if you screw up completely, it will be a bad order.
The keys you press vary wildly from dish to dish, but you'll go from chopping off a
fish's head to assembling nachos to tenderizing chicken in a matter of seconds, and when you
get in the zone it can be quite mesmerizing.
Of course there's a lot of factors trying to screw you up along the way though, like
cleaning the bathroom, taking out the trash, or setting traps for vermin, and when you
combine it with rush hours where a ton of customers will come in at once, it can get
stressful pretty quickly.
What's really cool is that there's an inherent difficulty setting based on which
items you put on your menu.
If you want to have more expensive food, those items will be more challenging to prepare,
or if you don't mind having less of an income, the day will be a bit less frantic, setting
up this risk vs. reward system where you set the pace that you're most comfortable with.
It also puts you in a false sense of security where just when you think you've got a particular
topping's key memorized, it'll change that key for a different dish, so you always
have to stay on your toes and make sure you're pressing the right buttons.
And if it's an incredibly high stakes situation, like getting robbed, the keys have almost
no correlation to the action you take, making it a more frenzied situation - you gotta keep
your cool under pressure.
But probably the most innovative mechanic that CSD2 added in is the holding stations.
Because some orders take awhile to actually cook before you can serve them, holding stations
can help you prep food ahead of time to quickly disperse them during rush hour periods.
Items in red have to be prepared before you can serve them at all, while yellow ones aren't
required, but it can greatly help if you do, and the green items are side dishes that can
turn a regular order into a delicious one, as well as extend the time a customer will
wait for their food.
This adds so much more strategy to how you handle the workday - you can fill your holding
stations with main courses to help with the anxiety of a lunch rush, or with side items
to get a higher score and more time to breathe.
But everything in holding stations has a shelf life and will expire eventually, so you have
to balance when the best time to prep them is - you definitely don't want all your
hard work to go bad right before a busy period.
It somehow hits right in the middle of being extremely helpful and adding more complexity
to the already chaotic gameplay of Cook Serve Delicious, making it the perfect addition
for this sequel.
On top of this, you can also hire yourself out as a chef for other restaurants, instead
of just building up your own store.
This is a great way to get familiar with new food items and try out different styles to
get those perfect gold medals in every stage.
There are tutorials for each meal, so you could play them before you start in one of
these new restaurants, but I like to live dangerously and go in blind - spoiler alert,
it's a bad idea.
But I will say it's very accomplishing to struggle with a dish for the first few attempts,
but then complete it in mere seconds after a little practice.
Each individual task isn't the challenge, it's the combination of everything coming
at you at once that brings it all together.
By doing these other missions you can unlock decorations to improve your store and even
new food items for your menu.
I didn't expect the restaurant customization feature to be that enticing, but it actually
was quite rewarding to spruce up the place and make it look as presentable as I could
for my loyal patrons.
In other words, there is so much to do in Cook Serve Delicious 2: a TON of new foods
to try out, more options of how to play the game, better rewards and longer lastability,
crazier workdays, and utterly fascinating gameplay.
Like I said earlier, the zone is where this game thrives, and while it may cause a few
heart attacks along the way that make you sound like a crazy person:
2. Clean and the pineapple juice. 4. Pancake pancake pancake. 6. Pancake pancake pancake.
Ah NO! I need to make more oatmeal!
It feels incredible when you finally get that perfect score at the end of the day.
So yes, while it is a wacky concept that could cause some war flashbacks for those that have
worked in the fast food industry, the polish and game feel are top notch and create one
of the most unique and satisfying gaming experiences I've ever had.
If you think you can handle the stress and become the top chef in all of the Teragon
Supertower, you need to play Cook Serve Delicious 2.

Ready The Tissues: 8 Korean Films To Make You Ugly Cry - Duration: 7:37.
Ready The Tissues: 8 Korean Films To Make You Ugly Cry
Its been comeback after comeback after comeback lately, with still no end in sight. So in case you havent been crying enough because of MVs, live performances, magazine pictorials, and whatnot, lets see how much more you can take.
If none of these movies make you teary, youre probably a rock. Or just a really joyful person.
Or really good at hiding your emotions. Whatever the case may be, lets get to it! Get the tissues ready and hide the soju – here are some of the saddest Korean movies.
dramovie. Starring Chun Woo Hee and Kim Nam Gil, this movie leaves you on a wait, what? kind of ending that will probably make you shed some tears.
A coma patient-turned-ghost is trying to solve the mystery of her accident with the help of a handsome insurance investigator. Still, with funny scenes sprinkled in every now and then, this is more of an entry-level film in the hierarchy of tear-jerker films.
Watch the trailer below!. Because I Love You.
maxmovie.
This one also features a ghost – this seems to be a popular concept – played by Cha Tae Hyun, who teams up with a high school student (Kim Yoo Jung) in order to regain his memory and come back to life.
While its generally pretty humorous – mostly because the ghost possesses a variety of bodies – the sad parts really hit hard.
This movie about an old Korean man, portrayed by veteran actor Park Geun Hyung, is truly the stuff of tears. Dont get misguided by the cheerful beginning.
It shows the sad reality of fading health in old age and how it affects whole families. Maybe also life vests.
frasesdedramasefilmesasiaticos.
But hey, aside from all the sadness, it features EXOs Chanyeol, who will help fight your tears. Watch the trailer below!.
VoidHaruDay.
Most of you probably know the 2012 film with Park Bo Young and of course, Song Joong Ki. It has been mentioned by quite a lot of idols (such as BTSs V) as their favorite movie.
Even though its premise seems a little like a horror movie – it is about a werewolf, after all – the story will probably have you in tears by the end.
billie. As the title suggests, this one is kind of the mother of all tear-jerkers – the memoirs of a young love, told by the daughter of the female lead.
Being one of the earliest movies of Son Ye Jin and Jo In Sung, the 2003 feature still has everything it takes to make you ugly cry. Probably. A Moment To Remember.
loquenomatahacefuerte.
Starting out as a usual romance, the story of A Moment To Remember takes a sad turn halfway through when the couple faces an illness, which changes their lives forever.
Son Ye Jin and Jung Woo Sung star in this highly successful movie, which made thousands of people weep like babies..
frasesdedramasefilmesasiaticos.
Han Hyo Joo and So Ji Sub star as the main leads in this film, which also revolves around love and illness. A blind call center worker coincidentally meets a former boxer-turned-parking lot attendant.
To finance surgery for his loved one, So Ji Subs character takes drastic measures. And – no surprise there – its also sad.
But dont worry – in return for all the tears you're gonna cry, the movie blesses you with a view of So Ji Subs abs. The trailer below gives a glimpse of how sad this movie is.
Daisy.
gguneykore.
There are guns and a sniper involved in this movie, but that doesnt make it any less sad. While a professional hitman (Jung Woo Sung) goes about his action-loaded business, he comes across an artist portrayed by Jun Ji Hyun.
Confusion, a love triangle, and tears follow. Just watch it for yourself, but dont blame us for your water damage.
crisschelemovedagain.
This movie starring Moon Chae Won and Lee Seung Gi is probably not gonna make you cry, and if it does, then itll probably just be tears of joy.
But if you need a little cheering up after watching all the sad movies on this list, then this one is your recommendation. A service for the well-being of our beloved readers, so to say.
Did you cry watching those movies? Did your facade crumble? Which movies would you recommend for a good cry?.
daisygonzo is planning her return to Korea. And probably needs therapy after binging all those movies. Or just the next episode of Weekly Idol. Follow her Instagram for more.

All of your dreams come true, you know.
what's the matter? Do you know that man?
In a dream I had about three months ago,
It was snowing. As soon as he flicked his lighter for a smoke,
he caught fire.
Sir!
You have to listen to me. You'll die if you smoke!
- A massive explosion was caused by a civilian who was smoking while filling up gas.
Hey, isn't that guy from the other day?
You told him not to smoke. It's that guy right?
Hong Joo
Mom, that man died just like what I saw in my dream.
The future doesn't change!
No one believes me no matter how hard I try to explain.
I'll believe you.
If this was a dream,
I'd be so happy.
Thank you...
for saying that you'll believe me.
-No!
No!
Have you lost your mind? Call the police and say what ?
"According to my brother's dream, there will be an accident soon"?
This is crazy.
You're acting so weird.
Why do you care so much about that girl?
Who on earth would believe that?
Who'd believe me...
If I say that I saw you in my dream...
and that I came here to change what I saw in my dream...
because you looked sad in it.
No one will believe...
that I changed your future.
I believe in you...
because it's me.
That's why I believe you.

Most of the time, I cherish being
a very busy 44-year-old husband and father
of three children who knows firsthand
how hard it is to stay in shape while dealing
with the daily grind.
This is exactly what I most enjoy
improving the bodies and lives of every mom, dad,
and everyone in between.
And at the end of this video, I'm
going to introduce you to the exact 12 minute
metabolic movement system that I've used time and time again
to get my clients, both the famous and every Joe or Jane,
the body that they desire.
Here's the key.
This system is specifically designed
for the current hormonal condition of people
over 35 years old and it works in tandem with the portion
control tips I'm going to share with you right in this video.
If you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s,
this information could very well change your life
for the better so pay close attention
and just keep watching.
Before I share with you my simple method
to help keep your waistline nice and trim year round,
you'll be shocked to hear this.
Analyzing data from three national surveys involving
more than 60,000 Americans, researchers
at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
found that serving sizes have tremendously
grown over the past 20 years, not only at fast food places,
but at other restaurants and even in homes.
Hamburgers have expanded by 23%.
A plate of Mexican food is 27% bigger these days.
Soft drinks have increased in the size by 52%.
Now, I have these snacks in packaging
whether they're potato chips, pretzels, or crackers,
they've grown 60% larger.
This is huge.
So get this, at Penn State University
College of Health and Human Development,
volunteers were given a different amount of macaroni
and cheese each day for lunch.
Researchers then watched to see if individuals ate more
on the days that they were given to them.
The study, which was published in this American
Journal of Clinical Nutrition stated
that it did not matter if the individual was
a man or a woman, a dieter or non-dieter, overweight
or thin, or someone who always cleaned their plate or not.
Everyone responded to the increased portion size
by eating more.
In other words, everyone ate more just
because it was in front of them on their plate, 30% more
to be exact.
There are triggers to overeat everywhere.
Take this, for example.
Did you know that if people read the words chocolate
cake on a menu, you are nowhere near as
likely to order the dessert as you
are when you read triple chocolate Black Forest
volcano cake.
Is this you?
It's definitely me.
People will reach for the candy bowls
71% more times if the bowl is on their desk at work
as compared if it was in the drawer.
Is it any wonder that adult obesity in the United States
has increased from 14.5% in 1971 to 35.9% in 2017.
The truth is that we tend to over eat
in increments of 200 extra calories
at almost every single meal and just for that reason.
I have the perfect solution--
two simple portion control tips that
will allow you to never count calories ever again.
Let's talk about how to determine
the appropriate portion size for each
of the three macronutrients--
protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
To do this, I'm going to use a tool that you can carry around
with you anywhere you go, 24/7, 365 days a year--
it's your hands.
Yes.
It's your hands and it works big time.
This technique is called the hand, fist, thumb method.
With this method, a portion of protein
is equivalent to the size and thickness
of the palm of your hand.
This could be chicken breast, a piece of beef,
pork, fish, even a fish fillet, or any other protein
of approximately that size.
For carbohydrates, a portion is the size of a clenched fist
so it's your fist.
Think of an apple, orange, or other piece
of fruit of approximately that size or a portion of pasta,
rice, beans, et cetera similar in size.
Now lastly, for a fat portion, it
is equal to the size and thickness
of the tip of your thumb.
This is particularly useful for pure fats,
like olive oil and butter, but some major sources of fat
come in the form of mixed nutrient
foods like nuts or cheese.
For these foods, two thumbs-- remember tips--
worth is acceptable.
Now, let me show this plate.
OK?
Let me see this.
This is the rim.
This is the inner part of your plate.
You notice that it's a little higher from the bottom down
to the rim.
Make sure when you put your food on here,
you portion it so it doesn't ever
go past the top of your rim.
Once again, here are the portion guidelines.
One portion of protein equals the size and thickness
of the palm of your hand.
One portion of carbohydrate size is your clenched fist.
One portion of fat equals the size of the tip of your thumb.
Now don't forget, also, don't ever
go past the rim of your plate from the bottom of your plate
and I promise that will help tremendously.
The reason why hand-based portion sizes works so well
is that they are relative to the size of the individual.
Smaller people with smaller hands
will eat less food because they require less calories, where
larger people, like myself, with quite bigger hands
will eat more food because they require more calories.
It's simple, but it works.
So now that you know how to properly portion
your food without counting calories,
we now need to talk about the one major roadblock that
keeps men and women over 35 from getting
the body of their dreams--
age.
As you may have experienced yourself,
traditional eating patterns and exercise
that usually work like gangbusters in our 20s
seems to stop working all together as we
approach and enter our 40s.
This is strictly because our body's hormonal conditions
significantly changes as we get older and requires
a much different approach to eating and exercise
if we want to burn fat and stay in shape.
But I have the simple solution for this nagging problem.
You can use the portion control methods
that I just shared with you in conjunction with our 12 minute
metabolic system called the Over 40
Ab Solution that is specifically designed
for the hormonal condition of people over 35.
This system includes many age specific components
like Lean 19--
19 powerful diet habits designed for people over 40.
This is loaded with nutrition tips that are specifically
designed to create synergy between your diet
and the 12 minute metabolic protocols I'll talk about next.
This Lean 19 guide has everything
you need to set up your diet and nutrition plan.
Next is the metabolic zone training system.
These are 12 minute metabolic protocols specifically
designed to optimize the hormones for people
in their 40s, 50s, and 60s.
Then, you also get a success tracker
for those who don't have time to go through almost 100 pages
of the entire program.
This will help you get started right away if you choose to.
Just print it off and you're right on your way.
We also offer a 90 day money back guarantee.
So if you click or tap this link that's around this video
and you try out this system, you have no risk.
You have 90 full days.
If it doesn't work for you and you don't get amazing results,
we'll give you your money back absolutely no questions asked.
Last and the best is Living Water.
$1 from each program sold will be
donated to Living Water to provide
fresh water for children and families in third world
countries by installing water wells in villages.
Our company, Get Lean in 12, has been
blessed to help install four working water wells already
in just the last three years.
So we would love for you to be a part of this amazing cause.
So you have nothing to lose, except stubborn belly fat,
and everything to gain by checking out our system.
Click or tap the link that you'll
find some where around this video that will take you
to the 12 minute metabolic system called the Over 40
Ab Solution that my wife, Nicole, and I use
to effectively apply these two portion control
strategies into our lives to burn fat while restoring
some youth in our bodies.
At this link, you'll also see the amazing body
transformation stories of my 45-year-old
ripped buddy, Shaun, and his 57-year-old wife, Karen,
and how they also use this 12 minute box
system to transform their bodies and lives for good.
Again, if you're watching this, let us know who you are.
Post your name below with any questions you may have.
We'd be happy to answer all of those for you.
I'll also place the research studies in the comments
below this video to substantiate my claims.
I want to thank everyone from around the world for joining in
on today's video and keep going strong.

Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) - Duration: 1:03.
♪ [music] ♪
You may have seen this different-looking
outlet in your home. It's called the ground fault circuit interrupter outlet,
or GFCI. Typically, you'll find them in your bathrooms, kitchen,
laundry room, garage and outdoor locations where you have access to water.
Their function is to protect you from an electrical shock, because
as you probably know, water and electricity are deadly combination.
Let's say an item like a hairdryer is plugged in to a GFCI outlet,
and that item comes into contact with water. The combination of electricity and
water will trip the GFCI off in as little as a 40th of a second,
saving you from certain disaster. If a GFCI outlet repeatedly trips,
chances are it's old or it's faulty. Discontinue use of the outlet and have it
replaced. If you're unsure if your GFCI outlets are working properly,
give us a call. We'll be happy to help you out.

Everyone'S Talking About What This Man Just Said About His Wife When She Wasn'T Looking
This is my wife taking a nap.
In an hour she will wake up, put on her scrubs and get ready for work.
The tools and items she needs to perform her job will be gathered and checked meticulously
– her hair and makeup will be done quickly.
She will complain that she looks awful.
I will disagree, emphatically, and get her a cup of coffee.
She will sit on the couch with her legs crossed under her and try to drink it while happily
playing with the toddler that's crawling all over her.
She will occasionally stare off blankly as we talk; silently steeling herself for the
coming shift.
She thinks I don't notice.
She will kiss the baby, she will kiss me and she will leave to go take care of people that
are having the worst day of their entire lives.
Car wrecks, gunshot wounds, explosions, burns and breaks – professionals, poor, pastors,
addicts and prostitutes – mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and families – it doesn't
matter who you are or what happened to you.
She will take care of you.
She will come home 14 hours later and remove shoes that have walked through blood, bile,
tears and fire from aching feet and leave them outside.
Sometimes she will not want to talk about it.
Sometimes she can't wait to talk about it.
Sometimes she will laugh until she cries and sometimes she will just cry – but regardless
of those sometimes she will be on time for her next shift.

Fall Makeup & Hair | GRWM - Duration: 8:23.
Hey guys and welcome back to my channel today, we are going to be welcoming in the fall weather
with a Fall get ready with me. I'm going to be doing the look
I'm wearing and now I hope you guys really enjoy it if you do make sure you give this video a thumbs up
Along the way
also
If you're not subscribed to go ahead and hit that subscribe button down below
cuz that would be so amazing and that way you can keep up with all of the videos that I will be posting and
Holidays are coming up so I have a lot of amazing things planned for you guys
And yeah, let's not keep this intro too long and let's jump into the video
Okay guys, so I've already started out with foundation because I'm attempting a foundation review, so we'll see how that turns out I'm
used the Neutrogena
Foundation now. I am reaching for my maybelline instant age rewind
Concealer which is one of my favorites, and I'm just putting that under my eyes and a little bit on my chin
And then I'll be blending that out with a tiny little sponge
Next I am going into my Too Faced Cocoa Contour Kit and taking that upper shade right there
I'm kind of forgetting the color name at the moment
and I'm just gonna use that to bake underneath my eyes this just really helps set that concealer in place and
Brighten up those under eyes
Next I'll be going into my brows this is my L'Oreal
Brow stylist excuse me this is my L'Oreal brow stylist in a dark brunette
I use this all the time without fail. It is my favorite brow; brow pencil ever
And I'm just going to fill in my brows really lightly
Next i'm just going to brush off that powder and
Just kind of brush it around my face a little bit. It kind of helps set everything in place and we're good to go
Next up
I'm gonna do some contouring so I'm taking a medium cocoa here it's a really nice
Ashy shade and I'll be putting that in the hollows of my cheek bones and just doing the contour thing
Next I'm taking now the dark cocoa which is a little bit more Orangey and just using that to
Warm up and Bruns up my face so up through the forehead just a little bit over that contour again
And then I bring it down through my neck
Now we're reaching for the Urban Decay Naked
Smoky, palette. I've been dying to use this and I think it just has the perfect like Fall toned colors
So I'm reaching for that matte
Kind of nude color there again. I'll list the names up in the corner
I'm kind of spacing on them now
But I'm gonna work that into my crease just to help deepen it up a little bit now
I'm going into the Take Me Back to Brazil Palette. I think it's called and reaching for that red toned color
Yes, I hit myself in the face
and then I'm gonna take a little crease brush and
Just work that color into the outer corner and then bring it in through my crease to create a nice Fall
Warm look I'm really excited about this look. It's turned out so good so that is what I'm doing now
Okay, so now I'm going in with an even darker brown
and I'm going to focus that on the outer outer corner and
Just take it in slightly just to deepen this look up even more. I was kind of going for a nice
Smoky, Fall look so that is what we're doing now
And now I'm going in with this more shimmery Brown, and I'm going to be putting that all over the lid and
I'll be using my packing brush with that and then I just kind of pack it off
Next I am just taking more of that and that deeper brown and just
Refocusing it just to kind of clean up the darker lines after we put on that shimmery shade
And now I'm going to back into that shimmery gold shade and I will be
I need to be putting that on the inner corner, so it's just a really shimmery gold
And I'm just using it to lighten up the inner corner of my eye
Now it's time for mascara. I'm going to using the Maybelline Volumptuals mascara
Love it, and I'm just curling my lashes here
I'm going into this Makeup Revolution like blush and highlight palette, and I'm using
The really shimmery gold color just to lighten up that inner corner even more
Because I didn't think it was light enough and then I'm just and now I'm using that same palette and I'm taking
For my blush, so I'm pretty sure I just used
the
Lightest pink in the palette and now for my highlight. I'm going in with that really pretty
Pinkish toned highlight and just putting on my brow bone
And then I'll put a little on my cheekbones and then down my nose and now it's time for lipstick
I'm spacing the name again, but I will put it up above my head
I am just using this one it is from Too Faced, and I think it's the most beautiful fall color and
I think that it is a dark lip
But I also think it looks really good with this makeup look because sometimes you just want a dark look
All around for Fall and then at the last minute
I decided to be brave and try a little bit of a wing
I am just doing this on the very tip of my like the outer part of my eye. Just to kind of
bring
Bring out the look just a little bit and make it more
Cohesive looking and then I just kind of smudged it a bit with this brush here, okay, so now we're moving on
I'm gonna curl my hair
I love curling my hair in the Fall time especially now that it's so blonde
It just makes all of the colors melt perfectly together so that is what I'm gonna do now
And then after I curl it I just brush it through with my fingers it makes it super volumize
and then I flip over in just a second and
Then just place the part where I need it and the hair look is done
Okay you guys, so this is a finished look
I hope you really enjoyed watching if you did
Once again give this video a big thumbs up hit that subscribe button and I will see you next week for a new video. Bye

[laughter] And I know you
won't tell me how you marinated this,
but I swear this tastes just like chicken
that I would cook at home. - It does,
we have a lot of people who come
in and 90% of the business
is chicken baskets. That's what everybody wants.
- Everybody loves chicken!
I love chicken! The world would be a better place
with more chicken. Especially
here at Famous Fred's chicken!
- That's right! Come and get your chicken!
- It's so good I can't stop eating!
And I'm not the only one that
loves the chicken fingers at Famous Fred's
- They're pretty good.
I like it cause it's kind of
crispy.
- Do you think you want to share
some of your chicken with me?
Really? You're not gonna
share your chicken with me?
- Nope. - ...kids!
And if you prefer the lighter
side when eating at Famous Fred's
He will give you your chicken basket
grilled. - I needed to lose a little weight,
and one of the easiest ways
to do that is to
go grilled. And there are not
a lot of fast food places
or even restaurants that are
known for grilled chicken,
especially being able to just walk in and pick it up.
Except for Famous Fred's!
- Did you say you lost 51 pounds cause you switched
from the fried chicken to the grilled chicken?
- That is correct. That is exactly what
I said.
[laughter] So I have to give up my fried chicken in
order to be skinny? I'm just gonna suck my stomach in cause
this chicken at Famous Fred's it is
too good! - Hey, but the grilled
chicken is too! I mean, this is
you can't tell me
that doesn't look good.
- What? - And it's tasty!
- I'm not gonna tell you that!
- What you got there is texture, you got that crunch,
that's delicious, but
grilled is also fantastic.
- I'm gonna hold on to my
fat just a good while longer! [laughter]
Stay tuned, and after the break
I'll show you the sandwiches and the
breakfast that's served Monday through
Saturday at Famous Fred's in Hoover.

Before the break,
I took you to Famous Fred's in Hoover,
Alabama and showed you their famous
chicken baskets. They also
breakfast sandwiches
that you can order, because we
all know that breakfast is the most
important meal of the day.
- Sandwiches,
it's a lot of sandwiches,
bacon egg and cheese,
sausage egg and cheese,
lot of plates, breakfast plates.
Eggs over easy, scrambled,
bacon...
- Looks great.
Biscuits in the morning
bacon egg and cheese,
bacon egg and cheese sandwich is the best.
- Grilled cheese!
- Chicken basket!
- Oh yeah, I love grilled cheese.
- And you've got an egg and ham
- BLT!
- I love chicken basket!
- So much, fries, chicken tenders,
and a biscuit.
- Three eggs over easy
biscuits, and grits.
- And when you want something
a little bit more hearty, you've got to
check out the club sandwich at
Famous Fred's. - We're gonna put some cheese,
we're gonna put some ham,
and then we're gonna put some lettuce
and tomato on it. It's gonna have 3 pieces
of bread, it's gonna have a fried
chicken patty, ham, bacon,
mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.
And it's gonna have American cheese and Swiss cheese.
- It's like the Big Mac of sandwiches over here!
Three pieces of bread,
bacon, chicken,
Mmm,
mmm. mm!
Makes it...
it makes it pop! Is it the
chicken? Is it the combination
with the bacon? - I think it's the combination
of all of it. But, not very many clubs have the
chicken on it. You don't find it everywhere.
So, it definitely makes it
a lot better to me.
- Well, chicken is a game changer.
You know that's my favorite food.
- Oh yeah, mine too. - I love this!
Just like I demolished those chicken tenders,
you know I'm about to demolish this club right here!
I'm going in for the kill.
Mmm!
Something else that's pretty popular at Famous Fred's,
are the chicken salads. Famous
Fred's also makes a delicious
hamburger! So stop
in today and tell them Comedienne Joy sent you!
And while you're at it, get another one
of those chicken baskets.

- The next time you're over in the Hoover
Pelham area and you're craving
for some delicious Chinese
or Japanese food, you have got to make your
way here to
they just opened and I've already
sampled the menu.
Oka Chinese and Japanese restaurant
is located in the Pelham/Hoover
area on Valleydale
Road and HWY 31.
Now it is the area's newest
spot for some Asian eats.
You can order a variety
of freshly cooked Hibachi
meals, such as
chicken, and teriyaki salmon
you can get that with a bed
of veggies as your side dish,
and some veggies in your rice.
Now usually when we think of
Hibachi foods, we think of
some tricks that are done at your
table, but unfortunately at Oka,
all of the tricks are done in the back,
but the food tastes
magical!
- Hibachi salmon,
chicken and your hibachi vegetables,
zucchini, mushroom,
broccoli, carrot,
and onion.
- The hibachi chef cooks up
a combination plate for me.
Now, I have to note that typically
the salmon is served as a stand
alone meal, but the rest of
the dish is cooked in some oil,
add some butter,
some different spices,
of course some garlic, along with some
teriyaki sauce and then he adds
a little saki in there! Now, he
could have put a little bit more saki in mine,
but he cooks it up until
everything is tender and crispy!
- And how about you try it?
- Yes!
It looks really incredible and I know
it tastes just as good. - It's making you hungry!
[laughter] - Oh, this is really
good! Cause I love
teriyaki anyway. So it's
very good and I saw you put that
saki in there. - Yes,
make it more tasty and also
saki, wine
saki, can take
on a special
smell, especially on seafood
- Oh, ok!
- Try the salmon? Tender shrimp.
- Yeah, this is so good.
It really is. I can
taste like, all the ingredients, cause teriyaki
is in here, and something else I like
is it's not overly salty,
so it is very, very good.
- And hibachi is mostly
part of hibachi is
not too much oils.
- Mmhmm. - And not too much salt.
- So that means, it healthy for me?
- Absolutely. - That's right!
so if you looking to eat healthy like me,
and the food tastes good, you got to come see
my friend Steve over here at Oka.
They're located over here on the Hoover /Pelham line,
right here on 31 and Valleydale Road.
- I've been here a couple of times,
I had the orange chicken and today
I'm having General Tso's chicken.
- My good friends, do you mind if I taste
some of your food, cause I hadn't tried this dish right here!
- You're more than welcome to! - I appreciate it.
Well ya'll know, I love to eat with strangers.
- You didn't have any shrimp!
- Oh is this shrimp too? Oh man,
this is my best friend right here, he's sharing all his
food with me! Mm!
- This shrimp is huge!
- You a good friend, cause I wouldn't
share my shrimp. What do you think about it?
- It's pretty good. It's the first time
I've ever had this, it's really good.
- So you've eaten just about everything
off the menu? - I'm trying to, I'm not there yet.
- We gonna hang out together
and make our way around. How about that?
- It better work! - After the break,
I'll show you the sushi at Oka and
also some of their desserts.

- Before the break, I took you to Ooka
Chinese and Japanese restaurant in Hoover,
off Valleydale Road and HWY 31.
I showed you a
few of the items off the Hibachi menu,
but if you are a sushi fan,
then you must try the wide
variety of sushi at Ooka.
In fact, they
expanded my palate way past
California rolls!
I really admire the talents of the sushi
chef who made this Yum Yum
Roll for me. Now all sushi
starts with some sticky white
rice that's placed on
some seaweed sheets.
He then takes a spicy crab mixture
and tops that with a
fried shrimp tempura,
with some sliced avocados.
Rolls it up on this bamboo mat,
to get it's shape
- I am putting the tuna on the top,
- ...and the final
touch comes when he adds
this mayo on here.
And then he sears it with a blow
torch.
Now doesn't that look yummy?
But check out the sushi
chef's skills when it comes to
slicing an avocado.
Now this
one is called the Dragon roll,
and it's topped with some avocados.
And on the inside, it has cream cheese,
and some eel
its also topped with an eel sauce
as well as a spicy mayo sauce.
But when you taste it, man, oh
man! It is so freaking
good!
And something else about Ooka's sushi,
is the decorations.
I've never seen a presentation
look as good as this one.
Two different
kind of sushi for you
- Man, and it's so beautiful!
Look at this light that's
flashing on here, I've never had sushi
like this before! - Flashing decorations,
and we made some
Yum yum rolls, and a Dragon roll.
- Mm, that's very good!
Mmhmm! Mmm that's good!
So can I lick my fingers
eating sushi? - Oh yeah, you can do
any way you want!
- Oh this is the one that he burned!
With all that fire
on there, to get the flavor in.
Yes! It's the dragon roll?
- Yep. And then we have the
cucumbers inside
- Oh man, this is better
than [garbled]
Oh, that's real good! It has a sweet taste to it!
- Sweet taste, yep.
- So, sushi
yes, it has hundreds of different kinds
of sushi. - So, we are gonna
share some dessert together since
we have my new friend over here....
- Well since you ate my food, is what you're actually trying to say...
- See thats what I'm ... - I'll try some of your dessert.
- See that's what I'm talking about! So this
is some ice cream with rice cake
on it. It looks pretty
good, everything else has been
amazing.
- That's good! I'm trying to figure out what
it tastes like. Tastes like
green tea ice cream
- Ah! Green tea ice cream! So now,
this is like a healthy
dessert then?
- Let's go for the
unhealthy dessert, now. - Hey, that's what I'm
saying, you're a man after my own heart, Steven.
Hey let's dig in.
- Now that was some fried tempura banana.
Now, be sure to mention Comedienne Joy
