Waching daily Sep 29 2017

When Jesus Christ comes into your life and saves you, you are immediately

changed you are immediately a new person. He gives you a new heart, new eyes, new

desires, and you immediately change. I want to read for you about a man that

was saved when Jesus came into his life. We read Luke 19:1

"He entered Jericho and was passing through and there was a man called by the name

of Zacchaeus, he was a chief tax collector and he was rich. Zacchaeus was

trying to see who Jesus was and was unable because of the crowd for he was

small in stature. So he ran on ahead and climbed up into a sycamore tree in order

to see Him, for He was about to pass through that way. When Jesus came to the

place, He looked up and said to him: "Zacchaeus hurry and come down, for today

I must stay at your house," and he hurried and came down and received him gladly.

When they saw it they all began to grumble saying:"He has gone to be the

guest of a man who is a sinner." Zacchaeus stopped and said to the Lord:"Behold Lord,

half of my possessions I will give to the poor and if I have defrauded anyone

of anything I will give back four times as much." and Jesus said to Him:"Today

salvation has come to this house, because he too is a son of Abraham. For the Son

of man has come to seek and to save that which was lost." If we are in sin, we

are lost but when Jesus comes into our heart and He saves us, then He saves us

from sin he makes us new. He makes us children of God, and immediately we are

changed, we become children of God and we have the desire to do the will of

God. Many professing Christians claim to be saved but they are sinners. They never

changed because Jesus never came into their heart, He never came into their

life. When Jesus comes into your life you are immediately changed, you are not a

sinner anymore. When Jesus comes into your heart, the light goes on, and you see

all the filth, all the wickedness and you want to get rid of it immediately. You

clean up your house, you clean up your heart, and you make it a suitable

dwelling place for Jesus Christ. Jesus does not cohabit with satan. He does not

live in a dirty house, He does not live in a sinful heart. We either have Jesus

in us or we have satan in us. If we are children of God and Jesus dwells in us,

then we will not sin, we will be pure and holy and we will seek to do the will of

God, we will be like Jesus. If Jesus comes into your life and you are saved then

you are not a sinner anymore. Have you been saved? Has salvation come into your

heart, into your house? Are you different from the rest of the world? Are you

living pure and holy for Jesus Christ? May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real. I am here to introduce you to Jesus

Christ so that you can know Him and follow Him and have eternal life.

Gatwick Sofitel | Holiday Extras - Duration: 1:55.

Hi I'm Siân-Amy and I'm going to spend a couple of minutes telling you about these

seven things at the Sofitel - what I think is our most luxurious hotel at Gatwick.

It's our closest hotel to the North terminal - in fact, it's connected to it.

Stay overnight at the hotel then on the morning of your flight it's a 3-minute walk through

the exclusive indoor walkway into the North terminal.

If you're flying from the South terminal, use the walkway then take the free two-minute

monorail.

2.

The bedrooms are all spacious and soundproofed with triple glazed windows.

I'd recommend requesting a room with a runway view when you check in.

3.

Wi-Fi is free everywhere in the hotel.

4.

The Sofitel has three restaurants and two bars.

We think a two course meal at the informal Urban Café is really good value.

It's £17.95 per person if you book it in advance with us, which is less than you'd

normally pay for one course on the day.

The award-winning La Brasserie serves french gourmet dishes and Vanda restaurant serves

Asian dishes.

I'd suggest grabbing a cocktail at Kua bar, or a glass of wine at La Terrasse.

5.

Breakfast is a full english and continental buffet.

It's £18 per person and you can eat as much as you like, including eggs made to order.

6.

Lastly, the free gym is open 24 hours.

So that's all the need to know stuff, but here are our tips for getting the most out

of your booking.

7.

The Sofitel's restaurants are really popular and can get quite busy.

So I'd recommend booking your table as soon as you check in.

Rather than waiting around at the airport, you could check in your luggage at the terminal,

then walk back to the hotel for breakfast.

Kids Give Dating Advice - Duration: 1:44.

Yeah.

No?

What's a date?

A date that you eat?

Dating is when sometimes two people fall in love.

So they go out together.

I would wear...

pants...

a shirt...

socks and shoes.

A tuxedo?

A Speedo.

A pretty dress.

Yeah.

That's what I always do.

Bowling.

You can go...

to a concert.

A picnic...

at night.

Yes.

I would secretly call him.

And I would go,

"Hey, can you meet me at the park?

I want to talk with you."

The best date of all would be...

a birthday party!

I would keep eyeing them.

No.

I would say...

"Why don't we go out again?"

Maybe you should move on.

Yeah. You should move on.

Maybe...

Move on!

Tee Time Episode 4 - Are You a Recreational Shopper - Duration: 1:51.

Tee-Time!

Hi I'm April and I'm Wendy and welcome back to Tee-Time.

Coming to you live from the Black Star World Headquarters.

So Wendy, in your book you talk about recreational shoppers. What's that all about?

I came up with that term in university. I had some friends who love to shop.

It was almost like it was a recreational activity as opposed to say golf.

They would actually go to the mall and do some shopping so I have coined the term

recreation shopper.

Obviously, we like to have fun with finance. One of the things that we like to talk about

is having One Number; sticking within spending plan.

So can a recreational shopper have a spending plan?

Absolutely.

Fact, it's really alleviates the stress that can be

around whether they spend too much or not. What we do is by setting the number

they know what they can spend and then they just stay in that number and it's okay.

The whole idea is not to take them away from being a recreational shopper because

if that's something that they do.

Right.

It's hard to change that behavior but if we

can just give them some guidelines to work within, then they can still achieve

their goals.

You know, by spending money.

Speaking of goals, one of them today is finally getting one point on the board.

Good luck with that.

Oh!

Yeah baby!

Brookhouse.

No pressure. Staring down a 1-1 tie.

Ah, that's too bad.

Well Wendy, you know what we say at Black Star:

Progress, not perfection.

See you next time.

(laughter)

Herbal Coffee - Duration: 2:51.

Hey it's Logan Christopher from Lost Empire Herbs and in this video I want to show

you the drink I put together every morning with my coffee and different

herbs that I use. So, I typically just do a single cup French press coffee like so.

Now I don't have everything here I I'm a fan of the bulletproof styled coffee,

so using butter and coconut oil or MCT oils, but then I'd like to add even more

impact by using different herbal products, so three of my favorites and of

course there are many others you can use but three my favorites are He Shoe Wu

chaga mushroom and maca as well. So you take the coffee like so,

add a little little bit of chaga and this is a potent chaga extract that

we have available, you can use all kinds of different Chagas but this stuff is

quite strong so you don't need a lot of that one. The He Shou Wu you will about a

teaspoon or so of that and then the maca, maca is something you can really do

larger amounts with so I just generally using the same spoon do a heaping

teaspoon like that, try a little over a tablespoon right there and mix it up and

what's great about these herbs is they're all brown, you notice if you

look at the powders so they these flavors really go well with the coffee

flavor, you have that bitterness chaga's gonna have some of that but

chaga also has like a slight it has vanillic acid so it has a little bit of a

vanilla like taste to it, but not very strong.

The He Shou Wu really doesn't have a whole lot of flavor, a little bit malty

goes well you kind of won't even notice it with the coffee so much and the maca

you definitely well especially with that larger amount of it, but maca tastes

really good so I enjoy that flavor along with the coffee so have that every

single morning. What's great about this as most people have coffee right, so by

adding some herbs into your coffee whether you have one cup

or multiple in a day it's a really great way to get those herbs in there because

you don't get benefits from the herbs if you don't take them, so we really like to

build this into the lifestyle of what you're already doing make it easy to

take these things like said with these herbs going along with coffee it tastes

great. For a lot more information about these herbs and all everything else we

have you can check out LostEmpireHerbs.com, a lot of information that we have

on the website we really want people to explore the herbs, experiment find what

works for them build it into your lifestyle and get great results doing so,

so check it out at LostEmpireHerbs.com

What is Chronic Pain and Acute Pain? And How Do You Manage Them? - Duration: 2:24.

(whimsical music)

- With acute pain it is usually a short lived situation.

It has an abrupt onset related to some specific incident,

either an injury or a surgery,

or something like that that has resulted

in some tissue damage.

And it is the body's warning signals about that.

With time, that is typically improving.

So over the course of several weeks,

the patient, just through the natural course of healing,

is going to improve and resolve that pain.

Chronic pain is a situation where the pain is ongoing

and sometimes manifests continuously

even when there is not ongoing tissue damage.

Usually when the question comes up

about appropriate medication management for pain,

most people will think of either painkillers,

like ibuprofen and other drugs in that category,

that we call nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,

or they think of narcotic pain medicines,

like the opioid analgesic, the oxycodone, the oxytocin,

and those types of medications.

Obviously those have been in the news a lot

because of all the abuse,

drug overdose deaths, and serious concerns like that.

In addition to those concerns,

we've found that treating chronic pain

is different from treating acute pain.

And chronic pain is different from acute pain.

And in most cases as a long term strategy,

using the narcotic type pain medicines

is not a good long term strategy

and can in fact lead to more problems.

And paradoxically, can even increase pain.

We've found that it's much better to use, in most cases,

alternative medications and those can be

medications that work through

the nerve transmitter substances.

So we will try to utilize those.

A lot of times patients are referred to me

specifically because they're concerned

that they don't want to risk having

too long of an exposure to narcotic type pain medicines.

They want to avoid those,

out of concern for all those risks.
