Why You Keep Attracting Narcissists & How To Break The Cycle For Good

Over the course of several years, I attracted one narcissist after another.

No matter what I tried, I couldn't seem to stop inviting these unfulfilling relationships into my life.

The vicious cycle finally ended once I realized why these narcissistic personalities were there in the first place:

to show me the wounds I needed to heal on my own.

They were meant to teach me how to trust my instincts and intuition, to point me where I needed to go to work on my

self-worth and self-esteem.

When you realize you are worthy of more and embody that knowing on an energetic level,

you will no longer attract narcissists.

When you begin to understand that your most important job is to simply take care of yourself,

your life will begin to rapidly change.

These three tools can help you break the cycle and define your own worth, once and for all.

1.

Find your truth and generate the motivation to make changes.

It takes tapping into your truth to break out of a cycle in which you have been made to feel worthless.

The truth is that you are worthy of more.

All it takes to make the necessary changes to attract abundance is a little motivation.

So listen to motivational videos or use grounding meditations on a daily basis to generate the energy you need to take

action.

2.

Own your anger—and then release it.

Often, when we finally realize we have been manipulated and used by narcissists,

we are left with a lot of pent-up frustration.

It is natural to feel strong waves of anger as you release the emotional trauma that you have experienced,

so allow yourself to feel it completely.

The worst thing you can do is to try to push it back down.

That will only prolong the cycle of attracting narcissists, as you will still be an energetic match with them.

One way to release your anger is to write about it.

When I was processing my anger, I would take pen to paper and write furiously;

it was a safe way to explore these feelings without harming others.

3.

Build up your self-worth.

In order to build up the emotional energy to manifest healthier relationships,

you need to begin to build up your sense of self-worth.

When you finally believe you are worthy of more, you will be able to break out of the energetic dynamic that is at play

between you and the narcissist.

Over the period of time when I was building up my self-worth, I focused on things such as improving my self-care

routine and eating food that nourished my body fully.

You may not have control over what others do outside of you, but you can control how you feel about yourself.

Eat well, exercise, and make taking care of yourself a high priority.

hi I'm Mike Williams and welcome to day one of my 30 day video diary yesterday I

bought my fifth $50 advertising package and what I'm doing with this is I'm buying

advertising to promote my videos and other websites and I'm also getting paid to

visit other people's I have to view 10 other websites at least ten other

websites and every day I mail every 24 hours of what I actually do is hot I

view 10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon or evening it's more than what

I need to do but it's finding better it works better for me that way anyway and

I'll just show you what my current income is last night after I bought my

fifth $50 ad pack my income was down to 80 cents I believe it was and I

woke up this morning and I've earned $5.66 cents my income

is now five dollars 66 cents so just under five dollars earned overnight while I was

asleep and I've got 10 dollars and 13 cents in my advertising account now with

the advertising account I can use that fund to send even more traffic to my

websites or I can use it to gift to somebody else or to buy more advertising

packages or to increase my income on the other side of this platform now what

this is is a revenue share advertising program now if you know anything about

rev share there's been loads of revenue share companies come and go fallen by

the wayside a lot of them have relied on sales of advertising packages to

actually provided the income which they shared about how now that model doesn't

work it's been proven not to work time and time again it might work initially

but in the long term it will fail now as I'm scrolling up

here you'll notice stuff here like ads. these are Google ads now Google

are just paying of displaying adverts on it and the website is being paid for by

Google for displaying these adverts so that's an additional income coming in

outside of the members of this site and Google are funding the advertising in the

revenue share as well there's another side to this program which is a social

media site there are advertising on there which also funds the revenue side

of this there's car leasing which is done with a partnership with BMW which

is an additional revenue share and the additional revenues ....

this looks on my eyes are closed No yeah so there's lots of external

revenue coming into this which makes it absolutely safe for the long term this

has been going for for over two years now I believe so yes

it's been going for quite a while and it's the safest revenue share program

out there so you can really have a look and you can see the name of it but if

you want you could easily google this and find it and join somebody but before

you join any business it's vital a lot of people don't do this it's vital

though do you find out what support you're going to get from the person

whose link you're going to join through now there are different kinds of people

who do recruiting there's recruiters who were just churning through numbers and

they just bring people into a business and don't offer them any support

guidance whatever and then there's sponsors now the difference is the

sponsor will show you how where to go it won't necessarily

taking hold your hand and show you every single step of the way

but will point you in the right direction like he or she a sponsor will show you

where to look for the information if they can't provide it for you themselves

if you're sponsoring lots of people you're not going to have the sort of

time that you would obviously have if he is doing one to one so that they will at

least show you where to look for the information to get the answers which

will also help you because then when you start promoting the business and you

start growing your business you will want to be able to use existing

information to answer people's questions so it's useful if you know where to look

so yeah ask always ask what level of support you will get from the person who

send you new links to join any particular business not just this

business but any what sort of level is support you're gonna get anyway what do

I have to do on this you know or the earn money well first of all before you

do anything you have to buy an advertising pack there's two different

advertising packs there are the $10 packs and there are $50 ad packs out the

two the $50 ad pack gets gives you a better and faster return and with a $50 ad pack

you'll get return of $60 and on the $10 per hour pack and on the $10 a pack

you'll get just $12 back but like I say the $50 gives you a better return and

also better advertising because with the $50 ad pack you get 800 views on your

advert and you get something like either 90 or 120 views on your $10 ad pack

so I have I'd recommend the 50 so you can either

fund it from your own account which is what I did with my last ad pack that I

bought last night as we go along I'll show you how to do that or you can load

money using a payment processor into your account now what payment processors

do they use right let me go back yeah well you can use Bitcoin and you can

also get paid out via Bitcoin as well there's dot pay so fort

neteller adv cash perfect money you can pay by bank transfer or credit

card via Neteller but that's quite useful as well and solid trust pay czar to pay

for you pay air or you can fund it with a code that you create on future net

oh yeah there's lots of different payment options there and you can get

paid out into your direct into your bank as well but bitcoin is a great way

for getting paid out so that's what how you there's different payment

options for funding your account and then what do you have to do you have to

watch ten adverts a day so you click on watch ads these are the adverts that

people are paying for in a fifty dollar pack yeah this person would be paying

for eight hundred views of this particular ad so you scroll along

seeing an ad that you like the look of I'm just gonna pick one at random

tap on the open this green bar at the top is, will slowly or quite fast now will fill up

and once that's completely green you'll get other options open up. At the moment

you just got close so we have to wait for that green bar to fill up then

then there will open up an option to open this page in a new tab or to view the next

advert now if you see a site that you really like to look of, select the

open in new tab so you can come back to it at a later date

also I'm recording this on my smart phone so this shows that anywhere in the

world that you've got a smart phone working on either Android or Apple you

can use this there we go we've got opening new tab new ads you could also

use a traditional laptop or PC to do this I thought I would show people how it's

they can do it on a smart phone because there are more people with smartphones

than there are with PCs and laptops these days so as you can see there today watched

ad's one of 10 you are qualified to 2017 September the second 9:17 am

that time is in polish time it doesn't matter where you are in

the world that time will be polish time not your local time as long as that text

is green you're safe yeah you still will in the qualifying 24 hours the moment

that turns red you're too late you've missed you missed your 24-hour

deadline what that means is that you've lost out on the revenue for a while

until we click again so it's vital that you ensure that you're still within the

green which is why I'll do 10 ads in the morning in 10 ads in the evening because

I'm always in the green so yep and then you come to this other

screen the screen again making selects another adverts to view again you have to

wait for the green bar to fill up this is another income stream for sharing

revenue on the site as well they do on the social side of the site they have

they have games that you can play now games, games are big money playing

Facebook you can play games on Facebook but you get no reward for it on this you

get a reward for it it goes into the revenue which is shared amongst people

again we wait for the green bar to fill-up

and there you go you see the count has gone to two of ten so I think now about that

day one because I've thirty days of doing this I'm going to do one

video every day for the rest of this month so hopefully if you've found this

one my sixth ad pack which will be funded again by the income I'm receiving

How to build a Star Fire for cooking - Duration: 2:56.

Hi, I'm Dieter from FYRO and today I will show you how to cook on an open fire only with three rocks.

We head out to the forest and collect what we need.

For tinder we can use birch bark or fat wood, and

here we found some fat wood, and I already started cutting it off.

Check out our other video on how to find tinder and firewood even in wet conditions.

Here you see the core, that is fat wood, it looks a bit glassy.

Here we found some birch bark. Let's also collect some of that.

As firewood we collect about six branches like this, they should be dead and dry and

standing upright and not on the ground, so that means they stay dry.

And they also break easily.

We take everything back to the fire site.

We set up three rocks so that we can put the pot in the middle,

and we check with some water that it is really horizontal.

I will now set up the branches in a star-like pattern around the middle. This is where the name "Star Fire" comes from.

Now we put the tinder in the middle and then start the fire.

I will make some shavings of the fat wood. The fine shavings catch the sparks.

Of course you can also just use a lighter.

The tinder quickly catches fire.

So we keep feeding the fire with kindling until the bigger pieces are burning.

I think now we can start cooking.

You can control the heat of a Star Fire almost like a stove.

To reduce the power, pull out the branches and then the fire dies down.

To increase the power again, push the branches back in, and then fan the flames.

Now it's time to enjoy.
