Full Readout A list of healthy foods which fight anxiety

and stress.

Anxiety and stress are common problems nowadays.

More and more people live in a constant state of worry, which can cause mental issues in

the long term.

Studies have shown that junk food and an unhealthy lifestyle can cause unwanted stress and even

trigger anxiety attacks.

The good news is that there are ways of relieving these problems by simply binging in some healthy

foods into your diet.

Let's take a look at some of these wonderful nutritious foods.

1.

Asparagus Studies have shown that anxiety can be linked

to low levels of folic acid in the body.

Asparagus is rich in folate and B vitamins which boost your body's production of folic

acid.

2.

Blueberries Anxiety is triggered by a stress hormone called

cortisol.

Blueberries are one of nature's most powerful antioxidant superfoods.

The vitamin c helps to regulate cortisol levels, and reduce spikes.

3.

Passion Flower Tea This helps to calm a restless mind at night

when anxiety kicks in.

This works by regulating hormones in the body, especially for anxiety triggered by the menopause,

menstrual cycle or ADHD.

4.

Almond Butter Almonds contain B vitamins and magnesium which

help the brain to produce serotonin.

This hormone regulates mood and relieves anxiety symptoms.

It also helps you sleep easier at night.

5.

Ashwaghanda Powder This is a powerful Ayurvedic herb which is

used to significantly lower stress levels in the body.

This is commonly used to regulate the hormones in women.

6.

Flax Seeds Low blood sugar levels can also trigger anxiety.

The omega 3 fatty acids within flax seeds help to regulate blood sugar and reduce toxicity

in the brain.

7.

Griffonia Seed Extract These are perhaps one of the most powerful

remedies which treat anxiety.

They contain a compound known as 5-HTP which regulates serotonin levels in the brain.

What Else Can I Do

In addition to improving your diet, you should try to cut out as much junk food as possible.

Excessive amounts of sugar and caffeine can trigger anxiety and stress by effecting the

natural production of hormones and cortisol in the blood.

Taking 20 minute walks each day adds a little exercise and helps the body to flush out toxins

by increasing the heart rate and moving the muscles and joints

Energy drinks should be removed from the diet entirely, as these are some of the worst causes

of anxiety.

Simply replace them with water, or herbal teas for flavour.

Finally, mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to focus on the outside world instead

of thoughts which only exist within the mind.

Am thinking about risk!

Sometimes we have to risk it, weather it will be relationship

and telling somebody that you really love them, and letting them

know why love them.

Could be starting a business, scary as hell, not knowing

from where the next paycheck may come from.

But you go out, you work it hard and make it happen.

That is risk, and you don't get to the great things in life unless you risk

it.
