Waching daily Sep 5 2017

Pain is a beautiful thing challenge is what life is about a life without

challenge a life without pain is a life without growth and where there is

no growth there's still stagnant energy and that's where most people live

because most people's lives are designed around treading a path that is void of

challenge the minute they recognize challenge or pain they move the other

way this is a primal instinct and normal and natural but a weak perspectives most

people are bored if you ask them what do you think about your life the same old

same old every single day was the thing same day

same s*** different day things of this nature that's because they're living their

lives in a lie that is shrouded in comfort it doesn't exist they're not

challenged they're not growing they're bored and they're better off dead your

likeness is found in your pain embrace it love it and grow from it I know that

I personally have experienced quite a bit of disappointment in my life and I'm

assuming that you have as well and guess what we're going to continue to be

disappointed throughout our lives at least we should be because if you're not

that means that you're really not trying now how you handle yourself post

disappointment this is critical to your emotional and mental well-being

pain pain hurting right it's part of the growing process but I'll tell you

something life has a funny way of closing doors in order to keep you

moving in the right direction alright so often in our society and as

people we run from pain we do everything we can to protect ourselves and to

shield ourselves from feeling uncomfortable that feeling of pain and

this is the reason why so many people abuse drugs alcohol casual sex we do

this to not feel the pain but I'm saying stop running stop trying to mask

when you feel pain disappointment it's okay don't try and cover it up what

you should do is actually embrace it I know it's

easy for me sitting here saying I'll embrace the pain you're feeling like crap don't

worry about it feel it feel it I get it right that's not that's kind of a long

shot but what I'm saying is that the pain is normal its natural it's a part

of the growth process learn from it once you do you accept it you embrace it

learn from it put it in its place you're going to be able to move forward

stronger faster smarter if you're not struggling and getting

disappointed from time to time this probably means that you're not really

pushing your limits too far all right it's okay embrace it don't get

discouraged and stay focused have you ever wished I would have gotten this day

started different than what I did you know don't ever waste a day once

you know you think about time differently as you get older I think

when you're in your 20s and maybe even 30s and maybe even 40s you don't you

don't think too much about time but a few years ago it occurred to me that

two-thirds of my life was over and I just became much more aware of

time and how foolish it is to waste any day that you have you know there's

something really interesting about time we all get the same amount in a day

every day is 24 hours some people are very very fruitful and effective and

some people just waste their time day after day after day and that's a choice

that we make but there's one thing about time once it goes by you never get it

back so how tragic it is to waste any day of your life little victories add up and

that is what gives you then ultimately confidence I tell you another example

just quickly because it's something totally different public speaking

I would have been scared to do what Reg Park did he always after he posed he went

to the microphone and says ladies and gentlemen thank you very much for this

great applause it's wonderful to be back in Leeds England is my hometown

and he kept on going on for 15 minutes and I'm looking at this in the

he didn't have a piece of paper in front of him how could you

speak like that for 15 minutes and so I said to him after it is that I'm in awe

that you can speak like that and you'd go out there

there was like 2000 people out there and he said there is no no no not at all and he

always said connected and the next day when we did another posing

exhibition in Newcastle he had me come out he says oh before I leave I just

want to bring out again my very very good friend here and training partner

now Arnold Schwarzenegger he's nineteen years old come and welcome him with a

big applause and they all were applauding so I had no choice I'm now standing backstage

right because I just watched him pose and I'm watching everything that Reg

Park does because I'm emulating him and I want to copy everything that he does

well all of a sudden I had to go out and then he put the microphone in front of

me and he said to me he says so tell them you know that you like you know

Newcastle and I said to him this again talk you can talk say I like Newcastle

then I said I like Newcastle and they all applauded they imagine just this

little few lines and and they all applauded so then he says good evening ladies and

gentlemen that's it good evening ladies and gentlemen and as I was out there and

he was feeding me lines I started feeling more confident and

all of a sudden I realized that there was no one out there trying to kill me

because I'm speaking but in fact it is a bigger fear factor for people

to speak publicly than anything else so here is an example little things incremental

things of him feeding me lines and stuff with it

a year later two years later it got bigger speeches got bigger and I started

feeling comfortable being in front of a microphone and the rest is history

I never was scared again doing public speaking or anything else because of

those moments

Replace your Nucleus® 7 Sound Processor microphone protectors - Duration: 1:47.

You should replace your Cochlear™ Nucleus® 7

Sound Processor's microphone protectors

every three months

or sooner if you live in a high humidity environment,

perspire frequently

or notice degradation in sound quality.

It is important that you keep your microphone protectors

in place at all times.

Microphone protectors are built in to the Nucleus 7 microphone cover

which is completely replaced.

First,

you need to remove the old microphone cover.

Hold the coil cable grip

and firmly pull it straight out of the sound processor.

Do not tug on the flexible part of the coil cable

and be careful not to twist the coil cable when you pull it out.

To remove the microphone cover

use your fingernail to lift it from the bottom edge.

To insert the new microphone cover

fit the replacement on to the sound processor

and press down firmly

with a finger on each end

until you feel a click.

Lastly, without twisting

push your coil cable onto the sound processor until it clicks.

Wearing options for the Nucleus® 7 Sound Processor - Duration: 2:10.

To help you wear your Cochlear™ Nucleus® 7 Sound Processor

securely and safely

a range of optional retention accessories are available.

The Cochlear Tamper Resistant Earhook

is an accessory for young children.

It secures the earhook to the sound processor

to reduce the risk of it becoming loose

or detached.

For extra peace of mind, the Cochlear Hugfit™

holds a child's sound processor in place

more securely than an earhook alone.

When playing sport or exercising

the Cochlear Snugfit can be used to help hold your processor in place.

To fit one of these retention options

to the Nucleus 7 Sound Processor,

first remove the earhook and battery module.

Clip the earhook end first,

followed by the metal hook at the battery end.

Then simply reattach the battery module

as you normally would,

making sure the metal hook lays flat

to allow the battery to clip on.

Children may also benefit from using one of Cochlear's

loss prevention accessories.

The Cochlear Koala Clip

allows the Nucleus 7 Sound Processor

to be attached to a child's clothing

until they can wear their processor on their ear.

Another useful loss prevention option

is the Cochlear Safety Cord.

This clips to clothing,

meaning that wearers are less likely to lose their sound processor.

How To Make Easy YouTube Thumbnails -- 2017 Tutorial - Duration: 5:43.

hi this is Monique so today I'm going to show you how to make a quick and easy

thumbnail using canva.com don't forget to subscribe to my youtube channel so

when you open up canva there's a bunch of templates for kind of like thumbnails

or for banners for YouTube and you can put your own dimensions in there as well

so I'm just gonna open up one that I use for thumbnails for YouTube and as you

can see I've got a couple of thumbnails in canva these are the pages this is the

last one that I made so we're gonna actually do a new one so on the left

side of the screen you can search for items you can go through some templates

you can look at some shapes and photos and grids just extra illustrations you

can change the text and you can change the backgrounds or upload your own

pictures so I want to change this background to white because I think

that's really clear and I'm going to search for the YouTube logo so I'm just

gonna type in YouTube as you can see there's a bunch of free ones so I'm

gonna click on it and I'm just gonna resize it there's a bunch that are free

you don't want to buy any so just get the free ones so the next thing I want

to search for is a photo clicked on photos and I'm going to type in camera

so these are some free pictures of cameras so you click on a picture that

you want and I'm just gonna resize it move it around a little bigger and I

move my YouTube logo down a little bit because I want to put some text in here

as well

so I'm going to go to text and I'm gonna hit add heading so I'm gonna actually change

the size and I'm gonna change the type of font so I'm gonna type photography

move it up I'm gonna see if I can change the color and the size so let's make it

bigger I want to fill up all the space you can make as big as you like just

click on it again if you want to change like the color the size click on the

actual word photography so let's change the color a lot of my text on my

templates is either black red or blue because those are the colors on my page

but I like black so I'm changing it back and you can also change the font you can

turn it to something fun I usually like to use fonts that are big and chunky so

they're easy for people to read

so I'm just going to go through a couple of fonts I'm gonna change the spacing

between the letters you just go up to spacing and then I'm gonna make it all

caps as well so you go to the little logo that looks like two capital 'AA'

and I might make this a little bit larger so that it takes up all the

white space on the picture so that's all I'm doing right now I'm making it bigger

and I'm trying to stretch it across the page I'm just gonna move around a couple

of the items in the picture I want to fill up that little space in the middle

there so I'm gonna try to get an icon or search for something like a shape or an

arrow I want to find an item that looks like photography so something to do with

photography other than a camera so there's a movie slate so I'm gonna click

on that and I'm going to just drop it into our picture there's also a movie

camera there too but I'm gonna get rid of the YouTube logo and I'm gonna put

the slate in so let's make the slate smaller move it over maybe a little

smaller get rid of the YouTube logo and resize the slate, the slate obviously means

something to do with movies or photography

so let's look for some arrows so I'm gonna try to find a free arrow that one looks

really cool I'm gonna resize it try to fit it in

that empty space you can put whatever you want in there I just like putting

arrows under text you can make it bigger or you can make it smaller anyhow when

you're finished all you have to do is go up to the top of the page and rename

your thumbnail and so this one's about photography so I would probably rename

it photography just right there and you save the name now you go to download to

save it onto your desktop and I usually save it as a JPEG so this video has been

how to make an easy template

Resident Evil 4 NEW Easter Egg Discovered After 12 Years | Creepy Developer Guy - Duration: 2:11.

Meet Slippy Slides.

This awesome YouTuber has been exploring Resident Evil 4 and has discovered something hidden

on the map in that nobody has found in the 12 year history of re4 So what is this mysterious

easter egg?

I decided to pull out this classic RE entry on Gamecube and try to find the mysterious

character that lies beyond the map.

Using the latest in video game technology called a memory card, I teleported myself

to an area late in the game,

"After we get out of here drinks are on me."

"Yeah I know a good bar".

right after a helicopter crash kills my favorite Resident Evil character of all time…Mike.

What you don't know Mike?

Psh, and you say you are a Rez Evil fan.

Just after this part, as Slippy instructs, I whip out my sniper rifle and look across

the cliff.

Holy Crap!

It's Him!

Let's take a closer look.

Release The Drone!

Its a dude with the ugliest green jacket you've ever seen, a scarf and a mullet aka the perfect

combination for conquering the female species.

But how did he get all the way over there.

And why is he pointing a double finger guns at the dead corpse of our beloved hero Mike?

The probable answer is that it was a developer who slipped an inside joke corny photo of

himself or one of his pals into the game.

Developers love to show up in games.

I wonder did the director Shinji Mikami know about this?

Crimson Army.

Go check out Slippy Slides really cool RE4 explore videos!

Let me know in the comments what you think about this easter egg and click the subscribe

icon to stay on top of all Resident Evil news and info and I'll talk to you later Zombs!
