I would like to talk to you about
Your realtor your local realtor specifically loved your local realtor. You got to love your local realtor
the reason that we have
Local Realtors the reason that you want to entertain
Hiring a local realtor is exactly because of the word local
The reason most Realtors all Realtors frankly work a specific area is because this is the area. They know it's the neighborhood
They know the city. They know the township. They know the county. They know the bylaws. They know the regulations
They know the development planning they know all those things
Fall into come into play, but when a realtor lists your property or actually in fact is actually helping you buy a property
It's our job to know everything
There is to know about this house in this neighborhood in this subdivision in this area of town
Etc so why in the world
Would you try and hire a realtor from another territory?
How does that make sense what with that realtor know?
About your neighborhood your house your development the future that might anything that might happen in that neighborhood
What were the realtor know how does that make sense to you so make sense to me to promote local realtor?
It makes sense to me to hire a local realtor if you have to interview 10 local Realtors find one because they're worth it
