and when you become more aware
you become aware of more problems.
Those problems were there before.
I don't create your problems,
it is just that you were unconscious;
you were not
taking any note.
Those problems were there.
It is just like a house which is in darkness,
and many spiders are
weaving
their nests
and scorpions are living and snakes are enjoying,
and suddenly you bring light there.
The light does not create the spiders or the scorpions or the snakes,
but it makes you aware of them.
And it is good to be aware,
because then the house can be cleaned;
then you can avoid the snakes.
You have many problems which you are not seeing –
which in fact, you do not want to see.
You go on postponing.
You are so afraid of seeing those problems,
because then you will have to solve them.
But by postponing they are not solved;
it is not so easy.
Problems are not letters
written to George Bernard Shaw.
George Bernard Shaw used to collect letters;
he would not open them.
He would open them
on the first of every month,
so for thirty days he would collect
thousands of letters from all over the world.
His date was fixed:
on the first of every month
he would open them.
And he would go on throwing them,
because most of them had already been answered.
It was rarely that some
letter was left
that had not answered itself.
Somebody asked him, "This is a strange way...."
He said, "It is not strange,
it is the simplest way."
When somebody does not get an answer for two weeks, three weeks,
he gets the answer
that 'This man is not going to answer.'
He drops the hope.
"And most of those letters are useless anyway.
I am not going to waste my whole month.
I have given them just one day –
and any really authentic letter
that needs my attention, I answer.
This way, I save my time, I save their time;
otherwise they would have to read...
and this is such a difficult world
that they would not only read they would
reply also...
again you have to read it.
"It is better to finish it from the very beginning.
It is a chain phenomenon,
it can go on endlessly.
And the more you allow it
and then stop, the more it hurts.
The first letter
and it is finished – it does not hurt.
The man just understands that

But problems are not letters,
and life is not George Bernard Shaw.
You cannot postpone.
But people are postponing.
They go on pushing them this way and that way,
everywhere hiding them,
thinking that
some miracle...
and things will settle down
and problems will be solved.
This is not going to happen.
On the contrary, those problems will create their children.
They will start finding boyfriends, girlfriends –
two problems meeting together
and a third problem is produced,
and you will be in more difficulty.
It is better to go on
facing each problem as it comes by.
It is not sannyas
that
has created your problems.
Sannyas has simply given you a little more awareness.
Your problems
have always been there.
Sannyas has given you the opportunity to solve them.
And one should enjoy solving one's problems.
It sharpens your intelligence.
Each problem is a challenge.
Each problem
makes you more intelligent.
And the day you will not have any problems,
your mind
will come to its
utmost clarity –
because no dust,
no problem.
Your mind becomes
a mirror,
so pure
that it reflects reality.
Yes, it is my work.
But don't think that I am creating your problems.
I am just giving you insight,
awareness,
silence,
so that you can see your problems and solve them.

Basically a growth of abnormal cells in your brain a brain tumor can be benign that is without cancer cells or malignant with cancer cells
Understanding brain tumor symptoms early can mean a better shot at a positive outcome
Brain tumor symptoms are caused by their location or the pressure they put on the brain
which is why symptoms vary from one patient to another if
You have multiple signs and symptoms of this problem ask your doctor to check your health levels
Here are ten common signs of brain tumor that you should to

This is a common symptom. That's easy for other people to notice
When you suspect someone if having a stroke you should ask the person to smile
This is a quick way to identify if they're having a stroke, and if facial paralysis occurs get them emergency medical attention immediately
Even if the non-symmetrical smaller speech difficulty isn't from a stroke. It's still a sign that something serious is wrong
rehabilitation therapy plays a crucial role in recovering from facial paralysis
some stroke survivors fully recover from facial paralysis over time
But it is permanent for many people

When we entered this castle a few hours ago, it was still dark in here.
Outside you can see some of the machines of the demolition company.
How can they destroy such an old and unique looking castle?
I love the gothic style of this staircase so much.
We have to be careful not te be seen.
After World War II, this castle was used as an orphanage by the Belgian railroad company.
From 1980, it served as a vacation home.
The last children left the castle in 1991 and it has been abandoned ever since.
We've been here a couple of hours and I think we have explored the whole castle now.
But here is still one thing left to show you.
I really want to film the front of the castle, but that's where the workmen are taking their break right now.
If we want to film that shot, we are going to get caught.
We are now slowly walking backwards towards the demolition company.
They are going to spot us, but we are just going to keep filming this epic castle for as long as we can.

At the end of this video, you would know how to get the target neet score for any government
medical college in India based on your reservation category.
This video will focus on 15% All India Quota seats in Government Medical Colleges across
India.
I am planning to discuss about individual state quota in my future videos.
Do you know that it is easy to get government college medical seat in less competitive states
like Tamilnadu?
One of the main reason why it is easy to get govt seat in tamilnadu is because of the high
number of medical colleges and government seats.
A student who studied 10th and 12th from a state gets opportunity to get 85% state quota
govt seats of that state.
I will create a separate video for Tamilnadu target cutoff, for now i would restrict myself
to All India State quota.

There are more than 225 government colleges run by central and state governments with
close to 31000 government medical seats where the fees is nominal as it is subsidized by
the government.
Apart from govt colleges, India has close to about 250 private medical colleges that
provides close to 30000 MBBS seats.
In this video, we will see only about the government colleges.
There are four types of government colleges in India.
All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Jawaharlal Institute of Post graduate Medical
Exam and Research does not come under the NEET examination.
They both conduct separate entrance exam for their institutions.
There is also Armed forces medical college at pune which conducts separate counselling
for admission based on the NEET score.
All other government colleges run by both central government and state government come
under the All India Medical Counselling.
15% of the total government medical seats are allotted by the All India Medical Counselling.
This comes to around 4600 seats.
Rest of the government college seats are filled by the respective state government where the
college is located.
During 2017 NEET exam, nearly 12 lakh students appeared for the exam for the available 4650
All India Medical Quota Seats.
Only one in 250 students has the chance to get that seat.
Not lets see the category wise reservations for All India Counselling.
OC get the major chunk.
Eventhough officially it is said that little more than 50% of the seats are for unreserved
category.
In reality, this comes to around 75% as last year only 80 OBC reserved students got admission
through All India Counselling.
The reservation for SC category stands at 15% whereas for ST it is 7.5.
There is also reservation for physically handicapped across all categories which stands at 3%.
This gives an overview of the neet score range for respective categories.
You will not see much difference between OC and OBC but for SC and ST the cutoff decreases
by atleast 50 marks each.
The top rank students seem to prefer Azad Medical College and you can see the number
of seats, All India Rank range and NEET score range for each reservation category.
The least preferred college among students in All India Counselling is Regional Medical
College at Imphal.
the All India Rank Range and NEET score range for each reservation category is given.
From the top and least preferred college, we can come to a conclusion that if we target
All India Rank below 2000 or NEET Score above 550, we can be 100% sure of government medical
college seat.

I am curious to know what was your reaction, because mine was asking(screaming): what the

Yes, very dramatic but have you seen the size of it.
Anyway If you like to know the answers to these questions stay to find out.
why did he write it?
Marx was shocked, because the average age of dead in his time was 42 and yet some people
were hardly reaching 30.
Those people were usually hard working and still poor people, he called them the working
class (or the proletariat).
On the other hand their employers (the Capitalists, everyone else) were living longer and getting
richer.
Why did the capitalists deserve to live longer?
Mawx's answers was that they didn't deserve it, but they manipulated and exploited the
working class to achieve it.
This is called the class conflict basically what`s good for one of the groups is bad for
the other one and vise versa.
You can imagine it like two threes in one big plant pot they share the same soil and
water but one of them will always be bigger and healthier sacrificing the other one.
In our case the big three was the class of capitalists which made their life better by
sacrificing the working class.
Some of the facts about the lives of the working class caught Marx`s attention, like the 18
hour work day for people over 18 and more than 15 hour working day for children from
9-10 in some cases even 3 years old.
Overworking of the working class, the undernourishment, the high mortality rate, the higher chances
for these people to be infected with diseases because of their dirty, overly crowded living
places (like 8 people in different ages and sex in two small rooms).
One of the main reason Marx wrote was to challenge and prove wrong the notion that this was the
natural (the right way) of living for these people.
He also challenged the main notion of the economist at the time, that accumulation of
the capital (which was the reason for the better quality of life of the capitalists
$$$) is coming from the circulation itself.
Instead he tried to prove that the accumulation is coming from the exploitation of the working
class.
How he did that I will explain in my next video which will be overview of the main ideas
in the Capital vol1.

one wonders how often he eats there if he really misses it that much. Why don't you

He Uses Canned Meat
For the most part, there's a few ways to quickly get kicked off a Ramsay cooking show, and
that's by either microwaving or getting caught using frozen and canned meats. But in an interview,
Ramsay described a favourite dish to make for his family that includes canned tuna fish.
While the caveat there is that it has to be really high quality canned tuna, it's still
canned tuna nonetheless. Stuff like this adds approachability to the "angry chef" and seems
to balance with that other side of his personality. Although there's probably a clip somewhere
out there of him screaming at someone for serving him cat food because they used canned
tuna, that's neither here nor there.
There's One Thing Ramsay Won't Eat
When it comes to how adventurous he is as a chef, Ramsay has stated that "As a chef,
I think my job is to discover as much as I can. You know, anything black or under-seasoned
I find really hard to eat. So I'll eat anything from a beating open heart, live, to a jellied
eel, to beans on toast. I'll eat anything provided it's got seasoning." But that's
not quite true: in another interview, Ramsay admitted that there was one thing he just
would not touch: frozen dinners. He explained his rationale: "It's so easy to prepare
a quick meal using fresh produce, such as a simple stir-fry, but people still resort
to ready meals that all taste exactly the same." If only it were that simple for the
rest of us, you glorious Scottish bastard.
He's Most Proud of a Show You've Never Heard of
Gordon Ramsay is responsible for restaurants that have amassed almost 20 Michelin stars
over the years, and at this point he's been almost as responsible for as many television
shows around the world, either as the host or a producer. In the United States alone
he's had shows like Kitchen Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen, MasterChef and MasterChef Junior
and he's been even more prolific in the UK. However, none of those shows are what he's
most proud of as a television host, but rather a show that you've most likely never heard
of, at least in the U.S. That honour goes to Sharkbait. Of the show, Ramsay said; "So,
Sharkbait was an amazing documentary where I went off to Taiwan, got on a boat, hijacked
it, and you know, tried to stop finning--shark fins and the decimation of sharks and the
population. So Sharkbait was one of the biggest and most prolific programs I've ever done."
Considering the fact that the sharks are also one of the hardest animals to advocate for,
because movies like Jaws, Deep Blue Sea or Starknado. Work like this is really something
we actually need more of if we want to have sharks a couple generations from now.
He's Worked with the Same Team at his Flagship Restaurant Forever
If you only watch the highlights of or the commercials for his shows then you'll think
of Gordon Ramsay as a chef that has some serious anger control problems. While he's sort of
gotten away from that in recent years, it's still what he's best known for in North America
and other parts of the world that didn't get to know him first in the UK. So, it may surprise
people to learn that he's worked with the same people at his flagship restaurant, the
aptly named Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, where he received (and retained) his first three
Michelin stars since it opened around two-decades ago. In fact, the "Screaming Chef" listed
that as what he was most proud of professionally, stating that he'd been working with "The same
chef and the same maitre d', 18 years later".
He Uses Microwaves in his Kitchens
If you've watched any of Ramsay's shows you'll find this perhaps the most surprising entry
here, as microwaving food in his presence is typically a one-way ticket to the chopping
block. However, Ramsay did state that he does, in fact, use a microwave in his restaurants
from time to time. But Ramsay being Ramsay, he does it his way. What is the one thing
that you're taught never to put in a microwave? Metal, of course, but Ramsay clearly forges
his own path and part of that is apparently ignoring any and all warnings when it comes
to safety and really, it's not that dangerous to do what he does and is actually quite ingenious.
So, what is the one item (or group of items) that he puts in the microwave? Herbs! And
instead of cooking them over butter to get them nice and crispy he actually uses "a plate,
plastic wrap, and then rub a whole basil leaf in just a touch of olive oil and then lay
it on the tinfoil. Press for 45 seconds in the microwave. They come out real crisp!"
Well, of course, they do, because they're being hit with tiny miniature lightning bolts,
but you know, that's the sort of thing that makes Ramsay a better chef than any of us.
He Doesn't Watch his Own Shows
During an interview with Playboy from 2011, Ramsay asks the interviewer whether or not
he "really comes across that angry" on television when asked about whether or not he's ever
been punched on one of his television shows. Apparently, it was a legitimate question because
Ramsay doesn't watch his own shows. While we live in a world where younger celebrities
are basically forced to be self-obsessed, there are still some older celebs who don't
really like how they look or sound on TV. During the interview, Ramsay said of the decision
not to watch his own shows, "I didn't want to get self-obsessed and start thinking about
putting makeup on and watching the way I walk. "Oh, did I really say that?" F*** it. It is
what it is. I'd rather watch Deadliest Catch or go out for dinner." Lucky for Ramsay, there
are millions of people around the world that do want to watch him on television, and luckily
for us there seems to be hundreds of thousands that want to watch him on YouTube, too!
His Restaurants Have Amassed a Total of 16 Michelin Stars
It may sound like a contradiction but the highest honor a restaurant anywhere in the
world can receive is through a yearly publication created by a tire company. That company is
Michelin (you know, as in the Michelin Man). Michelin is a French-Tire Maker, that wanted
to find a way to encourage people to drive more so they created a review magazine each
year that breaks down restaurants into groups and provides stars for the best restaurants
out there (so people will drive further to check out more restaurants and eventually
need new tires - brilliant plan guys). The record for the most Michelin stars amassed
by one executive chef is 28 by Joel Robuchon, but he better get back to work as Ramsay has
amassed 16 Michelin stars himself. His most famous and signature restaurant, Restaurant
Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London has held three separate Michelin stars since it opened
in 2001. It was that restaurant that landed him his first three Michelin stars, as well,
and because of that he was the first/only chefs to ever amass 3 stars (this was back
in 2001). Considering that he broke some of the records at 3, it's looking like no one
in the home of haggis and ... More haggis will ever catch Ramsay when it comes to Michelin
stars or general fame in the restaurant business.
Other Chefs Really Fear Him
If there's another chef out there that's on the same level, internationally, in terms
of celebrity it's the Iron Chef himself, Bobby Flay. One could argue that Flay is perhaps
considered to be the better chef than Ramsay so it may be surprising that a guy who has
built his name by competing against other chefs every week on shows like Iron Chef or
Beat Bobby Flay has refused to actually go up against Ramsay on Iron Chef itself. Answering
a question about which celebrity chef he'd like to go up against on a show like Iron
Chef, Ramsay said that he had been trying to lure Flay into a head to head battle on
Iron Chef for years. Beyond that, he stated that he had approached Flay after a celebrity
tennis tournament and said: "Bobby, let's cut the bullshit and get in the ring. You
and I for 60 minutes, and if you need a ten-minute head start and an extra sous chef, you can
have them, but I'm going to kick your ass." Flay reportedly said yes but then changed
his mind and had his agent phone, Ramsay, to say that he simply didn't "have the time"
24 hours later. Hm, you smell that? Ah, yes…chicken.
He's a Black Belt in Karate
For a guy that seems to run his mouth as often as Ramsay does, you just know that there are
drunks everywhere who are looking to knock him down a peg or two. Luckily for him, he's
a big guy at 6'2". But beyond that, he also knows how to handle himself in a fight. During
an interview, Ramsay discussed whether or not someone has ever taken a swing at him
on the show, and let people know exactly how ready for a fight he is: "There was a situation
years back on an early season of Hell's Kitchen in London. A lady had too much to
drink and was showing off and went to punch me. But no. I have a black belt in karate.
I love boxing. I can look out for myself. Do I want to fight? No. Let's finish cooking
first. We'll fight after. Do I really come across that angry?" I think it's safe to
say that, yes, Gordon, you do come off that angry.

Make a color palette in Photoshop - Duration: 3:36.
Hello! I'm Cristina from Elan Creative Co and in this tutorial I want to show
you how to make color palette from photos. I'm going to use Photoshop for
this but you can also use this method in Illustrator. Open your favorite photo in
Photoshop. I really love this photo because it has soft colors that would
work well for logo design or website design. First, I want to remove the
default colors from the swatches panel. If you can't see the swatches panel, just
go to Window > Swatches to open it. Next, click on the button next to swatches to
open the menu and then go to Preset Manager. Select the first color, hold down
the Shift key and select the last color to select all of them. Then click on
Delete to empty the Swatches panel. Now click Done. All the colors were removed
from the Swatches panel. So now we can add colors to it. You can use the
Eyedropper tool to sample colors from the photo, but I want to show you a
little trick that will help you create a better color palette. So go to Filter >
Pixelate > Crystallize. This filter will merge pixels that have similar colors.
Let's move this a bit. If you increase the cell size you will have fewer colors.
I usually increase it to around 40 or 50. It also depends on your image. So when
you are happy with the number of colors you have, click OK. The filter is now
applied to your photo and you can begin sampling colors. Let's zoom in to see
them better. I'm going to take the Eyedropper tool to sample a very light
pink. Let's use this one. And then I'm going to go to the bottom of the
Swatches panel and create a new swatch. You can also add it to your library if
you want, then click OK. The color is now added to your Swatches panel. So I'm
going to sample a few other colors. I think I have enough colors. If you want
to use them for branding or website design, you should add about five to
seven colors, and if you want to use them for surface patterns, you should add more,
at least ten colors. If you want to save them, go back to the Swatches panel menu
and click on Save Swatches. Give your swatches a new name. I am going to call
them Peonies and click Save. You can save them in the default Photoshop swatches
folder or you can choose another folder on your computer. Just click Save. If you
want to load your color swatches, just go back to the menu, click Load Swatches and
search for your folder, then click on Load. Hope you've enjoyed this tutorial!
