games. Today we're taking another look at battle royale fan favourite, Fortnite. Like
most other popular hits, it's got its fair share of easter eggs to be found, so today,
we're listing off some of our favourites with the top 10 Fortnite Easter Eggs. Note
that at the time of this recording, most of these easter eggs still do live on the current
map, and a few of them are from weekly challenges, so heads up if by the time you watch this,
some of these may not longer be around.
10 UFOs Recently IGN spotted a glowing orb in the
sky, near Loot Lake when you look North East at a 60 degree angle. This spotting led to
them coming up with multiple theories as to what this could possibly be, including it
being some sort of planet or a UFO. They also speculated that it could potentially be some
sort of hint from developers Epic Games to perhaps a new map that could possibly take
place on another planet, especially since one of the recent updates adding some pretty
awesome space suit skins. So what do you guys think? Is this an Easter Egg hinting to something

9 Disappearing Teddy Bears We mentioned this Easter Egg in our top 10
Fortnite secrets video, and it's so wonderful that we had to bring it back for this list.
So recently, a lot of players have been noticing a fairly creepy – or humorous, depending
on how you see it – happening that involved a teddy bear. Essentially it pops up in a
few locations, including a house in Salty Springs, another seated in a tractor in between
Flush Factor and Fatal Fields, and another near the football pitch, where the Teddy appears
in one of the front seats of a vehicle. You spot it, and then it disappears.
8 Haunted House In Greasy Grove, there's a strange house
that once you enter it and touch the TV that is situated in the room, a weird bluish glow
is emitted from its screen before disappearing. If you touch it again, nothing reappears on
the screen. And of course, what does the glow from the screen look like? A TEDDY BEAR. Maybe
there's some creepy twisted teddy bear ghost story just waiting to be unraveled in the
game. Unfortunately, it's just an easter egg – there's no loot that you can score,
but it's still pretty neat to witness. The being said, other players have claimed to
have spotted this commonly, so perhaps it's not that special after all.
7 Tunnel Room Just outside of Tomato town, there's a section
of tunnels that you can enter, and it typically has some fantastic loot. The trick is to look
for a car parked up against a wall in the tunnel. Smash your way through it and the
wall behind it, and you'll find a secret room with a few loot chests hidden inside
of it.
6 Crab On our Fortnite secrets list, we mentioned
that there was a giant wooden Llama you could find on the map - it was part of a season
3 weekly challenge. The crab was a big ol wooden structure that was located in the southeaster
corner of the map, south of Moisty Mire - not the most ideal place to land but considering
that there was some loot hidden inside the crab itself, not totally horrible. Plus it's
a giant crab! Well, that's not the only giant structure of a creature that's made
an appearance in the game.
5 The Giant Fox The second giant creature structure we'll
be talking about today is the giant Fox, which was located on East side of Wailing Woods.
Who doesn't love a giant fox? Unless its a real giant fox, in which case you've got
bigger problems than completing a challenge in Fortnite. ANYWHO this giant fox is yet
another large structure made from brick, and it's pretty hard to miss. You can see it
from the sky above as soon as you drop out of the battle bus. If you dug through it's
back, you'd get yourself a loot chest, and likely some confrontation since many a player
was landing in the area for the exact same reason.
4 Yogi Bear Speaking of animals, at Lonely Lodge, upon
entering the building, you'll find a big ol statue of yogi bear. Or rather a yogi bear
lookalike statue, equipped with a picnic basket with a fish in it. Aside from the reference,
there isn't any loot surrounding it, so no perks there, but it's still a cool thing
to check out if you're in the area.
3 Crashed Battle Bus In between Salty Springs and Greasy Grove,
there's a little mountain where you can find a crashed battle bus. The cool thing
about it is that the wreckage is that you can find some great loot there – two chests
to be precise. So definitely a good place to land, that's for sure.
2 Optimus Prime For the Transformers fans out there, there's
an Easter Egg on the Fortnite map that looks like Optimus Prime, the leader of the autobots
from the franchise that got its start with Hasbro toys back in 1984. While it's not
quite a total replica of the iconic character, it does look like a Transformer – Fortnite
style of course, made out of junk and cars. Plus it has a chest on top of it.
1 Garden Gnome One of the more rare Easter eggs in the game,
this little guy sometimes appears when you build a brick wall. It's a little garden
gnome tucked in underneath some bricks, and it will randomly spawn. It doesn't change
anything structurally about your wall, but careful – you end up staring at it too long,
you might just be caught off guard. Regardless, it's pretty great, and always a welcomed
surprise.

The location was symbolic, and as for the act: a military airfield within the territory of one of the biggest world powers. Thousands of soldiers had no idea how to deal with such a huge rocking crowd. That's why it got the name "the Tushino beating".

The Guinness World Records considers this event having "the largest free rock concert attendance" of all time. It took place at Copacabana beach, where 3.5 million Brazilians gathered to celebrate New Year's Eve.

Formulas are used to perform calculations.
To create formulas follow the steps shown on the screen.
I will follow these steps to calculate 8 plus 2
First, I select the cell where I want to enter the formula, which is cell A1
Second, I type in the equal sign
Remember that an Excel formula always starts with the equal sign
Third, I type in the number 8
the symbol "+"
and the number 2
Finally, to finish the formula I press the "Enter" key.
As you can see,
the cell A1 displays the formula result instead of the formula.
To view the formula, I need to select the cell A1
and you can see that the formula is displayed in the "Formula Bar".
The mathematical operators used to create formulas are:
The plus (+) sign for Addition,
Minus sign (-) for Subtraction,
Asterisk (*) for Multiplication,
Forward slash (/) for Division
and Caret (^) for Exponentiation
Let's see how this is used.
I select the cell E6
to see its contents in the Formula Bar.
This formula is raising the value in cell C6
to the power of the value in cell D6.
So it calculates 4 to the power of 2 which is 16.
You can also get the square root of a number
by raising the number to the power of 0.5.
Let's see how this is used.
I select the cell E7.
To see its contents in the Formula Bar.
This formula is raising the value in cell C7
to the power of the value in cell D7.
So it calculates 4 to the power of 0.5 which is 2.
Now, let's see what happens
when several operators are used in a formula.
For instance
The formula in the yellow cell has addition,
exponentiation and division.
So, which operation is calculated first?
The answer is in the table on the screen.
As you can see
Excel first calculates the "Exponentiation",
then the multiplication and division
and finally the addition and subtraction.
Let's see how the formula in the yellow cell gets calculated.
First, the exponentiation gets calculated.
So, 4 is raised to the power of 2 that is 16
Second, the division is calculated.
So, 16 divided by 2 is 8.
Finally, the addition gets calculated and the result is 10
Now, let's see what happens
when a formula has operators that have the same precedence.
For instance, the formula in cell B3 has division and multiplication.
So, which operation is calculated first?
When this happens
Excel calculates the operators from left to right.
Let's see how the formula in cell B3 gets calculated.
Since multiplication and division have the same precedence;
Excel will calculate from left to right.
So, it calculates the division first.
So, 8 divided by 4 is 2.
Then, it calculates the multiplication and the result is 4.
Now, just to emphasize this concept,
let's see what would be the result
if the multiplication gets calculated first.
So, 4 times 2 is 8
and finally 8 divided by 8 is 1.
This is wrong and you will never get this result from Excel.
Now, let's see what happens when a formula includes parentheses.
Parentheses are used to change the order of the calculation in a formula.
Let's see how this works with the two formulas in the yellow cells.
In the first formula the multiplication has precedence over the addition.
So, Excel calculates 3 times 3 which is 9
and then calculates 4 + 9, which is 13.
In the second formula the addition is enclosed within parentheses.
This means that the operations inside it
need to be calculated before anything else.
So, Excel first calculates 4 plus 3 which is 7
and then calculates 7 times 3, which is 21.
As you can see,
the use of parentheses
changed the order in which the formula was calculated.
As a tip,
a common technique for remembering the order of operations
is the abbreviation "PEMDAS"
which is turned into the phrase "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally".
It stands for "Parentheses,
Exponents,
Multiplication and Division,
and Addition and Subtraction".
This tells you the precedence of operations.
Operations inside parentheses get calculated before anything else,
exponentiation is second,
multiplication and division are third,
and addition and subtraction are last.
When there are several operations with the same priority,
the operations are just calculated from left to right.
As shown on the screen
I've calculated the sum of Values 1 and 2.
The Formula bar displays the formula I entered in cell B3
which is adding up these two values.
I just realized that value 1 is 3 instead of 9.
So, I change it to 3
But the calculated total now is incorrect.
So, the formula needs to be corrected.
The way in which this formula was built is very inefficient
because it has to be updated
every time we have different values to calculate.
To build formulas that update automatically
use cell locations instead of values.
I will illustrate this in cell B5
First I begin the formula with the equal sign
Then, instead of typing in the value 3, I type in its cell location which is B1
Next, I type in the plus symbol
Then, instead of typing in the value 5, I type in its cell location which is B2
Finally, I press the Enter key.
As you can see, Excel calculates the formula.
Now, I replace value 2 with 8
and you can see the formula gets automatically recalculated.
This is because the formula is reading the values in cells B1 and B2
and gets updated anytime these values are changed.
Let's look at the formula in the "Formula Bar".
We can see that the formula is composed of cell locations.
In a formula cell locations are called "cell references".
Now, I will demonstrate an easier method to build a formula with cell references.
By using this method, I do not need to type in the cell locations.
I will do this in cell B6
First,
I start the formula
with the equal sign
Then,
instead of typing in B1,
I select the cell B1 with the mouse.
As you can see, the cell location
gets automatically typed in.
Next, I type in the plus symbol
Then, instead of typing in B2,
I select the cell B2 with the mouse,
Finally, I press the enter key
As you can see,
this method saved me time and prevented me from making errors.
Now, I select the cell B6.
We can see in the Formula Bar
that its formula is referencing
cells B1 and B2.
To highlight the cells that this formula is referencing,
I double click the cell B6.
As you can see,
the borders of the two cells that the formula is referencing
are highlighted with the same colors used for each cell reference
displayed in cell B6.
this is an excellent way to visualize the cells that are part of a formula
To edit a formula follow the steps shown on the screen.
Take a look at the calculated total of the 2 values in cell B3.
The result is Zero when it should be 11.
This means that the formula in cell B3 is wrong and it needs to be edited.
I will follow the steps shown on the screen to edit this formula.
I first select cell B3.
You can see in the formula bar
that the formula is adding the values of cell C1 and C2
instead of the values in cells B1 and B2.
That is why the result is zero.
I need to correct this formula to make it add the values of cells B1 and B2.
Second, I click the "Formula Bar".
Third, it is time to edit the formula.
With the help of the left arrow key,
I position the formula bar cursor just after the first letter "C".
Then, I press the "backspace" key to delete the letter "C".
Now, I type in the letter "B".
Now, with the help of the right arrow key,
I place the formula bar cursor just after the second letter "C".
Then, I press the "backspace" key to delete the letter "C".
Now, I enter the letter "B".
Finally, I press the "Enter" key.
As you can see, the formula in cell B3 has been corrected
and displays 11 as its result.

I first place the mouse cursor on cell C3
Second,
I press the left button of the mouse
and keep it pressed while moving the mouse towards cell D5.
Finally,
I release the left button of the mouse
As you can see,
the range gets highlighted
The first cell of a range is the one located on the upper left corner
and the last cell of a range is the one located in the bottom right corner.
Ranges are identified by their first and last cells.
In this case,
the selected range starts from cell "C3" and ends in cell "D5".
So,
Excel identifies the range by "C3" colon "D5"
which means from cell "C3" to cell "D5"
The Formula Bar displays the formula built in cell B5.
This formula calculates the total of all the values in the yellow cells.
As you can see,
this is a long formula that took me a lot time to build.
There is an easier and faster way to calculate the total of all these numbers
and that is by using what are called "functions".
I select cell E5
and we see the SUM function in the formula bar.
The SUM function gives the same result as the long formula shown before.
However, this function is very short.
The SUM function contains between parentheses
the range A1 to E4
which is exactly the range that contains all the yellow cells.
So, what this function does is to sum all the values in a range
starting from cell A1 and ending in cell E4.
As you can see,
this function is easy to build and understand.
As an advice,
anytime you need to sum numbers
use the SUM function instead of building a formula that adds up each number.
Now, I click cell E6
and we see the AVERAGE function in the formula bar.
The AVERAGE function contains between parentheses the range A1 to E4.
So, what this function does is to get the average of all the values in a range
starting from cell A1 and ending in cell E4.
As you can see,
this function is easy to build and understand too.
Now, I click cell E7
and we see the MAX function in the formula bar.
The MAX function contains between parentheses the range A1 to E4.
So, what this function does
is to get the maximum value of all the values in a range
starting from cell A1 and ending in cell E4.
In summary,
functions are built in Excel formulas
that make it very easy to perform long or complex operations.
Excel has hundreds of functions for you to make use of.
The SUM function is used to return the sum
of the values in a range.
To build the function we start by typing in the equal symbol,
then the word SUM and within parentheses
we enter a range which contains the values to be added.
For example,
I will build the SUM function in cell B6
to calculate the total payments shown on the screen.
So, I start by entering the equal sign.
Then, I type in SUM.
and type in the symbol to open parenthesis "(" .
Now, I select the range B2:B5.
and I close parenthesis.
and finally, I hit the "Enter" key.
As you can see,
the SUM function returns the result
by adding the values in the selected range of cells.

Complete Guide OpenHAB 2 Backup And Restore : MAC 2018 - Duration: 13:25.
Hey guys Matt here from MKSmartHouse.com and in this video I am going to show you the complete
way to backup your openhab server using a mac.
[Intro]
Imagine that one day you open up your openHAB app on your phone and there is nothing there,
you then quickly go to your computer and try to ssh into the server but it just keeps saying
"Connection refused".
At this point all is lost, all your hard work, all the time you put in, simply gone.
But, lucky for you that was just an imagination and it can all be simply avoided by following
this guide.
In this complete guide I will cover exactly how to backup your openhab server.
The way this backup will work is there will be an external flash drive plugged into the
raspberry pi and every day the raspberry pi will backup the openhab configuration and
user data files to the flash drive.
Now, this does solve a majority of the backup problem but what about the rest of the pi
or other non openhab related items.
Well, since we don't change much non openhab items on the raspberry pi after it is initially
set up, we will do a manually backup of the SD card onto the flash drive through the computer.
More on that later, let's just get started!
The items needed to complete this guide are the following: Number one, is a fully setup
any model of raspberry pi running openhab, I am using a raspberry pi 3 in a clear enclosure
that has a fan which generates a lot of air flow to the raspberry pi, I also installed
heatsinks on the pi for even more cooling.
I did this much cooling because I never want to run the risk of the pi overheating and
failing.

Number two is a computer running MAC OS or OS X, if you have a windows computer then
check out my guide where I do this same guide except using a windows computer.
Number three, is an SD card reader of some kind that can read the type of SD card you
have in your pi, I only need a micro SD card reader but this one reads both sizes of sd
cards.
Lastly, number four you need a flash drive that is the same size as the sd card in your
pi my sd card is 32gb so I bought a 32gb flash drive.

The first thing we have to do is plug the flash drive into the computer.
2.
Next go to spotlight, type in disk utility and press enter.
3.
In the left column click on your flash drive.
The next part we are about to do will erase everything on the flash drive so make sure
you do not have anything important on it.
4.
Then press the erase button.
In the name box type in OHBACKUP and in the format select ExFat.
Click erase.
5.
Next we need to head over to the written version of this guide on my website, link is in the
description.

Here we need to download the OHBackup_script.
This is the script that we setup to automatically backup openhab every day at 12am and it will
also delete backups that over 30 days old in order to not fill up the flash drive completely.
7.
So go over to your downloads folder, double click on the zip file and then drag the script
to the flash drive we will use for backing up.
Once that is copied over eject the flash drive from your computer.
8.
Grab the flash drive from your computer and plug it into the raspberry pi.
9.
Before we get any further I just wanted to show you the basic ui of this server to demonstrate
that this pi is fully configured and has a sitemap with items in it in other words it
has a data on it.
I have already done this process to my main openhab server which is why I will be using
this pi.
10.
Now open up terminal on your mac and ssh into the pi.
I recommend having the written version of this guide open so that way you can just copy
and paste the commands I am about to show you.

The first thing we have to do is install support for exfat so type in sudo apt-get install
exfat-fuse and press enter.
You may need to type in your password and press enter.
11.1.
It will then ask if you want to confirm type y and press enter.
11.2.
Next enter super user so type in sudo su and press enter.
12.
Next we have to make a directory to mount the flash drive to, so type in mkdir /mnt/OHBackupDrive
and press enter.
13.
Now we have to find out what the UUID or id number of our flash drive is in order to mount
it to the directory so type in lsblk -o UUID,NAME,FSTYPE,SIZE,MOUNTPOINT,LABEL,MODEL and press enter.
14.
As you can see this is the 32gb flash drive I inserted into the pi and here is its UUID,
this is important so write it down somewhere.
15.
In order to mount the flash drive to the directory we need to modify the fstab so type in nano
/etc/fstab and press enter.
16.
Now at the bottom of the file type in UUID=C73C-F2E6 /mnt/OHBackupDrive auto defaults,auto,umask=000,users,rw
0 0 and press enter.
17.
Replace the UUID with the UUID of your flash drive.
18.
Once you changed the UUID press control x then y and enter to save.
19.
Now to execute the mounting procedure instead of rebooting type in mount -a and press enter.
20.
To confirm that it mounted to the directory type in df -k /mnt/OHBackupDrive and press
enter, you should see how much of the folder is used and some other information.
21.
Ok, now we are done with super user so type in exit and press enter.
22.
Next up is to copy the script from the flash drive to the bin folder do this by typing
in sudo cp /mnt/OHBackupDrive/OHBackup_script /bin and press enter.

Next we need to give the script permission to execute, so type in sudo chmod u+x /bin/OHBackup_script
and press enter.

To execute the script type in sudo /bin/OHBackup_script and press enter.

You should see it say Openhab backup script and Success!
Backup made.

Now, let's confirm that it did save so type in cd /mnt/OHBackupDrive and press enter then
type in ls and press enter.
You should see a zip file.
Great!
OpenHAB was successfully backed up.
27.
Now let's make this backup process happen automatically everyday at 12 am.

Type in sudo crontab -e and press enter.
It might ask you which editor to use, type in 2 to use nano and press enter.
29.
In the bottom of the file type in 0 0 * * * /bin/OHBackup_script what this does is execute the backup script
everyday at 12 am.
30.
Now press control x then y and enter to save.

Like I mentioned in the beginning the script only backs up openhab stuff like your items,
things, sitemaps, configuration files etc, so stuff like the the mqtt server settings
will not be backed up, those things we need to backup manually.
I recommend backing up manually before/after every time you make a change to the raspberry
pi that is not directly integrated with openhab or when you make an openhab software update.
32.
In order to backup manually we need to first shut down the pi so type in sudo halt and
press enter.
33.
Once the pi is fully shut down and the lights are not blinking, unplug the power cable,
sd card and flash drive.

Then plug the sd card and flash drive into the computer.
35.
Next open up applepibaker, if you dont know what apple pi baker is then go check out my
automation server setup guide mac version.

Anyway type in your admin password for your computer and press ok.
37.
In the pi crust section select your sd card and then click create backup.
38.
It will then ask what to name it also where to save, name it what you want and choose
your desktop as the location and click ok. 39.
Once it finished open up finder and select your flash drive.
Right click, create a new folder, and name it SDCardBackups.
40.
Now, right click on the img file and click compress.
41.
Once it finished compressing drag the zip file from your desktop to the SDCardBackups
folder.
42.
Once it copies over you are completely done backing up your automation server.
43.You can now eject the flash drive as well as the sd card and plug them back into the
pi. 44.
Once they are plugged in you can connect power again.
45.
Congratulations, you are now safe from potential failures and part of the small percentage
of people that actually backup their OpenHAB server.

To demonstrate a change made after a manual backup I am going to make a modification to
the sitemap file.
As you can see the sitemap is changed.
Now for demonstration purposes I am going to issue a OpenHAB Runtime backup with the
command sudo /bin/OHBackup_script normally your backup would occur automatically at 12am
but for the purposes of this video I am going to back it up now.
You can also use this command if you are about to do any modifications to the configuration
files and want something to fall back on just in case you mess up.
For demonstration purposes I am going to simulate a raspberry pi failure that can happen to
anyone and results in a complete data loss.

Now lets go over how to restore your openhab server if it did go through a failure.
1.
You would first plug both a new sd card either the same size or bigger than the original
and the OHBackup flash drive into the computer.
2.
Then open finder to your SDCardBackups folder and drag the backup you want to use to your
desktop.
3.
Once it finishes copying double click on the zip file to expand it into a proper img file.
4.
Then open up apple pi baker, type in your admin password and press ok.
5.
Now click on your sd card in the Pi-Crust Section.
In the Pi-Ingredients section click on the 3 dots.
It will bring up a mini finder, navigate to your desktop and click on the img file we
previously expanded from the zip file.
6.
Then click restore backup.
Once it is formatted eject the flash drive and unplug both the sd card and flash drive.
Plug both items items into the pi and plug in the power cable.
7.
Once the pi boots up ssh into it through terminal.
8.
The first thing we have to do is get into the backup drive and see which zip file we
want to restore to so type in cd /mnt/OHBackupDrive and press enter.
9.
To see what's inside type in ls and enter.
I am going to backup to the latest zip file which is this one.
10.
Next we need to stop openhab so type in sudo systemctl stop openhab2.service and press
enter.
11.
Now we are going to restore openhab so type in
sudo $OPENHAB_RUNTIME/bin/restore /mnt/OHBackupDrive/INSERTBACKUPNAME.zip before you hit enter replace INSERTBACKUPNAME
with the name of your backup and press enter.
12.
It will ask you to confirm, press y and enter.
13.
Finally, start up openhab again by typing in sudo systemctl start openhab2.service and
press enter.
14.
Your openhab server should be fully restored.
If I open up the basic UI you can see all the data is still there including the recently
made modification to the sitemap.
