[Darris McNeely] I had a good friend die this week.
I was shocked, and I was saddened when I heard the news.
He had just recently come down with cancer, and he had begun his fight with that dread
disease, and expected to either beat it or live for a much longer period of time.
But it didn't happen.
And I had hoped to have a conversation with him, one last conversation before he did die.
But that's not going to happen either.
And so, I'm left with what I believe, his family is left what they believe.
What do you believe about life, and especially about death?
Whatever you believe should give you the ability to face that inevitable truth of death without
fear.
There's a scripture, there's actually many scriptures to turn to.
There's one that I thought immediately about whenever I heard about my friend's death.
It's in 1 Corinthians 15, the famous resurrection chapter of the Bible where the Apostle Paul
talks about the corruption of this flesh, this mortal life, putting on immortality.
And he says when that happens, when this corruptible puts on incorruption, when this mortal puts
on immortality, he said at that time, "Death will be swallowed up in victory."
And then he says, "O death where is your sting?
O grave, where is your victory?"
(1 Corinthians 15:50-55)
Those are some very encouraging and comforting words because they tell us that death will
one day lose.
It will lose to life, and it will be the life of the resurrection, and the hope that God's
Word gives to each of us to be able to face death and to live life with confidence and
without fear.
I'll have to wait for that conversation with my friend, but we'll probably talk about verses
like this at that particular time.

It is just because you only want him to be your side and that's it.

This one is obvious since you are not trying to delve deeper into your man's heart.
You only want to use his body to accompany and help you around.
You really don't care about what he feels.

There is no love if there is always a constant battle that even every little things are forced.
Your mind is always telling you that this relationship is not right, but you don't
want to let it go because you don't want to be alone.
#5 - If you are honest, things can get dramatic
You stay with the person whom you don't love just because you cannot be honest with
yourself.
You only want him to be by your side because you are afraid of being alone.

are willing to let it go.

Questions like what you two have in common cannot be answered quickly.
You think and it usually takes quite a long time.
It is obvious because you don't know this person very well.

Basically you are not aware of this person that you hang out with.
This person seems distant even though he is physically close.
He probably has a feeling towards you, but you don't feel the same since you just use

This move is usually named "au bagel" in Israel
In Brazil and other places in the world it is called "au trancado" or "au trocado"
So, before we start, for this move
you must know how to perform au de coluna
If you don't know how to perform au de coluna
this tutorial isn't going to help you
And if you are performing a good au de coluna
you can learn this move in two seconds
All you need to do is to start the au de coluna with your other leg
Before I filmed this video I watched on YouTube how others teaching it
and I saw that no one really teaches it the way I do
I teach au bagel the same way I teach au de coluna
We will start without any arching of the back
arching backwards is the hard part so lets make it simpler
and we will start without aching, in a different angle
Slowly we'll increase the difficulty
until we'll be able to put our hands completely parallel.
The first hand should be placed before the marking line
here I use this sponge
The second hand should placed on the other side.
The important thing is to bring your hand above your head
and not in front of it.
this is the mistake
and that's the right way to do it
My goal is to be able to put both hands before the sponge.
The closer I bring my hand back toward the sponge
I need to turn the first hand that is placed before the sponge
toward me.
the kicking leg serves for lifting up the pelvis above the hands
If i'll try to do so when the pelvis is behind the hands, I will probably fall down.
Those who have a good control of this exercise can do it also with the pelvis bowed behind.
