Waching daily Jan 26 2019

in this video five secrets for a solid final expense presentation I'm gonna

share with you some stuff that I normally would not share on YouTube and

in all honesty probably should only be teaching the members of our sales team

coming up next so stick around she's I'm already regretting this idea if we

haven't met I'm Douglas Massi you can call me Doug and I want to thank you

guys for checking out our YouTube channel final expense trainer having

sold Final expense for years now I know that there are certain things that's got

to happen in every single presentation but there's also some things that you

can do on top of all that to make it even harder for the prospect to say no

so that they trust and most important like you that's what this video is about

so understand what you are about to watch is a true final expense sales

training video now one of the things that I do and again I probably am going

to regret telling you this but I have a mini website with my company information

on it that I only share with the prospects that need a little extra

convincing so just to be clear it does not get shared with every prospect that

I sit down with only the ones that are giving me a hard time and don't seem to

be trusting me you see on that website there's a lot of fluffy information that

basically makes our agents and loi out to be superheroes

not only that but our organization united final expense services actually

does have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureaus so that means that our

sales team can actually show this to their prospects too and yes an A+ rating

with the BBB does go a long way with our final expense community the exact way I

do it is I take the potential client to the website and I show them that the

logo on the website matches the logo on my business card along with the ID that

I usually have hanging around my neck at this point I show them the A+ rating and

I click on the BBB logo this is a clickable link that the Better Business

Bureau actually placed on our website and it shows that we've never had a

single complaint and that we're up to date on all the licensing and that we

are a legitimate company that has been in business for several years you see

the website is very basic and simply has an article that I wrote about the need

for final expense life insurance is very accurate and what it does a few of the

carrier's we work with and on the last page I put a few paragraphs about the

company and I pointed out that we are an award-winning insurance agency it also

has a photo of Mariana and myself holding a big ole trophy that my name

was added to for being the number one producer three years in a row with that

carrier now the typical final expense prospect that I show this page to will

often assume that the award was given to us from the Better Business Bureau at

this point the trust issue that the prospect was having is completely gone

now their guard has been dropped and it's time to close that sale the next

secret I'm going to share with you is all related to tio our now before I

share this with you I'm gonna give you a sweet offer the free new agent starter

kit this is important as it all goes along with what I'm about to teach you

next for a copy of the free new agent starter kit you will have to stick

around until the end of the video and at that point I'm gonna give you exact

directions on what you have to do the hoops you're gonna have to jump through

to get a copy of this for yourself it's actually not really hoops so if you

don't follow the exact directions that I give you you're not gonna be able to get

the copy for yourself all right back to tio our otherwise

as time on the rail first I'm gonna explain to you TLR and the importance of

it and then I'm gonna teach you the correct way to use the items that are in

the starter kit back when I was a good-looking stud in my early 20s and

had a 21-foot fishing boat my buddy Martin Bishop taught me the importance

of T o R which is time on the rail and that simply was all about being up

against leaning up against the rail of the boat and having your fishing line in

the water and how every second that you do not have your line in the water is a

second that you cannot have a chance whatsoever of catching anything it's

simple the more time you spend with your line in the water the more fish you

catch and yes it really really is that simple it's extremely important to spend

lots of time during every aspect of the final expense sales presentation with

the prospect and that's where the tools in the free new agent starter kit are

gonna come in handy you got to spend lots of time building rapport you've got

to spend lots of time showing them the difference between you and the next

agent so that they like you and it's also very important to spend plenty of

time teaching them the difference between whole life insurance and the

other types of life insurance that they're seeing out there all the time

so that they're very clear crystal clear on what they're getting guys if you do

all this correctly you won't need the stupid website or the BBB rating one of

the things in the starter kit and this is why you need it so bad is the

guarantees of whole life insurance and what you want to do is pull this bad boy

out and read it out loud to your prospect while you're actually showing

it to them line by line by line this is the perfect time to explain to them how

term life and universal life works so they're very clear about what they're

getting and this also helps you to build credibility

especially if you appear to actually know what you're talking about so two

more tools that you will want to use are the last will and testament and the

living will kit which are also in the starter kit at some point during the

first half of your presentation you're going to want to ask them if they have

ever made out a will and if their family has signed papers showing that you know

what to do if they ever end up in the hospital and can't make any decisions on

their own most people do not have this done and this is where we let them know

that we'll be giving them everything that they're going to need in order to

have all this stuff taken care of and guess what guys it's included in our

services today free of charge here's your bonus tip you can also use these

will kits as a reason to sit down with your clients while your door-knocking

hmm hold on either working with leads or doing cold door-knocking

simply add it to your door-knocking routine especially when they don't want

to let you in by saying something like well I'm also supposed to go over you're

free last will and testament and the living will kit with you it'll only take

a few minutes where can we sit down real quick don't

worry mrs. Jones there's no cost or obligation the last little tidbit that

we're gonna share with you today is how I use the I am your policy and the eight

reasons seniors by Final expense insurance and yes it's all included in

the free agent starter kit - what I do is share these with the prospects in

order to keep them involved with what's going on while I'm figuring out which

carrier to use and I'm putting together the pricing and preparing to do the

clothes I use a closing page that's in that kit - we do not want them to get up

and walk around and start getting involved with some other

nonsense that's going on in the house because this can easily kill your

momentum and you got to trust me guys the last thing you want is for that to

happen you got to avoid that at all cost you want to keep them tied down focused

on what you're doing even if you're doing something else you want to have

the I am your policy laminated back to back with the 8 reasons and what I do

before trying to figure out the rates is I tell them to go ahead and grab their

glasses mr. and mrs. Jones because I have some very important information

that I need to share with you and you're going to be need to be able to read this

and then I have the husband and wife both read both pages back-to-back one at

a time so not only does this keep them occupied while you're doing your thing

preparing everything figuring out the prices yada yada yada but these two

pages actually help to embed the need for the insurance in a fashion that is

highly suggestive and can often be hypnotic so it actually can help you

with closing your sale guys for more information about working with boy and

being a member of our final expense sales team just go ahead and shoot me an

email at doug at UF es online.com all of our contracted agents at united final

expense services have access to me as your personal trainer first year

commissions with most of the products starting right around 100 to as high as

a hundred and twenty percent along with access to the best lead programs in the

industry for that free new agent starter kit that has all the tools that we just

talked about using and I taught you how to use them just shoot me an email at

that same address and make sure that when you do send me the email that you

actually request the free new agent starter kit most important when you put

the needs of your clients first everything else will fall right into

Yo!

This is about all you mother Fuckin morons working at Frederick fence your whole lives..

Never did anything..

Never tried, Never applied yourselves..

Fuck you!

Can't take a joke?

Get the fuck out!

I think I found the missing link his name is Timmy Christensen

& I'm thinkin' you didn't think that I would mention him

Well, he may not be a winner - just an innocent sinner

Mentally ILLest dude I've worked with since I worked with him last winter

Bret Butler - Yes, the one and only When he talks to you he's genuine - he's not

being phony He likes to have a blast & he likes to spend

his money He enjoys a good laugh when somebody says

something funny

Our next candidate comes from a long line of killers

Watch your backs everybody - we've got a natural born Miller

It's Miller time - sky rocketing out of his prime

He'd get the death penalty - yeah, if aging were a crime

He's cool, he's collected - he gets his fence erected

Without a doubt, he's in & out - can anyone else detect it?

As expected, I was directing that to Sweeney He's his own Fucking boss - he takes his orders

from his weeny

Who the fuck is next?

Motherfucking Timmy Demmons He sure deserves credit - he made lemonade

out of lemons He was once a convicted felon - you wouldn't

know it when you see him Though these days he stays all about the "Carpe

Diem"

Russel the love muscle - we also call him Russelsprout

But don't say it to his face or else he'll probably knock you out

But for real, hear me out - the man, he has a lot of pride

Yeah, he busts his ass from day to day, which nobody can deny

Manuel, he's one hell of a swell guy Well, he comes to work everyday & he gives

it a decent try I would consider him considerate & a little

dimwitted / illiterate Figuratively, he figured it out - installed

it wrong & ripped it out

Now it's time for Charlie Powers - he's the man of every hour

& I've got to give his credit - he built this rock into a tower

Man, if you're feeling sour about your mother fucking wages

You can kiss his ass & suck his dick or keep up with the ages, bitch

PAPAJI - No Doubt & No Path - Duration: 10:07.

Papaji, beloved Master. Thank you, thank you for these two weeks

I have been sitting in satsang with you.

Thank you for the first day I sat before you

you answered without asking, without my daring to ask,

my deepest wish to myself, apart from the wish for enlightenment,

the wish to look into the eyes of an Enlightened Master.

I felt absolute silence, then I saw a small glimpse of your Infinite Emptiness,

and then love arose from this.

The next day you told me to be quiet

and become a Buddha myself.

Thank you for this good advice.

I promise I will try to follow it for my own sake.

Today I do not have any questions.

I am leaving this afternoon,

the start of the journey home.

Which home you mean?

Its on the next. I'm going home to Norway, Papaji.

- To? - To Norway. Oslo in Norway.

Nowhere.

Home.

Although where is home now?

Yes, very good.

May I please sit before you for a short while before I leave?

One last thought comes to me now, as I am concluding this letter.

You have also shown me courage on the spiritual path

and you have given me hope.

Thanking you.

What do you mean? I don't understand this path and hope.

I have removed your path and I have removed your hope.

I knew the path was the wrong word when I...

- Heh? - I knew I shouldn't have written path when I wrote it.

Yes.

- And hope you have given me, Papaji. - No hope. No hope.

Don't hope. Hope always takes you to past.

Anything that you hope, you are going to past.

What I meant to say Papaji was, I've always felt that enlightenment is impossible.

- You sit and sit and sit and meditate. - No, no. That is the hope.

I know. Oh. Ok.

I don't tell you.

Somebody has told you, "You must hope for sit and sit and sit and shit and..."

"and go on sitting."

And this, this is a hope.

- No hope. - What I meant to say Papaji was,

I now feel that enlightenment is possible for me.

- What do you say? - That's what I meant to say.

- Seems to be possible. It never seemed possible before. - Why? Why doubt?

Why doubt also? You need not have any doubt, any hope, any sitting,

any path.

Don't speak of any path, any sitting, any hope, any doubt.

What is left now? Tell me now. Honestly you tell me.

Honestly you tell me.

What will happen?

No hope for anything, including enlightenment.

No sitting for anything.

- Just give up. - Heh?

Just to give up?

Give up all your hopes, all your paths, all your sittings, all what you have heard so far.

For one second give up everything that you've heard

or read,

That's all you have to do.

That's called satsang.

Yes.

Then?

What's the use of satsang then, if you are following up other things?

Following up means going to the past, memory, destruction.

Don't touch even the mind. Mind is past. Mind is graveyard. Do you know?

Mind is graveyard.

Don't touch your mind also.

Don't think also.

Thinking also is a graveyard. When you think you are in the graveyard. You try now.

Whatever you think, at that time you are in the graveyard.

Any thought takes you to graveyard.

Only living man don't think.

Living man doesn't need to think. He's living.

Living means presence. In presence you don't think.

Presence is presence: absolutely presence without time.

No past, no future, no presence:

this is called presence.

No time.

Time means path. Time means space.

Don't touch it for one second and see what has happened.

Sit down here. Sit down.

You said, "I will want to sit down." You are going afternoon, yes.

You forgot it was you who said it in the Bible.

You said it in the Bible, no? You.

You said it in the Bible.

Yes.

I'm sorry, I'm rather slow now. I don't understand.

Anybody is having a Bible here?

Sure you have said it, what I say.

No Bible here? No Bible here?

No Bible here? Bible. Bible.

Ok.

Saint John of the Book, I say.

Yes. Remember? Do you remember? When you were Saint John of the Book, you said it.

- Saint John of the Book? - You.

Now you don't belong to any book, now. Yes.

Now you are out of the book.

Because you followed someone.

At that time you followed someone, therefore your work was not completed.

Yes.

News24 - Romelu Lukaku spoke from the heart about Jose Mourinho after Arsenal 1-3 Man Utd - Duration: 3:14.

Like a few of his Manchester United teammates, Romelu Lukaku's form and confidence was shot to pieces during the final weeks of Jose Mourinho's tenure

There was a period of about a month where the Belgian striker produced a new contender for 'worst first touch of the season' every match he played

The £75 million striker also went on a goal drought that lasted 12 games - 981 minutes, to be exact - in all competitions

Lukaku isn't United's first-choice centre-forward under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer - that's now Marcus Rashford - but, more often than not, he's managed to produce the goods when called upon

He scored in the wins over Bournemouth, Newcastle United and Reading.  And on Friday evening, he was named Man of the Match thanks to his performance against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in the FA Cup fourth round

Lukaku didn't manage to get himself on the scoresheet against the Gunners, but he did provide two assists for his teammates within the space of as many minutes

It was Lukaku's brilliant little pass that set up Alexis Sanchez for the opener

He then put the ball on a plate for Jesse Lingard to make it 2-0 moments later.  Lukaku is flourishing under Solskjaer and was asked to compare the Norwegian coach to Mourinho after the Arsenal game

The 25-year-old spoke from the heart about his former coach, insisting he still as a lot of respect for the man who brought him to Old Trafford in the first place

"I'm not going to compare the two managers," Lukaku told Eleven Sports, per Belgian journalist Kristof Terreur

"I believe that Mourinho has done a lot for his club.  "He won trophies, so I have a lot of respect for him

"He is the coach who signed me."  Fair play, Romelu.  It seems there's no bad-blood between Lukaku and Mourinho, certainly from the Belgian striker's point of view

He could be forgiven if he felt relieved to now be under the management of Solskjaer, but even if that was the case you suspect he wouldn't say it publicly - and you have to respect that

"Solskjaer has just started his story here," he added. "I hope that all goes well

I just hope we finish in the top four and that we win a trophy."

Uzbekistan - Why You Should Visit Now & Tashkent Travel Guide - Duration: 15:16.

You're watching Vagabrothers,

and this is Uzbekistan.

Backwards, post- Soviet Republic,

home of Borat, the middle of nowhere.

Yeah, it's all of those things, but it's also a lot more.

I'm Marko. I'm Alex.

You're watching Vagabrothers,

and this is Uzbekistan.

For millennia Central Asia has been at the center of the world, a crossroads of civilizations.

And Uzbekitan is home to the legendary cities of the Silk Road, the ancient trade network that connected the

Mediterranean with the riches of Asia, making the middlemen wealthy enough to build cities like these.

From Samarkand to Bukhara, Tashkent to Khiva,

this land beckoned conquerors from Alexander the Great to Genghis Khan,

explorers from Marco Polo to even Battuta and countless merchants

from Britain to Beijing who wove East and West closer together through roads of silk.

I'm excited for this series because I've always been super interested in the history of globalization....

how trade, technologies, and conquest turned humanity from a bunch of isolated pockets

into the global world we live in today.

And nowhere is more central to that story than here.

From the time of Alexander the Great to the spread of Islam and the Mongol invasions that came later,

this place has made and broken many empires.

I'm super excited to follow in the footsteps of these great conquerors and

understand why this place was so crucial.

Right now is the perfect time to visit Uzbekistan.

The country was largely closed off to

foreigners since the end of the Cold War,

but with a new president there've been tons of reforms.

Visas are easier to get, and this place is going to be very popular with tourists very soon,

but still an undiscovered gem.

We're about to go on a trip to discover the best of Uzbekistan:

vibrant markets, stunning scenery, and

reminders of the spectacular rise and shocking fall of civilizations.

Forget what you think you know about the "stans."

You're watching Vagabrothers, and this is Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan

Welcome to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.

And Toto, we are far away from Kansas.

Quite literally on the opposite side of planet from our home in Los Angeles.

It's been a long journey to get here.

We have an awesome itinerary lined up.

This is going to be an epic vlog series,

and we are super stoked to be in Uzbekistan.

Don't know much about the "stans."

Have not really been out to this part of the world before,

but I personally am a super excited about the Silk Road.

I love the story of how East and West came together,

and few places in the world are

associated with that story as the ancient cities of here in Uzbekistan.

I'm excited to eat. The food here is incredible.

I've had Uzbekistan cuisine before, and it's delicious.

Apart from that, like Mark said, this is a super unique corner of the world.

It's where empires have been made and destroyed.

And I can't wait to get out of Tashkent

and into the rest of Uzbekistan because we have a pretty wild itinerary,

not to mention that our ancestral namesakes came through here.

Alexander the Great, Marco Polo.

So we've got some footsteps of great people to trace,

and I think that we should start with some lunch.

How about that?

Let's go

First day here in Tashkent. This is the capital.

It's not the oldest or most historic city in Uzbekistan.

And a lot of it was destroyed in the 60s during an earthquake,

but this is the main square.

Here we have the statue of Ahmir Temur.

He is kind of like the Genghis Khan of Uzbekistan.

Behind us we have the Hotel Uzbekistan,

which was like the main place to stay during Soviet times.

According to legend every room in the Hotel Uzbekistan was bugged back in the day

because that's just the way the Soviet Union was in those times.

There's a lot of changes happening in Uzbekistan.

For example, there used to be a statue of Karl Marx right there.

He was swapped out for the statue of Amir Temur.

Temur was basically the Genghis Khan of Uzbekistan

and is part of the national identity they are forming in this relatively new country.

Alright ladies and gents right now we are at the Cosmonaut Station.

We're in the metro, and interesting little fact... a little historical fact,

this was actually closed to photography and videography until only three months ago.

It's been closed to photography for over 40 years for a very interesting reason.

But let's hop on a train, and we'll tell you why.

It's definitely funny being like the only tourist in the entire city of Tashkent

because that's how I feel right now, but especially being on the metro.

We're the only people who are not from here who are on here.

So it's kind of fun.

Just embracing that and just smiling at people.

Tashkent's underground is beautiful,

but photography was banned for decades because

during the Cold War this was built as a bomb shelter because nuclear warfare was never far away.

It was also a very strategic military installation.

So that makes us the first people to film this and put it on YouTube ever!

As we know the reason that this place is called the Cosmonaut Station is

Uzbekistan and the "stans" in general were the home to the Russian or Soviet space program.

There were lots of cosmonauts, which were the Soviet version of an astronaut.

And the best news is there's plenty of stations.

This is only one, and we have more to explore.

We've just arrived to the station Alisher Navoi,

and he was like the William Shakespeare of Uzbek language,

but this is probably one of the most beautiful metro stations I've ever seen.

I've heard about the metro stations in St. Petersburg being very, very beautiful,

but this is the closest that I've gotten there.

but I just love the Islamic architecture, the domes, all of the lines.

If you're into photography, if you're into symmetry and the rule of thirds,

you can have a lot of fun here.

And I think it kind of represents how this is a new country,

and in the 1970s during the Soviet times

they were really trying to build a sense of national identity by combining the grandiose Soviet architecture with

historical figures from the past, whether that be like in the Cosmonaut Station

there were the ancient medieval Islamic astronomers with Soviet astronauts.

Here you have Islamic architecture, a writer.

And then there's also one down the street, which is all cotton theme, which is one the major exports here in Uzbekistan.

Well, we have arrived to the Islamabad center of ploof.

Ploof is like pilaf. It's a rice and meat dish for fruits and nuts.

Behind us is 440 kilograms, nearly a thousand pounds of rice, beef, and mutton and it smells so good.

This dish you see cross Central Asia, everywhere from Persia all the way to India.

But here in Uzbekistan, it's a really special treat.

They serve it on special occasions. This place opens only for lunch.

They serve up a thousand pounds of this stuff and when it's gone, it's gone.

So you got to get it while the getting's good, and it smells delicious.

So enough talking. Time to eat.

The food has arrived. We have this excellent bread with this yogurt, which is great for helping with digestion.

But the main course right here is the ploof.

It's got lamb meat on top, horse sausage, quail,

yellow carrots, chickpeas, raisins,

and awesome waitresses.

So it's time to dig in.

It's not every day that you eat a horse sausage,

but you know when in Rome....

and this is certainly the way they do things here.

Ploof or pilaf is one of those dishes that is cross-border.

Many different nationalities kind of claim it as their own, but the reality is

that it's a dish from this region, from Central Asia,

and it's spread to other parts of the world from here.

There're two different creation myths for pilaf.

One is that Aristotle, the teacher of Alexander the Great,

told Alexander that if he used these specific proportions of meat, rice,

vegetables, and fruit, he could keep his soldiers full all day,

therefore removing the necessity to stop and feed them throughout the day,

allowing his army to move further, faster.

The second is that Avi Senna, who is a tenth century polymath

scholar and considered the father of modern medicine, created the dish.

So there're two different creation myths.

Either way you look at it, there's one takeaway...

that it's absolutely delicious,

and at this restaurant they do it very, very well.

Okay, so we popped off the metro at Chorsu Bazaar.

This is the oldest bazaar in the city.

It's from 880 AD, so it's over 1,200 years old.

And as we said, a lot of these cities were trading cities from the dawn of civilization.

We're going to take a look around the market, see what's for sale, and build up our appetite.

Just step inside of the market, which is housed in this giant penageodesic dome.

Smells like meat in here. This is the meat market.

It's quite literally a meat market, but there's all sorts of stuff.

There're pickled vegetables. There're sausages.

There's crazy meat cuts.

People are kind of like yelling in that quintessential market voice, you know,

that's like trying to get your attention to come and buy something, but it's cool.

It's definitely different.

It's a new corner of the world, different style of food.

It smells like vinegar and meat in here.

California.

California, yeah.

Uzbekistan? Yeah.

Okay, so here in Central Asia, there's a lot of milk dishes,

and they become cheeses or almost yogurts,

but then there's various forms.

It's kind of a wine; you have the little new one, the aged one.

This is the super aged, so there's no liquid left.

This is like a cheese ball.

Whoa, very sour acquired taste, but probably going to be good for digestion.

I've never seen so many different types of nuts and fruits on display ever, anywhere.

But this is an almond. Let's try it out

Umm, very good.

There's so many colorful fruits and vegetables on display, and this is very vibrant...

people speaking different languages that I've never heard before and

this is one of the reasons why travel is just so fulfilling and enlightening because it really just takes you out of

what you know and puts you into something that you've never experienced before.

We've made our way into a bakery, and we're surrounded by bakers.

It's really cool. They're making the traditional bread here in Uzbekistan, which is pretty simple.

It's almost like a bagel and then they top it with sesame, and they cook it in these big ovens behind us. It's crazy.

There's like bread stuck up against the wall, but very cool experience.

What a first day!

Finishing up here in the old town of Tashkent.

And I think that these old buildings behind us is a flavor of what's to come,

but we had a really great introduction.

Some good food. Lots of flavor.

Yeah, and the metro was insane.

I think that we're in for a treat here with architecture, with astronomy,

and with just diving deep into the unknown.

This is a part of the world that's fascinating. We've read a lot about it.

Both of us just finished reading this thousand-page book called the Silk Roads.

Yeah, I'm really excited.

I think that we have a lot of cool unexpected experiences coming our way,

and I can't wait to get further into it.

Tomorrow we're heading to Samarkand.

This is the jewel of the Silk Road

UNESCO World Heritage City for being the crossroads of culture.

If you like this video give it a thumbs- up,

subscribe to Vagabrothers,

and share this video with your travel buddies.

Tell everyone to come with you to Uzbekistan and share these videos.

Stick around for the rest the series. Don't go anywhere.

There's a lot more videos coming at you.

And as always stay curious, keep exploring,

and we'll see you on the road....the Silk Road.
