12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged

The liver is the largest solid organ in your body.

It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the

ribs.

You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver.

For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your

liver as much as you possibly can.

12 Early Signs of Liver Damage

There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver.

Each has its own set of symptoms.

Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and

cirrhosis of the liver.

The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related

to any number of different conditions.

Here are some common early signs.

1.

Upset Stomach

You are likely to get nausea and vomiting.

They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness,

early pregnancy, depression and vomiting.

It can mimic kidney problems as well.

Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver

has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins.

The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion.

If you have these symptoms for several days and don't know why, seek the attention of

your doctor.

2.

Fatigue and Overall Weakness

One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak.

When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need

more rest.

This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can't be cleared out because

the liver can't get rid of the toxins properly.

If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical

advice as soon as you can.

3.

Lack of Appetite

This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet.

When food isn't properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss

of weight.

See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time.

4.

Digestion Problems

The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be

better processed and absorbed by the small intestines.

If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea.

If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome,

fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones.

If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor.

5.

Alterations in the Color of Urine

If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may

be one of the early signs of liver damage.

The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin

in the bloodstream.

The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is

excreted through the kidneys.

Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking

B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities.

The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine.

6.

Changes in Stool Coloration

Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes.

Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance.

If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of

your doctor to check out your liver.

7.

Jaundice

Jaundice is a yellow coloration to the skin, tongue, fingertips, and eyes.

Jaundice is from an increase in bilirubin in the bloodstream and in the bodily tissue

that would normally be excreted in the bile.

Bilirubin builds up when old red blood cells are broken down inside the liver.

It causes the skin to become yellow.

Jaundice can also mean you have a problem with the pancreas or gallbladder, so you should

seek medical attention as soon as you can if you develop this symptom.

8.

Abdominal Changes

If you experience pain or cramping in the lower part of the abdomen or feel especially

bloated, this can mean that you have ascites and a malfunctioning liver.

Ascites is one of the early signs of liver damage and basically means that fluid has

built up inside the abdominal cavity.

It can happen whenever there is damage to the liver or liver cirrhosis.

You often get portal hypertension, which is high blood pressure in the arteries and veins

of the abdomen from liver disease.

You can also get ascites from disorders unrelated to

War Stories: Legends #2 - Duration: 2:13.

I was still a newbie back then.

This one group told me they were looking for scouts to join them,

so I signed up to get some combat experience.

I was still learning the ropes when we got dropped into this huge battle.

I knew I was severely outgunned,

but my buddies didn't seem to care too much.

Things were going well so far,

but we were about to find out just how much trouble we were in.

There was no way we could have beaten it head-on.

Only one thing left to do:

Run.

I was finally safe,

but I knew my friend had left himself behind to buy me time.

It didn't feel right.

I had to help him out.

I was way outgunned.

In just a few short seconds, that gun would tear me apart.

But I had to try one last thing.

I've seen a lot of action since,

and I'm more careful on the battlefield these days.

Sometimes though,

I still think about that little tank

and how we did the impossible that day.

What's your story?

GIRLS DO SQUATS FOR A CAN OF TIGER - Duration: 5:13.

Hello! Today I'm going to ask people to complete different tasks.

Maybe they will do squats?

For this can of Tiger!

Or maybe they will subdue a bull?

What will happen?

Watch the video!

I give Tiger cans to pretty women.

But you need to do 5 squats.

I can do it.

Okay.

Not like that! Everyone can do that!

The thing is your butt has to be as low as these two cans. That low!

One... Can you move here?

Do it like I did. It will be better.

How did you do that? Like that?

One, two, three...

Four, five... And you?

I won't.

Okay, so here's a can for your friend. Have a nice day!

You have to complete a task.

5 squats.

Really?

I'm serious.

With all that?

You can put it down. I'm serious.

Really?

You have to do 5 squats.

Here. And your butt needs to be as low as these cans.

I can't remember when I did squats the last time. A very long time ago.

I can hold your bag, if you want. I won't steal it.

One, two, three...

Four... Lower! Five...

Great!

Tiger for you, here you are.

Have a nice day!

For free!

But you have to do 5 squats.

5 squats.

One...

Let's go!

But your butt has to be as low as the cans.

5, let's do it.

One, two, three...

Four, five...

Take the one that was on the top. You farted on it.

Have a nice day!

If you subdue this bull, you take it by its horns, you get a Tiger from me.

What am I supposed to do?

Get back on the bull and subdue it.

You can do it! I believe in you!

Cheer for him, girl! Help him!

Are your really going to do it? No!

Come on, subdue it!

But why?

You're going to get...

Okay...

Show your strength!

Tiger's strength!

Muscles!

But how...? Okay...

No, it's not a good idea.

I'm going to hold it. Be careful.

No, don't do it!

You will fall down!

He won't, I hold it.

He won! He won a can of Tiger!

We give away Tigers.

Tigers?

You have to get back on the bull.

We're going to hold it.

Come on!

You have to jump.

I want to see it!

Help your friend!

Subdue this bull! Show us your muscles!

He won a Tiger! Here you are!

Tiger for you! Respect!

High five!

Subdue it, take its horns!

Take it! You're a freak!

Hello, I have a Tiger for you.

Excuse me?

A Tiger.

But you have to do 5 squats.

I don't know...

It's our action.

Your butt has to be this low.

5 squats.

Okay. Hold it.

Is there something valuable inside?

I'm just kidding.

One, two, three...

Four, five.

You farted on this one, so here you are.

Can I take two?

You need to do 5 push-ups.

Like that. One, two...

Show us that you have muscles!

Do 10.

You're a good guy. Take two! Have a nice day!

High five!

I hope that you liked the video!

If you have other tasks for passers-by, write them down in the comments.

I'm going to use them for sure, together with Tiger.

Check out all the links in the description!

The sacred power of mantra - Duration: 3:47.

What I find with doing mantra –

and I tend to do it about 20

minutes a day –

is that it makes

you much more dynamic;

gives you more power;

more energy.

It's in sanskrit and it's

an ancient sound.

And so how

it is pronounced

is the key.

It's very spiritual,

highly elevating...

Again, when you chant mantra,

you're drawing prana to

yourself.

You're drawing spiritual

power to yourself.

You're drawing high inspiration

into yourself.

Again, it starts

activating all of your chakras.

And also

it will bring on

higher states,

I would say.

You become a more inspired

individual.

In the book, Realize Your Inner

Potential, you have these

practices put together

by someone who practiced them

himself.

And he knew they would work

for ordinary people like you

and I. And they really do.

The mantras I mentioned

previously, again,

he was a Master of Yoga...

The mantra really should only

be passed on by

a Master,

because you're receiving also a

certain power with it as well.

And there is a certain law

around mantra,

that once you've received

it from a Master – a true

Master (that means

that mantra lives within that

individual;

they know what it means.

They know that mantra.

They really do.

And so they can pass it on

to you;

to someone else. But you

shouldn't pass it on to anyone

else.) So there's a law around

mantra as well,

and should it be treated with

great respect and reverence

because it's very, very

powerful.

So mantra is a wonderful thing

to do.

And highly spiritual as well.

It's good to do

for healing, to send out

healing to people.

When we talk about service,

we're trying to help other

people.

It's a human thing to do,

isn't it?

How can we help other people?

We can help other people

through giving donations,

through charitable work,

voluntary work,

and we can help people

by sending out spiritual power.

Spiritual energy will

change

your whole being;

it will change the mind belt of

this Earth. There's

so much negativity.

We need to inject some

positivity into the world.

And that's what we're trying to

do through healing;

through prayer.

You're praying to the Divine;

to a higher source;

higher than we are.

We're praying to God,

Brahma or whatever your

religious belief might be.

You're praying to that Divine

Source.

So you'll receive power;

spiritual energy,

so you can send it out in

healing and upliftment to the

world.

I think that's the uniqueness

or the difference between

the set of spiritual practices

in the Realize Your Inner

Potential

book compared

to other spiritual practices.

It's a whole system

which is very balanced and,

like you say, safe,

but that incorporates

that very important ingredient

of service to

others.

There is something that we all

can do.

We can all make a positive

change in our world.

How Antidepressants Ruin Your Natural Serotonin So You Can Never Be Happy Again … Without Your Pills - Duration: 1:53.

How antidepressants ruin your natural serotonin so you can never be happy again … without

your pills

The use of antidepressants has increased over the past years even though it is widely known

that these drugs are harmful and ineffective in treating depression.

These drugs destroy the ability of the brain to produce serotonin and are also addictive.

Some studies show that after people stop to use these drugs they become anxious, have

vivid nightmares, attention and memory problems, difficulty to sleep etc.

When a person takes this kind of medicine for a while the brain starts to produce less

serotonin and later more medications are needed for this condition to be repaired.

LINGERING WITHDRAWAL SYMPTOMS

After the person has stopped to take these medications the brain isn't able the reverse

back the normal levels of serotonin production for months or even years.

They suffer from psychological side effects.

A patient must gradually be off the antidepressants and for this process are needed months or

years.

Antidepressants cause mental disorders and even bipolar disorder.

THE COVER-UP OF THE SUICIDE FACTOR

Studies show that in the USA the suicide rates have grown to the increased use of antidepressants

and there is a tight link between these two.

A study of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has shown that 1 in 8

Americans is taking more than one antidepressant and the correlation between the suicide rates

and the antidepressants cannot be ignored.

Even though some reports show that the suicide rate has increased by 24% from 1999 until

the CDC hasn't done anything.

Holistic medicine has more effective and harmless way of treating people with some natural supplements,

healthy diet, and some exercises.

Canary Ratio Segment 2 Working Capital - Duration: 2:35.

Hey guys! Greg Smargiassi here from OURCFO with another edition of Future Proof. This week we're

going to continue the discussion around cash flow and look at working capital

and how that affects your business. So working capital is a little more

difficult to define but if you think about it this way : there's a time lag

between when you start working for a client or a customer and when you

ultimately get paid. So it might be that your client or customer...you'll have

accounts receivable. You'll have money owing to you at some point in time. Or you might

have work in progress. Work that has been done but is not yet billable to the

client. Or you might have stock on hand that you have to hold on hand before you

actually get paid for it. So working capital is essentially a time lag from when you

start working for a client or fulfilling on the promise that you have with a client to

when you actually get paid. And when you grow your business and when you grow

your revenue, the value of money that is tied up in working capital will also

grow as well which has the effect of taking money away from your cash flow.

And it's one of the reasons why you'll have a difference in your profit and loss

report and your cash position in that some of your profit will be allocated to

the working capital component of your business.

So by understanding those time frames from when you start to work for a client

or a customer to when you actually get paid, you begin

to understand how long your money is tied up in funding the working capital.

You'll also be able to understand and measure how much money you have tied up

in your working capital and what we often see is that there are some working

capital items that are simply not even accounted for. They're not even on your

balance sheet. So if you're not measuring...if we go back to the golden rule : if you're

not measuring, you're not managing. If you're not measuring, you're not

strategising. So really important to understand your working capital cycles.

It's really important to understand how to optimise the working capital cycles so

that the operational aspect of your business

is cash flow positive. I hope that's helpful.

Another edition of Future Proof. Stay tuned for the next segment where we're

going to have a look at how income tax impacts the cash flow cycle of your

business. Speak again soon.

Arsenal's greatest Premier League game - as chosen by you - Duration: 7:29.

Arsenal's greatest Premier League game - as chosen by you

We asked you to vote for your clubs greatest Premier League game and Arsenal supporters chose the clash that saw their side crowned champions at White Hart Lane 13 years ago.

Sky Sports delved back into the vault to produce a shortlist of your sides most memorable encounters since the new top-flight format came into effect in 1992 and fans of the 47 teams to have played Premier League football had their say.

Youll be able to relive the action on the new Sky Sports Premier Leaguechannel ahead of the 2017/18 season, but as we build up to Sundays full results, this is the match that topped Arsenal fans vote.

Tottenham Hotspur 2-2 Arsenal (April 25, 2004). With Newcastle United having beaten Chelsea earlier in the day, Arsenal knew that just a point at the home of old foes Tottenham would see them win the title for the 13th time.

Not only that, but the Gunners could also seal the league at White Hart Lane for the second time in their history after Bertie Mees team had managed the feat in 1971.

And with Arsenal arriving at Spurs that Sunday afternoon brimming full of confidence having gone unbeaten in the league to that point, and facing opponents struggling near the foot of the table, few were expecting anything other than a routine win for the visitors.

At the same time, though, Tottenham had not lost at home to Arsenal since 1999 and were desperate not to let their north London rivals claim the Premier League in front of their own fans.

However, with less than 180 seconds gone at the Lane, Arsene Wengers men went ahead after a sweeping counterattack lasting only 11 seconds.

There appeared little danger with the hosts about to take a corner, but when they lost possession, Arsenal broke down the left through the pace of Thierry Henry.

The Frenchman then fed Dennis Bergkamp and his inviting centre was tucked away at the far post by Patrick Vieira in a free-flowing move that typified much of the breathtaking football they had played that season.

The Gunners doubled their lead 10 minutes before half-time, with that man Bergkamp again the creator in chief, as he had been for much of the campaign.

The forwards perfectly weighted through ball released Vieira down the right wing and the captains pull back was calmly dispatched past Kasey Keller by compatriot Robert Pires.

If Arsenal - still smarting from being dumped out of the Champions League quarter-finals by rivals Chelsea - thought they could then canter towards the three points, though, they were much mistaken as the home side responded after the interval.

Firstly Jamie Redknapp arrowed a low shot past Jens Lehmann to reduce the deficit just past the hour-mark and while the visitors continued to carve out openings on the break, Tottenham refused to lie down.

David Pleats teams efforts were finally rewarded when in stoppage time referee Mark Halsey pointed to the spot after Lehmann had needlessly wrestled Robbie Keane to the ground following a corner.

The Republic of Ireland international stepped up to thrash the resulting spot kick past the Gunners No 1 to spark jubilant scenes among the home fans, although it was not long before the 3,000 away supporters tucked into an enclave at White Hart Lane were celebrating themselves.

And with good reason too, with the final whistle confirming Arsenal as Premier League champions for a third time under Wenger.

I dont want to diminish my other two championships, but this is special, he said after the game. The championship is where you see how good a team is.

Weve been remarkably consistent, havent lost a game and we have played stylish football. We have entertained people who just love football.

Yet when asked whether his players would be letting their hair down that night, the Frenchman - who had written himself into history as the first manager of the club to win three league championships - replied: No champagne, just water.

That was because the Arsenal manager was still eyeing a place in history as his team looked to become the first side in history to go unbeaten throughout a 38-match league campaign.

Arsenals players did, however, celebrate their championship triumph in front of their own supporters at the Lane. We just thought how can you not celebrate winning the league at White Hart Lane? said Ray Parlour. We certainly made sure we celebrated after.

I knew how big the rivalry was between the two teams growing up as a young Arsenal player, and we knew how special a triumph like that was for the fans as well - so we made sure we enjoyed winning the league at White Hart Lane!.

Arsenal, of course, remained unbeaten through their final four top-flight matches to become known as the Invincibles.

However, of all the 38 league games played in that historic season, or any Premier League campaign for that matter, it was this clash at the Lane that Arsenal fans consider to be their greatest. Teams.
