Waching daily Feb 19 2019

hi everyone Jennifer from Tarle speech with your pronunciation question today's

questions for all of my IT people out there how do I pronounce the word delete

so we have this lovely word and we all know this word from a command on the

keyboard we have de el ete two beats in this word super quick easy lesson today

the key here is that we are not going to stress syllable one we are going to

stress syllable two which means we are going to make this part of the word

louder longer and a little bit higher than the other part of the word so to

say this word we're going to start with syllable one duh which is the D sound

made by touching the tip of your tongue to the back of your top front teeth and

then just opening to a relaxed mouth for the very short schwa or uh sound

duh-duh-duh next we're going to move to leat to do this you're going to touch

the tip of your tongue to the back of your top front teeth and then you're

going to pull it down and smile to say that long e sound and then we're going

to end with the T by moving the tongue again to the back of the top front teeth

for the t sound leat leat leat so we have duh leet duh leet delete delete

delete be sure you saved your work and you do not delete it accidentally so do

not delete this video make sure if you liked it you share it with a friend and

Rachel Riley recently celebrated her one year Vegan anniversary, but some fans have claimed she's been left looking worryingly thin

The Countdown star provoked a debate on her Instagram page when she uploaded a snap of her glamorous quiz show outfit

The 33-year-old posed in a curve-hugging halterneck midi dress that accentuated her trim waist and toned arms

While many of her loyal fans were out in force with the compliments, many trolls appeared to comment on her 'change' in figure

"You look like you need to eat a little more," said one. "Looking very thin these days," added another

"Lovely Rachel but getting thin," agreed a third. While a fourth commented: "You looked better before you went vegan

All respect but you looked absolutely stunning before you did." Rachel switched to a vegan diet in 2018, and has been very vocal in the benefits of it easing her long-term health issues

She said she stopped eating eggs and dairy a few years ago before embracing a fully vegan diet

Though Rachel said she had a minor slip-up when she went to Russia with her beau Pasha Kovalev

Over the weekend Rachel's boyfriend Pasha performed his final dance on the BBC after revealing he was quitting Strictly Come Dancing

The Russian star took to The Greatest Dancer where he took to the floor for an emotional number with his Strictly co-stars and judge Cheryl

It comes after he told fans in an announcement on Twitter : "After scoring 93 perfect tens, reaching 4 finals lifting 1 glitter ball, it's time for me to find a new challenge and so I've decided to make last year - my final season on Strictly

"I've had five fantastic years, full of wonderful memories, thanks to the incredible partners, professionals and myriad of behind the scenes teams who all work to make Strictly the amazing production that it is

The impact of posture on your headaches and migraines - Duration: 2:51.

welcome back again hi I'm Dr. Beth and I'm osteopath here Melbourne

headache solutions located within premier sports and spinal Medicine and

this time we're talking about posture so quite a lot of us have a desk job which

means listening in our desks for up to eight hours or more per day and usually

this means that we've got quite a rounded posture leading to our heads

poking forwards or will they steam down the documents a lot which means that our

heads are poking down well so what does this mean for our necks well it means we

can get that reactive muscle spasm inter our neck leading to dysfunctions in the

upper three cervical vertebra other neck leading to sensitization of that brain

stem causing headaches and migraines so what can we do to combat this

considering you're probably not going to change a job anytime soon well what do

you really like to move considering your spending up to eight hours or more per

day at your desk you really need to try to get as much movement as possible so

most of us have a lunch break so utilize that lunch break

get up take a walk if you can if you can't take a walk during your lunch

break every hour or so or two hours if you can go take a five minute walk go

grab a glass of water just walk around the office do whatever

you can just to get some movement in through your body also you should be

getting some regular exercise throughout the week so as I say just even taking a

walk or getting some regular cardiovascular exercise and your body

will noticeably change because it likes that movement also if you notice that

you have ears poking forwards you can do some deep note flux or training to help

strengthen the specific muscles in through your neck to really help those

headaches and migraines also you'll notice that if you have an increase in

stress they pretend to carry it around our shoulders and I certainly do and

then you'll notice that you shoulders tend to creep up you here tend to probe

forwards and you tend to crouch in on yourself

so find something that you really find relaxing well that's a bubble-bath

breeding book taking yoga class anything we can find relaxing just to help thee

stress the body de-stress the minds and you notice that your posture will really

thank you for it sorry for more advice on how to correct your question and how

to de-stress that buddy read my blog plus Joe what is it good for absolutely

everything but if you have any tips and tricks on how to correct your posture as

well please drop them below and gentleman everybody so hopefully all of

us together and have amazing posture to help decrease our intensity and

frequency of a headaches and migraines together thanks guys I'll catch you next

time

What to do in the cold weather - Duration: 2:21.

hey guys I'm Dr. Beth and I'll see you back at Melbourne headache solutions and as

you can see I'm here to hugging and that's because it's been really cold this

winter and my patient has been telling me that they've been experiencing an

increase in their headaches and migraines this winter now it's not

necessarily because of the cold that's been making their headaches and

migraines list it's because of what they've been doing to adapt to the cold

this winter now in the cold you tend to shrink in on yourself and wrap around

the new self hug that's because you're intend to wear the necessary layers

particularly in Melbourne that you need to to adapt to the cold so what can you

do to make this better well you can wear the adequate layers

that you need to so making sure you nice and wrapped up these rings up and also

wearing something around your neck like a scarf to make sure you're nice and

warm in the appropriate areas the other things that we tend to do in winds up

things that we tend to hibernate a bit because it does tend to be quite cold

outside but when we hibernate and do things like read books watch television

sleep more and we do tend to promote a negative posture so again with this

slumped posture which promotes a forward chin poke or if we are doing things like

spending more time on our laptops or reading books like I mentioned looking

down the lot it does promote those dysfunctions in through the upper note

that as we know promote headaches and migraines so if we are going to spend

more time hibernating and spending more time indoors we just want to be mindful

of our posture so instead of instead of spending a lot of time slumping down and

getting into the really crazy postures we just want to be mindful as I said

about posture and just sitting up a little bit taller and making sure that

our neck is in a nice alignment so that we're not promoting

negative dysfunctions into our necks to increase the intensity and frequency of

our headaches my dreams so if you've got any more

questions or queries in regards to the cult and your headaches and migraines

drop a comment below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can

otherwise I hope you stay warned of this winds up and look forward to spring

thanks guys I'll catch you next time

The three key battles you MUST keep tabs on during Liverpool vs Bayern Munich - Duration: 3:00.

Joel Matip vs Robert Lewandowski Matip will have to step up in the absence of the suspended Virgil van Dijk

And what better way to test himself against one of the best strikers in world football, Robert Lewandowski

In November, the Polish international became the seventh player to hit 50 Champions League goals

Lewandowski is comfortable playing with his back to goal meaning Matip may need to stand his ground

The defender is 10cm taller than his opponent meaning he should have the beating of him in the air

The duo have already faced off before in the Bundesliga and with Matip not being the most orthodox in possession, he can't afford to play around with the ball at the back

Mohamed Salah vs David Alaba This could be an area where the game is won or lost for Bayern Munich

We've seen many defenders fall victim to the Egyptian's lightening pace and tricky dribbling in recent years and Alaba will have to be at the top of his game to keep Salah quiet

The Austrian was branded as the best left-back in world football under Pep Guardiola but he appears to have lost some of his credibility in recent years

He has to resist the temptation of getting forward as much as possible, because Salah will be waiting to pounce on any space that could see him bare down on goal

If Alaba does go forward, the winger will have to do his defensive duties and help out his right-back whenever needed

Roberto Firmino vs Mats Hummels Marking Firmino can prove a real nuisance. Not only does he pose an obvious threat in front of goal but his selfless movement can pull defences out of joint for Salah and Sadio Mane to profit

Hummels will have to be wary of that, making sure his partner Niklas Sule is on the cover

The German is a top defender with plenty of experience and he has previously come up against Firmino in his Borussia Dortmund days in the 2015/16 Europa League and against Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga

Admittedly, the Brazilian has matured a lot since then, taking his game to the next level and his class could be essential in helping Liverpool decide this tie

Firmino was exceptional during last year's road to the final in Kiev and seems to thrive under the lights on European nights

Why do I have headaches and migraines? - Duration: 1:59.

Hey guys I'm Dr. Beth an osteopath here in Melbourne Headaches Solutions located within premier sports and spinal Medicine

so a really common question that I get asked is why do I get headaches why do I

get migraines and so that's what we're exploring today so usually from trauma

or from sustained questions such as forward hip poke or from looking down

all the time you get a reactive muscle spasm in through your neck which leads

to chronic neck dysfunctions through the upper three survival vertebrae in your

neck which can lead to sensitization of your lower brainstem also known as the

trigeminal cervical nucleus but the nerves from your face and from your head

also feed into the trigeminal viper nucleus so when this area is sensitized

that's why you're going to get your face and your head pain also known as

headache and migraine but why do you get those associated features of a migraine

well your lower brainstem is responsible for your vomit center you have a

stimulus center which is responsible for your balance and also if the originator

of all of your cranial nerves and some of those are responsible for your

eyesight your sense of smell and also your hearing so if you've sensitized

then it can lead to things like nausea and vomiting not very nice also a sense

of dizziness and lack of coordination and also it can lead to things like it's

an increase since of sensitivity of light sound and smell so what do we do

as practitioners will we come in and we decrease those restrictions in through

your neck which decreases the sensitivity of that lower brainstem so

you're not getting those associated features of your migraine and it

decreases that campaign you're getting so if you want to start

on your headache free journey today book an appointment with me dr. Beth

thanks guys catch you next time

SPINE NIGGLING Don't get carried away… United put on a better show but still have back pain - Duration: 9:08.

MANCHESTER UNITED were clearly much better against Cardiff but let's not get too carried away as that wasn't exactly difficult

The club is still a mess and one good performance doesn't change that.  Five goals for the first time since Sir Alex Ferguson retired is obviously a positive — but you can't get too excited about them beating a newly-promoted team who are battling relegation

And let's be clear, it's no coincidence that the board at United sacked Jose Mourinho with a favourable run of fixtures on the horizon

The timing is no shock as they would have wanted to give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer the best possible chance of getting off to a good start

Cardiff, Huddersfield, Bournemouth and Newcastle is a great run for a new manager — it would have been very different if they had the likes of Chelsea or Tottenham coming up

Weekend Round-Up - Watch all the Premier League action from Friday, Saturday and Sunday's games  But while it was only Cardiff, there were definitely encouraging signs

For the first time this season they out-ran the opposition, telling you everything you need to know

The players had stopped running for Mourinho and weren't buying into or enjoying his ideas anymore

It became obvious in defeat at Liverpool that they had stopped running for him.  They didn't do what he wanted them to do and didn't want to be suppressed any longer

It's the manager's job to get the best out of his players and, other than David De Gea, there is no way anyone was playing to the best of their ability

Manchester United turn to Sir Alex Ferguson as consultant to restore glory days to Old Trafford  But you can't just pin all of the blame on Mourinho

When you come off the pitch as a footballer you want to know that you have given everything and I don't think a fair few of those players could say that this season

It wasn't just the players' fault, it wasn't just the manager's fault and not all the blame falls with the board

But if you put all of that into the hat then you have a mess of a football club

Saturday was much, much better though. First and foremost, the full-backs played a lot higher than they had been doing, which gave them more options straightaway

The team were far more positive than they had been, playing with a freedom not seen for a long time

Instead of the first thought being to pass to left, right or back towards their own goal, everyone instead was looking forward for their first option

So while nobody should get carried away, it was a much better performance compared to what we had been watching under Mourinho

You see better people and better footballers when they have a smile on their face, and we saw signs already that the Manchester United players were enjoying their football again

Solskjaer is no miracle worker and can't have gone into the dressing room and changed much in two days

All he could do was to give everyone a pat on the back and get them smiling, remind them how good they are and who they are playing for

And then they got an early goal and suddenly everything was much rosier in the garden

It's an unbelievable opportunity for him now and he has nothing to lose. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer explains how Wayne Rooney's text helped him restore Manchester United's smile  But you can't comment on Solskjaer's effect yet — if they are still playing like they did on Saturday in two months' time then, yes, you can say he has had a real impact

If things go well until the end of the season and he can even win a trophy like the FA Cup, then he is absolutely in the frame to be considered for the job full-time

But they are not suddenly a great team because they beat Cardiff — they are a long way from being that

I don't think they will get into the top four, especially if they don't make a couple of decent signings in January

They still have issues in terms of creativity in midfield and they look miles away when I look at the defence

They still have one of the best keepers in the world, but defensively they are all over the place

Still a long way to go in this exciting title raceBy ALAN SHEARER  THERE are still plenty of twists and turns to come yet in the title race, despite Liverpool taking a four-point lead into Christmas

Jurgen Klopp's side are in a great position — but I'm sure they will drop some points between now and the end of the season

It's very rare to play perfect football and get perfect results every game.  Arsenal going unbeaten in 2003-04 was a freak and with 20 games to go there is still much to play for

Manchester City had a blip against Palace and will need to ensure there aren't any more this season

But they are a great side, are not going anywhere and will chase Liverpool all the way

And after yesterday's thrashing of Everton, Tottenham will be believing that they are very much in it

Just two points behind City now, they are playing with the swagger of a side who believe they can go the whole way this time

They've only played seven home games this term and will really fancy their chances of being in the mix
