you too want to make this blouse ??

but first do SUBSCRIBE to DIY Queen

first we need to make these strings

which we've to fix here

just learn by watching it

now lets make this part

For this we need Fabric & lining (astar)

Spread the lining over the whole fabric

keep length and width little longer

as it get folded during stitching

need to fix these strings here

place it in the middle

tuck it in the corner

now stitch it from first corner to the other corner

again fix a string here just like we've fixed it before

place it inside like this

and stitch

now flip it after stitching get done from both the sides

and keep that lining(astar) side upside

now mark the centre part

now make mark of 3 inch on either side to that centre part

now make a fold like this

now we need to make a C section here

now do stitching over the marked portion

make a knot at the end

likewise make a C section on the right side too

now we need to attach an inch broad string to the opened section

and we make this string with the left over fabric

now place it and fold a little and then stitch upto the end

now keep the length of these string according to your shoulder size and tuck them

now make bell for these strings

it would get fallen if you don't fix strings here

so fix strings here too

now need to fix these cups

if you want make it long lasting

then don't use glue

so just fix them with small knots like this

as it doesn't leave any kind of mark

and no need to buy cups again & again

How to Accept PEOPLE That You Don't Like - Duration: 4:42.

Hi everyone! Welcome back to my channel. My name is Karen Closs and I create

beauty, fashion, and Beauty From Within videos just like this one. So this is the

first post for this playlist. So our topic for today is about How to Accept

People that You Don't Like. So it's normal, it's possible that you'll face

people that you don't like, people who always do something bad against you,

people who doesn't inspire you, these individuals who don't like your opinion,

or don't follow you, anyone, anything, or a person who doesn't

respect you for instance. So you have to accept them and it is very important to

do so because no one is an island. Obviously, you have to interact with

these people, you have to love them, you have to work

with them, help them and inspire them. Okay, so there are 4 ways in order to do

so. First is you have to hate the sin but love the sinner. So meaning, you have

to hate the bad things that this person has done against you but love the person

so disregard the sin, not the person who did it.

Okay, so this is one of the techniques that has been used by a lot of people in

order to attain peace of mind. If they are going to deal with this kind of

people, love, forgiveness, these things are really important. The

second way is basically to be sensitive with the feelings of other people. You

know sometimes it is important to raise, or to augment or to better our emotional

quotient aside from having IQ or your

intellect because these things matter. These are the values that we have in

our lives. This is a kind of character building.

So being sensitive with the feelings of other people helps you to move on, to

complete your task, so you have peace of mind, to work in a peaceful environment,

because even if you don't like them you can still work with them because you al-

ready accepted in yourself that these people exist. That you have to help them.

Okay, so the third thing to do is you have to accept that no one is perfect.

Even me, you, anyone, no one is perfect so we have to find a work-around in order

to deal with a person or maybe you can talk to the person. It is always a good

thing to communicate well because by doing so you can reach out and then you

can know what's the problem and fix it. And then, maybe later on, you'll like the

person after going through these trials that you have experienced with the

individual. Okay, so the last is you have to be grateful for everything that you

have. Being grateful is always the anti-thesis or the antidote of being

angry all the time so you have to be grateful for life, that you still have

the opportunities, to work peacefully -

all you have to do with is love this person that you don't like. Right, so I think it

is easier. All you have to do is list all the things that you're grateful for

in this life and then by doing so you can imagine that these things are the

things that matter most to you than dealing with these people. So forget

about the sinner. I mean, forget about the sin but accept the sinner. So by going

through all of these, by any means, you can build your character. You can be well-

adjusted, you will have peace of mind. So they say that peace of mind is the new

success. So this is your time in order to develop

your character. This attitude or your attitude in your life. So I hope

that I was able to inspire you through this video. So Subscribe to my

channel, if you have not done yet. Yeah, subscribe to my channel. My

name is Karen Closs. I create beauty, and fashion videos including Beauty from

Within and now if you like this video don't forget to click thumbs up or any

Liverpool star Jordan Henderson STILL hurting from Champions League final loss - Duration: 4:25.

But the Anfield skipper also feels there is unfinished business in the Champions League after a heart-breaking 3-1 defeat by Real Madrid in last season's final

"When you lose in a final, it always stays with you – always," said Henderson. You always want to use that as motivation to try and get back there and maybe put that right

Jurgen Klopp's side restart their Champions League campaign tonight when they host German giants Bayern Munich in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie

It will be only the eighth time they have met in competitive football and just the second in the European Cup

The first was in 1981 when Liverpool won 1-1 on away goals in the semi-final and went on to beat, ironically, Real Madrid in the final

Liverpool reached the knockout stage after fighting hard to get out of a tough Group C before Christmas, beating Napoli in their final game to finish second to Paris St-Germain

And England midfielder Henderson admits they are driven by their defeat by Real in Kiev last May

Jurgen Klopp's side were in the game until the Spanish side took control when Mohamed Salah was forced off with a shoulder injury following a clash with Sergio Ramos

Goalkeeper Loris Karius gifted Real an opener when he threw the ball at Karim Benzema before Sadio Mane equalised

But Gareth Bale scored a wonder goal before another Karius howler handed the Welshman a second and ended the Reds' hopes of a sixth European Cup

"I feel as though we used the Europa League final (against Sevilla in 2016) defeat in the right way," said Henderson

"We progressed from there and we need to do the same with the Champions League and we need to keep improving

We need to use that as determination to get back there. And if we get back there, hopefully we will go one step further

" Liverpool's run to the Champions League final last season did not cost them their place in the top four of the Premier League as they held off a challenge from Chelsea

But they did drop 10 points on the domestic front in games immediately following European knockout ties while they were on the road to Kiev

A similar dip in league form this term would be catastrophic to their chances of winning their first league title since 1990

They are second behind leaders Manchester City on goal difference, but do have a game in hand on the defending champions

The players held a meeting in Spain at their training camp in Marbella last week as they urged each other not to take their eyes off the ball in either competition

"I feel as though we have a good enough squad to cope with the games when they are coming thick and fast," said Henderson

"It is down to us to keep performing, no matter what competition it is. "We will give everything and just be mentally ready for the next few months

"It is why Marbella was such an important week for us to get ready." The fact Henderson is even fielding questions about going for a League and European Cup double shows how far this side has come under Klopp since 2015

GST Reform - Duration: 15:07.

call the member for Perth Thank You Deputy Speaker to stand in this place

and provide a fair go for Western Australia is an honour to often Western

Australians feel like they are the Forgotten state of the Commonwealth when

it came to the distribution of the goods and services tax that Western

Australians pay that was definitely true today the Parliament is recognizing

Western Australia the parliament is recognising the tax that Western

Australians pay and the principle that they should get a fair share of that tax

back in their State it would be remiss of me not to start by congratulating

some of the campaigners who have led to this reform and it has been a campaign

it's been a campaign that's taken many years I congratulate my fellow labor

colleagues the WA labor members of this place the WA labor senators I also

congratulate the leader of the Opposition the shadow treasurer and the

Shadow Minister for finance they've all listened carefully to Western Australia

they've listened to what it is that Western Australians say they need and

they listened when Western Australians elected the Mark McGowan Labor

government in 2017 saying the current team were unable to deliver a fair share

for WA and I also congratulate the now treasurer of Western Australia Ben Wyatt

it's not just been a campaign that has involved members of the parliaments of

state and federal parliament it's involved the West Australian and once a

week The Sunday Times also campaigns for a fair share of the GST for Western

Australia I also acknowledge a range of trade unions have campaigned to ensure

that Western Australia gets its fair share so that we can fund the vital

services that Western Australians rely on and equally the Western Australian

Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been allowed in clear voice for change

in the distribution of the GST the goods and services tax introduced on 1 July

year 2000 back then Deputy Speaker I was in year ten my friends and I thought

that despite not being super keen on the introduction of the GST a effectively

regressive tax we thought it would be nice to go and uh be some of the first

Western Australians to pay the GST so hatched a plan that we'd go down to the

local Maccas we would wait till the clock struck midnight and we would pay

we would buy ourselves some McDonald's and pay the GST being some of the first

West Australians to do so my parents did not think this was as good an idea and I

did not do that but I raised the importance of visiting McDonald's

because when we look at the share of the GST that Western Australia received it

got down to basically 30 cents in the dollar now 30 cents in the dollar or 30

cents doesn't buy you much but back in 2000 30 cents would buy you a McDonald's

ice cream 30 cents no longer even buys you a McDonald's ice cream in fact in

preparing for this speech I've got to say I struggled to find much that you

can buy for 30 cents these days so I had to do some maths instead 30 cents will

buy you 3 kilograms of iron ore 30 cents will buy you roughly 612 staples it will

buy you less than 500 milliliters of coca-cola so it's no surprise that

Western Australians thought that 30 cents in the dollar was completely

unfair it was a pittance and it was unacceptable the need to provide Western

Australia with a fair share of the GST is also a need for us at the federal

level to make sure that we are providing what that state needs to run the state

economy when it comes to the suffering that Western Australia's experienced

during this time we cannot understate that suffering I think the anger is well

highlighted by the fact that I have been out of count and I'm sure this is an

inaccurate number and probably vastly understate the number of editorials but

there were 78 editorials in the past six years in the West Australian alone

calling for reform of the GST fact one report in the West Australian revealed

that Western Australia had lost almost a third of the GST collected since the

inception of the GST in 2000 in other words one-third or thirty billion

dollars taken out of Western Australia and redistributed to other states as we

saw that share of the GST declined below 70 cents below fifty cents and down to

that embarrassing just over 30 cents now 30 billion dollars taken out of Western

Australia is is a huge sum 30 billion dollars Western Australia could have

purchased the entirety of Caltex Australia seek limited coca-cola amatul

and still have had change to buy Domino's Pizza although I don't think

there's much of an argument that I can make in this place to have any

government state or federal in the pizza delivery business but nonetheless there

is know no doubt there is a need to redistribute some money to other states

to accommodate for the different challenges that different states face at

different points in the economic cycle however no one ever expected that we

would get to this point of unfairness indeed former prime minister and the

architect of the goods and services tax he proudly says it's one of his greatest

achievements but former Prime Minister John Howard said that it was never going

to be necessary for top-up payments of the GST okay when he announced the goods

and services tax mr. Howard said quote for as long as any

of you can remember one of the least ignoble in characteristics of government

in this country has been the annual begging bowl pilgrimage to Canberra by

the states well Deputy Speaker the system that was

created by the introduction of the goods and services tax led to exactly that on

a grand scale led to my state of Western Australia having to beg for top-up

payments just to make sure they could keep the essential services of the state

running it's not good enough it's not it's not been good for any part of our

Commonwealth to see that be part of our distribution of funds across our states

and territories I mean follow on from the members of O'Connor and I commend

former Prime Minister Turnbull for his work on this package

Mr Turnbull had a cooperative approach he recognized that when Western

Australians voted for the Mark McGowan labor government that they were sending a

message all the way to Canberra they are sending a message that we needed to

address this problem it was the number one issue on the minds of many Western

Australians when they thought about what what what did fairness from a federal

government mean to them but Prime Minister Turnbull was listening to

Premier McGowan and I'm it pleased that with the passage of this legislation

we'll see him and treasurer Ben Wyatt begin to return the state's budget to a

surplus position and begin to repay debt but you can't spend all these funds just

on repaying debt you have to build for the future

you have to invest in the future there are many projects in Western Australia

that may be able to get off the ground because Western Australia now has a

stronger budget position and can think about what else might be needed to grow

the Western Australian economy one would be the investing in a light rail system

across our city through my election of perth connecting places like Curtin

University the Burswood Peninsula Elizabeth Quay all the way up to Kings

Park a beautiful tourist attraction and on to the medical precinct and

University of Western Australia this may also allow the state government and

their body the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority to finally fix

the eyesore and the disgrace that is the rotting of the East Perth power station

and turn it into a national tourist icon possibly full of art culture music or a

museum of national significance we could also invest and reinvest in our

community at a local level I don't know that other members will be

speaking on a range of things that we can invest in including community sport

and community infrastructure whatever the case when we get to the point of

looking at how the nation has got to this point of debating this legislation

you have to accept that it's only because labor has led this debate time

and time again that we've got the legislation that we do in front of us

today indeed was the opposition leader and labor which first proposed

significant and serious top-up payments to lift Western Australia's share of the

distribution of the goods and services tax indeed it was on Saturday the 26th

of August 2017 when opposition leader Bill Shorten announced the Shorten

labor government would invest 1.6 billion dollars in a fair share for WA

fund that was carefully considered policy aimed at making sure that we've

delivered a fair share for WA without making any state worse off it was the

first time we saw a concrete proposal to deliver an effective floor of GST for

Western Australia delivering a 70 cent floor it was then at my campaign launch

in July of this year Deputy Speaker but the opposition leader said we should

make the floor the law and that was a great initiative to say if you're going

to have a floor on the GST you have to legislate it it's the only way that you

have certainty to the state that in fairness had some pretty good reasons

for not trusting that they were going to get a fair share from Canberra what the

opposition leader said and I quote we also have a plan for the GST we have a

plan which labor has led working with the McGowan government and label

nationally to establish a floor and what we say today is that not only do we

support there being a 75 cent floor we want to turn the floor into the law end

quote it was a promise that was a eventually

adopted by the government and it was good that the government listened to the

opposition leader and an agreed to legislate it was also the opposition

leader and the shadow treasurer who said that

we must legislate to make sure that no state is worse off and I'm joined by a

number of colleagues from Tasmania who rightly have seen what happened to

Western Australia they've seen this state have its a budget smashed by an

unfair distribution of the GST and said well what happened in West Australia is

pretty bad it would be a terrible of in fixing one state's problem we were to

start smashing another state's budget and one of the things that I commenced

my Tasmanian colleagues for is actually looking to the future what

former prime minister howard and then treasurer in western australia then

later premier Colin Barnett failed to do was look to the long-term effect you

could see that there was a huge mining boom on the way the distribution formula

was already on paper but no I actually thought what happens in different

economic circumstances and so I commend my Tasmanian colleagues for

actually thinking through the implications of what we do and again I

commend the shadow treasurer for making sure that we've looked at this

legislation called for a no state worse-off guarantee and credit to the

current prime minister and credit to the current treasurer they've listened and

they've enacted that in the legislation before us today there are of course

other tax policies that the current prime minister and current treasurer may

wish to look at in developing a fair economy for all Australians one is

Labor's tax refund for working Australians Labor's policy will deliver

a bigger fairer tax cut for 10 million working Australians labor has proposed

reforms to dividend imputation ensuring that we deliver billions of dollars back

to the bottom line of the budget and remove excess cash refunds from dividend

imputation credits reform to capital gains tax and negative gearing limiting

where you can claim those negative gearing amounts and reducing the

discounts to ensure our tax system is fair and equitable and probably most

importantly when it comes to make sure we get a fair share of tax here in

Australia for all Australians a comprehensive package on multinational

tax avoidance which will improve the budget bottom line by three billion

dollars over the decade in addition labor will restore integrity to

Australia's tax system and stop Australian profits being stashed away in

tax havens labor will cap the deductions for managing tax affairs at $3,000 and

reforms to discretionary trust reforms I've mentioned before the need to look

to the future and look into the long term about making sure that such errors

of what happened don't happen again but I've also got to mention that the member

for Pearce the current Attorney General also must take some responsibility for

his role in failing to act and campaign hard enough for a fair share of the GST

when this problem emerged in 2011 2012 the new Attorney

General said when he was treasurer of Western Australia quote we reasonably

anticipate that in 2013-14 the Commonwealth's Grants Commission

will have brought in a new GST system well Deputy Speaker that did not happen

it took many years it took strong advocacy from my colleagues in the

labor party strong advocacy from the shadow treasurer strong advocacy from

premier Mark McGowan strong advocacy from WA treasurer Ben Wyatt and creative

policy to ensure WA gets a fair share of the goods and services tax thank you I

thank the member for Perth

She said she stopped eating eggs and dairy a few years ago before embracing a fully vegan diet

Though Rachel said she had a minor slip-up when she went to Russia with her beau Pasha Kovalev

Over the weekend Rachel's boyfriend Pasha performed his final dance on the BBC after revealing he was quitting Strictly Come Dancing

Fair Go Friday - Tourism Council CEO Evan Hall - Duration: 2:55.

it's Fair go Friday and the last fair go Friday before Christmas so I'm here with

Evan Hall the CEO of the Tourism Council on the banks of the beautiful swan river

to talk about a fair go and how we can best support and grow Western

Australia's fantastic tourism industry so Evan you've got your ideas man you've

got lots of ideas on how we continue to grow tourism here in the West just tell

us a few of them lots of ideas Patrick we've got a whole range of typically

small operators who want to do creative things on the river and we've got locals

and visitors who are just crying out for new things to do in Perth it's actually

been over 25 years since we've had a new attraction of any scale in Perth and

what we're really looking for things to do is that involve movement and

experience not just sitting and looking at things not just sightseeing but

moving around and learning and experience stuff so a couple of

favorites certainly the cable car from Elizabeth Quay to Kings Park

consistently tops the polls as one of the most popular ideas for for visitors

and for locals alike that will provide a really unique perspective coming up from

the city literally connecting the city without our great park and views down to

Fremantle along the river and a cable car sort of a must-do thing that

everybody loves to do whenever they go to a city and that would be an enjoyable experience for everyone. Another personal favourite is a zipline from Kings Park all the way across the river to South Perth

adrenaline pumping experience dual ziplines

80 kilometers per hour but again a unique perspective and a way that you

suddenly got to get here I am the spirits of nature in the river right in

the heart of the city and it's a sort of things that visitors and locals are

looking for that's some of the many many big ideas

that are thrown out there for Perth it's a beautiful city there's always things

we can do to improve it but this Christmas Evan what can we do to help

and support some of our fantastic local tourism operators right here right now

your local tourism operators working hard to give you a really good

time a great customer service experience so if you are staying at home this

Christmas you treat yourself to a staycation

don't stay indoors with the air-conditioning on get out go to their

water parks go down to the beach treat yourself to an ice cream have a nice

meal in a cafe or restaurant go to the cinema there's lots of things that

tourism operators and entertainment providers and all of our restaurants are

very happy to look after you and it's the best way to engage in the town and

get out and talk to other people and you'll really enjoy yourself thanks Evan

so from me Evan the seagulls everyone here on the banks the Swan River have a

lovely Christmas and that's it for fair go Friday Merry Christmas

ALL THINGS BOURBON | The DailyFA 035 - Duration: 5:04.

Greetings viewers.

Welcome back to another episode of #TheDailyFA.

My name is Dave Grant.

I'm your subject, I'm your host,

and I have been looking so much forward to today's episode,

because we are talking about bourbon.

Now you may think, what on earth are you doing?

You're a financial advisor and you're going to be talking

about liquor for three to five minutes.

What on earth can that have to do with your job?

Before I get into that,

I want to take you through some different types of bourbon.

This is one of my favorites.

This is Breckenridge.

And this one in particular is a special blend.

It is a blend of four different barrels of bourbon

put together in a special blend and as you can see

it's almost gone because this is the smoothest bourbon

I have and it's reserved for those days

that are either really good or really bad

and you just need to take it away.

What's the daily drinking?

Yeah, this one's almost gone.

This is Buffalo Trace.

Buffalo Trace is different from Breckenridge.

Breckenridge has got a smooth flavor to it.

Buffalo Trace has got some spice to it.

It's got a nice spicy after taste.

It's got a little bit of a kick to it

and it's just a good every day drink.

Another one, this one I found at a friends birthday party.

And this one has an awesome flavor.

It's Jefferson's.

Jefferson's, this one in particular, small-batch bourbon.

And it's actually placed in smokey barrels

so it actually has a smokey after taste,

which is really refreshing,

given all the other bourbons that I drink.

None of them actually have a smokey after taste,

so this one's kind of fun.

On my trip to the liquor store, just perusing the aisles,

came across David Nicholson Reserve.

Have never had this before.

I picked it up and thought what's the best way

to actually learn about bourbon is to taste it.

Now I'm not made of money,

so I can't go to the liquor store and just say

that looks interesting,

let me drop 40 to 50 dollars on this bourbon

and just get a taste.

I'm also a member of Flaviar, which is a liquor club.

And every quarter I get sent samples of bourbon.

In each box of these, there is sample

of three different types, they're in different tubes.

Every once in a while I grab a tube,

I'm like, let's just try a different bourbon.

Honestly, some of them taste like lighter fluid,

they're disgusting.

Others actually taste really nice, for example,

Koval, I've had this one before.

Was excited to see that it was in a tester box,

'cause I didn't have to go buy a big bottle of it.

And then I get to experiment with it.

Why am I telling you all about bourbon?

I could go on for another 30 minutes just talking

about why I like it, the different types of it,

where I tasted which blend.

Why am I doing that?

Because it's my passion.

Other than financial planning

and making fun videos like this, I love bourbon.

What are your client's passions?

What I want you to do the next time

you go into a client meeting,

you're not allowed to leave that meeting

without understanding one of your client's passions

that they could talk about for 30 minutes.

I actually did this in a client meeting,

unbeknownst to me,

I started talking about the yard I was working in.

The client went on for about 20 minutes, about their yard,

their garden, what they grew, what they took to shows,

what they were going to try and sell at the farmer's market

next time that it came up.

I didn't realize the passion of gardening was huge.

But I didn't know it, unless I asked,

unless we had conversations about it.

What are your client's passions?

Do not leave a client meeting that you're going in to

without understanding the passion of your clients.

Because then you can have a real connection with them

if you start to understand more about their passion

and bring it to them,

where they can teach you.

And two, when you come to a certain point

in your relationship where you need to give a gift

or you want to show appreciation to them,

giving them a gift around their passion

shows that you listen and shows that you really care.

'Til the next episode of #TheDailyFA,

take care and this bottle will be gone by next episode.

Wanda Nara sparks Mauro Icardi split claims by burning photos - but all is not as it seems - Duration: 2:28.

Mauro Icardi's wife Wanda Nara sparked fears the couple had split by burning photos of the Inter Milan star

Icardi has been in the headlines in recent weeks after he was stripped of the captaincy amid a contract dispute

The Argentine has subsequently missed Inter's last two matches and there are suggestions he will move on this summer

Wanda Nara, 32, is also Icardi's agent and has been at the heart of the issue with reports suggesting she prevented her husband joining Real Madrid

The pair have seemingly remained in unison off the pitch although she fuelled claims they had split on Monday

Read More Man Utd board sent Mauro Icardi message as transfer target suffers fresh Inter snub  Nara appeared to be going through a stage of a break-up, albeit very publicly, as she burned hear-shaped images of the pair

The clip was posted on Instagram with her followers quick to speculate the couple were heading for divorce

But there is a very good reason behind the video - and it is a long way from indicating a break-up

It is Argentine tradition to burn a picture of your partner the day or the day of their birthday

Icardi turns 26 on Tuesday and Wanda was simply showing off her love for the striker

She later uploaded a message to her husband alongside a family photo with their children

"Nobody can imagine the human being that you are, because nobody is like you. Thank you for giving me the courage that every woman deserves," she wrote

"I always say you are a great example of a man, father and husband. You know we will always be with you, every step of the way

YOU as a Start Up - Duration: 5:24.

Good morning, it's Dr. James. Hey I hope you're off to an awesome start today, it's so

good to see you, thank you for your time and thank you for your energy. This

morning a special thank you to someone in our community who sent the best

message to me last night it was like, "hey James totally loved the tree house talks

in the morning but hey is that all you do what do you ? what do you do after

you're done shooting those four or five minute videos? you just sit in a tree

house and hang out?" No, I don't but that'd be awesome like yeah after I'm done I kind of

sit over there on the bed, take a nap and I meditate some more and then you know

what else do I do. Anyway um I am an entrepreneur, I had a great practice for

a number of years, almost two decades, saw thousands of patients and that was

awesome and then I wanted to get into starting up businesses and I've done four

startups and all having that kind of space of wellness, media, nutrition,

functional nutrition, Direct Selling and it has been absolutely awesome and this

morning I was thinking about some of the lessons I've learned that are spiritual

and emotional and physical and in relationship to looking at our life

every single day as a start-up and because the startup means that you

literally are starting from scratch. You're looking at the opportunity, you're

considering whether it might be vulnerability in the marketplace to

create something that people fall in love with, but I know through

failures and successes and startups, it's about how much you love it that really

matters. You have to love what you're doing cuz it is a roller coaster ride.

There are highs and lows and you have to believe before you can see what's to

come and that is a secret to pretty much anything so I'm gonna share with you ten

things. I know how it sounds, oh my gosh ten things, I'll make it really quick ten

things that will help you see your life today as a successful startup so you can

build the business of prosperity, the business of peace, the business of

evolution and motivation and spiritual awakening. I mean that's the true starter

right, so here's ten things I've learned about being a startup every single

morning and you are part of that starter, this is why I do what we're doing. Number

one as a start-up you need to realize who

are you spending time with and are they the right people. It's like creating a

team around, you have to have a great team to be create a great company, great

culture, so is the present team, the people you're spending time with, are

they... no judgment, but are they the best? Are they gonna lift you or they gonna

encourage you? Are they gonna be a part of your movement where you go yep I'm

decorating my life with awesomeness so that's number one. Number two, putting

your needs last.Oh my gosh I grew up in a highly interesting family where I

can look back at my childhood and I don't need to get into that

deeply but it's just putting yourself way back, you know defining what your

happiness is not giving it to you defining yourself for yourself what

gives you peace and not allowing yourself to have it that is a giant part

so you know put your needs first really understand what makes you happy what

makes you feel love what makes you feel more peaceful in doing those things

number three holding on to the past speaking of speaking of my childhood

holding on the past we got to let go the past and you have a short memory of

failure a short memory of some of those stuff that you know doesn't serve

anymore I kind of dragged around so let go of the things that no longer serve

you do not drag them into today release them forgive go on number four holding

yourself to perfection I have read so many studies on how perfectionism kills

great creativity curiosity mojo you name it and if you want to be motivated you

want to have the big vision you cannot be connected to perfectionism number six

holding grudges read a study on grudges s relationship to how it shifts the mind

into a place of fear we constantly are dragging around something that we know

isn't serving us but we can't let go of it we want to hold someone down because

it makes us feel better no it changes our chemistry and changes it for the

worse looking at your worn out habits and

releasing the ones that you know do not serve you television is a great worn out

habit the news a great worn-out habit spending

time with certain people a worn-out habit number seven going fast

I believe running after dreams is awesome but I also believe being

presents you can witness yourself having success along the way celebrating your

victories every single day is a huge part of gaining confidence and

creativity number eight being everything to everyone

mmm that is a surefire way to lose your power be true to you be true to the

universe to to to God true to the ones that you love and let go of trying to

give your power way to everybody else number nine stop complaining and number

ten stop waiting today's a day to start it up today's the day in a resurrect

your vows today's a day to create a life that is exponentially a business a

business of creating an experience of love and peace and joy and abundance and

it's inside of you so now it's time to market it bring it out to the world

much love and every blessing have an awesome day bye for now

Liverpool star Jordan Henderson STILL hurting from Champions League final loss - Duration: 4:05.

The Juice Plus+ Community - Duration: 2:17.

(upbeat instrumental music)

When I joined the business, I was a stay at home mum.

I had a very small community around me,

and I was very shy, and I was very insecure.

So coming into this community

I have definitely found my voice.

I wouldn't be the person that I am today

without the community.

So the Juice Plus community has

seen me through some tough times.

As a stay at home mum, it means that I've got people

around me, even if it's only online.

When you are a mom, and all you do is talk to kids all day

you can tap into that inspiration.

It's my little bit of sanity in my everyday mom's log.

The Juice Plus+ community for me

was one of the things when I first stepped into this that,

I just felt like I was home.

And they believed in me before I believed in myself.

And being able to step into something like that,

it was completely life changing.

I've been in the corporate world,

I've been in hospitality, I've been in the fitness world,

and they're such cut-throat industries.

But here, everyone is cheering you on

and they wanna see you succeed.

Entrepreneurship and business

can be lonely, and this isn't lonely.

You've got the support there, you've got mentors.

Everybody needs a support team.

If you're an athlete, you don't make it to the top

as an athlete unless you have a support crew around you.

So it's not just the community in terms of

other franchisees, but it's the community

in terms of what it offers and provides as well.

We just cheer each other on.

We've all got the same opportunity

to reach the highest of heights.

We all all work together, support each other,

and lift each other up.

I think that that's the most important factor

when you're trying to become successful.

The Juice Plus+ community is just heart driven.

It's helping each other, it's being there through

the good times and the hard times.

I don't know any other community that raises people up.

And I've worked in various places in my life,

and there's nothing like this.

I love you, Ive been sh0t, Alabama man texted wife during Chicago warehouse sh00ting al.com

The victims of an employee who were co workers that included a plant manager whose wife says he texted her I love you, Ive been shot at work, and an intern in his first day on the job. A look at the victims:

Terra Pinkard says it all started with a text from her husband, Josh: "I love you, Ive been shot at work."

The Chicago Tribune she later learned he was among the five victims of Fridays shooting at Henry Pratt Co. in Aurora.

She wrote in a Facebook post Sunday that she read the text message several times before it "hit me that it was for real." She called Joshs phone, texted him and FaceTimed him, but got no response.

She called Henry Pratt, where he had been plant manager since the spring of 2018, and a woman answered and said she was "barricaded in her room with police everywhere."

"Of course my heart dropped," Terra Pinkard wrote.

She loaded her and Joshs three children into her car and drove toward the plant. When an officer stopped her at a street that had been closed and couldnt provide information, she headed to two of the nearest hospitals.

Hours later, police told her about a staging area for victims families. An officer there read Joshs name among the fatalities.

"I want to shout from the rooftops about how amazing Josh was! He was brilliant! The smartest person Ive ever met! My best friend! The man I would have leaned on during devastation like this who would tell me its ok Terra, it is all going to be fine," she wrote in the Facebook post. "The man who was dying and found the clarity of mind for just a second to send me one last text to let me know he would always love me."

Josh Pinkard, 37, had attended the meeting where the gunman was fired.

A native of Alabama, Josh joined the parent company 13 years ago at its Albertville, Alabama, facility.

He earned a bachelors degree in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University and a masters degree from the University of Arkansas, according to his LinkedIn account.

The 21 year old Northern Illinois University student was on his first day as an intern in human resources at Henry Pratt and also was at the fateful meeting.

Jay Wehner said his nephew grew up about 30 miles 50 kilometers south of Aurora in Sheridan and was expected to graduate from Northern Illinois University in May with a degree in human resource management. He was on the deans list at NIUs business college.

"He always, always was happy," Jay Wehner said. "I have no bad words for him. He was a wonderful person. You cant say anything but nice things about him."

Ted Beyer said his son had a "big heart" and tried his best to make his office a better place. He told the thats why the 20 year mold operator and union chairman sat in on Gary Martins termination meeting Friday afternoon. Ted Beyer said his son had helped Martin win back his job months earlier.

Russ Beyer was shot outside the meeting.

"He was a hard worker, just like I was," Ted Beyer, 71, said of his son. "I loved him ... We were close. He was my first kid."

Russ Beyer had followed in the footsteps of his father, a previous union chairman who worked at Henry Pratt for four decades. Ted and his 46 year old son enjoyed camping, fishing and swimming together, usually at Taylorville Lake in central Illinois.

They also shared one more connection: Ted Beyer had also previously vouched for Martin in grievance meetings with management. Beyer remembered Martin as a kind, caring man who brought him coffee and walked with him following back surgery.

But, Beyer said, that doesnt take away the pain of losing Russ, the oldest of three children, who also had two adult children of his own.

"Anybody who knew him knew he had a big heart," Ted Beyer said of his son. "I just recently lost my sister and now this and, you know, it hurts. Its just like somebody reached in there and took your heart out."

The 32 year old from Elgin, about 20 miles 32 kilometers north of Aurora, had joined Henry Pratt in November 2018 as HR manager responsible for operations in Aurora, Illinois; Hammond, Indiana; and Denver, the company said. He also was in the meeting where the gunman was being fired.

Parks was married and had an infant son Axel, according to a Facebook post by his wife Abby.

"Every time Ive closed my eyes over the last twelve hours, Ive opened them hoping to wake from a terrible dream, but thats not the case," Abby posted. "Im living my worst nightmare. My husband, my love, my best friend."

Parks was a 2014 graduate of the Northern Illinois University College of Business.

Neighbors remembered Vicente Juarez as a hardworking grandfather and rock of his tight knit family.

Juarez was shot outside the meeting where the gunman was being fired. Juarez had been employed at Henry Pratt since 2006 and was a member of the shipping and warehouse team in Aurora. He had held several other jobs previously in the warehouse, the company said.

The Chicago Tribune reported that Juarez lived with his wife, adult daughter and four grandchildren in a subdivision in Oswego, about 6 miles 10 kilometers south of Aurora.

Relatives declined comment, saying they appreciate the support but are still dealing with the shock. Neighbor Julie Zigman called Juarez "the patriarch of the family" and said "everyone looked to him."

Neighbor Joven Ang said anytime he was working outside Juarez asked him if he needed help. Thats the kind of person he was, Ang said.
