OFF WHITE AIR JORDAN 1 (WHITE 2018 RELEASE) REVIEW / HISTORY - Duration: 8:33.

Hello AJ is good, so I got these shoes

I'm currently don't really know what they are they felt like something riding on them their high tops all white like stitching

They got a weird box that has a flap okay. I don't really want to do on him

I'll have to see him. I'll bring him to you

The brand off-white has arrived from a once short-lived hyper Street brand by the name of pirates

credit by Virgil oblong Virgil creator of RSVP gallery part owner of been shrewd brain and

Occasional disc jockey is a man of many talents most known for his relationship with Kanye as one of his creative directors anyone who knows

Knows that the initiation in Adana isn't a polite invitation

So you can say his pyrex brand sold off a cloud alone after virtual tour through the street

We're seen selling off every pyrex garment from here to Shanghai further jumped on board with the Italian clothing mobile new guards group in

2012 amongst heavy hitters Palm Angels Aaron Preston our sir global on creating what we know today as off-white

It's all like an open book diary for me to be myself. You know. I'm just a kid from the u.s.. Skating

That's like where I came from

mirthless conceptual

processes filled through his consistent push to fill the needs for street age and high fashion his influence has bridged the gap birthing the

possibilities and collaborations between powerhouses like

Brands supreme and Louis Vuitton shaping the way we view

high-end product forever as

consumers become more accustomed to the idea of price markups for limited drops we now have a demand that hasn't been higher and

In the midst of all that chaos

We have the tin

the tin was a limited collection with Nike and Virgil that included 10 sneakers that were designed to showcase the

reconstructed elements of each shoe the Air Jordan one was a golden child of the collection and

Before we got the chance to lick our chops at the first feel of the Chicago, colorway

There was a rumor all-white in Carolina blue color way as well on March 3rd pipe enthusiasts dreams were answered

But here's the catch it was only a year hota. It was only

Yeah, your volume apparently was only a year police

But on that day another monumental moment for them Nike and off-white brand was made and oh yeah ladies

They got you this time. They're really great school sizes as well our child was good boy

AJ these right here with the DNA show and we got

So she's gonna be introduced in the female section of our channel

And we're very excited to introduce her to the channel so go ahead and tell us a little bit about yourself

And then we can get into the review

probably Oregon native

status by night

I've seen the jumper

All right

We'll be back at you in a second all right sure okay, so we got a Jordan one box here. I'm basic. Okay, yeah

Okay, so they did a new top on it. I like the concept

And make us the off-white branding here on the plastic so you can see through it and then gets right into the shoes I think

That's are pretty cool. Oh, Lacey. I got Morley. Oh, they got extra laces - this is pretty nice

Okay, so this is definitely different than the other pair, but that's Instagram hold on let me take this picture over

All right y'all let's get into the review

So we're gonna go over the Chicago and the white pair and the wipe here is the 2018 release Europe

exclusive they both retailed at a hundred and ninety dollars and

Let's just go ahead and hop into it so I want to start with the inside of the foot just because of the off-white branding

I feel like this is very very important

Just because everybody loves this part of the sneaker as you can see it's the same as the Chicago

Nothing different just color blocking and a couple stitch changes if you look at the stitch here

It's a lighter blue compared to the darker blue here

But besides from that still the same thing you can obviously see there's a black stitch and a white stitch

Going into the tab you can see that. There's a light blue and a red

Now I think the red is a little bit better. Just because you can actually see the font

Coming into the sole you can see there's an ice white sole here me personally. I don't like shoes with white sole

Just because clearly it gets dirty really really fast

Getting into the midsole you can see that

It's a little bit more yellow compared to the Chicago pair where it's a little bit more white

It's still a off-white, but it's definitely more yellow on the white pair

You can see here in here and then going into the back of the sneaker. You can see everything is essentially still the same

Perforated dots on the sneaker you got the same foam material the flap tabs

The foam on the outside the unfinished cuts the 85 on the tab

The only thing that is a little bit different as well is the nike air on the insole compared to the teen

Branding that they did with the off-white logo on the insole for

The chicago pair, and I think that's just because of the pack that it was in it only makes sense

Taking it to the tongue of the sneaker. You can still see that they have the misplaced nike sign

It's just orange compared to the red, and then the stitch color as well, but again. Everything is essentially the same materials

the only thing that's a little bit different is the foam that they have on the

Toe box the tongue and on the inside of the sock liner you would say you can see it's a little bit more blue tint

Compared to the white tint here

It's a little bit more bluish so it makes the shoe looks more icy compared to the Chicago that has

Original kind of black red white colorways to it, but from there all

Close to the same as well these shoes really really match up well to each other

They have a couple differences in the laces as you can see they have the green white

Orange and black and then they have the black purple blue orange and white to add an additional pair of laces

Got rid of the green as it blue and purple, so that's kind of a preference thing at the end of the day

Here's a look at the white pair, and here's a look at the red pair

It's up to you to decide which pair you liked the most

All right you guys. We just got done with a review

And we're just going to give you our opinions that a sneaker, would you think I?

like it for sure I

Will say that I like Shoji better

But I am a sucker for white shoes, so this one has a little place in my heart. I just know what all white outfit

Oh why you got to be on that PBT?

Chicago for me, I mean, I don't know, I just love this colorway

It's easier for me to rock the all-white is too hard my foot size. Just doesn't really look too. Well I mean

Chicago for me personally at least this is a very clean shoe but for $2,000 I just

Personally cannot do it so that's basically gonna wrap it up

If you guys would like to see any more from the shiny shell over here

Please smash that like button hit the subscribe button

Comment down below what you guys would like to see from her and from us as well

We got plenty more coming her own segments coming. Yeah, uh the playlist is getting ready right now

Yeah, so with that being said Cinema Club

Yeah

All right

How Much Protein do you Really Need to Build Muscle? - Duration: 5:16.

what's up guys clicked in this video then you're probably wondering exactly

how much protein you need in the day I'm gonna give you guys all the information

after the intro

alright so there's a lot of information out there different people say different

things about exactly how much protein you need to get throughout the day

actually you know what let me read this real quick so according to the American

College Sports and medicine they suggest that you get anywhere from 1.2 to 1.7

grams of protein if you're constantly active you know you're working out

you're doing any kind of sports if you're just physically active in an

excessive amount then you want to get 1.2 to 1.7 grams protein so yeah that's

like you know a little over one gram almost two grams of protein but let me

tell you right now this is how many grams that you need per pound of

bodyweight so if you were consuming the 1.7 grams of protein per pound of body

weight that's 340 grams of protein that you'd have to consume in one day now you

know what this is actually a pretty excessive amount of protein you do not

necessarily need 340 grams of protein per day when you're at 200 pounds me

right now I'm just under 200 pounds and since I've been lifting I have never

consumed 340 grams of protein a day that's just really excessive and if

you're competing I could see why you'd be doing that if you're doing anything

else that is draining you of energy and you're consistently just working out

hard as hell maybe some kind of sports that you're playing or any kind of

physical activity that you're doing then yeah I could see why you know you might

want to consume that much protein because you have a certain goal that you

have to hit especially if you're doing like some kind of bodybuilding show but

if you're the average Joe and you're just trying to make you some gains one

gram of protein per pound of body weight is more than enough and you actually

don't even need that much you can just cut that in half do point five grams of

protein per pound of body weight but you know it's like it's not hard to hit the

1 gram of protein per pound of body weight so if you're 200 pounds consume

200 grams of protein a day and of course you know you definitely want to make

sure that you're getting it from real food not just supplements protein shakes

and stuff like that you want to get your chicken your fish your steak you know

your beef all that good stuff try to exclude a lot of the fats and

the carbs and stuff throughout the day if you're trying to be as lean as

possible get a lot of them meats and then if you are gonna take a protein

shake and make sure that you're using it as a supplement because that is why it's

called a supplement you're supplementing what you did not get throughout the day

I know there's people out there that just want to consume protein shakes all

day long and then eat a little bit of garbage throughout the day not be as

healthy as they should be in that's where he has a mess enough you know kind

of calculate things out for your breakfast plan it out your lunch to

dinner plan all these things out of your portion size meals of your protein your

fats your carbs you know plan out all your macros and then whatever you have

left that you haven't gotten through regular food then you can go ahead and

make up for that with a protein shake throughout the day and guys don't get

all caught up with you know I can't eat this much protein at this time because I

read that your body can only take in so much protein look it's not that freakin

serious okay eat your food hit the gym

call it good don't get all scientific with this shit and try to figure out

exactly how much your body's taking it ain't that fucking serious just do your

one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight you'll be all good hit the

gym make you some gains and a become living proof that's gonna wrap it up for

the video though guys hey don't forget to Like comment and subscribe and also

click that bell that way you guys could be notified every single time I post a

video on this channel the subscriber count' has actually been going up like

it's been weird it's been kind of like it'll just start shooting up and then

it'll kind of balance out and then shoot up it's all over the place right now but

you know what every single one of you guys who's new to the channel that has

subscribed I highly appreciate it and like I've told the subscribers in the

past don't be shy if you guys have any questions whatsoever drop those

questions down in the comments below on any video and I am like I think I'm I

got a hundred percent at answering any single question if I don't know the

answer then I'll give you my best input I'm not like the fitness guru of all

time but if you guys did see me when I was skinny as hell back in the day and

then you would know that I know a couple things about

this whole lifting thing so that's gonna wrap it up the man I'm making gains

breath

Studere Norsk! - Duration: 2:28.

Hey Erik! How are you?

I'm not doing well. It's cold and dark out, and there's lots of snow. I hate going outside because the wind blows every day. My classes are difficult too. I must read fifty pages every night!

Yeah, I hear you. I know how you feel. What about you? What music are you listening to?

Bruce Springsteen. I don't have homework, so I will relax tonight

No homework? How?

In Norwegian today we learned that Norwegians like to be outside in all seasons, so I went on a hike after dinner. I felt good after that, so I did my homework in short time, and now I have free time.

Did you make that open-faced sandwich yesterday because you learned about them in Norwegian too?

Yeah! We learn lots about Norwegian culture in that class. Norwegian culture is fun because it is very different from our culture.

That is true. I went to the Vesterheim last fall and saw a little sailboat that two Norwegians used to sail from Norway to the USA. Norwegians love to have adventures!

I want to learn Norwegian. I hear that it's easy to study abroad in Norway, and I always want to travel to Norway to see the fjords and mountains. If I can speak Norwegian, I can study there!

I hear that Norway is beautiful, so I took that class. The homework also doesn't take much time. I think that you all should take Norwegian with me.

Ok. I will start next semester!

And I also.

Paranasal Sinuses: 5 Things You Should Know - Duration: 9:31.

Paranasal Sinuses: 5 Things You Should Know

The paranasal sinuses are cavities full of air located in the bones of the skull.

They have many functions: they help breathing, smell, and even the regulation of body temperature.

It's interesting that we almost never notice certain parts of our body until a problem appears, a disease, an alteration.

Anyone who has suffered sinusitis, for example, will undoubtedly know exactly where their sinuses are.

These structures produce a type of liquid in order to contain, and protect us from, certain bacteria and often that excess of mucus ends up clogging the cavities and causing inflammation.

It's a common and annoying situation suffered by millions of people, and is one of many medical conditions that affect these delicate and curious structures of our anatomy.

Today we're going to tell you more about them.

In this article we'll delve into 5 fats that you'll want to know.

1. How many paranasal sinuses do you have?

We have a total of 8 paranasal sinuses, 4 on each side of the nose.

Lets look at some interesting facts about them.

Maxillary sinuses.

The maxillary sinus is the largest of all paranasal sinuses.

It has a pyramid shape and an approximate capacity of 15 ml.

When we're born, it's very small, and it's not until 8 or 9 years old when it widens to descend from the top of the nose to the bottom.

Frontal sinuses.

They measure about 3 cm by 2.5 cm and they're two cavities separated by the interfrontal septum.

They're connected to the trigeminal nerve so it's one of the most painful when inflamed.

Ethmoid sinuses.

This sinus is actually a set of ethmoidal cells, like small labyrinths formed next to the lacrimal bones.

Sphenoid sinuses.

These sinuses are fully formed when we turn 14 or 15 years old.

It has a capacity for about 7.5 ml.

2. What's inside the sinuses?

At the beginning of the article we said that there is only air inside these cavities.

And in healthy and non-inflamed paranasal sinuses there will be mostly air.

However, these spaces inside our face are not completely empty.

The nasal and paranasal sinuses are lined by a type of respiratory mucosa.

This mucosa is formed by a type of epithelium.

It's a very thin layer of mucous cells that are attached to the bone or adjacent cartilage.

It serves many purposes: It aims to humidify and heat air heating before it enters the inside of the body.

In turn, these cells also produce mucus to protect us from possible bacteria and foreign elements, and stop them from entering the body.

3. Why do the paranasal sinuses get inflamed?

When we catch a cold or when we have allergies there's an excessive growth of bacteria and germs in the paranasal cavity, which produces a bacterial or viral infection.

Most infections of the paranasal sinuses are viral and disappear on their own in a short time.

However, sometimes the infection intensifies, producing 3 types of problems:.

Acute sinusitis.

Acute sinusitis is a very common condition associated with the simple cold.

If it's caused by a virus, it'll heal itself in a few days, but if it's a bacterial infection, acute sinusitis could last up to four weeks.

Subacute sinusitis.

In this case, the problem is more serious and much more annoying.

It has a lot to do with allergies, and can last between two and three months.

It uses comes with:.

Constant mucus, Headaches, Dizziness, Sensitivity to light ….

Chronic sinusitis.

Chronic sinusitis is very debilitating for the person who's suffering.

It can last more than 3 months and can often end up with a surgical intervention.

4. Why are there people more prone to sinus infections than others?

All of us, at any given time, can suffer a sinus infection.

But there are certain medical conditions and risk factors that can increase this possibility.

Let's have a look at them.

Having a diverted nasal septum, Having nasal polyps, Work in an environment where there is unclean air, Living in a city where there is excess pollution, Living in a house where there is a lot of mold or damp, Dental infections can lead to inflammation of the paranasal sinuses, Also, beware of having a weak immune system, If you smoke, it's also common to suffer inflammation in these cavities.

5. How can I fight a sinus infection?

If a paranasal inflammation lasts more than two weeks, it's best to go to the doctor.

Once you have a good diagnosis and a specific medical and pharmacological treatment, there are some simple homemade remedies that will help.

These are some quick examples:.

Vaporisation with salt water, Infusions and vapour with eucalyptus, Infusions and rosemary vapour, Radish and chopped onion poultices, Infusion of ginger and honey.

Last but not least, naps and breaks will also help to strengthen your immune system so that it can cope with infection on its own.

If I Have a Mental Disorder, Can I Get Social Security Disability Benefits? - Duration: 3:46.

Hello, I'm attorney Corey Luedeman

with RSH Legal.

If you're no longer able to work

because of your mental illness,

you may be eligible to receive

Social Security Disability benefits.

There are two different ways you could

receive disability benefits if you

have a mental disorder.

The first one, you meet the criteria

of a disabling condition in the listings.

The Social Security Administration's

official rules recognize different listed

impairments - the conditions listed

can render a person disabled

according to the SSA rules.

The rules have very complex and

specific criteria that a person

has to meet to be considered

disabled and to meet or equal

the requirements of a

specific listing.

It can be very difficult to know

whether your condition meets

these criteria.

Your best bet is to speak with a

Social Security Disability attorney

so they can interpret this information

for you.

Number two - you can't do any type of work

as a result of your condition.

If your condition is not a listed

impairment, you may still be able to get

disability benefits.

If your condition makes you unable to do

any type of work, Social Security

may award you benefits.

Proving to the SSA that you're unable to

do any type of work can be difficult.

We recommend getting a Social Security

Disability lawyer involved in your case

to help.

This will increase your chances of

receiving benefits.

There are many different kinds of

mental disorders recognized as

disabling conditions by the SSA.

Some of these include anxiety, depression,

autism, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic

stress disorder, or PTSD, and schizophrenia.

Even though you may have one of

these disorders, you don't necessarily

qualify for disability benefits

automatically.

There are two requirements to qualify

for Social Security.

Not only must you be disabled according

to the SSA's standards, but you must

also prove that your disorder limits

your ability to work.

It can be more difficult to prove that

a mental disorder is affecting your

ability to work.

These types of disorders and illnesses

don't show up on medical tests like

X-rays or CAT scans.

There can also be some stigma in

recognizing mental illness or concerns

of people faking it.

This is where hiring a Social Security

Disability attorney can be helpful.

Among other things, an experienced

disability attorney can do a number of

things: track down your most up-to-date

medical records and present them to

the SSA.

They can get medical opinions from your

doctors on your condition and how it

limits your ability to work.

They can question expert witnesses

at your hearing in front of the judge

to illustrate how your condition

is disabling.

If you've been denied disability benefits

for your mental disorder, call RSH Legal

today at 1-800-433-0283

or visit our website,

Commercial Kitchen Pest Control San Antonio TX - Duration: 2:37.

- Hi, folks, this is John Onofrey with BUGCO.

We make the bugs go pest control.

I'm here today with Chris Millward,

our director of operations,

and today we're gonna talk about inspecting

and treating commercial kitchens in the Houston area.

Hey Chris, tell me a little bit about your strategy

when you first come to a new restaurant

that decides to do business with us,

what are you looking for?

- Well, particularly in Houston,

first thing I do when I walk into any kitchen

is I'm gonna assume that there are roaches,

that's just the most common thing.

So, I'm gonna come in,

look for grease build up, dirty floors, maybe food debris,

improper cleaning, sanitation methods,

and it'll help me identify where I really need

to focus my attention,

but it's gonna be german roaches, food flies,

drain flies, stuff to that.

- [John] Maybe ants, maybe rodents?

- Yeah, maybe, definitely rodents.

Rats are very common.

- Okay, so your first step of importance is inspection.

- Yes. - What comes after that?

- Well, after we identify what the pest is,

by the evidence left, fecal matter and so on and so on,

we come up with a treatment plan or a method.

Ideally, we're gonna come in,

we're gonna assume it's german roaches

because that's the most common thing,

come in, inspect the flushing,

well, we're gonna inspect and come in and flush wheels,

cracks and crevices around sinks, stuff like that

then we'll come back again,

dust and bait those hot areas.

And then we'll come back one more time,

and lay pheromone traps so we have something

to follow up when we return.

- Okay, so that's pretty good start,

when you first walk in to a commercial kitchen,

that's generally gonna get things under control,

but it's not like you do this one time

and it's over, right? - No, no.

- Tell me about that.

- Right, another big thing in Houston,

we have a lot of restaurants,

so there's a lot of trucking companies

that are always competing to deliver products.

These trucking companies don't have to have the pest control

like the restaurants do.

You're always being introduced with new pests,

and in this case, german roaches,

which are the most common.

So you really have to have either, like,

a once a month plan or every two weeks plan,

some places even weekly plan,

where we're constantly putting down chemical or residuals,

or treating, dusting, and baiting,

so we can keep up with the new population

that's being introduced.

- Alright, Chris, well thanks for your tips

on commercial kitchens in Houston.
