Hello everyone I'm Lee harris and for the

past 14 years I have been a mentor, a mystic,

a messenger,

and bringing my work and self growth and

spirituality to the world.

This Thursday I'm going to do a free broadcast

called Impact The World, sharing the things that I

have learned about how we bring our passion, our

mission to the world. Now I spent my 20's

focused on metaphysics and self growth, and learning

as much as I could about that for myself. I

didn't know that it was gonna end up becoming my

job and

I was focused on a completely different career path,

but it took over and people started asking me to

work with them and so I fell into it, which means,

I spend the last decade learning how to do this

as a business and how to put your work out into

the world in a way that works for others and

works for you.

I will say that, you know, my philosophy is a human

beings we're always trying to find balance. We're

always trying to keep a balance in our lives as

much as we can and isn't easy.

And it's been the same for me as someone running a

business, particularly some who didn't know a

great deal about business 14 years ago.

So,

I want to share with you in Impact The World,

everything that I've learned about how to bring

your work to the world in a way that works for

you and works for the people that you are

serving, because essentially

we are serving people, that's that's really the

core of the job,

but there are certain ways that you can figure

out how to make it easier for you, for the people

that you're serving, and how to present your work

to the world.

Equally, there are things that you go through inside,

the fear of "i'm not good enough," or "why should I be

out there,"

"they're already doing it and I think they do it

much better than me."

We're all needed and that's my philosophy and I

certainly had all of those thoughts and felt all

of those feelings, and occasionally

those trolls on the internet will backup your

worst fear. But what I learned was

the system, of how this works. I understood what

online criticism is about and how to move

through, it. I understood how to move through my

own self-doubt every time I would try and stop

myself from doing. Something I felt a pull toward

but I didn't have enough knowledge or

support, or my fear was just a bit bigger than my

courage.

So my training Impact The World is really about

both sides of the equation.

Do you want to know how to make a good direct to

camera video? And what are the components and the

energies that go into that.

Do you want to know how to believe in yourself

better? So we're gonna look at the whole spectrum,

including money and valuing yourself and

the resources for your work and for your business.

Energy occasionally people call it my company,

okay I'm the ceo and it's around my work, but I

see it as its own entity,

it's an entity that interfaces between me and the

team who work in it

and those people that we serve. So,

there are lots of things and I

know not all of you can come to the training in

San Diego so this free broadcast is going to

give you some tips and tools so that you can get

started with your work and for those of you who

are curious about whether or not San Diego is

Conjugating Regular Italian Verbs Ending in -ARE - Duration: 7:09.

Hey it's Professor Dave, let's conjugate some verbs.

We've avoided it thus far, but eventually we have to talk about verbs.

Most students hate conjugating verbs, probably because in English we don't have to do it.

I run, you run, we run, they run, it's all the same.

But in the Romance languages, it doesn't work this way, so we have to learn how to

conjugate verbs.

Don't worry, once you learn the rules, it's pretty easy.

The dictionary form of a verb is called the infinitive.

This is the general form with no person or tense, that simply gives the idea of the action.

In English this would be things like to run, to go, to sleep, to play.

There is no subject, and no information about when the action occurs.

In Italian, verbs fall into three categories, since infinitives can end in ARE like parlare,

ERE like correre, and IRE like dormire, and the category a verb is in will tell you how

to conjugate it into the six forms, first person, second person, and third person, with

both a singular and plural form for each.

Let's start out with the first conjugation, or verbs whose infinitives end in ARE.

First we will conjugate comprare, which means to buy.

Notice the highlighted letters in each form.

For any regular verb ending in ARE, we just change ARE to the highlighted letters for

the form we want to use.

Let's try and do the same for mangiare, which means to eat.

Notice that for the second person singular, we might expect two I's in a row, so instead

we just drop one.

This will be the case for all verbs ending in IARE.

In fact, the first conjugation is generally quite resolute about keeping the same sound

in all forms.

So if the new ending would cause a change of sound, we modify the word to maintain the

sound.

For example, with giocare, which means to play, it's a hard C.

When we conjugate, we get io gioco, and then we would get tu gioci.

The I turns the C soft.

So to keep the hard C, we add an H to get tu giochi.

Then it's lui gioca, and then again for noi we need the H, noi giochiamo.

After that it's voi giocate, and loro giocano.

All verbs with a C or G before the ARE will do this.

Let's go through some common verbs ending

in ARE.

With all of these common verbs and our ability to conjugate them, we have greatly expanded

our capacity to form basic sentences.

Let's try a few.

you can also wear your little black dress to make another outfit look more

modest so you can layer underneath of a spaghetti strap dress something that you

feel that's too revealing and that way you can feel a lot more comfortable

outfit number four you want to dress up for a formal event but you don't know

what to wear I don't know about you guys but I feel like Berets have been having

their moment lately and they're so popular right now

so I would recommend wearing your little black dress with a faux fur coat a pair

of sheer leggings and sock booties

you can also transform your dress into a shirt by tucking it into a skirt since

my dress is quite fitted looking it almost passes as a bodysuit

we all have those pieces in our closet they're just a little bit too trendy or

embellished so I'd like to wear something we're playing on top so I

tucked in my black dress into these embellished jeans with a pair of tassel

earrings I kept the look more minimal by wearing my strategy black sandal heels

last but not least I have the slip dress that I wear only at home because it's

just a tad too big and a little bit too revealing so you could use your black

dress as a layering device to make something more street appropriate

Have you ever felt like you were sitting in darkness?

Maybe you've tried to do things your own way, or in your own strength.

and you've made a mess.

Maybe you've wandered away from God and now you feel lost.

Maybe you've watched your plans, you hopes, or your dreams

turn to ashes before your eyes.

And now, in the darkness you feel powerless, exhausted, discouraged.

You're tired of running, tired of fighting and maybe even tired...

of living.

When we go at life on our own, it's easy to get weighed down and burnt out.

But God's heart yearns for those who feel powerless to help and free themselves.

In Isaiah He says: "Do you not know?

Have you not heard?

The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the Earth

does not become weary or tired."

With you He does not become weary or tired.

With the darkness and the exhaustion

that you have brought upon yourself He is not weary or tired.

We may not be aquatinted with a God who doesn't wait for us to find our way

in the darkness before He comes to our rescue.

He knows we are weak.

He knows we are weighed down.

He wants to give us strength, victory, and purpose

that will never be burnt out.

In Isaiah 41 He says: "Do not fear, for I am with you.

Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you, surely I will help you

surely I will uphold you by by My righteous right hand.

You see God doesn't say: "Try a little harder."

He doesn't tell us: "You have what it takes to make it."

He doesn't even tell us that we have got this.

You see even the best runners will find themselves fallen and sitting in darkness

unless they learn to receive God's strength.

If we would only stop trying to run this race of life in our own strength;

trying to find our own path.

If we would just come and ask God to show us the path

that He has for us...

what can overcoming internal blocks do for you

Full External Expression is being able to perform at

your very best for as long as possible.

Full External Expression can be...

with your fitness goals, with your relationships, with your ability to focus

with your public speaking, with how you move your body and with hope you have

fun. All these examples. This is different to momentary highs.

Internal blocks stop us

Internal Blocks are limitations or dysfunctions.

These can originate from physical causes, your environment or your beliefs.

Examples of these can be a pain in your shoulder, an upset stomach,

brain fog or feeling angry let's take the example of feeling angry.

Let's take the example of feeling angry.

This can come from different origins. One possible cause can be a physical problem

So I could have hit him on the side of the shoulder and he could have been

angry because of that. Or I could have gave him something really bad to eat and he could be

feeling really angry because that. And last, he could have a dysfunctional belief

around something. So for example I could have talked to his girlfriend and he

could really think that is a big problem in his life but with somebody else would have

no problem with that. This shows that emotions are not always

caused by beliefs. So if you find the source of your internal blocks then you

can overcome any of them.

NO. Thoughts are only one aspect that drives your

decisions It's your feelings that drive most of your actions

99% of what we do is unconscious.

Because we are driven to change bad

feelings, bad thoughts only come into play when they are the cause.

Let me give you an example. Imagine you are sitting at home and you're feeling

amazing with your life right now and a thought enters your head of your dog dying.

Because you're feeling so good you're much less likely to want to

change that thought. But let's say the flipside, you're walking down the street

and you're really angry you're really pissed off at life and you have a thought come

across your head of your dog dying. You're much more likely to want to

change that thought because your feeling bad.

Another example is when you eat bad food. If you feel really groggy and real

sluggish from that changing your thoughts isn't really gonna do anything.

The solution is to change the food that you eat.

Also when you don't move and you're sitting down all day in an office, changing your thoughts about that really

isn't gonna change anything. The solution in that scenario is to Move

So to recap overcoming internal blocks allows you to feel good which

allows you to fully externally express.

NEW WEAPON SKINS and REGION LOCK! Playerunknown's Battlegrounds Update 8 - Duration: 3:40.

Hi, guys!

FOG of GAMING here and welcome to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.

The 8th Update of the PC 1.0 release just came out, and it introduced a few of the changes

that it promised when they announced their PUBG 2018 Roadmap.

Today, we are going to take a look at the new features that this update added to the

game so that you will know what to expect when you log in.

Keep in mind that these changes are still limited to the test servers, and they will

be applied to the live servers once everything is stable.

The Weapon Skins that they promised can now be applied to your favourite weapons.

You can find your weapon skin inventory by clicking on the "Weapons" tab under "Customization".

Once you are there, you will notice that there are rows of boxes labeled with weapon names.

The weapon skins that you will find in the future will be visible in these boxes, You

can click on the name of the weapon class to see skins of that weapon type.

You can also have them arranged according to when you obtained them, or when you last

equipped them.

You can also arrange them into tiers so you can see the high tier skins first.

You can click on a skin and then click on the "Equip" button near the bottom left

side of the screen to use your new weapon skin.

Your character model on the right will then be seen using that weapon, so you will see

what the skin really looks like.

You can also click the "View More" button to check the details of the weapon skin that

you have equipped.

There are two ways to acquire a weapon skin.

You can open a Triumph Crate, which is a paid weekly random crate that currently has a 20%

drop rate.

You can also open a Raider Crate, which is a free non-random crate.

You can use the Weapon Cosmetic Keys to open the Triumph Crates, and you can get more keys

from the Steam Market if you run out.

The Raider Crates will not need a key at all, but they are obtained separate from the other

crates and have a 100% drop rate.

Both the Triumph and the Raider Crate can drop the same kind of individual weapon skins,

but with the Triumph Crate there's a chance that you will get one of the 2 rare weapon

sets if you are lucky.

New servers have also been introduced in Update 8.

The old Korea and Japan server has been split into two separate servers.

The Koreans can now play on their KR server, while the Japanese can now play on their own

JP server.

A new leaderboard has been added for each server as well.

The new Korean and Japanese servers are invisible to players outside of these areas, and you

can only play in these new servers if you team up with a player who can see them.

This change was introduced so that there will be less ping-related problems and language

barriers that you have to deal with in game.

A few bug fixes were applied to the game as well.

For the menus, refreshing your friends list should no longer take you to the team tab

when you are currently in a team, so it is now easier to manage the people you are following.

For vehicles, you will no longer be able to immediately enter a building if you exit a

vehicle parked beside the window of that building.

Also, if you exit a vehicle while you are lagging, the game will not treat you as if

you were hit by your own vehicle.

This should reduce the number of unfair deaths that you encounter in the game, and keep the

experience more authentic.

and talk about which drone suits you best !

Do you remember last year when the Spark came out, I don't know about you but I was excited

about it.

Many others were complaining that it couldn't film in 4K and sure the drone was small and

you couldn't really fold the arms.

Now that the Mavic Air is out, it solves all of the main issues that people had with the

Spark but the price is still higher than a spark and if you want to film in 4K with a

good quality drone, would you be willing to sacrifice a couple of hundreds of euros more?

So let's see the price first : the Mavic Air is at $799 . The Spark is at $399 at the

entry-level and for $999 you get the Mavic Pro.

The Air is sort of a mashup of the Spark and Pro, but also has new features that you won't

find on these older models. That doesn't necessarily mean it's the best

option for you.

I have tried the Mavic air and for the use I have of my drone, the full HD quality is

fine with me. Due to being foldable, the Mavic Air sounds

far easier to carry around in the side pocket of a rucksack than the Spark.

But if you are like me, maniac on keeping your drone clean of scratches, you'll always

keep it in a box or a bag. And let's think it through, if you are wearing

jeans and a sweater, will you be able to put it in your skinny jeans pocket? Definitely

not, so this option is not really relevant...at least for me!

Regardless of price, not everyone interested in getting a drone is going to need the Air's

feature set. And keep in mind that the Mavic air is at

430 grams, it's heavier than the 300 gram Spark. And in some countries drones equal

or under 300 gram don't have to be registered.

DJI's latest portable drone has an impressive maximum flight time of 21 minutes.

Yes I admit it ! That's a notable upgrade on the 16 minutes you got with the Spark.

You can fly it further too. It's 4km remote control transmission range means you can fly it twice

as far as the Spark, which has a 2km range.  But then again, is it necessary for your use?

DJI recently discounted the Spark, to make it more affordable than it was previously.

So think twice before buying your next drone.
