Being in the �flow of the Universe� is a coveted place to be.

It means you�ve let go of your need to control circumstances outside of your control.

You�ve detached from the outcome and are enjoying the present moment.

But what happens when you�re feeling in the �flow� of abundant energy but that

money flow isn�t feeling you?

Why might that happen?

Money is simply another form of energy.

If your frequency is rising, you begin to see yourself from a much more loving perspective.

As your love for Self begins to grow, your perception of self-worth and value begins

to expand.

So long as the ego is kept in check, from an energy standpoint, this in turn should

allow you to manifest more abundance including money.

But what could stop it?

As we raise our frequencies we will undoubtedly watch some of our relationships fall to the

wayside.

Not out of lack of love but simply out of frequency mismatching.

When one person�s frequency either goes up or drops consistently, it can cause some

issues in many relationships.

And often times an expression of jealousy will take over the lower frequency energies.

It usually happens out of fear.

Fear that something isn�t right anymore, but its root is unknown due to the intangibility

of energy.

When this happens, often times there is an unconscious feeling of being left behind by

the person in a lower frequency.

In order to stop this feeling, survival mode kicks in and a person may be inclined to unconsciously

take the person beginning to raise their frequency down.

In the case of finances, jealousy can lead people to want what others have or prevent

them from receiving it.

In today�s video I will share a personal story of how I discovered someone I knew was

unconsciously hijacking my money flow through a series of �coincidences� that turned

into a pattern.

Self Defense Basics Course - Welcome! - Duration: 4:43.

Howdy.

Ando here from Happy Life Martial Arts.

I believe that all good people—every man, woman, and child—should have some training

in basic self-defense.

It's crazy that we learn how to read and write, but we don't learn how to speak up

for ourselves.

We learn how to take care of our body through diet and exercise, but we don't learn how

to protect that body from being punched, kicked, or pushed around.

We learn how to stay out of trouble, but we don't learn how to stand up and fight for

what's right.

As a result, even though there are far more good people in the world than bad people,

the bad guys keep finding ways to win.

What's really crazy is that almost everyone I meet says they want to take a self-defense

course, they know they should take a self-defense course, they want their family and friends

to take a self-defense course... but then they don't.

I don't have time, I don't have money, I don't know where to go, I'm afraid I'll

get hurt… oy.

Look, I hear you and I understand.

But enough is enough.

No more excuses.

The fact is the bad guys are out there getting what they want out of life and so should you.

So, if you're a good, kind-hearted person, the time to start your training is now.

Let's make this easy.

I put together a series of 10 basic self-defense lessons to help get you started.

Even if you just watch even one of these videos, hey—that's better than nothing.

I truly believe that even a little martial arts makes life a whole lot better.

Now, I'll tell you right up front--there's nothing fancy here.

Basic self-defense is not what you see in the movies or in the ring or cage.

Unless you devote your life to becoming a stuntman or a professional fighter, flying

kicks and flying triangle chokes probably won't work for you.

Instead, I'm just going to share some simple concepts and movements that you can use right

now.

That's right.

You don't need to be a black belt to defend yourself.

The truth is that there's a lot more to self-defense than just learning how to palm

heel a bad guy in the nose or knee them in the groin... although those are great moves.

Real self-defense is a lifestyle.

It's how you live every moment of every day.

That's why when people ask me, "Hey, have you ever had to use your martial arts in real life?"

I say, "Yeah.

I use them every day.

As a matter of fact, I'm using them right now."

The way you stand, the way you breathe, the way you speak to people, the way you let people

speak to you—that's all part of the self-defense project.

So, if you're only interested in punching and kicking, these videos will probably bore you.

But if you're interested in powering up your life the way martial arts powered up

my life, then I think these videos will be pretty valuable.

Of course, if you want to learn more about punching and kicking, we can

talk about that later.

I just think there are some more important issues to discuss first.

You don't have to agree with that.

Seriously—my way is not the only way.

That's what makes martial arts art.

I'm just passing on what I was lucky enough to have passed to me.

Take it or leave it.

I should also tell you that you can't learn everything about self-defense from videos.

At some point, it will be very helpful to have a partner or even a whole class to train with.

If these videos start you off in that direction, I'll die a happy man.

But for now, consider this—there are two goals in martial arts training.

The first goal is to control yourself.

Your thoughts, your emotions, your body.

The second goal is controlling somebody else.

Specifically, a bad guy.

A bad guy who is trying to control you and take away your confidence and comfort.

So, for now, don't worry about sparring with a partner, let's focus on sparring

with yourself.

That's a powerful first step.

that, according to the Barna Research Organization, roughly four out of five Americans consider

themselves to be Christians.

The same poll showed that 50% of them believe that the Bible, the Qur'an, and the Book

of Mormon are all different expressions of the same spiritual truth.

And you, again, have said we desperately need to explore how much of our understanding of

the gospel is American and how much is biblical.

How in the world could we have four out of five people saying they're Christians and

saying that the Bible, the Qur'an, and the Book of Mormon are all teaching the same thing?

Platt: You know, this is the crux of the issue.

We're talking about Jesus' command in Matthew 28:19 to go and make disciples of

all nations.

But we've misunderstood what it means to be a disciple in the first place.

There are scores of people here and around the world who culturally identify themselves

as Christians who biblically are not followers of Christ.

You look at those statistics and you see four out of five Americans, but so many in that

four who, like you said, look at Scripture just like any other of a number of religious

books: Jesus is one way to God, but there are many other ways.

And the reality is those people may say they're Christians, but they're not followers of

Jesus.

And you might think, people might think, well, is it possible to claim to be a Christian

and not actually be a follower of Christ?

According to Jesus in Matthew chapter 7 He makes clear, "Many people will say to Me,

on that day," talking about judgment day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not do all of these

things in Your name,' and I will tell them I never knew you.

Away from Me, you evildoers."

And Jesus uses the word "many."

He says many people.

This is one of those verses that keeps me awake at night as a pastor: to think that

there may be many people sitting in a church on Sunday who will be shocked to stand before

Jesus one day and hear Him say, "I never knew you.

Away from Me."

Which means we desperately need to come back to, biblically, what does it mean to follow

Jesus; biblically, what does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus; in order to then understand

biblically what does it mean to make disciples of Jesus.

setting up your Shopify store selling your product selecting your products

that's something you're still gonna have to do mostly yourself so keep that in

works in any niche that you can promote on Instagram which is quite a lot so

features and when I jump into the software I will show you what that means

they are for finding Instagram influencers the gold digger is for

finding products to sell in your ecommerce store so that is a if you want

if you don't already have an e-commerce store and you want to find products or

you have one and you want to add additional products then this could be

super helpful for that and then we have another upgrade for $97 which is life

training where they help you for two weeks they do life calls where they show

you how they do their e-commerce business using this software I think so

yeah cool then let's have a look at the members area and the product itself so

first the members area this is the members area here you can download your

software so you can see here I can download the basic and pro version and

then they have the training that comes with those so the basic training is in

two parts so the first part of the basic training is how to find and use

Instagram influencers first manually and then using their software and then the

second part of the training is how to set up a Shopify store so it's it

from very basic setup to somewhat more in detail how to do things like pixels

and legal pages and things like that so it's pretty good like basic overview of

how to setup a Shopify store in my opinion if you've never done a shop

heist or before this might not be enough for you

fortunately though one of my bonuses is going to help for that so and stay tuned

and I'll go over that in a minute so let's have a look at the basic software

and what it does so I have the software right here this is the basic version of

the software so what it does is first you have to log into your Instagram

account I am already logged in it allows you to search for influencers in a niche

by looking at hashtags so for example let's have a look at dogs so I type in

dogs I click on search and then it's gonna go and do some search for

basically you're gonna look at all the pictures posted with hashtag dogs and

then it's gonna look for big accounts of influence your accounts and then list

them over here so now it's adding influencers to the list one by one so

you can see here this one has two hundred ninety five thousand followers

18 hundred posts they get an average of 23,000 likes per post and they have an

engagement of 7.8% now that is actually a very important metric and why I think

this software is absolutely amazing if you want to do anything with Instagram

influencers not even just for people with ecommerce stores but anyone who

wants to use Instagram influencers could use this software in my opinion even if

you're for example a hotel and you want to find travel influencers to invite

them to come and review your hotel or you have a restaurant you want to find

food influencers any sort of business that could use Instagram influencers

could use this software in my opinion this is why I like it so much because

this is something that is normally super hard to research yourself or at least

it's a lot of work so if you want to find all the big accounts let

say for hashtag dogs you would have to go through every single one of these

pictures yourself see if the person who posted in it has a big account then once

you like acknowledge ok yes they have a big account then you have to go and

research what their engagement is because it's not just important if an

account is big you also want to know do they actually get likes comments are

people engaging with their posts because only if they have an engaging audience

does it make sense to use them for advertising purposes so this software

takes all that work out of your hands and just gives you 20 influencers for

this hashtag and sorts them well you can sort them yourself by number of

followers and the number in the kind of the engagement percentage now generally

what you will notice is smaller accounts have much higher engagement percentages

but the bigger accounts is the ones you're gonna want to look at generally

you won't you don't like to do a promotion for someone who has 50

followers that's pointless even if they have 40% engagement but someone who has

five hundred seventy thousand followers okay that's interesting so then you're

going to look at the engagement and now here you can see that this guy with

almost three hundred thousand followers has 7.8% engagement whereas this guy

with five hundred seventy has only two point seven percent engagement so even

though this one has a very big following their engagement is kind of low so if

you were to do any sort of promotion then this account may be a much better

account to choose because their engagement is so much higher and this is

something that with manual research we take a long long time to figure out and

this software does it for you in seconds and this is what I love about this

software so this is the basic version of the software the basic version just does

this you can look at hashtags it finds for you 28 pro answers and you can sort

them by all these metrics this is amazing already but then there is the

pro version so the pro version comes with extra training as well and that

basically shows you how to use the pros version of the software and

it gives you a few case studies they did and this is where the 691 dollars a week

came in basically they contacted some influencers using the software and they

spent like twenty ten twenty five dollars here and there on different

influencers to post something for them on their Instagram and they made

hundreds of dollars each time so it's really really really profitable to do

this so let's have a look at the pro version of the software so the pro

version has a few extra features as you can see it's a bit there's a bit more to

it so let's do the same search again for dogs and I will show you this is going

to take a little longer why because one of the main advantages

of the pro version over the basic version is instead of twenty influencers

you can search up to 200 influencers this is really really big if you are

running a successful e-commerce store already and you want to branch out get

more influencers you want to do like promotions on a regular basis all the

time then I think upgrading to the pro version of this software makes so much

sense so if you're just starting out with a brand new Shopify store you

haven't made any sales yet and you just want to get your feet wet with Instagram

influence or promotion by all means just get the basic version if you already

have a successful e-commerce business then I don't think there's any reason

not to get the pro version of this software because it has so much more

potential to find you many many more influencers Indonesia as you can see

it's pulling up influencers now again you can sort by engagement you can sort

by following sizes so now you can see I can find a few more kind of medium sized

influencers that is a really good generally really good influencers to go

for because they're not that big that they will charge a lot of money but they

are big enough that there is enough people on their pages for you to get

profitable marketing on their pages and then in addition to

having this ability to find 200 influencers there's a few extra features

that the pro version has over the basic version they have email templates built

in so you can find a promotional email a simple email template and simple shout

out message basically this is just to contact the influencers so it's like

hello I run an online store where I sell niche items so you could say dog items

that I think your fanbase will love I'm just wondering if you offer promotion

shoutouts and if you do what options do you have thank you your name and so you

can just copy this put it in your phone direct message on Instagram

Tom so that makes it super easy and fast to contact these influencers and also

you can put notes and check boxes here for contacted favorites so basically you

can say okay this influencer right here I have already contacted them they are a

favorite of mine and you can put some notes like oh I contacted them for doing

a promotion for $20 lalala so you can just put all that in this software now

if you were to use the basic version that doesn't mean that you can't do that

you can you can just open a word document and write all that down

yourself this is the name of the influencer this is what I did I can't

act them this is what we talked about and some of these email templates are

actually also in the training I think basic training one has some templates

for you that you can use at the very bottom yeah they give back email message

email and message PDF so you can just download that use that to contact

influencers but the pro version has all of that built into their software which

is amazing you can just copy paste and do it like that I think that is an

amazing amazing option then there's the gold digger software I cannot actually

show you the software right now because I don't have access to it but I have

gone through their training videos to see what the software does and basically

it allows you to find winning products on Facebook

and then figure out where you can find them to put them in your Shopify store

it is really helpful if you want to just add additional products to your store or

your your brand new at Shopify and you want to build a successful store from

scratch you can just find out what's working right now for others and then

basically copy what they do which in my opinion is one of the main ways to

success in the internet marketing in online business if you're just starting

Myopic Conventional Training - Health Yourself Guide - Duration: 1:24.

I've learned that conventional training is a bit myopic we hone in too

much on the symptom or the disease we're looking at Oregon systems separately as

opposed to an overarching whole and instead of just being one symptom one

disease one treatment I'm learning through functional medicine that we can

actually find root causes that can explain a whole constellation of

symptoms that seem completely unrelated if you looked at that myopic view of

them and I think the issue has been that a lot of the science that backs what we

know as conventional doctors is based on that same view your guidelines are

there to avoid disease or to treat disease there's not as many guidelines

to prevent of course we learn that patients need to lose weight and eat

well but we're actually not given the tools to teach patients how to do that

properly and we often just wait until the disease sets in before we actually

treat it

What Is Functional Medicine - Duration: 2:08.

Functional medicine is a integrative approach to medicine which combines

complementary and conventional medicine and it looks at the root causes of

medicine so not just the what of diagnosis and disease but also the how

and the why so what compelled you to go down this path

what were you see I was noticing over my practice I've been in practice for about

18 years and I was noticing that there were some things that conventional

medicine just couldn't offer some of my patients predominantly women in their

30s 40s 50s who are dealing with this common constellation of symptoms

including brain fog, fatigue, mood disorder, hormonal imbalances, we would do

blood-work, they've been suffering for years everything would come back normal

and then the only diagnosis left is some kind of mood disorder like depression

and many times you start treatment because that's what the guidelines tell

us to do but most of these women don't actually feel like they're that person

they don't feel like they're themselves they feel like something's missing and

as their practitioner I was also feeling frustrated that I didn't have enough

tools in my toolbox to figure out what was actually going on so I started to

dive into other ways of looking at their symptoms other ways of helping to treat

them and I came across functional medicine and when I read that the goal

is to look at the root causes of disease and that the primary treatment is

lifestyle change and nutrition that was right up my alley and I started to

investigate it further and realize that it's actually science based which

married well with my conventional training and I looked towards courses

that I could take so that I could educate myself

Turn you round. So today, once I've set everything up. I'm going to do a

session on using a softbox, and different lighting patterns. Basically different

options you've got using a softbox. So it's all about a sofbox.

Hi. This is John Tisbury and in this video we're gonna spend a little bit of time looking

at where we position ourselves as a photographer, or cinematographer in

relation to the light. So we're gonna run the intro and we'll sit you back in a jiffy.

Hi. So I was saying in the intro that we're gonna spend a little bit of time

looking at lighting and where we position ourselves in relation to that light.

In a studio environment we've got the luxury of being able to control

everything. So we can control the amount of light, the direction of the light, the

type of light. Also there are other variables as well in terms of our model.

So where our model is, where our light is, and also where we are as a photographer

or cinematographer. So there are multiple variables that we can play about with to

effect the impact to our shot and the final output from our shot. So you know what it looks like.

What I tended to do when I first started photography and,

studio photography particularly, was I used to stand in one place. I didn't

really move around very much. That certainly shows in my early work.

Since then I found that by looking around the light you get so much more interest and

it's quite often when I've set a shot up I will have a wander around just to see

what the lighting looks like from different angles. So that's what I wanted

to do with you today. A very quick video. We've got a single light source

on our subject here. A very useful mannequin, which is great because

she stays very very still. And we're going to use the lighting that's falling on

her just to have a look at it see how it looks from different angles.

Take some photographs and I'll show you those on-screen and we've also got some

video footage as well that we've shot. So if I'm over on this side of the

light, shooting with the light. The lights falling straight onto our

subject. Conversely, I come around on this side I'm shooting very much more

contra jour. I'll be shooting into the light and it'll give me a completely

different effect than if shot from the other side. And then in

between, there are variances. But there's no right or wrong here. It's not that

one sides better than the other or one side right on one side wrong. It really

does depend on you as a creative. What you want out of the results from the shot.

I'm just perhaps giving you some food for thought here to have a think about

you can move, as well as the model, as the lights.That 3rd variable I was talking about.

So I'm gonna take a few shots from different angles and see what you think.

I'll put those up on screen so you can have a look at them and you'll see

the difference of the different lighting sources depending on where I'm

standing from a photography point of view. So the first one I took was

shooting with the light and that gives a very flat even lighting. As you see

there's very little contrast, is very little shadow. So very little

definition being able to be seen there. So it's great if that's the type of

lighting you're after. It's not my style, but there's nothing wrong with it in

terms of an approach. So the next shot that I took I was facing, almost facing

the model. So the lighting was a little bit more from the side. You'll see

there's a little bit more definition coming in there. There's a few more

shadows appearing which gives some more shape and some form to the subject.

Moving around even further, again there's more shadow appearing. There's a lot more

contrast starting to appear in the image and again the shadow definitions are

increasing. And then a final shot which I took was a lot of edge detail there it's

sort of side lit, by and large. It's contre jour type of lighting I'm

shooting directly in to the light and gives very edgy look to it..

A lot of contrast, a lot of shadow. And again you know it's either one of those

styles that you like or not. But somewhere in between that arc is

probably somewhere that you currently operate. My suggestion is to look at

alternatives so have a pace round have a look at the light before you press the

button. Gives yourself a few more options to consider.

What Can You Do About Anxiety? - Two Minute Message - Duration: 1:45.

- Hey, everybody, Daniel Fusco here.

Welcome to today's two minute message.

So, all of us have some generalized anxiety about life.

I'm not talking about the clinical diagnosis of anxiety.

I'm talking about just our fears about the future,

about tomorrow, and how do we deal with that.

Now, listen, these feelings of generalized,

non-clinical anxiety are common to everybody.

The Bible actually says

that we should be anxious for nothing,

but in everything with prayer and supplication,

with thanksgiving, we should let our requests be made known

to God, and the peace of God,

which surpasses all understanding,

will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

That's Philippians 4:6 and 7.

So, really what it says is that any time we're anxious,

there's something else we should do,

that we should praise God, should give him thanks,

and we should ask God to do a work in the midst

of the things that make us nervous.

Now, think about that.

So, instead of being anxious, God is reminding us to pray.

And when we pray, as we connect with that,

prayer is not getting our will done in heaven.

Prayer is linking up hands with God

to get his will done on earth.

When we pray, God's peace,

his universal wellness, and flourishing, and well-being,

starts to guard our hearts and minds.

So every time we feel anxious or worry,

it's an invitation from God that his peace may reign

in our hearts and minds, so we need to move

from anxiety to prayer, and then that prayer

should move us into God's peace.

How powerful is that?

Now listen, this is what I want you to do.

First, I want you share this video,

because everybody we know is struggling

with these fears and anxieties,

in a general sense, about what's gonna happen

or how these things are gonna work out.

And then, in the comment section,

let's talk about the way God answers our prayers.

All of us have praise reports

of ways that God has answered our prayers,

and oftentimes we don't ever tell people,

hey, this is what I was praying about,

and this is what God did, and how cool is that.

And we wanna be able to praise God

for the reality of Philippians 4:6 and 7 being used

in all of our lives.
