If you ask me, well there's one thing that a lot of people say trying to stop us about this business. They'd be like, "you're going to waste your

time. It's not worth it. This and that. But I don't like what those people, honestly.

I'm going to work for this thing.

So as you can see, I am with my family here.

They're trying to walk to our mom's house and we live right there. I can't show you right now because it's cold.

But, this is an advise for everybody: If you hang out with people who is negative,

and then one day, you're going to be negative too. So,

my advise for you is , "DO NOT HANG OUT WITH NEGATIVE PEOPLE."

It is a waste of time. Like honestly, you're going to belong like that.

So you need to hang out with positive.

People who will be like, "Oh yeah. Do that.

It's going to work out. Do it. You know,

you're going to make money. You know ,we

should try it together." This and that.

That's going to work out. That's the people we should

work, you know, you should be with, hang

out with. That's my advise man, and I got a lot of

experience on this because like I told you before, I've been...

I'm making money since 2015.

But not much as I wish and this is why

I'm making an English business now,

alright. Aside from the Spanish community, but, you know, I would like to do something else. So, this is a quick

Daniel Oss' BMC Teammachine SLR01 Pro Bike - Duration: 3:11.

- Today we have the privilege of looking at

this BMC Teammachine SLR01 of strongman,

Daniel Oss, who has helped his team to victory

both at the World Championships team time trial

on two occasions to a gold medal,

and also to a stage win in a team time trial

at the Tour de France.

Now BMC have had this Teammachine out now

for some time.

And I think we can probably expect them to release

something new at some point in the 2017 season.

And the same at the moment, goes for the groupsets as well.

That is of course, provided by Shimano,

who have been a longtime sponsor of the BMC squad.

But this is still the 9000 groupset.

I've just been speaking to the mechanics,

and probably by the time this video comes out,

they will have put the 9100 groupset onto their bikes,

ready for this season.

But here in Dubai tour, they're back on the older stuff.

It's an 11 up through to 28 cassette here at the rear.

It's the front and rear derailleurs as well.

They have the SRM cranks with the 53 by 39t chainrings

and the shift is up there at the front.

And he's not choosing to run any kind of satellite shifters

on his bars.

Fizik provides the saddles to the team,

and Daniel is using the Aliante model

with the carbon rails here,

whilst it's 3T who provide both the stem and the bars.

Now as you can probably see,

Daniel's a pretty big man, 1.90m tall,

and he's running a 14cm stem up there,

although it's not completely slammed should I say,

and it's also not a negative angle,

so he's not particularly low at the front end,

however, he is opting for some pretty narrow bars.

They measure 42cm from edge to edge.

So for a man of his size, that's pretty narrow.

And also of note are the crank lengths,

just 172.5mm, so fairly short

for a man of his stature.

Elite provide the bottle cages,

that is their Custom Race Plus model

as well as the bottles themselves, of course as well.

The wheels at the moment are the Dura-Ace C50s

they will be replaced fairly shortly,

as they no longer have the C50 model from 2017 onwards

and they will be choosing between the C40s and C60s.

The tyres are provided by Vittoria

they are the open Corsa 25mm in width

and they've got those tan side walls as well.

And I think that is pretty much it.

I did do some measurements

before we started filming this video,

and it's got one of the highest saddles

I've ever measured on a pro bike.

82.5cm between the saddle here

and the center of the cranks.

And the distance between the tip of the saddle

measured horizontally to the center of the bars

is 62cm as well,

which just leads me to weigh the bike.

7.35kg, not too bad at all.

I will note once again that down here, as well as the sensor

that the organisers use for the race,

there's also a speed sensor from SRM,

combined with this magnet here on the spoke,

so another rider

who likes to use the accuracy of a speed sensor

versus relying on the GPS of the SRM head unit.

but I'm so glad that that place is not a boring place where theology would lead us to

but it's the very point of departure to explore the immense wealth

of the love of God

Women's Teo 2 - Celebrating the Day of the Dead - Duration: 5:33.

Hello, today we're talking with HeatherAsh Amara about the retreat she's leading to Teotihuacan

in October of 2017 to celebrate the day of the dead.

Hi HeatherAsh.

Hi.

So, tell me a little bit more about this trip that you're taking to Teotihuacan Mexico to

celebrate the day of the dead.

What makes it different from your typical retreat there?

I take two trips to Teotihuacan Mexico a year.

One in July for women, and one in October to honor the day of the dead.

And that trip's with my dear friends Will and Judith, and part of Wisdom University.

And the difference with that journey is that we go to celebrate our ancestors as well as

do our own work.

And the day of the dead in Mexico is an incredibly important holiday.

It's really one of the most important holidays in Mexico and it's the time where people build

these incredibly beautiful, elaborate altars to their beloved dead with photographs, with

flowers, with candles.

And so as a group, we build altars to our ancestors.

We ask people to bring photographs.

Then we also do our own work.

So each day, we go to the Pyramid Complex.

We learn about different tools.

We do a lot of ceremony.

And we go though each of the different levels of letting go of our mind, of our emotions,

of our physical body, and our spirit.

And the letting go part is about letting go of what doesn't work.

The thoughts that don't work.

Letting go of the attachments we have to emotions that are difficult.

So there's a really deep cleansing process that happens throughout the journey to Teotihuacan.

And we're really walking in the footsteps of the ancestors because Teo was built specifically

to help people to awaken to who they truly are and to let go of the old agreements and

beliefs.

What is one of your favorite stories from a previous trip that you could share with

us?

I think of two immediately.

The first one was being with a group of people up on top of the pyramid of the sun.

And it's often when we go up there that it's pretty crowded, there's a lot of people.

And we were doing a ceremony when we we're all sitting in a circle and we were chanting,

and we were connecting.

It was one of those really deep holy moments as I call it.

And I remember looking up and there were people from not our group that were gathering.

And people were crying.

We were doing a water ceremony too, and people started handing us their jewelries to bless

and thanking us.

Somebody literally handed us a baby to bless.

And it's like, wow!

They felt what we were feeling.

And suddenly it wasn't just this little isolated group, it was humanity celebrating our connection

to each other and our connection to spirit.

The second one happened this last October where we have a group of ancient dancers that

come in, Mestica dancers.

There was one men that�s there that had recognized recently that she's pure Spanish.

She was raised in Mexico but his blood line is Spanish.

And so he felt really strongly that he wanted to apologize to the dancers, to the natives.

And after we have done all ceremonies with each other, to witness what felt like a historic

moment of this man so humbly saying to the natives, �Please forgive my ancestors for

what we perpetrated against you.� And what the leader of the dance tribe said is "You

could cut our branches and you could cut our trunks but couldn't touch our roots."

And that reminded me of something that we�re really there to learn is that when we go back

to our roots, there's great power in reconnecting to the roots and then feeling what it is that

we want to bring out into the world.

So, say I was to go in to this trip with you, what guidance would you give me to prepare?

What I found is that the moment someone decides on going to the trip, it's begun.

Truly.

And that to pay attention to your life, to really listen to what's your intent for the

trip to get clear about what transition are you in, and what do you want to use the trip

to support you in shifting in your life.

And then start to pay attention because it's going to be happening right before your eyes.

And to then also stay clear with staying connected to your heart because that helps everything
