Filming your vlogs in 4k IS A PREMIUM! - Duration: 3:49.Yo. I'm Beardie.
Cause I have beard.
I've been struggling to open my youtube channel for months now.
And the first problem i encountered was – how am I supposed to shoot myself in 4k?
Because there's already plenty of 4k channels, there's mostly 4k TV's out there
and even some phones have this resolution now. But there's a little problem.
THERE'S NO GOOD CHEAP 4K CAMERAS THAT TRACKS YOUR FACE WELL!!! WHY?!
Nowadays, tech that shoot videos splits into a few categories:
Cell Phones, Action Cameras, DSLRs/Mirrorless/camcorders, and Cinema cameras.
While cinema cameras are amazing, shooting the best possible picture, even in 6k or 8k, there's a little problem.
They cost as much as my kidney. Probably even more.
And that means that budget of average customer won't allow you to buy a 4k cinema camera. That's very sad.
But there's another thing. The saddest thing.
If you want to shoot really high quality videos, you're gonna need two things.
Interchangeable lens for nice bokeh and to save you some money when you'll want more quality.
And the biggest possible sensor size for better dynamic range and low-light shooting,
for even nicer bokeh, and overall impressive cinematic picture.
More than that, if you don't have a cameraman, you're gonna need a third thing – good face tracking.
And that leaves you mostly with compromises. You can buy Canon 80d, for example,
and have badass face tracking, good photographic abilities, good kit lens pack, access to huge amount of cheap lenses.
BUT YOU WON'T HAVE 4K!
You know what, leave a like if you want me to make video that'll explain why Canon's strategy is absurd when it comes to shooting videos. And Nikon's too.
Of course, you can buy Canon 5d Mark IV or Nikon d500, but guess what –
their price is not really different than better cinema cameras – Blackmagic took care of that with their amazing cinema stuff.
Also rotatable screen is a really good thing for vloggers and they doesn't have it.
Or you can buy Lumix g85 or g7, which are both really impressive when it comes to shooting videos
in everything but the face tracking, autofocus, and sensor size.
Of course you can focus on camcorders, and that's what you would do five years ago or so,
but you won't have interchangeable lenses, and your picture won't be half as good as on DSLRs
or even mirrorless cameras, because sensor size in camcorders is often much less than even in Lumix g85.
Or you can buy any point-and-shoot, action camera or even use your mobile phone,
but guess what – sensor size is gonna be awfully small, and you'll get a nice bokeh
only if you'll get close to the camera. If you'll be lucky.
Nevertheless, i found only a few cameras that will not suck up all of your money and will give you rather nice ability to shoot yourself
with great face tracking, interchangeable lenses, good sensor size, and even some kind of flat mode for better color correction.
And, of course, 4k.
Fujifilm's XT-2 and Sony's A6300 and 6500 will give you everything for shooting yourself in 4k
maybe except wide choice of сheap lenses.
That's why shooting yourself in 4k is still a premium thing even in 2017.
Three cameras, each with it's own limitations, or a big amount of money. That's your choice.
Click on like, subscribe and ring button under the video, and write me in the comments – what do you think of 4k cameras.
Maybe I missed some cameras or you have a different opinion? Don't be shy and write that down right now!
Anyway, have a nice day! Bye!
When you're a poor ukrainian boy and you try to speak English. And you can't.
And even some phones have this rsrsrszjwlahgjfldsvjklsd
And even some phones have this resolution. REso-- Re--
I'm speaking like a dork! Why am I speaking like a dork?! (Actually, that's why I did subtitles for you, lol.)

Now I'm going to show you the sentence.
Here goes.
I look forward to hear from you soon.
There is one mistake in this sentence and the mistake is "hear."
It should be "hearing."
Now in a sentence like "I hope to hear from you soon", that would be correct.
But you cannot say "I look forward to hear from."
You need the gerund verb after that, which is the -ing form of the verb "to hearing" from you soon.
So let's practice this together now, the correct version: please repeat after me.

Machine Learning With Python - Unsupervised Learning - Duration: 1:42.Hello.
In this video, we'll be covering unsupervised learning.
Unsupervised Learning usually deals with algorithms that utilize centroids.
Some of these algorithms include * K-means clustering,
* Hierarchical clustering, and * Density-based clustering.
A real-world example of how unsupervised learning can be applied is classifying categories of
music!
Dimensionality Reduction and/or feature selection, play a large role in this by reducing redundant
features to make classification easier.
If we can apply unsupervised learning to classified music, then it's not too hard to see that
we can apply something similar to create a program that can convert speech to text!
For instance, by looking at the amplitude, breaks, and frequency in the sound wave, the
machine can estimate what word has been spoken, and then convert it into text.
We can also use unsupervised learning for image processing.
There are several ways that something like this can work, one of which is mapping the
color of a pixel to a data point on a plot.
As an example of how this might work, let's presume that the computer was given a bunch
of images, and we wanted to classify or name the image without a person doing the work.
So, if the computer was given the picture of this cow, it may be able to decompose it
to these data points and be able to tell that the image is, in fact, a cow.
Thanks for watching!

Who should take the LeSS class? | Craig Larman | Large Scale Scrum - Duration: 1:27.Hi, my name is Craig, and I'm trying to reduce suffering in product development.
Sometimes people ask me, "Who should consider taking the LeSS course?"
In LeSS, one of the principles for adoption is top down and bottom up, which means that
we need more senior managers there, who have the authority to actually be involved in changing
the organizational design; changing policies, groups, roles and so forth.
It can't just be pushed from the top, because then you get people who are prisoners of the
change, and there's no sense of engagements and, of course, it's ultimately the real,
hands-on workers that are going to experience this.
It needs to be bottom up, as well, which means it needs to be people like hands-on developers
and middle managers, and basically, everybody involved in the change.
Without a doubt, it needs to include more senior folks, because we're talking not about
a practice, but in LeSS, we're talking about a change in the organizational design, and

Total Solar Eclipse Prepare Yourself For The "Big One" In August - tech and science - Duration: 6:08.Total Solar Eclipse: Prepare Yourself For The Big One In August 21, 2017
The year has only just begun and yet people across the world are already gearing up for
the biggest astronomical event to take place in North America in almost forty years.
On Monday, August 21, 2017 a total solar eclipse will sweep across the United States, darkening
skies from the West coast all the way to the East coast.
Sky watchers, sun chasers, moon gazers, astronomers, and just about everyone else will turn their
attention to the cosmos and get a chance to witness this rare and spectacular celestial
event!
The 2017 eclipse is already being called the Great American Total Solar Eclipse and
many people are extremely excited for this one, some have even been waiting decades to
see it.
If you want to get the most out of the mid-August eclipse, youll need to plan ahead first
and know all about what to expect from the experience.
During a total solar eclipse the moon appears to completely and totally cover the sun.
With the sunlight blocked out, its prevented from reaching Earth, day suddenly turns into
night and darkness falls upon parts of the planet.
This occurs when the moon passes between the sun and Earth and like all solar eclipses,
it must happen during a new moon.
Furthermore, the alignment of the sun, moon, and Earth all must enter into syzergy, meaning
they are in conjunction and aligned both straight and evenly.
Because the moons orbit is slightly tilted and elliptical, rather than circular and on
an even orbital plane to that of the Earth, its shadow at new moon almost always misses
Earth.
However, when syzergy occurs and the new moon is at a place in its orbit where its close
enough to appear just as large as the sun is, a total solar eclipse can occur.
Yet even still, in order to view it here on Earth, a person needs to be at a location
in what is called the path of totality.
That is the area where the moons shadow tracks along on the Earths surface below
as it sweeps across the sun.
Its also where viewing is the best and darkest because the sun is totally blocked
out by the moon!
For this upcoming great American total solar eclipse the path of totality happens to pass
beautifully across a number of states in a narrow arc which will be approximately 75
miles wide.
It starts up on the Pacific Northwest coast of Oregon and travels over and down on a southeasterly
bend crossing over parts of Idaho, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky,
Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia, before ending in South Carolina.
According to Space.com skywatching columnist Joe Rao, approximately 12 million people live
in the narrow path of totality and a further 220 million live within a one day drive of
it.
Those who are lucky enough to experience the eclipse in the path of totality will have
anywhere between a few seconds and 2 minutes and 44 seconds of it, which is the longest
period of totality according to data provided by the US Naval Observatory on their official
eclipse page.
In case youre wondering, the exact spot with the greatest duration is located somewhere
within the Shawnee National Forest in Southern Illinois.
Of course, all views of the eclipse hinge on two important factors, one being the weather
and two being eye protection.
Proper eye wear is essential and critical for anyone who plans on looking up at the
eclipse.
You should only do so with special solar viewing glasses on at all times which allow you to
safety look at the eclipse.
Sunglasses, even layering several pairs of them, will not provide adequate protection
and dont even think about using binoculars!
We all know the general rule of thumb which is to never stare at the sun, but during solar
eclipses extra special care needs to be taken.
Because the sun is partly covered by the moon, people find it easy to look and stare at.
They feel the need to blink less and their pupils are also less likely to contract instinctively,
like how they otherwise would do on a normal bright day.
Instead they may even dilate, allowing infra red light waves into the eyes, which can seriously
burn the retina and even fry it.
Weve all heard the warnings and horror stories about how someone went blind during
a solar eclipse and while it may seem far fetched or exaggerated, the risk is real.
Gazing directly at the suns photosphere, the bright disc, for any amount of time can
and will result in damage to our fragile eyes.
So please invest in a pair of specially designed eclipse glasses that filter the sun and can
easily be found online for cheap.
These should be worn for the entire duration of the eclipse, especially for the vast majority
of us who are not in the path of totality and who will instead experience a partial
solar eclipse.
The only real safe time to look directly at the sun without protection is during the fleeting
window of totality when its completely covered by the moon.
Now that you know more about the August 2017 solar eclipse you can mark your calendar and
have something really neat and astronomically cool to look forward to!
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience first hand but if you want to view
it in the path of totality, plan accordingly because hundreds of thousands of other people
are doing exactly that.
In the end, it all comes down to being in the right place at the right time.
Be prepared, plan ahead, and be sure to check out the helpful eclipse maps to find out more
specific details.
