Alright cool Today in this video I want talk to you guys

about how to take everything you do your training, your life, yourself

everything to a whole new level And this is where the idea of the Titans Mindset

came from Titans

They fear mediocrity more than they fear going all out

does that make sense?

That's a big difference Titans

They fear being average.

They fear dying average.

You have to live with that every single day You have to fear mediocrity

So much more than you fear working hard yeah?

Average people Majority of people, 90% of our population

is the other way around They fear working hard more than they fear

being average That's why they'd rather watch TV, sleep in,

they'd rather do random things and not work on their dreams

and not be on the next level that's why they're mediocre

that makes sense, yeah?

There are so many people playing small So being a Titan is about playing big

in your life, in your training, in everything you do

playing big Everyone wants to be successful

Everyone wants to get more fitter, stronger and all these things

they want to do all these things however it's the fear

"If I go all in.

If I let go of Facebook, If I let go of watching movies

If I let go of this feeling that I can chill, relax on a Sunday,

and not have to worry about anything If I let go of that

And I go all in, What if I miss out on chilling and relazing

Makes sense?

That's what majority of people think "I don't want to go all in.

What if it doesn't become successful, I wasted all my energy."

You don't waste your energy, right If you go all in, you're gonna get further

than you would if you just chilled and relaxed.

That's what a Titan is about So it's about always going all out in everything

you do because you're not scared of working hard

but you're scared of being average that is the biggest thing I feel alot of people

need Too much in our society, we're too used to

being average we're too comfortable, you know

Comfort is the road to mediocrity, yeah

You can never be comfortable.

As human beings, we cannot be comfortable.

Comfort, you want to think about it, right?

Comfort is where you get stagnant.

Look at anybody.

When they get comfortable, what happens to their body?

They get fat.

They become more and more sluggish.

So comfort is not where you want to be.

Titans move away from comfort.

Away from comfort gets you to freedom.

So a lot of mediocre people, average people, they love comfort over freedom.

They love comfort over results, over success.

They want to be comfortable.

They want to feel…

I feel good now.

I'm comfortable.

You don't want to be comfortable.

Comfortable is not a good place to be.

Get used to not fearing hard work, fear mediocrity, fear being comfortable.

Get away from comfort.

I want to give you three things three ways for you to live as a titan, in

that way, you get all the results.

You live on that next level, okay?

The very first one is your standards.

To be a Titan, the very first thing you have to do is to maintain high standards in yourself

and everything you do.

So to play a bigger game in life, to not be average, first of all, have high standards.

I'm not talking about just high standards in your work.

It's all about high standards in yourself as well.

Every day, when you wake up, you look good, feel good.

You dress yourself in a way where you're holding yourself to a high standard.

With your work, the things that you do, your art, your craft, your work, is it to a high

standard?

Is it quality?

Is it world-class standard?

So everything that you do, is it to a high, high standard?

When we teach our students,

their skills, techniques, discipline, behavior, and attitude to a high, world-class standard?

Always judge yourself by your own standards.

What is the thing that you're producing?

Because that separates you, being a titan, from being mediocre people.

Mediocre people produce average results.

You'll have high standards as the titans.

Keep that really high as your standards.

Couple of more things in terms of your standards.

There's what I call being a high-quality human being.

Know where you want to go and never, ever settle.

Because too often, we're trying to be more in life.

We're trying to be something bigger.

But at the same time, internally, you sometimes feel, "I might not deserve that," or "That's

too much for me."

I'm going deep now.

I want you to understand.

Inside yourself, you are already worth it.

You're already enough.

In life, we're always trying to feel like, "Well, I'm not enough.

That's why I need to be more.

I'm not enough.

That's why I need to learn more."

Standards means inside yourself, know you are already high

Inside yourself

Have a high self-standard.

By having a high self-standard, everything will flow onwards.

That's part of being a titan.

That's what self-esteem comes from.

That's what self-confidence comes from, having high standard in yourself.

And then high standard will lead to more discipline because you respect yourself.

When you wake up, if you need to wake up early in the morning, you do that.

If you need to get your work done, you do that.

If you need to get something done, because you respect yourself so much, that's where

discipline will come from.

Number two

So play a bigger game in your circle.

What I mean by that is your circle is your surrounding.

The people you hang around, make sure you play a bigger game with the people you hang

around.

If the people you hang around is not taking you to where you want to be, not making you

better,

then that's not the right circle.

Let's say you want to become fitter, but you hang around people who sit around, play

games all day, and you look around, their bodies are not representing the way you want

to be.

They're not working hard when they train.

They're lazy.

They give up.

That's not the right circle.

Where you want to be is the people you're hanging around.

So hang around people who are motivated.

Hang around people who push you.

Hang around people who dream bigger.

On top of that, another aspect of Circle

On how to be a titan

Is give more to that circle.

So don't hold back.

Be able to

For example, within our team, when you guys have birthdays.

I buy gifts for you guys out of my own pocket.

It's not from the company.

Most times no one chips in.

I'm the only one that just kind of does it because that's the circle.

That is our circle.

I want to give a lot our circles.

Play a bigger game as a Titan.

You don't want to hold back and go, "I'm not going all in.

I'm going to hold back a bit."

So play all out.

And your circle also represents your family, your loved ones.

So number one is standards.

Go all out in yourself.

Go all out with people around you, close to you.

Number three

Your dreams.

Biggest difference between average people and Titans, Titans have big dreams

Dreams that are massive dreams

Dreams that scare them

Dreams are the things that push you.

For example, when you're doing a pushup, if you're just doing the pushup for the

sake of doing a pushup or for the sake of, "Oh, yeah, I think I'm just going to get

fit," that's not right.

Dreams means I want to become the most athletic person.

I want to have the most strength.

I want to be able to do finger pushups.

I want to be able to do thumb pushups.

I want to be able to do crazy things.

I want to achieve things that no one has ever done before.

That's what I'm talking about in dreams.

Think big.

Set high goals for yourself.

That's what titans do.

So in everything you do, go big.

In all of your results, everything, you want to make sure that…

Actually, I'll give you this tip to kind of close it off.

So this is making sense so far?

Being a titan, titan mindset is playing big, going all out in everything you do.

There will be times.

Now here's a caveat.

There will be times when this will get hard.

It's easier to say, "I want to bigger game, here, here, here."

But there will be times where you're going to feel like, "Yeah, this is hard."

For example, you want to wake up in the morning, "Oh, yeah, it's really warm in bed.

I want to get up."

Or "I'm really sore today.

I don't feel like working."

Or "I've worked so hard for the last five days; I should rest for next two days.

Titans don't rest.

Titans go for comfort.

They chase a dream all the time.

To give an example, this is a tip on how you can make sure you're always consistent with

that.

The tip is listen to your heart

listen to your soul

because you know when you're not playing at your full potential.

You know it.

Let's say at the end of your workout, you have one more rep to go.

You have one pullup, one muscle-up, one pushup, whatever it is.

You have one more rep to go.

You're at the last stretch.

And this is where your body is literally trembling, and you literally can't have anymore.

It doesn't produce any more energy, any more strength.

So normally, in your mind you're saying, "This is it.

I can't do anymore."

And we see it all the time.

So at that point, if you finish the workout and walk off with one left to go, how do you

feel?

You know that wasn't good.

You know that wasn't good.

So what I'm talking about is tapping into an inner strength, tapping into your titan

mentality.

No matter what, walk away from that workout, finishing what you said you would.

So that comes back to your standards too.

Let's give an example.

You want to say, "Today, I'm going to do 10 muscleups."

If you get up to that 9th muscleup…

This is a real example.

I did it this morning.

So I came early.

I did 10 muscleups.

Normally, I've never…

Actually, this is my first time doing 10 muscleups in a row.

I said to myself, "All right, because I want to talk about this today, I'm going

to have to prove it to myself."

And normally, I get up to 7-8 in a row strict.

I got up to 9.

And I was hanging there like

"I'm going to be talking about this stuff.

I need to prove.

And at that point, I remember it was tough.

I've never done this before.

Forearms hurting.

There's no more strength.

Absolutely no more strength.

But I thought about it.

If I were to let go, if I were to walk away and not complete that extra one

how would you feel?

How would your soul feel?

You feel unfulfilled.

You feel not good enough.

So just hung there for a little bit

Got my energy back up and then just complete the last one.

And then when I finished off, it was the best feeling.

When I got off, it was the best feeling

because you did it

above what you need to.

You push past your limits.

So titan mindset,

titan mentality is set a high standard for yourself

Play big.

Go all out.

Don't ever leave the workout with that one that you said you were gonna do and you didn't

complete it

Don't ever finish your day saying you're going to complete all these things.

But you didn't do it.

every single day, make sure you play on that whole another level

because as titans, we fear mediocrity.

You have to fear being comfortable.

You have to fear being mediocre.

You have to fear being average

For you to be a titan

and be able to change the world.

Italeri Ju 87 G-2 Update 1 (English subtitel) - Duration: 4:53.

Hello and welcome to my channel. For the first update on the ju 87 G-2 canon bird of italeri

I wanted to show you how far I have come and what I have done

I have finished step 3 on the construction manual. And I am about to close the fuselage

As you can see, I'm done with the cockpit

I have glued all parts and attached all the photoetched parts

I have painted and aged and applied a wash

On the side walls I additionally with 0.3 mm thick solder tin

The whole wiring attached and painted with different colors

I think that brings more details in the cockpit

After I put the cockpit together, I spray everything with Revell 77. This is RLM 02 in the construction manual

I use mainly colors of revell, so I used a converter to find the right colors. RLM 02 is dust gray 77

After I painted the cockpit, I applied with a sponge and silver paint the chipping effect

The instrument panel consists of several parts. Plastic, decals and photo etching parts

Between the plastic and the photo-etched parts comes the decal with the printed amatures and instruments

Then comes again a photo etch part, a decal and again a photo etch part

I'll show you in detail

This is now the instrument panel. As you can see here, you can see the instruments through the openings of the photoetches

To simulate the glass of the instruments, I have of vallejo

zhe gloss lacquer was taken and applied in several thin layers on the back.

So that a kind of dripping is created, which looks like real glass in the instruments

With a very fine brush I have painted the individual buttons and switches

Above you can see the weapon sight and the sun protection

At eduard, for example, there are printed photo etching parts for the instruments

But I find this solution also looks good

The inside of the fuselage I also sprayed with dust gray 77

Here comes also a layer of clear lacquer on it and then a wash

For the wiring of the cockpit, I looked for reference pictures. like this here

There is hardly any real photos of a Ju 87 G-2 cockpit

I looked at cable management and looked for the best for myself
