again will the waters come over all the

earth for its destruction. Cross my heart

I will put my rainbow in the clouds and

it will be for a sign of the agreement

between me and the earth. You cool with

that? And whenever I make a cloud come

over the earth, that has a rainbow, I will

fwucking remember the promise between me

and you and every living thing; and never

again will there be a great flow of

waters causing destruction to all flesh.

And so just to be repetitive the rainbow

will be in the cloud, and whenever I look

at it, I'll keep in mind the eternal

agreement between us and every living

thing on the earth. And God said to Noah,

So that's the sign of the promise which

I have made between me and all flesh on

the earth. I'm on the wagon. Just keep in

mind it doesn't cover plagues or killer

asteroids. Okay homie, unfortunately

1997-2017 F-150 Engo 12" Amber and White Multifunction LED Light Bar Review & Install - Duration: 7:23.

Hey, guys.

I'm Alex from AmericanMuscle.com.

Today, I'm bringing you my detailed review and breakdown of the Engo 12 inch LED light

bar, featuring the flood and spot light combo in white and amber fitting your 1997 through

current F-150.

In this video, I'm gonna talk about who this 12 inch light bar is going to appeal to, what

you should be expecting in terms of light output as well as performance, the construction

and materials that went into this kit, what you should expect to be spending, and then

we're gonna take a very quick look at what's entailed to get this onto your truck.

I'm gonna be giving this a very easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter

and about an hour's worth of labor.

I'll have a little bit more for you on that later.

The Engo 12 inch light bar that I have here in front of you today should definitely appeal

to any F-150 owner out there, that's not only looking to give their front end a little bit

of an overhaul in terms of the looks department with an aggressive option here, but for the

truck owner that's looking to get that much more light output out of the front of their

truck without having to spend an arm and a leg as this is going to be a very budget friendly

option.

So, having a pair of light bars on my truck, I can definitely attest to just how usable

these are as I live in the back woods or the boonies for lack of a better term.

More often than not when I'm coming home late at night or just after work, these are gonna

be on.

But, they're not gonna be on when you've got traffic coming towards you as you're definitely

gonna be blinding people with these things.

It's a general good idea just to make sure you're going to be using these when there's

nobody else on the road coming towards you.

Not only is this gonna be a great addition for any truck owner that's looking to throw

a little bit of extra light out there as well as being incredibly budget-friendly, but if

you're gonna be doing some late night off-roading, camping, or if you're just driving around

in a wooded area, this is gonna be a great option for you as you're gonna have the ability

to cycle between both a white as well as amber look, which in my opinion not only is gonna

look pretty cool as most if not all trucks out there aren't running an amber LED setup.

But if you're gonna be doing some plowing or if you're in a part of the country where

you're seeing a lot of snow, maybe fog, this might be a better option for you as amber

or yellow light is going to cut through fog a little bit better than a white light would.

In terms of the construction and materials here guys, it's evident right out-of-the-box

this is definitely a pretty well-built kit here.

That's definitely something that you're gonna wanna pay attention to when you're buying

any type of light bar out there as you pick one up online that doesn't really have too

much information about it or if it's from a no name brand, you might be winding up with

a pretty inferior product which is just gonna leave you being an unhappy camper at the end

of the day.

In terms of the functionality here guys, one of the key features that I wanna call out

is that this is going to have a flood light and spot light combo, which essentially means

that you're gonna have the ability to light up the road that much more effectively than

you would with a standard incandescent bulb or a couple of light pods.

Down to brass tacks, we're gonna see that this light bar is gonna feature an IP67 rating.

If that sounds like gibberish to you, that's absolutely all right.

What that essentially means is that this is gonna have the ability to resist ingress of

dust as well as low and high pressure water, which essentially means that you'll be able

to run this through damn near anything without having to worry about it failing.

The only way that you may run into an issue with this would be if your vehicle is completely

submerged and taken on water, which at that point you're probably gonna be a little bit

more concerned about your truck than you would be about the light bar itself.

In terms of the LEDs themselves within this light bar guys, we're gonna see that this

is gonna feature 24 white and amber LEDs themselves built right into here which they're gonna

be right in one individual pod.

They're gonna throw about 5700 lumens at 24 watts which essentially means that this is

gonna pull less power than what you might find with a standard factory incandescent

bulb.

What that essentially means is that just this is gonna be incredibly bright and it's not

gonna draw that much power.

On the exterior side of things here we're gonna see that this is gonna be a die cast

aluminum housing, which is then gonna feature a polycarbonate lens which is definitely tough.

No matter what you're gonna be putting your truck through be it on or off-road, it's gonna

be able to hold up over time.

In regards to the finish, like most if not all light bars out there it's gonna be a black

powder coat which is pretty typical not only for good looks, but again to ensure that this

is gonna be able to withstand no matter what you're gonna be putting your truck through

be it on off-road, or any type of weather.

Looking into the pricing here, you should expect to be spending only about 150 bucks

for this kit, which in my opinion, is an incredibly aggressive buy.

It is very inexpensive in comparison to either some 10 or 12 inch options out there from

other vendors, which can easily run over $400.

For the money here, I really think this is a great buy considering that it's gonna be

that much more inexpensive in comparison to some of the other options out there.

It's gonna give you that much more light output up front, as well as giving you a little bit

of an aggressive look.

Again, you'll have the ability to cycle between white as well as amber at the flick of a switch.

Switching gears to the installation portion of the video, just like I had said up top

you're gonna be looking at a very simple one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter

and about an hour's worth of wrenching to get this onto your truck.

The installation here is definitely gonna be a huge selling point for me as it should

be for any newer truck owner out there as you're not going to be looking at anything

crazy here, no cutting, welding or modification, no crazy wiring.

This Engo kit is gonna come with absolutely everything you need here to get this onto

your truck.

It's gonna be the mounting brackets and hardware which will be provided, an auxiliary switch

right here.

One cool thing that I really like is that you're gonna have a key fob here and that's

gonna tether right here to this antenna which is gonna give you the ability to cycle between

both amber and white at literally the click of a button.

One of the cool things that I really like about smaller light bars, in particular a

12 inch setup, is that it's gonna give you the ability to mount this damn near anywhere.

If you're running a bull bar, you could tap a couple of holes and put that right up top.

For the 11 through 14 guys, and newer, you could put this in your lower center section

of the grille.

You could even tuck this behind your grille.

It's really gonna come down to your personal preference and where you wanna tap a couple

of holes.

At the end of the day, it's gonna come down to what you think is gonna look best and how

it's gonna complement your truck.

Once you're fixed on a location where you wanna put this bar onto your truck, you're

really not gonna be looking at anything crazy.

It's gonna be as simple as essentially running this to your lines into a power source to

activate this, and then running your auxiliary switch right here into your cabin, peeling

off the sticker right here and then mounting it wherever you'd like.

Again, you're really not looking at brain surgery here.

This is a very easy install.

Again, about an hour's worth of labor, easy one out of three wrenches before you're throwing

some serious light.

All right guys, just to wrap things up here are some final thoughts.

I definitely like this option from Engo for a few different reasons here.

First and foremost, it's definitely gonna be bringing up the bottom of the segment in

terms of the breaking the bank scale in my personal opinion.

Not only that, it's gonna be throwing some serious light here giving the front end of

your truck a little bit more of an aggressive look.

Not only that, you'll have the ability to switch between both a white and an amber LED

look at literally the flip of a switch.

Similarly, on another side

Exercise No-3, you can do one by one or however you are comfortable

If you want you can take a support just hold it somewhere and then do

opposite your hand and your hand and your leg should be opposite, or you can keep both your hand same way.

This you can do around 10 to 12 in the beginning.

Well,with all these 3 exercise you can have great curve.

You can do 10 to around 12 like i said in the the beginning.

And then gradually you can increase them & then you can wear whatever you want to wear with great shape.

ANGRY AF ABOUT ABLEIST PANEL AT 2017 SXSW #ENDOFDISABILITY [CC] - Duration: 8:05.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel. I'm

Jody. You know, there are a few topics

that I get as fired up about as the

one I'm going to talk about today.

And this t-shirt should give you some

clue about how fired up I am.

So I was laying in bed the other night

going through my twitter feed as I often

do, and I came upon this hashtag end of

disability. And I was like okay, what's this

about? Turns out that there's a big festival

that happens conference /

festival that happens in Austin, Texas

every year called South By Southwest. And

they had a panel that was... let me read it

to you specifically: The End of

disability, question mark. Neurotech's Future Frontier. It reads:

nearly 50 million Americans live

with a disability. For many life

frequently requires a constant struggle

to complete even the most mundane tasks.

The emerging discipline of neuro technology,

stimulating the brain electronically is

giving disabled Americans a new hope.

Healing conditions that just a few years

ago were considered incurable. In this

panel blah blah blah. (link of full description below) And there's

just so many problems with this

description I can't even like--requires a

constant struggle for even the most

mundane tasks. Well my life is not a

constant struggle my life you know quite

happy actually, quite good, quite easy. And

what are you talking about doing mundane tasks? I

don't know even what that means. Is that

like brushing your teeth? Or is that like

washing the car? And then is giving

disabled Americans a new hope, healing

conditions that just a few years ago

were considered incurable. I don't

f*cking need your cures or your hope.

What I need is a society to accept me

for who I am. I need my civil rights to

be enforced. I need buildings to be accessible, I need curb cuts to be available

and I need access to affordable

accessible health care. I don't know

about you, but I'm so f*cking sick and

tired hearing the narrative about my

life being a constant struggle and so

miserable and oh my god how can I get a

bed and disability is just the most terrible thing,

and if you're disabled you should just

want to go kill yourself and on and on

and on and on. We in the disabled

community refer to it as ableism. Well I

shouldn't even say in the disabled

community because it's just ableism. Ableism

is when able-bodied people put their

narrative of what they think disability

is onto other people, specifically the

disabled. And excuse me but I think we

know best what our life is and feels

like and means. So when we read headlines

like End of Disability, we get very

offended by that. We get pissed off. We

feel that's wrong. When you question the

validity of disability or disability

identity you're questioning me, you're

questioning my worth as a human being. And

that is just not okay. Now I want to be clear

that yes, obviously there is a need for

research and medical advancements and

when you're talking about diseases like

cancer and Alzheimer's and MS, there

are issues of quality of life and if

things can be done to improve one's

quality of life, to me, that's okay. You

can have advancements in technology and

medicine and not attack disability

identity in the same breath I feel. I

don't think that it has to be one or the

other and so what happens though is many

times the able-bodied you know research

community doesn't get that and they go

straight to this, "Oh, we want to cure you.

Remove disability, we want to erase

disability." And it's like no! no! no! I use

a power scooter to get around. It aids

in my mobility. And if there was a new

feature that came out for my scooter

they made it more comfortable or functional

that'd be great. I'd be all for that. But

that doesn't negate my pride in using a

scooter or questioning my worth as a

human being. It just means maybe I want

to be able to go a little faster on my

scooter. I think we need to restructure

the conversation to talk about treatments

or advancements without going all the

way to saying let's do away with

disability. Because I love being disabled. As

you again-- I'll show you my shirt, I think

being disabled is f*cking awesome! If I

weren't disabled I wouldn't be who I am

today and I think we need to start

really getting loud and proud and

forceful about rewriting the narratives

of what is said to us and about us. And I

guess that's why it was even more

disappointing that South By did this. It's like

come on guys, this is one of the most

hottest tickets to get in town for a

convention, it's I've hear,d I've never

been, but one of the most progressive-- it

is an amalgamation of the top thinkers

in you know pop culture, music, technology,

and to have such progressive minds going

back and leaning on such really f*cked

up rhetoric... I don't know it was just

even all the more disappointing. You know

don't trot out your token disabled

person, even if there glad to be--- you

know hosting the panel, you know maybe

Mr. news reporter correspondent has a

lot of feelings about not being able to

use his arm to be can't go fly airplanes

or do the thing to use to do. But you

know that's not my story, And I know

that's not the story for a lot of people.

And whether he realizes it or not,

he's reinforcing a thought pattern that

says you are less because you can't do

or be who you used to be. And I just 100

million percent feel that that's not

the case. But next year at South By, instead

of having a panel questioning the end of

disability let's have a panel of

disability is f*cking awesome. So bringing

together thought leaders in the

disability community in all the same

categories: music, you know

entrepreneurial ship, technology, telling

our stories, representing. Having it be

positive and inclusive just another step of

working to do away with these really

negative and damaging stereotypes.

It's like such bullsh*t. It just really is.

And it's tiring. We're tired of this struggle, okay?

We'll keep it, but we're

tired. So come on let's get it together.

and as I told you earlier this is my beauty, what is this this is a Royal Enfield Taurus.

so what I will do is I will modify this whole bike by my self.

without any assistance from the shop of anything maximum as possible.

so you guys can watch learn and do it yourself DIY at home because I love bikes and I am

a bike enthusiast as this is my second bike and I love doing stuffs like this so without

further due I tell u guys what are the things I am going to do may by I will try to restore

this chrome mud guard and you can see there is plenty of rust over here and change this

allow wheels because they are ugly and put back the stock rim the one with the forks

and clean this bad boy up restore the chrome on the engine case may b try to restore the

tank if not possible I will change the tank make this a single seater put a good stand

as you can see its rusted and changed the foot pegs what else what else change the handle

so that I can install an extended handle with a damper weight later in videos I will show

you what is a damper weight and what is the purpose of a damper weight.

so as you can see over here this odometer is broken, so I will change the odometer and

speed o meter as well and amps indicator is broken as well and these are the instrument

controls I will change these handles, mirrors, I will keep these mirrors I will paint this

tank and all that stuff I am not sure I haven't decided yet what paint I put may be black matte

or battle green or a same color I don't know lets see.

I still have time to decide and may be restore the head lamps indicators pilot lamps

what else is there.

and remove all the unwanted stuff try to restore the existing stuff instead of replacing because

why I will make the budget so small that I try to fit in everything in a very small budget

that's the main aim of this video or this whole series I want to do i my self and make it
