Waching daily Mar 19 2017

Yo what is going on guys it is your boy

Yogge here and today I have a brand new

video for you guys today there's gonna

be new weapons and call duty infinite

warfare so if you want to hear about

that stay tuned for the video but first

we gotta roll that intro

our guys cutting straight to news I'm

not gonna give you guys like a 30 minute

speech or some shit like that which is

going to get into what we're talking

about today which is some of the new

weapons and the first one up is the VR a

or 46 so here it is here's a picture

full auto energy rifle exhibits great

natural accuracy at the hip due to a

custom barrel action that reduces recoil

aiming down sights increases a faraway

very very interesting weapon so

basically is gonna have a really really

good hip fire from what it's saying

right here because of that barrel or

something like that it reduces the

recoil from head fire I'm not sure about

when your abs but right here it says you

know hipfire you're gonna have less

precautions probably going to be the

best that fire weapon and aiming down

sights increases the fire which is very

very interesting i'm not sure what

happens to the damage the station does

not put apparently this weapon is gonna

be very very good time it just look at

what it's saying again we don't have

stats it could be like a lmg like don't

do so you know you know it that case is

garbage but right now we don't know what

it is but it feels like an a or like for

example to MV born in this house in and

shoot even faster that's gonna be pretty

crazy next weapon is the Hades good look

up for you just go look whatever I see

this shit I start laughing I don't know

why but anyways enough of what I'm

talking about so this full auto

ballistic firearm has dual barrels and

dual magazines which provides both

increased bullets down range as well as

faster reload so it has dual barrels

which again is going to shoot faster

because of that I'm guessing and it's

also going to reload much faster because

it has dual magazine they're very very

interesting weapon I'm guessing this is

gonna be an SMG it looks very much like

your mp5 let me just say that much as

well oh no I don't know what it's gonna

be totally two guys me in the comments

down below and this right here so leave

a like for this this looks like the Sten

gun to me look at this shit I me again

it says weapon underscore MP 28 if we

don't have much information on this but

I mean again these are straight out of

the files I don't believe this is

released yet but look at this look

distend gun is gonna be an incident

warfare now is this

another sign that the next call duty is

going to be going back to this time

period where they offended I don't know

but it's gonna be a definite warfare to

stay tuned for that and mother oh my god

what the hell is this shit I don't know

but it says weapon underscore many lmg

and mate as you see it's a minigun which

I'm guessing if it does make it into the

game is gonna be an lmg and this shit

look crazy I mean we already got the

mauler right that's just crazy to it's

kind of like that minigun as well but

this one this is on another level look

at this hour all this one it's fake or

not again as you see the model is that

fully finished yet so I don't know that

could be like coming soon I don't know

but so much you guys think about this

gun and the comments down below and just

tells you guys think in general about

the new weapon so I guys remember that

this is and in like end process it's not

finished yet as you guys can tell by the

Sten gun and the minigun you know

obviously the minigun looks like it's

from a cartoon game because not finished

yet in all the details and stuff like

that and you know the Sten gun has like

the MP underscore you know doesn't have

a full name yet so just remember that so

I'm gonna guess that this might be

coming in next month or in the next two

months so stay tuned for that but tell

me what you guys think the comments down

below about this weapon leave a like if

you were available macaque days off the

end yeah see you guys on the next one

Lego Batman Movie Joker Notorious Lowrider 70906 Vs Indominus Rex Jurasssic World Unboxing Animated - Duration: 13:22.

Wow guys we got another awesome set from

the new batman lego movie this is the Batman movie The Joker Notorious Lowrider 70906 stop time animation speed build

Joker notorious lowrider this is set in

7 09 06 and it comes with Batgirl Harley

Quinn in the Joker and if you guys

enjoyed the speed build of this and

animation please go ahead and click like

this the thumbs up button under the

video and drop me a comment I do read

all your comments and I love reading

them in our reply back to them as soon

as possible that's also going to help me

that I could do more or lego speed

builds for you guys and if you guys have

any suggestions what you want to see

built let me know and here's the options

it looks like the Joker could shoot us

some type of weapon out of the trunk

over here the bat girl has batarangs you

get the joke or Harley Quinn's got a bat

looks like his lowrider the shocks go up

and down he's got a megaphone you can

see there the trunk is popping open and

shooting a missile awesome ok let's go

ahead and have some fun ok let's see

what we had in here Oh looks like you

got some big bags of Legos ok so we got

the number two big bags we've got a

number one big bag we've got a number

three big bag and you have two books of

instructions and looks like you got the

stickers here too so

probably get a neat goes and let's see

if this shows off some of the other of

batman lego sets they usually do okay so

here's some of them I already built this

Clayface one so if you haven't seen that

video go ahead and check it out I would

like to build the other one and target

also has an exclusive off penguin car

which looks really cool so let's go

ahead and check it out

okay so here is Joker's car all built

you've seen this speed build let me know

if you guys like that and also the

animation because I love making those

animations for you guys so if you do

like it go ahead and click like and let

me know what you would like to see

change so let's go ahead and take a look

at this car all around first of all

we're going to start here with the tires

it has real rubber tires that move up

and down the exhaust pipe here will

actually swing all the way out and AH

the shocks go up and down so this could

be like a lowrider like bouncing on its

shock so if you push the back down it

locks down with the front up if you push

the front down all usually it locks okay

there we go so it locked there and then

also if you lift it up it comes back to

front position and it locks on the sides

too so you could have it going down like

that there or going down like that over

here so it's a really cool lowrider I

mean I really like those the bouncing

effect so that is cool you don't push it

up you don't push it that hard you could

have a bouncing up and down like its own

shock so that is super cool then of

course you got the big old Joker horn

here so he could push it and like scare

whoever is in front of him looking at

the front of the car you have a joker

license plate you have a chicken as an

ornament here on the front of his car

and then you have like to like stick

shift here of the front whatever that is

for I have absolutely no idea and then

checking off the other side you can see

once again rubber tires these would be

like the probably exhaust

and because car is probably

super-powered I mean it is the Joker so

he's going to have to make a getaway you

have haha license plates on the back and

then let's go ahead and take a look at

comp area so the trunk area is cool it's

got the rubber tire on the back you pop

it open and that's where you got the two

missiles so you're going to push in the

car here there's two buttons here and

you could fire off the missiles there

and give you a better view so it's like

fat girl who's coming up on the car and

jokes we wanted to get rid of her just

fire the missile on down she goes and it

does fire with a really good velocity

and then let's go ahead and take a look

at the inside of the car ok so here we

got a good look at the inside of the car

if you want we could pop off the top

there you can see you got speakers here

that move up and down you got speakers

back there pushing these buttons is what

fires the missile these two blue buttons

you have some type of stereo system

behind the seat there and of course you

got some type of a leopard-print seating

in there which is very like what would

you mean like 50s or 60s style but it is

the Joker so the Joker's probably really

used actually it'd be like zebras again

knowing the Joker you probably used real

zebra skin to make it the characters fit

in there and they go for a ride awesome

then taking a look at the characters

themselves Joker has this little like

pistol thing that shoots out it says

bang is that a real bullets and then uh

hair does come off he's got a different

face so if you rotate it he's got his

very scary looking smiling face

he has to figure out how to put his hair

back okay and then he's got the regular

Joker's do arms move legs move there's a

good look at the back of him and then

we've got Batgirl so you can go ahead

and pop her well not her legs off offer

mask off so she's got to look to their

it's like almost let go what in the

world look in here it's like smile then

you've got the mask here with her

ponytail coming off the back I show you

in a moment ah she's got to batter ranks

to throw she's got a utility belt the

bat symbol on her chest you could see

her legs there she's got a really cool

cape in the back like I said a ponytail

that actually moved around and then

here's a look at the back of her

and then here is Harley Quinn he's

pretty evil looking she's shirt says

smile X on the front her hat hair does

come off she's got a smiley face and a

frowny face of course because she is

totally nuts I thought was heard the

smiley face was probably the opposite

she's probably normal I mean she's

probably normal when she's frowning and

when she's smiling you better watch out

if you've got the bat her regular like

weird looking outfit there and he was a

good look at the back of her it's sick

look at that symbol on her jacket it's

like a bomb of she's using like a bomb

for bowling so that's the three

characters and the car let me know what

you thought of it because that was a lot

of fun to do I like doing the

stop-motion speed build they are a lot

of fun and if you did enjoy it make sure

you click like ah drop me a comment I do

How2MOOC 5.4 Who Fund a Social MOOC? - Duration: 5:41.

After you've considered the five strategies

we outlined in the previous section, and have secured some resources for your MOOC, we can

now look into the funding opportunities.

As mentioned earlier on, the MOOC is a new concept and, most likely, when you approach

a human services funder with the word "MOOC", the common reaction will be, "What?"

Even when that funder traditionally funds the type of services that you are trying to

MOOC, it is not going to be easy to persuade them to move the services online.

Writing a funding proposal is often time-consuming and no matter where you apply, the competition

for funding in the non-profit sector is always furious.

So you do need some strategies to avoid being frustrated by too many rejections.

Not only do you need to find out where to ask for money, more importantly, you need

to know the right timing, right level and stage, as well as the right amount.

First, where to apply for MOOC funding - Check the funding sources that are designated

to online projects.

Major Internet companies and organizations, such as Google and the Mozilla Foundation,

all fund projects that are Internet related.

- Target the funding sources that are earmarked for training, professional development, and

capacity building in your sector.

This is the kind of service area which can be intuitively associated with a MOOC, an

online course.

If you already are known for delivering quality training and workshop sessions, you may be

able to help your traditional funders visualize how the service will be delivered online and

still produce the same if not better and greater results.

- Target progressive funders that promote social innovation and encourage new ideas.

The Vital Idea grant that supports this MOOC is this type of funding.

- Even the most conservative funders may have small pockets of money for innovative service approaches.

If they walk their talk, you may receive funding from them as long as your MOOC's outcomes

align perfectly with their traditional funding priorities.

- Choose funders who primarily fund projects that have at least a regional scope, better

still, a national or even an international scope. Look for community investment funders in the corporate sector who are usually more

tolerant of experimental approaches, especially when the funding request is considered as

a one-off charity donation.

For instance, all the cash contribution that our first MOOC received was from the RBC Foundation,

a major Canadian bank's charity arm.

Second, which funding stage and

level should we target?

- Major funders, especially the government grant makers, usually set several funding levels.

Logically, they are more relaxed with seed-level funding, but are extremely rigid about multi-year

bigger funding that requires capital investment.

It's advisable that you respond to the Calls-for-Proposals that ask for pilot projects and new initiatives.

- Some social innovation incubator funds would be perfect for a MOOC project that is still

in the ideation stage.

Though these latter types of funding might be small, they are less challenging to get

and usually do not demand tedious paperwork and allow flexibility to experiment with new

things.

One thing you need to be aware of is that, no matter how familiar a funder is with your

work in the field of in-person services, if they have never had experience with you in

a MOOC project, you will likely be treated as a new applicant.

Therefore you should choose an appropriate grant level for your MOOC project.

Third, how much should you ask for?

All grants will set a maximum amount that you can request.

When you apply for seed-level funding, even if you get 100% of the maximum allowance,

it usually won't cover all your legitimate costs.

So it's really tempting for an applicant to put in a request that touches the funding

ceiling.

But it is important to stick to the expense lines they fund.

Many grant makers define the specific lines they fund and will exclude all ineligible

cost regardless of whether they are unavoidable expenses in your budget.

It would be smart to make sure what you ask fits logically within the eligible expense

lines.

Moreover, most such seed grants assume a venture capitalist kind of approach.

They always ask you to find other contributors.

That is why we used a full section to talk about how you can creatively make up this

funding gap.

Last but not least, although it's very hard to find core funding for the full cost of

a MOOC project, it's a lot easier to find seemingly unrelated small grants to cover

bits and pieces of the project.

For instance, if you want to hire a couple of tech-savvy people to help with the tech

aspect of the project, there're numerous youth employment funds that help young people

gain work experience through subsidized employment.

Governments also give financial incentives for creating summer jobs.

It's imperative for a non-profit organization to seize all these opportunities to fund an

innovative project like a MOOC.

How2MOOC 6.1 Project Management Lessons learned - Duration: 4:47.

Project management skills are crucial to a MOOC project.

I do not intend to give a crash course on project management here, rather I'd like

to reflect on some of the lessons we have learned in the course of producing our four MOOCs.

A MOOC project can go wrong in many ways.

Our MOOCs would have failed if we hadn't spotted problems and taken corrective actions

right away.

In my research and personal experience, I found the following are the most common mistakes

Social MOOC producers make that lead the project into very difficult situations, if not total failures.

Common mistake number one: misalignment of MOOC project objectives

There are many factors that might lead to the misalignment of project objectives.

It might be that the MOOC creators decide on a subject and target audience that do not

match the organization's strategic goals; or the instructor and curriculum designers

choose what to teach based on their own preferences without understanding what their clients want

and need to learn; or the intended project outcomes are not what the key stakeholders,

such as the project funders, desire.

All these problems could be mitigated by meticulously examining the questions that we set out in Module Two.

Plunging into a MOOC project without a thorough consultation with key stakeholders can be

very dangerous.

Common mistake number two: weak leadership in the full cycle of a MOOC project

To carry a MOOC from inception to successful implementation you need strong leaders at all levels.

On the senior management level, you need a project sponsor who ensures that the project

receives the requisite resources and that the staff who work on the project are well

supported and motivated.

On the project management level, you need a project manager who is a good communicator

and methodical organizer.

On the design and production level, you need staff, contractors, and volunteers who have

the skills to tackle the tasks and take initiatives to work creatively within limitations.

If an organization sees a Social MOOC project as one staff person's work and does not

have a good team to support that person, the project is destined to fail.

Common mistake number three: miscalculation of the cost

In our sector, we do things from our hearts, often overlooking the financial bottom line.

The miscalculation is usually an underestimation of the costs for personnel and other resources

that the MOOC legitimately requires.

Again, there might be many reasons

behind this mistake.

One main reason, which may not be anyone's fault, is that, because Social MOOCs are a

new concept, there's hardly any data available for us to reference.

But often we submit a grossly underestimated budget because we want to impress funders

in the cutthroat funding competition.

I'll talk more about solving this problem in the section on best practices in risk management.

Speaking of "Risk Management", the biggest common mistake we see is actually the lack

of risk management planning in a MOOC project.

We people who work in non-profits tend to be hopelessly optimistic.

The optimism helps us carry various projects through daunting challenges to success.

But this also implies huge risks to ourselves.

It is okay to assume that your project manager will be healthy and sound till the course

closes out, your volunteer instructor will stay committed, and your equipment will not

break down in the next six months, but any unverified assumption spells risk.

When any of these risks materialize and you don't have a contingency plan,

your project is doomed.

That is why I'll designate a full section to talk about risk management in your MOOC plan.

As scary as it may sound, all these mistakes can be avoided if we bear these cautions in

mind from the inception of a project, and make sure that we have the requisite resources,

have a well-thought-out plan and have strong leadership in all levels of the project to

fully carry out the plan.

At the end of this module, there's a quiz for an organizational readiness check.

If your organization doesn't score a passing grade, you should think twice before launching

into a MOOC project.

What Is It Like To Make A Soul Contract - Duration: 12:00.

What Is It Like To Make A Soul Contract

by Gregg Prescott, M.S.

Are you aware of the many soul contracts you made before you were born?

Imagine you are on the other side with Source and you are telling him that you would like

to come back to this planet.

This is what it might be like:

Source: Why would you like to go back to Earth, my precious one?

You: The Earth is going to need additional light and energy during the time frame that

I have chosen to incarnate, so I would like to volunteer my services to help this planet.

Also, there are a few things I didnt accomplish the last time I was there.

Source: So far, so good, Little Me.

What would you like to accomplish there?

You: Well, I made a couple mistakes that hurt a few people in my previous incarnation, so

Ive made prearrangements to meet with these people back on Earth to atone for the things

I did.

In one specific instance, we decided that this time around, I would be in the other

persons shoes, so I could experience how she felt after I hurt her in my last incarnation,

while she is going to try to be loving and forgiving of my mistakes.

If we can accomplish this, then all karma will be removed.

If we cannot accomplish this in my next incarnation, we will both agree to forgive one another

to remove the karmic debt.

Source: Please continue, my child of light.

What other challenges do you want to experience?

You: I have chosen my parents and specific time, place and date of birth, which will

allow me to experience what life is like for someone who is poor.

It will also give me a specific energy signature that will be most conducive for accomplishing

all of the goals and challenges I have made during my next incarnation, by providing a

life map of specific situations and scenarios which will help trigger the meeting of thousands

of other soul contracts that I have made with other people to help me achieve these goals.

In5D Trivia: Everyone has a completely unique energy signature.

Even if someone was born at the same exact hour, minute, and second as you, the location

of your birth would make their energy signature different from yours.

Even if someone was born at the same hour, minute, and second as you AND was born in

a hospital bed next to yours, the few feet difference between beds would create a completely

different energy signature.

Even TWINS have completely different energy signatures!

Your energy signature is completely UNIQUE from everyone elses and its what makes

you, YOU!

I will be born under the sign of Libra in the Northern hemisphere at 10:19 am Earth

time.

I chose this specific energy signature because it will give me balance and fair judgment.

My parents and I have made arrangements for this to happen in the Earth year of 1983.

I will have one brother and one sister, whom Ive also made arrangements with.

In my last incarnation, I was a struggling housewife during the Great Depression, so

this time around, I would like to come back as a male.

As a child, I want to learn how to play sports because as an adult, I will need to know the

origins of the divide and conquer principles that are on Earth so I can help to spread

the light on how these principles can be used to our advantage by working together as a

team while pursuing a common goal.

I have made soul contracts with every person that will be on my sports teams, along with

every competitor.

My adolescent experiences and friends will help to guide me towards my life purpose as

these have also been prearranged.

I have also agreed to gratefully experience polarity and duality although I may sometimes

question why I decided to come back here.

I will make many mistakes during my journey with the realization that I will spiritually

grow from every one of them and will view each obstacle as an opportunity for spiritual

evolvement.

Through marriage, I will experience heartbreak through divorce and elation through the birth

of my 3 children, all of whom have made arrangements for this to occur before the Earth age of

25 years old.

Every single person that I encounter will help to catalyze my journey as we have all

made arrangements to meet at specific Earth times.

In turn, I will also help other peoples journeys through these connections.

Through Free Will, I may not fulfill all of my contracts just as those who have made contracts

with me may not fulfill theirs, either.

I have selected the specific awakening codes of 11:11 and 333 to remind me of my purpose

here.

When I see these synchronistic numbers, I will know that I am on the right path of my

journey, although I may not specifically remember what this journey is to entail.

I will require exactly 37 Earth years, 3 Earth months, 7 Earth days, 3 Earth hours and 37

Earth seconds to accomplish my goals and at that point, I will return back to you after

losing to a bout with cancer.

While I will predecease my parents, we have all agreed to the terms of my soul contract,

as this is also part of the experiences that are required for their own, personal soul

contracts.

My children will be safe with their mother as they begin to fulfill their own soul contracts.

My oldest daughter will use my death to inspire her to go to school for medicine.

At the moment she turns 37 Earth years, 3 Earth months, 7 Earth days, 3 Earth hours

and 37 Earth seconds old, she will discover a cure for cancer and will dedicate the cure

to me, while helping millions of people overcome the cure that was deemed incurable.

The number 37 will be one of her awakening codes.

Source: Once again, I must remind you that you will not be allowed to remember all of

the soul contracts that you have made because it wouldnt be as challenging or as magical

when you meet these people and attain your goals.

You: I know, but I swear, this time Im gonna remember!

Just you wait and see!

Source: haha

Farley Malorrus gave one of the best analogies Ive seen on soul contracts:

If you want to understand this stuff in a more logical sense, imagine going to a college

for 10 years, and setting up your course, for all the things you are going to study

in that college.

Registration is pure hell as you know if youve ever done it.

All the best classes and teachers are grabbed up first, and if you are late or get closed

out, you end up with difficult courses, and the teachers arent as good.

These are the unwanted classes, but when we are looking at this example I like to identify

the birth chart as a map of the curriculum that you have signed up to participate in

this life cycle, as far as Karmic experience, Soul growth and potentials, if any.

These things can be discovered by looking at your birth chart.

What you are trying to do is plug into the Cosmic knowledge and metaphysical truth, that

lies in the intuitive mind, plug into this vast ocean of consciousness (like they say

we only have 5 to 10% of our brain capacity.

If we had 100% wed all be much better Astrologers than Farley Malorrus).

When you were on the other side, you made thousands of soul contracts.

Many of these people have only crossed your path several times, but have helped to make

you the person you are today.

Each persons role is as equally important no matter how big or small it may appear.

You wanted to make millions of soul contracts because they all seemed so attainable while

you were on the other side but now, you are very grateful that you only made thousands

of them!

The above article is an extremely small example of the thousands of soul contracts that you

made when you were on the other side with Source.

You went over every minute detail and made specific arrangements will everyone you have

met in your life.

You chose the specific year, date, time and specific geographic location of your birth

so you would have the precise energy signature of your zodiacal sign to help you achieve

your life goals.

You chose your parents, socioeconomic situation, and friends along with all of the challenges

that you have endured or will endure in your lifetime.

While this may seem somewhat overwhelming while you are here on Earth, it was a relatively

easy accomplishment when you were on the other side as a multidimensional being that could

make hundreds of soul contracts all at the same time.

Much of what you have experienced has been agreed upon at some point in your life through

your soul contract.

You have allowed Free Will to interact with your soul contract to add a little spice and

variety into your life as well.

The most important lessons to learn are being presented to you every day through the relationships

youve had along with everything you have experienced as they are all leading you to

accomplish your purpose here on Earth.

But what if there is an option were not being told about?

How can I avoid making another soul contract?

Its simple.

Dont agree to signing one.

How can I avoid making another soul contract?

It appears that the reincarnation system is flawed as it perpetually keeps us looped into

a system that keeps us trapped within subservience, control and conformity.

Karma is used against us, instead as a learning experience, as a means to guilt us into reincarnation

with an alleged debt to repay.

You can read more about this in the article, How To Exit The Reincarnation System.

In alchemy, the saying, as above, so below applies to the reincarnation system.

Just like in this 3rd dimensional reality, we are constantly giving our true, divine

power away to others instead of claiming it for ourselves and we do this every day.

For example, whenever you buy something, money represents an energy that you had to earn

through economic subservience.

In other words, you had to give away your energy and power to whoever employs you so

you can, in turn, use this form of energy.

Another thing that I question is how we can have past life regressions yet not remember

them in this incarnation.

It is apparent that our past lives are locked into our cellular memories yet our waking

minds are clueless about them.

Wouldnt it make more sense to be able to recall your past lives in order to learn from

past mistakes versus repeating the same mistake over and over again?

Is this some sort of a cruel cosmic joke being played on us?

Some will argue that there is too much trauma associated with our past lives and it is there

as a protective mechanism, but as evidenced by numerous past life regressions, if we are

able to view our past lives as an observer, then the trauma is completely removed from

those situations.

If, by some chance, I am lured back into this reincarnation system, I will NOT agree to

any soul contracts.

I will choose to come back on my own volition, simply to experience whatever it is that I

choose.

ANGRY AF ABOUT ABLEIST PANEL AT 2017 SXSW #ENDOFDISABILITY [CC] - Duration: 8:05.

Hey guys welcome back to my channel. I'm

Jody. You know, there are a few topics

that I get as fired up about as the

one I'm going to talk about today.

And this t-shirt should give you some

clue about how fired up I am.

So I was laying in bed the other night

going through my twitter feed as I often

do, and I came upon this hashtag end of

disability. And I was like okay, what's this

about? Turns out that there's a big festival

that happens conference /

festival that happens in Austin, Texas

every year called South By Southwest. And

they had a panel that was... let me read it

to you specifically: The End of

disability, question mark. Neurotech's Future Frontier. It reads:

nearly 50 million Americans live

with a disability. For many life

frequently requires a constant struggle

to complete even the most mundane tasks.

The emerging discipline of neuro technology,

stimulating the brain electronically is

giving disabled Americans a new hope.

Healing conditions that just a few years

ago were considered incurable. In this

panel blah blah blah. (link of full description below) And there's

just so many problems with this

description I can't even like--requires a

constant struggle for even the most

mundane tasks. Well my life is not a

constant struggle my life you know quite

happy actually, quite good, quite easy. And

what are you talking about doing mundane tasks? I

don't know even what that means. Is that

like brushing your teeth? Or is that like

washing the car? And then is giving

disabled Americans a new hope, healing

conditions that just a few years ago

were considered incurable. I don't

f*cking need your cures or your hope.

What I need is a society to accept me

for who I am. I need my civil rights to

be enforced. I need buildings to be accessible, I need curb cuts to be available

and I need access to affordable

accessible health care. I don't know

about you, but I'm so f*cking sick and

tired hearing the narrative about my

life being a constant struggle and so

miserable and oh my god how can I get a

bed and disability is just the most terrible thing,

and if you're disabled you should just

want to go kill yourself and on and on

and on and on. We in the disabled

community refer to it as ableism. Well I

shouldn't even say in the disabled

community because it's just ableism. Ableism

is when able-bodied people put their

narrative of what they think disability

is onto other people, specifically the

disabled. And excuse me but I think we

know best what our life is and feels

like and means. So when we read headlines

like End of Disability, we get very

offended by that. We get pissed off. We

feel that's wrong. When you question the

validity of disability or disability

identity you're questioning me, you're

questioning my worth as a human being. And

that is just not okay. Now I want to be clear

that yes, obviously there is a need for

research and medical advancements and

when you're talking about diseases like

cancer and Alzheimer's and MS, there

are issues of quality of life and if

things can be done to improve one's

quality of life, to me, that's okay. You

can have advancements in technology and

medicine and not attack disability

identity in the same breath I feel. I

don't think that it has to be one or the

other and so what happens though is many

times the able-bodied you know research

community doesn't get that and they go

straight to this, "Oh, we want to cure you.

Remove disability, we want to erase

disability." And it's like no! no! no! I use

a power scooter to get around. It aids

in my mobility. And if there was a new

feature that came out for my scooter

they made it more comfortable or functional

that'd be great. I'd be all for that. But

that doesn't negate my pride in using a

scooter or questioning my worth as a

human being. It just means maybe I want

to be able to go a little faster on my

scooter. I think we need to restructure

the conversation to talk about treatments

or advancements without going all the

way to saying let's do away with

disability. Because I love being disabled. As

you again-- I'll show you my shirt, I think

being disabled is f*cking awesome! If I

weren't disabled I wouldn't be who I am

today and I think we need to start

really getting loud and proud and

forceful about rewriting the narratives

of what is said to us and about us. And I

guess that's why it was even more

disappointing that South By did this. It's like

come on guys, this is one of the most

hottest tickets to get in town for a

convention, it's I've hear,d I've never

been, but one of the most progressive-- it

is an amalgamation of the top thinkers

in you know pop culture, music, technology,

and to have such progressive minds going

back and leaning on such really f*cked

up rhetoric... I don't know it was just

even all the more disappointing. You know

don't trot out your token disabled

person, even if there glad to be--- you

know hosting the panel, you know maybe

Mr. news reporter correspondent has a

lot of feelings about not being able to

use his arm to be can't go fly airplanes

or do the thing to use to do. But you

know that's not my story, And I know

that's not the story for a lot of people.

And whether he realizes it or not,

he's reinforcing a thought pattern that

says you are less because you can't do

or be who you used to be. And I just 100

million percent feel that that's not

the case. But next year at South By, instead

of having a panel questioning the end of

disability let's have a panel of

disability is f*cking awesome. So bringing

together thought leaders in the

disability community in all the same

categories: music, you know

entrepreneurial ship, technology, telling

our stories, representing. Having it be

positive and inclusive just another step of

working to do away with these really

negative and damaging stereotypes.

It's like such bullsh*t. It just really is.

And it's tiring. We're tired of this struggle, okay?

We'll keep it, but we're

tired. So come on let's get it together.

I'm going to actually send a link to this

video to the organizers of South By Southwest

and probably NeuroTech as

well. So if you agree with me please give

me a big thumbs up, if you want to

comment below please do. I think it's

important that they hear all of our

voices and so the more you know

visibility we can give to this video, you

are helping to support, you're adding to

this voice, you're helping get the

message across. So let's stop talking

about ending disability and let's start

talking about how f*cking awesome it is

to be disabled.

And the end of the whole

struggle and life is terrible and if

you're disabled you're miserable blah blah

blah blah blah blah (gagging sound) f*cking gag me with a spoon.
