DIY Blue Ombré Dyed Canvas Shoes Tutorial | Michaels - Duration: 1:15.

Make it EASY DIY Ombre Canvas Sneakers

First, remove the laces and set them aside.

Tip: Use gloves to protect your hands.

Spray the shows with water to dampen the canvas.

Pour some of the RIT liquid dye into a disposable cup; them dip a brush into the dye.

Lightly press the brush to the top of the shoes toe. The wet canvas of the show should wick some of the dye and spread it organically.

To keep the ombre even across your shoe, work vertically, from the tip of the shoe to the back.

You can spread the dye to the back of the shoe using a paintbrush dipped in water.

Continue this until both shoes are colored as much as you want.

Let dry for 24-48 hours and replace the laces.

get all those negative beliefs out the way you've got to get all those fears

out the way all that stuff rattling around inside your subconscious that's

been probed around into you by every movie you've watched by what your

parents said by if you're religious by what church temple you go to by the

television by the radio by your peers by every single person around you during

your whole life in it goes all the staff creating friction creating beliefs

creating filters you've got to get them all now we've talked about that in other

videos how to do it if you still don't know I highly

recommend you go and study neuro-linguistic programming courses

it's a very very effective psychology for you to be able to work on this very

quickly for me to be able to do videos on that here I would have to do 300

videos it would be a huge undertaking I could do it I made it in the future but

for now go check it out go buy a couple of NLP books couple 1lb courses did she

have to do so that's one way to reduce the friction

the other way to reduce frig the first video in my internal aqueon fact the

first couple of videos in my internal alchemy playlist learning has a breeze

properly if you learn how to breathe properly and you learn how to breathe in

the pronet breathing the cheap and hold it in obviously your body can flow

better by learning about the Dan Tien by opening your Kundalini all these

all these things you are reducing friction and therefore you increasing

energy but here's the big one too dramatically

dramatically increase your energy reducing the friction as it were there

is one particular belief that probably everyone who watches this video and if

not it's going to be very rare the person that doesn't

even I think there was another theory that he said I might be misremembering

this but you go to the speed of light squared that would be pretty fast but

the point is the whole basis of this is there is nothing there are no particles

it's literally just energy we know this we've been told this everything is

energy everything is energy everything is energy but to realize your body

there's not one single particle in your body what you eat there's not one single

particle the house you live in there's not one single particle the bicycle you

ride is not made of one single particle it's all just energy bonding to itself

going creating energy energy energy energy energy

and when you contemplate this and you really take this in a lot of people have

said this to their mind just goes

because if we're all energy and our DNA is energy and our DNA can receive and

pass out and our nervous system is just an energy Ariel and energy transfer era

to receive and send out not just within our body but in and out because our

brain waves can't go past the skull it's a physical thing in the way but there

isn't a physical thing because it's all just energy and of course they can get

out that's how we can do brain scans by reading EEG sensors they sense

everything's energy if you are not made of particles you're only made of energy

then everything that flows is you all you do is flow how do you increase your

energy if all you are is energy by realizing all you are is energy and when

you realize this stress is friction negative emotions are friction disease

is created by fruit negative thoughts are friction arguments are friction

and how powerful is this friction well you walk into a room where two people

have been having a major argument you can cut the atmosphere with a knife

that's how much friction it causes so you realize that you are just energy

everything you do is energy everything you eat is energy everything you think

is energy what you want is even vibrational energy smooth energy sine

wave cut a cosine wave energy working together and then there is one other

type of energy that again Nikola Tesla talked about it

this is the tesla wave energy the scalar energy the long to choose a little wave

energy bom bom is it directly straight line you know nothing straight but it's

so straight it seems to be straight what is scaler energy it's quite difficult to

be able to explain it but if you know anything about they talk

about this in physics you have quantum entangled two particles act the same at

the same time in two different places there's no explanation for I sensed I

couldn't explain it well Tesla did explain

through scalar energy but scalar energy long to to dinner waves move faster than

the speed of light and so therefore there can be and they don't over

distance they don't lose force they don't lose energy yeah they stay the

same therefore it assumes if you have two

particles which obviously our particles are just energy connected by

longitudinal waves by scalar energy if this one does this this one does this or

if they're polar will do the opposite long as you know ways it explains what

Newtonian and Einsteinian physicists can't see

when you understand this everything's energy everything's linked with energy

you can then think what energy healing how does it work how can I do it here

and is instantly working with someone over there

scalar energy wave boom I'm doing here it's going out through scalar energy

boom to them healing I'm not trying to heal particles and just making the

energy of that person vibrate evenly or the place in their body that has uneven

vibration due to friction all I'm doing is evening out the way to me at least

when you think about it like that all of this stuff actually starts to

make logical sense that can be explained

contemplate on it have a think about it to grow your energy you will grow your

energy by reducing the friction of all these things by realizing with no more

than energy when you really grass that that there's no such thing as a particle

Newton was wrong even if he was right but just assume he is wrong as I always

said believe everything but nothing that will increase your energy flow increase

your power whether it's impossibilities intuition magic it doesn't matter what

it is it will increase substantially what you can do as soon as you truly get

Science has shown that there are seven types of foods that you can eat to improve your

But this is chocked packed full of proanthocyanadins that basically, like magnets, go to your eye

as antioxidants.Now I want to know what you've done for your vision in the past, because

I've seenchanges in myself, I've seen changes in thousands of patients, if they begin to

ingest more foods that are high in luteins, zeaxanthin, vitamin C, proanthocyanadins,

and vitamin A. And these foods that I laid out for you, if you can incorporate them into

Since it's Valentine's Day, I'd like to focus on the bedroom.

Today, I want you to have a love affair.

A love affair with your soul and what turns your soul on?

Well, sleep of course!

Sleep is critical to the function of your soul.

Sleep is when your ego turns off and your soul takes over, refreshing your body, mind and spirit.

But today, sleep is often seen as an inconvenience and there is so much to distract us from sleep.

So many things that seem more important than sleep.

But what could be more important than giving your soul the time it needs to fill you with soulfulness?

Nothing really!

For Valentine's Day, consider the do's and don'ts in the bedroom:

If you must have electronics or work in your bedroom,

start a routine of shutting them down and maybe even covering them with a cloth when you get ready for bed

As much as you're able, try to eliminate electronics, working and arguments in your bedroom at any hour.

Have a love affair with your soul by reserving the bedroom for sleep, lovemaking and your evening and morning routine.

If you feel moved, write about this below because sharing is good for your soul.

Malin Andersson gets sweet Valentine's Day message after baby's tragic death - News Today - Duration: 3:29.

  Malin Andersson has received a sweet Valentine's Day tribute from her boyfriend just weeks after their baby tragically died

  The Love Island star and her boyfriend Tom Kemp laid little Consy-Gloria to rest last week

 The baby lost her life at just one month old after being born seven weeks early

 Today, Tom tried to bring his girlfriend some happiness by celebrating the day of love

  Sharing a loved-up pictured of them embracing and about to kiss, he wrote on Instagram : "My valentine"

 Malin and Tom were left heartbroken when their daughter passed away after fighting for her life

 The little one had been in intensive care at London's Great Ormond Street Hospital ever since she arrived seven weeks early on December 23

 She died on January 22.  Malin had reached out to her fans asking for their prayers and support

 Following her passing, Malin shared a heartbreaking poem.  It said: "I lived my life inside of you, cocooned in all your love

So mama, papa, please don't cry. I'm still with you, just up above.  "I felt your every heartbeat, it's my sweetest melody

And for every heavenly bedtime, the angels play it back to me.  "I know how much that I am wanted, I feel so very blessed, of all the mummies in the world, I got the very best

"   Titled Little Butterfly, the poem was written by mother Amy Farquhar for her late son Alfie James, who died in the womb after attempts to separate him from his twin failed

 It continued: "You think of me in all your waking hours, and on those sleepless nights

Just look out the window and you'll find me. The brightest star, the most dazzling light

 "I'm that little breeze in the summer, and I'm that unexpected white feather. I plucked it from my downy wings so that you remember we are always together

 "I know how much it hurt your soul when we had to say goodbye. But I'm not gone, I'm always here, your sweet little butterfly

"  Consy was named after Malin's late mother, who died in 2017 after battling breast cancer for a third time

 And sharing a picture of her daughter hooked up to breathing tube, Malin said Consy had gone to be with her grandmother

 She said: "Completely in love with you. and my Mum just wanted you to be with her

Your time wasn't ready yet. Mummy loves you. I stayed with you each day. you opened your eyes one last time for me and I saw those beautiful big brown eyes

My name is Jerry Potter and man,

Instagram has been releasing features,

new stickers for Instagram stories so fast,

including the Instagram countdown sticker.

By the end of this video you'll know how

to use the Instagram countdown sticker,

and probably more helpfully,

some great ideas that you can use

to use it in your business.

Including one way to use the countdown

sticker as a contest that I haven't seen anybody use yet.

All right?

So we'll get to that here in just a second.

And by the way, spoiler alert,

one of the things people can do

when seeing a countdown in your sticker

is choose to be notified when the countdown ends,

which leads to all kinds of possibilities.

I'm assuming you already know the basics

of Instagram stories as you're watching this.

If not, I've got a full tutorial

on how to use Instagram stories

and you can get that link in the description of this video.

But first thing you wanna do is either

take your picture or video in Instagram,

or load it from your camera roll.

So this is a graphic I created and loaded in here.

And then I'm going to grab the countdown sticker.

So the stickers are all in this little icon

on the upper right that looks

like a smiley face on a Post-it note.

I don't know if that's what it's supposed to be or not,

that's what I always describe it as.

Click on that, these are all my different possible stickers.

Over here on the right it says countdown,

that's the one I want.

And it loads a countdown.

The countdown name can be what you're counting down to,

a question, whatever you want.

So I'm going to just say this

is gonna be a live lesson for Instagram.

So let's just say lesson begins in.

Then at the bottom of that countdown

I'm gonna click set end date and time.

So I tap on that.

Go ahead and choose today's date when I'm recording this.

And then underneath it says all day.

If you choose all day,

then you're just counting down

to a specific day like your birthday or a holiday

or the day you leave for vacation, whatever it might be.

The timer will end at midnight local time on that day.

If that's not what you want, turn that switch off

and now you can actually choose a specific time.

So I'm gonna go ahead and just set this for 6:00 p.m.

And as you can see in the middle there,

the numbers have started moving

because it's go time, people.

So this live lesson on Instagram

is gonna be starting in an hour and 22 minutes.

Now once you've got your time set,

you can resize it, rotate it, move it,

whatever you wanna do just like

any other sticker on Instagram.

I'm gonna go ahead and put it right down there.

And then when you're tapped into it at the top,

you'll see this color spectrum circle.

I can tap on that.

You cannot choose the exact colors that you want it to be,

but there are actually quite a few options as you can see.

So I'm gonna go back to the red one

just 'cause I like that as a nice bright call to action.

And then I'm gonna add one more thing underneath

and that is going to be an additional call to action.

I'm going to say click here to be reminded.

And I'm gonna try and draw an arrow,

I am terrible at drawing freehand.

That's good enough, I guess.

Hit done.

Now I've got everything looking exactly the way I want it.

I'm gonna go ahead and post it.

Now I'm gonna switch over to a different

Instagram account I have just so we

can see it from an outside perspective.

Here it is.

I'm gonna hold the screen so it will not advance,

but as you can see, the countdown timer continues to move.

And you'll also notice there's nothing on there

that tells the viewer that they can click to be reminded.

So especially right now in the early

days of the countdown sticker,

that call to action where I said click here to be reminded

is pretty important to get people to engage.

So now I'm gonna tap that arrow

and you'll see this pops up at the bottom.

I can share the countdown to my story if I want,

or I can click remind me.

Reminder is one.

And then when this countdown ends, I will,

or whoever's viewing your story

and asks to be notified, will get a notification.

So that's how you can set up the countdown story.

I wanna actually delete this

since I'm not actually teaching this mini course.

(laughs) Before, oh, two people have seen it,

but before anybody else sees it.

So what are some ways you could use Instagram's

countdown sticker in your stories for your business?

Well, for one you can countdown until you do a live video.

If you do live trainings either on Instagram, or Facebook,

or YouTube, or anywhere else,

you can actually have a countdown to it.

Now I will suggest unless the training is on Instagram,

you might want to have the countdown end

a couple minutes or five minutes before you actually start

so they have time when their notification

goes off that the countdown ended,

they have time to jump over to whatever platform

you have suggest that they go see your live training.

Another thing you can count down to in your business

is count down until your special starts or your sale.

It's our anniversary sale, starts in three days,

two hours, and 27 minutes.

Maybe they wanna be notified the second the sale starts

so they can get in and get great deals.

Now the opposite of that would be

a countdown until a special expires.

Although again, this might be one

where you wanna actually have the countdown end

a little before the special expires

so they still have time once their

notification goes off to go and get it.

At the same time, counting down until

the special actually expires, if it's that day,

somebody sees it in a story

and they feel like they see that ticking clock,

it's like oh, I gotta go on there right now.

It just kinda creates that sense of urgency.

If you release products of any sort,

you can count down until the release of that product,

until it becomes available so that people

are getting excited for it

and that they sign up to be notified.

When the notification goes off, they go oh cool,

now I can go buy those shoes or that jewelry or that course.

And the last idea I wanna share

is actually a contest idea with a countdown.

I've seen nobody use this,

but I adapted it from my days working in radio.

And that is to basically count down until a contest starts.

And you can say at the end of this countdown,

remember how radio stations,

I guess they still do, but caller 10 wins?

The 10th DM I get wins this prize.

Or if you have a huge following,

maybe it's the hundredth DM.

Don't do the first DM,

because no one will assume they'll be the first,

you probably wanna go with at least 10.

But imagine all the DMs that you'll get

if you run a contest like that.

People will sign up to be notified,

notification will go off, they'll dm you,

and then you can go in and actually

have a conversation with them.

Oh, sorry, you didn't win this time.

How a Carer's Assessment can benefit you - Duration: 2:18.

She's a neighbour, and she's 90, and I've caring for her - well, I don't really think of it as caring for her -

I've been supporting her, I suppose, for it must be 10/11/12 years. I'm more of

an accidental carer I would say if I'm going to say anything about the caring

role, and used to see her every morning when we went to school and then when she we went into

hospital to have an operation we didn't have a phone number to leave, although she has

got family. Didn't have a phone number to leave, so I went to visit her - she

didn't like the food, so I took her food. And she came home and we've gone from

there really. It's just sort of happened and sort of mixed in with my life. Has

become part of my life. I'm not a carer, I'm just a friend. I'm just

helping her. When you talk to someone and say what you do, you take it in your

stride. It's your daily activity - you don't think about it. But when you

actually - when someone's writing it down - you think okay, maybe I am a carer! Yes, I would advise

anyone to have a carer's assessment if they haven't been offered that

definitely. Just so you realise that actually you are a carer. Even though no matter what you

call yourself you are caring for somebody. Yeah. The only thing that you

can give anyone really is your time, and I'm lucky that I'm in a position

that I can give my time and sometimes it's useful. And sometimes when we're at a

hospital appointment, she just wants to get out and so do I, ha ha ha. But it's a job

done, and she likes it and everyone's happy.
