Waching daily Feb 14 2019

Hey guys

We're gonna show you our top three tips for how to get your significant other to help more around house

Whether that be doing the dishes more or doing the laundry or even taking the kids while you finish dinner

Yep

So if you're tired playing chicken with your spouse about who takes out the trash

Then stick with us and please stick with us all the way to the end

Because we're not just going to show you our top three tips

But we're gonna show you the mental barriers and the communication breakdowns the result in you

Not working together like the team you are. So here we go

Okay, let's be honest this here could potentially be a controversial topic

so we're not saying who should do what on the house but we are saying that there probably are some areas that either one of you would like some help with

You what like some up with exactly and there could be a gazillion reasons why you're not working together the way that you would like

so we're making the assumption that you're both physically able and that you are on speaking terms with each other and

As awesome as we are we're not marriage counselors

No, but we are very good at helping people have a calm stress-free life through good organizing habits

So if that's your thing

then like and subscribe. Step 1, and there's no way to get around this, you have to talk to each other about the situation

Yeah, so for example laundry, I used to do all the laundry in house and it wasn't something we really agreed on

That was my responsibility. It was just somewhere down the line

it just kind of became that and it didn't change until we finally sat down and I said: "Binni"

"Yeah?" "We need to figure this out." "Yeah!" And here's the thing

Maybe I should have picked up on this before you brought it up

Because I know that you don't enjoy doing the laundry as much as for example cooking

But I didn't know and I could have waited around forever

with hoping that you pick up on my little hints or little

Frustrations along the way and I think it's very natural for people to do this

But if you want results, you really have to talk about it. Exactly so we're almost ready to move on

but there's one last thing that we want to bring up in this context that I think is very

important and that is you have to put yourself into

their shoes

odds are that your

Significant other is doing a bunch of things around the house to try to accommodate for how you've discussed doing things or how you want

Things to be done or how he or she thinks that you want things to be done

And if you go in guns blazing then it's not gonna end well

Number two is aligning on how to do things

So when you start helping more with the laundry

I noticed that the first thing to do are your own stuff and then you move onto towels and sheets and the socks all the

Things that are easier for you to do

Yeah, and it's not because I don't want to contribute with the rest of the laundry

But let me explain what I think is going on here when you're doing stuff that you're familiar with

Your brain is driving down a highway

It's easy, you just drive, but when you start learning a new skill or figuring out how to do certain chores around the house

then it's like a country road and there are turns and the road is narrow and you don't know what's around the corner and

That's just what's happening. I mean, I'm trying to figure out. Okay, what do I do with these skirts?

Do I hang them up? Do I roll them? Do I fold them do it just bunch them together

Probably not

but and

That's the point if I can do it automatically then I'll do it

But if if it's more difficult for me to figure out what to do, then there's a mental barrier there

Yeah, and the solution is that you need to massage your significant other. Not literally although that never hurts

But you need to go over it a few times. You need to keep working at, it work on

How do I fold this or how do I hang this properly? If it be laundry or it could be something completely different.

Absolutely. Number three you need to assign things at home within your household

So I used to loathe emptying the dishwasher because I didn't know where stuff belonged. Yes

I could put away the plates and glasses but I'd end up with a spatula or whisk that I didn't know where to put.

Now, switching gears a little bit a couple of years ago. We went through the kitchen, decluttered the whole thing and

reassigned all of our kitchen utensils a home and

Now we can find stuff which is good. But as an

Unexpected by-product. We we kind of realized that

I'm a lot better now at emptying the dishwasher and I just do it automatically because I know where everything belongs

And you need to do the same thing: Assign everything home and you have to do it together

That's the only way that you're both gonna own the outcome

Declutter along the way. There's a link below to a video

Where we do exactly that and if you want to make it really easy on yourself

Then we have an ultimate organizing roadmap that will lead you every step of the way in your organizing efforts

You can get that by clicking the link below and signing up for our mailing list

Absolutely. We hope you've enjoyed following us along and we have a challenge for you and that is for you to share in the comments

below

What are some of the areas were you and your significant other collaborate well in your day to day life

So share that please. We'd love to read it and we'll reply to every comment

Toodles, bye bye

Can't remember who's starting. I'm sorry. I think you're starting ok

This can potentially be a controversial topic. So we're not saying... did you go in there?

3 Reality Transurfing Secrets That Will Change Your Life (New Law of Attraction) - Duration: 14:21.

This video will show you three reality transurfing secrets that can totally transform your life.

I'm going to show you how to apply those today so that you start to make rapid changes in

your life.

Yes.

Welcome back to another video.

My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness.

Now on this video, I'm gonna be sharing with you those three secrets that I think could

be total game changers if you apply them, and before I get into that, before I be getting

into that, I'm going to share with you some of the context of what reality transforming

is.

Now, if you've watched a lot of my other videos on this and you probably have a good basis

for it, but in case you don't, it's a manifestation process or a philosophy, a way for seeing

the world that when you start to apply, it can have big changes of the way you see yourself

and the way you see other people and we'll help you go along the process much easier

for you to track what you want.

Now, it was a book that somebody recommended.

I get.

It's a book that was written by a quantum physicist in Russia, is now being translated

a whole bunch of different languages and the information is really getting out there.

It's very powerful and there's a couple of key concepts I want to share with you now.

One of them has to do with something called the alternative space.

The idea behind this is that there's an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and

that we can experience the ones that we intend for.

Intention is one of the most powerful things when it comes to reality.

Transforming the idea is everything you want to experience exists here and now simply add

a different vibratory frequency, so if we want to experience that life track is what

it's called, that direction of what we could then we need to start setting your intentions.

Now, the other side of this is understanding that because there's this, in a way, these

layers, these, this grid of thoughts that we have and any time we think thoughts, those

have an electromagnetic type reality.

Even though we might not physically see them, and what happens is because we're having a

co collective experience with other people, which is the population of the earth.

What happens is we kind of in a way subconsciously team together when we're having similar thoughts

and those create thought structures called pendulums.

Now pendulums are kind of what sucks our energy out.

They are any belief system of society, the social conditioning.

Many times we think we're having our own thoughts when in reality we're having the thoughts

of this social conditioning and this pendulum's pendulums are in a way like anytime you think

you're a republican or Democrat or four against the government or anytime you're for this

football team and against this one.

Those are all pendulums.

Because when you start to think about them and you start to eventually feel like them,

you are in a way feeling that the pendulum itself and it's kind of in a way taken away

your energy.

So the power is that when you become aware of this, you immediately start to take your

power back and then you can create what you really want in your life.

Now, another part of understanding rally insurance, Irving, is the power of the heart.

When you create from the heart, it's much more powerful because, I mean, even the heartmath

institute has shown that the electromagnetic energy of the heart is thousands of times

more powerful than that of the head.

And the idea is that that must be the goal.

The goals must be connected to the heart, not necessarily money.

Money is a side effect of us doing what we love and have us adding value.

And then the last part about reality transfer, if you know, this kind of, uh, explained to

give a little crash course on it, is that decreased in importance is very, very important.

This was a game changer for me.

I had a lot of my goals were very important that I attained them and I put so much, you

know, I'm so much into them that I created resistance.

And importance creates resistance.

So think about it like this.

When you, anytime you make something very, very important, you distance yourself from

it, you put it on a pedestal and you no longer have it within reach.

So this is like you have someone you're attracted to, you put them on a pedestal, and then all

of a sudden they're either not attracted to you or something just comes up that balances

that out.

Well, metaphorically speaking, that's because there are balancing forces that come into

play that make it so that it balances out that energy.

But if you don't give things excess meaning or excess importance, then everything's good.

So it's about understanding that balance of energy.

It's called the coordination of balance or the coordination of important.

So don't give anything too much important and you start to Moreso resonate with it.

So those are the kind of the main ideas of understanding reality.

Trans Surfing.

Now that I've explained that I feel I can get to the video a little bit more, and the

first one has to do that could completely change your life, is it has to do with understanding

luck and how you can become lucky right now in the present moment.

And that after you've watched this video, you can start to experience much more luck

in your life.

And this has to do with understanding how, what we focus on is what we get more of and

anything, anytime we have something that happens in our life that we give it some type of,

um, maybe we feel gratitude for it.

We start to see more and more of those patterns in our life.

So as we're going throughout our day, if something happens and we give it some type of positive

meaning, which means we're not making that more important than it is, we just simply

say, oh, that's something positive.

And we acknowledged that.

Guess what?

It shifts us to another life track that will also have some type of positive effect of

it.

So it's almost like that's when it gets better and better.

And then you have may have even experienced this where something good happens at the beginning

of your day.

And guess what?

Those good things begin to continue to happen.

And on the other side of that, you may have had it to where something negative happens

and it keeps going down that negative momentum.

So this is about deciding an intending that something lucky can happen for you.

You can set the intention that you're just in the right place at the right time, and

as you do this, guess what?

Things start to happen and this is the key, the moment something does happen, even something

small, give it reassurance and give it acknowledgement.

So for example, you want to set the intention to say, I am lucky.

Things are just always happening for me, and then you go to the gym and somebody opens

up the door for you that give it and acknowledging don't give given access, meaning extra support.

It's like, oh my God.

And like fake it.

I'd say just acknowledge it and be grateful and be like, wow, things are working out for

me.

So I'm just opening up the door for me.

That was very nice of them as you say that, guess what?

You create a pattern within yourself that is then more likely to have more and more

experiences that resonate with that kind of perspective.

And that starts to create for yourself a powerful momentum.

This is something actually I sent a email out to a whole bunch of people that are, uh,

that followed my newsletter.

And I sent it out to them and I showed them this exact what I'm telling you right now

with being lucky.

I have had literally thousands of people respond to me and say, thank you so much for that

email.

I started to set the intention to be lucky.

I started to acknowledge the things in my life that could possibly be a small amount

of luck and now amazing things that have happened.

So I think it is something that can work for you just as well.

Simply set the intention that you're going to be lucky.

Start to acknowledge the parts of your life that you're already grateful for it.

And guess what?

You will start to perceive of more and more of that.

Now, the second part I want to talk about has to do with decreasing importance.

Now I've shared that I think is one of the most powerful things that can change your

life if you apply it.

And basically what this means is if you have certain goals that you want to accomplish

and set up seeing them on this big pedestal and you know, giving them so much.

I'm kind of like energy, which is good to have like the focus and the intention, but

not like you need it in order to feel better.

Instead of doing that, start to more so realized that that's where negative emotion comes from.

Anytime we feel stressed, it's because we're giving some situation, excess meaning an excess

importance, so knowing that what we can begin to do is to see it as natural that we accomplish

what we want to have it almost a part of ourself image that everything just works out for us

and as we have that, guess what?

Everything begins to change because that's like an overlaying belief that goes through

our whole life.

Now, if you want a free guided meditation that will help you to decrease the level of

importance you give things and then also to wire in a lot of these reality transport and

ideas.

I've created a free meditation that you can download and the top of the description box

below and it will help you do that so that you attract what you want faster and you really

start to embody the things that I'm talking about.

Now.

In another part of this could be simply understanding that when you decrease the level of importance,

you more so resonate with that desire, with that reality that you want.

Now imagine it like you have this goal of making a certain amount per year and it's

something double what you may last year will, unless you change your self image and unless

you see it as natural for you to hit your goals, that will remain outside of the way

you see yourself.

So more so than seeing your goals at this as this important thing.

See it as a natural part of your self image for you to accomplish that.

I remember, and I've told this story before, but when I was at like a 90,000 subscribers

and it was like I gave so much importance and meaning to [inaudible], but it was the

moment I started to really relax it.

Then I had a huge jump and buy huge jump.

I mean I had a video go viral when I was at 90,000 subs.

I went to bed the next day, a hundred and 1000, 3000 overnight and for like the next

four days group I'd like 10 or 15,000 subs and just like three or four days and that

was shortly after I was like, that's cool.

It was more of just a part of who I am.

When I hit 100 I was like, you know what?

This is just, it's nothing.

You know?

It felt cool for like an hour or two because it was like the golden the beginning and it

was cool that we've grown to that much, but at the same time I'm like, this is just a

natural side effect of being making a lot of videos and doing what I love and adding

value to people.

That's the way I viewed it and because of that it was natural and it was much more likely

in the growth has continued to exponentially since then.

Start to see your goals as more of natural.

Start to see it as a part of your self image and don't give it meaning.

And if you do give it access, meaning learn to just allow things to be, to trust the process.

And as you do that, you will start to decrease the stress, decrease the resistance, and things

will start to resonate more.

We create resistance anytime we give something, access meaning, because we really wanted to

go in a certain way.

So that's powerful as well as the third part that can completely transform your life.

This has to do with understanding something called a reality Amalgam.

Now this is like an overarching belief that we put over our world and the layers for which

we see the world.

So for example, we all have subconscious beliefs of this means this.

And like, uh, things were constantly kind of going in the back of our mind.

And the power of this reality, Amalgam going to share with you is that it starts to brighten

the pitcher that you see in the world.

So think of it like this reality, Amalgam.

They use the analogy in the book of Venetian Mirror.

So back in the day, the Venetian times, there are these Venetian years that they had and

what they would do as they would put hints of gold inside of the mirror so that you look

at yourself, you're like, wow, I look so much more attractive and that's what they did,

and that hint of gold made it so that you just glue a little bit, you just glowed, and

he just looked really good and in a way, this is what reality Amalgam is.

You set kind of an overlaying, hew into your life, into your beliefs, and as you do that,

guess what?

Your vibration begins to raise.

You start to feel better.

You start to increase your state of being because you start to have these beliefs that

really serve you.

So first off, let me ask you this question.

What are your beliefs about the manifestation process in general?

Do you believe it when things work out well for you?

Do you believe that you have to try really, really hard in order to make things happen?

Or is it possible that she could start to see the process is very easy?

The process as a natural byproduct of your focus and your intention, the this is what

makes a huge difference is when you start to see this as more of a natural byproduct

of who you are and you start to set these reality amalgams.

Now, how do you set reality?

Amalgam?

This is something that you're going to have to repeat throughout the day, not all the

time, maybe five or six times a day, but when you can, you put these beliefs through your

life that are overarching beliefs of how the world works, how the world works, so this

could be like I'm always in the right place at the right time, similar to the luck one,

right?

I'm always in the right place at the right time.

Every day gets better and better.

Things are always working out for me.

The I always manifest what I want.

Eventually things were always happening for me.

You see, these are all perspectives that are very general, but there's something that we

could start to wire in and then as they happen, you can acknowledge them and be like, Yo,

look.

See that goal in the mirror thing?

Starting to work, it'll start to see that and you're like, Yo, this is so cool.

Reality amalgams are working and it's very powerful.

So this is something that I've done.

The world always takes care of me.

I'm always in the right place at the right time.

I'm so lucky.

All of these things, and I get offers from people are like, Hey, come fly here and do

this and go to like a car.

Went back to Costa Rica here pretty soon because I've like redefine the way I see abundance

and I've had this belief that just like people want me to come and go wherever they are,

like they want me to come and just be some places in.

It's pretty much just for free.

You know what I mean?

That's the kind of mentality I have and that's an overlaying belief that it's starting to

kind of pepper in my world.

So that's Kinda the way that you can start to apply a reality.

Amalgam, and it is so powerful.

I'll make more videos on reality amalgams in the future, but it's just an overlay unbelief

that can change just about everything.

So remember that you can begin to start to do is to first off, see yourself as lucky,

set the intention, acknowledged the next thing that comes into your life that is somewhat

even at a small level, lucky, and start to feel appreciation for it, that secondly decreased

the level of importance.

See it as natural for you to attain your goals.

As you do that, you'll start to moreso resonate with desires that you have.

And then thirdly, add that gold into that mirror, make it so that it looks a little

bit more like you got that beautiful hue and which you can then do is start to set these

beliefs, these beliefs like the world always takes care of me.

Every day gets better and better.

I always get what I want.

Not always will you do.

You can, why not?

And what you do as you start to feel into that.

And as you do that, everything begins to change.

So with that being said, I hope you guys enjoyed this video.

Feel free to like this video if you guys liked to subscribe, if you haven't already.

Also hit that little notification gear so that you guys can see the daily visit that

I do, and other than that, as always, please much love.

Namaste.

and the heart

and following our hearts.

There's a lot of research out there now

that shows the heart has a

powerful intelligence of its own.

As creatives,

we've known this for all time,

it's just science is backing us up now!

What does it mean

to follow your heart?

To paraphrase Einstein,

he said you can view the world,

or the universe,

as friendly

or hostile.

That's the classic choice between

love and fear.

But how do we choose love?

How do we follow the heart

without fearing that perhaps we're being

led astray

or misguided in some way?

Well, by getting into

resonance with true love energy

and making your decision from that place.

Then you can be guaranteed

that you're being

directed

with guidance you can trust.

So how do you get into that energy?

Think of a place,

a person, a thing that

you love unequivocally.

It's good to choose

noncontroversial things

for this resonance exercise!

Think of that place,

person, thing - could be a

piece of music,

could be a pet,

could be a location,

a beloved person in your life,

and really embody

that energy.

Feel it in your heart.

Feel it expand.

And as you start to sink into

that energy completely,

that's a good place to make decisions

from!

So say you're trying to decide between

two things. You're not sure which way to go.

Get into your heart resonance

as I described,

thinking of a place that you

unequivocally love,

person you unequivocally

love, thing. Be

with that energy.

Ask your question: "which do I choose?"

and your heart will tell you.

Most of the time,

I believe it will really guide you right.

Try this today, and Happy Valentine's!

How To Pitch To K-Pop Publishers #1 - Duration: 3:08.

Today you are going to learn about the K-Pop pitching process with some music

and mindset tips and strategies that took me years to figure out so you can

avoid all the mistakes that I made when learning.

Back in 2014 when I sat back in my chair, with an open Cubase project in my old

bedroom I played the song and it finished and then this awful sense of

dread washed over me. I had just realized that this pitch that I had spent the

last 40 hours on was not going to be a successful pitch it sucked that moment I

realized that pitching K-Pop was going to take a lot of hard work a lot of failure

and persistence. Hey my name is AZODi and welcome to the video, this channel is

dedicated to helping you learn MOAAAR about K-pop production music and

songwriting tips and to grow your own music careers your time is valuable

let's get into it step one planning and preparation. Before

you even start writing a single note of music you have to think about the artist

you want to pitch for who can you imagine it reaching? Is there gonna be a

boy band a girl band? Are they gonna be edgy and cool? Or they gonna be fun and

cute have a vision you know an end game for the song before you start writing

this sounds really stupid but it is often overlooked you simply listen to

the music you're gonna start hearing all the nuances and quirks that make the

music so engaging you know you're gonna start hearing all those cool jazz chords

interesting song concepts or general ideas that you're just not going to hear

in the West this is gonna really help you stop sounding Western and sound more

like you're writing for Asia I personally use a channel called

k-ville entertainment on youtube they're really hot on what's going on in the

Korean pop charts I focus in on what's most relevant in the top 10 as they're

clearly more successful for a reason go check them out and give them a sub ok

real talk you have to be 50 percent selfless and 50 percent selfish when

creating these songs with business-to-business we are providing

music as a service to someone else

STEP 2 Write the music

like for you and me this changes every single time you know you could start the

song with chords start it with a drumbeat I like to scroll through splice

and grab a couple of samples just to get the ball rolling and then take lead

after that this subject is a series of videos by itself one myth that I would

like to dispel is K-Pop structure K-Pop structuring is not that different from

the West it follows the same rules you know intro, verse, pre-chorus, A chorus, B

chorus, Verse two etc the only big thing that is different with that is you can

put in about five different genres into one song and it be fine where you know

in the West that would be considered pretty jarring if you guys could

subscribe to my channel and could you drop me a comment in the box below with

the timecode of any part of the video you found really interesting thanks I'll

see you at the same time next week

❣CURIOSITIES OF VALENTINE´S DAY❣ Draw My Life - Duration: 6:15.

Tik, tak, tik, tak…

Saint Valentines is here!!!

The day of love and friendship is a classic in the calendars of half of the world.

February 14th has two sides: stalwarts invaded by the romantic spirit, and rebels, sceptics

or broken hearted people who is allergic to anything with the shape of a heart or anything

red.

Whether you are part of one time or the other, Saint Valentine's day is a curious celebration,

and today, we are gonna learn about 14 of its singularities.

Let's start from the begining - THE ORIGIN of the day.

Even tho there are several legends, the more spread one says that, probably, February 14th

started to be related to love after the story of Saint Valentine of Terni, a priest who

lived in Rome during the third century with Claudius II in charge.

The emperor banned all soldiers from getting married because he thought single men were

better in the battlefield.

Saint Valentine didnt follow the law and kept marrying the young people in secret.

He was discovered and jailed on a February 14th by order of the emperor himself.

Curiosity number 2 leads us to the origin of the famous signature people use that day

//your valentine//.

When our brave priest, Saint Valentine, was jailed, the guard asked him something really

unusual - if he could be his daughter's tutor.

Valentine and the girl ended up falling in love.

But sadly, poor Valentine's days were numbered.

The day he died, he was able to send a note to his loved one.

A note ending with the famous signature "your Valentine".

And where should we write that signature, better than on a Saint Valentine's card?

Nowhere else!

Around these dates, more than a thousand million cards are sent, and 50% of them are bought

during the 6 days previous to the celebration.

Cards are one of the most rooted traditions, but it's always nice for them to come along

with something else.

The most common gifts on the day of love are romantic dinners, flowers, chocolates and

stuffed animals.

Flowers are a classic, and roses are the stars, red roses especifically.

Flower Shops know this and they act in consequence, raising the price by 30%.

And where would flowers make it without chocolates?

Nowhere.

It was 1868 when the famous British brand Cadbury launched onto the market their first

box of chocolates.

Nowadays, more than 35 million boxes of heart-shaped chocolates are sold during this day.

So it looks like this Saint Valentine's thing can be expensive, especially if you

are a guy - according to several statistics that say men spend almost double what women

do during Saint Valentines Day - however, a third of them would rather not get any presents

during that day.

But do you know who are the new unexpected beneficiaries of Saint Valentine's day?

Pets are!

More than 9 million pets are expected to get presents on February 14th from their owners.

Well, there IS the saying that goes… "the more I know men, the more I love my dog".

And speaking of animals, you have all heard at some point the expression "lovebirds",

right?

The symbolism of the lovebirds has been present for many years.

These feathery birds represent harmony, peace and union, so they are perfect to symbolize

the day of love.

Cupid's symbol comes from the Greek Mythology.

Son of Venus, goddess of love, and Mars, god of war.

This naughty little angel uses an arch made of ash and arrows made of cypress with two

different kinds of arrowheads.

One made of gold, to make people fall in love, and another one made of lead to punish people

making them forget and fall out of love.

Saint Valentine's is not celebrated in the same way around the world.

For example, in Saudi Arabia this celebration is banned.

In Japan, a festival called "Tanabata" is celebrated, where girls give chocolates

to the boys to declare their love.

On March 14th they celebrate the White Day, and it's then the turn for boys to declare

their love to the girls.

Saint Valentine's day can be a great moment to share your feelings with your loved one,

and if it's hard for you to express them, going for songs can be the perfect solution.

The most used ones on this day are Frank Sinatra's "The Way You Look Tonight", Celine Dion's

"My Heart Will Go On" and Aerosmith's "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing".

And after so many presents, and so many songs…. it couldnt be otherwise - couples in love

usually go for sessions of uncontrollable (ancontrólabol) passion…

The company Durex proved this with an study that confirmed condoms' sales increase during

Saint Valentine's between a 20 and a 30%.

But you don't need to be in a relationship to celebrate February 14th.

For more than 10 years, in the US people celebrate an alternative Saint Valentine's, called

the Quirkyalone Day.

But this celebration doesnt really call people to celebrate it alone, but to open their mind

to surprises and doing different things, a kind of ántidote to the most commercial version.

And these are our 14 curiosities about February 14th.

Which one did YOU find more curious?

Happy Saint Valentine's Day, everyone!

Far Cry New Dawn: How To Upgrade Your Home Base | Ubisoft [NA] - Duration: 2:16.

This is Prosperity, it doesn't look like much yet.

But it's our last line of defense against the Twins and their army of Highway men.

We've got to build it up and we need your help. There are people out in Hope County with the expertise

We need to really make Prosperity thrive. Find them, bring them back and they'll help us grow stronger by

improving our 8 facilities: The Workbench

Training Camp,

Cartography, Healing Garden

Infirmary,

Garage,

Explosive Lab, and even a Helipad. These will let you craft weapons and vehicles, train your guns for hire and go on expeditions.

These facilities can be upgraded but there's a catch. They need fuel, gas doesn't exist anymore,

but the Highway Men are hoarding ethanol in their outposts.

Clear them out to get it and you can get even more by scavenging and abandoning the outpost.

Keep in mind that a scavenged outpost will be taken back by the Highway Men who will bring more ethanol and stronger

reinforcements. If you're up for the challenge,

clear the outpost again for a bigger stash of ethanol.

The Highway Men aren't only in Hope County. They have strongholds all over the country.

Our expert pilot will take you on expeditions to unique and surprising

locations across the USA. You'll fly in, steal a package filled with the most valuable crafting materials and get out.

Like outposts expeditions can be replayed for bigger challenges and rewards.

So that's it, recruit specialists to help rebuild Prosperity, clear Highway Men outpost to get ethanol, and go on expeditions

to get precious crafting materials.

These resources will let you upgrade the eight home-based facilities and craft the stronger weapons and gear

you'll need to face the toughest challenges like scavenged outposts and top-level expeditions.

With this, you can help us build a safe haven against the Highway Men and give us a fighting chance against the twins.

Bushcraft Side Effects! | Thursday's Thought - Duration: 4:09.

Hi Folks, I'm Craig Taylor and as always a huge thanks for joining me here on my

youtube channel the bushcraft Padawan and thank you for

joining me in this week's Thursday Stolte when I first started out doing

this this bushcrafting thing or wherever it is it you want to call it there were

some skills and knowledge that I fully expected to pick up and learn and

acquire along the way there was some skills and knowledge that I've picked up

that I hadn't expected to pick up but actually with the value of reflection

the kind of obvious you kind of understand why you would acquire them if

you were getting into this whole bush crafting or whatever you want to call it

type of world but I've also discovered a sort of third area that I'm calling the

unexpected benefits or unexpected side effects of bushcraft in and that's what

I want to share with you in this video a couple of weeks ago I was out doing one

of my old days in the woods I'll link to it in the top right hand corner of your

screen and I was walking from the point where I've set my camp up to an area

where I knew there were a lot of silver birch trees I was going to get some bark

and some thin silver birch twigs to start a fire with and whilst I was on my

way there I saw a tree stump that was completely and utterly covered in the

most magnificently green moss I've ever seen it was so green that it looked

artificial but it wasn't and on the top of that tree stump where some air where

some acorns or some sort of seed nuts that a squirrel had clearly been

devouring he'd had a very posh elegant dining table and I stopped and I took a

closer look and I took a photograph of it and I shared that photograph on

Twitter and then you can see the comment on the screen now and it was interesting

that as always sort of composing that tweet I was as I was putting that

message out there what I realized was that if I had rewind the clock two or

three years four or five years I would have just walked straight past that tree

stump I wouldn't have noticed it I'd have been looking at where I was going

out of him thinking about I was going to go and do and I would

have completely missed that tree stump one of the hidden side effects one of

the hidden benefits for me of bushcrafting is that it is forced me and

it is forcing me to slow down to take in more of the things that I see around me

to not be as focused on the end goal as I am quite literally on that occasion

the roots getting there the journey getting it sounds quite cliched you know

it's not the destination it's the journey and that can be taken

holistically or it can be taken very practically on this occasion it was a

very practical application of that it's not the destination it's the journey

that counts so I start to share that with you for me there are some obvious

benefits of bushcrafting there are some less obvious benefits of bushcrafting

and then there are some hidden benefits that you perhaps in a million years

wouldn't think about and for me it's caused me and forced me to slow right

down in what I'm doing but I'm interested in you I'm interesting in

your thoughts on this have you seen felt and experienced any

hidden side effects he didn't benefit to your outdoor life to your Bush cuffing

or whatever you want to call it do please let me know in the comments below

I'm really enjoying doing these Thursday thought videos it allows me to kind of

get my thoughts out but more importantly it's a really great insight into how

other people perceive exactly the same question that I'm asking what have you

picked up as being a hidden benefit or a hidden side effect of bushcrafting

thanks as always for watching the video I really appreciate you taking the time

out of your day to do so like share subscribe all of the usual things I

asked you to do at the end of the video be great if you could do it or share it

or like it whatever it is thank you ever so much for your time

really appreciate and I'll see you very shortly in the next video she is

Eric Harrison "a second father" to Man United kids like me, says Phil Neville - Duration: 1:43.

Phil Neville claims Eric Harrison was like a second father to him and Manchester United 's other young players

Former United defender Neville, now manager of the England women's team, captained Harrison's 1995 FA Youth Cup winning-side

Remembering Harrison, who has died at age 81, he said: "If you take away the influence of your father, he was probably our second father

He was the one who took us from the age of 14 and delivered us to the first team, ready

Eric didn't prepare you for a life in football, he prepared you to succeed in life with the values instilled in us

"He had an unbelievable work ethic, the toughness of his attitude, the attention to detail in that he would not let you get away with absolutely anything

"The way you spoke to the canteen ladies, the kit man, the way you dressed, your timekeeping, they were values that stood us in good stead for all our lives

"He taught us the value of hard work. He got us in early in the morning, he had us working three sessions a day, he pushed us and worked on our character

He didn't just train us as football people.  "He was a truly remarkable man and I personally owe him everything

"I'm a manager now, and the standards that I try to give my players are the standards that he taught me

GameDev Evening 2019 Teaser: July 12-14th - Duration: 3:00.

Well, I wanted to say we're at beautiful GameDev Evening, somewhere at a lake called Zegrze.

It's pretty awesome, because there are 3 or 4 hundreds of developers here.

We've been having [?? :>], you know - playing footbal, we've been discussing, we've been drinking, like I said.

And for me that's the proper way to spend summer. Polish summer obviously ;).

The most chilled, relaxed, fun game dev gathering in Poland.

So it's the time to high five everyone, find out what they're doing, what's the new games and what people are up to.

And just... a lot of fun :).

Events like this kind of helps to meet people and share knowledge.

I decided to talk about Czecho-Polish friendship which is something that is kind weird,

because we are neighbours and most people probably don't know much about the other country.

Usually we probably know more about Americans or Chinese than we know about our close neighbours.

The Polish game dev scene is one of the biggest, growing ones, at the moment, I think.

It's amazing how many projects and how many people are getting into gamedev or are already in there, and how professionally the approach it.

Wherever I go, there's always a huge Polish community and I feel right at home and now I'm in the middle of their home, so I'm more than happy!

And I have to say, this is a pretty unique party.

I don't think such thing happens in any other country. So pretty much all the people from game development get together and hang around with each other.

And they work on ideas, and amazing ideas happen.

If you want to get to know the Polish gamedev scene, it's perfect to come here, it's a very relaxed thing, there's a lot of discussions.

You can find out what the Polish community and their friends think about, what's their approach to games.

And eventually when you come back, maybe you're a friend of them as well :).

you
