They're always working harder work is more to get richer but the middle course what's the motivation of the middle cost?

From an evolutionary standpoint your body or mind wants you to stay in your comfort zone

They don't want you to get to get out of the comfort zone

You are already in a comfort zone is good for your survival

Why should you take risk to make more money?

And now you can lose everything I would prefer to take risk to try

Even if I fail even for how to live on the streets than not trying at all because this is better

Trying and failing is better than not trying at all

Love grilling but hate the clean up the

$130 battery-powered robot promises to automatically clean up messy grill grates

I tried a DEEP BREATHING exercise for 30 days to strengthen lungs - Duration: 10:47.

hey guys welcome back to my channel I have been on a wellness journey and I've

been good about like working out you know stretching diet all that stuff even

like skincare and I just realized like I don't really take good care of my lungs

like I don't have time to do cardio every single day I know my lungs are not

as strong as everybody else my age I'm very well aware of that you know I've

done what I've done lots of lung spirometry and I do get sick and so I

figured this is something that I think a lot of people can benefit from you know

whether it's like deep breathing exercises for anxiety or deep breathing

exercises for stress I do want to say that I am in no way a doctor I've not

taken any doctor classes wow that sounds really I really don't trust somebody who

calls them doctor classes in order to make my deep breathing exercises I

pulled from the deep breathing exercises offered on websites for lung diseases

because that's pretty important there and then also like deep breathing

techniques used in yoga so I figured I kind of condensed it I want to make it

as short as possible but the whole goal is not to just rush through it because

you're supposed to be doing deep breathing my nice deep breaths are good

for you to expand your lungs so I want you if you're following along take as

much time as you need just remember like you know you can cut it short this is

not a competition just do what you can I think it's about being mindful about

this every single day but for me I don't get to because this is a real challenge

so I don't have any like really advanced equipment for lung spirometry the what I

have is a an asthma peak flow meter so some of you guys might have seen this

usually anybody who's been diagnosed with asthma they give this to you and so

it's this really cute like those advice I'm hoping you guys can see it but you

blow through it and this little red tab moves up and down there are these

markers so I can keep track of what's going on so for today I'm going to be

doing three big puffs in here and gene the best number and making that

like the record for day 1 then I'm gonna be doing these exercises I'm gonna show

you guys exactly what my routine is for 30 days straight and then by the end

I'll do the same thing again will I'll be doing 3 puffs taking my best one and

then comparing the two to see if maybe there's a little bit of a causation I

can't tell you if there's an affiliation and in all honesty you don't need this

but if you're someone who's really curious about tracking your progress

I'll leave a link down below they're pretty cheap on Amazon so you can get

your own if you want to be like a cool kid um I prefer to do the standing so

let me like lift you guys up okay I haven't done like any cardio or anything

today so this is like the low of the low

I'm like a little awkward and uncomfortable doing this on camera just

being honest so just bear with me like I'm gonna be

trying my hardest so I'm gonna be making like the most embarrassing face possible

so yeah okay so it looks like that I got 360 let me

try this again Oh 200 less or no 20 whoo okay okay that

was just like a little bit worse let me try it one more time okay that was back

to being the same so let me try to move this marker up just a little bit okay I

am done with this and so this so the score I'm sticking to is 360 not for

sure like how that competes with other people my age

I know it's lower but who cares because the only competition here is myself so

I'm gonna show you guys it's a routine it's going to be kind of an abridged

version but I'm actually going to do like this breathing routine in its very

own video in case you guys want to follow along with me just have that in

your back pocket let's go

it's day 15 this experiment is a little bit harder to track my progress because

I I felt like a lump in my throat when I was filming my very first day doing this

it seemed like the entire exercise existed for me to cough up stuff which

is great like it works like I coughed up stuff gross yes yeah it's very gross I'm

not going to show you guys that okay but like as a report like obviously I had

some congestion in my lungs and so I'm thinking yeah like maybe it did help me

get over it naturally because I didn't have to go on antibiotics but at the

same time how am I supposed to know if this is helping when then I get sick I

got it right here I don't want stand up do some big

breaths okay wait oh my god ahh like that was like such a big breath this

wasn't all the way here okay ready it's at the bottom wait wow that kind of hurt

and it didn't even go up and even move okay let me try again oh my gosh oh my

gosh oh my gosh I'm at 400 Wow I mean it's like you can see where the marker

is for this yellow and red one it's not much higher but that's higher and the

fact that I still have like a little bit of a runny nose I guess I'm more

optimistic for the final report bag

it's day 30 I am so excited and what's really been so great about these deep

breathing exercises is even if in the end it's not really making my lungs more

powerful I swear it is what kicked my sicknesses but anything that was in my

lungs though I was having such a hard time getting out I did cough them up yes

yes yes yeah don't get me wrong because I saw a progress on day 15 that I'm

really hoping that I see even better progress today but it's been a little

bit harder doing the deep breathing exercises it's something where you know

like I've been somewhere where I've been staying with the roommate and it's a

hotel room so it's not me you know like I can't just be going and then you know

even if I were not to tell her and just like maybe go to the bathroom again it's

a hotel I can't be like so like I've been really focusing you mean like when

I'm lying dives like holding my breath and just concentrating so my routine has

been a little bit rough however I've noticed that you know I

haven't I pulled out of my sickness I'd barely coughed so I think we're gonna

see some good results I'm agitating my lungs too much so I think instead of

doing the full deep breathing technique that I've been doing I just need to you

Cooking Hot dogs With The Presto Hot Dogger - Duration: 8:43.

hello there I'm chef Johnny and this is Texas Style Cuisine appreciate you

stopping by today we're having a flashback back to the 70s I was talking

about one of these the other day and I saw one I said you know what I'm gonna

get one of those cook some hot dogs on it but the other day I ordered a presto

hot dogger well I'll give it close up but how many of y'all used these before but

it was still in the box never used so this thing may not work I may have to

get a pan of all these hot dogs either that or fire up to whoever grill or

something but anyways cord still rolled up it was still in the plastic bag I got

it out I've washed all this put it together and I called it I actually

asked the lady hey does it work she says well I don't know it's all it's unused

and he can't find out if it's working unless there's a hot dog because it

heats from prong two prong and he uses the moisture inside the hot dog as the

connection and that's how it heats up your hot dog so we're gonna find out

we're gonna plug this in see if it works and if it does we're gonna make some hot

dogs tonight in the Presto Hot Dogger so stick around

so tonight everything kind of old-school except for the hotdogs themselves I

guess I have washed this and cleaned it I got some hot dogs there Texas heritage

jalapeno and a long horn cheddar one so I started to get Bar S that way really

flashback to the 70s all the way but uh this was the meal deal the night were

these hot dogs so we went down to HEB and we got the meal deal so we're gonna cook

up some jalapeno and some cheddar hot dogs for everyone but what you do is is

you stick it in each end see if we can get here where you can see and you just push it

onto the little spikes push it into this spike the center of your hot dog

I tell you what I ate many a hot dog growing up out of the Hot Dogger my

my mom got one of these and I could cook a hot dog or about three of them in about 30

seconds so I about wore one of these out and we were growing up this cooks this

only cooks up five so it cooked ahead it cooks five of them so we're go

three and two two cheddar three jalapeno looks like these cheese

ones are a little bit long back on their

back on that one let's see if the other

ones will slide in yep they'll slide in take my cord now and all you do is just

plug it in if it heats up it still works now I tell you I probably paid more for

this and getting it shipped down here then it cost originally when my mom

bought one back in 70s whenever it was we had them I know I was a probably

junior high or something like that but we're gonna see used to didn't take very

long at all for these to heat up so let's wait a minute and see if we got a

hot dog out now my wife wanted a chili dog tonight so another part of the

meal deal they had at HEB was Hormel chili

so we're going with canned chili tonight

nothing fancy around here other than these fancy hot dogs we got

that's their stoves going heat that up for her chili dog and I tell you what

we're getting steamed so this is starting to steam up so I'm gonna say

hot dogs or heating that pot was getting hot in a hurry stir my chili

around a little bit those hot dogs here there's no on-and-off switch you just

plug it in and it goes to work all right here I'm starting to pop so I'm gonna

unplug it I would say they're all cooked and that was a lot faster than my

chili is boiling but it's starting to boil that pan was pretty hot so we've

got a hot chili stir that around a little more let it keep heating

when I take the lid off we have some plump hot dogs in here

we're gonna find out how they how they cooked up take our hot dog buns open them up lay them on

this hot griddle I got over here

almost not quite sliced open all the way

there we go

open up for me now toast that up let's take our first hot dog out of the

Hot Dogger here my wife want me to do hers first

now they are gonna come out curved I do remember that about them

but they're not hard to straighten back out we're gonna put a little uh

French's mustard I love French's so mustards on

her hot dog is in there

gonna come with some chili on top of that for her

chili dogs not a really good chili dog unless it's a little messy I don't think

plenty of cheese on top and some fresh cut onion

dog number one is ready lets work on our next one

I'm gonna go with one of the cheese ones on this one right there

there we have it we've got a chili dog just a regular dog with mustard and

cheese and relish cooked on our Presto Hot Dogger we're gonna give this hot dog

a try off of our hot dogger this is the the cheese hot dog with I got relish

onions cheese on it and of course French's mustard and y'all

have heard me talk about family before you know I again I'm real sentimental

about my family but uh reminds me of mama so I'm gonna enjoy this one a lot

I tell you it's a steamed hot dog nothing wrong with her somebody I was listening

to some YouTube shows and somebody was talking about having a metallic taste to

him after you cooked them and that caused the electricity passing through them

oh not sure about taste that in there

but just the memory taste wonderful promise you that

and now the chili dog we get it up yes I'll be nice and messy

I'll tell you now that jalapeno hot dog nothing wrong with that at all ooh and I got chili right

down the front of my shirt I'm gonna be in trouble we wiped that off a little bit

but ah I told you while ago chili dogs weren't good unless they were messy

now the Hormel chili I tell ya what probably not the best chili I've read in my life but it

came free with the meal deal at HEB got two packages of hot dogs and I got a

free package of cheese I got a free can of Hormel

chili and I got a free package of buns so only I do is buy the hot dogs tonight

so that's what we did but I tell you a lot of good memories I remember cooking

up a lot of hot dogs with the Presto Hot Dogger I don't know how many more times

I use is probably just go up on the shelf and something for me to remember

in my childhood but anyways it was a cook them up buying the

Why Trump wants you to be afraid of high speed trains Politics

"I really dont like their policy of taking away your car, of taking away your airplane rights, of lets hop a train to California," he said during a speech in El Paso, Texas, this past week, drawing a predictable chorus of boos.

He was talking about the Democrats Green New Deal proposal, but it was a complete mischaracterization of recently introduced by freshman New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Massachusetts Sen. Ed Markey. It suggests new US investment in high speed rail, as a cleaner alternative to automobile and air traffic.

But that wasnt the only time the President dunked on rail this week.

Trump wasted no time making fun of California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom, who announced in his State of the State address Tuesday that he was going to scale back a massive planned high speed rail project. The train might ultimately carry passengers from megalopolis of Los Angeles to the metro area that includes both Silicon Valley and San Francisco, but for now, Newsom said, theyre just going to focus on the line from Bakersfield population: 380,000 to Merced population: 83,000 .

"The whole project is a green disaster," Trump said on Twitter, and demanded that California return dollar 3.5 billion in funding for the project that was first doled out as part of the 2009 federal stimulus meant to kickstart the country out of the Great Recession.

The President loves to hate on California. Hes trashed the states wilderness management practices, suggesting its forests should be raked to prevent wildfires, hes criticized the state and its cities for protecting undocumented immigrants. His policies are at odds with , its emissions standards for cars, its legalized marijuana and more.

Newsom who, incidentally, used to be married to Kimberly Guilfoyle, who now dates Trumps eldest son quickly fired back, making clear the high speed rail money would not be returned and the rail system is still part of the California plan. But its equally clear that the state started building something when it .

While the Central Valley leg was always supposed to be the first phase of the project, the fact remains that 11 years after voters first said theyd pay billions to build it, the new governor was transmitting a dose of realism to Californians. The over schedule and over budget voter approved dream of a 200 plus mile an hour trip linking the most populous states two most populous areas wont happen any time soon.

But why not? It feels like every other developed part of the world has invested in such trains theyre all over Europe and Asia. Yet there isnt any true high speed rail in all of North America. Not even Canada has one.

The Northeast corridor, from Washington, DC, to Boston, has Amtraks Acela, but it does not travel as fast as the bullet trains in other countries. Acela tops out at 150mph and then only for a smidge of its route. zip along at more than 200mp.

Trump, in fact, used to complain about the lack of fast trains in the US on the campaign trail in 2016 he would use the lack of high speed rail to tell audiences the US was losing to China.

"We have the worst transportation system and train system," he , in April of 2016. "In China, they have trains that go 250 miles an hour. Over here, if the train goes more than 60, its like collision territory. And we see it all the time weve got to start rebuilding this country."

The backlog of infrastructure upgrades on roads and rails and bridges exceeds .

Trumps with a more than dollar 200 billion federal infusion has not yet come to pass, in part because he cant find a way to pay for it. And it did not focus on rail. The Obama administration, early on, , but it couldnt get money from Congress. In fact, the last high speed rail funding okayed at the federal level was . And the only truly high speed rail project under construction is the one from Bakersfield to Merced.

Amtrak does have plans for faster trains, but they are hemmed in by their aging track system.

There is a private rail line in Florida Brightline that travels faster than most other US trains, but nowhere near 200 MPH. But its up and running and moving passengers. Brightline has also taken over a project that would connect Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

Ambitious plans for a completely privately funded bullet train are progressing, but have run into problems just this week as they .

There is local movement toward trains. Its just very, very slow, particularly in the absence of any sort of federal leadership on the issue.

Trumps infrastructure plan focused more on "transformative" new ideas. It didnt specify what, but one suggestion is further afield ideas like , which would dig tunnels to whip cars quickly in Los Angeles, Chicago and the DC area. That, however, seems even further from reality.

It was an epic train system, the , a marvel of engineering and determination, that tied the United States together and let Americans spread west with greater ease and efficiency.

But it was an epic highway system, President Dwight Eisenhowers , a marvel of engineering and determination, that opened the country up 100 years later and created a sort of suburban diaspora.

And the US economy is built more around highways than around train lines today. Suburbs sprawled around freeways and so people outside of major urban areas need cars.

The highway system is funded by the gas tax, which brings in more money as people drive more cars. But while its been a self sustaining system, the gas tax wont cover the cost of roads for long. Trump proposed a gas tax hike in 2018, but it went nowhere.

The money invested in the coupled with the ease and independence of automobiles largely moved Americans away from rail traffic in the 1900s. Today, a lot of Americans might see high speed rail as way to give them independence from their cars. But short of bold investment, thats probably where theyll stay.

Are you someone who tends to be late, wether it be meeting up for a coffee with a friend

or just arriving at work a few minutes late.

In this video we are going to be covering 4 life changing tips which will kick-start

your journey to to been on time.

Everytime.

So before we get into step number one, you need to address your attitude and commitment

to actually wanting to be on time.

What is it that's causing you to often be late and not on time?

Is it lack of preparation or is it simply not wanting to be at the place where you are

supposed to be.

A lot of the time we arrive late because we don't actually have any motivation or desire

to be at the place we are supposed to be, its just not a priority.

So lets begin with Tip Number 1.

Always Plan For Problems.

As I'm sure you have noticed in life now, not everything actually goes to plan and often

problems arise.

This is part and parcel of life.

Often we cant always control the problems that happen but we can put little things in place to make sure that

potential problems which occur throughout the day, don't affect us too much.

So why not try planning for problems.

Try giving yourself an extra 25% of time to actually get things done.

So If it takes 20 minutes to get to the gym where you have arranged to train

legs with Jonny boy.

Then give yourself 25 minutes.

You give yourself a little buffer zone, should you get stuck behind an old lady driving at 20 in a 40,

or keep hitting those red lights. We've all been there and it happens to everyone.

train station?

How many minutes does it take to walk to the local coffee shop?

Start to take notes of the places that you go in your life and jot these places down and the times.

Then refer back to step 1.

Always plan for problems, and as ive already said we cannot always predict that problems will happen, we don't

know when and we don't know when, but what we can do is plan and prepare for them.

So always remember 25% rule!

Everyone is guilty of it, things can always wait until tomorrow but they don't have to.

If you have a quarter of a tank and have some free time today, make sure your tank is fuelled up.

Filling up your car when you're not too busy can save you five minutes when you are busy.

There is nothing worse than rushing, seeing the fuel gage on red and having to pull into

the gas station where it can take at least 5 minutes to fuel up.

Thats five minutes you could have saved yourself right there.

Worse than that, you could always run out of petrol and thats not good for you, the

car, or what the person you're meant to be meeting thinks about you.
