Scrap Wood Microphone Stand (Functional & Cheap) DIY - Duration: 3:47.
Hello, internet.
I'm Matt Haas and this is Awesome Wood Things.
I made this inexpensive microphone stand out of scrap materials in my shop.
It's for a friend who bought the exact same microphone I did.
Stick around...
I'll show you how I made it.
I start off by ripping down some plywood for the neck of the mic stand.
I use a compass to get a rounded corner.
I cut those down...
I need several pieces.
And then I find the center and drill out some holes.
I go over to the scroll saw and I make a channel in the center of these small pieces.
Isn't that scroll saw awesome?
See how I made that in the card above.
Now this will hold the Heil PR-40 microphone.
Inarguably the best microphone on the planet.
I put a new sanding disc on this disc sander and oh my goodness is it awesome!
This tool is no joke.
I love it.
Then I put some wood glue down for strength and to quickly clamp it I'm using instantly
bonded CA glue.
About four seconds is all it takes... it's not going anywhere.
And then that wood glue will set up and that will not budge... ever.
This was a piece of scrap I had from the computer desk that I built.
You can use this card see the computer desk build process.
It'll work just fine.
And now I do a quick assembly just to test everything to see if it will work.
Yes... it's looking good.
Wood glue joins these pieces together.
Now I used the wrong size screw.
You'll see me swap that out later.
And I round-over the corners because I'm not a mad man.
Some flat black paint does the trick.
Can't go wrong with flat black.
And then I put some rubber feet on the bottom and this forstner bit is just large enough
to capture those rubber feet.
They sink down in there and they never move... and that helps with the sound too.
So here I'm putting the correct size bolt in.
And then I just take the burs off the top and make sure my nut works...
and there we go!
An inexpensive yet very functional microphone stand made out of scrap wood for a very nice
microphone.
Hope you like it!
Thanks, internet.

Khiva | Time Travel to Uzbekistan's Silk Road - Duration: 10:05.
You're watching Vagabrothers,
and this is Uzbekistan.
I'm Alex. I'm Marko,
and you are watching Vagabrothers.
And right now we're exploring the museum city, Khiva.
Alright guys, welcome to Khiva,
or as locals pronounce it Khiva.
This is a museum city because it's basically a walled pedestrian city
that was actually the first place listed as an Unesco World Heritage Site here in Uzbekistan.
Everything was founded in the 6th century, but it's extremely well preserved.
There're basically no new buildings here.
Staying overnight here gives you the opportunity to feel
what it would have been like way back in the day.
One of the first things that I've noticed is that there are
lots of mosques, lots of minarets,
lots of madrasahs, and lots of fur hats for sale.
I've never seen so many fur hats.
To be perfectly honest with you, last night we found ourselves in the hotel
with these Japanese guidebook writers.
Don't blame it on them. No, it's totally us.
We proceeded to put away three bottles of vodka,
far too many.
Oh my god, so we're all pretty rough this morning,
and we're going to punctuate this trip
with a stop in the tea room.
The tea here in Uzbekistan is actually really nice.
It's a black tea,
but they put lemon in it, fresh lemon and sugar,
and It tastes really, really good.
It's kind of like almost like a tonic, but I really enjoy it.
It's one of my favorite things so far about Uzbekistan..is the tea.
It's pretty cool.
One of the things that I really enjoy when traveling is
finding out about different musical instruments around the world.
There's such a huge array of different traditional instruments in different parts of the world,
and music is one of those things that just kind of opens doors and allows you to connect with people,
even though you don't speak the same language.
It's really cool.
Camels were the main way of getting around back in the day,
especially this part of the world, because they'd go forever without water.
The name actually comes from a well that was discovered by the son of Noah.
And this was the last place to get water before you went through the desert that we just crossed through.
It's very, very far to Bukhara. It's really dry.
There's no water,
and so this was kind of like an oasis and like a rest spot.
Behind us is one of the the main icons here in Khiva,
it's this minaret that's halfway built.
It would have been super big if they'd finished it,
but according to the legend, they stopped building it halfway
because the khan who started building it died.
His son didn't want it to get completed because it would be named after his dad,
because he's all jealous,
and the other idea that people have is that he didn't
finish it because if he had,
then it would have been able to see down into his harem,
and only the khan gets to see his harem.
To go check out what that was like,
we're going into the khan's palace.
We have made it to the top of the city walls.
We're on top of the Summer Palace.
The ruler of this city had two different palaces, one for the summertime one for the winter.
To be completely honest, they kind of look the same.
It's cool. It's definitely......
It feels like time travel. We're on this big walled city.
It's got like wattle and daub.
The bricks are kind of made from mud and from straw, and
it's really interesting to be up here.
We're getting a great view of the city.
We've been roped into many a photo with some of the locals.
I think we're kind of a tourist attraction at the moment.
But when you come out to places like this that are pretty far off the beaten path, that tends to happen.
Why are you putting yourself in the tree?
This is the amir's harem.
It's where the king lived along with his four eligible wives
and about a couple hundred other women in what's known as a harem.
It's kind of like an Arabic version of a bordello.
But it's more than that because the king would live here with his entire family,
and the women who worked, as basically the concubines, also helped raise the children.
It was everyone living together.
Might have been kind of awkward for the wives,
but I'm sure the amir was having a pretty good time.
These are all very sumptuous and opulent.
The contrast to that is that these amirs who lived here had this very fierce
reputation for being brutal.
And so you have like the soft side here
and then the hard side that was in battle.
This town in general had a reputation for being very, very wild, lawless-
a place where there were marauders.
There was a slave market and there was all this warfare.
That kind of reputation lasted, this being like a wild west town, until the 1800s.
The Russians took over;
this became part of Czarist Russian Kingdom,
and they kind of put more law and order on the place.
These days it's very mellow.
There's hardly a soul in the street,
and there's not much light nightlife going on.
I think its wildest days are in the past,
but in terms of a place to come and explore,
I think this is going to see a lot more tourists very soon.
Well, super fun day exploring Khiva, a beautiful city.
Really like the vibe,
and definitely know we're going to see it in some movies sometime soon.....
probably Game of Thrones Season 7 or Star Wars or something.
Any of those fantastical, awesome,
historically ambiguous places,
it would be a perfect movie set.
But we have one more big adventure in store here in Uzbekistan.
Right now we're in the town of Nukus,
and we are going to be driving in these two four-wheel drive vehicles
into what used to be the Aral Sea.
If you don't know about that, take a moment, google it.
But stay tuned because this next episode is going to be awesome.
Yeah, we're going to one of the most unique places on planet earth.
So, if you have not already, hit the subscribe button.
Give this video a like ,
and stay tuned for more episodes from Vagabrothers.
As we always say... stay curious, keep exploring,
and we'll see you on the road to the Aral Sea.
Aral Sea. Let's do it.
Peace.
We've been looking on Google Maps to just try to put into perspective where we are.
I'm standing now at what used to be the bottom of the Aral Sea

Social Media - Tool or Distraction? A Practical Guide - Duration: 8:40.
In the last two decades, we've seen an explosion in technology.
And while all technologies can be harnessed for good, there's also a way to misuse any
tool.
I'm not arguing against the use of social media.
Med School Insiders, after all, has a presence on YouTube
Instagram, Facebook,
and Twitter.
On one hand, there are angry luddites condemning social media, and on the other hand, you have
addicted students who are oblivious to the detrimental effects of their social media
use.
As with most things in life, the truth is somewhere in the middle.
What's going on guys, Dr. Jubbal, MedSchoolInsiders.com.
After taking a brief peak at the literature, it is abundantly clear that social media addiction
is a serious problem.
And it's not that surprising.
Some of the smartest minds are working at top tech companies, purposely designing products
to grab your attention and keep you on their platform.
After all, that translates to more revenue.
Until recently, I found it difficult to understand how social media addiction was a problem for
so many people.
Throughout college, medical school, and residency, I simply didn't find myself using social
media much.
I was too busy, and Facebook just wasn't that appealing to me.
But then, I started Med School Insiders, and in doing so, I created an Instagram, Twitter,
and downloaded the YouTube Studio and Google Analytics apps on my phone.
No longer in residency and with much more control over how I spent my time and used
my devices. I mean, let's be real it's tough to use social media while you're working in the hospital or operating room.
SoI found myself unhappy with the amount of time I spent on these apps, and more specifically the level
to which they distracted me from focusing on meaningful work.
It's been demonstrated that the constant barrage on our attention from these distractions
slowly erodes our ability to focus and get meaningful work done.
I found my own capacity for deep work becoming fragmented.
Was I becoming addicted?
According to the literature, you may be addicted to social media if any of the following apply
to you: you're preoccupied by social media, you use it to reduce negative feelings, you
gradually use it more and more in order to get the same pleasure from it, which is essentially
building tolerance, you suffer distress if you're prohibited from using social media,
or you sacrifice other obligations or cause harm to other life areas because of your social
media use.
It's ok, you're not alone.
A lot of us are addicted to social media.
But fear not, I've got the antidote. Now this is how you can cure your addiction and yet still use social media.
I've heard multiple people recommend 30 day detoxes from social media.
As a physician, I detest the words "detox" and "cleanse".
But that's besides the point.
Quitting social media for 30 days to reset your relationship with your phone and computer
is not a bad idea — it's just not that realistic. Instead, I suggest you do the
following. First, delete social media apps for only one day.
Staying away from social media for 30 days is setting the bar way too high.
To successfully implement behavior change, you have to start small, otherwise you're
likely to cave in and fail on achieving your goal, regressing back to your initial state.
I recommend beginning this process with deleting Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and any other
social media apps you use from your phone for just one day.
For me, that also included the YouTube Studio app, where YouTubers check their stats, comments,
and other analytics.
Doing so will set the bar low enough that it is easy and feasible to achieve, but it
will also give you a taste of what life is like without constant dopamine snacks and
hits to your attention.
As someone who has done the 1 day delete, I'll be the first to tell you that it's
a nice change and helps the following tips fall into place. Number two, refine your inputs.
They say you're the average of the five people you spend the most time with.
I say you're the average of all your inputs.
Now that you've taken a brief break away from social media, come back to it with a
fresh perspective and the ability to more accurately determine what is actually bringing you
value.
Ruthlessly unsubscribe and unfollow accounts on Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Facebook,
Reddit, and any other sites that are distracting you and not providing value.
Remember, be aggressive.
And don't worry, they'll still be there later if you change your mind and want to resubscribe.
These platforms are ultimately tools and it comes down to how you use them.
I am an avid user of Reddit, but I've unsubscribed to most of the default subreddits, because
frankly, dank memes don't bring me lasting happiness.
Personal finance, cycling, and medicine, on the other hand, teach me useful information.
I went over how I slashed 50% of my YouTube subscriptions and how I determine which channels
to follow on my personal vlog channel.
Link in the description below. Number three, reclaim your attention.
There is an art and science to setting up your phone for maximal productivity and minimal
distraction.
I'll be going over a more in-depth guide in a future video.
For now, disable notifications for all social media apps.
That means no lock screen notifications, no badges, and no sounds.
This will prevent you from being distracted every time someone likes or comments on a
new post.
Taking this a step further, remove any distracting emails from your inbox.
I personally have a filter set up that automatically archives all emails from Facebook.
Requesting to receive fewer emails from Facebook was not effective at actually stopping attention
seeking spammy emails from blasting my inbox.
Shocking.
Number four, implement systems to block future you
This comes down to a few different tactics.
First, let's talk about your phone, since that's where most of our social media usage
time is based.
My go-to technique is completely free and surprisingly effective — move your phone
out of sight.
Sounds stupidly simple, right?
I am constantly amazed at how effective it is.
If I'm working, I now make sure I don't leave my phone on the table or desk, as I'm
much more likely to mindlessly pick it up and check for new updates.
Instead, put it in another room or elsewhere out of your line of sight.
Second, block future you from using the app too much.
An easy first step is to move the apps off the home screen, so that finding them takes
additional work, which hopefully is enough of a friction point to make you aware and
provide you a brief moment to catch yourself if you're acting impulsively.
Additionally, Android and iOS devices both come with features that can limit your usage
of certain apps.
On my iPhone, I use Screen Time to limit the amount of time I can spend on social media
and … other distracting apps
On my computer, I use an app called Focus that blocks all my browsers from visiting
any predefined set of distracting websites.
Focus is only available on Mac, but I've also heard great things about Freedom, which is available on windows.
The hardest part in any behavior change is just starting.
If you're watching this video, this likely isn't the first time that you've heard
of social media addiction and been encouraged to consider curbing your social media use.
I'm not saying you need to quit, but a controlled rather than compulsive relationship is going
to help you.
With this healthier approach, you won't only be a more effective and productive student,
but you'll also be happier and less stressed, as supported by the literature.

Sadhguru - Question is a tool to dig little deeper ! - Duration: 16:17.
Moderator: Sadhguru, how do you suggest that
we appropriately question authority
without being disrespectful towards them
because from our very childhood
we've been taught to obey our elders
because they know better and they are right.
But they are only humans and
it's possible that they are wrong
or they make an error in judgment.
So, do you think…
so I am not talking just in context of parents,
it could be political leaders, scientists, experts…
Sadhguru: Me also, me also (Laughter).
Moderator: Spiritual leaders as well.
How do we question them,
to look beyond the traditional paradigm?
Sadhguru: Just the way you are doing it right now
Moderator: Without being disrespectful I do I understand
but it is possible that do… they take it as… as challenging their authority.
Sadhguru: So, see respect...
you used the word respect,
respect is not something that you ever demand in your life.
Please don't ever do such a vulgarity that you demand respect.
You can only earn it, you cannot demand it.
The moment you demand it, it becomes vulgar.
Yes or no?
Participants: Yes.
Sadhguru: So you stand one step higher than somebody
and you demand respect or
the only stupid thing that you did is
you came here a few years earlier than someone else
and you demand that "I am senior,"
it must be happening in the college also (Laughter),
hmm?
"One year senior I am,
hey, you better respect me, hmm" (Few laugh)!
Just one year ahead I joined the college and
now I am senior, okay?
So, this is an unfortunate reality
that's well established in the world
that in the name of religion,
in the name of authority,
in the name of parenthood,
in many different ways,
we have been trying to establish
authority is the truth.
No, authority is not the truth,
truth is the only authority.
This is why Youth and Truth (Few laugh).
Truth is the only authority,
nothing else is the authority.
So, if I ask a question, somebody freaks.
See, if you ask a question somebody freaks because they don't know the answer.
Suppose you go,
sit in your examination and look at the question paper,
you don't know a damn thing, don't you freak?
Just like that they are freaking, why don't you understand (Laughs)?
Hello (Laughs)?
See, you… they gave you a question paper, you have no clue, do you freak or no?
Sadhguru: So they are also freaking.
So you must understand and be little compassionate,
when you ask a question,
somebody freaks means
obviously they don't have an answer.
So you must be compassionate, considerate
because they are your seniors.
Okay (Laughs)?
They came ahead of year…
ahead of you but they are no better than you,
so they're freaking a bit.
Please make way for them, a little bit,
what to do?
They've grown little bigger than you (Laughs)
but at the same time,
there is no need for anybody to succumb to that.
It's all right, there is no need to confront people.
A question first of all…
See a question is a tool,
a question is a tool to dig little deeper, isn't it?
Hello?
Participants: Yes.
Sadhguru: But somebody is asking a question to prove a point, that's not good.
So don't ask a question to your parents or to somebody else
just to prove your point.
No, ask a question because it's a genuine question.
So people were asking me,
"Sadhguru, what kind of questions can we ask,
what can we not ask?"
I said, "Even the dumbest question you have,
if it means something to you,
it means something to me.
If it doesn't mean anything to you,
don't ask such stupid things
because it doesn't mean a damn thing to me either.
But if it means something to you,
maybe it's a stupid question,
somebody thinks it's a stupid question
but it means something to your life,
it means a lot to me."
So please make sure your questions are genuine
whether you ask a parent or a political leader
or a spiritual leader,
it doesn't matter who the hell you ask a question.
When you ask a question,
you must understand
the purpose of asking a question is to expand yourself
from what you know to enter a territory,
where you do not know something
- that's the idea of asking a question.
But you ask a question to prove them stupid,
then maybe they are getting mad (Laughs).
See, you are entering their territory now (Few laugh)
but you have to make sure in your life…
because your life is not just about your life,
how you conduct your life will determine the nature of this world.
Isn't it so?
When you have such a responsibility
you have to ensure that truth is the only authority,
authority is not the truth.
It doesn't matter
whether it's Parents or Teachers or Spiritual teachers,
Political leaders or God himself came down
and he said something stupid,
you must be able to question him,
that is the nature of this culture.
See even when those entities
which we considered divine came,
in India all we did is ask questions,
endless questions.
When Shiva came,
his wife Parvati freaks him with a million questions
(Few laugh).
When Krishna came, Arjuna asked 1000 questions,
questions and questions and questions.
I must tell you this,
we were trekking in Tibet,
a group of people almost from forty-two different countries.
So an Indian man who is settled in United States
wanted to ask a question.
I said, "You can ask questions",
immediately he raised his hand and he stood up.
He asked a question which lasted over eight minutes
and it was going on.
I said, "See, this is too long a question" (Few laugh).
Then I told the others because they were all looking like this (Gestures)
because they are from different nations,
they can't understand this question,
I said, "See, this is a very Indian question" (Laughter).
Question inside a question inside a question inside a question inside a question.
Indians are experts in this
because they have 15,000 years of culture,
they've crafted questions like this (Laughter).
We doesn't matter Shiva comes, Krishna comes, they want to bowl a googly to him (Laughter),
that's the whole intent.
So I said, "See, this is an Indian question"
and I tried to explain to them
what is an Indian mind and why it asks such questions(Laughs)
- so much of culture.
Then one Chinese lady says,
"Sadhguru, I was working at the United Nations,
even there only Indians ask questions (Laughter).
We never ask questions,
only the Indians were asking questions all the time."
I said, "That is India" (Laughter).
Questioner: My name is Karishma Joshi and
I was an Isha Home School student.
Sadhguru: Oh?
Questioner: Yeah
How come I missed you (Both laugh)?
Questioner: And when I found out you were coming to college,
I was so, so, so happy
and my question to you is
in Mahabharat we see Amba,
she is so determined to take revenge on Bhishma
and she goes to Shiva
and Shiva actually grants her that boon.
So why would somebody want to live their whole life
just with the sole intention of taking revenge on somebody
and how would this affect them?
Thank you.
Sadhguru: Well, whether we like it or not,
there are such people in the world, all right?
Yes or no?
Are they there or not?
They are there.
So Mahabharat is depicting all sorts of people,
every kind of character
that can exist on the planet is there.
There are over 100,000 characters
representing the best, the worst, in between,
every range is there.
So she is one.
Because…
See just now some time ago
when she asked a question,
something horrible happened to somebody,
an abuse happened to somebody
and that person not willing to forget.
Some will become hurt and wounded,
some will become angry and vengeful
depending on their own nature
and also the situation in which we exist.
So she is in a royal setup.
Here, vengeance is considered honor.
Vengeance is not considered vengeance,
vengeance is considered as a virtue.
When somebody hurts a king or a queen,
they must go and finish them.
Till you finish them, your job is not done.
This is the culture that… in which she is.
We must not look at it from today's time
and today's culture that you are in.
That time she is in a royal family,
she is a princess and she is insulted.
She feels horribly insulted by what happened.
You know what happened to her life.
Now, she wants to, at any cost
extract a price for that so she goes for that.
So she is asking Shiva…
the question is why Shiva is assisting her - is that it?
Is that the question?
Yes.
Shiva is like that only (Laughter).
Because you know this happened to him.
Once Ravana - you've heard of Ravana?
Ravana came to Shiva
and worshipped him
and praised him and glory.
So he loved him so much and he said
"You ask whatever you want, I will give you"
and that guy says, "I want your wife."
Shiva is in a mood like that.
He says, "Okay, take her."(Laughter)
Parvati is having a bath in the Manasarovar close by,
and this guy goes looking for Parvati to take her home.
Then, somebody goes and tells her,
"Shiva has granted permission that
this man who's come from somewhere in the south,
he can take you and go with him."
She says, "Has he lost his mind?"
(Laughter)
Then, you know you have heard of these things…
Have you been kissing frogs?
No.
You don't believe that story.
No (Laughs).
This started long time ago.
So Parvati took a frog
and made this frog into a beautiful young woman
and left her in a lake adjacent to Manasarovar,
which is today called as Rakshas Tal.
So Ravana went straight to Rakshas Tal
and saw this young woman.
He thought she is Parvati,
took her and went home.
Then he realized
she has come out of a frog
but she was Mandodari.
That's why she is called Mandodari
- one who came out of a frog
but she was beautiful and wonderful woman so
she became his queen and stayed there.
But his thing about wanting to take somebody's wife
again took him to Ayodhya, you know (Laughs)?
You know all that trouble,
that's another matter
but you must understand this
- that which you are referring to as the highest
or the divine cannot be discriminatory, isn't it?
Hello?
If God says
- whoever the God is
- if he says "I am responsible for these people,
I am not responsible for those people,
" is he fired or no?
Hello?
Fired or no?
Because essentially,
it is a response, a limitless response.
When something responds to everybody,
if their thing is right, then we say this is divine.
It only responds to me not to you
- this is not divine,
this is my party, isn't it?
Hello?
So when Ravana as a great devotee,
he worshipped him,
he said, "Ask whatever you want"
but that guy should have civilization
but he has nothing like that,
he says, "I want your wife."
He says, "Okay, take her and go."
So in that context,
she burns in front of Shiva and says
she is doing austerities after austerities,
putting herself to extreme difficulties
and says,
"All I want is to kill this man.
Give me the power."
He says, "Okay, have it."
But this does not mean it will lead to your well-being.
See what happened to Ravana.
The same.
A man was driving in Mexico,
and he ran out of gas.
Then he walked,
and there he saw a local monastery
where monks were living with very meager resources.
He said, "My car has run out of gas, do something!"
So the monk said,
"See, we don't have anything else here,
we don't have cars,
we don't have gas,
but I can give you mule.
You ride on the mule to the next town,
and then you can get gas there and come back.
Only thing is we have trained the mules like this,
you sit on it, you don't beat it,
you don't do all that, you just say
'Praise the lord!'
It will go.
When you want it to stop, you say
'Amen', it'll stop."
So he sat on it and said,
"Praise the lord,"
it went, and went, and went,
did the whole day travel,
then he saw the mule was going straight towards a cliff edge.
He wants to stop it
– he's doing this,that,
but he's forgotten the mantra, tch.
He tried everything,
but the mule is just going straight to the edge of the cliff.
It came right here,
about to take its next step,
then he remembered, and said "Amen!"
It stopped.
He looked down, 2000 feet below,
"Oh my God, praise the Lord!"
(Laughter)
This happens, you know

steps in how to discover the contributing factors to fatigue and address effectively.
I know this from my own life.
I used to struggle with fatigue.
I know this from my own family members who I've helped.
I know this from treating many, many patients.
I want to talk about one in particular, we'll call her Jane Doe.
She came to me with struggles, terrible struggles of debilitating fatigue.
And it's debilitating because it effects how you feel.
But she saw that it started to effect her relationships with others.
It started to effect her relationships with her husband.
It started to effect her relationship with her grandkids.
She didn't have enough pep or zip to go to the park with them, or go on walks with them,
or even play with them in her own family room. She came to me, we were able to discover that
she was only sleeping four or five hours a night.
She had some nutrient deficiencies that we corrected.
She had two food allergies, so we eliminated those food allergies.
And, we gave her an important supplement to help her sleep.
And we gave her a supplement with adaptogenic herbs to help boost energy.
And she saw effects fast.
Within four to six weeks her relationship with her husband improved.
She had more positivity and her attitude changed.
Her libido went up.
She was having more sex with her husband.
And her ability to play with her grandkids was boosted tremendously.
She took them to parks and amusement parks.
She played with them.
She was joyful and happy. And it just takes a discovery of your personal contributing
factors to fatigue, and then addressing them effectively.
We know that fatigue not only drains your body of energy and pep and zep, but it can
have systemic effects as well.
It can cause headache, joint pain, loss of concentration.
It can cause low-grade fever, abdominal pain, and immune disfunction.
So, important items or aspects of your lifestyle to address would be improving sleep, correcting
any nutrient deficiencies, identifying and removing any food allergies, and addressing
chronic depression or anxiety, treating chronic viral illness or yeast illness.Of course there
can be preexisting medical conditions which contribute to fatigue, including blood sugar
dysregulation, diabetes, or a number of other health conditions, which need to be addressed.
Or chronic hypoadrenalism, chronic adrenal fatigue, needs to be addressed as well.
It takes a change in mind and attitude.
It takes corrected nutrition deficiencies, particularly trace minerals like magnesium
and zinc, essential fatty acids, improving nutrient status through a supplement called
L-Carnitine and CoQ10, low intensity exercise because if your exercise is too much, it's
just going to drain your energy more.
Exercise like walking, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, low intensity exercise.
And of course I love adding adaptogenic herbs like Schizandra, Eleutherococcus, Ginseng,
because that really gives you the boosted power that's needed. Now, I love the fact that
you're going on this journey with me to improve your health and wellness.
I'm honored and so appreciate that you're giving me your time and attention to learn
about simple things that you can do to improve energy levels and improve your relationships
with family members and friends.
Now we've created a couple of supplements.
One to help sleep called Sleep Wave.
One to help with energy levels called Meditation in aBottle, containing some really great adaptogenic
herbs.
It's my point to help you on this journey.
I so value the fact that you are taking initiative and watching this video.
I want your feedback and comments about what's worked for you improving energy levels.I want
to make sure that you share this with your friends and loved ones so that we can all
improve how we feel and how we relate to the rest of the world.
Make sure you subscribe to the page, like it, and
share it.
And please give me your feedback and comment on the page so that I can reply and we can
continue this journey together.
Thank you so much.

Arsenal stars respond to Ozil's cryptic tweet after he's dropped by Emery - Duration: 1:51.
Mesut Ozil's Arsenal team-mates have shown the German support after he posted a cryptic message on social media
The German was left out of Arsenal's travelling squad for the Europa League on Thursday, despite being confirmed fit to play
The Gunners were beaten 1-0 by BATE Borisov, and Ozil- who has fallen down the pecking order at Arsenal at an alarming rate this season - took to Twitter to share his thoughts on his current predicament
"When you start supporting a football club, you don't support it because of the trophies, or a player, or history," wrote Ozil
"You support it because you found yourself somewhere there; found a place where you belong
" A number of Ozil's Arsenal team-mates - some still at the club and some who have since moved on - have shown their support for the German
Everyone from Sead Kolasinac to now Liverpool star Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 'liked' the comment, while others posted their own responses
Current Gunners winger Alex Iwobi commented with the 'praying hands' emoji, while Switzerland international Granit Xhaka wrote: "Exactly
" Former Gunners midfielder Jack Wilshere also commented his thoughts on the post, uploading three goat (great of all time) emojis
And Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp posted the 'hands up' emojis.

Ali2Woo Built-in Image Editor - How To Remove Watermarks From AliExpress Images - Duration: 4:40.
Welcome to the Ali2Woo YouTube channel. It's about drop shipping from AliExpress and about great solution for drop shippers - Ali2Woo!
In this video we discuss how you can edit images of commodities downloaded from AliExpress.
For this goal Ali2Woo has a Built-in Image Editor which has several functions for working with photos: the Crop tool, the Brush tool, stickers, and text placement.
In Ali2Woo you can edit images before they were added into WooCommerce just on 'Import List' page or directly on WooCommerce Edit Product page.
On Import List page each added commodity has 'Images' tab. You need to switch on it and all images downloaded from AliExpress for this item will appear:
Gallery images (images available on slider on AliExpress product page),
Variations images (images for variations),
Description images (images from commodity description).
Each image on the left bottom corner has a button in form of a pencil. Click on it to activate images editor. Let's choose one of these pictures which has a logo to zap it.
For this image we'll use the Crop function (images cropping).
This tool allows to use both ready frames for cropping and to set up frames manually.
The manual option is more convenient. After appliance the tool to the image you need to click on 'Save' button in the Editor obligatorily.
Let's choose several other images and use the tool below: Brush tool for editing.
This tool allows to choose the brush color and set up her size.
It's very convenient to choose color with pipette. Also, you can specify it in the palette window.
Great! We've figured out how to cover up the logo on the photo.
But what if we want to place a sticker?
For example, a sticker on the discount or sale. For this goal there's a special 'Stickers' tool. You can choose any of available stickers or upload your own.
We have the last instrument in our list, but it is not the last in its meaning.
With this tool for placing text you can create your own inscriptions on the images. This tool allows to set up text color, its size and shape.
Perfect! We completed editing several images. But we've left some of them without any changes.
We've done it especially to simulate the situation as we forgot to edit some photos in Import List and published the product in WooCommerce.
In this video we press 'Push to Shop' button to send a product into WooCommerce.
Now this commodity appears in the list of WooCommerce products and we can see how it looks on site.
As we can see, the images which we've edited at the Import List stage contain our changes.
But there are also images which we "forgot" to edit. Let's see how we can edit them with the same tool but through the product editing page in WooCommerce.
Images editing function as many others are incorporated into the Ali2Woo plugin functionality.
You can learn more about its capabilities right now by visiting our website ali2woo dot com.

Meghan Fashion - Prince Philip crash: The REAL reason the Royals DON'T wear seatbelts REVEALED - Duration: 3:16.
Both Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II have recently been spotted driving around without seatbelts
Last month, the Duke of Edinburgh was involved in a two-vehicle traffic accident near the Queen's Sandringham estate in Norfolk where he escaped without any injuries
So why don't the Royals wear seat belts? Why don't the Royals wear seatbelts? The Royals actually have a particular reason for not wearing seatbelts
Simon Morgan, a former Royal protection officer has revealed the reason has to do with their own personal safety
According to Mr Morgan sometimes Royals don't wear seat belts in order to escape quickly in an emergency
He told Hello magazine: "There are always anomalies. READ MORE: QUEEN ELIZABETH II: THE ONE THING THE MONARCH REFUSES TO TRAVEL WITHOUT "In the threat and risk matrix it's a matter of looking at each individual situation to decide what is the best way of achieving what needs to be achieved
"For example, considering that a quick entry or exit to a vehicle is easier when people aren't strapped into seat belts
" He added: "Also, what is significant about this event or situation? "Is an individual's look and appearance important? READ MORE: PRINCE PHILIP CRASH: DUKE WRITES TO INJURED WOMAN "And also an individual's choice
"Protection is a very unique area of policing and there are a lot grey areas, but you are always judging each situation to weigh up the risks and threats with the outcomes you are trying to achieve
" However, in Britain, it is illegal not to wear a seatbelt under UK law unless a doctor provides a medical exemption
The law states: "You must wear a seat belt if one is fitted in the seat you're using

" And after news broke Prince Philip's Land Rover turned off the seat belt alarms, road safety campaigners have reacted in fury
A source said Jaguar Land Rover was told to disable the beeping alarms on vehicles supplied to the Royals
The source told The Sun: "It's so the driver doesn't have the continuous warning beeps if they don't wear a seatbelt

Pronouncing "can" and "can't" in Fast English - Duration: 4:11.
Let's talk about how to pronounce a little word that's really common... but the way we
say it can change depending on whether it's positive or negative.
This word can be pronounced clearly, especially if we're speaking slowly, or if we want to
emphasize it.
And at the end of a sentence, we hear it pretty clearly:
I'd love to go, but I don't think I can.
Otherwise, it often sounds just like a very quick [kǝn] or [kn]; so you may not hear
the vowel sound at all.
Let's listen to some examples.
First you'll hear the word, isolated from the sentence, then you'll hear it all together in
context.
Hear how short that is? kn, kn... you hardly hear any vowel sound at all.
What if you're not able to do something?
We could say "cannot," but that's pretty formal.
You probably won't hear this in everyday speech unless someone really wants to make a strong statement
–
We're much more likely to just say "can't."
The funny thing here is that we don't reduce it as much as the positive form [kn]; instead,
in North America we always pronounce that [æ] vowel pretty clearly, and the word 'can't'
is stressed.
In a blog post I wrote about how we don't always pronounce 't' and 'd' clearly before
another consonant, and that's true here too.
Listen for how these speakers don't release the 't' –
If the next words starts with a vowel, sometimes we'll hear a glottal stop, a kind of catch
in the throat, instead of that last 't':
One other difference that's kind of subtle: "can" is often a little longer, it's a more relaxed
sound; "can't" is usually more clipped, a little shorter.
That's true even when we emphasize the words:
Did you hear how "can't" was still kind of short?
There was a little pause after the word, but I didn't hold out the word "can't."
Listen for that again in these examples:
Let's try an exercise: I'll play a very short clip, and you decide whether you've heard
'can' or 'can't'
For more practice with can & can't, visit the American Voices website for free mini-quizzes
and dictations.
And while you're there, you can subscribe to my mailing list so you'll always know when

hello and welcome to a new video
i dont know how will the thumbnail look but it's gonna be a good one
finally we have another operacion triunfo video!
i found this test online that says 'do you look like maria from OT or virgin Mary more?'
i dont know what i can expect from a test with this name
and i dont know who do i look like the most
they're very different people
but this is what these tests are for , right? 100% trust worthy
i will find out after the test
as always, if you havent subscribed yet to my channel do it by clicking on the red button and give this video a like
and also i'm giving away an ukulele on my instagram
head over there and follow me to find out more
let's start with this test
are you virgin mary or maria from OT?
virgin mary was a pure woman, kind, lived 2000 years ago...
and it's the mother of jesus
and Maria from OT, as far as i know does not have any children
and was not born 2000 years ago, only a few years ago
and nowadays she sings 'muerdeme el corason'
they're opposite characters really
let's see what this test says
choose an improv place to give birth
a hay place
bunk beds
i guess it's the academy of OT
and a car
the car as a reference to the song
i'd rather give birth on a bed than in the other places
i dont know about you
lets say the bed
you have the url in the description and you can see who you look like the most too
choose a spirit animal
the holy spirit (white pigeon)
a turkey
or a bird (i dont know the breed)
if you know a lot about birds tel me the breed but i have no clue
i'd say a penguin but there's not a penguin here
the closest to a penguin is this white pigeon
choose an africa
very good, we have africa from OT
the continent
we all know that
and the one on the right, i dont know who she is
for me there's only one africa, and she didnt kiss damion
its this one right?
the african continent
choose a child to brag about
jesus christ, amaia and marilia
i'm a bit confused
whats going on here?
why do i have to choose a child ?
y why marilia is here?
i think i lost a lot of things about this show
i'm gonna choose amaia
i'm not a big fan of marilia and i cant imagine myself being the father of jesus christ
we're gonna choose amaia then

it's th one i like the most
choose a character from la llamada
i havent watched it
how am i gonna choose a character if i havent watched it?
she looks like a nun, right?
the nun
why not
choose a figure: a wise man, a shepherd and jesus
the wise man, of course
we bring jesus christ incienso, mirra and...what was the other thing
gold!
choose a sacred drink
none of these
theres a problem here
i dont drink alcohol ad i dont like beer
i dont have many options here
a normal beer, a lemon one and 0% alcohol
even if i dont drink, i think the lemon one tastes better than the 0% alcohol one
i guess virgin mary would choose without alcohol and maria the left one
i dont know how this goes
choose a teacher from OT, last question
vicky, carmen...
i think these are not the names wait
Mamen!
and...you had a weird name!
what was your name?

you're naturally kind but not a saint
yyou know how to be nice but also get drunk every now and then
moment of appreciation of the picture
wonderful
utopic
you like powerful people but you're the most powerful one
you always liked white pigeons, and also certain part of vicky's body
when your husband tells you you're gonna give birth to the messiah
you can only be grateful and say you'll accept
there's a big mixture of different things here
you'll accept being the mom of Marilia
tell me in the coments if you got virgin mary, maria or a mixture
and we hav another test here that says
tag yourself in these pics and we'll tell you who your best friend'll be
there are some photos with a lot of weird situations
