The synopsis for tonight's movie reads: "New York accountant Emma Colvin is heartbroken when her boyfriend leaves her before their planned romantic getaway to Belgium for Valentine's Day.

Convinced by a friend to go alone on the trip, Emma has the adventure of a lifetime when her Belgian innkeeper introduces her to renowned chocolatier, Luc Simon.

Luc and his fellow chocolatiers are in the midst of a competition to create the most romantic chocolate in Belgium for the upcoming Belgian royal wedding.

He discovers her kitchen skills and soon she's immersed in the competition and a budding romance develops.".

'Love, Romance & Chocolate' Really Was Filmed in Belgium.

Last week's Hallmark movie was filmed in Canada, not Oregon where the movie's story took place, but this week is different. Love, Romance & Chocolate really was filmed in Belgium, specifically in Bruges, Chabert told Parade.

(Bruges is the capital of West Flanders in northwest Belgium.

It has beautiful canals, cobbled streets, and medieval buildings.

The population is 117,260 as of 2011.).

Lacey Chabert told Hallmark that she had never been to Belgium before but always wanted to go.

"And the fact that I get to do a job here, I know I'm incredibly fortunate," she said in an "On Location" video.

Chabert told Parade when asked "love, romance, or chocolate?": "Do you know what I've learned? If you have everything, it's even better.

All of the above.".

The movie was shot in December.

Here are some photos that Will Kemp shared on location while filming in Brussels, Belgium.

One day they shot in Chocolatier Simon's kitchen, Will Kemp told Hallmark.  Here are some photos of Kemp and Chabert from the scenes where they were making chocolate.

Chabert wrote: "Eating lots of chocolate over here on set in Belgium… The last time we worked together he was the villain so I'm happy we are telling a 'sweeter' story this time around.".

Lacey Chabert stars as Emma Colvin.

Lacey is a favorite in the Hallmark universe and she frequently stars in some of their best movies.

Lacey's feature film debut was Lost in Space in 1998.

Will Kemp is Luc Simon.

He recently starred on Hallmark's Royal Matchmaker just about a year ago.

He's not just a talented actor, but also an accomplished dancer who joined The Royal Ballet Senior Associates and The Royal Ballet Upper School in England.

He's a principal dancer in Swan Lake, both on Broadway and West End.

He's also an accomplished choreographer.

His acting credits include Van Helsing, Equus, Step Up 2, The Midnight Man, Slumber, The Secrets of Emily Blair, Unveiled, Christopher and His Kind, Peter and the Wolf, The Soldier's Tale, HR, Kristin's Christmas Past, Grace, The Great Fire, The Prisoner, 90210, Nikita, Reign, Code Black, and Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce. So that makes him the perfect male lead for the ballroom scene in tonight's movie.

Brittany is a Canadian actress who's been acting since she was six.

Her credits include Saul: The Journey to Damascus, Wildlife Quest: Season 2, and five Hallmark movies.

She recently starred in Love on Safari with Lacey Chabert, so this is her second recent movie with Chabert.

The political pollster Patrick Caddell passed away on February 16, after complications following a stroke.

Caddell was 68.

He is best remembered for his role in helping to get President Jimmy Carter elected — and for his later work advising members of the Trump administration.

Here's what you need to know about Patrick Caddell:.

Caddell Got His Start In Politics as a Harvard Student Working on George McGovern's Campaign.

In 1972, Caddell was a senior at Harvard University.

He joined the presidential campaign of Senator George McGovern, acting as an advisor to the left-wing, populist candidate.

After McGovern lost to Richard Nixon, Caddell stayed in politics, eventually getting involved in Jimmy Carter's successful bud for the White House in 1976.

Caddell is credited with pushing Carter to campaign early, well before the Iowa caucus, and to campaign in states that his rival was ignoring.

But Caddell is also often blamed with advising Carter to give his notorious "malaise" speech, which many blame for Carter's loss to Reagan in 1980.

Caddell advised Joe Biden in his presidential campaign of 1988.

But in the 1990s, the pollster became disillusioned with the Democratic party which, he said, had left behind its populist roots.

Caddell Called Steve Bannon a 'Good Friend' & Consulted With the Trump Campaign Ahead of the 2016 Election.

In 2016, the Washington Post reported that Steve Bannon — who was a key adviser to Donald Trump at the time — had met with Patrick Caddell and consulted with him about Trump's campaign.

The Post's sources reported that Bannon and Caddell had been "speaking regularly" ever since Bannon first joined the Trump campaign.

The two men had aparently been talking about strategies the candidate could use to increase his appeal with Democrats and Independents.

The Post reported that Bannon liked Caddell's experience and his style, seeing him, the newspaper said, as an "anti-establishment agitator." Caddell himself described Bannon as a "good friend.".

Caddell partnered with Bannon again in 2018, when Bannon was trying to rally voters to back Republicans in the midterm elections.

Caddell acted as an adviser to Bannon's organization, Citizens of the American Republic.

"We need to go in depth to find out whether or not there is a new paradigm to have in the midterms," Caddell told CNBC at the time.

"Is this going to be a normal midterm about how the opposition party are going to win in a district-by-district basis? Or can we have a different kind of situation, which nationalizes the election on different grounds?".

He Once Called Trump a 'Successful Clown'.

Caddell first met Donald Trump in the 1980s; Caddell later told the New Yorker that he realized quickly that Trump was someone who deserved to be taken seriously.

"People said he was just a clown," Caddell told the New Yorker.

"But I've learned that you should always pay attention to successful 'clowns.' ".

Years later, Caddell advised members of the Trump campaign, working with Steve Bannon and with Robert Mercer, one of Trump's top financial backers.

Some people believed that Caddell inspired Trump to begin his sharp criticism of the mainstream media.

Back in 2012, Caddell gave a speech at a conference sponsored by Accuracy in Media, a conservative watchdog group, in which he called the media "the enemy of the American people." Trump first tweeted that the press was the "enemy of the American people" in 2017, after a meeting with Caddell in Charleston.

Caddell Was Sometimes Dismissively Called a 'Fox News Democrat'.

Caddell was a frequent guest commentator on Fox News, which led to Salon magazine handing him the moniker of "the ultimate Fox News Democrat.

Caddell continued to describe himself as a Democrat, but consistently took positions against the Democratic party.

He supported the US-led invasion of Iraq and opposed healthcare reform.

He was a backer of President George W Bush and a supporter of moderate Democrats like Joe Lieberman.

Caddell Is Survived by One Daughter & Three Grandchildren.

Caddell passed away in Charleston, South Carolina, on February 16.

He is survived by his daughter, Heidi Caddell Eichelberger, and by his three grandchildren.

He is also survived by his brother, Daniel, and a sister, Patricia Roberts.

Water Resistant No Sweat Anti-Shine Foundation - Duration: 3:12.

Welcome back,

my name is Jill Turnbull and I am going to explain to you a little bit more

about No Worries,

No Sweat Anti-Shine.

It's three steps.

So the first step is No Sweat Foundation.

I'm going to take a little bit from the tub with a scooper.

It's really important to keep all your makeup products nice and hygienic,

no cross contamination.

So I'm going to place it on the tile with my brush,

and you can see it's very thick.

So,

to break it down a little bit,

we can add some of our magic drops.

And you can see I added about three or four.

And what that does to the texture,

you can see it really thins it out for us,

gives us a really nice texture that goes on your skin like a second skin.

So I'm going to apply a little bit to my hand with the brush and then just rub

it in to those wrinkles really,

really well with my finger.

And,

can you see there how I still have my freckles coming through?

Which is what I personally like because I like my makeup to look natural,

as if I don't have any on at all.

So I blended that onto my skin and now I'm going to seal with my No Colour

Powder.

And the travel powder is a really nice tool because as you brush it on,

it dispenses through so it doesn't make any mess at all,

which is nice because I do like to do my makeup,

touch it up,

on the road.

What I love about it is I can saturate it a little bit with water now,

which I'm going to do.

I'm going to tip some water right over the top.

Can you see how that just comes straight off?

So in the humidity,

it's really,

really nice because I can race around,

I don't have to worry about my colour changing colour,

the No Colour Powder because it's white.

I can layer that on throughout the day and it's not going to make my face any

darker at all.

Anyone who is on the road who's busy,

who wants to look good,

but feels like they have no makeup on,

it's the perfect product.

And we're actually going to give you a really cool demonstration to show you how

How to form an LLC in Colorado. If you are interested in starting an LLC in the

Centennial state, you're in good company. Colorado has one of the top economic

climates in the country with a strong culture of entrepreneurship and access

to venture capital. Every state has slightly different requirements

for forming an LLC. Follow along closely to learn the required steps for creating

your own limited liability company in the state of Colorado. There are two ways

to form an LLC in Colorado. You can form one yourself or you can hire a service

to do it for you. Let's start by looking at the five basic requirements to form

an LLC in Colorado on your own. One: Name your LLC. You'll need to choose a company

name that complies with Colorado naming requirements and do a name search on the

Colorado Secretary of State website to make sure the name isn't already taken.

establish ownership terms and member roles.

This is an internal document for reference and does not need to be filed

with the state of Colorado. This foundational document is the core

of your LLC and will help you maintain your organization as well as further

establish your LLC as a separate legal entity. Five: Obtain an EIN. Lastly you'll

need to get an employer identification number or ein from the IRS, also known as

a federal tax identification number. Your EIN is like a social security number for

your LLC and is important for taxes and banking. EINs are free of charge and

can be obtained from the IRS online or through the mail.

Professional Service. The second way to create a Colorado LLC is to hire a

'Fighting With My Family' Review: Dwayne Johnson's Wrestling Comedy Is a Winner - Live News 247 - Duration: 6:13.

' Fighting with My Family — a recent Sundance Film Festival gem that starts with a vintage WWE clip of bellowing his catchphrase circa 2000 — is as much about wrestling as Bird Box is about birds

Both an offbeat comedy and classically rousing underdog tale of an aspiring ring champion, this indie film's heart somehow exceeds the size of Johnson's bulging biceps

 It shouldn't surprise you in the least to learn that this is based on a true story

The refreshing change in Fighting with My Family is that our fighting hero is a female

A British female. A working-class British female. A working-class British female with goth-like looks who has the strength of a body-builder

Crazy thing is, Saraya-Jade Bevis () was told she was going to live and breathe the sport

Her fanatical parents (, ) run a local wrestling association. Her brothers wrestle and loved to watch it on TV

So even though Suraya would have preferred watching Charmed, she was indoctrinated into the family business at a young age

 But the least-invested member of the Bevis turns out to be the star. At age 18, Saraya — now re-branded as "Paige" after the character in Charmed, obvi — is the only person in her local audition group to go to Orlando to train and try out for a spot on the WWE roster

She even beats out her brother, Zack (), who desperately seeks out a gig on the WWE circuit as his Plan A, B and C

With mixed feelings about leaving behind her supportive sibling, Paige uproots to the palm trees

 The adjustment in Orlando is a difficult one. Paige's style doesn't mix well with her tan, bottle-blonde, long-legged peers

And those are just the other females. Nothing she says or does impresses her trainer-coach (), a man who will cut you to pieces with his droll insults before he cuts you from the tour itself

(Though I didn't buy Vaughn as a sad-sack former journeyman on the WWE circuit, he's in his 2005-era wheelhouse dishing out the verbal slams

) Lonely and homesick and unable to summon her inner-and-outer-strength, Paige deeply contemplates quitting so she can go back to her family

But if you think failure is an option, then you've never seen a sports movie.  Writer-director , who created the original BBC The Office with , adheres rather closely to the rise-against-the-obstacles genre playbook

As low as Paige gets emotionally, we know that her pain is just a temporary setback until the pride kicks in

And pride, of course, is forever. And while I admit I'm unfamiliar with Paige's history, surely her journey from England to the top was not as tidy as it's presented here

In Fighting with My Family, she's literally an overnight sensation!  We must also address the matter of the WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment)

Early on, Headey tersely notes that the wrestling matches are fixed but not fake

We see the proof in the rigorous training montages in which the athletes are asked to do everything short of climb the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum

But then Merchant conveniently forgets this fact during the Paige's climactic 2014 battle with for the Divas Champion title on WWE Raw that we're asked to consider as legit

 What prevents Fighting with My Family from being one big overblown cliché are the fantastically grounded performances

Pugh (The Outlaw King, Lady Macbeth) is a spitfire in a breakout role, to the point where I'm convinced she could take down Johnson himself under the right circumstances

Johnson, who co-produced and cameos as himself, shakes things up each time he walks into a scene

I was most impressed by Lowden (Dunkirk), who refuses to quietly go from disappointed competition into big-brother cheerleader

 And we'll be darned if Paige's triumph isn't authentically effective. So what that the matches are staged and the wrestlers play to the crowd with more fierceness than they play to each other

A true outsider and self-described "freak" that worked hard to earn her way into the big ring is worth rooting for

 Fighting with my Family is now in theaters.
