Waching daily Feb 17 2019

Lord knows, those were the good days

They were calling us crazy

We were falling too fast

Yeah when they were living in our world

And everyone else was just living in our world

And I was the guy, yeah I was the girl

Lord knows, those were the good days

They were calling us crazy

Baby we were falling too fast

Nobody to slow us down

Just like the tires on a '95 Bronco

Yeah they went on and on and on

Those were the nights that had no tomorrow

Yeah, it's our time

Yeah, it's our time, oh baby

Our streets and our beating hearts

Those were our nights and our shooting stars

And everyone else was just living in our world

And I was the guy, yeah I was the girl

Lord knows, those were the good days

They were calling us crazy

Baby we were falling too fast

Nobody to slow us down

Just like the tires on a '95 Bronco

Yeah they went on and on and on

Those were the nights that had no tomorrow

And we were spinning around 'cause

They were all spinning around us

Those gravel roads and those southern skies

That county fair and that county line

You saying "Baby just kiss me"

That dashboard dark, those midnight sparks

That parking lot of that Winn Dixie

That little map dot by the Mississippi

And everyone else was just living in our world

And I was the guy, yeah I was the girl

Lord knows, those were the good days

They were calling us crazy

Baby we were falling too fast

Nobody to slow us down

Just like the tires on a '95 Bronco

Yeah they went on and on and on

Those were the nights that had no tomorrow

We knew it all back when we didn't have a clue

Late night phone calls, I miss you more

Our world was a swing on your daddy's porch

Red plastic cups and twist-off wine

Dancing with the stars and the fireflies

Our world was a small town Friday night

How to correctly belly breathe (diaphragmatic breathing) Part 2 of 4 - Duration: 5:45.

Agatha: Hey, guys.

Welcome to part two on our four part series on the basics of breathing.

So on part one we learned about breathing in and out through the nose.

And today we're going to focus on the direction of your breath.

Agatha: Hop on a chair.

You can sit on the floor.

As long as you are comfortable, I don't mind if you're resting your back somewhere if that

feels better for you.

Find a position that works and we'll get started.

Agatha: So if you have maybe gone to a yoga class before, you would've heard a teacher

say, "Let's breathe into our belly."

And what people usually do is exactly that.

They bring the air just down to their belly and empty that out.

And there are people that have that reversed.

And as they inhale, they empty.

As they exhale, they inflate.

Agatha: So that is not okay.

Belly breathing does not mean we just bring the air down to the belly.

The correct way to breathe in yoga is to first inhale and expand through the chest.

And then once that is fully inflated, to bring the air down to your belly.

And the way I like to think of it is really think of it as you're having two balloons.

There's a balloon in your chest and a balloon in your belly.

The balloon that you inflate first is the one in your chest.

And the one that inflates second is the one in your belly.

When you exhale, you empty the balloon in your belly first and then you empty the one

in your chest.

Okay?

And the balloon, you see has dimension to it.

So when we're breathing, we're not just pressing out in the front.

But you want to open in the sides.

And you want to open in the back as well.

So let's see how we would work through that.

Agatha: Place one hand on your chest and the other hand on your belly.

Bring the air in up through the nose and see if you can feel this top hand first before

you feel the bottom one.

So inhale.

Exhale.

Empty the belly first.

And then the chest.

And let's do that again.

Inhale.

Fill the chest.

Fill the belly.

Exhale.

Empty the belly.

Empty the chest.

Agatha: Alright?

Take a moment to shake that out.

Now, if you're not used to this kind of breathing, once again, it can seem really confusing.

And it could seem hard or maybe you're short of breath because you're realizing you don't

have that much breath to go around.

So this is another muscle that gets better with use and practice.

So get used to opening.

If this has been tight.

If you're often with rounded upper back, shoulders in, in front of a computer or in a car too

much, these will be difficult to open initially, right?

Your ribs are tight.

All of these muscles are a bit tight.

So it's going to have to open up with practice.

So I really like placing the hands because it gives you kind of some feedback as to what

needs to be happening where.

It can be really nice to do this laying down as well.

So you can be in your bed and you just want to have a go and practice this, that's also

an option for you.

Agatha: So let's take one minute now and practice this breathing technique.

Inhaling fully, expanding the front, the side, the back of your chest.

And then doing the same thing with the belly.

You should feel that the lower back expands and opens up as well.

So when you're ready, close your eyes and let's take about a minute to do this one.

Agatha: Let's do about two more breaths like this.

Agatha: And so open up your eyes if they were closed.

Release the arms.

And I'm curious to know how did that work for you?

How did it feel?

Any questions, confused about any part of that, please comment below.

Like if you like this video.

Subscribe and stay tuned for part number three.

Part number three were going to be talking about the art of the Ujjayi breath, which

is gonna help you have even more control.

Okay?

So that concludes part two, the directional breathing.

Hope you enjoyed that and I'll catch you here for part number three.

Bye bye.

Channel Changes - Update and Outlook for 2019 - Duration: 6:23.

Hey!

How are you?

Aaron Dunn here.

The "Dunn Dealer" ... formerly known...you can still call me that if you wanted to.

I hope you're doing well.

I haven't made a video on this channel in a while and this video is about that.

Why have I not been creating new content for you to enjoy, new car videos, that kind of

thing.

Well, simple answer: I don't sell cars anymore.

That's what I did formerly, that's how this channel got started.

I was a car salesman at a Kia dealership and I wanted to share what I knew about the Kia

products with the world so I created youtube videos to help people become more informed

about the quality products that they put out.

But a few years ago I stopped working at that dealership and stopped automotive sales entirely.

But I kept the channel alive because you kept the channel alive by watching the content.

I was surprised and still blown away at how many people have continued to watch and subscribe

to the channel despite their not being a new video quite some time.

I wanted to explain in this video why, which I kind of just did but also explain what's

going to happen with this channel over the next channel over the next couple of months

because I am somebody who loves to create content I've continued to create video content,

and written form, Instagram stuff, and all that kind of stuff, but I've done it away

from this channel because I knew it was niche specific and that was important.

But I think that I want to take the direction of this channel and keep on going because

one: it has good traction to it, the Google Algorithm likes it so selfishly it's like,

why not, but also I think it could be a valuable thing for people to see because my mission

now is to help creatives, creators, and creative professionals, have more success and help

people be more effective online.

Have a more effective online presence.

When I left the car dealership, when I stopped, the reason I stopped was to take that direction

in my career.

I was passionate about it then, I'm still passionate about it, I've been taking steps

to get to the place that I am now, working for a web design firm and helping people with

social media.

I've joined a team, I've joined a web design agency here locally that helps people more

effective online through web design, social media, that kind of thing.

So I want to help people in this industry and I'm going to start doing that on this

channel.

So that's what's going to happen here in the next few months.

I did create some videos in the interim before landing this position that's a really good

vehicle just for that.

I've joined an excellent team to help people.

And so I'm going to upload some of those videos that are a couple years old as a way to chronicle...to

give you insight into the journey as I documented it.

So I left the car dealership, joined a web design company, it didn't work out, so I went

back into the restaurant industry, I created some videos during that time because you know,

if paid attention to the channel at all, it says "your salesman with D.R.I.V.E." and that

was a play on words, because, it's an acronym that plays on the theme of automotive, DRIVE,

but it's an acronym that stands for dedication, relationship, integrity, volition, and enthusiasm

and that's my life mission statement to go into life with those 5 principles laid before

me.

That's the foundation that I want to walk upon through my entire career.

So I've been keeping that theme throughout past few years in creating content to help

people feel encouraged, enriched and empowered but also wanted to bring a practical value

and so that's where we're going.

It's going to take more videos to explain all of this and make it all make sense so

I won't bore you with that but since I've been off of this channel I've started a podcast

called Strong Com Podcast, Com is the root word for "together, or in common" has to do

with Strong communication, and stronger community building.

I think those two things build strong companies, if that's the company that you're building,

like a business, or the company that you keep, like individuals.

So I'm turning the channel, we're taking a different direction to be that channel.

To be the strong com channel.

To help you build a more effective online presence, if that's on social media, through

web design, marketing, copy, build strong communities, in terms of building relationships,

having integrity in business, taking action, having fun while doing it and being dedicated

to serving other people.

So that's where we're going, that's where we're headed, I hope you join me.

I know a lot of people who subscribed to this channel purely for automotive content when

I can, I will find some cars to film, hopefully I can continue to bring value to your life

in the way that you've brought value to mine.

But ultimately, this is going to not be an automotive channel as it began because my

career has changed.

So priorities change accordingly.

Anyway, thank you for watching this if you've watched to the end I hope you follow me on

Instagram, @AaronDunnWorks, we can stay connected there, or Twitter, same handle.

Or please give a notification to this YouTube video stay subscribed, let me know what you

think in the comments.

We've got more to come, I've got more to come and look forward to 2019 with you.

Oh yeah!

Subscribe to the podcast too, Strong Com Podcast.

Anyway, I appreciate you.

Have an awesome stay (driven).

The Galaxy S10: Samsung, Are You Even Trying? Everything to Know About the Samsung Unpacked Event - Duration: 12:08.

Wow. I think just about everything has leaked for the Samsung Galaxy S10.

Even some of their accessories have leaked out and I just have to ask, Samsung,

are you even trying?

We'll talk about everything we know about the Samsung Unpacked Event because

This is Tech Today.

Hey, friends, this is Brandon your host of This is Tech Today, your source

for honest tech reviews, the news, and my views. You're watching a special

Samsung edition of This is Tech This Week, a weekly show in addition to

my other content where I go over tech news from this past week that personally

interests me. If that's something you're interested in make sure to share, subscribe,

hit that bell icon to be notified when I post a new video or Groot will

leak all the galaxies.

Now whatever you do don't push this button because that release all the

Galaxy S10 information and there's no surprises anymore. Now repeat back

what I just said.

Uh huh. That's right. NO! That's the button that will leak all the information!

We're all going to die.

Oh man I love the guardians the galaxy. Get it. Guardians of the galaxy

. (applause)

Speaking of Galaxy leaks let's start off with some of the accessories that

have leaked out. Now there are two big leaks that give us a good look at

what's to come.

First, this image leaked out of the galaxy bud. They're wireless headphones

that seem to be Samsung's version of the popular Apple AirPods and have

an estimated price of one hundred seventy dollars. If we do a strict conversion

from the euro that means that it could potentially be priced less than

that in America. Upon release, it may be possible that they will be included

for free with Galaxy S10 pre-orders depending on where you live. So far

Samsung Vietnam has confirmed that they'll take part in that promotion.

The colors that we know of so far are black and white.

Now according to various media sites, they believe that this image indicates

that the Galaxy Bud's case will allow them to be charged with a Qi charger.

Even more interesting is that they can be charged with a Galaxy S10 device.

This reverse charging from a phone seems to be the same feature found in

the Hauwei Mate 20 Pro.

Now this is really interesting because I've seen some people really trash

on this feature like it's something ridiculous and insane and to some extent

I get why it would be insane to charge your headphones with your phone

when you could just plug it in and charge it faster and not use up some

of your phone's battery. However, I asked a few people about it at my work

because I always want the average consumer's perspective and they thought

it was awesome. For them, they thought it was neat because they don't have

to carry more chargers and cables. I asked about the phone's battery life

and they said that they expect phones to last all day anyways so it should

be able to handle them. I guess we'll see.

But what do you think about this potential feature? Leave a comment below

and let us know on the This is Tech Today community Discord chat server.

There's a link in the description. Whatever your thoughts are at least

we can agree. They look way better than AirPods.

Now they're way more leaks for accessories. What's crazy about a lot of

this is that Samsung leaked this out. They pushed out an update,

whether intentionally to leak or not, for the Galaxy wearable app. Within it,

we are able to see the Galaxy buds again but also this galaxy watch active.

It's a smartwatch that has a nice round edge to the AMOLED screen.

There's two physical buttons but no rotating bezel. This seems to be a bit more

fitness oriented with its slim and soft design, and I really like it.

So far we know that there will be three colors black silver and rose gold.

Now I have to ask Are you interested in this? Are you waiting for an update

to the full size Galaxy watch.

Now if you want something way slimmer, and I would imagine much more affordable,

t here's a Galaxy Fit Band. This is essentially a fancier Fitbit which seems

to have a colored screen on it that I bet looks really great because it's

a Samsung device. Do you use a Fitbit? And are those still popular now

or are those kind of dying off? Honestly, I haven't seen them much lately.

Now what else can we see at the unpacked event? Will we see the new foldable

phone at the event? Samsung has released a commercial that is being plastered

everywhere right now and they're really emphasizing a foldable phone device

on it. And I have to admit if it looks like this it looks really cool.

I'm just not sure if people will want to pay the rumored seventeen hundred

dollars for it. That is a lot of money.

But along with that teaser, Samsung put out another teaser for the unpacked

event and it seems to hint at something foldable quite a bit like the foldable phone.

So the question is are they just beating us and they won't actually release

it? I know some people think that they'll cannibalize Galaxy S10 sales

but I really don't think it would if it's priced quite a bit higher than

the Galaxy S10. We can't admit that it probably will take some attention

away from the Galaxy S10. I honestly don't know.

But one thing I do know is that another company is trying to work on some foldable phones.

TCL is working on one that is a phone that wraps around your wrist like

a bracelet and I kind of want it.

You know what else I want to tell you that this week's video is sponsored

by me. Well, not really. It's not really sponsored, by I wanted to tell

you real quick that I have a Patreon page. if you value my content and

want to help support me in the creation of more content you can do with Patreon.

P

atreon gives me the opportunity to create more content for you and interact

with you on a more personal level, which I really really want. There are

multiple tiers available to support across various price ranges with benefits

ranging from a simple thank you, social media follows, unique access in

our Dischord chat server which you should totally join, a monthly Ask me

anything just for Patreon Supporters, your name in the credits to a monthly livestream,

and on top of that you can get a monthly five dollar discount for This is Tech Today merch. Oh,

if you didn't know there's merch available now.

If you'd like to support the channel there are links below for everything.

One goal that we're trying to reach is 500 dollars a month. If we reach

that by summer I'll have the resources necessary to launch a podcast.

Now 500 dollars isn't hard to reach if a bunch of us just chip in a little

bit every month.

So thank you to all of you who support me already on Patreon, those who

support me now by purchasing merch, by sharing my videos, leaving sweet

comments for me, or just watching my videos. I seriously appreciate you

and I'm so humbled that you even care to watch anything I make. Seriously, thank you, friend.

So what's the breakdown on all the Galaxy S10 specs and rumors. Seriously,

there's so much has been leaked by so many people from Ice universe Evan Blass, and Ishan Agarwal.

Sorry if I mispronounced your name. The one website though that has kind

of compiled it all together based upon a document they received is GSMarena.

So let's take a look at that. FIrst, If you didn't know there are three

different galaxy s10 models, one being the Galaxy S10e, is a smaller more

affordable option will likely be priced similarly to the Apple iPhone XR and

will have a flat screen, a side button fingerprint scanner, and two cameras

on the back-one of those cameras will be a wide angle lens with dual aperture

and one being an ultra wide lens. 5. 8 inch screen will come in at a

resolution of two thousand two hundred eighty by ten eighty and a pixel

density of 438 PPI. On the front will have a single hole punch design with

a 10 megapixel camera and then model options will come in at six gigabytes

of RAM with 128 gigabytes of storage and then 8 gigabytes of RAM and 256

gigabytes of storage. And finally, it will have a 3,100 mAh battery.

Now let's take a quick pause real quick to talk about prices. The Galaxy

S10 and s10 plus are being debated quite a bit with some claiming that

the prices will surpass $1000 and some saying it will not. So I really

don't know what to say about the prices for these two models, but if I

had to guess I think Samsung would be wise to not go above a thousand dollars

here and will please many if the S10 plus base model sits at under 900

dollars like last year's s 10 plus model.

One big plus is their preorder trade-in option. You can trade in various

phone models and get a $550 credit if it's in good condition. I was actually

able to pick up an iPhone 8 64GB phone for three hundred eighty dollars

and Craigslist and I'll just trade it in and I think it's a great deal.

T o be honest, I probably couldn't even sell a Galaxy S9 plus for five hundred

fifty dollars unless I got lucky haggling or threw in a bunch of accessories.

That's a great promo from Samsung. Let me know if you're planning on getting

an S10 device and if you're trading in anything, and if so, what? All right.

Moving on.

As for specific specs for the S10 model we have the new ultrasonic in-display

fingerprint reader which will make screen protectors super interesting.

B y the way, this screen protector leaked out that has a hole in it and it

looks absolutely horrendous. It's it's terrible. Don't get that screen protector.

Who thought that was a good idea? So I did talk to Whitestone Dome

and they let me know that they're the only certified screen protector that

will work with the phones ultrasonic fingerprint reader. And no, it will

not have a fingerprint cut out. I'll have a link in the description for

that once it's out

Anyways, on the back, we have three cameras one being a telephoto lens

so you can get closer to whatever you're taking a picture of, and the same

wide and ultra wide cameras found in the Galaxy S10E. Along with that,

you'll have the same camera with a single hole punch design The 6.

1inch screen comes in at a resolution of three thousand forty by fourteen forty

with the pixel density of 550, of course that familiar curved edge.

M odels will come with the option of 6GBs of RAM and 128 gigabytes of storage

or 8 gigabytes a ram and 512 gigabytes of storage and its battery will

come in at three thousand four hundred mAh.

Finally, that s10 plus we'll have all the same things as the s10 but we'll

have a six point screen at a resolution of 3040 by 1440 and the pixel

density of 522 PPI compared to the s10s normal 550 PPI. Now on the front,

you'll get a which gives the whole punch a bigger hole or punch. How do

you how do you say it? It's bigger.

The second camera apparently allows for life focus and gathering depth

data which I imagine makes for a better portrait photos from the selfie camera.

Model options will come in with 6GM of RAM and 128 gigabytes of storage,

eight gigabytes of RAM and 512 gigabytes of storage and then 12 gigabytes

of RAM and one terabyte storage. That's better than a lot of laptops by

the way. The battery comes in at 4, 100 mAh and that's 700 mAh more than the

S10 of which is honestly really nice.

Now all three versions will have Samsung's new one UI which is based on

Android 9 pie and will have a more minimal looking design than previous iterations,

and will have in mind with most actions taking place in the

bottom half of the screen. That's really nice because all these phones

have an aspect ratio of 19:9. Compared to last year Galaxy S9 line the

super feature can record two times longer and they're saying that the

S10 line will have the world's first 4K selfie camera for video recording,

but that's debatable. Along with that there's some sort of spin effect

that will be available but I'm not really sure what that is. Maybe it's

like an inception effect.

The screen brightness is 800nits on average compared to the Galaxy S9s 700 nits.

I'm not sure what the max knits will be for special situations. I know

that the S9 can reach a max of 1, 015 nits in special circumstances. Now for colors,

there's a prism white, prism green, and prism black for all models.

There are some special colors for the maxed out s10 plus model. You can get the

luxurious ceramic white and black, and then canary yellow for the Galaxy S10e.

After looking at all the specs for the Galaxy S 10 and all the accessories,

I just have to ask, Samsung, Are you even trying? Now don't get your pitchforks out.

I'm not talking about specs or anything like that. I'm talking about the

fact that everything has leaked. It's like Samsung wasn't even trying this

time we had leaks all the way back in September last year. Back then we

knew that we'd get a phone with a hole bunch design and Samsung seems to

be intentionally teasing out new features and technological breakthroughs

before we even experienced the launch of the device itself.

That may be the reality of how things are now. It's just so hard to keep

things secret. After the insane fiasco of leaks for the pixel 3 and my

opportunity to talk with a Google engineer last year, I was told that companies

even realize it's impossible to keep all the leaks from happening.

Even Apple can't keep their secrets anymore and they were the kings of secrecy.

I'm wondering though do all the leaks take the excitement fun out of the

phones for you now or are the phones just not as exciting as it used to

be?

That's it. Make sure to check out my last video where I talked about the

discussions that have occurred about Apple buying Netflix. There have been

some passionate discussion in the comments of that video so you should

totally check it out and join the conversation and what you think about

the idea of Apple buying Netflix and let me know what streaming service

you prefer and use now. I'll see over there after this video.

Make sure you share subscribe hit that Bell icon if you haven't already.

Thank you for watching this is text today, you just watched This is Tech T

Stephen Miller: Trump will veto any national emergency override - Daily News - Duration: 4:49.

A top adviser to Donald Trump said Sunday that the president will issue the first veto of his term in office if Congress votes to nullify his declaration that a national emergency exists along the U

S.-Mexico border.White House senior adviser Stephen Miller said on 'Fox News Sunday' that 'the president is going to protect his national emergency declaration

' Asked if that meant Trump was ready to veto a congressional resolution, Miller added: 'He's going to protect his national emergency declaration, guaranteed

'Miller downplayed the significance of the most eyebrow-raising line from Trump's Rose Garden press event on Friday, the president's assertion that 'I could do the wall over a longer period of time

I didn't need to do this.'Critics pounced, speculating the admission could play a role in legal challenges to Trump's claim that an immigration and narcotics-trafficking 'emergency' exists along nearly 2,000 miles of America's southern boundary

Miller said on Sunday that Trump meant he could have chosen the more patient approach to sealing the border that his predecessors have taken

'We see an increasing number of people crossing the border as well as increasing violence in Mexico,' he said

'What the president was saying is that like past presidents, he could choose to ignore this crisis, choose to ignore this emergency as others have

That's not what he's going to do.'  Share this article Share 138 shares Miller also contested fact-checkers' assertions that despite Trump's complaints about a wave of trans-border drug trafficking, most narcotics smuggled into the U

S. come through regular ports of entry. That, he said is a measure of what is intercepted – not what comes in

'Eighty to 90 per cent of those drugs don't come across in unfenced areas. They come from ports of entry,' host Chris Wallace said

'You apprehend the contraband there because that's where you have the people, that's where you have the screeners,' Miller replied

'I assure you, if we had people at that same density and screeners at that same density across every single inch and mile of the Southern border, you'd have more drug interdicted in those areas

You don't know what you don't know and you don't catch what you don't catch.' Trump declared the emergency Friday in an effort to go around Congress to fund his border wall

The move, based on a 1976 law meant to restrait presidents in the post-Watergate era, allows him to move federal dollars earmarked for military construction to the border

Trump is already facing legal and political challenges.California Attorney General Xavier Becerra said his state would sue 'imminently' to block the order, after the American Civil Liberties Union and the activist group Public Citizen announced Friday that they were taking legal action

Democrats are planning to introduce a resolution disapproving of the declaration once Congress returns to session, and it could pass with simple majorities in both houses of Congress

Several Republican senators are already indicating they could vote against Trump. Overriding a presidential veto, however, would require two-thirds 'supermajorities' in the House and Senate

That does not yet appear to have attracted enough support to happen.Historically, Congress has successfully countermanded less than 10 per cent of presidential vetos

Trump has yet to issue one.

India election 2019 What you need to know - Duration: 3:29.

India election 2019 What you need to know

Politicians of all stripes are already in campaign mode for what will be the worlds largest exercise in democracy a mammoth undertaking that will take place over several weeks to ensure the voices of hundreds of millions of Indians across the country are heard.

An official date is yet to be announced, but the poll is due to be held between April and May.

Who can vote? And how many Indians are eligible to vote?

The equivalent of more than twice the entire population of the United States can vote.

All Indians aged 18 and above can participate. In the last general election, in 2014, more than 830 million Indians were eligible and 550 million voted.

The total of number of eligible voters will be even higher this time around, with Indian election authorities saying can cast their ballots.

Whos running?

Modi and his Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party BJP are seeking re election after a landslide victory in 2014.

The main national opposition party is the Congress, led by , the scion of Indias most influential political dynasty. Gandhi is the son of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. His grandmother Indira was Indias first female leader, and his grandfather, Jawarhlal Nehru, was the countrys founding Prime Minister.

But numerous other regional parties also wield significant influence across the country, with some for and others against Modi all of which can help define the outcome.

In the 2014 contest, there were a total of 464 political parties and more than 8,000 candidates courting voters across the nation.

How is the prime minister elected?

In Indias Westminster style model, parties field candidates for seats in the Lok Sabha, the lower house of parliament. There are 543 seats at stake.

An additional two seats are filled by nominees from the Anglo Indian community or those of mixed Indian and European descent. Framed to protect the rights of Anglo Indians when British colonial rule ended, the rule gives the President the power to nominate two members of the community if he/she feels they arent adequately represented in the legislature.

Whichever party wins the majority of seats gets to choose the prime minister.

For the BJP, the candidate is Modi, who became Prime Minister in 2014 282 Lok Sabha seats in what was the biggest majority secured by a single party in 30 years. With its allies, the coalition notched up an impressive 336 seats.

If no one party wins a majority, a coalition of different parties can come together to form the next government. In 2004, for example, the Congress after falling short of an absolute majority entered into a coalition with smaller parties to form the government.

How long does it take to complete polling?

Several weeks. To ensure the integrity of the process, and allow for election and security resources to be moved around the country, polling unfolds in phases covering different regions.

Its all because of the staggering scale of the exercise. In 2014, a million polling stations peppered across India. That election unfolded over close to six weeks.

What are the key battlegrounds?

Voting is spread across Indias 29 states and seven additional, smaller territories, known as union territories. Some areas carry more weight than others because of the number of Lok Sabha constituencies in each state or union territory, something thats based on how populous they are. The bigger the state, the more seats it has.

And the biggest battleground by many miles is the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. Its Indias most populous state, with about 200 million inhabitants if it was a country, it would be the fifth largest on the planet.

Uttar Pradesh accounts for 80 seats in the Lok Sabha, making it critical to the formation of any Indian government.

Other key regions to watch will be western state of Maharashtra, which accounts for 48 Lok Sabha seats; West Bengal in the east with 42 seats; Bihar in the north, which accounts for 40; and in the south, Tamil Nadu, which has 39 seats.

that came out from social analytics firm called quintly.

They analyzed 94,000 Facebook pages

is something that you might not be doing

for your business on Facebook

A lot of businesses only post weekdays

when they're kind of working nine to five-ish, right?

Like all of us, Monday through Friday,

and taking the weekend off.

But, quintly found that businesses that post

on the weekend, their posts have a 13% more engagement rate.

So, something to think about.

Saturday and Sunday?

Are you posting when people are free?

They've got a little more free time.

They're sitting on their couch.

They're scrolling through their Facebook feed

Wes Nelson parties with bevy of lingerie-clad beauties after Megan Barton-Hanson split - Duration: 3:11.

The video will start in 8 Cancel Wes Nelson spent a night out surrounded by beautiful lingerie-clad women after his split with Megan Barton-Hanson

The Love Island star appeared to have firmly moved on as he partied with a group of girls wearing nothing but their undies

Ahead of tonight's Dancing On Ice double elimination, the 20-year-old single lad, who is partnered with Vanessa Bauer on the ITV show, was spotted enjoying a night out at Shooshh nightclub in Brighton

Wes was pictured in the club last night, the same evening his ex Megan partied with fellow Islander Charlie Brake

Onlookers say Wes spent two hours at the club with a male pal before chatting to a group of girls outside the venue, hugging them and posing for snaps with them

Inside, Wes grinned as he posed for pictures holding up a sign that read "Reserved for Wes"

The reality hunk wore black jeans and a tight-fighting cream jumper that clung to his muscles

And he didn't seem to mind that he was joined for the snaps by a number of gorgeous girls wearing tiny black knickers and lacy red corsets

Wes and Vanessa have faced romance rumours since they were paired together on the show, which left his ex Megan extremely jealous

Speaking on This Morning last week, Wes revealed how he really feels about Vanessa

Asked the reason for his split, Wes said that his training was largely to do with it and insisted that it didn't have anything to do with Vanessa

"Vanessa this, Vanessa that - it's not like that," he said. "With training it made it difficult to plan ahead

" He added: "When you come home you want to know that the three hours that you get home is quality time" But Phillip Schofield pointed out that Dancing on Ice was only on for 10 weeks and that she could have waited until after it was over

"You cant just say, 'wait for me'," he said. "If it's making you that upset and sad, who am I [to tell you to wait]

" He explained: "I think she wishes that I didn't do Dancing on Ice, we wanted a simpler life

I'm a very driven person." Branding it a "holiday romance kind of thing" he spoke about how Megan has blocked him on Instagram

Tom Del Beccaro on Border Security - Duration: 6:02.

Leading up to the State of the Union address, the president indicated that he might use

emergency authority to access funds to build the wall.

That did not happen on Tuesday night.

Now, Republicans and Democrats must join forces again to confront an urgent national crisis.

Congress has 10 days left to pass a bill that will fund our government, protect our homeland,

and secure our very dangerous southern border.

Now is the time for Congress to show the world that America is committed to ending illegal

immigration and putting the ruthless coyotes, cartels, drug dealers, and human traffickers

out of business.

Talking about border security, the president didn't declare a national emergency on the

southern border during his State of the Union address as some people expected.

What do you make of it?

What do you think is his plan for the wall going forward?

Well, I think the reason why he didn't talk about a national emergency during the speech

is that he does want time to play out and see if the country is—both the House Republicans

and House Democrats can come to some sort of compromise on the issue of border security

in the remaining days we have under the current bill that kept the government open.

I still expect them to reach some sort of compromise.

There's no appetite among Republicans for another shutdown.

Nancy Pelosi recently said there wouldn't be another shutdown.

So rather than injecting that into this speech which, by the way, would have become the topic

of discussion afterwards, everything else would have been forgotten if he had declared

that national emergency.

He had a higher goal for this speech, so he left it out.

Give them a chance to compromise.

And he made the case as to why there is actually a crisis at the border.

There is between drugs, human trafficking, sex crimes, violence, the treatment of women

who make their way up from Central America.

All those are crisis proportions.

So he made that case, but he still made time for compromise.

And I think that was the wise thing to do.

So do you think the president will really build the wall?

And how is he going to go about it?

Well, I think this issue has been a part of American politics for decades and decades.

It was a big deal during the Reagan administration.

It's been a big deal ever since.

Part of the wall is being constructed now.

He just wants to extend not only that portion but the portion that already exists.

He made the case on what a difference it's made in San Diego, and I guarantee you walls

work.

So what he's doing is continuing discussion.

Will he get all that he wants?

No.

No president ever does.

But this will be a continuing discussion, and I bet if you and I were sitting here again

ten years from now some portion of this discussion would still exist.

So I expect him to keep pushing for it.

It will happen in fits and starts.

It will be a campaign issue in 2020, and then the discussion will be renewed in 2021.

Interesting.

Sometimes when I think about the wall, I compare it to the U.S. overhaul of its China policy.

You know the China engagement policy that was largely promoted by big American corporations

lasted for several decades before average Americans and big corporations, with intellectual

property theft and forced technology transfer, really felt the pain.

And once that happened, and also because of President Trump, America quickly snapped out

of it.

I wonder if the border problem will also be like that?

When the average American really feels the pain, everything will change.

Generally there's three aspects to the current immigration debate.

There is the national security concern, those coming over the border are potential terrorists;

there's the violence and drugs along the border; then there's the issue of jobs.

Historically if the economy is not growing, immigration becomes a big deal because those

who are here already are in competition with those coming for jobs.

This isn't just true for America.

This has been true through all of time.

And so why the economy is growing, and it is doing quite well in America right now,

the issue of jobs is downplayed.

So they won't feel that in the same degree as they will when the economy wasn't growing

under President Obama.

I think the issue of whether the Americans will come to support more border walls will

come down to whether Republicans make the case on the extent of the violence and the

potential terrorism.

And in order to do that, they have to do what you're doing right now, which is take a

video of something actually happening.

They have to go down to the border, and they have to show actual video of the violence,

the danger, the crossings so that it's not disputable.

Right now when Nancy Pelosi says walls are immoral, those are just words.

But if you put a picture to it and the immorality of the violence that's occurring to people

or the fact that terrorists do come across, things of that nature, only then will I think

that the dynamic really change and Americans get behind a more robust border security policy.
