Hi DP Crafters.

This is Michele again coming to you from Creative Mayhem and I am so excited.

Yes you can that I can finally do an unboxing.

Um . . . this is my very first delivery where I can show you from start to finish about

these paintings that came in.

I think these two are . . .one is for my daughter and one is for myself so I am really excited

to open these up and so I am just going to jump right in.

OK.

I don't want to turn this over because my address is on that side but I am a little

concerned.

Um . . . it does have some bending on this side right here and I am going to hope for

the best.

So let's get this out of the way.

I am going to try and get in here without hurting anything.

I need to probably get better scissors ay?

Oh . . it is in a box!

I think the box took some abuse.

I think it did.

That's ok.

Ooof (laughter) Houston we have a problem.

Oh no (laughter) (more laughter) Oh . . . . yeah. . .. that one got crunched.

WOW that's uh that's an impressive piece of wax right there.

I do have Invisalign guys so I am sorry if I'm.

I didn't have a little mixer before I started the video but I do have my Invisalign in and

so sometimes I have a lisp with them in but I am almost done with my treatment so you

won't have to listen to me lisping so much.

Yeah that's an impressive piece of wax right there and the little grippy.

Let's see that has a three placer, I think, and I think maybe that is a nine.I am not

sure.

I have never used anything other than a three and a six.

So I am assuming both kits are the same.

This kit didn't fight too much although the tweezers took of his gloves.

So this is the side so the orientation is this thumbnail and they printed them sideways

which I don't mind because I actually turn the canvas all around anyway but is that normal?

Hmmmm . . I'm confused.

I'm mind blown which, you know, sometimes that's not hard to do.

(laughing) But ok.

Interesting!

Let me move this over a little bit so you can see it better.

I hope you can see that.

This is my first unboxing.

I don't know if it is because of the orientation or if that was a mistake but I mean the canvas

looks to be pretty good.

Um . . other than it being on a tight roll.

The canvas feels good.

It is more of a canvas feel than my other canvases that I got off of Amazon.

Um . . .3 sections and I really like this paper better than that clear plastic.

Uh . . . that back looks fine and I think if I iron it or if I flatten it, I think the

wrinkles will come out.

So let's take a look at the drills.

This is my very first square so I have never done a square before.

Uh . . I know that I am kind of taking a chance because of the popping drill issue.

There are two ways to form an LLC in Michigan.

Five: Obtain an EIN

Lastly you'll need to get an Employer Identification Number

or EIN from the IRS.

Also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number

your EIN is like a social security number for your LLC

and is important for taxes and banking.

EIN's are free of charge

and can be obtained from the IRS online or through the mail.

And with that you'll have formed a Michigan LLC on your own.

Hi. I'm Dr Ju.

Hey I'm Mike Jenkins,

Ju Chiropractic Wellness Center

Rehab Specialist and ISSA certified personal trainer.

Today we're going to talk about shoulder exercise.

Alright, let's do it.

The delts, lateral medial delts.

These are very important muscle groups

because this helps you with everything

that deals with your arm including your grip.

If you don't have strong delts,

there's no way that you're going to be able

to pick up enough weight to actually change the curvature

of your muscles, increasing the blood

and oxygen to make those bigger biceps and triceps,

to make those forearms really, really show,

if that's what you're in there for.

Here's what I would like for most people to do

a little bit better in their shoulder development.

Most people when they do, say for example,

a front raise, they tend to jerk.

They tend to jerk backwards

on the thoracic and lumbar spine.

What that does,

is not only does that cause back pain over time

but it's actually cheating your delts out of the exercise.

For proper form,

you want to make sure that your knees are soft,

that you're relaxed

and that the only thing that moves on a fulcrum,

is lifting the arm in an arc,

from here, to here.

You should not have to use momentum in any way

to lift this weight.

Throughout the range of motion,

the resistance is going to start

to tighten your front delts.

That is how this exercise works.

Also, for lateral raises,

most people when they do lateral raises,

they do them incorrectly as well.

They either shrug the shoulders before

and again they use momentum to swing the weight in place

and not even holding it at the top of the position.

Again, this cheats the delts out of the exercise.

Now, what you want to make sure that you're doing

is that you're bringing your pinky finger in,

so that as you go through the delt exercise,

as you're lifting slowly and controlled,

you're truly engaging the medial delt.

You should be able to pause at the top

and come back slowly to starting position.

If you have to shrug in order to get the weight up,

it's too heavy.

Also, when it comes to the rear delts,

I recommend that you do not use weights for these exercises.

Just use this as a stretch

in between your front and medial delt lateral raises

and front raises.

Simply bring the arms back as far as you can

and slowly return.

Your range of motion will increase over time.

Don't try to rush that range of motion.

Don't try to jerk or overextend

to the point where you are compromising your form.

Proper form is everything.

You've made it from the heels in dorsiflexion,

all the way up to the top with the traps.

That's from the bottom up, guys.
