Waching daily Feb 18 2019

Hello my dear followers , In this video we 'll know how to crochet this small bed for our doll .

I made for her a small blanket and a pillow will be in another video ,

This tutorial has three parts , the 1 st is about it's body , the 2nd deals with hoodie and the last part is about doll's blanket and pillow

If you want to crochet smaller sizes you should use smaller sizes of both yarn and hook .

this bed is not only a doll bed but also a small purse you can use .

you can pull these hands to tight

also you can decorate it with any shape of embroidery or appliques .

hello dears , we will use cotton yarn and 2mm crochet hook

you can use different sizes of yarn and hooks to get different sizes of your doll's bed

crochet a chain until you reach 15 cm

you can use any stitch you want ( sc , hdc , or dc ) I will use dc to make my bed bigger .

put dc in the 3rd chain from hook

dc in each stitch across , 3 dc in the last

on the other side put dc in each space between previous stitches as shown

at last stitch put dc on the space and 2 dc in the loop beside , sls in the top of chain

ch 3 , dc in each stitch , 2 dc at the top stitch , dc in each across , 2 dc at the last stitch , sls at the top of chain

ch 3 , dc in each stitch across , sls at the top of ch , for many rows .

I worked until reached 9 cm length and 20 cm wide

ch 3 , 2 dc in the same chain stitch , 3 dc in each stitch across , sls at the top of chain.

ch 3 , dc in each stitch across , sls at the top of chain , for many rows until reach 9 cm length

I worked many rows until I have 9 cm and changed my yarn at the last 2 rows

now crochet bed's hands

I 'll use two colours making a chain until reach 1 meter long

I made 2 hands , 1 meter long each . and will attach them to our purse as shown .

you can use these hands to tight your purse

put your bed's body in a good shape as you wish ,

Thanks , meeting you very soon after 2 days from now with Allah willing and the 2nd part .

How Do You Play Golf? Aggressive or Safe? | Great On The Course Golf Drill! - Duration: 23:55.

what is up y'all hope y'all having a great day we're out here at Nashille

golf we're gonna be playing the front nine it is very cold today mid 30s

little breezy feels much colder probably low 30s to upper 20s is about how it

feels out here before we get into today's video and what we're gonna be

doing just wanted to drop in and say thank you so very much for all the

incredible support you've shown on this channel so far all the new subscribers

welcome glad to have y'all joining in on this journey for today's video we're

gonna be playing two approach shots into every green we're gonna take one route

which will be the conservative route and one route which will be the aggressive

route we're gonna play both balls in to see how we score on each one and

honestly I just wanted to get a feel for the score comparison in the overall

round yeah I had a good train of thought there I just want to see how the two

compare overall score that's what we're gonna do yes let's head to the first

tee right here behind us tee it up and let it fly

here's our approach on number one we've got about 190 left as you can see there

is a ball up there looks to be about a foot away someone who's playing a few

holes with me just stuck it close awesome shot there our first shot we're

gonna hit 6-iron 190 into the wind it's playing a lot longer with the cold

conditions so 6-iron middle of the green second shot the aggressive play I'm

gonna hit 5-iron which will get us further back into that green but you

don't want to be long here but that is the aggressive play let's go ahead and

hit them find out

in these conditions I would take both of those all day long walking up here here

was our conservative play middle of the green

long putt ahead second one is right here a little more aggressive have about a 30

footer left from here see if we can't roll one in

two two putts there on one would take that all day long that is the most

difficult full out here the conservative route was a longer putt but we played to

the middle the green like we wanted to more aggressive route gave us a better

look at birdie didn't make either onto number two even par on both balls are

for playing probably about 420 to 430 yards from here

get high let it fly with the driver

take that on number two any day of the week pin is front left just under 130

away gonna play to the middle part of the green with our first shot which is

our conservative route and we are going right at it with the second shot for the

aggressive play

and that is how you draw both those shots up yes sir

goal was accomplished with both shots there's the aggressive play great look

for bird there was the conservative route right in the middle of the green

decent look at bird as well these greens are a little slippery today ran that one

well by

big comeback putt right there

he pulled that right off the putter face I was not a good putt

no was not not happy with that stroke

even par quality wedge shots in there on number two distances were quality as

well putting not so much yeah pulled the birdie look on the aggressive

ball and ran the conservative first putt way by thankfully we made to come back

even par on the conservative ball and even par on the aggressive ball on to

number three number three is playing about 600 yards from here so it is not

gonna be reachable in these conditions today unfortunately so our third shot

our approach shot from wherever we lay up to will be the aggressive and

conservative approaches from there I'm not using my words great at the moment

so if you understand what I'm saying seeing off

pulled that drive a little bit there is the ball yes we are gonna be laying up

from here probably with about a seven or 6-iron

Full Monty 87 yards - kind of a middle pin there really isn't a conservative

play from here maybe playing just a little left so we're gonna aim a little

left with the conservative play aggressive play dead aim at the pin

I was just left to the pen just about how he grew it up

we push that one a little bit and I wasn't a great swing but we're up there

maybe puting this is my buddy's ball right there

there was the aggressive play right there just that tension free swing on

the conservative route was definitely the way to go since I was trying to

mentally feel more aggressive got a little tight left it open so take a

lesson there swing smooth and easy your results are gonna be much better far on

the aggressive ball

even plar on both yes would have liked to have run one of those two birdies in

on the last hole in this hole but we didn't number for par for driver in hand

probably playing a bow

a little bit in the mud their contact wasn't good on either one we've got some

work left to do like I said neither one was hit well

this one right here is the aggressive play and right over here on the edge of

the green was the conservative play got a little work left let's get them up and

down

that's a bogey that was not a good putt kind of a tricky little pin location

here one over on both the conservative and aggressive ball today very poor

display of putting here on number four however you got to forget that that's in

the past it happened missed both those putts not

good not we're hoping for however forget about it move on we've

got number five see if we can't go make couple Birds number five par for

borderline drivable in the summertime not really drivable during the winter

but we are going to take it over these trees to give us a little wedge in maybe

even a chip shot if we hit a well driver

that was hit really well that's how you bounce back after a catastrophe on the

last green that was dead in line with the pin couldn't have asked for a better

Drive summertime it is probably up here putting we've got a great look to get

this up and down for birdie however I don't really know how we're complaining

and ggressive and conservative we're just going to try to hit two good chips

first of all it's a bit aggressive second one was better

that is a very tricky little putt there water break

not a bad attempt but in 4/4

first birdie of the day yes aggressive play takes a 1-up lead going

into number six at even par conservative is one over number six par three pin is

on the right side front just a hair first of all cancer the ball we're gonna

play to the middle of the green so a little left of that pin second ball dead

aim

ress employee worked out well I like doing these drills out on the course

just to get my mind thinking mentally what the conservative play is and what

the aggressive play is so if you're in good shape

you may want to go with the aggressive play if you're not in good shape for

your approach shot you probably want to consider more of a conservative play

these greens today are rolling very quick both of those

putter hasn't been very good today not really rolling in much of anything

probably need to go hit up the putting green after we get done with this nine

holes just kind of start consistently rolling the ball the ball is not quite

coming off on the lines that I'm wanting which in turn is gonna result in missed

putts which we've had several today so two over now for the conservative ball

even par for the aggressive ball number seven par 5 I believe it's just over 580

from back here so - you up with the driver

like I said just a little right not in bad shape we're gonna be laying up so

this will not be our approach shot let's sting this around the corner maybe yeah

I think so should be fun

well I was fun have about 70 yards left to our right pin there so should be in

pretty good shape for both the conservative and aggressive play

conservative play we are gonna aim a little left probably 10 feet left to

that pin aggressive plate right at it

kind of flip-flop those two swings there we hit the aggressive one first and then

the conservative one conservative one was right where we wanted it aggressive

was a little short but a good line

currently to over on the conservative ball and even par on the aggressive ball

conservative ball has not been roll in the rock very well today

neither has the aggressive but the aggressive ball has hit a few more

quality shots into the greens so that's where at number 8 par 3

about 190 yards up the hill 6-iron full set pin is kind of tucked left there so

I'm going to be taking it about right there on the edge of the green that you

see for the conservative play will be going right at it for the aggressive

play

we've decided will has to approach shots to switch which one goes first the

aggressive play we hit very heavy ended up short in the bunker I believe the

second one which was the conservative play was actually hit right where we

wanted it should be a good putt for birdie might have a little length to it

but our goal was accomplished middle of the green with the

oh that is what we're looking for

all righty two pars on number eight on to nine if you've made it this far in

the video I would crash gracious greatly appreciate you hitting that thumbs up

and subscribing below if you like this kind of content that would be greatly

appreciated it's getting cold out here well it's been cold and it is getting

more difficult to talk so we're just going to go ahead and finish up here

really appreciate any support there on the liking commenting and subscribing

thank y'all so much number nine par 4 about four hundred

yards from here for iron off

just a little wah but should be in the fairway should be good to go good shape

off the t-150 left to a very very left pin all the way there on the left side

our aggressive play will be right at it and our conservative plays going to be

going at that tree right there we are going to play the conservative play

first this time I know the aggressive play played first the last couple

conservative play first aggressive play next

I might have pulled be conservative play just a hair but it was a good shot

the aggressive play was him well I it was on even a better line but I think it

might be just a little long we'll see here is where the conservative play

ended up and there is where the aggressive play ended up see if we can't

get one or both of these in the hole

you should have chipped that one now I'm caught up in the fringe just a little

bit yeah for the birdie on the conservative ball let's roll this and

oh let's go that's how you end it with the conservative Bowl now for the win

the aggressive ball has a chance it needs to make a four footer three and a

half four footer this is for the win folks my knees are knocking my hands are

shivering let's see if we can't roll it in for the win

Oh No the aggressive ball collapsed there at

the end that was not how the aggressive ball wanted to end unfortunately the

conservative ball made a great comeback well that wasn't our best today one over

on the conservative ball one over on the aggressive ball hit some decent approach

shots today that was better that was an improvement

from some of the last videos however our putter kind of led us down

we made a bomb there on nine with the conservative ball which was awesome

however we still need to go work on our putting stroke tempo and alignment I

think my alignment was getting a little off and that was causing some of those

missed short putts which isn't typical but we need to go address that and work

on that here in the coming days next time you're out on the course give this

a try when you hit a good tee shot be aggressive if you have a good angle into

the green go ahead and take that aim at the pin if it's a gettable pin and if

you're not in great shape off the tee for your approach shot go ahead and take

the conservative route you know play to the fat part of the green the center of

the green or even maybe to a place where it will be a good place to hit a chip

shot from if you get a chance to try it out definitely let me know if it helps I

hope it does I just I like to switch things up think about the game from a

mental approach not always so technical so these on the course drills have

really helped me out and lowering my scores thank you all so much for tuning

in if you like this kind of content please subscribe below hit that like

button and comment what you'd like to see in future content and guys until

next time we'll see you when we see you

you

Why is Free WiFi Dangerous? Simply Explained. - Duration: 8:22.

We've all been there before.

You arrive at a coffee shop and you notice a sign that says "Free WiFi".

Of course you know that you shouldn't really trust free wifi, but what's the worst that

could happen?

So you open up your laptop, connect to it and start working.

Simply connecting to an open network is already potentially dangerous.

The WiFi protocol cannot verify that you are actually connected to the WiFi access point

from the coffeeshop.

Someone else can create a WiFi network with the same name and then your devices will connect

to it instead.

That is because devices automatically connect to the strongest, known network available

and a known network is only identified by its name.

With a device like a WiFi Pineapple an attacker can do just that: set up a fake WiFi network

to capture and analyze your internet traffic.

But let's ignore that risk and connect to the WiFi anyway.

At this point your device becomes a part of the coffee shop's network.

This means your device can see and talk to all the other devices that are connected to

the same WiFi network, but they can also connect to you.

If you're running outdated software you could be hacked by someone sitting a few tables

away.

And it's not as difficult as it sounds.

There are penetration testing tools available like Metasploit that can scan any device on

the network and identify vulnerabilities.

Once complete, the tool returns a list of security holes that can be abused to get access

to the device in question.

Yikes!

So keeping your devices up to date and having the firewall enabled is a must!

Updates to fix newly discovered vulnerabilities and the firewall to block people from accessing

your device through the network unwantedly.

So with the latest updates installed, you continue working.

But right now all of your unencrypted traffic can be intercepted by anyone who's on the

same network.

That includes things like unencrypted email, ftp connections and every website without

HTTPS.

Yikes!

That sounds pretty bad!

So you decide to keep it safe and instead login to your bank account, your favorite

social media website or the intranet from work.

You know that these are safe because your browser shows a green lock next to the website's

address.

But as it turns out, that's a common misconception.

The lock means that the connection between the website's server and your computer is

encrypted with the TLS or SSL protocol.

So nobody on the network can see your username and password for instance.

You can see this because the URL starts with HTTPS instead of HTTP.

But the lock doesn't guarantee that you're connected to a legitimate website.

A fake or malicious website can also get a green lock next to its name without any trouble.

One way attackers can take advantage of this is by trying to redirect your bank traffic

for instance to another domain name that is very similar.

Like going from generalbank.com to generаlbank.com.

Did you spot the difference?

The "A" in general was replaced by a Cyrillic character.

This is called the "IDN homograph attack" and browsers now have special protection on

board that will warn you when a domain name has a mix of regular and Cyrillic characters.

However, the technique can still be used with misspellings.

Like generaIbank.com where the L was replaced with a capital I.

To make matters even worse, the fake website can be made to look almost identical to the

real one AND it can have a green lock.

So in a way, the lock gives a false sense of security.

That's one of the reasons why Chrome and Safari are putting a smaller emphasis on the

lock.

They want HTTPS to be enabled by default and only draw attention when a website isn't

using it.

In fact, that move is also making another type of attack harder: SSL Stripping.

In a nutshell, an attacker can try to downgrade your secure HTTPS connections to an unsecure

HTTP one.

When successful, the data you send or receive over that connection won't be encrypted,

allowing the attacker to see what sites you visit along with your username and password.

However, modern browsers are now warning you when you're about to login to a website

with an unsecure connection.

That makes SSL stripping harder because people are very likely to spot the warning that most

browsers will put up.

Right now it's still a small warning, but eventually it will be a bold red one.

But SSL stripping can also be prevented if a website owners implement HSTS or HTTP Strict

Transport Security.

This allows them to say that their website should only be loaded through a secure connection.

If someone tricks you into loading an insecure version of a website, your browser will outright

refuse to load it.

The only downside is that website owners have to explicitly enable this feature.

If one fails to do so, you could be vulnerable.

A solution to this problem would be to use a browser extension like HTTPS Everywhere

that automatically switches to HTTPS if a given website supports it.

Wow, that all sounds pretty bad.

But then again, open WiFi is completely open.

What if the owner of the coffeeshop puts a password on his network and then writes the

password somewhere on a wall?

Would that make a difference?

Well, not really.

It's almost like locking your front door but leaving the key on the outside.

The password only prevents people from joining the network if they haven't been inside

to see it written on the wall.

If you know the password however, you can join the network, become a part of it and

perform all the attacks we just discussed.

Protect yourself Okay, enough with all the possible ways you

could be hacked on public WiFi.

How can you protect yourself?

The most obvious answer is to avoid public WiFi networks at all costs.

But that is pretty difficult with us all depending more and more on having an internet connection.

A better, but potentially expensive solution would be to invest in a good mobile data plan

and use a mobile hotspot whenever you don't have a trusted WiFi network.

The connection between your computer and the hotspot is encrypted and, in theory, can't

be intercepted.

And finally you could use the free WiFi anyway and use a VPN to secure your traffic.

VPN is short for Virtual Private Network and it creates a secure connection, also called

"tunnel" between you and the VPN server.

All your internet traffic is then sent through this tunnel and encrypted in the process.

That way nobody on the public WiFi can see your traffic or mess with it.

However there is a catch.

If you can't setup your own VPN server, you have to use a third party service, which

will cost a bit of money.

And secondly, the VPN provider can see all your unencrypted traffic, so it's best that

you pick a service from a vendor or brand that you trust or has a good reputation when

it comes to privacy.

Before ending this video, I want to mention that you don't have to feel bad if you use

free WiFi without thinking about the security risks.

According to a 2017 study from Symantec, 75% of the 15,000 participants don't use a VPN

when connecting to an open WiFi network.

It also revealed that 60% of participants felt safe using public WiFi, even though it's

anything but safe and 87% even admitted to accessing their personal emails or even bank

accounts using free WiFi.

So time for a conclusion then: free WiFi hotspot are potentially very dangerous and few people

really understand the risks.

As shown in this video, there are a bunch of security features on the web and on our

computers that protect us.

But unfortunately the bad guys are pretty clever in finding ways around those!

So, here is a Simply Explained top tip: keep your devices up-to-date and if you must, use

a VPN when connecting to an open WiFi network.

Whether you want to use an existing service for this or set one up yourself is up to you!

So that was it for this video.

If you learned something from it, hit that like button and consider getting subscribed.

Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video!

AppSumo Presents: Sociamonials - Duration: 2:52.

Marketing peeps, don't you love logging in and out of a dozen different systems to

run your marketing campaigns?

You've got a platform for giveaways, a platform for email, and all of your social networks. Plus im sure

you have an analytics dashboard too, right?

What if I told you that there was a platform that housed ALL of that information and you

just needed to log in once.

That would be music to your ears, right?

Well if you are interested, stay tuned for today's product showcase.

What's good peeps, I'm Chrystie with AppSumo and today we are talking about Sociamonials

which is a social media automation tool that does so much more than scheduling your posts.

With Sociamonials, you can run entire promotions like giveaways, sweepstakes and referral campaigns

all within the platform.

You've got an all-in-one social marketing platform that's easy to use.

Let me show you how it works:

Let's start by setting up a new campaign.

As you can see Sociamonials has several templates and campaigns to choose from.

We've got contests, referral programs, customer testimonials, landing pages and more.

For the sake of this demo, I want to run an Instagram photo contest as a way to

get new leads.

I can set up my campaign in Sociamonials by clicking on the photo contest and entering

all of the important information about the giveaway.

I can then take the link to my giveaway and head on over to the social media scheduler

where I can schedule the giveaway link and announcement to go out today...and every other

day until the giveaway is over.

Once I have the giveaway set up, you'll see that all of the submissions are handled

within the platform and I have the ability to approve or reject any of the submissions.

Once my giveaway is over, I can select a winner and because I've hooked this up to my mailchimp

account, email all of the entrants with a special offer.

Then because I'd like to do a post mortem on my campaign, I can use the Analytics dashboard

in Sociamonials to determine how successful my campaign was, how many shares it got and

which channel was the most effects in driving traffic.

And for those of you wondering about integrations, you'll be happy to hear that Sociamonials

hooks up with many of the platforms that you are probably using like Mailchimp, Aweber,

Salesforce and more.

So if you are ready to have an all-in-one marketing platform to increase leads and sales,

then you'll definitely want to check out Sociamonials.

How Many Octaves Are On A Guitar Fretboard? - Strumcoach.com - Duration: 4:04.

Hey, what's up guys?

Have you ever wondered how many octaves are on your guitar?

Well, the kind-of easy and general answer is that most guitars have about 4 octaves

on them.

But, if you want to know how many octaves are on your own personal guitar, then stick

around because that's exactly what we're going to find out.

[ music ]

Alright. So like I said, most guitars have about 4 octaves.

And if you want to learn how many octaves are your guitar, first you need to understand

what an octave is.

So, an octave is basically 8 notes.

That's where we get that "oct" from.

So 8 notes, but it's not like 8 frets.

I know that's kind of confusing, it's actually 12 frets, but, just stick with me, if you

have a major scale, let's start with C because C is the easiest.

There's no sharps or flats in the key of C. So if we start with C, C is 1.

D is 2.

E is 3, then F, G, A, B, and C. C is 8.

So we have a low C, and we have a high C. So they're the same note, they're the same

letter, they're both C, but one is a low C and one is a high C. One is an "octave" higher

than the other.

So, that's basically an octave.

So, if we want to find out how many octaves are on our guitar, first we need to find out

what the lowest note on our guitar is.

So for most people, if you're in "Standard" tuning, and you have 6 strings, our lowest

string, our lowest note, is going to be an E. So the next E, the next highest E we have

is going to be right here, on the D string on the 2nd fret.

Hear how that sounds like the same note?

It's just one is higher and one is lower.

So the next octave is going to be right here, this high E string.

Just an open string.

Hear how that sounds the same?

So there is 2 octaves.

So we have our 3rd octave right here, on the 12th fret.

And that's important to remember because the last E that we had was open and then the next

E that we had was on the 12th fret.

So we know that an octave is 8 scale notes, but it's also 12 frets, or half steps.

Ok, we're on the 12th fret.

So in order to get to the next octave we need 12 more frets.

So 12 + 12 = 24 so our next E is going to be on the 24th fret.

But, let's see, how many frets do I have here?

We got 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.

If I can make that note..There we go haha.

We got 20 frets on this acoustic guitar.

Now, your guitar may have 20, it may have 22, a lot of them have 22 if they're electric,

I think my electric has 22.

And so thats not quite 24, which means that... for me, on my acoustic, I've got 3 and maybe

a little bit more than a half.

So like 3 and a half octaves.

So everybody's guitar is a little bit different, right?

Like some people have more frets, some people have less frets.

Some people have more strings.

Like theres 7 string guitars.

What if you're in a different tuning?

Like Drop D, you get a couple extra notes out of just the tuning you're in.

So if you really want to know how many octaves are on your guitar, then just learn how to

count the octaves.

But, for most people, about 4 octaves.

Anyway, I hope that helps, guys.

If you have any questions, please leave them below.

Don't forget to like, don't forget to subscribe, and we'll see you in the next video.

Thanks a lot guys.

Living Healthy Chicago | Healthy You | The Healthy Habit Of Squash - Duration: 2:29.

- We all know, consistency is important

when it comes to healthy habits and finding one you can do

anytime can be key to sticking with it and that's just one

of the reasons this next man says squash is the perfect

healthy habit for him.

(fast paced music)

- [Host] Sometimes the best way to pick up a healthy habit

is to see what works for others.

- Hi. My name is Deepak.

I'm a Ph.D. student.

My health habit is squash.

I love squash because it keeps me physically

and mentally fit.

- So squash is a sport that,

maybe, not everbody is familiar with as a healthy habit.

Tell me a bit about it and why it works for you

as your healthy habit.

- Yeah. Squash is a racket sport that can

be played year round.

Super fun. It's a great workout both physically

and mentally, I would say.

I think as I'm getting older,

I wanna make sure that I stay strong

and my heart is healthy.

Gives me a great work, life balance as well.

- Tell me about the physical benefits that

you feel from squash.

- There's a lot of explodes of movements, fast, fast

movements so a lot of it is leg workout.

It's super healthy for your heart because your heart is just

thumping away and it's a full body workout because you need

great arm strength to be hitting the ball well.

(upbeat music)

- And when I get a great workout like that,

I know I always feel better after.

It relieves a lot of stress,

which I imagine is important with a Ph.D.

- Yes. Definitely. So I make sure that when I'm on court,

I'm not thinking about work and I'm just fully committed to

the sport, so that way it's a great stress reliever.

I think it's always important to have that sharpness

when I go back to my lab and do research.

- So you're busy getting your Ph.D.,

how do you manage your time so that you can get in here?

- So, I prioritize working out and I have set hours during

the day where I make sure that I'm in the gym

at least four to five days a week.

It's all about time management.

- If you have a healthy habit,

share it with us on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram

and you could see it featured right here on the show.

Are you ready to show me how it's done?

- Absolutely.

- Alright.

Trust Series: C.A.R.E.S. Framework | R for Reliability - Duration: 3:11.

R for reliability.

We're going to talk about reliability, which is the

third in the letters in the acronym on the TRUST CARES model.

And reliability really gets down to

do you do what you say you're going to do?

Do you follow through on your commitments or not.

And I'll give you two examples of what that looks like in practice.

The first example is with a young leader I worked with several years ago,

I was asked by her General Manager to come in and try to help figure out

why she was continually struggling to meet deadlines,

because she was a well liked, in fact, she was beloved by a lot of her team members.

She was incredibly smart, she had a great reputation

but she struggled to follow through on her commitments.

What we found, once we got in and started working together was that

that desire to perform, that desire to meet expectations,

to actually exceed expectations in most cases

it was causing her to over-commit

commit to deadlines and to results, before she really

had the time to do her due diligence, to understand

what it would actually take to deliver on a product, and on a project.

As a result of that by coming in and getting her to understand first,

to be reliable to fully meet expectations meant that you had to be more disciplined

and thinking about how will I deliver on those commitments before I make them.

Now, that may sound really basic to some of you,

but it's a problem I've seen come up

quite frequently in a lot of different situations. So that's example one.

Example two

is when people make commitments, and they're totally committed

committed to actually delivering on them.

But things come up, right? We all live in a very complex, dynamic environment,

things will always come up and then oftentimes they do.

The issue is those people that are seen as most reliable

when things come up for them. They're very proactive about going

to their customers, the people who they've made the commitment to,

and renegotiating those commitments and saying,

"Hey, I know I promised this but I can't deliver this time. What I can do,

, I can deliver on this date and keep the scope the same

same or we can reduce the scope

and we can still deliver on the same time.

Which would you prefer we do?"

That's an example of renegotiating your commitments to still be able to

be reliable to meet on time.

Here's what I want you to do. I want you to think about a specific context,

a specific situation that's important to you ,an important relationship.

Evaluate your level of reliability from another person's perspective,

would you be seen as reliable?

Or might you fall somewhere in between one of those two examples I gave.

How you answer that question, again, is going

to be really important to your ability to build

and sustain trust over the long term.

Hope you found this video helpful. If you do,

please share it with someone else who might be able to put it to use.

Subscribe to our YouTube channel and we look

forward to seeing you again soon. Take care.

The Best Version Of You. - Duration: 1:38.

- [Daniel Fusco] Hey, everybody, Daniel Fusco here,

and welcome to today's two-minute message.

So whether we like it or not every single day we're growing.

But the real question is,

are we growing into the best version of ourselves?

Now there's a simple way I like to,

kinda force myself into this

because for most of us, and me included,

we kinda like to live life of autopilot.

We don't really wanna have to deal with everything.

But I ask myself a simple question

that really helps me in the process.

And it's a simple question, is this,

what would the greatest, and then insert

whatever role I'm playing in life, do in this situation.

So for me as husband,

what would the best husband do in this situation?

What would, as a father,

what would the best dad do in this situation?

As a follower of Jesus,

what would the best follower of Jesus do in this situation?

What would the best pastor, whatever,

and insert each role in there,

cause what it does oftentimes,

is it takes us out of all of our feelings

of our limitations or all of the baggage we're carrying

and we begin to say to ourself,

what would the ultimate version do?

Because really what we know from the Scriptures

is that God had made us as his masterpiece.

I get that from Ephesians 2, verse 10.

And I talked about it in my book,

Honestly: Getting Real About Jesus in Our Messy Lives.

And you and I really want to become

the best version of ourselves and we want

to take that step every single day to do that.

Okay, here's what I want us to do.

First, I want you to share this message

because listen, all of us have the opportunity

to grow into the best version of ourselves today.

And in the comment section, I want you to share,

this is something that I'm going to be working on,

this is how I'm gonna try and take

that simple question and lean into it.

And all of us are in different places

and we're all in process,

so we're gonna have an opportunity to grow together.

So God bless ya, love ya.

10 Inspirational Quotes that Will Change Your Life IMMEDIATELY

Life is tough, there's no doubt about that.

To even make it worse, the bigger your dream is, the more mountains you have to climb.

To have strength in climbing your mountains, you need daily inspiration.

That's why today I want to share with you 10 powerful inspirational quotes that can

change your life and keep you motivated for long.

videos like this.

"Death is not the greatest loss in life.

The greatest loss is what dies inside us while we live".

Norman Cousins As a young boy of 15, I felt in love with

entrepreneurship.

I loved creating stuff and selling them.

I wished I could do that all my life.

However when I was 21 and decided to go fully into pursuing my entrepreneurial dream, everyone

in my family stood against my decision.

They wanted me to go the normal route.

They wanted me to get jobs and live normal life but I decided to go against their wish.

My motivations was very simple; I never wanted to be living if my dream will not live.

Listen to this.

Your dream is much more important than your life.

Maybe you should write this down; your dream is far more important than your life because

that's why you were created.

If you can't keep your dreams alive, why living?

It's better for the world to kill you, than for you to allow the world to kill your dreams.

No matter what it may take you, get out and pursue your dreams.

"Be willing to sacrifice what you think you have today for the life that you want

tomorrow".

Neil Strauss I wasted 8 years of my life failing in the

business world.

I called it a "waste" because that's what everyone thinks it is.

But they are wrong!

You see, our society doesn't appreciate sacrifices anymore.

Unfortunately, you can never achieve any reasonable success without sacrificing a lot.

Do this.

Sit down to imagine the kind of life you want tomorrow and then make a list of things you

need to sacrifice to achieve your dream.

Be willing to sacrifice today or you won't have any meaningful tomorrow.

"Success is how high you bounce when you hit bottom".

George S. Patton Show me anyone who has never hit bottom in

life and I'll show you a failure.

The question is not whether or not you'll fail.

The question is would you bounce back after many failures and how fast would you bounce

back?

"It always seems impossible until it's done".

Nelson Mandela

Think about this.

If anyone who died in the last 2 century should come back to life today, he would never believe

what the world has become.

Humans are flying, we're communicating with each other from different countries through

our mobile phones, we use the internet, automobiles etc.

All these were believed to be impossible just two century ago.

So, how did people who championed these revolutions do it?

By believing in themselves.

Listen.

You're capable of changing the world, but you have to first believe in yourself.

If you believe you're a god, you'll believe you can perform miracles that will change

the world.

Though most people will tell you that it's impossible, your dreams are achievable if

you believe long enough.

"Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of

thinking".

Marcus Aurelius

As humans, we're often tempted to believe that the reason why we're not happy is because

of what we lack or because of some external things but here's the truth; we are as happy

as we want to be.

Think about this.

Most people who are unemployed today would think that they'll be forever happy if they

can get a good job but if you interview people who have good jobs you'll see that they

are as unhappy as most people.

If you think becoming a millionaire will make you happy, when you become a millionaire you'll

suddenly discover that managing a company, fame and jealousy from other people is a lot

of work or you even start dreaming of becoming a billionaire and before you know it, you'll

start thinking that being a billionaire will make you happy.

As a billionaire, you may start thinking that you need to be the president of your country

to be happy.

Because human pursuits are endless, we can only be happy by deciding to be happy.

This is what you should do every morning when you wake up; make a list of 3 things you're

grateful for.

While it's good to pursue tomorrow, it's always better to live and be happy today.

Look within.

Be merry.

Rejoice and be cheerful.

"If you set your goals ridiculously high and it's a failure, you will fail above

everyone else's success".

– James Cameron

I remember when I was going to the college.

My goal was to be the best student to ever attend the school I was going.

Yes, I wasn't able to achieve that dream but I ended up being the best student in my

class.

If you dream big, even if you fail, your failure will still be bigger than other people's

success so don't be afraid of dreaming big.

"Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all".

Helen Keller

Almost every adult I know are cowards.

They will rather follow the common path than to make a road for themselves.

It is not their fault though.

Our society was built on safety-first mentality.

You can do anything as long as it is obviously save.

Unfortunately, people who dont go off-road dont discover new roads.

Stop taking life easy.

Know what you want and be willing to dare life to get it.

Fight hard.

Fight strong.

"The trick in life is learning how to deal with it".

Helen Mirren

I'm sorry.

Your life is not going to be easier.

You can only be tougher.

Humans can only learn how to better manage life.

Your goal in life shouldn't be to make life easier but for you to be better at dealing

with life, so you can conquer life.

Your goal shouldn't be to wish that people change or become better.

Instead, put it on yourself to study and know human beings very well and know how to deal

with them because it's all about you

"Be patient with yourself.

Self-growth is tender; it's holy ground.

There's no greater investment."– Stephen Covey

Though other people usually criticize us, oftentimes we're our greatest critic.

We want things and we want them NOW and if we don't get what we want now, we believe

it's because we're not smart enough.

Warrant Buffet said, "You can't have a baby next month by impregnating nine women

today".

Things simple take time.

You have to be patient and endure the waiting time.

I know it's hard to wait but there's no other way to achieve greatness.

"Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep your balance you must keep moving".

– Albert Einstein

The easiest thing to do in life is to give up when things are tough.

But life is like riding a bicycle.

If we stop it, it's not balance.

To keep it balanced, we have to keep it moving.

You may be tired and weak.

I understand.

You might have been wounded and crushed.

I've been there several times.

You might have been rejected by friends and family.

I know how it feels.

But I tell you; never, ever, ever, ever give up.

STERLING JOB Sterling stays after Cup win to meet 13-year-old lad who Man City star supported after - Duration: 3:29.

MANCHESTER CITY star Raheem Sterling stayed behind after his side's FA Cup win against Newport to meet the teenager he supported after he was racially abused

The Citizens ace sent Ethan Ross an inspiring and supportive letter last month after the 13-year-old's grandmother wrote to him about the tough time he was having

And following the full-time whistle at Rodney Parade on Saturday in Wales, the 24-year-old showed his class as he posed for a picture with the Newport youth star

The England international also gave the youngster a signed shirt, as well as offering more words of advice having been the victim of racial abuse himself this season

In a social media post of the duo together, Sterling said: "It was probably as heartwarming for me as it was for you to finally meet up, Ethan

"Again, always be proud of who you are, and never stay silent #SpeakUp #youthsarethefuture

"  In the letter he sent last month, Sterling wrote: "Dear Ethan, I have recently been told from your loving Nanna Sue about the tough time you are having with racial abuse

"Remember to stand tall and be proud of who you are and don't let them take away your courage

"You are strong and very brave, and your Nanna is also very proud of you.  "Keep being you kid

Remember speaking up doesn't always make life easy, but easy never changed anything

"  Sterling was an unused substitute for the 4-1 win against the Exiles, in which Phil Foden netted a double, with Leroy Sane and Riyad Mahrez also getting on the score sheet

He will be vying to start in the Champions League against Schalke on Wednesday as Pep Guardiola's men look to take home an advantage going back to the Etihad

Wake Up! ⏰| Motivational Video - Duration: 1:49.

You have 206 bones and more than 700 muscles waiting for you.

Only your decision is missing, your desire to play as never before.

Demand more of yourself!

Run every day a little further.

Jump every day a little higher.

Become your own idol.

The moment you don't expect anything from others

When you feel that everything depends on you, your spirit will be strengthened.

And little by little, the voices of others will become an ovation.

Your breaths will be filled with achievements and your life with meaning.

Keep in mind that in the world there are those who keep running when their legs tremble.

Those who keep playing when they run out of air.

Those who continue to fight when all seems lost.

As if every time was the last.

Convinced that life itself is a challenge, they suffer but do not complain.

Because they know that the pain passes, the sweat dries up and the fatigue ends.

But there is something that will never disappear: the satisfaction of having achieved it.

In their bodies runs the same blood as in all of us.

What makes them different is their spirit, the determination to reach the top;

a summit that is not reached surpassing others, but surpassing oneself.

There is plenty of time for the mediocre,

but there is no much time when you want to accomplish your dreams!

Wake up!

And achieve your dreams!
