so you're trying to figure out how to grow your success as a real estate
investor well in this video I'm gonna share a couple of tips that are gonna
help you figure it all out coming up hey there its Billy with KeePon Cashflow
helping you to grow your money and your mindset so that you can get closer to
the lifestyle that you really want to lead faster now on this channel I'll be
sharing weekly tips and strategy videos just like this so if it's your first
time here why don't you go ahead and subscribe to the channel and you
definitely want to make sure that after watching the video that you leave your
comments and/or click on the links that are listed below that way it helps you
to get more and more involved in the community and also to get your questions
answered but as for today I want to come back to this whole question of how to
grow your success in real estate investing and actually it started with
me listening to a podcast as I was running in about 6 o'clock in the
morning with was a guy named Russell Brunson who does a podcast and he was
talking about the difference between growth and contribution and how we
continue to grow as individuals now this is really about marketing but you can
apply it to being successful in anything and so then I got curious and I started
looking around online and finding out more about growth and contribution and
and eventually came up to the something that's known as the six human needs
actually even started getting involved with things like Tony Robbins so and
actually I wanted to just share that with you because I think it's
interesting as well how the six human needs are there four of them that are
more human survival and they're things like certainty significance variety
connection and love and those are really about human survival and you can go and
listen to more of those as well and I may even leave a link here somewhere in
the video but I really want to focus on the last two which is growth and
contribution as it relates to helping you grow your success because when you
look at growth and contribution these are really more of the spiritual means
that that we all have and the way that I like to think about what what I was
listening to during the podcast was as you're going through a growth phase
especially let's think about real estate I'll even talk to you a little bit about
the corporate and being in sales but if you think
about real estate if you're watching this video you're probably at a point
where you're enjoying real estate you want to continue to learn more and grow
until you're let's consider that you're in the growth phase you you're getting
your hands on probably anything and everything that you can about real
estate you're attending seminars you're watching podcast you're doing whatever
you can possibly do and and maybe you haven't gotten started yet or maybe
you've just purchased your first multi-family property but the whole
point of the matter is is you're in a phase right now where you're consuming
and as you consume you continue to grow and you'll get to a certain point when
you will have grown so much will consume so much that you'll almost be I wouldn't
say autopilot but pretty close to that and in order for you to continue to feel
like you are growing or continuing to be successful it won't be about money
anymore and it won't be about adding another hundred units it really will be
about helping other people to begin to grow or helping other people to get on
their track and so I look at that in real estate or I think about it in in my
corporate sales world as well if you're in sales you are you're starting to
you're going through all the trainings you're learning the new skill you're
learning about the new solutions that you're positioning and eventually you're
gonna get to a point where you are the best of the best and when you become the
best of the best what typically happens what you're looking to then grow but you
want to grow in another way and the way for you to continue to grow when you
already in excellent sales exec is to start to lead other sales executives so
you're actually moving from this growth phase where you are becoming the best to
actually continuing to succeed and be successful but doing that through others
and managing a team of sales executives and managing an entire organization so I
mean those are just two of the different examples and I definitely have to leave
you with something about something that's close to my heart and those are
languages and so if you're ever been out and you're looking to learn a new
language let's say you want to learn Spanish or you want to learn French or
you want to learn English the
act of the matter is you're going to consume you're going to sit in classes
you're gonna watch YouTube you're going to get your hands on as much new
information vocabulary or grammar and you're gonna get to a point where you
become fluent and once you become fluent in that language the best way for you to
continue on your fluency is then to go out and teach others help other people
so that they then become fluent in whatever language you're fluent in so
you know this whole running early in the morning thinking about this podcast that
I was listening to made me then go and do some research and find out more about
these things like the six human needs but the point of the what the matter is
once you are have learned everything that you can possibly learn you will
move from a growth from that phase of being growing to a new phase of helping
other people to grow so you're actually contributing to their success
contributing to their growth and I don't know if we think about it so much
actively but when I heard that podcast I thought wow this is something that I
definitely wanted to share with you so think about that more frequently as
you're growing that you'll get to a point where you're gonna contribute and
help others to grow so and I think you know that I love to leave you with the
question of the day and today's question is a pretty simple one it is which phase
are you in growth or contribution and how are you going to continue to either
move to contribution or help others to grow I'd love to hear your comments in
the in the link in the section below so why don't you go ahead and leave it
there and if you have any comments you can also leave them there as well so
this is Billy Keels with KeePon Cashflow, that's my two cents for today and
as always...Hasta la Próxima!

Peace Devotions - The Day You Will Die - Duration: 1:55.
Of all the things that we might think about during the day as our mind wanders
on occasion, one of the things that we do not like to think about is the day that
we will die. I don't want to be too negative, but the reality is there is a
day coming when you will die. Imagine a tombstone with your name
written on it. Your birthday and then a dash and then another date. Now the reason for
this, scripture tells us,
What we earn for our many sins
is death. We have to go through physical death and it's a certainty. In fact
there's a saying "two things that you can be certain of in life: death and taxes."
But we don't lose hope because we have Easter. Another thing that the
resurrection proves is that because Jesus came alive again we too will one
day come alive again. Jesus said to his disciples those who believed in him he
said
So yes, the reality is we do have to face
that day of death, but we are not without hope. But rather we rejoice because we
know a third certainty: that one day Jesus is going to return, to raise us up, and
all who believe in him, give us glorified bodies, and welcomed us
into everlasting life. The resurrection proves it, amen.

Have You Accepted Your Current Reality? - Duration: 0:39.
Hi there, this is Robert Simic, The Billionaire Coach and here's a quick question, as an
opportunity for some reflection… here we go, how accepting… are you of yourself,
or of your current reality?
Have you ever pondered upon the idea that… if you don't accept your current reality,
you cannot enter a new present, but will instead… endlessly continue to repeat the old present
you accepted, at some point in the past?
Think about that for a while or… just hit replay ;)

David Leyes: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com
The internet was set ablaze on Tuesday night when rapper Pusha-T released the Drake diss "Adodnis Freestyle".
The diss was a response to Drake's previously released track "Duppy Freestyle", and has received attention for a number of reasons, including the allegations that Drake fathered a child with former porn actress Sophie Brussaux.
Perhaps the most shocking element of Pusha's rollout, however, was the artwork for "Adodnis Freestyle", which show Drake smiling in blackface and wearing a Jim Crow t-shirt.
The controversy surrounding the photo has taken on a life of its own, with many wondering how the photo remained hidden for so long and how the David Leyes photoshoot from which it originated came to be in the first place.
Here's what you need to know about the blackface photo and its photographer, David Leyes:.
Leyes Is A Professional Photographer Based In Toronto.
According to Leyes' Facebook, he is a professional photographer who attended a number of different schools, including Dawson College in Montreal and Sheridan College, which he graduated from in 1988.
He maintains several different outlets to showcase his work, among which include a Tumblr page, a blogspot, and Instagram, which is currently set to private access only.
The photography displayed on these sites vary from performance stills of bands like Barenaked Ladies to headshots of internationally recognized performers like Willem Dafoe, Tracy Spiridakos and Chris Hemsworth.
Leyes has also been a guest speaker at Lambton College in Ontario, an honor which he performed most recently in March.
The Lambton College blog reported on the event, writing that Leyes "energetic and entertaining with his funny behind-the-scenes stories." The site summarized Leyes's visit by writing " the students from Lambton College and the photographers all around Sarnia really appreciated David Leyes for giving his time to talk about his photography.".
Leyes' professional website states that he currently lives in Toronto and is married and has one son named Leo, who sometimes poses for him in his photos.
You can see a collection of photos with Leo on Leyes' Facebook page.
A Toronto Singer Penned A Song Called 'The David Leyes Song' In His Honor.
Toronto singer Nate Mills, who has released over a dozen projects on his BandCamp page, released a song titled "The David Leyes Song" in 2014.
As Mills writes in the liner notes for the song, it was inspired by his friendship with Leyes, and was penned to commemorate the photographer's 50th birthday.
The first verse, which you can read in its entirety below, paints Leyes as a charming and likable character:.
Dave's the kinda guy everybody wants to know, Energetic, charismatic and he'll come and shoot your show He's a man about town and a man who knows style He comes off a little gay but has a wife and a child Such a sweet guy, gives you the shirt off his back You know he's drinking smoothies and he only drives Cadillac He gets super pumped but he takes it Super SlowTM In Kincardine for the weekend trying to eat more paleo.
You can read the rest of the lyrics here.
Leyes Has Worked As A Still Photographer On Several TV Shows & Albums.
Leyes' professional resume includes stints as a featured photographer on several popular shows including, CBC's The Big Decision, The W Network's Undercover Boss, and various promotional spots for The Food Network and Fashion Television.
In the music industry, he's done album photography for the aforementioned Barenaked Ladies, Cher, Ben Folds, Avril Lavigne, Justin Rutledge, Blue Rodeo, and Colm Wilkinson.
Appearing on The Bill King Show in 2016, Leyes recounted the experience that made him want to pursue a career in photography.
He told the host that he attended a concert by The Who in 1985 and snapped photos on his own time.
"I snuck my camera into The Who," he said, "I got great results and I started selling them [the photos] at school." Leyes explained that he was "Interested in photography at time", but was very inexperienced at the time, and was quite literally learning on the job. .
Leyes continues to be a huge fan of music and its related photography, having snapped additional photos of The Who, B.B.
King and The Rolling Stones among countless others.

Though Leyes has set his Instagram to private, he has responded to fans who have flooded his comment section with questions pertaining to the Drake photo.
Screenshots of these conversations have made their way on Twitter, and revealed that the idea of wearing blackface was Drake's.
One user wrote "You know why we here bro… put the pic up", to which Leyes responded by saying "Ask Drake, I captured his idea.".
Another user points out that Leyes could have easily denied taking the photo, but Leyes defended his work, writing back "Hello no!!! For sure I took it!!! I'm proud to be part of a strong statement made by a black man about the f**ked up culture he is living in.
" You can view a screenshot of the original conversation above.
Leyes subsequently tweeted Pusha-T's manager Steven Victor asking him to take down the photo of Drake in blackface.
"Hey Steven please get Push to take the Drake photo down ASAP," he wrote.
Pusha's original tweet, which led to the discovery that Leyes took the photo in the first place, caused the photographer's site to crash due to the heavy traffic it received.
His Photo Was Subsequently Taken Down From Instagram.
First time this has happened to me… A post shared by Pusha T (@kingpush) on May 29, 2018 at 7:50pm PDT.
The photo was taken down shortly after Leyes' sent his request to Pusha-T's manager.
The rapper took a screenshot of his message with Instagram and said that this was the "first time this has happened to me….".
The message from Instagram reads: "We've removed or disables access to content you posted on Instagram because a third party reported that that content infringes or otherwise violates their rights.
Pusha's original tweet read: "Please stop referring to this picture as "artwork"…I'm not an internet baby, I don't edit images…this is a REAL picture…these are his truths, see for yourself.
