You are a Microcosm of the Macrocosm
There is a popular saying, As above so below, as within so without.
This adage is said to have its origins from the Greek, Hermes
Trismegistus, also known as Thoth in ancient Egypt and acknowledged as a scribe for
the Gods.
Hermes was credited with thousands of writings of high standing, reputed to be of immense
antiquity.
This principle of correspondence speaks to the mirror-image relationship between all
cosmos.
It simply says that the greater and the lesser are alike.
The universe and Earth are of the same pattern.
Nature and man reflect each other.
By observing one relation you gain knowledge of the reflected whole.
To put it another way, the meaning of as above so below is that everything is a
microcosm of the macrocosm.
We see the same patterns reproduced in all levels of the cosmos from the largest scale
all the way down to the smallest sub-atomic substance, including the metaphysical.
Contemplate the macrocosm as the universe and the microcosm being you.
Deeper inquiry into this idea can bring some pretty potent revelation.
The universe is part of All That Is, which is the same as God, the ultimate creator
entity.
Everywhere there is conscious life, all made from the exact same core substance.
This substance is vibrating through patterns of energy, of light and of sound.
This core vibrational pattern of the ultimate principal entity is the same as the human.
The human pattern is the same as the cell.
The cells vibrational pattern is the same as the atom.
This idea expresses that humans are made in the image and likeness of the one original
Creator of everything, at the most macro level.
All forms of life are birthed from this one primary source.
All is a reflection and a stepped down version of its greater aspect.
Lets consider the innate cognition in the very nucleus of the globular atom.
For years, scientists have known that atoms are intelligently driven particles of energy
that can discriminate and choose.
Atoms possess cognitive qualities such as the ability to select and reject, to attract
and repulse.
They also demonstrate the abilities of sensation, movement, and desire.
The concept of the atom as an intelligent energy is very much like human psychology,
only that the atoms existence is within a more limited radius and circumscribed degree.
We can view ourselves as the greater human atom representing the total intelligence of
all of our atoms.
Just as our physical bodies are made up of spinning atoms, all of our individual human
forms cohere together to form an even greater atomic body.
This evolved entity comprises the sum total of an intelligently driven group consciousness.
The evolved group atom and its unifying nature demonstrate further as planetary consciousness,
which is the sum total of all of the groups and states of awareness.
The evolution of the intelligent planetary atom continues on into solar consciousness
forming an even greater entity.
It expands next into galactic consciousness, then into universal space and beyond.
By knowing yourself as one, and by consciously uniting your microcosmic self with the macrocosmic
whole, greater degrees of coherence can be experienced.
Dramatic shifts begin to occur in your consciousness.
This is because you are flowing in the rhythm of the totality of the self, even though you
might not understand what that completely means at the level of the human intellect.
It is simply to know that you are experiencing yourself as the part contained within a vast
and all-inclusive whole.
You are also the whole containing many parts.
Through coherence, you learn how to use your connection consciously to tap into the same
power that drives the entire universe.
The key to awakening such an awesome ability is to shift in the way that you interact in
the world, as one with the world and not separated.

Cheesecake Wedding Cake Delivery and Set Up - Duration: 3:43.
Welcome to the final episode of the cheesecake wedding cake. If you've been
following the first two videos you will know that these three tiered cakes are
going to be delivered in pieces and assembled at the venue. I felt it was too
heavy and there was some unknowns,so I wasn't gonna take any chances.
Follow along if you want to see how we did or to pick up a tipp or two. I doweled the
cakes before the delivery by marking each tier then using a sharp wooden
dowel to make holes for the straws.
Here we are saying our prayers before the delivery. This has become a tradition
for us. The cake survived the one and a half hour drive with a very heavily
air-conditioned care. And here's a tip, make sure you bring blankets and a
jacket or you may actually freeze yourself to death.
Teamwork is also really important and this came in really handy. If you have a
friend or your spouse or a co-worker that can come along with you and help
you out, especially in a situation like this, with a really heavy cake, go for it.
Ideally we would have set the cakes up directly on the cake table but the
caterer had not arrived yet and we didn't want to wait. So we did take a
chance that we would have to carry the cake, and sure enough the cake table was
on the very far end. Here's me trying to videotape it. Well all's well that ends
well. And congratulations to Victoria and Alan, and congratulations to us, for
another successful cake delivery. If you like my videos please let me know by
subscribing and also liking and sharing and check out the links below underneath
the videos. I have lots of links there and one of them takes you to my book
"Wedding Cakes with Lorelie Step by Step" It's got all my best recipes and also
has how to make a wedding cake. Thank you for watching and I'll see you soon. Lots
more videos coming your way so please stay tuned and I'll see you soon. Happy
baking and happy cake decorating :-)

Common English Mistakes | Comparatives and Superlatives - Duration: 3:36.
This is the bestest English video to watch.
I'm sure you'll understand better as I explained the most commonist
English mistakes when using superlatives and comparatives.
There's something wrong.
You don't know?
Well, if you don't, keep watching.
Hello, guys.
My name is fanny.
And in this video, I'm going to talk to you about huge mistakes that my students
keep making when using superlatives and comparatives in English.
And it drives me crazy!
So I want you to fix them if you keep making them.
Okay.
So let's and take a few examples.
For example, "I am more taller than my sister."
This is absolutely incorrect.
I hope you know this.
The comparative form of 'tall' is 'taller'.
You don't need more.
Okay. 'more' is a double comparison.
It's grammatically incorrect.
So you just say, "I am taller than my sister."
Second example.
"His house is the beautifulest in town."
Wrong!
You have to say, "This house is the most beautiful in town."
As you know, when it's a long word, the superlative is 'most' plus the adjective.
And then we have, "His older son is badder at math than her."
This is also incorrect because as you know,
'bad', is an exception.
The comparative form of 'bad' is 'worse'.
So you should say, "His older son is worse at math than her."
"I'm tireder than yesterday."
Again this is incorrect.
Because the comparison for 'tired' is "I'm more tired than yesterday."
With two syllable adjectives, it's a little bit tricky.
Most of the time when they end in 'y', you just add 'er'.
When they don't, you use 'more'.
So in this case, we say, "I'm more tired than yesterday."
And finally, "This is my most happiest day."
Again, double superlative.
This is incorrect.
You can just say, "This is my happiest day."
Okay.
I know you know the rules, but please stop making these mistakes.
If you do, that would be really nice.
Thank you for watching.
Bye.
Thank you for watching my video guys.

9 Things Happen's To Your Body When You Eat 2 Eggs In Morning - Duration: 3:13.
9 things that happen to your body if you start the day by eating 2 eggs
There's a common misconception that eating eggs is dangerous.
But that's not true — eggs are, on the contrary, safe and healthy.
Eggs are a good source of protein and contain vitamins A, D and E, B12, riboflavin, and
folate, as well as minerals such as iodine, iron, calcium, zinc, and selenium.
Egg yolks contain the amino acid choline, which affects the nerve signals that help
us to remember the little things.
Studies show that adding choline to your diet improves memory and responsiveness.
Sharpens vision Research shows that eggs are rich in lutein.
This vitamin keeps your vision sharp and clear.
Lutein is found naturally in the eye.
It protects the retina from sun damage and reduces the risk of cataracts.
Strengthens bones and teeth Eggs are rich in vitamin D, which regulates
the levels of calcium and phosporus in blood.
Eating eggs also helps the body absorb calcium, which strengthens bones and prevents osteoporosis.
Protects the skin, hair, and liver Folate deficiency is common among women who
don't get enough folate, a type of vitamin B.
Fortunately, eggs are a good source of this vitamin.
Folate metabolizes amino acids, which are required for cell division and the formation
of red blood cells.
Reduces the risk of heart disease A Canadian research team has found a link
between eggy foods and reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer, writes Science Daily.
The secret is that egg yolks contain two important antioxidants: tryptophan and tyrosine.
Contributes to weight loss American researchers conclude that combining
a low calorie diet with eggs for breakfast helps people lose weight twice as quickly.
Slows aging Eggs contain amino acids that build and renew
cells.
As we grow older, our need for vitamin D increases.
The recommendation for people over 60 years is 10 micrograms.
1 egg contains approximately 0.7 micrograms of vitamin D.
Strengthens the immune system Studies show that just two eggs a day can
protect you from infections, diseases, and viruses.
One egg contains 22 percent of the recommended intake of selenium, which strengthens the
immune system.
Increases the chance of getting pregnant Vitamin E, which is naturally present in eggs,
helps increase the health of sperm in men, and once a woman is pregnant, vitamin E can
be found in the fluid surrounding embryos, writes Parents magazine.
A lack of folate, which is also present in eggs, can cause anemia.
Folate is also required for fetal development during pregnancy.
You might have already known that eggs were good for you, but did you know that they were
so important and beneficial?
Please share the information on Facebook, youtube and tweeter so that all your friends can learn
about all the health benefits of eggs!

The 7 Generosity Habits - Duration: 7:49.
Hi, it's Sharon Lipinski and welcome to The Habit Huddle where I share a quick
tip, an insight, or a strategy that you can use to master your habits. Because
the only thing that is standing between you and the life you want are the good
habits you wish you had and the bad habits you wish you didn't. And in this
episode, we're talking about the 7 and generosity habits. So I wrote a book
called 365 ways to Live Generously" Simple Habits for a Life That's Good for
You and for Others. And this book is the application of my YouTube videos. Because
here's the dirty secret about habits... you don't have to know what you're doing. You
don't have to believe you're worth it. You don't have to think about creating
habits. Nobody wakes up one day and says, "You know gosh, if I just buckle down and
I stick to it and I believe that I deserve this and I enlist my friends and
my family and supporting me... I think that I can make a habit of going to
McDonald's for lunch every day." Nobody says that nobody says that and yet plenty of
people have that habit. That's because you are what you repeatedly. Do habits
are created through repetition, right? It is really that simple and so this book
is a daily book and every day you have the opportunity to practice one of the
seven generosity habits. So that over the course of the year you build that neural
pathway. But you build it gently, easily, and consistently. And I chose these seven
habits because I wanted to create a life for myself where I was healthy in body,
mind, and spirit; where I had deep meaningful relationships with people;
where I experienced less stress, more peace, more joy; and where I was
supporting causes that I cared about with my time and my money. So I chose
these seven habits to ensure that that what would happen- just naturally as a
byproduct of having these habits. So we're going to talk about what those
habits are and I call these the generosity habits. And I know that when
people think about generosity, they think it means giving to other people. And yes
that is true. That is part of it, but you also have to be generous to yourself.
right? You have to tip over your cup to give to others, but if there is nothing
in the cup, you can't give as much. So these habits are just as much about
taking care of you as they are about taking care of other people.
Habit number one is taking care of your physical health, because you have things
to do, you have places to go, and people to see. Living life takes a lot of
energy. And the better your physical health is, the more energy you're going
to be able to use to accomplish all of the things that you want to accomplish.
Physical health fuels a generous life, because it gives you that energy to show
up-- wherever it is that you need to show up. Whether that's at home, at work, in
your community. Taking care of your physical health is generosity habit
number one. Mindfulness is generosity habit number
two and this habit is fundamental, because any task that you want to finish,
any habit, that you want to create, any relationship that you want to build, it
becomes easier and easier the more and more time you spend being mindful.
Mindfulness fuels a generous life because it gives you the opportunity to
notice opportunities, opportunities to give to somebody else, opportunities to
notice what you need and what you need to give to yourself. So mindfulness is
generosity habit number two. Relationships is generosity habit number
three, because the quality of our lives is directly related to the quality of
our relationships. We know that people with strong, deep, meaningful
relationships with people have better physical and emotional well-being. And
relationships fuel a generous life because it's our relationships with
other people-- friends, family, community members-- these relationships actually
create these opportunities for us to be generous. Generosity habit number four is
Connecting with Yourself because one of the most important relationships you
have is the one that you have with you. And the right self connection habits
helps you know and honor all of who you are: the good, the bad, and the ugly. The
right self connection habits nurture your spirituality. Our connection with our
self fuels a generous life, because it helps you evaluate your desire, your
capacity to give. Sometimes being generous actually means saying no to
other people. The fifth generosity habit is gratitude.
Gratitude is one of my favorite habits, because it has such a capacity to
influence every part of your life: physical, emotional, social, work. You name
it. Gratitude will help improve your life.
Gratitude is very simple, it's just acknowledging that something good has
happened and that you are not the source of that goodness.
Gratitude fuels a generous life, because it inspires within you a feeling of
enough and if you have enough than you have enough to share. You have enough to
be generous. And generosity habit number six is simplicity. And simplicity is just
about directing your scarce resources to what is most important to you and
letting go of everything else and that's why simplicity will fuel your generous
life, because it will give you the time, the money, the energy, the space, to direct
to what makes you happy, what accomplishes your goals, to what you need
to do. It gives you the opportunity to act on your generous impulses.
Generosity habit number seven is philanthropy and philanthropy is what
people typically associate with generosity, right? It's giving your time
and money to causes you care about, but it is only one of the seven habits. But
it is a very important habit, because philanthropy is where the rubber meets
the road. It is where the tongue in your mouth lines up with the tongue in your
shoe. If you want to make the world a better place then you have to do
something about it, right? And philanthropy is you doing something to
make this world a better place. So I want to hear from you. Which one of these
habits do you want to work on? Now, for me it is always relationships because I'm
such an introvert, and I always feel so socially awkward that I have to
consciously, constantly work on taking care of relationships or building new
relationships. It is not something that comes naturally to me at all. So I
constantly work on this one. What about you? Which one of these habits is an
opportunity for improvement for you? If you enjoyed this episode, click the
thumbs up and for more tips on mastering your habits, click Subscribe. Thanks so
much for joining me for the Habit Huddle

PUBG UPDATE 14 - Explosive Changes, Weapon and Attachment Balance in the latest Battlegrounds Patch - Duration: 7:27.
Hi, guys.
FOG of GAMING here and welcome to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds UPdate 14.
It adds a few important changes to the way explosives work in the game.
In one of the previous updates, Frag Grenades no longer had a knockback effect.
This made players feel that the Frag Grenade wasn't that effective anymore.
Update 14 attempts to bring back the killing power of the frag grenade by buffing its effective
range and damage.
Frag Grenades will now cause lethal damage within 3.5 meters of the explosion, which
is 0.9 meters longer than the previous blast radius.
From 3.5 meters to 8.5 meters, the frag grenade will cause moderate damage to enemies.
From 8.5 to 10 meters the damage will be low, and anyone beyond 10 meters will not be affected
by the grenade's blast.
What you see here is 3.6 meters, this is right outside of the kill zone and you won't be
able to get closer to a grenade without dying.
Stun grenades have been improved as well, they now affect stunned players' vision,
hearing, and their ability to shoot accurately The Direct effect occurs if a stun grenade
explodes within a 100 degree angle of a player's field of view.
Update 14 increases the effective range of the stun grenade to 20 meters.
If it explodes within your 100 degree field of view, then you have to be more than 20
meters away from it to avoid the blinding effect.
If you happen to be within that distance, then the blind duration will depend on how
far you are.
The maximum blind duration is 5.5 seconds, and the minimum is 1 second which will occur
at the maximum 20 meter range.
This is the closest that I can get the stun grenade to explode near my face so this is
the longest effect that the stun grenade can cause, I lowered the volume there but the
sound effect lasts much longer than the visual effect.
The second stun grenade shows the indirect effect which I will explain in a second and
the last stun grenade shows how you can play the zone, meaning that if you turn away so
that it does not explode within you 100 degrees field of view, then you will not suffer from
the visual effects, in other words you can pretty much avoid the stun grenade all together.
The indirect effect occurs if a player is within the 5.5 meter blast radius of the stun
grenade, but the explosion doesn't happen within his 100 degree field of view.
The indirect effect has a maximum duration of 3 seconds, and the blinding effect only
occurs within 5.5 meters.
Enemies can now tell if they have blinded you, because your character will cover his
or her face.
Spectators who are watching you will also be blinded if you are effected by a stun grenade.
You can not aim down your sights when you are blinded, so keep that in mind.
If you cook a stun grenade and it explodes behind you before you throw it, then you will
also be briefly blinded and deafened.
Molotov Cocktails now have new effects as well as increased damage.
The damage is divided into two types.
You will cause indirect damage to a player who is standing in the flames of your thrown
molotov.
This now amounts to 12.5 damage points per second instead of the previous 10 points.
Once a player has caught fire, he will take burn damage.
This will continue to hurt a player even after he has escaped the radius of the Molotov's
flames.
He will take 10 damage per second and the burn will last 4 seconds.
A player who is burning will not be able to aim down sights, so keep this in mind when
you are caught in the flames of a molotov.
Your enemies can tell that you are burning because your character model will try to put
out the flames using their hands.
Update 14 now allows you to spread the flames of a molotov further by throwing it on wooden
surfaces in houses.
You can also do this by throwing another molotov on top of the flames.
Aside from the changes to the game's throwable weapons, there are many new weapon rebalances
implemented in Update 14.
The horizontal and vertical recoil of the Scar L has been reduced, and it has become
a more viable weapon especially since most other assault rifles had their recoil increased
in the previous updates.
The M24 received a significant nerf in Update 14.
The Base damage has been decreased from 88 to 79, and this rating is just 4 points higher
than the Kar98K.
But the M24 will now spawn anywhere in the map, so you will no longer need to get to
an airdrop to use it.
The Vector will be easier to find because they increased the spawn rate at the cost
of the spawn rate of the ump.
The overall spawn rate of SMGs will still remain the same.
If you like DMRs, then you will now find them more frequently in the game because their
world spawn rate has been increased.
Attachments have also received small changes in Update 14.
Light Grips no longer affect a weapon's basic recoil or recoil recovery speed.
It now decreases the recoil of the first shot by 15 percent and the animation kick reduction
has been changed from 30% to 20%.
A new Anti Cheat System has been introduced.
This anti-cheat system was developed in-house by PUBG Corp.
You will see a new pop up when you start the client up, and the developers recommend that
you run the anti-cheat system using Security Mode.
A compatibility mode was also added in case players have problems with Security Mode when
running the anti-cheat.
There are also a few performance and sound improvements in Update 14.
The character rendering process has been improved to prevent small frame drop issues.
Character Movement and animation has been optimized so that the framerate you experience
while skydiving with multiple players is improved.
The netcode has also been improved to reduce latency.
The speed at which the server transfers data about items, doors, and fences has been increased.
This was done to address the issue where items would spawn in late after players parachute
in.
To resolve some abnormal physics that affect moving vehicles, the game now updates frames
on vehicles and character models more efficiently.
The new Head Related Transfer Function which simulates 3 dimensional sound for 2 channel
headphones can be toggled on or off in the options menu, but this will only affect the
sound of enemy gunshots.
The volume for care package planes have also been reduced.
Many bug fixes have been implemented in Update 14.
An issue where guns would appear to be lowered after they are hip-fired for an extended duration
has been removed.
Cheek pads will now always add 10% vertical recoil recovery if it is attached to the SLR,
and it will always appear on the in-game tooltip.
Stun Grenades now blind consistently regardless of what graphical settings you are using,
and they will no longer bounce around after breaking a window.
The throwing trajectory indicator is now more accurate for stun grenades as well.
The collision mechanics have been generally refined so you won't get stuck while vaulting
in certain spots around Erangel.
Abnormal collisions in spots around Erangel and Miramar should also be less frequent now,
so you will no longer pass through solid objects or through vehicle roofs.
Visual glitches in the inventory screen will no longer occur when attaching a choke to
your sawed off shotgun.
A few minor changes that this update introduced into the game involves the UI and the Leaderboards.
A new UI message will appear whenever healing items cannot be used.
Average Swimming Distance has been added to a player's stats on the career screen.
The Total rating points gained or lost per match has been increased so that the skill
difference between players is made clear.
These were all the changes that were introduced in the 14th update of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds.
Make sure to use of all the information that you saw in this video on your way to your
next chicken dinner, or watch one of these to improve your chances even further.
If you think that this video was worthy, would you mind giving it a like and maybe even write
a comment if you have time.
This was FOG of GAMING, thanks for watching, and I will see you in Battlegrounds.

Why Can't You Remember Your Dreams - Duration: 2:30.
Why Cant You Remember Your Dreams
by Conscious Reminder
Do you never remember your dreams?
Keep on forgetting what they are? Wake up in the morning, and realize what happened
in your dreams last night had burst into a cloud of which you have no recollection?
This is perfectly normal.
Although, it could mean that you arent.
Nothing to worry about though!
Why does it happen though?
Well, the simplest possible answer could be that your brain is not designed to remember
the dreams of the past.
The neurons that fire your dreams dont arrive in the morning to remind you of them.
But Freud, in his Interpretation of Dreams has mentioned about how the unconscious and
the subconscious, with the incursion of Id, Ego, and the superego dont let dreams that
are of a particularly violent nature, or rather nightmares, if you will, to be remembered
the next day.
This helps the person to not wake up in a cold sweat all the time, even while he or
she is finally waking up in the morning.
Most people usually dont remember their dreams, which could be because of an extremely
exhausting day at work, or maybe because their mind is not built in a way to remember those
neurons that brought those dreams.
Although, there are ways to actually remember your dreams even if you are usually unable
to.
One of them could be actively convincing yourself that you would remember the dreams no matter
the situation, which would put your senses on alert.
Secondly, you could also be continuously telling yourself that you would remember it.
And finally, although this might not give you a good nights sleep, you can set an
alarm every 90 minutes, which is exactly the moment when REM occurs.
This would allow you to remember your dreams, yet, it is not ascertained if they are worth
the trouble.
Just give yourself some time and have patience.
Also, have in mind that the best REM phases come after 5 or 6 hours of good sleep, so
make sure you are giving your beauty sleep enough of time.
Keep practicing you will figure it out in time!
