Hello my dear rollers!

how are you today?

Welcome one more Thursday to this channel

my name is Carito

and I hope you're having an excellent day

because today we're going to Avenida Reforma

which here in Mexico City and

commonly this avenue is closed

on Sundays since 8am to 2pm

to make it as recreational way

so we're going to use it so that

I can show some places

where you can go to roller skate

and if you want you can practice some freestyle slalom

so let's start with this video but first

give it like and subscribe to the channel

to know that you're liking this kind of videos

and now let's go

Guys! we're in Avenida Reforma

we will start with this

with this route

we will start going to

Polanco do you agree?

I'll show you a park called Parque Lincoln

and you can roller skate there so let's go

Guys we arrived to Julio Verne Street

and behind me is Reforma

going through Auditorio Nacional

to Parque Lincoln

and voilà

we arrived!

My friends, we're going to next place to roller skate

which is Estela de Luz

but first I will take off my sweater

it's getting hot no?

look how cool is this water mirror

and we arrived again to Reforma

guys we're at the Estela de Luz

as you can see it's really close from

Avenida Reforma and here is

the Estela de Luz, we're going to skate a bit here

so that you can see that you can use your skates

and we'll do some Freestyle Slalom

and we will see us in the next spot

my friends let's go to the next spot

which is in Revolución

thank you, thank you to the background here

well, this was the Estela de Luz and now

let's go again to Avenida Reforma

for the next

point where you can roller skate

guys, we're almost in Revolución but

truth is that I'm not sure that

there is a place to roller skate

I just came because somebody told me so

we will investigate

but

what I remember the floor is not so cool

anyway, let's see

well

no, huh?

the floor is little bit ugly

ok, it's not impossible but

for doing hard tricks

or tricks in toe or heel your skates will be stuck

my friends, the information was false

there is no place to practice Freestyle Slalom

here but you can roller skate

normal, if you want to come around here is really cool

you can come around over here

and done but it's not for practicing Slalom

Now we are going to

Doctor Mora and Avenida Juárez

where "Rollers en México" is so

let's go

to showyou that place

and I think we will end with the route there

is really close from Alameda Central and

the nearest subway station is Bellas Artes

guys, we arrived to Dr Mora

wow, long time ago I didn't come here

Hi!

how are you?

nice to meet you, I'm Caro

omg, it's too slippery

it was too dirty and we couldn't

it was wet and slippery to practice there right now

and there was no one to roller skate with (they're traveling)

but you can skate there, you saw that they give lessons

uff! It's deli huh?

the floor is.. beautiful my friends

from that to let us skate here

I think that's another history

guys and finally we got

to Bellas Artes, as you can see here

the floor is incredible for you to roller skate

practice Slalom I'm not that sure

what you can see behind is Alameda Central but

can not enter with roller skates because

police can take you out easily

is forbidden the entrance of rollers

there in Alameda Central so

don't cross the Alameda Central

you have to go through Avenida Juarez

well guys up to here we got with the

route and the circuit that is closed here

downtown and Avenida Reforma

hope you enjoyed it a lot

Five things you didn't know about the Moon - Duration: 3:46.

Five things you didn't know about the Moon.

Number 1. The first photographs of the Moon.

In 1840, scientist John W. Draper took this mirror-reversed image of the Moon.

It's most likely the third in a series of daguerreotype experiments,

the first photographs ever taken of Earth's orbiting natural satellite.

Number 2. Moon volcanoes!

This map shows the Moon's impact cratering and volcanic activity going back 4.5 billion years.

Yellow represents the newest craters. Blue are craters formed 3.5 billion years ago by the massive mare basalt eruptions.

Also, the surface of the Moon smells like gunpowder.

Number 3. Moon wheels.

This is the lunar roving vehicle (LRV).

It cruised around the Moon during Apollo missions 15, 16 and 17 (1971-72).

The LRV kept its wheels from sinking into the soft lunar surface by:

(1) the tires were designed in a chevron pattern of (2) a woven mesh of zinc-coated piano wire (3) to which titanium treads were riveted.

But the ground was actually harder than expected, and the wheels left tracks about half an inch deep.

Number 4. Goodbye Moon.

Every year, the Moon moves about 3.8 cm away from us.

Which means six hundred million years from now, Earth will see its final total solar eclipse.

Why? By chance, two cosmic equations currently add up.

(No. 1) The radius of the Sun is about 400 times larger than that of the Moon. (No. 2) The Sun is about 400 times further away from the Earth than the Moon.

That's why the smaller Moon can block out the (larger) Sun…

As the Moon keeps moving, it'll eventually throw the eclipse equation out of whack.

Number 5. Moon junk.

Over 400,000 Earth pounds of human made stuff is on the Moon's surface right now.

Most of it was left during the tail end of the Apollo program in the late 1960s and 70s.

So, what exactly have humans left behind? 96 bags of urine, feces, and vomit. 2 golf balls. And 12 pairs of boots.

Spacecrafts like a Soviet era orbiter and the lunar roving vehicle weigh the most. (Which means the LRV is still up there.)

Hi, everyone. I'm Trixie from Lego Elves.

And today we're going to build a magical world for this water turtle.

Right now, we're on our way to find Naja.

She's an expert in turtles and she's in this cool aquarium.

So let's go find her.

- Hello, Trixie. - Hello, Naja.

- Thanks for meeting us. - You're welcome.

Our turtle lives in Elvendale and can control the water.

Where does your turtle live?

Our alligator snapping turtle comes from the south-eastern part of the US

and lives in rivers and lakes and also in swamps.

Can it also live on land?

Yes, actually. The females can go on land once a year to lay their eggs

that will later hatch into small babies.

Our turtle actually also has a baby.

It's called Calypso. Here it is.

How many babies can your turtle get?

Normally they lay about ten to fifty eggs at a time.

Whoa! That's a lot.

The water turtle is as old as Elvendale. How old can your turtle get?

Normally, they become about 20 to 70 years of age.

But rumour has it they can become more than 200 years old.

Whoa! That's old.

Thanks for teaching us about the turtles.

- It was my pleasure. - Let's go build.

♪ Whatever happens Wherever we go

♪ We are the Legend of Five unified And we know

♪ This is the way we're supposed to be

♪ This is the way We set the powers free

So here I have built a lift for baby Calypso.

And here I wanted to build 200 birthday cakes,

but I need your help.

So here's the first one.

Do you have any good ideas what to build for this turtle?

Then have fun and go in and share it on Lego Life.

Thank you for watching

and remember to check out our 360 Elvendale video.

Expired Makeup - What You Need To Know! - Duration: 6:31.

This is my batch of expired makeup they'll be sadly tossing away. We all

know to throw food when it's past its expiry date. You would obviously not eat

anything that starting to smell weird or has mold growing on it right? Well, did

you know that makeup and cosmetics have expiration dates on them too? I think I

speak on behalf of most girls when I say, I spend way too much money on my makeup

to throw it out before I used it all up! I recently went through my makeup

collection to check for expired products and Wow was I sad to see how many items

were passed their best before date. So what should you do when your expensive makeup

expires? Should you even care if any of it expires? In today's video, I will be

going over the recommended shelf life of cosmetics, how to check the expiry date,

the side effects of using expired makeup, and how to prolong the life of

your products. Let's get right into it!

So let's start by talking about the

harmful side effects of using expired makeup. Using expired makeup can severely

damage your skin. It can cause side effects like skin inflammation, allergies,

acne, pimples, and worst of all increase your risk of getting skin infections.

Once your makeup has expired, the preservatives added in cosmetics are

then ineffective and become a breeding place for bacteria and germs. This is why

it's important to keep an eye on the expiry dates.

There are a few ways to check if your makeup is expired, the first way to check

is with the pa-o symbol on the packaging. When you purchase makeup, there will

often be a period after opening symbol on the product that lets you know it's

shelf life. The symbol should look similar to this. The PAO date range

tells you how long you can use your makeup from the day opened it. So if the

products reads 12M, that means the product is good to use for 12 months

upon opening. If it seats 3M, it's good for 3 months to use after opening.

Many believe that makeup companies set a PAO in order get you to repurchase

more of their products and that makeup doesn't actually expire. This is false as

makeup definitely does go bad and can cause harm to your skin. Some products

may not have a period after opening or you may not remember when you open it, so

this is not the most reliable option. The second way is to examine the actual

product. If you're unsure if an item is still good and can't find a PAO, you can

simply examine the product for physical changes. Look for changes to the scent,

consistency, and application. If you notice changes on any of these, then

it's probably time to throw it away. The third way is to use a cosmetic

calculator. Makeup products, will usually have a batch number printed on its label,

the batch number is a series of numbers and letters that lets you know when the

product was made. Using the batch number, you can go online and search for

something called a cosmetic calculator. Once you're on the website, all you do is

select the brand of your makeup and then punch in your makeups batch number. It

will provide you with a date when the product was made and a recommendation on

how long the product is still valid for. I'll link the calculator that I often use in

the description box, in case you're interested. After some research, I pieced

together a quick guide on the recommended shelf life on common makeup

products. A lot of these really surprised me, this knowledge is actually what

really got me to diligently go through my makeup collection and toss a bunch of

them away. Foundation. A foundation expiry once open is 6 to 12 months. Expired

foundation will begin to separate, the oils will rise to the top, which can

cause clogged pores leading to breakouts when applied. A tip to make your foundation

last longer is to avoid touching the neck of the bottle with your fingers.

This is to prevent germs and bacteria from contaminating the bottle and the

remaining product. Lipsticks. A lipstick has a shelf life of

18 months. Expired lipstick will usually have a change in texture. If it's dried

out or gets a little goopy, it's time to toss it away. Try to store your lipstick

in a cool dry place to preserve it for much longer. Trust me, I am a huge

lipstick girl, so tossing any one of my babies in the trash can, kills me!

Mascara. Mascaras are good for three months until they need to be replaced.

Mascaras need to be replaced more frequently because they are applied near

a very sensitive part of our body, our eyes! If your mascara is starting to

clump up or smell a tad bit weird, it's got to go. This is a given, but never

share your mascara with anyone else, unless you want an eye infection. Powders.

Powder based makeups are good to use for 24 months. Because bacteria doesn't

thrive in dry environments, you'll be able to keep your powder makeup for much

longer. Creams. When it comes to creams, you'll

want to replace them every 12 to 18 months. Cream containers usually require

the use of fingers for application. Due to this, bacteria can transfer very

easily into the container. A tip to keep your creams bacteria free, is to

always use clean hands prior to application. You can also spray at the

top of the product with rubbing alcohol and wipe it down regularly. Eyeliner.

Liquid eyeliners are typically good for three to four months. Similar to mascaras,

because the eyes are a very delicate area, you

really want to be extremely cautious to never use expired make up. Regular

replacement for liquid eyeliners is highly recommended. Dried out eyeliner

and a change in color are confirmations that the product is expired. Note that

eyeliner pencils are safe to use for much longer if they are sharpened

regularly. There you all have it, the truth hurts doesn't it? The takeaway is

to only buy products that you absolutely love and that you will be wearing

frequently. Don't buy a bunch of products, hoard it, and let expire like me. I

recommend you go through your makeup collection as well, let me know in the

comment section down below on how many pieces of expired makeup you find. Drop a

like to pay respects to all the makeup I'm about to toss away, I would really

appreciate it. Subscribe if you haven't already, new videos posted every Mondays

and Thursdays. And until the next one, peace!

Why Immigrants Are the Original Environmentalists - Duration: 8:38.

hi everyone so many years ago I made a commitment as you may already know to

live more authentically which I talked about my book called The Authenticity

Principle and I dug deep into exploring how it was that as an adult I had been

pushing down aspects of my childhood my childhood upbringing not talking about

aspects of my upbringing because I was afraid of bias and judgment of others

and one of the things that I learned is that through that exploration is that I

had grown up feeling really uncomfortable about talking about the

fact that I essentially grew up in a in an immigrant upbringing and in an in an

immigrant household where my parents had immigrated to Canada from India 45 years

ago and I was shy embarrassed reluctant to talk about things to do with that but

as part of me living more authentically I committed to myself to hell with that

oppression I'm gonna start being true to my roots and be really proud of who I am

and talk about it and I started to do that and as I started to talk more and

more about my upbringing I had another aha which is this that I as someone who

deeply cares about environmentalism and I'm very committed to protecting and

saving the environment am an environmentalist not just because I care

about the earth but more importantly because my parents as immigrants to the

country were raging environmentalists growing up they just didn't know that

but they just didn't actually know that in their efforts to reuse things and

save things and cut down on waste and essentially to be frugal to save money

they were helping to save the environment and so in my humble opinion

now as I sit here immigrants are the original environmentalists so I was born

in 1975 I'm 42 years old and in the 70s is really when environmentalism took off

like I remember in like grade two or three doing a project on acid rain

and we were talking about the planets and saving the earth even back then but

you'll remember it was really in the 80s in Canada in the u.s. that the slogan

reduce reuse and recycle came to be so here are my thoughts about immigrants

and that slogan in my humble opinion being raised by immigrant parents and

then going to many immigrant homes as a child and even now the immigrant

community has the corner we have we win the prize for reduce and reuse we were

actually pretty crappy at recycling um although my parents are really good at

it I go to people's houses all the time and

I'll look in their garbages and they'll have a cans aluminum cans and jars and

I'll like freak out I'll be like why are you not recycling and it's like oh do

people really recycle and like it doesn't really work and they don't really

take it to the fills and whatever landfills and whatever whatever anyhow

we could do better as an immigrant community to work on the recycling

aspect but we are really good at reducing and reusing and in fact when I

think about my childhood experience like there's so many examples of how my

parents were on it so let's start with the kitchen in the kitchen the they were

really good at reusing and when I say reusing we used to reuse foil like

wipe it down reuse it again we would wash out Ziploc Ziploc bags and one of

my personal favorites was and I say this sarcastically because I really actually did

not enjoy it is the reusing of sour cream containers as Tupperware and so it

was not only reusing but it was also reducing because they wouldn't buy

Tupperware they would use sour cream containers as Tupperware so that's what

was happening in the kitchen more or less in the bathrooms

instead of taking showers we would do what is called a bucket bath or in

Punjabi a balti bath and in fact in Punjabi we would call it an "ik dhaba here, ik dhaba there"

bath and so combined English and Punjabi and what that

essentially meant is that we would have a bucket in the tub we would fill the

tub with water you would get one bucket of water and there'd be a scoop in there

maybe a sour cream container as the scoop or just a plastic scoop and you'd

get like a scoop of water until the bucket was empty and then you had had your bath

now when I started babysitting around the age of eleven for kids in my city

growing up in my town grow up Unionville Ontario and you've probably heard me

talk about my experiences on my ethnic identity crisis video when I started

babysitting for the white families in my neighborhood I remember the first time I

went to someone's house a white family's house and the mom filled the entire

bathtub with water and I was looking at her going what are you doing and she's

like oh we fill the bathtub with water and I was like you fill the whole

bathtub with water that's not what we did at our household no that's not what

we did in our household is fill a bucket reducing in the bathroom in the bedroom

let's talk about clothing I have pictures from my childhood I wish I

could have dug them up for today but I have pictures from my childhood where I

as the eldest child in my family had someone gave me this blue t-shirt with

this hologram print on it of trucks don't know why but there it is and I I

wore this t-shirt and then three to four years later my sister wore the t-shirt

and my brother who's 7 years younger than me 10 years later was wearing the

t-shirt so that t-shirt got passed through three children by the time my

brother wore it though in the pictures the hologram the trucks you couldn't really see

it it just like looked like this mishmash of sparkles another thing that we did

with clothing my fa--I can remember my father's jeans once they got frayed at

the bottom being turned into shorts for him so jean shorts for him and then we

took the pant leg and I believe it or not as a child learned to sew and knit

and crochet which I learned from my father by the way not my mother

from my father breaking gender norms in the Bhasin household and I then as part

of learning from my parents to reduce and reuse turned my parent uh turned

my father's leftover jean pants into pencil cases for my siblings and I and I

even even made bows for the back of my hair and I got the clips from like a

store and I sewed the clip onto the jean bow and matching scrunchies I did that

because that was part of my environmentalism as a child which I learned

from my parents and I mean I could go on and on heating in the house and like

either the heat being on timers and it really only being turned on for the

three hours we were home in the evening and awake and then like having to use a

lot of heavy Punjabi style blankets and sweaters and how that was horrible and

the first time I moved out and I could control my own heat

I had the heat jacked as high as possible anyhow I literally could go on

and on I think my one of the greatest learning lessons I have had in

exploring my parents' environments environmentalism and really more about

my journey living in a household run by immigrants is that years and years ago I

would have felt so uncomfortable sharing my lived experience as a child I would

have been embarrassed by a lot of what I am now sharing whereas now I feel so

proud about who I am and my roots and how I grew up and it's part of my

authentic living and so firstly I want to say shout out to my parents thank you

so much for teaching me to be an environmentalist because I deeply care

about saving the earth and I think everyone should so thank you for that

and I want to say to you for those of you watching if as I have been speaking

my story is resonating for you throw your parents some props to celebrate

immigrants don't hate thank you as always for listening if you have

comments to share you can do so below if you're watching on YouTube please

subscribe to my channel and hit me up on all the social media platforms you can

direct message me and I look forward to responding thanks again

What INTJs Want In a Relationship? Look at These 11 things - Duration: 4:58.

What INTJs Want In a Relationship?

Look at hese 11 things

INTJs are generally introverted (they prefer to be alone most of the time), intuiting (they

tend to focus on thoughts and ideas rather than facts and experiences), thinking (they

tend to be more logical rather than emotional), and judging (they tend to be organized and

goal oriented)

Being in a relationship with an INTJ can be a challenging puzzle everyone want to solve.

At first, it is really interesting as people want to discover more and more about INTJs,

but as time goes, the understanding between both personalities will be the key to determine

where the relationship is going to.

For that reasons, here are some serious things you should know if you are close or even dating

an INFJ personality type.

In any case, If you find this information is helpful to you, make sure to like this

video and subscribe to our channel, so you won't miss any of our interesting updates

in the future.

#1 - INTJs need a lot of encouragement to make the first move

INTJs often get stucks on their own heads, often times they don't have enough courage

to tell you their feelings.

So, if you want to convey that you like an INTJ, you may have to just come out and say

it

#2 - They are planning something obsessively

In most cases, INTJs are planning everything obsessively.

When you invite them to hang out Saturday, you may not realize that they are busy planning

up their Monday through Friday just to reserve Saturday for you.

If you then suddenly decide on Wednesday night that Friday is actually better, then you are

out of luck and make things complicated.

#3 - They hate if you are illogical

INTJs are a logical creature, so if you suddenly become illogical, they tend to be viscerally

angry to you.

It doesn't make something right even if you feel something, they'd rather you say something

hurtful but true than something that makes no sense whatsoever.

#4 - INTJs are Fiercely Loyal.

To INTJs, honesty is practical not just ethical so they really put their best efforts to be

a faithful person when it comes to relationship.

They certainly don't honor dishonesty and it can lead to cannot being trusted or predicted.

#5 - INTJs Want You To Be More Blunt

For some people, honesty that INTJs personality type have can sometimes rub others the wrong

way.

But to make your relationship work with INTJs, you shouldn't be offended by it.

Instead, you should learn doing the same thing by being more blunt.

#6 - INTJs Want You To Succeed

When INTJs are in relationship, they care and support their partners.

They even practically help their partners to reach the goals.

So, it is actually something to be proud of when you actually are in relationship with

any of them.

#7 - INTJs feel far more than they express.

INTJs are not the type that will express everything outside, they may unintentionally make you

think that you're not so important to them, but whenever you start to doubt about their

interest, open up about your own feelings, have a nice conversation and you will find

them more caring than you realize.

#8 - INTJs Need Time Alone, A Lot

Compared to other personality types, INTJs are unique when it comes to needing a time

alone because they need a lot of it.

They love being alone without any distractions.

And don't worry, while being away from you, they never think of cheating you.

#9 - INTJs Are Hard to Shop For

INTJs are not people who like random gifts.

They prefer receiving something they really want even though it is cheaper when it comes

to price.

So, always ask before buying them a gift.

#10 - INTJs Think about Their Feelings

You're wrong if you think INTJs as robots because they do have powerful and deep emotions

they think of.

Only, INTJs prefer to not showing their feelings and keeping it private instead.

So, it's only normal if sometimes they look like introverts.

#11 - INTJs Only Argue Not Upset

What INTJs actually do when arguing is testing the ideas not expressing anger or making a

point.

So, every time they argue, they never do it with lack of respect.

Instead, they actually want to help constructing ideas.

Well, those are the things intjs wish their friends and loved ones knew about them.

So, Really cool information isn't it?

I hope you enjoy this short video, if you have something on your mind, please share

your thoughts and experiences in the comments below!

9 Ways Natural Deodorant is Good for You - Duration: 5:53.

- Hey, I'm Trina Felber.

And today, I want to talk

to you about nine reasons

why you should be buying

natural deodorant.

If you've been buying the same

antiperspirant deodorant since you were a teen,

it's time to make a change.

Do you even know what harmful ingredients

are hiding in that stick?

Well thankfully, there are now many different

all-natural options for deodorant.

You can pick one up at the grocery store

or you can easily, easily, easily,

find one online.

So let's take a look

at the nine reasons

you should be using

a natural deodorant.

First of all,

they're free from harmful ingredients.

So regular deodorants and antiperspirants

contain harmful ingredients like triclosan,

parabens, and aluminum compounds.

With natural deodorants,

you can rest assure that we don't use

anything that is harsh

or potentially damaging to your health.

Just all-natural ingredients

that do their job,

while nourishing your skin.

While fighting body odor and wetness.

But we'll come back to those

in one second.

So number two,

natural deodorant is easy to use.

There's no crazy secret behind using

Natural Deodorant.

Just hold the stick

up against your armpit for a few seconds

to warm it.

Simply swipe up and down,

just three to four times.

And then, gently massage it into

your skin with your fingers.

It's that simple.

Just be aware that you may need

to reapply it throughout the day.

Especially during the first few weeks,

when you're converting to natural deodorant,

as your body rids itself

of harmful toxins.

Number three,

baking soda free.

Have you ever tried natural deodorants

in the past to end up

with a red sensitive rash?

Ouch.

It burns, right?

Baking soda is added to deodorants

to neutralize any bad odor.

Yet, it disrupts the pH

under you armpit.

And can create this red,

irritating, and painful rash.

But using a baking soda-free deodorant

will keep you dry and smelling great

without any kind of irritation or rash.

Number four,

actually de-stink

before stink happens.

So deodorants work by masking your sweat

and nasty odor,

with all sorts of artificial fragrances.

But, what if you could prevent odor

before it happened?

This is exactly the case

with many natural deodorants.

The minerals used in natural deodorants

start working

the minute they're applied to your skin

to help prevent any kind

of stink from arising.

Number five,

it's made with magnesium

and zinc oxide.

The double duo.

Magnesium and zinc oxide are extremely effective

in helping to deodorize

the body.

Unlike

aluminum compounds, and other harmful ingredients

in regular antiperspirants,

magnesium and zinc oxide are completely

safe minerals.

Aluminum

is added to antiperspirants

to actually stop you from sweating.

However, you need to sweat.

Your sweat helps rid you of toxins.

And helps control your body temperature.

But magnesium and zinc oxide don't

prevent you from sweating.

Instead, these minerals convert fatty acids

that cause body odor,

into odorless salt.

And help kill the bacteria

that's responsible for body odor.

Number six,

is my favorite.

Activated charcoal.

So activated charcoal

is also used in Natural Deodorant

for moisture control.

It's able to absorb around 1,000 times

its weight in moisture.

And impurities, making it the

perfect ingredient

for keeping your armpits free

of sweat build up,

and odor.

Number seven,

they contain essential oils.

There are so many reasons

to add essential oils to Natural Deodorant.

They have antibacterial properties,

help moisturize the skin,

and add a lovely scent to the deodorant.

Number eight,

is scent variety.

Are you a fan of lavender?

Or what about, coconut?

With natural deodorants, you'll find there's

an endless amount

of scents to choose from

that are 100% natural and non-irritating

to your skin and body.

And the best part is that you can smell

great without having

to apply harmful toxic ingredients,

and fragrances, to your body at all.

Number nine,

there's added perks.

Aside from 100% all-natural ingredients,

many natural deodorants also are

gluten free.

And vegan.

So no matter your lifestyle,

you're sure to find a deodorant

that works.

For you and your lifestyle.

If you want more information

on all-natural deodorants,

head to The Healthy Me blog.

Or order the stick up from

Primal Life Organics.

It's baking soda free.

Stay dry formula.

And it's super effective.

Thanks for watching.

to create your healthy self.

See ya next time.

你誤解了Parkour | You are WRONG about parkour - Duration: 6:58.

Many people think this sport is jumping rooftops

very dangerous

It's suicidal

In fact these are just misunderstanding

Parkour is a

obstacle training (in various environment)

Obstacles do not necessarily mean

concrete walls in the city

It also can be a tree or a rock

Instead of '"jumping rooftops" said by the public

Parkour is like your life

In the life path may not be smooth as you think

Sometimes there are obstacles

And we have to learn how to overcome these obstacles

So practicing parkour not only teaches you the moves

but also attitude towards your life

I guess parkour exists before history

Imagine there were no staircases and ramps

People have to survive to hunt

They need to run and jump

in order to overcome natural obstacles like tress and rocks

I think this is our instinct

only there was no name for these moves

Traditional Chinese may call this "Light KungFu"

And now we call it "Parkour"

Children playing in the park is parkour

They are overcoming various obstacles

Most of the Jackie Chan's movies will also include

parkour elements

Although he did not learn parkour from forgieners

the way he jump and overcome obstacles is counted as parkour

Because he is using his body to overcome different obstacles

Many people asked me

Don't you afraid getting hurt when doing parkour?

Of course

But because of the fear, I need to train more

become more skillful and reduce the chance of making mistakes

or even not making mistackes

Just like you walk

you don't have to think how to step on the ground

In our daily life

are surrounded by different risks

For example, a lift may bread the cable

car accident may happen when you are riding

eating can result in choking

All kinds of things in our daily life can have accidents

Unpredictable events are called accidents

There are so many traffic accidents a year

Then we no longer ride?

Of course not

As long as we are prepared and to be careful

crisis awareness

This can greatly minimize the possibility of accidents

Parkour is just the same

with continuous practice and training

to become more skillful

minimize the chance of making mistakes

We do pay attention to safety when doing parkour

be sure to know if the obstacles will be unstable before doing it

will it be slippery

check clearly before engaging the move

These potential risks are taken into consideration

before doing a certain move

Instead of doing the move without thinking clearly

and finally accidents happen

I think we should integrate sports into our lives

Such as fitness

you kept fit but you don't use it, then it's wasted

And parkour is a good way

to use your body in your daily life

How is it actually integrate into our lives?

For example, you can parkour when you're late

In some extreme situations, you will use it for survival

Sometimes you don't know when it will be used

But when it comes, parkour comes into play

Just like you learn KungFu, combat or martial arts

Not only learning it to keep fit

but also protecting yourself

Since parkour has no space limitations

you can do it anytime, anywhere

No need to find a football feild, equipment

or a gym room to do it

A ramp can also play for hours

When you are waiting a car, you can do it

When you are waiting for friends, you can use it to fill your time

Too much free time between lesson? Go do parkour

The cost of training parkour is really low

You can practice parkour as long as you have comfortable running shoes

unlike fitness that you have to pay monthly fee

or going to a gym room

or required to use equipment

And there is no age limit

You are a kid, you can do it

You are a teenager like me, you can do it

or you are an adult, even in middle age, you can do it, too

This is a good way to exercise your body

You Know Probiotics Are Essential to Gut Health, but Did You Know They Detoxify Your System Too - Duration: 5:01.

You Know Probiotics Are Essential to Gut Health, but Did You Know They Detoxify Your System

Too

Probiotics do a lot of good things for your body.

Among other things, they help you shed weight and fat, boost your immune system, and improve

your digestion.

And now, according to an article on GreenMedInfo.com, it turns out that probiotic bacteria can also

cleanse toxic chemicals from your body.

by Edsel Cook,

There are numerous toxins that resist our bodies best efforts to either break them

down into harmless products or purge them from our systems.

Fortunately, there are even more good bacteria that can do the job for us.

For starters, two of the most widely-used probiotic strains can deal with bisphenol

A, an endocrine disruptor found in common products like paper money and plastics.

Animal studies showed that Bifidobacterium breve and Lactobacillus casei more than doubles

the rate at which the toxin is excreted.

(Related: Researchers attempt to develop a probiotic-rich feta cheese.)

Lactobacillus strains can also lower the amounts of heavy metals that accumulate in our bodies.

These bacteria are not only highly resistant to the metals, but they can also trap the

substances within the surfaces of their cells.

This isnt detoxification, which is the direct removal of harmful agents.

Rather, it is the equally beneficial detoxification, the prevention of any damage done by those

agents.

As if that wasnt good enough, Lactobacillus strains can also reduce genetic damage dealt

by heterocyclic aromatic amines (HCA) that are created when you cook meat at very high

temperatures.

Beneficial bacteria in breast milk and kimchi protect us from toxins

Another Bifidobacterium strain, B. Bifidum, can break down perchlorate, another endocrine

disruptor spread by jet fuel and fireworks.

Theres so much perchlorate that its contaminated organic food and milk, and it

causes hypothyroidism and nerve-related problems.

Luckily, B. Bifidum is present in breast milk, among other foods.

Breast-fed babies are thus much better protected than infants who were fed milk formulas.

Kimchi, the iconic traditional Korean dish of fermented cabbage, is abundant in probiotics.

Its bacteria can decompose various organophosphorous pesticides into carbon and phosphorus that

they use as food.

So by the time you down that deliciously spicy leaf, theres much less pesticide in it

than in fresh cabbage.

Furthermore, kimchi probiotics can rapidly break down sodium nitrate, a cancer-causing

chemical thats linked to many recurring degenerative diseases.

The bacteria take as little as five days to deplete up to 90 percent of sodium nitrate

that enters the body.

While sodium nitrate does break down into equally toxic N-nitrosodimethylamine, there

are at least four Lactobacillus strains that can deal with that nasty by-product as well.

Kimchi has got your gut, all right.

Finally, there are dozens of bacteria that can break down indigestible glutinous proteins

from of all foods wheat.

Otherwise, these undigested proteins would raise havoc in our bodies.

Get probiotics the old-fashioned organic way Now that youve found out yet another benefit

of probiotics, you must be hungering to get them in your gut.

Well, there are several sources to bolster your local microbiota.

The markets got a lot of probiotic supplements in convenient pill and liquid forms.

Pick from either shelf-stable or refrigerated options.

If theyve been filtered or centrifugally-extracted, the starved bacteria might not survive the

trip to your gut.

You should also try eating probiotic foods that have been fermented the traditional way.

Kimchi, sauerkraut, and yogurt made from non-cow milk are tasty choices.

You can also drink goats milk, which is hypoallergenic as well.

Last but not least, fresh, organically grown vegetables have some good bacteria, as well

as enzymes.

Clean soil is home to plenty of good bacteria that will eventually make their way onto organically

grown fruits and vegetables.

Fresh is best, after all.

the spring,

there's a celebration in Armstrong Park called jazz in the park.

Here, locals come together to watch different jazz bands with several food

Music lovers will also want to visit Frenchmen Street. This

street is filled with live music with different venues and bars playing

everything from jazz to rock and blues every night of the week.

There's even a brass band that plays right in the street

and an outdoor art market.

One thing that stands out in New Orleans is the food!

The cuisine is heavily influenced by Cajun, soul food, and Creole cuisine and

seafood is very popular.

You will definitely have to try some different

dishes and I have a whole video on the food and where to go!

New Orleans is very welcoming to tourists and so there are a bunch of

tours you can go on to get acquainted with the city.

History buffs will enjoy a

If you want to venture outside of the city, you can go

on a swamp tour to see alligators, or a historic plantation tour.

New Orleans has

a spooky feel to it and many believe that it is haunted.

If this interests you,

there are plenty of ghosts and cemetery tours you can go on to learn about the

city's haunted history.
